Jana: What remains between grand cycles is called "Spark". I believe it was said that this is not a term identical to the term "Essence". Essence, compared to Spark, has Role, Casting - anything else?
Troy: "Spark" is an easier way to differentiate Essence Role from Essence, but Essence and Spark are basically the same. The Spark IS Essence, and Essence takes on a Role. Spark is just easier to use because "Essence" can mean so many different contexts.
