[sam-nemo] In the original transcripts meditation, fasting and concentration were mentioned several times, it seems the last two are no longer being emphasized, why?
[M_Entity] We remind you that we are always filtered through our channels and their own personal agendas at the time, however synchronistically or not that may be. We also remind you that we are speaking to different groups than we were in our early days before publication. Fasting and Concentration were concepts carried over from those studying other teachings at the time. For some, a more severe or radical change in daily practice helps the individual create changes they may want. For others, gradual practice is as acceptable.
[sam-nemo] So meditation is the most beneficial to the most people?
[M_Entity] No, it is not that meditation is most beneficial, but it is the most acceptable and most easily applied by most of our students and channels. Most are willing to find some means to relax, but would find it difficult to go without food for a few days. We can, however, say that many of you would benefit more than can possibly be assumed if a proper fasting were implemented. The same can be said of Concentration. Fasting, Meditation, and Concentration are all linked to the Centers, Moving, Emotional, and Intellectual, respectively. Finding techniques in any one of these can help balance all the Centers.
