    Instinctive Center: Regulates Choice

    KurtisM

[Excerpt from OMW: You and Your Centers]

    MEntity:
No body or Personality can function without the Instinctive Center.

It is from the Instinctive Center that the Personality arises.

This is the only Center that is ever carried forward from each life.

All others "die" with the bodies.

Think of this as the "floppy disc," to use a rather outdated technological term that is carried from one life to another. It can also be "copied" easily among Concurrents, and then recombined in Reviews.

No matter what your Primary Centering, the Instinctive Center will be your Center that regulates your capacity to CHOOSE.

So in its simplest terms for this particular exchange on the topic, we will say that its Basic Function is the means by which the Personality will Regulate Choice.

When the Instinctive Center is in its Positive Health, it shows up as owning the responsibility, consciousness, and capacity for choice.

This means that the individual understands that, however restrictive the contexts, there will always be levels of choice with which one can work. One can be held captive in a box and still know that there is the capacity for choice for one or more bodies. The Physical Body, in that case, may have been stripped of choice, but the intellectual and emotional bodies may still utilize Choice.

This is an extreme, and disturbing, scenario to be used as an example, but we only do so to illustrate that some of your most restrictive scenarios in your life are nowhere near as restrictive as they could be. And you still have choice.

The healthy Instinctive Center knows this. This does not mean you like your choices, or your range of choices, and that you may wish to work on expanding your range of choices, but there is, at no point, a sense that one no longer has a choice.

The negative health of an Instinctive Center is when one begins to relinquish the responsibility of choice, and default only to reaction (rather than response).

This Instinctive Center functions only as a means of navigating away from perceived or real threats. The life is spent only assessing threats. Possibilities become elusive and lose priority.

This is sometimes necessary, so we do not mean "negative health" in terms of "bad," but more in the sense that the capacity for conscious choices has been reduced or honed toward only survival.

Depending upon your Primary Centering, this can take the form of Emotional Survival, Intellectual Survival, or Material Survival.

You will know if your Instinctive Center is leaning toward the Negative Health if you perceive your Emotional realm, Intellectual (expressive/social) realm, or Material Realm to have been reduced to a point of dependency, defense, or desperation.

The most direct means of healing the Instinctive Center when in the Negative State of Health, or when damaged or "blocked" in any way, is to ask for help. Even if one were locked in a box, this is true. And most already know this, regardless of Soul Age, and "instinctively" call out for help, even to unknown or invisible forces when having fallen into Negative Health. ...

So when each of you sense your move into Negative Health of your Instinctive Center, note that, first, there is likely still a great range of choice, even if not what you would wish for it to be, and that you can make the effort to respond, rather than react, as a means of navigating a scenario, and finally, that you can ask for help. You may not get it, or you may have to ask more than you would like, but remembering that you can ask, that you have a right to ask, and that you may need to ask, is healthy.

By "asking for help" here we do not mean coaxing someone else to do the work that you can do.

OMW - Nov 17, 2012 - Your Aura (Part One)

      Channel: Troy Tolley

      MEntity:
Hello to each of you. We are here, and we will begin our discussion about the concept of Auras.

There are many teachings that focus more directly upon this concept, and many of them are fairly detailed and valid as to how we experience this subject, so what we offer today is a perspective that can be put alongside any of your favorite teachings on this subject for comparison and validation.

First, we will define the Aura as an umbrella term to catch all aspects of the Body that go beyond that which can be seen.

In more technical terms, these are layers of the body that help to generate and sustain "down" through spectrum the more tangible Body/s that you know so well. In even more accurate terms, these could be said to be your version of every Plane that exists.

In other words, your Physical Body is YOUR VERSION of the Physical Plane.

The Physical Body that you know is your Essence's idea given form, but its condition, state of health, growth and maintenance are your own actions, ideas, and feelings given form.

The Physical Body at any given point is the end result of all actions, ideas, and feelings.

Therefore, it is not the body that emits an aura, but your aura that emits a body.

What most people see is the densest part of the Aura, but your tangible, Physical body, technically, is still just a part of the Aura.

That is because "you" are a projection of Essence into matter. In truth, "you" are not separate from this, and never would be, even in the Personalities who are most-rejecting of Essence. That person, Personality, and Body would not be able to exist if not for its being an extension of Essence.

It is helpful to explore the duality of Personality and Essence for the sake of embracing and Manifesting Essence, if one so chooses to do so, but it will always be true that they are, technically, one and the same.

YOU are ESSENCE, even if not Manifesting Essence.

All forms in the Physical Plane are an emission from another plane. There is nothing of the Physical Plane that is not originated in the "non-physical."

[GeraldineB] Question: Does a developing fetus use the mother's essence until the baby is both born AND inhabited by its own Essence?

      MEntity:
The entirety of the Physical Plane is merely ideas and feelings given form, if you will.

There are variations in how the development of a fetus comes about. In most instances, though this fetus is technically an extension of the Essence wishing to be born, it is still merely an extension of the body of the mother until the first breath, and is not fully representative of the originating Essence until after 7 years of life.

There are many fetuses that are generated without any Essence ever intending to use them, and these are extensions of the mother's body.

[Diane_HB] Are those fetuses then miscarried?

      [Maureen] or stillborn?

MEntity: In most instances, yes, or aborted in other ways. When a fetus is taken through birth without an Essence wishing to have used it, it can be sustained by the mother's Essence only for the first 7 years, but this is usually not sustained for more than 3.

      [Diane_HB] Wow

[GeraldineB] Is this the cause of Personalities being stuck in 2nd IM?

      MEntity:
No body is born without representing an extension of an Essence, but it can be born without a commitment to living.

Geraldine, in what way do you mean your question. Please elaborate.

[GeraldineB] I should have said: When a baby does finally get an Essence later in life, i.e., up to 7 years -- is this the primary cause of being stuck in 2nd IMs -- i.e., very tied to the mother

      MEntity:
      No. Not necessarily.

When an Essence "walks in," it will live as any other Essence, even with that delay in living through that body.

The Instinctive Center for that Body would be extracted to the Essence who had been sustaining that body, and a new one "inserted." The first 7 years are quite easy to "erase" in terms of "baggage," whereas a Walk-In who enters later in the life would have more of the life experiences stored in the cells of that body, and spend up to 7 years sifting through those.

      We digress.

[Maureen] Michael -- can we assume that an actual "walk-in" will also have a different aura? If so -- that would take some adjusting for the "grown-up" body.

[Maureen] Michael -- if you want to continue -- please save that question for the end.

      [MEntity]
That would be correct, Maureen, but in all Walk-Ins, there is a shared transitional period between the two Essences who negotiated the exchange.

      Or the body would die.

      [Maureen] Thank you

      MEntity:
      To continue:

As the aura emits a body, the health of that most tangible body is directly connected to what is being fed into the emission, if you will.

In the most obvious sense, how you treat your body, how you feed it, what you feed it, how you comfort it, etc., feeds into the health and shape of the body, but this is also true of what you feed it in terms of ideas and emotions.

The more intangible the source, the more long-term the impact.

In other words, what you DO with your body makes a difference in how your body looks, feels, and lives, and however long of a time you may think that may take, your thoughts and feelings take "even longer" to move into form, and to move out of form.

This is why treatments of illness can often require processes that address the intellect and emotion far longer than the physical treatments.

For most fragments, the gestation period of the body that is being used for Sentience tends to be the time frame of cycles for coming into physicality. In other words, emotions and thoughts that are sustained for more than 9 months find their way into "birth" into the body. This can tend to mean that it takes AT LEAST that long for healing and transformation of any ideas or feelings looking to be healed or transformed.

This is good to know when taking up any effort to make a difference to your body, whether in shape, health, diet, mood, habit, etc.

The more tangible parts of the Aura are those that relate to what you relate to as the Action/Physical, and the Emotional/Astral, and to some great extent the Intellectual/Causal.

The visibility of these layers is valid, and each has counterparts that are tangible to the Physical Plane, literally or intuitively.

For those who worry about whether they can see or not see Auras, we can say to you that your greatest concern is what you "read" in the aura that IS your body that you know. You do not need to see or read the colors and shapes that show up as part of the higher auras.

Learning to listen to your body, and to treat it with long-term care, is one of the greatest gifts of "aura reading" one can develop.

      EVERY fragment has this capacity.

Between the Physical and the Astral Bodies is the Etheric Body. The Etheric Body is where the more intangible and tangible is processed and filtered.

It is the last stop for filtering and processing of Emotions and Thoughts that are coming into density. It is the body that is most directly linked to the health of the body, and gives rise to everything you know of as your body. It is a kind of matrix for the body, a template that holds the body together in space and time. It could be said to be the atmosphere for your body, and it can be toxic or pure, and usually a mixture. It is a representative of your Instinctive Center.

This is the body that remains in space and time, even if that part of the Physical Body is removed, such as in the "phantom limb" effect.

In some parallels, and in many probable futures, this Etheric Body is measurable and practical in its use for regrowing lost limbs and organs, or for promoting the growth of them if missing.

Most of you can see this Etheric Body, and can do so by holding your hand out over a blank wall in a dimly-lit room. Allowing your eyes to fall into a kind of peripheral vision, or passive state, you may begin to see a blue-ish glow emit from your hand and arm. This is NOT the optical illusion that is left by the hand movements against your sight. The optical illusion is fairly gray in its visual, but the Etheric would be in some hue and brightness of blue.

[GeraldineB] Since the Etheric Body is part of our Physical Body -- is it included in our DNA, even if not visible or known at this time?

      MEntity:
DNA is in the Etheric, as DNA is also an extension of the higher layers of the aura, but not the other way around.

In other words, DNA has its own Etheric body, if you will. It is a replica of whatever it is holding in time and space.

[GeraldineB] and this is why limbs can eventually be regrown

      MEntity: Yes.

[Diane_HB] When healers say they can "update" their DNA, are they really referring to the etheric DNA?

MEntity: This is already a natural state for some species on your planet, and would eventually be replicated in your own species through the proper use of electrical stimulations.

      [Diane_HB] oooh

[Maureen] Is it Salamanders that can re-grow a tail that has been clipped off?

      [Martha] starfish too, right?

      [GeraldineB] all lizards, I think

MEntity: Diane, we do not know what is meant by "updating of DNA." There are many who presume to "unlock" various "advanced" elements of one's DNA, but this is a bogus notion in terms of doing so through one's mere intention.

[GeraldineB] even snakes regrow their tips

MEntity: Altering one's DNA through intention is about as useful as willing yourself a third arm if you did not already have one.

      [GeraldineB] LOL
      [Diane_HB] lol
      [Maureen] LOL

      MEntity:
It is not that it is impossible to have a third arm, but if it is not already in place, it would take a great deal of effort and intervention to obtain this.

It is true that the DNA of an individual can be altered within the lifetime, but we can discuss that subject in another exchange.

[GeraldineB] Maureen -- add it to the list ?

      MEntity:
The Astral or Emotional Body is the next-closest to the Physical Body in terms of its density. Its counterparts in the Physical show up as colors, hues, and a kind of various density of fog. This can be intuited through the imagination, or literally seen with the eyes in some individuals.

The Astral Body is reflective of the Emotional state of any individual at any given time. It can change and vary on a constant basis.

There are three layers to this Body in the Aura:

The most-immediate layer is the CHARACTER layer. This is the layer that carries the more long-term moods and feelings that have generated from that person.

This is the layer that most sense upon meeting someone for the first time. No matter how delightful or unpleasant someone may be in a social situation, this level of CHARACTER can be sensed, and it may not reflect the more immediate presentation.

This layer is where all Agreements are stored, managed, activated, updated, and abdicated.

The GOAL is most infused or "programmed" in the Physical Body, whereas the MODE is most infused, or "programmed" in this layer of the Emotional/Astral Body.

These are not exclusive to these Bodies, but these are where they tend to function from.

This is also where one's active Karma and Self-Karma are stored, managed, updated, or abdicated.

This is the layer of the self that gets shared as one "gets to know" another.

The Soul Age can be read from this layer. The colors here tend to be fairly steady in mix and hue, but do change as various Agreements are fulfilled and altered. And with any great shifts in perspective of Soul Age or Level.

[GeraldineB] Do you read this layer when answering Profiles?

      MEntity:
No. We read the Akashic Records.

But many of our channels read from this Body of a student.

[GeraldineB] Is this part of the reason for requesting a photo?

      MEntity:
If photos are used, or requirements for in-person, it would tend to be the channel reading and interpreting.

This layer is also where one stores and processes most dreams.

The next layer "up" in this Astral Body would be the MOOD layer of the fragment. This is far more changeable and colorful, and is less-dense, more immediate in reflection of the emotional processes of the fragment.

This is the layer that is often "presented" to others, and more directly in control from the Personality.

When your mood changes, so does this layer of the body.

This layer helps pick and choose from the Character layer what to deal with, what to ignore, what to consciously process, what not to process, etc.

Whatever it is "in the mood" to tend to.

Consider the Character Layer to be the Moving Part of the Emotional Body, whereas the Mood Layer is the Instinctive Part of the Emotional Body. It is often driven by aims toward emotional pleasure and away from emotional pain.

The highest layer [Contemplation Layer] of the Astral Body then is the Intellectual Part of the Emotional Body, and this is the layer where shift begins from something simply being a theory or idea to becoming a belief.

This is where one begins to prove or disprove one's ideas about life, self, and others.

In terms of how this works as a whole, once one has built a case for an idea and emotionally charges it, it then moves down into the Mood, and eventually into the Character level.

If one is working with others to help alter beliefs, it would need to be on this layer, because once it is past this layer, it cannot be changed, only counteracted.

A new belief would need to be brought in, and from there, the choice for which to use would make the difference.

Keep this in mind for your own work on altering your repetitive behaviors that reinforce beliefs that you wish to change. Let them be. Allow them to exist. You cannot change them. But you CAN add new ones, and the focus on that is far more effective than battling your unwanted ones.

In the end, the effect is the same as altering a belief, but in technical terms, one can only add new ones from which to choose.

[GeraldineB] So, for my attempt to quit smoking, it should be to DO something else, rather than stop/prevent smoking?

MEntity: In terms of unwanted habits, the physical counterpart can be halted, and that is the "easy" part, but the belief will not change that motivated and secured the habit, which is why new habits might form around that belief, even if more acceptable in form.

      [GeraldineB] thank you

      MEntity:
In terms of beliefs, whatever motivated you to secure this unwanted habit as a reflection of that belief cannot be changed, but new ones can be added, or brought to light, that allows for greater choice of emphasis.

Smoking is almost always a habit born of the belief that one is ultimately alone, on their own, and profoundly lacking intimacy.

[GeraldineB] Ahhh . . .when I was choosing double Arrogance

      MEntity:
It is a means for filling the void in the Emotional Center, in the most literal way possible. Inhaling the smoke soothes this void.

Though the social contracts are changing now, this habit also helped to bring about the interaction with others that may have been craved, as it was a social habit.

      [Maureen] very interesting

[Martha] all smoking - tobacco and marijuana?

      MEntity:
      Only habitual smoking.

For those who wish to stop smoking, it can be greatly effective to interact with others when one would otherwise smoke, or to acknowledge the truth of one's importance to others.

[GeraldineB] thank you -- I see how it's been playing to isolate me due to the current restrictions and reactions

[Maureen] no wonder it's such a hard habit to give up!

      MEntity:
It can be interesting to play out the physical motions that have become familiar with smoking, while lying down new beliefs through considering one's importance, or socializing in whatever way is accessible at the moment. It may then become more obvious that you simply wanted company, not a cigarette.

It can become its own meditation.

When one is working to build new beliefs, it can be helpful to imagine this layer of your body as a colorful and playful space full of symbols for arranging new beliefs.

For instance, if no one is available to talk or socialize, let yourself fake smoke, while playing out social scenarios in your imagination, such as meeting people you think you may never meet, or hugging those you miss, or talking freely in ways that you normally would not. Etc.

      But we digress.

If each of you would like to examine your own Emotional/Astral layers of the body, here are some ways for doing so:

First: establish color associations with feelings. These are fairly set for your species now, and can be explored through many teachings on color and mood, but also through one's understanding of Chakras and the color associations there.

Second: allow your imagination to interpret your loved ones, relationships, feelings, moods, and experiences as those colors. Let yourself get a sense of what color your day is, what color a relationship is, what color your project or idea is, etc.

LET YOURSELF have these colors. This means, do not push for them, and do not presume there is a right or wrong color. Simply invite it. In your worst-case scenario of blocking imagination, it could be said that if you simply cannot imagine these or see them, ask yourself what they would be IF YOU COULD.

Using your color associations, or chakra association, you can begin to build up a fairly good idea about what your Aura "looks like".

For now, we will suggest an experiential experiment right now for you to try:

Give yourself some breathing room, breathe deeply no less than three times, eyes closed, and let your imagination explore your body, looking for a fairly solid area of color or colors, and note those colors, and where around your body you are "seeing" these.

It may come up as a blob to your left, or a soft hint behind you, or a rich color surrounding you, but there is no one way any of you should expect to see this.

Once you have a description, you may share it here, if you wish.

[Diane_HB] I have a strip of red on the outer edge of my aura at chest height, going all the way around. Also a sky blue blob right on the third chakra/stomach.

[Martha] green and purple, but I'm having trouble concentrating as Morgan is here and the TV is on

[Maureen] I got soft pink all around -- then it changed to soft blue and purple -- and I had green around the eyes

[Maureen] actually -- I got a blue blob on my 3rd chakra as well Diane!

      [Maureen] LOL

      [Diane_HB] cool ?

[Martha] the green and purple are layered all around, purple is a muted fuschia

[Maureen] I thought it might be indigestion!

      [Maureen] ?

      [Diane_HB] LOL

MEntity: If you choose not to submit a response, please indicate so that we may continue.

      [GeraldineB] I'm not seeing anything

      [ClaireC] I'm out

      MEntity:
We offered up this experiment for the point of two things: one, is for you to "see" where our teaching is in the Character of your Aura, and the other is for the experience of how easily or challenged you may be in calling up this imagination on the spot.

If you saw Blue in your visualization, you found our part of your Aura, and where our teaching is most used by you. For most fragments, anything associated with what has become a personal guidance system, or teaching, can be found in or around any Blue.

[Martha] what's the name for the third layer? We have Character, Mood, and ?

MEntity: Character, Mood, and Contemplation Layers.

[Martha] Hmmm, my purple was closest to the body, with green as the second layer. I did see some blue early on but when I had to visualize a body to get specific about position I didn't see it

MEntity: If you did not "see" it, it is not that it was not there, but that your awareness went to something else.

[Martha] yeah, I saw a flash of it at first, a rich blue

MEntity: Blue, or one's teaching, is often a part of Green and Purple because of various factors.

[Maureen] The colour at my 3rd chakra is a rich deep blue.

[Diane_HB] I also saw dark blue going into purple from the eye level up.

[Martha] 6th and 7th chakras are traditionally indigo and purple, right?

      MEntity:
For this experiment, after you have a clear description of colors and location, explore various correlations of these color meanings, and how the location may relate to the nearest chakra.

Keep in mind that you are looking at the CHARACTER layer, so you are looking at your long-term states of emotion that make up who you are.

Your visualizations may change in your assessment of this, but that is not because the body changed, but that you are exploring different angles on it.

To explore your MOOD Layer, one of the most tangible ways to do so is through a synchronistic oracle system, such as Tarot, or color-coded cards, or the drawing of keywords, or some other system of randomness that gives you insight into this layer of your emotional body.

We have yet to cover the Causal Body, and to go into more exploratory and applicable ways to understand the Aura, so we are arranging with Troy for a "part two" on this subject, for this particular group. It will be scheduled by consensus among you for when this would be.

      [Maureen]
Michael -- would you answer my question about my old friend Geraldine?

An old friend Geraldine Smith-Stringer (Mature 5, Server-cast Artisan) could see the Aura remarkably well. The colours she would see represented what you brought in at birth. If she saw photos from throughout your lifetime – she could tell when you had “blocked” certain natural abilities and the times when they had flourished.

Because of her influence I tend to pick up “colours” the same way. What layer was she seeing/reading?

      MEntity:
In response to the question, this could be of the Character Layer, but it also sounds like layers from the Causal Body, if these are determined as having been in place since birth.

If you are having trouble with using the imagination to "see," it is not a matter of anything other than personal preference. Some do not trust the imagination, or have, long ago, written it off as dangerous territory. Beyond that, some may simply have a hard time visualizing, which means that it may be more helpful to explore the aura in more appealing symbolic forms, such as foods, smells, animals, etc.

In other words, IF my aura were to be made up of foods, what comes to mind, and where is that on my body? Or what animals come to mind when I think of my heart, my head, my body as a whole, etc.

(Note: It was decided by Michael that there would be a Part 2 or follow up session on the Character Layer. Troy was fading. glb)

Note: This session continues in  OMW: Your Aura (Part Two).

      [MEntity]
What we are asked to discuss today is rather vital to the health and well-being of a lifetime of incarnation, and is fairly directly hooked into the capacity for Personality to Manifest Essence for any extended period of time.

For the sake of clarity, we will state here that while Chakras and Centers have resonance that can draw meaningful and relevant correlations, they are not the same system.

Chakras are inherent energy management systems of varying complexities that are formed by bodies as a means to sustain form of some kind, whereas "Centering," in our teachings, while referencing Chakras, describes one's "center of gravity," or how one navigates the physical plane while in the body.

Primary Centering is how one takes in the world around the body, while the Part is how one tends to emit themselves back out into the world.

So while one may have Emotional Centering as a form of navigation, this would not necessarily mean that one has a strong or emphasized Heart Chakra, for instance.

Nor would it mean one has an underused or de-emphasized Heart Chakra.

We point the difference out here because there are Correlations and then there are Resonances between the systems, and they are not consistent with each other.

We will not get into those differences here, but it will be important not to draw tight parallels between the two while exploring both systems, as they are, indeed, different systems.

For today, we discuss the Chakras, and if we draw parallels to the Centers, it would be relevant in that context, but not necessarily in another context.

The Chakras, then, are the connecting portals between Essence and Personality, or the Essence and Bodies.

We speak in plural of the bodies, as there are various layers of the body that vary in density and function, and these bodies are the parts that bring the whole to "life," but each body, or density, could function on its own.

Each body has a different experience of time and space and dimension, and each has a different emphasis of management for what and how to share with Essence, and each may have a different agenda, different wounding, different version of history, etc.

And each body is in charge of fulfilling its own "right."

We are speaking of these bodies as delineated, only for the sake of convenience and comprehension, but they function seamlessly and as a whole. It will not be helpful to think of these as separate, except insofar as it helps you to first grasp this particular topic.

In other words, in much the same way that we could speak to you about how your fingers function as very specific tools as compared to your arms, they do not function without each other, and to focus on one over the other would be pointless.

In order for Essence to experience the various Planes of Existence, there must be bodies.

Essence, alone, has no bodies, no form, no location.

As Essence is FIRST Cast from Tao, its most amorphous "form" is actually something more like a recording device: the Instinctive Center, or what would become the Root Chakra in a Physical Body.

This is because Essence is actually "formed" from the Akashic Plane, which, in itself, is the only "plane" that is not a Plane. There is no incarnation or processing through that "plane," as it is only a memory bank and probability generator.

This Instinctive Center is inherent in ALL that is Cast from Tao, which means that if it is "not" Tao, then it has an Instinctive Center, and if it is on the Physical Plane, no matter what it is, there is a Root Chakra, at the very least.

In terms of Rights, then, this would be the very basic Right To Exist.

Once a portion of energy is Cast from Tao, it is "forever" its own thing.

We know of nothing that has lost that Right, regardless of form, return and exit from Tao, etc.

It would be important, here, to define what we mean by "Rights." We mean the term in much the same way that it is already understood. These Rights are those qualities and states of Being, Having, and Doing that are fully guaranteed, inherent, and due.

Once one is Cast from Tao, these Rights are permanent.

For example, there will never be a "when" that you do not Exist.

It is permanently your Right as Essence.

In much the same way this works for Essence, this Right is inherent in its own creations, as well.

So the Personality is always "born" from the memory bank and probability generating Instinctive Center of Essence, and cast with the very basic Right To Exist.

This means that "you," as you know you, will "never" go away, even when "you" die.

The form may change, the identity may evolve, and the attachments will wane, but the "you" that is you, cannot be undone.

This is why we use the term "fragments" as both a reference to your Essence as a part of its higher contexts, but also in reference to the Personalities that exist as parts of an Essence.

      Essence is a microcosmic Tao.

This Right to Exist translates into the individual Personality as its Right to its memories and its capacity for generating probabilities. In short, its Right to Choose.

The capacity for choice exists in every known form, even if the contexts for choice are relative. The parameters of choice for an atom, a rock, or a chicken are very different from the choices of a Personality.

The parameter of Choice of a Personality is very different from that of Essence, as well.

This does not undermine the capacity for choice, though.

One way of understanding this is to consider the choices necessary for a fighter pilot to make versus those of a housewife, or the difference in parameters of choice for a child in kindergarten versus those of the college graduate. These are not limitations imposed, but simply contextual.

Your Essence must make Choices that a Personality will never have to face.

And Personality must make choices that Essence would never have been able to make on its own.

Grand Cycle after Grand Cycle, lifetime after lifetime, the Instinctive, or Root Chakra, is the only element carried forth, over and over and over.

It becomes multilayered, as each Grand Cycle "stacks" a layer upon a layer so that there is no bleedthrough, and so that there is a fresh layer for recording, but those layers are always accessible by Essence.

All other Chakras are new and relative to the Grand Cycle.

That is because these other Chakras become the means by which the recording of experiences are funneled to the Instinctive.

And those Chakras must be relative to the systems in place for that "universe."

As no universe or Essence can be in existence without inherently owning an Instinctive Center, or Root Chakra, this is the only one that is at the root, if you will, of any existence.

It is a misnomer to describe Essence as "owning" this, as Essence is, essentially, the same thing, but the same could be said of a Personality in relation to Essence; we delineate for purposes of understanding the parts that are the whole.

In the same way that the developing Chakras relative to a Grand Cycle become the funnels for recording experiences to the Instinctive Center, so are Personalities within a specific Sentience funneling experiences to Essence.

The first Chakra, then, that is developed, is that which allows for location.

That would be the Second Chakra, or the Sacral Chakra.

This Chakra is the first form of differentiation within a universe. This is not the same thing as separation. It is the capacity for form within form.

Thus, it is also the Chakra of Creation.

Because this is a Chakra that allows for location and form and creation, it is also the first body that "feels."

Form within Form allows for intimacy, unison, oneness.

We describe the Highest Plane, which inherently has these qualities, as the Buddhic Plane.

This Right is vital for the use of Existence.

It is the capacity for Existence to have location, and to create form.

      Everything "feels," then. Everything.

However, what is often thought of as "feelings" are not the same thing here.

Having the capacity for form within form means being aware of the self in relation to something else.

All matter has that capacity to some degree. We refer to it as Consciousness.

A rock, flea, and chicken have a consciousness just as your Essence does, and "you" do.

The capacity for choice determines the capacity for Consciousness.

A rock has a very different parameter of Choice from a chicken or a Sentient Human, so there are varying degree of Consciousness involved in each.

However, for an Essence to ever move into a Sentient Species, it must evolve though all of those parameters of choice, or degrees of Consciousness, before considering Sentient exploration.

Before doing so, the first "form within form" or creation of Essence is its formation of Entity, Cadre, and Energy Ring, etc.

This is its first experience of location.

And this is done through "feeling."

Every Essence, then, could be said to "feel" its way through the universe to find its Entity Mates, old friends from other Grand Cycles, and the formation of what is the actual "Casting" begins.

"Feeling" here, then, is the inclination toward the organizing of patterns, or the creation of harmony and resonance.

When this is carried into a Physical Lifetime, or a Personality, this Right to Feel translates into your Right to Intimacy, to Creativity, to Pleasure.

The next Chakra that is developed, then, is the 6th Chakra, or the Brow Chakra.

This is first time that "Time" begins to be experienced.

It is often said that "time is an illusion," but that is another misleading cliche.

"Time" is simply a term that describes the organizing of experiences.

Time for Essence is very different than Time for Personality, because they organize experiences very differently.

Time for a gnat is very different from Time for a rock for the same reasons.

This organizational capacity must be in place early on, if you will, so that experience can be funneled into Essence in a way that can be comprehended, for that is the "entire point" of Existence.

In terms of Personality, this Right is quite similar, in that it is your Right to see beyond any circumstances, beyond the self, beyond the moment, to dream, to imagine, to be visionary, etc.

The next Chakra that is developed, then, is the 7th Chakra, or the Crown Chakra, as this is the means through which Essence will comprehend its experiences of existence. It is the Right to Evolve.

This is inherent in all matter, as well.

The Rights to Exist, Feel, Dream, and Evolve, then, are inherent in all matter or energy. There are better words that may be considered, but this is a fair enough reference here.

Yes, even Rocks have these Rights, at least in terms of the energy and matter that is the Rock.

However, something very different begins to happen for those forms of Consciousness who choose to aim for exploration in Sentience (and not all forms of consciousness aim for that).

The Chakras, or Rights, that we have described so far are the Rights that come from the very nature of energy as representative of Tao, and this gives all a vast range of exploration in form throughout that universe, since all matter would inherently have these Rights, or portals/chakras.

Entire Entities and Energy Rings can then exist as mountain ranges, weather systems, herds of animals, insects, birds, amoeba, fish, water systems, etc. or whatever other terms might be used to describe the planet of interest that may house a candidate species for sentience.

All of the Rights inherent in Essence are carried through those forms and implemented in ways that evolve the planet and its species and life forms.

Nothing in existence was formed in matter without some consciousness involved in its coming into that existence of form.

Nothing in existence of form is evolved without the consciousness that is experiencing that form and its parameters of choice.

But what makes Sentience so unique is that it learns to use the inherent Chakras of the denser bodies, and turns those into an extension of Essence Rights.

In the exploration through the Physical Plane, there comes a time when the aim for Sentience includes having the Rights of Essence represented through the bodies of that Plane.

The first of these to be established is the 3rd Chakra, or the Right to Move, to Change, to Be Free.

This tends to prompt the evolutionary chain of events that lead to the candidates for Sentience much later.

This is because the Third Chakra is the Second Chakra, made Ordinal. Or, in our terms, the Moving Center begins being used for manifesting the Higher Moving Center.

This 3rd Chakra, then, is developed in anything that can move or grow in form, and that Right will exist for anything that can move and grow within the Physical Plane after that Chakra has been developed for that form.

Again, at least in terms of the consciousness exploring that form.

In a Sentient Species, this Right continues as a similar Right.

It is the Right of the Personality to make its own choices, choose its own actions, choose its own directions, grow in its own way, be free on its own terms, etc.

The 4th Chakra is developed among species whose wiring has evolved to a point where it can become aware of itself beyond itself. This is not the same thing as self-awareness or Sentience, but a kind of empathy, and an awareness of Time, and a capacity for learning.

In non-sentient Species this would be the Right to Nurture, to Care, to Empathize.

In a Sentient Species, this becomes the Right to Love.

And then the 5th Chakra is developed and explored through species who have gained the capacity for language.

This becomes the Right to Communicate in non-sentient species, and becomes the Right to The Truth in a Sentient Species.

By "language," we do not mean speaking English, but some form of complex symbols in sound, body, or other form that allows for the transfer of ideas.

This 5th Chakra becomes the practice portal for the use of the 7th Chakra of Essence.

As an aside: We will not go into detail about the Kingdoms that were developed and then explored on this planet by Essences aiming for Sentience, but we can say that, while this planet was explored by our Design of Sentience before choosing a different planet, and because our bodies were "moved here," many fragments within our Design are wholly unfamiliar with the the Kingdoms here, and therefore have evolved over time with a gross lack of concern for the Rights of the creatures who evolved here.

What we have shared with you so far has been an overall picture of these Rights, why they are called Rights, and how they came about.

When a species shifts from non-sentient to sentient, it tends to be because of the capacity for that species to not merely be experienced by Essence, but to represent Essence.

[GeraldineB] Is this the basic reason that taking a sentient life requires karma to expiate it? The right to life?

      [MEntity]
To some extent, yes. And that is because it is very different to experience a Physical Plane through a form, versus AS a form.

We will point out here that before there is an incarnation as a Sentient Species, there is no 3rd, 4th, or 5th Chakra.

But once locked into an incarnational cycle as a Sentient Species, that Essence is then locked into a path back to Tao that will require the full exploration of those Chakras AS ESSENCE, which means a process through not only the Physical Plane, as represented by the 3rd Chakra, but the Astral Plane, as represented by the 4th, and the Causal Plane, as represented by the 5th.

It is important to understand the greater context for these Rights and the Chakras, but for the point of this workshop, we will now point you toward the ways in which you can use this information on a daily basis so that it is meaningful to "you" "now."

[Janet] Do you mean before there is a plan to experience sentience there is no 3rd, 4th or 5th chakra? Earlier you said it was necessary to experience nurturing as non-sentient.

      [MEntity]
Janet, those Chakras are developed as inherent in the species being explored, but only upon Sentience do they then become a part of Essence.

That is because, when exploring the Chakras through non-sentience, they are stationary, if you will, in that species, but once Essence is exploring Sentience, those Chakras rise out of the Instinctive Center that is "inserted" into every body of each life.

This is the difference between being a fragment that is Sentient, and being a part of a Hive Soul.

Those stationary chakras act as portals for the exploring consciousness of that species.

That species becomes like a hive of portals, or Chakras, through which various Essences, Entities, or even Energy Rings explore, diving in and out, etc.

In Sentience, however, the bodies die without the consciousness that holds them together.

      To continue:

In exploring your Rights as a Personality that is representative of Essence, and having all of the Rights that are inherent in both Essence and Personality, it will help you to understand one simple question for assessing what Right you are either blocking, ignoring, or undermining:

      What makes you Angry?

Anger is the means through which bodies develop the capacity for alerting itself to the violation of Rights.

We are using the term "anger" here because it is the most obvious, but anger is another term for helpless, and is the underlying factor in sadness or depression, as well.

      [Bobby] no offense taken 😉

      [MEntity]
If it helps, then, one can ask, what makes me sad? what makes me depressed? what makes me feel helpless?

Most of what makes one helpless, sad, depressed, or angry is relative to one's capacity for fulfilling one's own Rights.

None of the reasons or causes are relevant for anything other than your own process of awareness, as there are often limitations in what one can do to change the what, or the who, or the when of anger.

[Maureen] How does the “Right to Life” or the “Right to Exist” play into being a Carnivore vs a Vegetarian? Do Humans have more “rights” than Animals? Do Animals have more “rights” than Plants? Is there a pecking order? (no chicken jokes here 😉 )

      [MEntity]
The point would be in helping you to understand how you can bring more fulfillment and flow to your Chakras, or Rights, to help you to Exist, Feel, Grow, Love, Communicate, Dream, and Know.

No one species has more Rights than another, but eventually, Sentience begins to acknowledge the spectrum of Rights inherent in all form, and makes choices relative to how those are honored.

A Sentient Species is the only species with the capacity to grasp the concept of Rights while in form.

A factory animal may know anger, sadness, depression, helplessness because it is aware that its Right to Be Free has been violated, but it does not know that it has that Right.

On their own terms, the creatures would exemplify their Right to Be Free, to Nurture, and to Communicate, as these are inherent in the species, but they would not know to defend these until they are violated. This is why many species can be enslaved and farmed, as they know only the instinctive defense of the Rights, but not the Rights.

[Janet] Michael, my primary source of anger relates to limitation of choice -- in the form of people seeking to impose their beliefs on others via rules or laws and also in the form of individuals mindlessly accepting whatever their church or peer group say is best. I cannot see how this ties to a specific Right or chakra. It seems to affect all of them. Although, given your last statement, perhaps it most affects my right to be Free -- similar to the animals you have described.

      [MEntity]
Janet, when you cannot seem to clearly identify what Right is in violation, what you might want to do is look at or feel where the anger is felt in the body when noting this violation.

Where it is felt in the body is often a sign as to what Chakra is being violated.

If you feel this in your stomach, or your gut, it may be that it is the Right to Be Free.

[Janet] Well, that is helpful. I do feel it in my gut.

      [MEntity]
Keep in mind, however, that while the "cause" may be consistent, the Right is not always the same one being violated.

For instance, another time you may find that it is a violation of truth, or the right to the truth, and all of the variations on the truth.

This may be felt in your body by wishing you would say something when you end up not speaking up.

      And so on.

[Maureen] Do Plants "suffer" the same distinction then?

[MEntity] As for Plants, they only suffer in terms of their Right to Grow. They do not experience suffering in other ways, for the most part, as they do not have the 4th and 5th Chakras developed.

[Maureen] Michael -- Then Headaches may represent that your "Right to Dream" is being curtailed? .. and so on?

      [MEntity]
Maureen, that would be correct, though one must be careful to explore the spectrum of interpretation that can be attributed to a Chakra and Right, so as not to become too literal in correlation. For instance, a headache might also speak to the refusal to see beyond one's circumstances, to explore imaginative solutions, etc.

When one feels that his or her Rights are obstructed in some way, there is only one solution: YOU.

[Maureen] Do Creatures have developed 4th and 5th Chakras then?

      [MEntity]
Not all creatures have developed 4th and 5th Chakras. Creatures that have developed the capacity for Nurturing have developed the 4th, and Creatures that have developed the 5th have created a means of sharing ideas and concepts.

In some way, somehow, you must acknowledge that your Right is actually still intact, or find a means through which you can acknowledge that it is implemented.

When one feels that his Rights are violated, by the self or by others or by circumstances, there will ALWAYS be a way that those Rights can be fulfilled, or that are already being fulfilled.

This is not the same thing as the Rights that are fought for within societies and communities, though these do represent internal battles within various groups.

We are speaking to your Rights as Sentience, the combination of Essence and Personality, and these are always intact.

We have gone rather long in our exploration of this topic, and we think that we could do well to follow up with more discussion in your Forum where this will be archived. As you explore the concept of these Rights over the next weeks, we can respond through Troy for further discussion about your questions and experiences.

We must conclude here for today. It has been a long journey to Sentience, and these Rights are yours. They will be intact with or without your acknowledgment, but to acknowledge them, and occasionally manage your way back into that acknowledgment, can have profound effects upon your capacity to choose, and to be conscious.

      OMW - Mar 5, 2011 - Choice Vs Circumstances

      Troy Tolley, Michael Channel

MEntity: Hello to all of you. We are here. We understand that we have been asked to discuss the sometimes-confusing subject of Choice, and how this may or may not conflict with the subject of Circumstances.

First we will discuss the concept of Choice: this concept has been discussed to a great extent in our body of information, but much of the concept has been discussed in terms of its foundation, and not its "structure," so to speak.

Choice is the most-powerful and immediate tool any consciousness has, and all forms of consciousness have Choice.

That is an example of a foundational statement.

      This is a factual statement.

But what is built upon that is often inaccurate and misleading.

That fact that Choice is available to every fragment and every form of consciousness does not elaborate upon the DEGREE of Choice that a fragment or form of consciousness may have at its disposal.

It also does not account for the degrees of consciousness that a fragment may have to have as a means to increase the capacity for choice.

It also does not account for the restricting factors of any given life, relationship, or event.

So the concept of choice becomes a painful, confusing, delusional, dishonest, and harmful structure built upon an empowering, clear, aware, honest and healing foundation.

We clarify the difference between the "foundational" and the "structure" because there is no paradox and no conflict between the two, but when one is confused for the other, the conflicts and confusion can come.

The concept that "All is Choice" is a foundational statement, but not a structural statement.

ALL is Choice, but this does not elaborate upon the fact that there are variations on the dimensions of "you" who make these choices, and that while a choice may be made in one dimension, it is not one that is made in another.

ALL is Choice, but this does not elaborate upon the fact that this is not a statement of permission, but a simple foundation of existence. It does not elaborate upon the evolution of choice-making, and that fragments learn how to choose in ways that match their growing consciousness and manifestation of Essence. This is why the choice between "murder" and "not murdering" becomes an easy choice as one evolves.

So while "All is Choice," and "Choice is the most-powerful tool you have" are true, it will help to understand the structures that are built upon those concepts in varations that can make sense.

All forms of consciousness have Choice, from the subatomic to the complexity of Sentience.

The degree to which a consciousness is closer to Sentience is the degree to which that consciousness makes choices that range between atomic and anatomic, or put another way: in a range between reactionary to creative.

Bacteria have Choice, but can only react to stimuli. Humans have Choice, and that can range between reaction to stimuli all the way to conscious, creative problem-solving and beyond.

The more one only reacts to stimuli, the more one is bound by the atomic, or the lack of consciousness.

The Soul Ages describe this process of learning how to choose, and choosing how to learn.

The Soul Ages describe the widening range of realization for a Sentient Being to excercise its capacity for Choice.

The Infant Soul does not have the same capacity for Choice as does an Old Soul.

      It must be LEARNED.

And in a microcosmic reflection, the newborn child does not have the same capacity for choice that an adult has.

The Old Soul child does not have the same capacity for choice that an Old Soul adult has.

This is because that capacity must be REMEMBERED.

The Internal Monads are a description of that remembering process.

Every lifetime is a remembering process, and every new Soul Age is as well. Every new Soul Age is the equivalent of a new Personality, in many ways, because it is a new paradigm upon which the Essence must now build from an old paradigm.

The first 3 Levels of any Soul Age, and the first 3 stages of the Internal Monads are entirely about regaining consciousness, or "remembering."

The 4th Level/Stage is about the application and building upon that memory. The 5th is about the experimentation with those new structures; the 6th is about the integration of those experiments; and the 7th is the comprehension/archiving of all of the experiences gained across that Age or Lifetime or span of lifetimes.

We share this with you because it is helpful to understand that process and why it is a part of our mapping of existence, but also because it can help you understand the spectrum that you may have as choice at any given time, in any given circumstance.

CIRCUMSTANCES is a term that Troy chose, but we can work with this as a term that describes situations, scenarios, conditions, limitations, etc that appear to be, or are clearly beyond your control in any obvious way.

CHOICE will ALWAYS exist in some form in ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

That range of choice will ALWAYS range between atomic to anatomic, or between reactionary to creative.

It might even be fair to call the range as being between Reactionary to Conscious, and while that is fair, it is slightly misleading because there would still be some degree of consciousness to your reactionary choices.

For instance, your compulsions: doing what you know you do not want to do, but doing it anyway.

      Compulsions are reactionary.

      Impulses are Creative.

To return to the ideas of Foundation and Structure, like the statements about Choice, it would be true to say that one is born into Circumstances that are not the choices of the Personality, but that would be a foundational statement.

It does not elaborate upon the fact that the Personality is a beautiful and brilliant extension of Essence who created the Personality through its capacity of choices, and that the circumstances were chosen as Essence's ideas for how best to explore the life as you.

It could be argued, then, that the life is not "your" choice, and that would be true to some degree, but only as true as "you" are not manifesting or allowing Essence into the life.

The more one aligns with Essence, manifests Essence, the more the life becomes a creative process, and not a pinball game of reaction to stimuli.

Therefore, while Circumstances may be limiting, and your Choices restricted to the context of Circumstances, the CAPACITY for Choice is never limited. Within the most extreme of Circumstances, you will always have the choice ranging between reaction and creativity.

You may not "choose" to die from a long-term illness in any way that seems obvious to you, but you CAN choose to react to that experience as a form of survival, or choose creative ways of dealing with it in a way that evolves you.

You may not "choose" to be poor in any way that makes sense to you, but you CAN choose between constant reaction to the circumstances, and creative responses to the circumstances.

You may not "choose" to grow old in a way that hurts, but you CAN choose between reacting to that pain, and being creative through it, around it, beyond it.

You may not "choose" who challenges you, and who may die on you, or who may assault you, or who may praise you, but you CAN choose to default to reaction or to creative response.

All of this is summed up in the cliche, but valid, statement that you may not choose what happens to you, but you do have a choice in what to do with what happens to you.

The most extreme form of Circumstance within a life is what we will call SUFFERING.

Suffering is a relative term, so we will not define any conditions for it beyond the fact that anyone can

Suffer for any reason that he or she deems circumstances are beyond their control.

SUFFERING is a natural part of being alive. It cannot be avoided, and it will happen to all of you in some way, some how, some time.

Not because it is imposed upon you, but because each of you will go through a process of interpreting experiences in a way that cause Suffering.

Each of you Suffer in every lifetime in some way. Even the Transcendental and hosts for the Infinite Souls suffer.

This is because there will ALWAYS be Circumstances beyond your control in some way.

In the same way that we described the Learning and Remembering process of Soul Ages and Internal Monads, so does the approach to Suffering evolve.

Suffering is avoided at all costs as an Infant Soul, and as an infant child, but Suffering is eventually and actively embraced as the soul ages, and as the adult comes into maturity.

To avoid Suffering is a Survival Reaction, and a valid one within context.

To embrace Suffering is to embrace your Creative Force.

This is why it is well-known that those who suffer within a lifetime tend to be the most creative.

Suffering is one of the most fertile of experiences for generating a return to a Creative Force within.

It is NOT the only way, but it is a way that is so often a part of the life that it has come to be counted upon by Essence in many ways.

When one abdicates Choice, Suffering is painful and overwhelming. When one enlists Choice to any degree closer to Creativity, Suffering becomes a rich resource, and often a direct path back to the self, and to Essence.

All Infinite Souls embraced Suffering in its entirety. All Transcendental Souls, as well.

This is NOT because Suffering is "noble," but that it is a part of life, a part of living, a part of being alive, in a body, and within the structures of limitation that are built upon various foundations.

To avoid Suffering is to remain locked in Survival Mode. To consciously embrace it as a part of life is to Evolve.

This does not mean one must seek it out, though we doubt we need to warn of this since suffering is often found without "looking for it."

There are three types of Suffering: Survival Suffering, Denial Suffering, and Conscious Suffering.

Survival Suffering is a closed loop of Suffering that is often generated through circular blame, guilt, shame. This is not a "true" suffering, but one that is brought upon the self and can be broken at any moment, though may require support and intervention.

Survival Suffering tends to cut one off from others, the world, relationships, and life.

Denial Suffering is an open loop of Suffering that drags others into it as a means to help the fragment continue its denials, lies, refusals, delusions. This is not a "true" suffering, but one that is brought upon the self as a means to avoid responsibility and accountability.

Denial Suffering often leaves a trail of broken relationships, hurt people, and can lead to sociopathic behaviors.

Where Survival Suffering isolates the fragment, Denial Suffering creates closed allegiances and alliances that become defensive fences between the self and "reality."

Conscious Suffering, or True Suffering, is when one recognizes that there is nowhere else to go, so to speak.

When one "loses" a loved one, there is nowhere to go but to suffer the grief.

When one struggles with illness, there is nowehere to go but to suffer the challenges.

When one struggles with pain, there is nowhere to go but to suffer the endurance.

Conscious Suffering is the willingness to stand in that, and let it be.

Conscious Suffering is the willingness to be present for the experience.

Willingness to be present is a willingness to own what power one has in the circumstance, regardless of how limited that power may be.

Owning the power that one has in the most limited of circumstances is the embrace of Choice and Creativity.

Embracing Choice and Creativity means allowing for uncertainty, and paves a rich path back to the core of the self and to Essence.

While Suffering is not a "noble" thing, it does lead to noble characteristics that every fragment eventually embraces and evolves.

The 7 Nobilities, if you will, are:

      PRESENCE or Self-Authority;

      STRENGTH or Endurance;

      INNOCENCE or Wisdom;

      CREAVITY or Solvency;

      EMPATHY or Self-Reflection;

      FORGIVENESS or Self-Responsibility; and

      TRUST or Experience.

The first two are Action Oriented, resonating to King/Warrior respectively. The second two relate to Expression Axis, and Sage/Artisan respectively. The third set of two relates to the Inspirational, and Priest/Server respectively. And finally the Assimilative and Scholar.

The "Nobilities" will tend to be emphasized in various degrees depending on the predominance of Overleaves across the Axes, and, of course the Role and Casting.

We will OPEN THE QUEUE here for your questions regarding what we have shared so far. Type three asterisks *** to indicate that you have a question, and we will call upon you in order. QUEUE IS NOW OPEN

[Maureen] What comments would you make re: the axiom – “If you have the choice choose to enjoy” related to today's material?

Maureen, we think that is a valid statement, and in MOST of life circumstances, that choice for \enjoyment is present, but it would be a lie to say that it is a choice in every circumstance.

It is rare that a fragment would or could choose to "enjoy" Suffering, itself, but one CAN choose to find moments of joy, or to allow moments of joy, however fleeting, to count, even in the midst of Suffering.

If someone suffers from cancer, it would be irresponsible to tell that person to choose to enjoy the cancer, but it would be helpful to remind them that there is joy beyond the suffering, or alongside the suffering.

Does this response offer some insight, Maureen?

[Maureen] move towards inclusion rather than exclusion - yes thanks

Yes, Maureen. That is a valid elaboration.

[Corinne] Could you explain further the differences between structure and foundation from the beginning part?

The difference between Foundation and Structure is the difference between what IS the concept and the DETAILS of that concept.

The concept of a foundation for a home is fairly standard, for example, but what the details of that home may be as built upon any foundation is varying.

It could be also be said to be the facts within the facts.

CHOICE is a foundation for any form of conscious, but the details of how that choice is built, evolved, utilized, applied, etc is as varied as any home.

      Does this help clarify?

[Corinne] Ok...it's clearer. Is this distinction relative to choice similar for the essence and the personality or different?

Another example might be that you have a LIFE, and that is a Foundation, but what you DO WITH THAT LIFE is the structure built upon it.

      [Corinne] AH! I see.

You will always have a range of Choice between Reaction and Creativity within any Circumstance, but you will not always understand or consciously choose your Circumstances.

[Oscar] Hello Michaelses 😉 Would you care to elaborate on "...any way that seems obvious to you", which you mentioned in relation to possibility of Choice?

For example, one may not "choose" a certain illness, but the choices made over time during the life may end up resulting in that illness.

To that extent, one DOES CHOOSE the illness, but it is no way an obvious process.

Another example might be that one may not "choose" to be attacked by a murderer or rapist, but the choices that lead one to be in a certain place at a certain time resulted in being accessible to the attacker.

To that extent one DOES CHOOSE the path that leads to the attacker, but in no way that is fair to call an "obvious choice" made by a person.

One may not choose to live with the aches and pains of growing older in a finite body, but one DOES CHOOSE to grow older, and thus the inherent conditions that go along with age must be included in that choice.

Do these examples help to clarify?

[Oscar] yes very much so, thanks 😃

[DanR] Michael, could you comment on a bias seen in fragments where they view their own suffering as arising from unfortunate external circumstances while they view other fragments' suffering as arising from poor choices? For example, “I am poor due to a bad upbringing and lack of opportunity while they are poor because they chose not to work hard.” Does overcoming this bias help with Essence evolution?

The first example is one of Survival Suffering: blame on the past, on the upbringing, on the past. Survival Suffering is wrought with comparisons for the sake of excuses and alleviation of self-reflection and self-authority, self-responsibility, etc.

Comparing Suffering is never insightful. It is about as useless as defining a line between Art and Not Art.

By this we mean that while there are three types of Suffering that do have symptoms and behaviors distinct to each, they are still Suffering. Anyone who Suffers can use your help, and if you suffer, you can always use your own help.

Therefore, yes, the transcendence of comparisons will always help one to tend to his own Creative solutions for his suffering, rather than to ensure them because they are justified when compared to others'.

Comparisons are helpful for navigation, but if not used for navigation, they become the parameters of centrifugal vs creative force.

Does this help in answering your question?

[DanR] Yes, thank you very much Michael.

[Bobbi] Having recently been dropped by a friend of 35+ years, I am left wondering if my change from uneasy ally in her Denial Suffering to offering self-empowerment/self-love suggestions caused the freeze-out. Do I try to get back in, or let her evolution continue without me?

Your observations are valid. The "freeze-out" is often the modus operandi of those in Denial Suffering, and if we see the correct fragment, your assessment is valid. As mentioned before, Suffering is Suffering, regardless of Denial, Survival, or Conscious, and any Suffering person can use your help.

The choice is yours to make, but there is a risk that it could lead you to your own Suffering in some way.

And if you are willing, then that can be a path of Creative Force.

We would say that it would be helpful to continue what you have already done, which is to continue along lines that are on your own terms, and not catering to the perceived delusions.

[Bobbi] Would the risk be rejection?

      [Bobbi] Again.

There is a way to return to the friendship with more offers of support and intervention without it being consuming, and that would be through calling upon one of the 7 Nobilities that come naturally to you, or that you wish to take on as a challenge.

      [Bobbi] Thank you. Very helpful.

When one moves into uncertainty, risk, and limitation of choice, but recognizes that choice is still an option, then calling upon one of the 7 Nobilities can help one to focus the choices.

[Bobbi] Good to know and have in the holster!

For instance, in your case, you can make the choice to take the risk because you are willing to challenge your Empathy, or to utilize your Forgiveness, or to encourage her Strength by exemplifying it in yourself, etc.

As we said, Suffering is not the Nobility, in itself, but from Suffering comes the 7 Nobilities, and one eventually learns to call upon those actively and willingly in the lifetime.

When one actively calls upon a Nobility, then Suffering is minimized, if not diminished entirely.

[Bobbi] I must have missed that in the other books. 😉

      It is not there.

Our teaching is not completed in any book.

[Jill] Would it be accurate to say that someone who is highly sensitive is highly reactive due to interpretation of experiences?

Highly Sensitive does not automatically equate Highly Reactive, though the phrase "highly sensitive" is often imposed upon those who are more obvious in their reactions or creative responses. Highly-sensitive people simply react OR respond quickly.

Those who are highly-sensitive require more downtime for calibration and recalibration, since their sensitivity equates quickness. On the surface, and often, yes, this is reactionary, but it can evolve into a quickness of consciousness and creativity just as easily as anyone can.

Does this lend insight to your question?

[Jill] Is sensitivity due to Overleaves, imprinting etc.?

Sensitivity can be a result of any number of combinations, but most-often it is the result of AWARENESS. When one is "sensitive" in the sense that one is offended by the slightest thing, it is NEW, or RAW Awareness, whereas one who is "sensitive" in a sense is intuitive and transcendent of the senses, it is INTEGRATED Awareness.

[Jill] Thank you. I have been struggling with the distinction for quite some time

Sensitivity is a state that every fragment strives for, and cycles through in terms of rawness vs integration. Being easily upset or offended only means that one has not found acceptable solutions to the awareness that has come to be, and this can be the case in a spectrum of situations.

For instance, one can be sensitive to the behaviors of others in a way that upsets one because this emphasizes the differences between oneself and another. What to do with that awareness is then a process of Integration.

[Jill] So we can truly feel empathy on the way to agape?

One can be sensitive to the plight of animals, or the oppressed, and but raw awareness will be ineffective and reactionary, often exacerbating or defeating the awareness, but integrated awareness will be responsive, effective, creative, and educational on behalf of that awareness.
Jill, one cannot be in a state of agape without empathy.

We will conclude this workshop with a suggestion for each of you to examine the 7 Nobilities and to look at which ones are more challenging, which ones are natural to you, and which ones have not been considered. Look at the risks you may be willing to take in the life, and call upon one that you feel could help minimize the potential for suffering.

Examine where and how in your life you feel you suffer because of circumstances, and see if you can stand in it Consciously so that it is transformed into a path to your Creative Force.

[Corinne] What are the differences between the Nobilities you capitalized and those you didn't?

While there may be variations in the limitations and freedoms relative to Choice, you will ALWAYS carry with you the spectrum between Reaction and Response/Creativity.

Corrine, we added a more personalized sub-description for convenience.

It could be said that the capitalized is the foundation, and the lower-case is the structure; or put another way, the concept and the application.

      [Corinne] I see. Thanks.

We must conclude here today. Good day to each of you.

      Goodbye.

      MEntity:
Hello to each of you. We are here now. We will begin with some discussion about Dreams.

As we have already delineated the nature of Dreaming in other exchanges that are documented, we may abbreviate here, making room for more dynamic discussion.

We will outline the basics, and then fill in more details based upon our exchange with you here.

First, we will define the Dream State, as differentiated from the Waking State.

Dream State is any degree of consciousness that involves less than the totality of bodies that a fragment is using. Waking State is any degree of consciousness that includes the totality of all bodies that a fragment is using.

Waking State cannot happen in Dreams, as the Physical Body must be included for that Waking State.

However, Dream States can happen outside of sleep, as they do not require the totality of bodies.

In terms of "bodies," we speak here of the Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, and "spiritual" bodies. The Spiritual body is the sum that is greater than the parts, but not a specific body.

There are 7 Primary Bodies, or put another way, densities, for every Sentient incarnated, and these correspond to the Chakras or Centers.

When not incarnated, there are still 7, even without the Physical Body, because the "Spiritual" Body becomes the primary housing, if you will.

When one is not in a Physical Body, then Waking States and Dream States still exist, using the same definitions as stated above.

To Dream while not incarnated is still a matter of any degree of consciousness using fewer bodies than the totality of bodies.

In other words, even we still Dream.

Dream States are "entered" through one of three gateways: through the Instinctive Center, the Lower Centers, or Higher Centers. Or put another way, through the Instinctive Body, Lower Bodies, or Higher Bodies.

Each of these gateways, or entrances, has their own language, which is highly personal and developed over many lifetimes. Each body interacts using those different languages.

The Instinctive Body is entirely symbolic, so we refer to this as the Symbolic Level of Dreaming. Because Symbols are things, it could be said that this is the Physical Level of Dreaming.

The Lower Centers/Bodies interact through the medium of the Astral Plane. These Bodies use Emotion as a primary language. It could be said, then, that this is the Emotional, or Astral Level of Dreaming.

The Higher Bodies/Centers are not specific to any Plane, and uses the Intellect as a medium for communication. It would be the Intellectual Level of Dreaming.

Though these Bodies are not specific to any Plane, we rarely see these functioning beyond the Physical Plane or the Astral Plane while a Physical Body is a part of the collection of bodies.

In fact, most dreaming is almost always contained to the current Plane where one's consciousness is focused, and the one just beyond.

Understanding "where" one is when dreaming can help one to understand, interpret, and apply any meaning that might be gained from the memory of a dream.

If a dream is remembered, it is relevant. No dreams are irrelevant. All dreams are relevant, but those that one does not remember are usually relevant to other bodies beyond the Physical.

If a dream is filled with oddities, things that do not "make sense," actions that stand out, is fantastical, and clearly symbolic, you are seeing the Symbolic/Instinctive level of dreaming. Repetitive dreams, anxiety dreams, falling dreams, etc fall into this level.

ALL dreaming will first enter through this gateway.

This means that even the most vivid or lucid of dreams may have elements of this Level involved.

Through the Instinctive Center, the entrance into the other Centers is made accessible.

Dreams from the Symbolic/Instinctive Level are directly related to current or past personalities, and to the self, only. In most cases, it is the process of organizing experiences from that day, relative to which Centers were worked the most. It is also the uploading and downloading of information relative to the current lifetime and its own records.

The Instinctive realm has 7 different areas through which one would go, and depending upon where that dreaming is occurring, of course, corresponding to the 7 Parts of a Center.

Emotional Parts of the Instinctive Center dreams are different from the Instinctive Part of the Instinctive Center, for instance.

Instinctive Parts of the Instinctive Realm are the most bizarre and "senseless" dreams, using pure symbolism.

Think of these Centers/Realms as having rooms corresponding to the various Parts. Those "rooms" then connect to a larger version of itself that is its own Center/Realm with its own Parts/rooms.

If one is in the Instinctive/Symbolic Realm, he will be in one of those rooms, but still in the Instinctive Realm. If, for instance, he is in the Emotional Part of that realm, he can move through another door, so to speak, that leads into the Emotional Center.

Through the Emotional Part, one can only move into an Emotional Center, no other, and so on.

To be clear, regardless of which Center one has moved into from a room/part within the Instinctive Realm, it will be the Emotional/Astral Realm at that point.

[Martha] So you can't then go to the Intellectual/Astral directly, you'd have to go back to Instinctive and then go to the Intellectual part of Instinctive, and then go to the Intellectual astral, or am I confused?

      MEntity:
Martha, of course, we are using a symbolism in itself to convey these realms and mapping of dreams, so we wish to clarify that this is not literal, but it is accurate.

In response to your question, yes, the Instinctive Center is the hub through which all dreaming or access to other realms is possible.

Even in terms of channeling, it is through the Instinctive Center that access beyond is achieved. It cannot be done any other way.

We can also add here that the emphasis of channeling, style of channeling, voice of channeling, energy of channeling, etc is colored by this mapping, and how a channel moves into these other realms.

To answer your question more specifically, Martha, in each dream cycle, there is only one path. There is usually not a return and redirection.

[Brian_W] How might switching between these rooms / realms appear in our dreams?

      MEntity:
Symbolic into Astral. Where one needs or wants to go for that dream cycle is chosen for that cycle. Once in, say, the Emotional Room of the Emotional Realm, there would be the Intellectual Part of that, or the Intellectual Room within the Emotional Room within the Emotional Realm.

This may seem complicated, but it is not, and these "rooms within rooms" reflect the depth to which the consciousness has gone for that cycle.

If we could draw an image for you, it would look something like a Pie with 7 pieces as the Symbolic Realm. An even larger concentric circle would be around that, with 7 sections relative to the 7 Pie Pieces, and each section having 7 sections. Beyond this is open space, if you will.

This is a crude, 2-dimensional map, but it works.

The encircling realm of the Astral is not static in this map, and can be "turned" to align with whatever entrance is relevant for dreaming.

Now that we have shared the mapping, we will share some of the terrain. This will help in your determining from "where" a dream may have been remembered.

We have already stated that your Symbolic Realm is fairly obvious in that it is full of symbols, but symbolism does not stop in the Symbolic Realm.

The Symbolic Realm is dominated by symbols, but the Astral Realm will use symbols, as well, just not as a dominant language.

We have a system for understanding these symbols, using what we refer to as "facets" of this Realm as relative to the parts/rooms we already described. In most cases of dreaming Symbolically or Astrally, those dreams remembered are those from the rooms of the Intellect, Emotion, or Moving.

The Intellectual part of Symbolic Realm is usually where one plays out memories, breaks them down, and plays them over and over, usually because of, or inclusive of, something that represents you on some level.

As the Instinctive/Symbolic Level is all about the current or past Personality (or sub-personalities), the Intellectual part is about identity, sense of self, and there are often symbols involved that are seen as defining you, or clearly representative in that way.

As the Intellect is also about Expression, it is important to consider this when interpreting from this part, as it often relates to what is not being said, what needs to be said, or expressed, or what is being collected by the Personality as expressions from around him.

The Emotional or Inspirational room/part of Symbolic is where one tends to find "messages" in the symbols.

Although one could say this about any dream, the Emotional part of the Symbolic is usually what prompts the most surprising, "I wonder what THAT meant?" kind of responses upon remembering or re-telling. This is because the Personality left with a sense of something being encrypted in the symbolism, and senses that message.

The Moving facet of interpretation, or the Moving part of the Symbolic Realm tends to be where your disaster, apocalyptic, falling, anxiety, and other physical-plane based actions in symbols come into play.

We should clarify here that when we used the word "facet," we mean that relative to Interpretation. In other words, Symbolic Realm, Emotional Part, requiring interpretation through the Emotional/Inspiration Facet.

We will quickly cover the more common parts of the Astral, and their facets of interpretation, and then open the floor for questions.

Where the Symbolic Realm emphasizes the current or past Personalities or sub-personalities, the Astral emphasizes the Essence. Symbolism will exist in both places, but when from the Symbolic, it is relative to Personality, whereas in the Astral, the symbols are relative to the Essence.

The Intellectual/Expressive part of the Astral is where one tends "to go" for learning, recalibrating the life, rearranging Agreements and Karma, and generally examine the life in relation to the entire cycle

If one remembers dreams from this part of the Astral Realm, it tends to be sensed as a kind of clarity in the Waking State, a sense of direction, and things feel "in order," even if they appear not to be.

The details of the dreams tend to feel as if one has been at a meeting, in conversation, reading, etc., learning. Problem solving comes from this part of the realm.

The Emotional/Inspirational part of the Astral is where your Essence goes to play, to balance Karma that does not require the physical body, for healing, and for processing more complicated emotions.

It is also where one meets with his Guides for updates and insights regarding the life. This is often remembered as those faceless or familiar but vague figures with whom one is interacting in the dream.

This part of the Astral is often from where one wakes up to have the ominous or foreboding feeling left, or agitation and a "bad day," when one has just burned a Ribbon.

The Moving, or Action part is where the past is processed, including past lives. On the Symbolic Level, when a past personality is explored, it is so symbolic it is not often realized as being past life related. In the Astral, however, it is quite elaborate and rich in detail, particularly in terms of the environment.

These dreams tend to emphasize your environment, and this is often recalled as being utterly familiar, yet completely unfamiliar to your Waking State.

Beyond the Astral is the Intellectual Realm, which translates into Lucid Dreaming or Out of Body Experiences.

We will now open the floor to your questions about what has been shared so far, but will save the dream interpretation process for after that.

[Martha] Sometimes I'll have a very vivid dream where it seems like the other person is really there and I remember the dream easily the next day -- is that Lucid?

      MEntity:
Lucid is where choices can be actively made from within the dream, and the awareness that one is dreaming is clear. A vivid dream is not necessarily Lucid.

In almost all cases where there are other people in a dream of significance, it is the Astral Realm.

      [Martha] I don't think I've ever had a lucid one then 🙂

      MEntity:
However, keep in mind that Lucid Dreaming is not confined to any realm, though usually stays within the Astral or Symbolic. When Lucidity is in the Physical Plane, where consciousness has discovered the capacity to point to any part of the Intellectual realm, it is an Out of Body Experience.

      To clarify the last sentence:

Imagine a computer monitor with a diagram of the mapping we have already described. Your cursors moving about within that map is like Lucid Dreaming, and when outside of that map, it is Out of Body.

      NEXT, Brian.

[Brian_W] Could you comment as to whether the action taking place in the dream is related to the center whereas the terrain is related to the part of the dream? That is, a flying dream might be Instinctual center, while flying through an unknown / foreign environment might be the Moving Part of the Instinctual Center?

      MEntity:
Flying dreams are never from the Symbolic Realm, even if symbols are involved. They are almost always of the Emotional part of the Astral. Keep in mind, that within that Emotional Room of the Astral, there are also parts/rooms. So one may be flying, but if the environment is striking in some way, it may be the Moving Part of the Emotional Room.

However, we will add that in most cases, though not all, the flying itself is the point of those dreams, as they are "you" and your Essence playing.

More precisely, "you" AS your Essence.

We will also point out that upon waking, it is not uncommon to mix the memories of different dream scenarios.

[Brian_W] Each representing a different part / room?

      MEntity:
      Not necessarily.

All parts will be present in all dreams to some extent, so one would want to pay most attention to what is most prominent.

If in a flying dream, the flying is incidental to your trying to outfly an electric tornado, then the electric tornado may be the important element to consider.

If in a flying dream, your flying with other people seems to be the emphasis, then it may be more about those relationships than about the flying.

If in a flying dream, you are terrified of the fact that you are flying, it may be the anxiety and terror feeling that is more important to consider.

Flying dreams are almost always for play, or for bringing play to an otherwise "serious" scenario.

      NEXT

[Maureen] Is there a co-relation to peoples' natural centering and the type of dreaming they experience, i.e. would moving centered people favour or have more past life dreams? and -- if so -- what type of dreaming would be favoured by emotionally centered and intellectually centered people?

      MEntity:
To the extent that one is emphasizing a Center of gravity in the Waking State, there may be a correlation to the Dream State. It is often more immediately relevant to explore in Dream State that which correlates to Waking State. However, if there are imbalances, then the balancing Center may be explored.

While this can tend to be the case, in general, the parts of Realms explored tend to change too often, based on several factors in a day, for us to say it is consistent enough for a consistent correlation.

Especially for Older Souls who are working to break from the Traps of Centering, and to balance out all Centers.

When one learns to control his dreams, he can train himself to access specific parts of Realms for help, so the more interest one has in Dreams, the more likely the access is to whatever is most helpful.

We tend to see more of a consistency on a larger scale as relative to the Centering of a year, if anything.

Being an Emotionally-Centered year, we find that many of our students are in the Emotional Realm working on self-karma, karma, relationship issues within and without, etc.

With your questions answered, we will now describe a kind of quick reference for your ease in interpreting your dreams.

[Bobby] In the energy report for the year, you have said it is Moving Centered, is there a discrepancy there?

      MEntity:
Yes, that is a discrepancy here. We are speaking of the previous year here. You are in a Moving-Centered year, with an emphasis on all that the Moving part of the Realms entails as described above.

Our sense of Time is often as accurate as our channel's.

To interpret any Symbol, you must look at it from two levels: Individually and Collectively.

Because symbolism is pulled from the Instinctive, it is often based upon Collective meaning, as generated over many lives with many people sharing similar experiences. So an Owl in a dream can be interpreted globally for those who are on a planet with Owls.

However, you would want to examine your own symbolism of the Owl, as well. While there may be relevance to its meaning collectively, one person may find Owls terrifying, while another finds them beautiful.

The Collective interpretation fitted to your Interpretation can often reveal a great deal of insight.

For instance, if Owl represents Emerging Information or Insight Collectively, and you are terrified of Owls, the dream may be playing out your fear of knowing something you would rather not know.

Add to that the INTERACTION between you and the symbol, or between symbols, and this is your whole interpretation.

If you shoo the bird away from your window sill, it may mean you are rejecting any indication pointing to information you would rather not know you know. If you open a window and let it in, you may find you are closer to allowing yourself to know. And so on.

Collective Meaning + Individual Meaning + Interaction = Interpretation

If one is interpreting dreams from the Astral, there may be symbols involved and these would be treated the same way.

However, everything else on the Astral is fairly literal.

If you are having sex, you are having sex. If you are having conversation, you are having conversation. If you are flying, you are flying, etc.

Now we will open the floor for your sharing of a dream that you may want to be interpreted, keeping in mind that it is your place to do this, first.

[EricM] I noticed going through my dreams from the past that I tend to have some overarching themes. For example, I’ve had many dreams over time that center on trying to foster peace and resolution between warring groups of people, or else protecting bystanders from the warring. The dreams are not really recurring dreams, since they tend to be quite different in symbols, actors and scenarios, but they share that theme. Is this valid, and if so, why might one have such themes?

      MEntity:
If a theme is consistent, but the scenario and/or participants change, it often falls into the realm of Symbolic, with the theme being the symbol. This is often done for the Personality to work out ways to deal with similar themes in the life, which may be based in current experiences, anticipated experiences, or fantasy/imagined experiences.

The playing out of the theme in such varying ways is most likely the various ways your past Personalities played out the theme.

In other words, in what way is this theme in your Waking State?

Is it feared? Is it something you find fascinating as a study? Is it something from your past left unresolved? And so on.

Replaying themes such as this often indicate what is just below the surface of the Waking State consciousness at all times, so it would most likely be directly relevant.

[EricM] I'm not too sure. Perhaps as a study in healing or an anticipation.

MEntity: Do you find that you avoid conflict? Do you gravitate toward it? Are you sensitive to it?

[EricM] I generally avoid conflict, as I am very sensitive to it and find it distressing

MEntity: Do you find yourself ineffective in that area, and wish to improve upon your confidence for dealing with similar scenarios?

[EricM] that seems valid, open conflict is an area I feel least effective

[EricM] So perhaps learning to effectively manage scenarios of open conflict?

MEntity: This may be your key to understanding this arc. In your dreams you know what to do, how to do it, effectively and even heroically. This recurring theme may be a part of you reminding you that the avoidance of conflict is not necessary, and that you may have more to offer in resolution than you think.

      [EricM] that does make sense

      MEntity:
We would think, then, in this case, the theme shows up in your dreams when you have felt particularly ineffective or insignificant, not necessarily in terms of conflicts, but in terms of any sort of resolution and recognition.

      NEXT Maureen

[Maureen1] I had a re-occurring dream when I was very young: “I” was driving my mother to the hospital to “have me” / give birth to me. Before we could reach the hospital my body would turn to “whey” and bones – I would just disintegrate in the driver’s seat. We never made it to the hospital in any dream – ever.

[Maureen1] I have come to think of it as being more about me being in the ‘driving’ seat in ‘my’ need to be born to my mother – possibly to work out self-karma or ‘whatever’. I needed her in the equation – more than she needed me – hence she was in the passenger seat. The part about never getting to the hospital it what seems strange to me – I don’t understand that.

      MEntity:
We would first say that the symbols for interpretation would be Whey, Mother, Pregnancy, Driving, and Hospital.

Both the Collective and the Personal, and then how these are Interacting.

In this case, Whey, Mother, and Pregnancy are all variations of the same symbolism.

They are different stages, or states.

Whey is the medium for the more solid parts.

Driving is almost always a Collective symbol for the direction the life is going, or the path it is on.

The Hospital is rather literal in that it is clear direction of intent for the life, or the path, which is for support, healing, etc.

You would want to then look at what you think of Whey, your Mother, Pregnancy, and Driving.

What do you think of Whey?

[Maureen1] well I was very young when I had the dream

[Maureen1] now it would mean no support -- or not much

      MEntity:
That will not matter. You would have forgotten the dream if it had no more relevance.

To give you a better interpretation, ask yourself what you think of Whey, not what you think Whey means.

      [Maureen1] icky actually

      MEntity:
      Exactly.

Consider that Whey is a medium for more solid parts of itself, and you find it "icky," you may find that you were already aware of a growing, or potential, resentment for positions you would be in.

      [Maureen1] that makes sense then

      MEntity:
This would grow into adulthood with you. Being the medium that holds together more solid (or demanding, needy, etc) parts.

Meanwhile, this role was not allowing you to be born, to be you, to be yourself.

The "parts" held together by you referred to not only parts of yourself, but the people in your life. You have been the whey, or the mothermilk, in that symbolic sense.

This dream was of the Symbolic Realm.

We will add here, that for many of these Symbolic Dreams, the active completion of them in Waking State can contribute a great deal to the healing that some of these may indicate as being needed by you.

For instance, playing out this dream to the point of actually getting to the hospital and being born, may affect a part of your subconscious in a way that is profoundly beneficial and freeing.

      NEXT, Brian.

[Brian_W] This might require a whole session of its own in private, so I'll let you pick out what you might seem relevant or helpful.

[Brian_W] While there hasn't seemed to be a great deal of overaching themes, I have noticed a few "features" in my dreams lately, mostly where I am falling asleep in the dream and waking back up into the dream without physically waking and I think last night you (Michael) came to visit in mentioning about the quality of experiences, but it didn't quite make sense.

[Brian_W] What was with me trying to protect myself from the "Black Cloud of Death" last night, or the dream I had on August 20th that I have at least interpreted as my "graduation" from the 3rd IM in positive and Essence contact? How do you present yourselves to me in my dreams?

      MEntity:
In dreams that do not make sense, either clearly, because of strange symbols, or vaguely because of missing elements, the strange symbols can usually be interpreted, but the vague, missing elements dreams are probably those instances where the details are for Essence, and not necessarily useful for the Personality.

We think the "Black Cloud of Death" is your symbol for all of the things you either dislike or do not understand in yourself or others.

It will be up to you to interpret this more meaningfully, as in using the formula of Collective Meaning + Personal Meaning + Interaction

How you were protecting yourself will give some insights into what was being played out.

[Brian_W] It was like I was trying to create a fortified structure for me to "ride out the storm" in

      MEntity:
We think this is fairly reflective in terms of how this is your symbolic playing out of Waking State scenarios.

The playing out of familiar scenarios in symbolic ways is a clever way of opening up to new ideas and solutions, but also to see how the choices are effective or ineffective.

If you felt safer in the dream because of your efforts, you may find that it was an indication that it is okay for you to sometimes "ride it out," and lie low when dealing with your dislikes or lack of understanding yourself and others. If you felt anxiety, it may mean that solution is not the most effective. And so on

We show up in many ways to our students in dreams, but we are interpreted in even more ways.

[Brian_W] Last night I just heard a "voice" in the dream that I associated with you (Michael)

      MEntity:
We have presented ourselves to you in your dreams as children, but we are often interpreted as vague speaking.

If you would like to "hear" us more clearly, imagine yourself playing on a playground as you fall asleep. We may find it easier to exchange with you there.

[Brian_W] Alright, I'll see you guys by the swingset then

      MEntity: Next, Martha.

[Martha] I have a recurring theme where I have a vivid dream that I am with one of the men that I love (one at a time Bobby!), and usually there is some acknowledgement of mutual affection, love, lust, friendship and closeness but I can’t get past some boundary or other to just have a fun dream or enjoy that time with that person. Usually as they start to kiss me or something I remember they have a girlfriend in real life and I pull back, or we are both aware of the wife, girlfriend, whoever and end up just holding each other or sitting together and that is enjoyable and meaningful but not really enough. And I do see how the theme of recognized love or connection that I can’t let myself have applies to my lack of intimacy or matedness in waking life, but I don’t seem to learn anything new, just the same thing every time. Recognition, then realization all I can do is appreciate the connection, then understand why I can’t indulge and then that’s it. It seems like this is a lesson I have already learned, but clearly not or I wouldn’t keep having these kind of dreams.

      MEntity:
This falls into the Symbolic Realm, and tends toward the Fantasy range, which is one of the reasons it is a sort of limbo state, as it reflects your fantasies in Waking State. It is simply a bit more submersive.

      Or rather, immersive.

[Martha] if I'm going to have a fantasy, couldn't it be more fun?

      MEntity:
To "have more fun," the fantasy would need to be replaced by invitation, which can be done upon falling asleep. Invite the fragment to meet with you in the most literal meaning of the word, using your fantasy as part of that invitation so as to show what it is you would like to experience.

However, if you find there is no result from this, it would seem to us to indicate that you simply do not find it interesting to resort to the fantasy, or even the "fun" that could be had in a dream.

      [Martha] I do!! I do!!

      MEntity:
That is for you to validate, then. We can only describe what certain scenarios may or may not indicate.

Old Souls tend toward sensual dreams, or affection, because that is what is truly craved over stimulation. It tends to be more honest and direct.

Even in dreams that are sexual, they tend to be just that: sexual, but not sex.

This is a tendency. Not a rule.

[Martha] I agree, I'm just wishing I could not have to include their girlfriend in the dream

MEntity: Your description of your dream indicates to us that honesty is far more important to you than your stimulation, which may be part of why you do not have the "fun" dreams.

      [Martha] I get it

      MEntity:
What we suggest is to allow room for flexibility in your symbolism.

Instead of a replica of the individual, which brings with it replication of other parts of his life, invite another version of him.

Because there are many versions of him.

      NEXT, Bobby.

[Bobby] When I woke from a dream I had this week, I remembered "Dachau" and "rye bread" and was just curious what this was related to? A past life? Another ET past life coming through?

MEntity: This dream appears to have been Astral. It is yet another Past Life, but not your own, which indicates to us that there may have been some information gathering relative to the fragment of focus. Though we are not sure about who it is, it is most likely relevant to a relationship that is prominent to you. The details are of a bakery near a camp in that vicinity that was friendly to the prisoners.

[Bobby] Is this typical, dreaming of someone else's past lives? This is the 2nd time now that I know of

      MEntity:
It is not unusual at all. We are all connected, and the older the soul gets, the more its "memories" begin to expand beyond its own, and accesses relevant information for helping with the current lifetime.

However, that access is usually limited to those mathematically linked to a fragment, or those fragments direcly relevant to the current Personality.

We will close with a quick suggestion for how to direct your dreams more effectively.

      [Bobby] thank you... very insightful

      MEntity:
Using the map we described earlier, we suggest being creative in your interpretation of is, so that each "Room" is understood as representing these various parts of each realm. Depending on the nature of the dream one wishes to explore, imagine walking the path it would take to get to and through the door into that room.

To add to your effectiveness, it would also help to name your rooms and even to write down the room you wish to visit, as a pre-heading for your dream recall.

Experimentation and record-keeping are key here, in bringing more and more control and recall.

Keep in mind that regardless of what you intend to dream, it may be bumped by other priorities relevant for your well-being.

If rooms are not of interest for you to use, then direct intention is as helpful, alone or even combined with the map.

For example, "I want to dream about what I am doing in my life that is hurting me the most, and how to change that." or "What obstacles do I still need to overcome before I open to true intimacy?" or "I would like to get to know my next Mate Agreement." or even, "What have I experienced between lives when I died before?"

The prompts that work best are the ones that of strong interest to you.

We must close now. Our channel grows weary. Good evening to each of you.
