The 7 Stages of the 7th Internal Monad (Dying)

Channeled by Troy Tolley, July 4th, 2011 POF Session

    [Geraldine]

After yesterday's session on the 3rd Internal Monad, I've decided to ask for a similar listing for each of the other IMs, but not necessarily in order.

We have the least information on how the 7th IM processes. Taking into consideration that it's done fully on the Astral, plus includes belief systems allowing for full play of imagination, healing from difficult lives, and a full Review, it may have the same 7 Stages, but how they process would be quite variable and different.

So, I'd like a full listing and description on how the 7th Internal Monad is processed and whether negative/positive poles have any validity on the Astral.

    [MEntity]

As explained previously, each Internal Monad will have the same Stages of INITIATION, INTROSPECTION, REALIZATION, MANIFESTATION, CONTENTMENT, MAGNETIZATION, and EMANATION. These terms can be altered to reflect the contexts of each Internal Monad, of course, but the point would be similar.

To help understand the relativity of each Stage for each Internal Monad, describing the Poles as more contextual is helpful.

In the case of the 7th Internal Monad, the Stages can be described as follows:

    INITIATION comes with a Positive Pole of Transition, Negative Pole of Attachment;

    INTROSPECTION comes with a Positive Pole of Grief and a Negative Pole of Denial;

    REALIZATION comes with a Positive Pole of Detachment and a Negative Pole of Return;

    MANIFESTATION comes with a Positive Pole of Review, and a Negative Pole of Devastation;

    CONTENTMENT comes with a Positive Pole of Reunion, and Negative Pole of Haunting;

    MAGNETIZATION comes with the Positive Pole of Integration, and a Negative Pole of Fragmentation;

EMANATION comes with the Positive Pole of Transcendence, and a Negative Pole of Dependence.

These Stages can be done in the process of dying, or post-death of the Body.

The Personality matrix, or Etheric Body, does not "die" with the Physical Body that stabilized it as a structure for the lifetime through genetics, and so the work of the Internal Monad can be done while "in" or "out" of the Body.

In other words, "you" do not die with the body.

The Poles describe the Stages of progress that allow for Essence to evolve, and this evolution is dependent upon Transcending the paradigm that is a Soul Age Level.

The Positive Poles describe the process of accepting that one has ended a lifetime, embraces that truth, collects its matrix of energy from the Physical Plane, reviews the lifetime, updates records and checks in with other entity and cadre members, adds the Personality to the collective of Essence, and through that integration comes a cascading effect of integration for all other fragments left over that Soul Age Level, leading to the transcendence.

The Negative Poles describe the denial, attachment, and rejection of the process of death, and remains attached to the Physical Plane, either through family members, objects, time patterns, or even the body, itself.

The Essence cannot transcend, or move to the next Soul Age Level while any Personality is still attached to any time frame, space frame, or bodies.

We can elaborate upon this more at another time, but this mapping may be helpful for now.

(Note: Two things stand out about this transcript: 1) it triggered huge responses from the participants; so, the questions aren't as well organized or integrated as some other transcripts -- I left it "as is" in order to keep the emotional tone; 2) this topic really integrates well with the more recent "Doing versus Being" workshop held in January, 2011. glb)

      MEntity:
Hello to each of you. We are here.

We have been asked today to speak about what Troy describes as a "Turning Point" that each fragment may, or may not, have within a lifetime.

We will first define "Turning Point" as "the unequivocal, historical comprehension that a correction of course on a Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, and/or Spiritual Path is necessary and possible as a result of a particular, pivotal experience or choice."

We will further define "correction of course" as meaning "a direction of active preference of path that includes improved health for one or more of the bodies, as opposed to a passive presumption of a path that is not nurturing for one or more of the bodies."

A "Turning Point" usually shows up within a life when the original intention for the life is being cut short by the death of one or more of the bodies. And by "bodies," we do mean the Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, or Spiritual Bodies, or more accurately, "layers" of the Body.

When one of these bodies nears death, and the original intention did not include that death or exit point, then a Turning Point is generated so as to give the entirety of the Body (all layers/bodies) a chance to recover and correct the course of the life.

Usually that correction of course is drastic because it is in contrast to the momentum that was leading to death.

Each "layer" or Body can experience death, even as the other layers continue beyond that death of one body. For instance, a fragment can experience the death of his or her Emotional Body while continuing Physically, Intellectually, Spiritually.

Even when the Physical Body dies, one can continue to "live" through the Emotional, Intellectual, and Spiritual bodies, and this is most-often reported as a "haunting," of course.

Regardless of their lack of tangibility, these bodies are ALL of the Physical Plane in terms of material as a medium for Essence.

These materials are not yet understood entirely, but may best be understood by you as various densities, or frequencies, that make up the entirety of The Body.

Your Body is made up of these densities, or frequencies, from densest to finest: Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Spiritual, and these are "encased," so to speak, in the matrix that might be called the Etheric Body, which acts as a generator, bridge, and template.

Each of these are subject to the scathing that is inherent of the Physical Plane, and thus can be harmed, injured, or die.

However, as long as the Etheric Body/casing is intact, not only is the presence in the Physical Plane still intact, but so is the Personality, as the Personality is biological, or more accurately, it is a part of the Bodies.

As we said before: a "turning point" is a potential result that comes from the near-death, or death, of one or more of the Bodies.

[Geraldine] Please describe what the physical body looks like if any of the other three bodies die.

      MEntity:
Therefore how to prevent a Turning Point becomes increasingly interesting to Essence as it grows older, since keeping all of the Bodies healthy also becomes increasingly interesting to the soul.

One of the ways to prevent a Turning Point, ironically, is to CREATE a Turning Point.

More accurately said, it is how to create one Consciously, as most Turning Points are created unconsciously.

[Deb22] Is this not what I did — created a turning point — by taking that recent, extended trip to SE Asia. To the unknown, to being alive because my bodies — the emotional, intellectual and spiritual were nearing death?

      MEntity:
      Deb, we would agree.

The difference between creating a Turning Point consciously vs unconsciously is profound in terms of catalysts, but equally as profound in terms of impact.

It could be said, then, that the Positive Pole of a Turning Point is Transmutation and the Negative Pole is Desperation.

One end is fueled by Choice whereas the other end is fueled by Survival.

One end is created from conscious recognition whereas the other end is created from unconscious realization.

For instance, they are the difference between stating, "something has GOT to change" vs "Oh my god, I almost died."

[Deb22] What is hard is the next step. I have the momentum but it is of a different texture — stillness versus movement. It is exciting but scary. Any suggestions.? My turning point felt conscious — was it?

      MEntity:
If you are interested in this workshop with us, you have probably stated at some point: "something has got to change." Or you have experienced a Turning Point already, and just want to understand that process.

We will make time for personal questions in a more organized exchange coming up.

As we mentioned before: a Turning Point comes from the near-death, or death, of one or more of the Bodies. When there is a death of the body, or layer, as long as there is a denser body alive, then the finer body can be "brought back to life."

In other words, as long as the Physical Body is intact, then any "death" of any other body can be revived, revitalized.

We will define "death" here as "having no active, functioning presence."

There are, literally, those whose Emotional Bodies are dead in that regard. As are there some whose Intellectual or Spiritual Bodies are dead.

It is not inaccurate then to say that a Turning Point is a Resurrection.

Within context, there is validity to the concept of being "born again."

Each Soul Age tends toward certain bodies having more trouble surviving the life than other bodies.

[Karine] When resurrected, does the body that died come back exactly the same as it was, or is it different than it used to be?

      MEntity:
Karine, it is transmutated. It is always in a higher form if it is resurrected; if the Turning Point is utilized.

The Infant Souls tend to have trouble keeping any of the Bodies alive. Baby Souls have the hardest time keeping the Spiritual Body alive. Young Souls have the hardest time keeping the Intellectual Bodies alive. Mature Souls have the hardest time keeping the Emotional Bodies alive. And Old Souls have the hardest time keeping the Physical Bodies alive.

Keep in mind that "alive" and "death" here are not entirely literal.

For instance, the Older Soul has a hard time keeping the Physical Body "alive" in the sense that we already defined: "having no active, functioning presence."

Older Souls are most-prone to hiding away their Physical Bodies from the world, in other words.

They have evolved to such a state of spirituality, of spiritual strength, that the emphasis of life tends to move away from Physical presence, and it takes a lot more effort to be alive as a Physical Being.

Being "alive", as in, "having active, functioning presence."

This helps explain a great deal about much of the turmoil and terror that can often plague the Old Soul.

It also helps explain the distractions and overcompensations of the younger Soul Ages.

For instance, as the Baby Soul has the hardest time keeping the Spiritual Bodies alive, they tend to have the most resurrections of the Spiritual Body, or an emphasis on being "born again" on that level.

The Older Soul often requires this same kind of profound turning point, but on a Physical Level. Therefore, many Older Souls will have their Turning Point generated when in the face of Physical Death.

Though it would be difficult to validate, we can say that Older Souls tend to have the "close calls" with physical death more often, proportionally, than other soul ages for that reason.

Ironically, they are also more likely to create a Turning Point unconsciously than the other Soul Ages, with Baby Souls being most-prone to creating Turning Points from a conscious intention than other Soul Ages.

Before we move further into this topic, and into more personal territory, we now invite you to ask questions about the topic in general, or to comment on your sense of validity about what we have shared so far.

[Maureen] Based on this discussion: How does "Energetic Healing" take place/work and what can be done to strengthen it's effect on all the "Bodies/Layers?"

[Geraldine] What can cause the "death" of one of the intangible bodies?

[Martha] Can you tell if another person has a "dead" body?

[Maureen] Lights are on and no ones' home!

MEntity: In response to Maureen: Most "Energetic Healing" is fairly useless without the implementation of a counterpart that might be called an "anchor" for a circuit to be fulfilled for that level of healing.

[Karine] are the bodies related to the Centers?

MEntity: For instance, Physical Healing, which is the most obvious form of healing, has a medium that is tangible in such forms as medicine, bandaging, and active monitoring of the wound.

[Deb22] Can you please amplify the response to Maureen's question? What would be a counterpart, an anchor?

      MEntity:
"Energetic" Healing most-often refers to more intangible techniques for providing an exchange of energy for the intent of healing various levels of the Body.

However, regardless of the finer body, or the lack of tangibility for the healing, there still needs to be an "anchor," or a counterpart that helps to generate a circuit between healer and healed.

[Maureen] What do you mean by anchor - counterpart?

MEntity: For instance, the "laying on of hands" or the use of touch, in general, is powerful as an anchor, or counterpart, to many "energetic" healing techniques.

[Maureen] From your perspective, what actually takes place with an energetic healing?

[Deb22] What about a geometric grid with the elements, the bodies, the directions-- creating a mandala implementing those forms?

      MEntity:
Other examples might be: good conversation as a counterpart to Intellectual Healing; affection as a counterpart to Emotional Healing; the use of symbols, either imaginary or tactile, are quite powerful.

For example: if one were to use "at-a-distance" healing as a means to help someone, it would help for that recipient to have a symbol for help in completing that circuit. This could be assigned by the healer for the recipient to visualize or duplicate, or chosen by the recipient for the healer to focus upon.

A person carrying a stone that is the anchor for healing energy from a healer is much more likely to receive and benefit from healing than someone who was simply told that the healer would "send" some healing energy.

[Martha] whats an anchor for Spiritual healing?

[Maureen] With "Hands on Healing" - what can be done to strengthen its effect so it lasts longer? Or has a permanent effect?

MEntity: In response to GERALDINE: the death of the Emotional Body can come from emotional overwhelm, self-loathing, abandonment, emotional abuse, etc.; the death of the Intellectual Body can come from Intellectual overwhelm, extreme loss, unprocessed grief, excessive disappointment, philosophical abuse or mindfucking, etc.; the death of the Spiritual Body can come from overwhelming demands of life, lack of capacity to comprehend beyond your own needs and wants, extreme displacement of identity for the sake of compromise and order, etc.

[Geraldine] a-ha -- all of those negative poles pile up

[Maureen] The North Koreans must suffer from all these the death of the Physical Body, besides the obvious literal death, would come from extreme rejection of physical life, repulsion for the functions of the physical body, terror in realizing the fragility of the body, profound desperation to feel safe, profound misunderstanding that the vastness of the universe equates an insignificance of the self, etc.

MEntity: In response to MARTHA: it is often difficult to determine if one of the bodies is dead, but if one is sensitive enough, one can often feel that sense of "emptiness" in a person on the relevant level of Body.

[Deb22] What is the interrelationship between the 9 needs and the death of the bodies?

      MEntity:
Some symptoms of each body's death might be:

Spiritual Death - addiction, capacity to murder, willingness to enslave or oppress; Intellectual Death - lack of ethics, profound disregard for boundaries, profound lack of concern for the Effects of one's Cause. Emotional Death - extreme depression, apathy, paralysis of isolation (feeling trapped/alone when not trapped/alone) Physical Death - squalor, poor hygiene, extreme wishful thinking (extreme entitlement)
In response to KARINE: yes, these Bodies are related to the Centers indirectly, as the Centers are related to the Chakras. Though our channels and students often presume that the Centers are synonymous with the Chakras, we do not use the term Centers to represent Chakras.

Therefore, these Bodies are directly related to the Chakras, but indirectly related to the Centers.

We use the term "Center" to describe a Personality's "Center of Gravity," and while this can be seen as an extension of the Chakra, it is not about the Chakra, itself.

[Maureen] What part does Auric Hygiene play in "warding off" the death of a "Body"?

      MEntity:
So, for instance, a Personality may be Emotionally Centered, but his Emotional Body is "Dead."

This would mean that the fragment still navigates life based on attraction and repulsion relative to Inspiration (emotion), but has closed down any vitality to his Emotional Body, hence having "closed down" his Heart Chakra.

[Deb22] What is the interrelationship between the 9 needs and the death of the bodies?

      MEntity:
In other words, his other bodies may still move through life in relation to what is or isn't inspiring, but his Emotional Body has cut off contact with his Essence.

In response to DEB, we did elaborate on the Anchor/Counterpart, and can do so further if that was not enough.

[Karine] so a body's death is basically the rejecting of essence?

[Deb22] I was referring to our primary needs: Freedom, Adventure, Exchange, Expression, etc. and was asking for the correlation

[Martha] that's a big question Deb

[Deb22] I realize that but I think it is most relevant to our discussion

MEntity: We are responding to the questions as we see them in order above. We suggest a halt on the questioning now until we have responded to each that has already been posted.

[Geraldine] I don't think Needs applies to this -- we'll never get to issues about how to do up a Turning Point consciously at this rate

      MEntity:
We explained what a "counterpart" and anchor is in relation to energetic healing, but the short answer would that a counterpart or anchor is a specific symbol or tangible object that acts as a medium for the energy that is being transmitted for healing purposes. Those symbols and objects are completely subject to the creativity and sense of personal relevance between the healer and healed, and are not specific to the different bodies.

We are now to Maureen's question of "what actually takes place during energetic healing?"

Whether Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, or Spiritual, any healing is a corrective frequency relative to that body. More specifically, it is a return to order from chaos, or alignment from disarray.

When we say that it is a return to order from chaos, we say that in terms of relativity. What may be order, or beauty, to one person's body is chaos to another's.

[Martha] Can we hold more questions until we hear about how to consciously create a TP? we're going to run out of time

MEntity: For example, what an Older Soul sees in a Baby Soul's being "born again" is "ugly" compared to the beauty the Baby Soul actually experiences in that healing.

[Deb22] Suggestion: Why can't we continue this topic next month? It is clear, it is massive.

      MEntity:
Keeping this in mind can help when one acts as a healer, either professionally or as a friend. Healing is something that must be determined by the recipient, not the sender.

(We can respond to the remaining questions above, and still cover the "how to" part of our discussion, if everyone has approximately 30 minutes remaining to participate.)

      [Maureen] OK
      [Martha] ok
      [Geraldine] ok
      [Karine] alright
      [Deb22] ok

      MEntity:
In response to Deb regarding Mandalas: yes, this would be included in our explanation that symbols are counterparts/anchors for healing.

In response to Maureen about hand-on healing and length of effect: We would have to say that it is often wise to consider healing as a matter of "treatment," rather than as a form of miracle. This means that, in most cases, healing is a process, not a product.

Each recipient would require different different numbers of sessions, and different degrees of focus for the healing.

This is something that would be determined based upon the needs of the individual.

In response to Deb regarding the 9 Needs: to the degree that one's Needs are met is a fairly accurate degree to which the bodies are healthy. The less one satisfies his Needs, the more one will degenerate in relation to that Need, depending on how one has prioritized that need and its necessity to satisfy.

Though the different Needs could correlate to the different Bodies, it is more accurate to say that for EACH Body the 9 Needs MUST BE SATISFIED to some degree for that Body to be healthy.

So, for instance, the Emotional Body will have its Tier of 3 Primary Needs to satisfy, but will still need all 9 to be healthy.

In response to Karine about the body's death being a rejection of Essence: No, the Physical Body's death is not always about the "rejection" of Essence, but it is always a result of Essence withdrawing or being blocked from the Body.

Death or the Turning Point of any Body is motivated by either Transmutation or Desperation. Therefore, when the Physical Body dies, it can be from the positive morphing into another step of its evolution, or from desperation that might lead to something like suicide.

Of course, we can elaborate upon all of our responses as necessary, but we will now speak about the "how to" part of our exchange with you.

If any of you can look at any part of your life as represented by the Bodies (Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Spiritual) and have found yourselves stating that "something has GOT to change," then you may be in need of a Turning Point.

If you are in need of a Turning Point, then it will either happen as a result of Desperation as that particular level of life, or Body, is threatened or dies, or you can choose to generate that Turning Point on your own, and on your own terms.

The reason most fragments rely on Desperation to generate a Turning Point is because it is "easier" in that it feels as if it is something that happens TO you, rather than FROM you.

And therein lies the difference: consciously choosing/creating a Turning Point means that is must come FROM you, not TO you.

One does NOT need to be near death, or dead, in that Body in order to generate a Turning Point.

When one is consciously creating a Turning Point, it is not dependent on which Body is near death, but can be based upon your Overleaves and the inherent strength and weaknesses of your own design.

When a Turning Point is generated, either consciously or unconsciously, it is a profound redirection of DOING, BEING, HAVING, or KNOWING.

These correlate to the Axes of the Overleaves.

      DOING=Action
      BEING=Inspiration
      HAVING=Expression
      KNOWING=Assimilation

If one might choose to consciously create a Turning Point, then one might look at his or her Overleaves and see which Axis is lacking the most emphasis. This would be your first clue or step in generating your Turning Point.

For instance, if one is not a King or Warrior, and does not have Submission/Dominance, Perseverance, Aggression, Cynic, Realist, Moving Centering, or a Mars/Venus Body Type, then it might mean that you would most benefit from DOING SOMETHING PROFOUNDLY DIFFERENT.

If you are lacking in the Inspiration Overleaves, it might mean that you would benefit most from starting to BE SOMETHING PROFOUNDLY DIFFERENT.

Lack of Expression Overleaves might mean it would benefit you to HAVE SOMETHING PROFOUNDLY DIFFERENT.

Lack of Assimilation might mean KNOWING SOMETHING PROFOUNDLY DIFFERENT.

DOING something different is probably the most obvious in terms of what one can do to generate a Turning Point.

BEING something different would mean profoundly changing the dynamics of your behavior to reflect what it is that inspires you. BE THAT.

HAVING something different would mean profoundly changing what it is that you take/receive from the world around you.

KNOWING something different would mean profoundly changing how you interpret your experiences.

Of course, no Turning Point can be completed without ALL of those being addressed: Doing, Being, Having, and Knowing. But your Overleaves can help you to see where you might need to start, first.

The fact may be that your true Turning Point would come when you reach the KNOWING part of the equation, even if you start with the DOING part.

So keep this in mind when you begin your steps.

Based on what we have just shared, do each of you understand your Overleaves enough to see what might be your own first step in a Turning Point, if you chose to consciously create one?

[LisaC] yes; mine would be Doing

[Martha] I think so (Seeing as how I have almost NO action emphasis)

[Karine] mine would be doing, too

MEntity: And the rest of you?

[Geraldine] I think everything hinges on "how I interpret" things

      [Maureen] I have a mix

[Karine] Should one also take a look at what overleaves they are sliding to? (if some of them are on the neutral axis)

MEntity: Karine, no, the primary Overleaf should be the primary means for determining this, but we can say that the "sliding" can help to show what area might be a next step in the process.

      [Karine] ok

[Deb22] I did what I always do, DO, but now that I have done; I am BEING. Where am I in my bodies' resurrections?

[Geraldine] I'm a little curious how one would DO before one KNOWS?

[Martha] I know I need to do something different, but I don't know what it is

[Maureen] I walked on "Fire" before I knew

      MEntity:
As we said, all parts of the process will have to be addressed for a complete Turning Point, but a first step is always necessary. In the case where DOING may be addressed before KNOWING, it would mean that it is obvious that certain actions are generating certain results, which would either mean DOING something else more specific to the desired results, or the halting of the Doing that is causing the undesirable results.

The reason this might work better for those lacking Action Overleaves is because those Personalities rarely "Know" something (as in, being able to interpret things differently) until they DO something that breaks a pattern.

It is not necessary for one to "know" what to do differently, but to DO something profoundly different is the key. This may be as obvious as doing the opposite of what you would normally do, or just doing something "different" for a change, as in taking a random trip, or breaking out in dance in the moment.

Keep in mind that for each of these, they are a spectrum: Doing/Not Doing; Being/Not Being; etc. Sometimes the profundity is in the NOT.

One way to keep yourself "on your toes" regarding your starting point of Transformation is to mark your more familiar moment with "Maybe I'm Wrong."

For instance, "I have to do it this way because my situation demands that I do it this way." "But maybe I'm wrong about that."

"I know it means this because it's obvious that it means this." "But maybe I'm wrong about that."

"I want this and need this because I've earned it and deserve it!" "But maybe I'm wrong about that."

"I am a big loser." "But maybe I'm wrong about that."

If you find that you are frustrated with your direction on any level, it will truly help you to consider that you may be wrong.

Suggesting this to yourself can help you to spark your creativity in finding other solutions and directions.

Keep in mind that a consciously-created Turning Point is a slower process and one that requires your active participation. Putting a coin of effort into the slot of Doing will not immediately generate a jackpot of success from Being, Having, and Knowing.

Your sequence of steps is just a suggestion, and we have already pointed out where to start, but where you will end is often suggested by the Axis where your Overleaves are most concentrated.

[Martha] I have been very frustrated lately, wanting to DO something but not knowing what — this should help

MEntity: A final thought for you consider is that the force that will keep each step flowing into the next, and generating results that will lead to Transmutation, is FOLLOW-THROUGH.

[Geraldine] damn -- but what if I have a CF of procrastination?

[Martha] (you're gonna knock Troy out of trance)

[Geraldine] (just trying to make Michael laugh)

      MEntity:
There is no Chief Feature of Procrastination, but the humor is not lost on us: we would suggest in response to this that if one is plagued by Procrastination, then one actively create a structure or relationship of Accountability.

Accountability is the only solution for Procrastination.

With all of this background information, and insight into your Overleaves as a tool for change, we think each of you can set in motion your own Turning Point, if you choose to do so.

[Karine] how long does it take to create a successful Turning Point? a few months/years? does it depend on the situation?

[Deb22] My bodies — the emotional, the spiritual, the intellectual are experiencing profound changes since my trip to SE Asia. I have the momentum but it is of a different texture. Exciting, but scary. Stillness versus movement. Any suggestions that can help?

      MEntity:
We will respond to these final two questions, but must conclude after that.

Karine, the length of time it takes is always relative to the effort, and the magnitude of redirection that is sought.

If one wants to take better care of her body so that it moves into a natural state of health, then that can take effect almost immediately; but if one would like to redirect from a career of law enforcement to a career in ballet, it might take more time and commitment.

Deb, our best response to your question is to suggest that you now LISTEN TO YOURSELF. That is key in your sustaining your momentum. Listen. And, of course, Follow Through.

We must conclude here. If further, more intimate discussion is required, we suggest arranging a follow up discussion/chat within the month that may help.

Good day to each of you.

      Goodbye.

      2010 Review and 2011 OVERLEAVES

      MEntity:
A request for a review of December and of 2010 in general has been made for starting, so we will cover that, first, and then respond to questions before going into 2011.

As many of you already understand, the Overleaves that we use to describe a year do not describe energies that are being imposed upon a frame of time, but rather a description of the energies being generated collectively during that frame of time. The same could be said of your own Overleaves: your own overleaves are descriptions of genetic dynamics that have a spectrum of manifestations that are described by the Overleaves. You are not "confined" by those Overleaves any more than you are "confined" by the fact that you are Human, for instance. In other words, Overleaves for a year, or for a person, describe patterns that are generated from within the structure, but how those patterns are used, directed, rejected, exploited, etc, are still rather limitless. When it comes to our describing the energies for a time frame (a year), it is much like sharing with you the type of weather that is "outside," and how you respond to that, participate in that, ignore t, etc. is up to you. If you choose to participate in any way in your world, then these Overleaves would have some potential bearing on your awareness, and can help in many ways to bring understanding, peace, greater choices, and better navigation.

The Overleaves for 2010, in general, were described as an Emotionally-Centered SAGE Year with a Goal of Dominance, Power Mode, Spiritualist Attitude, with the Chief Features of Arrogance/Self-deprecation being explored.

As each Overleaf tends to correspond to a "season," the Chief Features tend to become amplified for exploration in the months from October through December. Chief Features are technically NOT Overleaves, but we include them under the general term for convenience.

There are several ways that we can share our perception of the Overleaves and how these play out in the world for a time frame, but for simplicity and relevance, we will try to focus, in general, for our Students and older souls. In light of that, it would be fair to say that December has "not been easy" for our students, nor the older soul, in general. The past year was one that was intended to bring great overhaul of certain patterns that each student felt was limiting and in need of altering. The retrospect of the past year has been disappointing to many. In addition to that disappointment, it appears that the year seems to have had more of a command and demand upon the individual than the individual had upon the year. Add to that the feeling that the new year is impending, there might even be a sense of chaos or electrical static in the consciousness, which may be played out in the environment as well.

We have already shared insight in previous monthly reports about the pitfalls of COMPARISONS, which are hallmarks of Arrogance and Self-deprecation, but we will remind you here that it is still a tactic that one would want to keep in check, if one chooses to see the life more clearly. Because the year was a mix of Dominance, Power, and Spiritualism, there was a great sense of possibility in the intent for taking leadership of the life through Power, or Presence.

What we have seen most of our students doing is aiming high, but landing low. For some, this will feel as if what was intended was not fully accomplished, and is therefore disappointing. However, it is fairly important to keep in mind that the very mix of this past year's energy describes a natural tendency to see all of the possibilities, which means it would be difficult NOT to aim high. In looking back at the year, we know of very few students who did not actually implement a pivotal, important, and altering pattern that was directly in line with these higher intentions. The problem for some is that it has not been revealed exactly how that pivotal pattern is tied into the higher aims, and so as the year passes into another, it feels as if the intentions may have been lost, but we doubt that they have been.

What we would suggest for each of you to do before the end of your year is to look back over your year and notice one to three pivotal events, people, relationships, choices, etc, that have come to now be a part of your life. However unrelated these pivotal things may be, they are tied directly to your original, higher aims. If you are unclear as to what your higher aims may have been, it can be easy to assess what they were/are by looking at what you wish had happened in 2010 that did not happen, or did not happen in a way you had wished. Understanding that the pivotal things that have happened in your year are tied to higher aims, may shed light in what you could be getting from those pivotal patterns that you may otherwise miss. December brings with it an opportunity to SEE YOURSELF.

Arrogance fears being seen too closely, while Self-deprecation fears not being seen clearly enough, or being misunderstood. If you have dismissed the past year as a "bad year," you have probably fallen into the pattern of Arrogance.  If you are looking forward to the next year as making up for this past year, or as a new context through which you will try again to prove yourself, you are probably exploring the Self-deprecation energies. Of course, many of you will relate to both.

Your opportunity now is to see yourself beyond your judgments and disappointment. Truly SEE YOURSELF. Let yourself be okay with what you experienced. To be okay with a gentle recalibration for the new year as a part of life, not a means to make up for failures. This also applies to others in your life. It is an opportunity to see others more clearly, to see beyond their disappointing you, failing you, and to see beyond your judgments of them. This includes those who have died.

Death can often leave those remaining extant to experience a kind of resentment, anger, and disorientation that then fuels Arrogance and Self-deprecation. It is okay that these fragments have exited, even if one does not understand why, or how, and that none of it makes sense. December's Arrogance and Self-deprecation, then, are opportunities to rise beyond all speculation, prejudices, and imposed perceptions to see to the truth, the love, and the beauty/energy of the self, the life, and others

We will open the queue now for questions that may be relevant to the past year in terms of the Overleaves and how world events may have been a reflection of them.

      *****QUEUE IS NOW OPEN************

[Bobby2] Where has Julian Assange and Wikileaks played in these overleaves?

MEntity: This could be said to have nearly epitomized the year's Overleaves in that it was all about the exploration of Sage, Dominance, Power, Spiritualist, and Arrogance. With an intense push for Dissemination, the Sage energy is present, along with the emphasis on taking control through taking the Lead against Dictatorship, regaining Power through Authority over Oppression, and removing fear through the Spiritualist's Verification, rather than Beliefs. Of course, this prompted Arrogance in the fearful reactions to the Vulnerability that this presented to those who have been representing Negative Pole positions of these Overleaves. Those who felt vulnerable then pushed for that vulnerability to be emphasized so as to bring that same fear out in others. In short, the "wikileaks" scenario is one of the planet's "pivotal events" of 2010 that will have lasting patterns that would bring about changes that most on the planet prefer in the long run. It also played out in the world stage a representation of the year's overleaves, almost characterized as one side playing the Negative Poles, and the other playing out the Positive Poles.

[ValSage_Priest] What then can the living do to ease their passing of a loved one, removing themselves from the resentment, anger, disorientation that fuels Arrogance and Self Dep? Thank You, So nice to feel/resonate with all of you again, Val

MEntity: Each fragment will have his or her own process for grieving, and we do not mean to imply that this process should not include resentment, anger, disorientation. We also know that it would be absurd to imply that it ever gets "easier." That being said, the process can be clarified (stripped of unnecessarily painful aspects) by focusing directly on the GRIEF, not the RELIEF. By this we mean that most who experience prolonged pain do so, ironically, by struggling desperately to understand WHY as a form of relief. There is a sense that if it just made sense, or could be explained, or if there were a reason, then the pain would be lifted and replaced with a peace, or at least an understanding. Grieving is the process of accepting a profound Truth. That Truth is usually that someone or something is no longer present in a way that you wish that it would have remained. Accepting that something or someone is no longer present is difficult enough without imposing the WHY of that apparent loss or division. Mourn that loss, that change, that death. Allow the Grief to come, even if in wails or brooding silence. Therein lies the path to relief. But to focus only on Relief can bypass the Grief, and prolong the pain. The understanding and the truths about the experience will come. But never before the grieving is completed.

[Jon2] I have been feeling like I am "on the cusp" of achieving the things I want for a while now, and making definite progress, but not quite getting there. I have seen a lot of friends in a similar situation, having made definite progress without reaching their goals. You said that we were "aiming high", does that mean that our goals are unreachable or invalid?

MEntity: When we said that we see our students "aiming high," we might also have said "aiming wide." What we meant was that a broad net has been cast, so to speak, and that net is going to reel in some catches that are entirely relevant to the "big catch" you may be seeking. To ignore what has been brought in so far, or to ignore the changes and achievements of the past year, out of disappointment for not landing the big catch, would be similar to throwing yourself off the boat, or "cutting of your nose to spite your face." Your "cusp" is not idealized or imagined. Most of our students who intended to make a change and do something different for their lives in 2010 are in that same stage.  Though it is your choice, we would say that to keep moving toward your intention would be Good Work.

[Jon2] That is how I feel too, but it is nice to hear someone else say it 🙂

[corinne] 2010 has been a year of huge upheaval and transition in my life with many positive new courses set and indeed nothing really achieved or finished yet. Could you give some guidelines to us in how we single out these pivotal events in the past year that will better lead us to achieving our "high/wide aims"?

MEntity: For the most part, we see those in your similar position as having ADDED something to the life in some way in the past year that is indicative of the pivotal. Added a relationship, a project, a new address, etc. Though we would not limit it to this, we would say that a fairly accurate assessment would include looking back to see what is NEW in the life that either still remains now, or at least the repercussions of it remain. At least one to three major NEW things, people, relationships, projects, etc have been added and have altered your patterns toward the higher/wider aims.

      ******QUEUE CLOSED*******

Now we will share what we perceive as the 2011 Overleaves.

The underlying energies for the year are described by the ROLE and CENTERING. These would remain in effect all year. The rest of the energies are in effect all year, as well, but tend to build upon one another as the year unfolds.  The year unfolds
from the Goal, to the Mode, to the Attitude, to the Chief Negative Features almost parallel to "seasons." Because the Goal starts off strong in January through March, the Role, Centering, and Goal tend to set the tone for the year.

      2011 Overleaves are:
      ROLE: PRIEST
      CENTER: MOVING
      GOAL: FLOW
      MODE: CAUTION
ATTITUDE: PRAGMATIST sliding to Cynic and Skeptic
      CHIEF FEATURES: Impatience/Martyrdom

For most of our students, the most important thing that would come from understanding this mix of energies is that it would do you well to start out your year as clear as possible in terms of intent for the year. The year ahead could be said to potentially feel as if one is on ice skates on a block of ice on a choppy ocean. For some of our more adventurous students, this "is going to be fun." But for many, it will mean either sitting down and holding on, working together in tight groups, or at least focusing exactly on the direction intended to go so that "looking down" does not distract from the path.

With the Priest energy unfolding, we would say that the year would carry with it strong themes that display the spectrum between COMPASSION and ZEAL. The struggle for continued extension and placement of RIGHTS in various contexts will probably stay in the collective consciousness, with those who are for these Rights playing out Compassion, while those who refuse those Rights playing out Zeal. With the spectrum between Compassion and Zeal playing out, we would think that POLITICS will stay front and center in the media as reflective of the continued shift from the Young paradigm to the Mature Paradigm. This is because the political arena is quite effective in reflecting the mass psyche of a time or place.

Politics have been the stomping ground of the Young Souls in the same way that Religion has been the stomping ground of the Baby Souls, but with the aging Essences dominating your world, these institutions are not being replaced, but rather repopulated. The Mature and Old are finding their way into Politics as more and more Mature Souls push for valid representation and uncovering of corruption. Because Mature Souls do not subject themselves to segregation, despite longing for like-mindedness, they are populating nearly every institution that was usually held in control by a specific Soul Age. Religions, then, are seeing the effects of this, as well.

We bring in Religion in particular because it has long ago become simply another form of politics. In the year ahead, we would think that this institution is also brought into the collective consciousness as either collapsing into Zeal, or evolving into Compassion along with the context of RIGHTS.

The Moving Center of a year usually shows up as a sense of constant movement, with many actually experiencing relocation in those years, and often large quantities of fragments exiting in Physical Plane events. These things are not easy to validate in terms of our Overleaves for the year because these things happen "all the time," but we can say that in Moving Centered years, there is usually an element of emphasis and profundity about these events that other years tend not to have.

With the Goal of Flow opening a Moving-centered Priest year, as we alluded before, AIM OF VISION is probably the most important key phrase to remember.

With an AIM OF VISION, then the pattern may tend toward everything falling into place in a way that cascades toward that vision. Because of the nature of Flow, it would mean that the challenge is to trust in that flow, rather than to control it or fight it. It would mean adapting to the cascade effect, recalibrating quickly, rather than being preoccupied with correction.

When we say AIM OF VISION, it only means that you decide what ONE THING you wish to do, experience, see, complete, accomplish, etc. in 2011 and then let that be the aim. Everything else is presumed to be a part of that aim. For instance, even if "going to work" conflicts with your more creative endeavors, it would be presumed that your going to work is PART of what can be contributing to your creative endeavors. To become preoccupied with "if only," might bring about the difficulties. Such as "if only I didn't have to work so much, I could do my creative projects."

With the Goal of Flow for the year, it brings with it the spectrum between FREEDOM and INERTIA.

As the year opens up into January through March, for those who have that clarity of aim, the year may start out feeling quite free, light, and almost as if you now may catch your breath, and breathe. For those who are not so sure, still preoccupied with corrections, comparisons, or disappointments, the year might move into a state of INERTIA, feeling as if you are running in place, or moving with a momentum but with no sense of direction.

To clarify your AIM OF VISION will not mean that you are choosing only one thing to accomplish in the year, but that you are simply choosing one emphasis that will help you to keep your footing. In other words, choose that one thing that, if reached, you know would be a "good thing" for you.

Choosing that one thing to aim for will not sacrifice any others in any significant way.

An analogy: When a student receives or deciphers his or her Overleaves, it will never truly matter if those Overleaves are 100% "correct" if the aim of that student is to aim for the Positive Poles. This is not to say that there are not correct overleaves, but that it is the aim that makes the difference, not the words. If a Sage thinks he is a Warrior and aims for Persuasion instead of Dissemination, the mere act of aiming for his idea of a positive pole warrior will make him a positive pole sage.

And so it is with your aim in the year ahead:

Aiming for anything that is significant and important to you will naturally align all of the things that are significant and important to you. The reason we suggest this idea of Aim of Vision is because it is also in alignment with the energies of Priest, and this means a natural kind of support for that aim is in place. The cliche of the "vision board" would not be amiss in exploring, either.

In our monthly Energy Reports, we can more specifically speak to how these Overleaves are showing up in your world, but for now, we can say that the main arenas of 2011 would most likely be Politics, Religion, and Weather/Climate.
We will open the floor for comments/questions for the remainder of the hour. Though we have more to say on the interpretation of the overleaves for the year, we can do so as the year unfolds.

      ******QUEUE IS NOW OPEN******

[TimW] Are there any specific positive affirmations that we would most benefit from in the coming year?

MEntity: If one is to use "positive affirmations," we would suggest that they be customized to your Aim of Vision. For instance, if one is aiming to complete a novel, but one is stuck at work, distracted by a relationship, etc., then one could affirm, "Even in this, I am contributing to the completion of my novel." This kind of reminder might help one to see the point of these so-called "distractions." One must eat and have shelter and the tools for writing, so going to work is actually a contribution to the novel; and being responsible to another, compassionate, nurturing, understanding, etc are food for the emotions and intellect that can be used to fuel the writing. A "generic" affirmation might be: "Everything I DO is contributing to my Aim."

[Mstudent_23] What is the PART of the Moving CENTER for 2011?

MEntity: The PART fluctuates, but the pattern emerging appears to be Emotional, lending the year a rather reactionary element to it with knee-jerking, volatility, and difficulty communicating past feelings.

[Bobby2] Other than your summary, you really didn't mention weather/climate much... care to elaborate a bit more there?

      MEntity:
In a Higher Centered year, or a Moving Centered year, there tend to be greater emphasis on the Physical Plane patterns of weather as reflective of the collective consciousness. In Higher Centered years, the impact is usually global, and often with more than one event, such as the Higher-Emotional year of 2005 that was rung in by the Indian Ocean Tsunami and exited with Hurricane Katrina. In Moving Centered years, the weather and climate still tend to get emphasized and intense, but peppered throughout the Physical Plane in highly-localized ways.

What we see over 2011 is a collage of events that some will take and use as support for the "2012" theories. Major droughts "here," raging fires "there," freak blizzards "here," torrential rains "there," devastating earthquakes, etc. Those who fear and crave the "prophecies" related to 2012 will find most of their fodder in the weather of 2011. The weather and climate is still greatly misunderstood and carries with it the collective instinctual fear and awe of that "something greater" that can be tangibly imposed upon the masses. Therefore, it can still be hijacked as a reference of "proof" of things to come.

[Brian_W] would this be related to the mass-exit to stage left that Michael said that large number of fragments would be undertaking?

MEntity: Weather appears to be moving in a direction that would be experienced as undoubtedly more volatile and unpredictable due to many factors unrelated to any "dimensional shift," but related to a natural cycle that the Earth has sustained over and over. In a Moving-Centered year, the effects tend to be much more obvious and tangible, and this is why we say that Weather is one of the main characters of 2011, but also because there will be those eager to showcase it as evidence of ominous things to come.

[Geraldine] Of course having a population explosion that will reach 7 billion people this year will have nothing to do with the size and range of any disaster -- i.e., a hurricane that might have affected 100 people will now affect 100 million.

MEntity: That is correct, Geraldine. Many natural disasters are not worse in terms of intensity, but that there are simply more things and people in the line of them. In response to Astarte: no, not much would be different except the awareness and emphasis on these events.

[Kathryn41] are earthquakes and volcanic eruptions included in what you refer to as 'weather'? They are really geological events but can have impact on the weather.

      MEntity: Yes, Kathryn.

[Angela] Earlier you mentioned overleaves being a description of genetic DYNAMICS, can you explain more about these dynamics and their influences?

MEntity: All Overleaves are genetic, in that they can be found in the DNA of every individual, and this is what springs forth in creating the Body and Personality. There is more "nature" to a person than "nurture," in other words, even though there is a mix, and the choices of the individual can affect how either are emphasized. If one were to use our system alongside the study of genetic markers, there would be a time when Overleaves can literally be found in the DNA of an individual. Personality structures are rooted and blueprinted in genetics, but built from the experiences of the life.

[Angela] could ALL overleaves be encoded in an individual's DNA? or only the ones specific to that person

MEntity: In the same way that a Body is predesigned to a great degree, but experiences such as food, climate, activities can alter that design, so are Personalities born and raised. The entire set of Overleaves could be found in every individual, but only certain markers to activate code combinations. We are speaking through a non-medical channel, so our terminology is limited.

[Kathryn41] so this is how a walk-in can essentially 're-wire' the genetic markers over time to reflect the new overleaves - makes sense

MEntity: Those Overleaves that are not the individual's would be dormant, and are rarely activated in replacement of others. When there is an alteration of the active overleaves, it is usually limited to the axis. For instance, a "walk in" might activate Growth over Re-evaluation, etc.

[Angela] can beliefs be used to activate these code combinations?

      MEntity:
The alteration of one's DNA by beliefs is about as easy as concentrating hard to change your hair color, or skin color. One can always mask or alter those things, but cannot truly change them.

We will conclude here. We will continue to elaborate upon the Overleaves for the year as the year unfolds.

Good day to each of you. Goodbye.

      [MEntity]
Hello to each of you. We are here, now. We can begin our exchanges with you.

We understand this exchange to be focused on the questions and considerations of those students "new" to our teachings.

What we will do to launch this discussion is to share with you how best to go about your approach to learning and studying our teachings, and where best to apply what it is that you learn.

The best way to go about your approach to learning and studying our teachings is: YOUR WAY. The best places to apply the teachings as you learn them is: WHEREVER AND HOWEVER YOU WISH TO DO SO.

We know of no "best way" for either of these things

Your questions are yours. Your path is yours. Your pace is yours. We have not presented our teaching in a linear or delineated way for a reason. It is a spherical teaching. It can be approached from all "sides" and each side is interlaced with every other side. You cannot go wrong.

[dave] hello michael. is there anything in particular that would identify the influence as you when i am making choices? is there a way to hear each of our guides individually? i feel love for them and am incredibly grateful.

[MEntity] First, we will say that we, nor your guides, have much influence through even the most willing of fragments. "Influence" from guides can only come in three forms: insight, perspective, or support. We know this can be considered influence, but we wish to clarify that we cannot do more than what is asked of us.

[dave] i get it. those 3 are what i mean.

      [MEntity]
Next, we would say, yes, there are ways to differentiate between "you" and your guides/us. However, this takes time and awareness. Most fragments are quite content with the more practical "inner voice" that one tends to know as one's own voice.

Because we do not have a voice, nor do your guides, the indicators for those voices tend to need to be defined by the listener, and then listened for.

For example, if you have a guide who is sought for help with career choices, you might assign a more distinct authoritative voice to this guide. That guide will not override this, and all guides would rather use any voice you can hear than to not be heard when you most wish to hear them.

[dave] yeah. i think i maybe shouldn't care too much about it. just that i make wise choices.

      [MEntity]
If a guide or teacher does not have a distinct "voice" assigned to them, we can say that voices of guides with INSIGHT tend to come with more unaffected, flat deliveries, while voices of PERSPECTIVE tend to come with more "personality" and even symbolism, and voices of SUPPORT tend to come as quite comforting and quiet.

All of these would tend to come as "bursts" or spontaneously, and it is in those moments that you can begin to build your awareness of what each "voice" tends to, and how it is slightly different from your own.

We are speaking of those who live with guides and teachers, not of those who pursue a career in channeling where the differentiation is far more important to distinguish.

[Connor] Hello Michael. This is a question I've run into a couple times which has not been clarified to date, as far as I know. Can Transcendental Souls create karma? An example of Muhummad comes to mind, whose teachings didn't quite 'get across'.

      [MEntity]
Any fragment who is incarnated can create Karma. It is always a gamble.

However, by the time one has come to be Transcendental, the requirements necessary for the formation of a Ribbon or Ribbons would be highly unlikely.

Karma can be generated without Ribbons. It is the Ribbons that are evaded, not the Karma.

[Connor] Ah. Still learning to differentiate the two.

      [MEntity]
Karma is imbalance generated by intensity of interference of choice. This almost always generates a Ribbon. A Ribbon is the unattended necessity for balance that is caused by the imbalance.

Older Souls and beyond in Soul Age tend not to generate Ribbons because they can process any imbalance quite rapidly, and it is rarely relative to any Physical Plane requirements for balance.

[Connor] So then the fragment who killed Gandhi, for example, would not have generated a ribbon, despite the act of murder? (if time allows)

      [MEntity]
For example, a Transcendental Soul may still find himself distracted with the pleasures of the Physical Plane, as was Mahatma Gandhi, and generate some Karma because of some irresponsible choices that create imbalances between himself and others.

There was no interference of choice in terms of the Physical Plane, but there was neglect and indulgences that created imbalances in the Emotional and Intellectual realms. These were then balanced in those realms, such as through dreams or after the life.

      [Connor] Cool.

[MEntity] Dying is wholly understood and known to be built into the life of a Transcendental Soul. It is expected. The death is often orchestrated through Agreements in a way that would bring about the changes that the life may not have been able to generate. Karma *could* be generated through the murder of a Transcendental Soul, but it has yet to be done. This is because there is simply no sense of intensity or violation to generate the imbalance necessary.

[Kurtle] Hey Michael, I'm getting to know the overleaves better. For today could you elaborate on the Caution and Power modes and how they appear in older souls(mature and old)? The definitions we have here typically apply to the younger souls so clarification would be useful in how they “manifest”.

      [MEntity]
The Mode is how one RELATES. This is how one relates to the Goal, to the life, to others, and how one goes about securing Intimacy in the life.

At the core of Caution and Power are EXPRESSION, so these will be all about the FORM.

Regardless of Soul Age, Caution will relate DELIBERATELY (with intention) as a way to give form to a relationship, to a goal, to intimacy.

When the forms of relationship, goals, and intimacy are not felt to be representative of Caution, it can fall into PHOBIA, or an extreme aversion to most everything that is in relationship to the fragment.

      [Kurtle]
      ah that makes sense.

Well the definition of phobia I mean.

      [MEntity]
In the older souls, DELIBERATION can come in the form of having quite specific standards and parameters for what is of interest for relating to the fragment. Think of Caution as DISCRIMINATION in the context of relating. Deliberation aims for Sophistication.

So Caution Mode is about refining relationships.

When Caution is in Phobia, it is like Discrimination in Rejection.

[Kurtle] It sounds like a friend of mine. 😛

      [MEntity]
It is a refusal to take responsibility for the forms that have been created or allowed.

Caution could be said to be an emphasis on how the other half of the equation of Relating takes form, whereas POWER is about how YOU take form in the equation of Relating.

Power is about how PRESENT one is in a relationship.

The more Present one is, the more Authority one has over the self.

[Kurtle] So it's like Caution is adapting itself to the situation and Power is adapting the situation to itself?

[MEntity] When POWER feels its Presence is not taking form, it can compensate by falling into OPPRESSION.

[Kurtle] Kind of like Enforcing their presence on others. Ah I see.

      [MEntity]
In the older souls, Power is all about being awake in a relationship. When the old soul falls into Oppression, he has fallen asleep. If Power is like ACCEPTANCE, the Oppression is like Ingratiation. It is about losing one's form as a way to conform so that one has some sense of power, in the same way that Ingratiation is about doing what one thinks is necessary in order to be loved.

Of course, Ingratiation is not Love, and Oppression is not Power.

Kurt, in the younger Soul Ages, Oppression does come as more of an enforcement of presence upon others, but in the older souls, this turns around so that one begins to shrink in the shadow of anything deemed more powerful.

For all of the Overleaves, try this for understanding the differences between how they manifest in younger Soul Ages versus older Soul Ages:

Add SELF- to the Positive or Negative Pole of the term.

[Kurtle] ohhh that make s a lot of sense.

      [MEntity]
For instance, in Discrimination, the Negative Pole of Rejection is more often SELF-Rejection for the Old Soul. The Goal of Acceptance is more about SELF-Acceptance. CAUTION Mode can fall into SELF-Phobia, or the Stoic into SELF-Resignation. And so on.

This is not always a clear differentiation, but it can help.

[Kurtle] Ah, would that be the same for the Mature Soul? Self- I mean.

[GeraldineB] That's for another time, Kurt

[GeraldineB] Time to move along 🙂

[MEntity] By "older" we always mean mid-Mature through Old.

      [ViP1]
Sex education for children is something that seems particularly important in order for children to know how to manage their impulses with respect for themselves as they become older, and yet it is approached in wildly varying, ad hoc ways that typically depend heavily on cultural background.

Such approaches range from no intentional attempt at sex education at all, rather avoiding the topic completely, to complete openness that might strike other people as awkward and inappropriate.

The education itself might come from parents, or from teachers, or from friends, or from the media, or all of those. In addition, there is usually some degree of awkwardness in parents around even raising the topic with their children to begin with.

Do you have any insights on how to approach sex education for children, irrespective of their cultural background, in a manner that is inclusive of their own makeup, that is appropriate to and respectful of their needs and level of mental/emotional development, the best age for children at which to introduce it, and who such education might best be provided by?

      [MEntity]
The greatest approach to sex education is through the removal of shame from the equation. The rest is fairly moot. Shame is easily learned, and this informs one more so than any other guiding factor for health.

We say that the rest is fairly moot because most education for children regarding a topic that cannot be fathomed is difficult to instill in any meaningful way, and for those in the throes of it simply cannot hear. "Education" would be most effective in removing shame, and inviting choice.

By inviting choice we mean that children would do well to know that they have a choice for being safe, asking for more information, accessing protection, etc. For some, the details are helpful, for others the details are meaningless, but for the entire spectrum of ages and cultures, CHOICE is what is often missing from the equation of education.

"You do not have to understand what you are doing, just that you have a choice in how you are doing it."

Once the power of choice is in a child's hand from any culture, and the weight of shame is removed, the eagerness for "better choices" comes naturally.

In short: reduce shame, increase choice. This can be implemented in any number of ways.

[HunterG] Hello Michael, I know you have said listening to music can be a direct link to essence. My question is "What is the interaction with essence in the context of CREATING music?" Because not much has been said in that regard.

      [MEntity]
The process of creating music is often the process of manifesting Essence. It is a bringing of the language of the Astral Plane into form.

All music is an extension of the Astral Plane.

This could be said of any Matter, actually, but music is one of the more fluid and concise extensions.

Different kinds of music extend from different levels of the Astral Plane, but all of it is an extension of this Plane.

This includes the "music" of non-sentient species, as well.

[HunterG] Would there be a way to differentiate the different kinds of music?

[MEntity] Yes. Think of the Astral Plane as something like an Emotional Center with all of its Parts. The Moving Part would be that which encourages movement/action. The Higher Moving would be that which encourages resonance/Beauty. The Intellectual Part would be that which brings Expression, such as song, lyrics, etc., while the Higher Intellectual would be along the lines of choral, or philosophical/Truth explorations in word, and the Emotional Part would be that which soothes and calms, while the Higher Emotional Part might bring healing/Loving. Music is not one or the other of these, but often a mix of at least 2 or 3.

      [HunterG] yes

      MEntity:
If there is a question to which we can respond in brief, we will take that to close out our session.

If there are no more questions, we will conclude here for tonight. Good evening to each of you.

NYC MICHAEL SPEAKS LIVE: on Death & Dying

      March 12, 2011

Note from Janet: This session was transcribed by Bobby from the original video of the session.

      MEntity:
Ok, give us a moment to settle in and we'll begin. Ok, Hello to each of you, as we come through, bear with us as we adjust to Troy's opening up to us a little bit more than he usually has to in his day to day channeling of us since it has been awhile since he's gone into a full trance for us so our communication may be halted or skewed in some way that will need correction and we will try to catch those as we communicate.

We understand that your discussion subject of today is the afterlife or the process of dying and experience in between lives and we'll try to explain this to you in a way that will not only use our teaching as a map to interpret that experience but if we can we will try to do it in a way that is applicable and not just something to ponder. In other words, knowing certain people in your life that may have died or may die and understanding that process from this exchange with us, may bring some peace to yourself and to the one who has died in a way that might not have been there without this information. It might also come in handy for each of you if you find yourselves in the process of facing your own deaths. However, knowing this or not knowing it will not make much difference because once you die you will have to deal with it anyway. No matter what your beliefs are, no matter what your philosophies are, your consciousness does continue beyond what you recognize as you in your current life. It does not end, it only evolves.

The consciousness that you will identify with though beyond this particular version of you is much broader than the you that you recognize in your day to day life and so there is some adjustment period to that. In the same way if you will you'll have to at some point embrace the totality of your lifetime as yourself as you age. It is not much different in that regard.

In other words, at 50 years old you still have experience being a 10 year old. And part of the process of living a fulfilled life and having transited all of the Internal Monads to a successful degree, which we will get to in a moment, we will elaborate on how they are involved, in order to have that sense of fulfillment, that sense of wholeness at the age of 50, we are just picking a random age, you must remember the 10 year old within you. You must embrace that. You must acknowledge that part of you has existed and had its own perspectives that have become integrated in who you are at 50 years old.

And the same applies beyond this life as a form of consciousness that explores the physical plane as yourself in this lifetime and as all of the other selves that you've been in other lifetimes. The process of that consciousness that existed throughout all of those, goes through stages of development or evolving towards wholeness and that evolution is the process of remembering or integrating all of the variations or all of the personalities that it has been.

The experience of your death is often dictated by where you are in the process of your internal monads. All of the internal monads are not properly or appropriately processed during a lifetime so some for instance may be stuck in the 2nd Internal Monad and even at the age of 50 or 60 when that individual dies will have an afterlife that is often relative to the fact that he or she is stuck in the 2nd Internal Monad and the same thing applies to the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th. Just to recap and to have it on record as part of the information relative to the topic, we will go over the 7 Internal Monads although we know that most of you are aware of them in our teaching.

The 1st one of course is birth, the process of staying alive. The 2nd is your autonomy marked most often by your realization that you can walk or that you're independently mobile from your creator which is your parents or the identified caretakers for you in that lifetime. The 3rd is your independence which is often marked by your rebellion as a teenager in the process of becoming your own personal resource within the lifetime. The 4th is your manifestation of Essence or your becoming yourself and that is the process of relinquishing all of the imprinting that has been imposed upon you by your caretakers, your school, your culture, your society, and deciding from that pool of imprinting and influence on your nature what is true to you and then building upon that. It's basically the process of returning to a sense of innocence and enthusiasm for your life and liking yourself. The 5th Internal Monad is then the process of stripping away even your own sense of identity in the sense that you no longer are attached to who you by your own definition have decided you are and you recreate yourself.
This is the recreation stage. This usually happens in what is often referred to as the senior citizen stages of life and this is where you strip yourself of everything you have thought you were and you build from scratch. And this does not mean that you lose everything that you thought you were but that you are not identified with it any longer and you learn how to play with the life that you've created. Where the 4th Internal Monad might be described as your process of discovering or creating your sense of purpose, the 5th Internal Monad would be the process of creating or discovering your sense of play.

The 6th Internal Monad is the realization, the profound realization, that you are going to die and quite often includes the onset of what will kill you.
In some cases this is obvious and in some cases this is not... and the acceptance of the fact that you will die, the acceptance your mortality. It could be said that the 6th Internal Monad then is your stripping away of the lifetime to allow room for the broader consciousness that you are as you exit the lifetime.

Then of course, the 7th Internal Monad is the exiting of the lifetime.
Birth and death may seem to be a given as they are correlations to the 1st and 7th Internal Monads but just because you are born does not mean completed or successfully processed the birth monad and just because you died does not mean you completed or processed the 7th Internal monad. Those are just markers for those internal monads and to die does not necessarily mean that you have accepted that you are dead just like being born does not mean that you accept that you are alive.

Based on where you are in the process of those personal rites of passage, those 7 Internal Monads, has an effect on what you experience directly after the lifetime. So that if you are in the 2nd Internal Monad, stuck there for the life which would basically mean that you are dependent, co-dependent to a great degree, and having difficulty separating from those who you might think are responsible for you. This would affect how you process your afterlife. So that when you die, your 1st experiences will be the completion or the attempt to complete or process that 2nd Internal Monad. Because what happens is, in every single lifetime you will pick up where you left off in the process of the 7 Internal Monads.

So that if you are stuck in the 2nd Internal Monad in this life, in the next life you will catch up to that point. You will still go through the 1st and 2nd Internal Monad but you must move beyond that, into the 3rd Internal Monad, or beyond if possible and if not then the next life you build upon that. Because those 7 Internal Monads but be properly and successfully transited in order for you to be able to move from one soul age level to the next. And this is not a cosmic rule in place, it is simply our way of interpreting the process and that is a consistent process that those 7 rites of passage must be integrated and processed fully before you can move to the next level of awareness or integration that were were just describing earlier. If you are stuck in the 3rd Internal Monad then of course that would more than likely the experience that many have described as the dichotomy as heaven and hell or some push pull that causes the consciousness to have to go through a process of rebellion and fight with itself after the life to come into it's own. And then of course, that process is over, when that process is over, the consciousness can then begin to plan the next life.

But those initial moments or years depending on your perspective and what version of time you are translating the experience through are dictated by the personality's experience of the life, the overall consciousness that is your Essence. In other words, just because you have died so many times before does not make the next death an extension of those previous deaths. It is relative to the personality in the current lifetime. Your personality gets to decide what it experiences after it dies. It is not always a sudden realization that you are more than what you thought you were. That is a process after dying.

Now before we continue on, we will stop here for a moment to ask if you have any questions about what's been shared so far.

Question: If you die and you've only gotten up to the 3rd Internal Monad does that mean that now you're faced with the death monad, you're not going to accept that you're dead? I thought you said the completion of that monad means you've accepted that you're dead. But if you're only gotten up to the 3rd monad in your life, how does that, what does that mean?

MEntity: Yes, this is where it gets a little complex in terms of how the levels are processed but we will try to explain it to you that as you progress through the internal monads and you have a personality that is stuck in the 3rd internal monad and it's afterlife is a process of completing that 3rd internal monad or at least processing as much of it as possible, in linear terms, that effort contributes to next lifetime. However, the personality that did not move beyond that remains "alive" in it's own time frame so that when there is finally a personality that does complete the 7th Internal Monad, then it can go back and collect all the personalities from that soul age level. Until then, that personality is for lack of terms, stuck in its own process. Does this makes sense to you?

Question: The personality doesn't die with the body?

      MEntity:
No. The personality that is designed as a part of the body dies but the template that the body was created from, which came first, the template came first, continues. When your Essence designed your personality before a lifetime starts, it starts with one of the overleaves and that becomes the core of that personality.

For instance, if your Essence decides to choose the Attitude first that Attitude becomes its own form of consciousness around which the rest of the overleaves are constructed. And then, those overleaves are a part of what contributes to the genetics of, or what is activated in the body that is created for the lifetime. Each body is a pool of genes and the overleaves are what plucks out or activates particular genes or DNA that becomes who you are in a lifetime.

And so, while that physical counterpart does die, the template or overleaves do not. To make it easier to understand because we sense that you are not fully grasping what we are saying or we are not conveying it clearly enough, think of the concept of a soul that is not the same thing that what we use to reference your Essence so that soul inhabits the body and that soul continues on after the lifetime is over and those could be described as fragments of the Essence. Of course we would not like that to be a terminology or a part of our teaching but it is true that your Essence fragments itself in the same way that the Cadres fragment themselves and the Essence collects those fragments back up in the same way that the Cadre collects its fragments back up. So the you that you are here will extend beyond this lifetime and will be collected with all the other versions of your Essence to make up a whole that is the consciousness that you are. Is there another way that we could describe this that might make it easier to understand or are we being clear?

Question: So you're using the word Soul synonymously with personality and its a fragment of your Essence?

MEntity: Yes, we just threw that in as a means to help you to see that the personality or the template that activates the personality is a fragment of your Essence and therefore has its own version of consciousness.

Question: And it lives on past the body... that is a new concept and I've never heard of it.

MEntity: Yes, and this is why, and this may help you to comprehend. This is why there can be "hauntings" while the Essence continues to evolve because the personality remains behind as the haunting and the Essence continues to evolve and once it gets to a point where it is evolved enough it will go back and collect the personality that has remained behind so to speak as a part of that haunting. So just because there is a haunting does not mean that the Essence that is associated with that particular lifetime or personality that might be the haunting is stuck... it does not mean that. It continues. It has its own management system for all of the lifetimes and is not dictated by one personality. If the Essence evolution was dictated by any individual personality, it would be very difficult to get past the 1st lifetime. But at the end of every soul age level, all of the personalities relative to that level are collected, integrated, and the new level is begun. If this is new information it is only because the questions have not been asked. And this is why we qualified the response with the fact that it is a bit complicated because it means that you exist in all of these various forms in microcosmic and macrocosmic fashion so to speak and that can sometimes be difficult to understand. Any other questions?

Question: I had one more question on that same topic. So then is it possible for your soul who is stuck here as a ghost we'll say, is it possible for you to reincarnate while there is some part of you stuck someplace else?

MEntity: Yes. Your Essence is a vast energy source. And, all of the lifetimes and all of the parallel versions of one lifetime, all of the concurrents which are when you incarnating in multiple bodies on the planet as well as your past and future lifetime, all only take what would be the equivalent of approximately 1% of the focus for your Essence. All of those combined. So that gives you some indication of the vastness of your Essence and why it can manage so many variations of itself and allow for the personalities to evolve on their own time frame in a way that does not interfere with those because its got its own higher perspective.

Question: See I knew that, but I think what's new is the separation of the two terms essence and soul. I always thought of them as being synonymous. And also of the concept of the personality outliving the body... that's new, right?

MEntity: Yes, we would suggest not being hung up on Soul versus Essence terminology. We only offered that as one way of differentiating between that which is involved in the activation of the personality versus that which created it. But if it helps you to keep things clearer, then keeping with our terminology, it is not amiss to describe it as a fragment of your Essence or as you put it, the personality exceeds the body. Those would be accurate ways of describing it as well. The term Soul can be interchanged with the term Essence but it's a highly charged word so we usually don't usually use it.

Question from the chat room: So what is taking place in the time of waiting for the level to complete with the personalities?

      MEntity:
Well, we would like to remind you that time outside of the physical plane is a little bit different in its experience and becomes even more relevant to the individuals personalities perception. Time has an emotional factor. It is an emotional experience therefore the Astral plane where you go in between lives or more accurately we would say you focus between lives is an emotional plane. And therefore, because that becomes the basis of experience, time is extremely flexible and those who are in between lives and the personalities who are "waiting" do not have the same perception of time while you are waiting on the physical plane. So the lifetime, we will give the example that is completely random, randomly chosen, the lifetime that might have been stuck at the 3rd Internal Monad and died will go through its process and contribute to the overall evolution of the Essence. But once its done and by done we mean has had its own version of a realization it can do whatever it wants.

And so the personality can realize it has a completely new world with which to create life and it literally lives out another life or as many as it wants on the astral plane. These are purely, for lack of a better term, entertainment or novelty lifetimes in the sense that they do not contribute a great amount of evolution to the Essence. Because once the realization is there that anything can be created in the astral plane which is very malleable and emotions and your thoughts manifest much quicker, then the process is not met with much challenge. So for instance, if there was a part of you that thought you were going to burn in hell when it died, it will burn in hell as long as it thinks it's supposed to and then it will eventually realize that that's not necessary. And on the other side of what that personality though it was suppose to experience relative to where it evolved within the lifetime, it will then be greeted by those fragments who are familiar to it and oriented toward the astral plane so that it then can enjoy itself while it waits.

Question: so it's like a really fun waiting room?

MEntity: Yes, but not quite. We caution on too much emphasis on the term "wait" because the experience is not one of waiting. It is not quite that experience of time that you perceive it to be from here. But it's process of waiting can give it the opportunity to explore many different ideas and creative endeavors and eventually find an interest in its own origins and its own part in the process of Essence's evolution and becomes integrated eventually. The personality that ends up fulfilling the 7th Internal Monad and all of them within the single lifetime does not have that same "waiting period" because its lifetime became that same process that the others did post lifetime. Because the more consciousness that you bring to your physical plane experiences and to your creation of your lifetime the more Essence is involved and that level of integration of consciousness within the lifetime, having the physical lifetime be the meeting ground between the tangible and the intangible or the personality and the Essence, is the same process that all the other personalities had to go through while they waited while that final personality in that soul age level did it within the lifetime.

Question: I have a question. So if, let's say you're at, I mean you're at your soul age and your soul level and in a lifetime does that, goes all the way through, the next lifetime will that also go all the way through or does it automatically bump you up to the next level?

      MEntity: Re-ask your question.

Question: Sorry, so let's say my last, we'll use me, let's say my last lifetime went through all the way and the seamstress completed the 7th Internal Monad. So this lifetime, the one after that, would I also then complete all the way through the 7th level or 7th Internal Monad because she did or...

MEntity: Not if it's the first lifetime of the next level...

Question: But what if it's not? Well I mean it is for me.

MEntity: Once you have had one personality transit all of the 7 Internal Monads successfully, any subsequent lifetime can then do so if it focuses on the perspective of that same soul age level. So while someone may have completed the 7th Internal Monad and completed the 3rd level of the Old Soul age the following lifetime can then focus and more easily accomplish all of those 7 Internal MOnads if the lifetime remains with a perspective of the 3rd level of the Soul age. Even though technically, it is 4th level Old Soul at that point. And that is how the concept of manifesting soul age has come into play.

Question: So, if I, since she finished early I think intuitively that because of having connection with her regarding her death I think that she would have completed the 7th Internal Monad and since I had the ability to transfer from the 3rd level to the 4th level this lifetime then I'm thinking she must have. So, if I focus on the 3rd level then I would more easily complete the 7th Internal Monad but if I focus on the 4th level, because I am on the 4th level, then I probably wont? Or do I still have the ability to do that?

MEntity: You can knock out so to speak all of the 7 Internal Monads in one lifetime or one level. There is no rule to it and they do become easier with more experience although each lifetime is isolated to what that personality decides or develops into its capacity for processing those rites of passages and they can always be thrown off and get stuck but you could go through all 7 Internal Monads multiple times during one soul age level if you chose to do so. But as your soul ages, the amount of times or the amount of lifetimes it takes to transit a soul age level exponentially becomes less.

      Question: Could it be one?

      MEntity: Yes.

      Question: Or half of one?

      MEntity:
Yes it can. For the most part there are at least on average 7 lifetimes per level your particular Cadre or Energy Ring is not average and we do not say that as a compliment but we say that as a matter of statistics. Another layer that may be of interest in the process of evolution in the lifetimes, the end of each lifetime and the process afterward, is that each of the levels, or rather each of the soul ages, is a process of developing a certain kind of relationship with your Essence.

And so, for instance, the entire process of the infant soul age, is a process of developing an instinctive relationship with your Essence. It is a process of developing your instinctive center to a degree that it holds as much experience and memory and wisdom as possible between lifetimes. So the entire Infant Soul age is about programming, if you will, the memory disk that will be taken from each lifetime and moved into the next lifetime and built upon.

The Baby soul age is entirely about developing a more cohesive union or co-creative relationship your Essence and this is why those who are Baby souls often have that sense of dichotomy with their Essence because they're developing that relationship with their Essence and they will call it God and they will call it angels, they will call it whatever it is that will personify it in a way that develops that communication and communion that part of themselves. And over the process of the Baby soul age, they will eventually grasp that they are the same thing or that they are one but in that process will personify Essence to whatever degree helps to develop a relationship the Essence.

The Young soul age is all about the rebellion from that communion or that co-creative process and during the Young soul age the personalities have the most running amock of any of the soul ages because personality is, now that they have been born from the process of realizing that personality is also as valid and powerful if you will as Essence, then it thinks it can do everything on its own and doesn't need that sense of Essence or that sense of soul. And so during the Young soul phase, the personalities reject Essence more often than not and dive right into the physical plane and try to get as much out of it on their own as a means to prove that they are just as much powerful and valid as they have discovered Essence is. Over time however, the difference personalities that are a part of that Young soul age begin to realize that the materials to work with on the physical plane are quite limiting and that is the nature of the physical plane. And while certain things can be attained physically on the physical plane such as money and wealth and fame and fortune and physical stimulation, it is limited to the physical plane and it does not carry forward to any great degree of satisfaction beyond the physical plane. And that is the process of realizing that there is more to life than the physical plane and then it is a process of developing an emotional relationship with your Essence or an intimacy with your Essence.

Where the Baby soul age is about the recognition of the validation of Essence or the soul if you will, the Mature soul age is about the intimacy that develops from that and the emphasis becomes more about co-creative process and working with your Essence to create the lifetime. And the emphasis becomes more about what will be carried forward from the lifetime rather than what will be left behind. Your cars and your cash will be left behind but your relationships will not for instance.

The Old soul age then is about the expression of your Essence into the physical plane. It is no longer about the co-creative process. It is no longer about the communion process. It is no longer about accomplishing. But it is about actually being your Essence or being your soul while here. And so, the emphasis turns towards spirituality and a very profound process of manifesting more of who you are outside of the physical plane here and bringing that consciousness to the process than it is about just living. Because your Essence is basically just blind, has no feeling, has no capacity of experiencing the physical plane without the personalities, so overall of those lifetimes it eventually gets invited in a way that is quite profound during the Old soul age. And then, you're faced with the paradox of your Essence of finally being manifested in a way that gets to experience the physical plane fully while the personality craves going home or the integration process that will eventually occur and that wil why so many old souls tend to feel tire or bored with the physical plane or not as fulfilled by it and not as interested in it because it knows there is so much more beyond it. While your Essence is, forgive the pun, thrilled to death that it is able to experience the physical plane so fully. Any other questions regarding...

Question: Well XXX and I had a lot of conversation about that TV show that he watched where everybody saw the white light and then people and loved one and stuff like that, so what is your perception or your take on what happens? Do you see loved ones? Are they manifestation of those people coming to greet you or are they just aspects of yourself that shows you what you think you want to see or expect to see? Like the person going to hell, goes to hell. You know, I think that I probably will see other lifetimes waiting to greet me. So, will that be what I'll see because that's what I think I'll see?

MEntity: Those who truly die are not always "greeted" on the other side because part of the process of dying includes going through what that individual expected to go through. And not very often does the personality know what to expect or it has become so programmed in what to expect that there is no room for greetings on the other side. But those who have near death experiences quite often have their support groups on the other side because the lifetime is not over and the process is one of escorting if you will the consciousness back to the body in a way that is either part of that life's plans so that it affects the life in a way that gets built upon or just happens to be something that the personality experienced and becomes a part of its experience. So, whether there are those loved ones or fragments of the self, other personalities that you've been on the other side waiting to greet you, the potential is always there for that but it is not consistent and it is always dependent on the personality. Those who return however are quite often greeted because they are not there to experience their afterlife. They are there to be returned.

Question: So everybody tends to see what they think they're going to see with their interpretation of what happens to you after life ends. So if somebody isn't coming back and you really are dying but they think they're going to see that then they see that?

      MEntity:
If by "that" you mean loved ones greeting them ... of course, yes. Most of you who are Old souls when you die don't experience much difference from what you're experiencing just before because the consciousness is to a certain degree that allows the transition to feel as if you've shifted perspective.

Because the more you manifest Essence within the lifetime, the less shocking the process of dying is because you will already have been who you are on the other side or the larger part of who you are and so the process is quite simple. And so while you know yourself as XXX and you know yourself in this body, that will be part of transition as simply stepping out of context of living but still having everything familiar quite comfortable but a lot more maleable and you will then you will be greeted by those you might want to see or experience and you will still have a relationship with those who are still on the physical plane even if they're not aware of it. By relationship, we mean that they have a counterpart of themselves that can accommodate you in the afterlife in the way that is familiar to you. That does not mean you have a relationship to the physical version.

Chatroom question: So if one had a concurrent at say Mature level 7 and he transited the 7th Internal Monad, as *you* as his concurrent and living would you experience the soul age/level intra-life change?

      MEntity:
You could. Yes. If you have overlapping lifetimes which is not uncommon especially with the older soul ages and one lifetime has progressed to a certain point that could contribute to a concurrent's evolution, it can. Very rarely that capitalized upon because it is very important to each personality to feel as if the progress is its own. What it will do is contribute to the Essence's evolution and depending on the concurrent personality that is still alive and its relationship to that Essence, it can pull that in as part of its influence in the lifetime but it is not imposed or suddenly realized in the lifetime. We'll pause for a moment...

What we'll talk about next then is how to apply this information that might be useful at some point. To return to a question that was asked earlier about whether one lifetime can be transited as a soul level because all of the internal monads were processed, we would like to add that for the most part, the 1st three internal monads are quite often processed fairly easily and quickly for the older soul. And if there is any point to which it is stuck which extends the need for multiple lifetimes for a level it is at the 3rd rather the 4th or 5th internal monads. It is not uncommon for some fragments to be stuck at the 4th Internal Monad for several lifetimes before they are able to move on.

Question: If I could ask you a question that is the reverse of XXX's before you move on. What I was told by a channel who wasn't a Michael channel that my last lifetime was that I died as a young boy in France during WWII. Let's say hypothetically true because I can't validate it, I obviously would have died at the 2nd monad/3rd monad and obviously I haven't transited all my monads when I came into this life so how affect me starting ?into a new lifetime not having completed all the monads in the last lifetime?

      MEntity:
As with most of existence, there are no hard set rules to the process. There are only consistencies and general guidelines and so we cannot say because that happened here is what happened but we can say that the death of a personality early in its lifetime can mean multiple things. It can mean it simply died and yes it did not have a chance to go through many internal monads but this has no bearing on where it had reached in the previous lifetimes even if it were 2 or 3 lifetimes previous to that. If any lifetime previous to that reached or processed an internal monad up to for instance a 6th Internal Monad then if the 3 subsequent lifetimes died early it has no bearing on the following lifetime that may have then lived to go through all 7 Internal Monads. It will not set you back in other words.

The life must be, or the personality, the physical body must be alive 7 years for it to have a personality that needs to go through any processing. So any lifetime or any personality that dies before the age of 7, we say this as a general number, its integrated almost immediately with Essence because it did not get to a stage of autonomy. It did not get to a stage of completion of that 2nd Internal Monad for that lifetime. And, it takes up to 7 years for your Essence to even become a part of that personality because it takes at least 7 years for the consciousness to develop a way that can connect to that Essence more directly. The other reasons why it can be because the 7th Internal Monad was not processed and despite the fact that the physical body did not have a linear progression through the rites of passage. If the body is born long enough and has a consciousness and dies, that short life can be specifically to process the 7th Internal Monad.

Question: Does that often lead to a walk-in?

MEntity: No, if we understand you question correctly, no.

Question: My question was if a lifetime was created just for the completion of the 7th Internal Monad would another soul walk in?

MEntity: If the body did not die, because with the 7th Internal Monad now it gets a little complicated because there are different arcs of the internal monads that get processed. There is the Essence level, the process of moving through your soul age level and then there is the individual process that happens for each personality. And so, the 7th Internal Monad that was necessary for the Essence to evolve can happen within a lifetime without the body dying. And at that point, yes, the Essence can withdraw from the lifetime and another Essence walk in to take over that physical body. We realize all of this sounds quite creative.

Question: Isn't that what it's all about?

      MEntity:
We would agree. so, to answer your question, no it does not necessarily lead to a walk-in situation but if the body or the personality generated would like to stay alive it can take on another Essence for the remainder of that lifetime. By all intents and purposes, it would be a separate person. It would be a different person altogether even if the body were the same. Walk-ins only make up less than 5% of incarnations so it is not quite that common on a cosmic scale. Well, we gave that number as a peak number at any given time it's never more than 5% of incarnations that are occurring.

Now what we would suggest for you as far as applying this information if you choose to do so is that in your day to day living it is helpful for you to work on the manifestation of your Essence or the realization that you have an Essence and to explore that concept and to bring that into your day to day functioning in a way that matters to you. You cannot help but be your Essence in a lifetime because that is who you are to some extent whether you reject it or not. But the more you embrace it and the more conscious you become of it, the more tap into resources that are available to you reject the concept of having an Essence.

      Question: Resources such as?

      MEntity:
Energy, enthusiasm, creativity to name a few. Embracing your Essence means you allow or create opportunities in your life to shine. And by shine, that is the moment where you feel as if you are fully being who you are. Manifesting Essence does not mean that you live everyday as a soul or an Essence with some notion that because you are immortal you can do whatever you want and not suffer the consequences of the physical plane.

That is not what we mean by manifesting Essence. Manifesting Essence or your Essence role means creating or allowing moments in your life that may last for great lengths of time or may last for short periods of time where you are exactly who you think you are everything you aspire to be. And those are the moments you are manifesting Essence. It also shows up when you are in any moment for a short period or length of time liking the life that you are living. And sometimes, there are conditions within the life that make it less likeable. But, liking the life does not mean settling with the life. It mean understanding your place in that larger pattern that is your life and knowing that you can navigate it in some way that can create or allow more than what you have or what you like at the moment.

So, liking it is not a conclusive state but a process and liking who you are. So to that degree, knowing this information and being able to let the life... the process of bringing more of your consciousness into the experience of physical plane in your life and applying that creatively and using it as a form of navigation for the life and manifesting more of who you are in a way that you like makes the process of dying much more comfortable than if you hate the life, do not like who you are, and feel stuck or trapped. Those particular states within the lifetime are the most difficult or some of the most difficult to process upon death. And so, bringing more of you into the life or more of your Essence into the life is a way of making death more livelier if you will. For those time of when you know of someone who is dying, it can be a direct or indirect form of support if you know anything about that individual's life and where he or she may have come to in his or her process in internal monads. It can help you to psychically or emotionally or even directly help that fragment or that personality in its transition. And, this will not what time you make this realization. If this is somebody from your past, you can actually contribute to their process of transition by offering insight, offering support, remembering that loved one in loving ways and this contributes to their own personal process of evolution. It's not limited by time.

If you know someone had difficulty getting beyond their rebellious stage for instance then it might be someone who is also going to go through that in the afterlife. Then if this is something that you know or sense, you can use your imagination as a tool and is not something that just generates fantasies but is actually a tool, an effective tool, can be used to imagine yourself helping this person realize that he or she does not have to burn in hell for instance or suffer beyond the lifetime. If you know of someone who is at least to the point where they have faced the prospect of death and have realized that there is a mortality, you can help in the transition by not holding on to that one version of that person after he or she has died. You can help contribute to their evolution by allowing them to "go" while still missing them or loving them or craving them. But if you are locked onto them in a way that keeps them focused on you and your comfort, it's very difficult to focus on their own process. And so assuring them that you're ok and assuring them that you understand goes to great lengths to contributing to their evolution and their process.

So those are the 2 most applicable way we think you could use this information in any way that might be symbolically helpful to you. Though we think it goes beyond symbolic. Being who you are and finding and creating those moments you can be that and letting go of those who have passed while still loving them. Those 2 things quite simple and to some of you, obvious, but very powerful.

Question: I'm not sure how this really applies but would holding onto something after it dies, would that affect them continuing on?

      MEntity:
No. There is absolutely no effect... the truth is there is absolutely no effect between you and a deceased animal and between you and a deceased human or sentient, fellow sentient being. When we suggested letting go of an individual who has passed, it is not because of your not letting go hinders the fragment but that personality who has died will more than likely tend to your needs and stick around as a form of support rather than focus on its own process. Not because it has to but because it might want to. And so, you're letting go contributes to the process of their evolution but you're not letting go doesn't hinder it if this is clearer. when it comes to animals that you have become close to, and their passing, because it is a completely different dynamic of consciousness, there is no personality involved that extends beyond the animal itself. There is a consciousness that represents the animal but it is not defined in the way that sentient consciousness has personalities. You may see personalities in your animals because they do personify various overleaves. For instance, a dog will not have a complex personality but may have embodied an Attitude or may have embodied a Mode or may have embodied a Goal depending on its breed. And so, it could be said that animals are made up of one or two of what could be called overleaves so there is not the same template that carries forward as it is quickly absorbed back into the hive soul.

And while you as an individual can recognize the consciousness of the animal and still see and interpret a personality from that it is in no way a relationship that is hindered or affected by your hanging onto or letting go. Any other questions regarding this subject?

Question: I have a question. For example, my mother died quite young and it seems like she always shows up when I'm with a medium or a channeling session with a medium, my mother always shows up. It seems like she likes to hang around me alot. So I was wondering, if you die in your 40's and you haven't incurred all of your monads would you possibly hang around a child for unfinished business like as oppose to my grandmother who never shows up but she completed all her monads. She died very old. She never shows up.

      MEntity:
Yes, as part of the process of an internal monad, depending on where the individual was in their death, part of that process can be working through emotional elements, not physical ones and not anything relative to the physical plane. Anything that is on an emotional level can be done without bodies and therefore the personality despite of it not having a body can "hang around" and still have an emotional exchange with you.

Because, even while you are here physical, every time you sleep, you free yourself and more of your consciousness to astral plane and therefore can work things out in dream state or even if you're conscious in your daily life and you have a rich emotional life it can be the meeting ground for non-physical relationships. If that were not the case, you would not be able to have guides and you would not be able to have the sort of non-physical support each of you do have in every lifetime whether you are aware of it or not.

Question: So it made no difference then that she didn't finish all of her monads essentially because if you can have the same relationship with guides as well as a parent it wouldn't have mattered what point she died right?

      MEntity: Mattered in what sense.

Question: The fact that we still have this relationship... nonphysical...

MEntity: Yes, relationships can continue after death if the individual such as yourself is open to that and it's a mutual relationship. Sometimes what can happen is that the person who is left behind so to speak in a physical body can stay attached to their idea of the individual who has died and while that individual my have continued evolving and even be in another life, a counterpart or what we'll call a counterpart representative of that other individual can still focus on having a relationship with you for your sake. Because, as we said earlier, it does not take much to generate these personalities and variations of focus. Does this answer your question?

      Question: Yes.

MEntity: To extend upon that, the relationship may not be working on anything but simply being there as a form of support a general form of opportunity for you to evolve your perception of that individual as well. Because, the individual who died within your lifetime died at a certain point in your lifetime that had a certain perspective of that person. That same vision so to speak of that individual will look different in 10 to 15 to 20 years. And so, in 20 years your relationship to what you may remember as your mother may evolve and have worked out issues related to that individual. And so, a counterpart or a version of your mother can still be in a relationship with you even though its non-physical for that reason. Which mean, you can talk to those personalities, you can exchange information. And while you may dismiss it and your imagination or creative thinking it can still be helpful to you in working things out. There is much more to say about this topic and we've touched on it in a rather roundabout way because we did not have a clear subject posed to us by Troy so we just dove in with what seemed the most relevant for this layer of information about this topic but we can be asked again in a different way and reveal more details or more layers that may be of interest to you. We think we have time for one round of personal questions if you choose to use that time. We will do our best to respond and so you may begin with those if there are any.

Question: So, I've touched upon this before last time we talked about my job making me really bitchy and aggravated all the time and it's really affected me so strongly. I did take, I heard strongly what you said about, it doesn't have to be. I don't have to commit to it for the rest of my life and so the option for change is there. Its kind of freed me up a little bit. It's gotten a little less horrible for me. But I have noticed that I'm a little uncomfortably jaded I guess maybe and I kind of want back that feeling of, I don't know... it sounds so stupid, sort of like that youthful feeling that everything is going to be ok. It's not that I don't think everything is going to be ok because I do. I'm just a little bitchy about it. It feels so oddly uncomfortable to me and there's got to be some sentence that I can tell myself or remind myself that lets that edge off. Because I keep saying, I should start drinking or something. I gotta do something to take the edge off. I feel like I'm so close and that I want to tip it over and make that extra little bit be back to my usually happy self. I miss that person and I feel like she's withered and died... people stepped on her like gum. I don't know how to ask it. I'm looking for something I can do for myself as a reminder that's going to help click something in my brain or my body or my soul or my Essence or my something...

MEntity: Our response to that is a very simple response and that would be to do something more for yourself. And by this we mean, to point out that any you who develop a routine that becomes so entrenching that you've lost your sense of self often you only need to throw a wrench in the works by doing something different by bringing you back to yourself. By that we mean, do not think that your commitment to these routines is a condemnation but first to recognize it is a choice and there is a payoff in that choice that is benefiting you to some degree. But what you would want to do to add to the ingredients of your day to day life is to add something more to compliment it and by that we mean, to do something different with the time that is yours and not your company's.

Question: I'm so exhausted by the end of the day I can barely get home.

MEntity: Your exhaustion is relative to your lack of doing something more for yourself. It is not just because of the routine. It is because you are not doing more that rejuvenates you. What you need is rejuvenation, not rest. What you would want to do is decide in your month ahead, in your next 30 days for an example, where on your calendar and time frames you can plan and do something that is a gift for yourself or a time that is rejuvenating or doing things that you have decided are rejuvenating. And what you will find, even with an hour of something that is rejuvenating and is your choice can zero out the exhaustion from eight hours of routine. So the irony here is that in your doing so much that you don't like you simple need to do more of what you do like.

Question: so I can just start out by doing just one thing a week...

MEntity: Yes, but we would say not something that needs to be on a weekly basis but can even be on a monthly basis and even just looking forward to it can negate a great deal of the exhaustion knowing that you have a treat...

Question: I have been looking forward to going home to visit my parents and I have felt pretty good this whole because of the excitement about going...

MEntity: Rejuvenation returns you to your enthusiasm and your enthusiasm returns you to your Essence and having more of your Essence present is what's considered what you've described as your "youthful, happy-go-lucky self" where everything is ok and so the 1st step then is that rejuvenation. Next question...

Question: I have a question. So I a guy named Leo and we've seemed to hit it off and I wanted to know if we have any agreements between each other?

MEntity: No. This appears to be one that you would have to generate those agreements after more time together but no pre-existing agreements appear to have been brought to the relationship. Having a lack of pre-agreements does not mean having a lack of capacity for making agreements and so that will be up to you what you do with this relationship.

Question: It's interesting that you brought up about trying to live more and asking to bring Essence through and so what I've been really working on this last year is... I have a post-it note of a comment that Michael made and it must have been another chat or another channeling session where you said that old souls live through their body and experience joy and so on... it's still tough for me to embrace Essence. I'm hoping that I will get comfortable enough in my own skin that I may investigate a mate agreement before my last monad. So my question is, do I have any mate agreements in New York City?

      MEntity:
Yes, you do. First we will back up to say that in your process of liking who you are is a reflection of embracing more of your Essence or bringing more of your Essence into the personality and the lifetime and manifesting your true personality. Some of this is relative to physical conditions that you've placed on whether you like yourself or not and we bring this up so that it is not attached those particular things if you can identify them. But that the true manifestation of your Essence, in a way that would be consistent, would have no attachments to conditions and so we bring this up so all of you can add to what were were saying earlier, that manifesting your Essence and being more of who you are, creating or finding those opportunities to shine are ok to have conditions in place for but the less conditions in place, the more consistent the experience of liking who you are. For example, some of you only like yourselves if a lot of people give you feedback that they like you. And this makes you like yourself more... we're speaking generally at this point as an example. That is a valid process in returning you to liking who you are and to expose you to the experience of liking who you are but if it is only dependent on the conditions that others continually feedback that they like you then the consistency of liking yourself is lost. Does this make sense?

So your 3 mate agreements appear to be:

      1) a Sage who appears to be... our records depend upon many factors in updating for fragments who are still incarnating so we will do the best we can so that there is a validation.... and we will say that this fragment appears to be living on the upper east side currently and one of the validation factors is a nostalgia or a current passion for baseball

      2) The other appears to be a Server who is not actively working but aspiring to work in the alternative medicine or healing field. The validation factor for this individual might be a scar that may indicate the removal of an appendix or surgery of some sort but it appears to be on the left side of the body. There is a story that goes with it that is relative to something that got botched

      3) And the 3rd agreement looks to be an Artisan. This one, comes with it, some turbulence in getting to know each other so that would be one validation factor.
