Q: I would like some general info/description about the nature/characteristics of C1E3 (things like: general theme/goal, why we chose these roles and composition, a new nickname, perhaps how we 'look')?
We might describe your Entity's Task as one that presents alternative angles on reality, and this is played out between the Poles of Enterprise and Versatility, which is the difference between bringing cohesion to the manifestation of an imaginative idea, and that same idea coming into manifestation in pieces, fragments, or without much context or meaning.
There are always contradictions coming from Entity 3 fragments, as they tend to see what others do not, and this is either presented in a creative way that invites that shared perception, or that alternative perception can sometimes be lost to contempt, contention, and self-righteousness.
The overall themes and tasks of an entity tend to be determined AFTER the members are organized, though some groups and individual fragments do come with stronger ideas than others.
In this case, Entity 3 members were drawn together initially because of the interest in "doing things different" from what each had been doing in previous Grand Cycles. Many from this Entity were much more passive in the previous cycle.
While the organization of members of an Entity and the overall task or theme is done after the members are in place, those members are initially drawn to one of the 7 Positions within the Cadre, and those positions do have a basic quality already in place, due to position within the Cadre.
Every Entity Three will have the qualities ranging between Enterprise and Versatility, for instance.
Nearly every member in this particular Entity 3 are "new" to each other as Essences, and while there may be some shared "pasts," there is very little shared history that was carried into the group, relatively speaking.
This particular Entity appears to have 1072 members, comprised primarily of Artisans and Scholars, with some Priests, Sages, and Servers included; 400 members appear to be cycled off, and approximately 375 currently incarnated.
This Entity has the most "wild cards" of the Cadre.
