AUGUST TOPIC: THE HEALTH OF YOUR INTELLECTUAL CENTER

The last couple of workshops focused on talking to Michael about the health of the Moving and Emotional Centers. Let's talk to Michael in depth about the functions of the Intellectual Center and how we can determine when it is functioning in healthy vs unhealthy ways, where we are in the functioning health of our own Intellectual Center, and how we can more quickly catch and recover from unhealthy functioning.
