I set up a closed club and just in case something happens that prevents me from using TLE for some time, I'd like to share the ownership of the club so there's someone else who can approve members. I can only find a setting to change the ownership, not to share it. Is there any way to make others co-owners or admins for clubs?
  3. Choose carefully! As of July 10th, you cannot change this once it is set unless you ask the site admin (me). Club admin controls should get the ability to change privacy once we are out of Beta. Public Everyone can see the club and its posts, and can participate without joining. Open Everyone can see the club and its posts, but only members can participate. Everyone can join. Closed Everyone can see the club and who's in it, but only members can see posts and participate. Users need to ask a leader to join. Private Only members can find the club and see its posts. Users need to be invited by a leader to join.
  4. To add a forum, click on MANAGE FORUMS > TOPICS > then name your topic/Forum, add a description. This is now a Forum. It will show up as a tab in your club. Save. If you wish to have other Topics/Forums, do the same again. The new Forum will be next to the previously-created forum. NOTE: you cannot rearrange the tabs, so plan this out before you add Topics/Forums. Try not to add too many.
