  1. Michael Speaks 011010 TOPIC CHAT (new format) Self-Karma MEntity: Despite the complexities that can be involved in Self-Karma, the actual concept, exploration, and resolution are quite simple. That is not to say that the process is "easy," but that describing these elements is fairly simple. First, we will define Karma as "any form of intensity (imbalance) as a result of interference to your capacity for Choice." Interference of Choice is not the only criteria for generating Karma. There must be an intensity, or imbalance, generated from at least one party, and most-often the party who suffered the loss of Choice. The sudden increase for capacity of Choice is also a form of Karma, if intensity is generated. We describe this as Philanthropic Karma, and this form of Karma "feels good," but it is Karma, nonetheless, as it interfered with Choice and generated intensity. When Karma is generated, "Ribbons" are formed as a means to track those intensities. Those Ribbons connect among the Instinctive Centers of all who are involved. It might be more accurate to describe these as "tuned frequencies" that do not lose track of the members of that frequency, but we feel that "ribbons" is easier to image. The resolution of Karma is in the "burning" of the "ribbon," or neutralizing that frequency. The burning of ribbons is always done through role reversal, either with the parties from each side reversing positions, or from the party who generated the karma reversing his or her own actions that generated the Karma. A simplified example of each might be: Reversing Positions = you kill someone, that someone kills you. Reversing Actions = you kill someone, you then save that someone in a later life. We realize that we have been sharing the details about our perception of Karma, but this is helpful in understanding your Self-Karma because much of the same dynamic applies. We will define Self-Karma as being "a dual position within that interferes with your own capacity for Choice, and generates intensity, or imbalance." Often these are also described as "Issues." ALL Self-Karma is contained within a single lifetime and does not carry over in the same way that Ribbons do among fragments. Self-Karma is generated by the Personality within the lifetime. However, Self-Karma can show up as patterns for an Essence, because Essence designs each Personality, and often the patterns of exploration sought by Essence generates similar opportunities across lifetimes for each Personality that tends toward certain Self-Karmic issues. If a Personality resolves his or her Self-Karma within a lifetime, that Self-Karma is usually not repeated, because Essence then has a completed set of new data from which to use for creating a lifetime. Since Essence learns through Personality, it can only progress beyond certain Self-Karmic patterns when a Personality finally figures out how to resolve the issue. That is not to say that a pattern does not repeat, but that it is rarely repeated. When we say that it is not repeated, we are speaking about a specific Self-Karma, but that issue may be a part of a larger category of Self-Karma, which we will explain in a moment. If you are alive, you most-likely have Self-Karma. Self-Karma is so common a development among Personalities that even the hosts for the Transcendental and Infinite Souls carried Self-Karma. However, in the cases of Transcendental and Infinite Soul hosts, the Self-Karma is always resolved within the lifetime. Self-Karma is generated in four categories of your life, which mirror the Axes of our Overleaf System. It would be more accurate to say that Self-Karma is generated in one or more of your four "bodies" that mirror the Axes of our Overleaf System: your Intellectual, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual/Instinctive Bodies. These categories can help you to identify your Self-Karma by where, how, and when you find yourself divided in a way that interferes with your capacity for Choice. Self-Karma is often paralyzing in its effects. When we say "paralyzing," we include those uncontrollable compulsions that force a choice even when you "know" is not a choice you would prefer to make. We include non-choice, refusal to choose, or the fear to choose, as a means to suspend yourself between two or more choices, as forms of paralyzing. What we will share now is a simple exercise for identifying your Self-Karma in a way that allows for tangibility so that resolution can be made, if you choose to pursue such an endeavor. Draw up a chart in a way that creates the four categories, or bodies: Intellectual, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual. With merely a glance at your life, considering each category, it might be fairly easy to identify at least one Self-Karma from each category. You could translate each category into a way to help your examination, such as: Expression, Inspirational, Action, and Assimilliation areas of your life. Assimilation might be better understood as your "Learning" or "Comprehension," or the "Lessons" are of life. Another translation: my world view; my relationships; my body; my spirit. Questions to pose for each category, regardless of how one translates that category might sound something like: "What do I get the most upset about in this category?" Or "In this category, what experience repeats for me that keeps me from making the choices I want to make?" Or "In this category, where do I wish something else would change before I can make a choice that I prefer?" Or "In this category, to what do I tend to overreact?" Or "In this category, what triggers reaction in me?" Or "What frustrates me the most about myself, others, life in this category?" At first, your examination may bring up broad categories, and that is a good place to start, but you would eventually want to narrow it down to specific triggers or situations. For instance, you may feel that issues of INJUSTICE is a large context that carries triggers for you, but upon closer inspection, you may find that you are really only triggered when someone does not comply to your way of thinking, or agree with you, or celebrate your passionate stance with the same passion. This might indicate that your issues are not so much about Injustice, but about "Being Right" or "Being Superior." Once one has identified a Self-Karma, then the work of resolution can begin. Resolution is found when there is no longer a sense of division, and your choice is completely owned by you. We will give a very simple example: A fragment identifies that she has "issues" with her body image, detailing that she feels ugly because she does not lose weight, but does not do the work of losing that weight. This would fall under BODY, or Physical. The broader category would be "Body Image," but she might find she is triggered in instances where she is going to be social or intimate. Her Self-Karma then might be the division within that says she is beautiful just as she is, as long as no one sees her. Being "Beautiful As I Am" means to her to never having that concept challenged, so she remains isolated and secluded to sustain that version of herself. Being "As Beautiful as Others Prefer" would mean shaping the body into a new form, which means exercise, diet, and patience, but this is in conflict with "Beautiful As I Am," and to follow through in that direction might mean she really is not beautiful as she is, so reprimanding, self-punishment, self-hate, repulsion replace diet, exercise, and patience. She remains at home, or secretly isolated internally, even when in social situations. The resolution would come only when she MAKES THE CHOICE in one direction or the other, and allows herself to own that choice. If she chooses to "Be Beautiful As I Am" then it would require the work of self-acceptance, self-kindness, accentuating all that is felt to be beautiful, internally and externally, and to build upon that. She would celebrate the beautiful in those people and things that she knows as beautiful beyond any standard in entertainment or social media. She would allow for all forms of beauty, knowing that this is a subjective matter, and never something that can be standardized. If she chooses to "Be as Beautiful as Others Prefer," then she would own the steps necessary to go down that path, and begin a commitment to exercise, diet, patience, and a reality-check that she cannot transform her body to be exactly as someone else's, but that she can make it the best it can be. She would embrace the fact that she may not please everyone, but focus on moving her body into a state that is pleasing to herself. She is simply taking care of herself. In short: the Self-Karma is a division that could be described as "Accept my self as I am/Improve upon my self-image." The resolution is to choose one of those and to own all that goes along with that choice. The irony is that in the commitment to one or the other, BOTH are ultimately included; hence the resolution. Neither side of the division is left behind. Accepting yourself as you are automatically includes an upgrade to your self image. Improving upon your self-image automatically brings a kindness to the process that is an acceptance for who you are all along the way of your improvement. Improving yourself in your own eyes automatically improves your representation of yourself to others, thus improving yourself in their eyes, as well. Improving yourself in a way that others may find appealing often leads to clarity about what must be improved in your own eyes. When choosing a direction for commitment to resolution, it is often more beneficial and efficient to choose the direction over which you have the most control. For instance, taking the route of "Accept Myself As I Am" is far more within the control of that person than if she were to entirely depend upon the external factors for gauging her progress. Both paths could work, but this is why many teachings encourage one to start with the self, since that is where one has the most control, and is almost always guaranteed success. Choosing to go in a direction of lesser control that requires others to comply to your ideal is still a valid path, but a more complicated and challenging path, with less-likely successes. The more time and care given to your examination of your Self-Karma, the more quickly and easily the resolution might come because the solutions are often within the issue, itself. **************Q&A*************** Are there different gemstones with their frequencies that might be utilized to help neutralize the energies of these four self-karma categories? MEntity: If it is understood that these gemstones are merely a supportive energy, and not an energy that actually does the work for you, then there are stones that might help some fragments receptive to that energy. To understand how these work, it might be helpful to think of each gemstone as being a light of specific color, and when that light is shined into your space, it can highlight certain things. It is not that the stone is actually "doing" anything other than being itself. A flashlight in the dark is not magic, but it can certainly improve one's capacity for seeing. And so it is with such tools as gemstones. With that being understood, the most common stones available for helping support in the process of Self-Karma might be: Rose Quartz or Pyrite for Physical/Body Issues Amethyst Quartz or Citronite for World View/Intellectual/Expression issues Tourmaline or Jades for various Learning/Comprehension/Instinctive Issues Tiger's Eye or Azurites for Emotional/Relationship Issues These stones may help to highlight the areas prone to opportunities for resolution, but they will not resolve the issues for you, or soothe them. There is validity to frequencies generated from inanimate objects, especially from those directly of the planet, but as with any tool, it is what you do with them that makes the difference, not necessarily the properties of that object. A hammer is just a hammer until one picks it up to use with intent, and that intent can have a multitude of outcomes. How do you deal with cases where manifesting is involved and appears to interfere with the resolution? For example: If the woman above decides to get in shape, but then injures herself or gets into a car accident that hurts her back. How to avoid or get past that? I see it a lot. MEntity: The Self-Karma would remain, as well as the resolution, regardless of circumstances along the way. To make this clearer, we will use an example of a man who has lost his legs who feels he is worthless without being able to walk. The Self-Karma is not in whether he can walk, or not, but in how he experiences whether he can walk, or not. If he is divided to such an extent that it paralyzes his capacity for choice, then he has generated Self-Karma. If he embraces his experience, or if he commits to rising above it, then the Self-Karma is resolved. For the woman who has hurt her back after committing to improving the health of her body, she can still commit to the improvement of her health and body. When a commitment in one direction of resolution comes with great obstacles, or surprise obstacles, or challenges, the commitment itself must inherently make room for all of the possibilities of that path, or it is not a commitment. Is there a way of avoiding or lessening the chances of that happening in the first place? It seems to me that it happens when someone forces themselves towards one choice without being ready? You are correct that "forcing a choice" is still included in Self-Karma, as we described it as a compulsion. And that is a good point for differentiation: Resolution comes from EMBRACING YOUR CHOICE, not FORCING your choice. Forcing a choice leads to complications that compound the Self-Karma. Embracing a choice means absolute permission to explore that choice on your own terms at your own pace, and with an invitation to Essence, your friends, your loved ones for support in that choice. Forcing a choice is usually marked by intensity and often secrecy. Embracing a choice is usually marked by a gentleness and an openness without shame. That is not to say that embracing a choice would avoid any surprises, but that embracing a choice inherently brings the strength of adaptability. In addressing self-karma through another channel once, you told me to consider my greatest concern in life and I'll be on my way to identifying my self-karma... then you asked me "how satisfied are you with your response to friendship". Would you elaborate a little more on the why of that particular question and how it relates to my self-karma? MEntity: For examination on a broader level, we would ask about the "greatest concern in life," and this would allow one to find his or her most pressing issue/s. Following this with a question about relationships would help to identify a category. That question would have been asked if we suspected it may be helpful to look into your Emotional or Relationship Category for refinement of that exploration. Thank you, good evening! Could you please give an example of, and resolution to, a spiritual self karma? Would perfectionism be a spiritual self karma? MEntity: A broad example of a Spiritual/Instinctive Self-Karma might be those issues associated with Guilt and Shame. A specific Spiritual Self-Karma within Guilt or Shame might be in the experience of being an Old Soul among family members who are Baby and Young, and having to deal with this in a way that does not leave you feeling divided between "being yourself" and "compromising just to keep the peace." In that case, the choice would be between "being yourself" and letting others deal with that, or "Compromising to keep the peace" as a means of dealing with it on your own. The resolution would be in the fact that regardless of which choice you make, you are ALWAYS "yourself," and no context changes that, regardless of the facet you choose to bring forth appropriately or strategically. In an example you gave, - which is EXACTLY me, lol, and started with back injuries, are both options you gave equally valid for truly resolving the issue? Using that example, what happens if you improve yourself and then later on you end up backsliding or being injured, etc and are once again feeling overweight and unattractive? It seems like loving yourself as you are resolves the situation, whereas changing your body, while healthier physically, could be undone. Self-Karmic resolution is immediate and permanent and not based upon conditions. If the motivations for improving upon the body as a path to resolution is conditional upon reaching some conclusive state that will only THEN be satisfied, then it is merely a perpetuation of the Self-Karma. If one were to choose to improve upon the body as a means for reaching a state considered "beautiful," it would have to include kindness, patience, and a devotion to the self in a way that naturally translates into "beautiful as you are along the way." The embrace of the commitment to improve upon the body as a means to reach a greater state of beauty would mean that you are merely at one point in that spectrum of beauty, rather than its needing a finish line to cross. Another way to understand when one is in Resolution is when you know your choice is because you WANT to make that choice, not because you feel you HAVE to make that choice. "I HAVE to make this choice if I want to be beautiful" is not a choice that resolves Self-Karma. "I HAVE to accept myself as I am in order to feel beautiful" is equally imprisoning. In this case, it would be helpful to understand that the ideal of beautiful cannot be reached without creating steps along the way that are seen as beautiful to you. Much like building a brick house, it must be completed brick by brick. It is never helpful to deny that it is a brick house simply because it is not to a point where you feel you can live in it. For instance, the simple decision to "try to like how I look today" is a beautiful decision. It may not stick, but for now, it is beautiful. The more "for now" moments of beauty you extract from your experiences will add to the materials that build your ideal structure of beauty. The decision not to eat a certain way for the day because you feel this contributes to your better health is a beautiful decision, even if you do not choose that the next day. For now, it is beautiful. Those simple moments build into a matrix that helps to generate moments that are far more pivotal toward resolution. So you often surround yourself with 'conditions' when you are experiencing self-karma? MEntity: Oh yes. Depending on the extent and depth of the Self-Karma, the more conditional your existence. "I can be beautiful as I am, as long as I am invisible." Those "conditions" generate a false reality, and that is what gets exhausting, not the actual process of resolution. Sustaining a false reality as a means to balance the divisions within is literally exhausting. All Self-Karma can be resolved in an instant once the truth of the absolute superficiality and uselessness is comprehended. ALL Self-Karma are simply forms of self-discipline that have gone awry in the self-parenting process. Or put another way, generated during the Third Internal Monad. Is the majority of self-karma generated during or through the 3rd IM or are their other times/experiences that generate a certain amount of self-karma as well? MEntity: Self-Karma is almost entirely generated during the Third Internal Monad, and complicated or refined over the rest of the life. For instance: there may be the experience of being rejected based on appearance, which prompts one to be very concerned about appearance, which then becomes a divide within that acceptance is based heavily upon appearance, which then becomes specific to certain body parts, or spreads to include the entire body. So it might be useful looking at the experiences surrounding the 3rd IM in order to help identify some of the behaviours that are self-karmic? Find their genesis, so to speak, and understanding what has given rise to them, be able to put them into a more proper perspective? MEntity: It is not necessary to understand from where or when these were generated. It will never matter where or when these were generated, as it is the current "you" who make the choices now. It would be similar to trying to understand when, where, and why you have brown hair. It does not matter. You have the choice to embrace that color, or to change it. We pointed out the time frame of origin as a means to point out that many of these issues are "teen age" or "young soul" levels of issues, or even younger, and that their bearing has little validity or relevance to you as an adult or older soul. Self-karma is created by ourselves and not circumstances or others... MEntity: Correct. It is created when one interferes with one's own choices to the point that it generates a divide within. Thanks Michael. You've touched on some of this already, but here's my original question/s: Could you comment on how Self Karma tends to be experienced across all soul ages, or is it more likely to be confronted by us as we mature in soul age? MEntity: If you are alive, you most likely experience Self-Karma. Most Self-Karma is relative to the predominant Soul Age for your planet, or your current society within which you were nurtured. So there are links to Social/Cultural soul age? Relative...? MEntity: All Soul Ages experience Self-Karma, but it is true that there are emphases within each: Infant and Old tend toward Spiritual Issues; Baby tends toward Intellectual/Expression Issues; Young tends toward Physical/Body Issues; and Mature toward Emotional/Relationship Issues. Though Old tends toward Spiritual Issues, they are prone to taking on the predominant issues of the times, and can run that gamut of issues across the soul ages, depending on what is of interest for exploration that has never been resolved. Most Old Souls that we know of have yet to resolve Self-Karmic issues remembered from their Young Soul days and are finally "getting around to them" now. That is because the current society fully supports Young Soul issues involving appearance, body, health, etc. When most of you were in your Young Soul days, your "Baby" or Intellectual/Expression issues were most explored. We would also point out that now that the planet is technically Mature Soul, newer generations would generate their Self-Karma during the Fourth Internal Monad. In an Old Soul Society, these would be generated during the Fifth Internal Monad. The predominant Soul Age during the lifetime usually indicates when the Self-Karma is generated, and though it can also indicate what kind, it is not necessarily limited to that. Does this mean we would have to wait for society to catch up to work through mature and old soul issues? MEntity: No, we simply speak about the practicality of the times, since Self-Karma is generated and contained within the single Personality, which is most-often imprinted by the current society, but anyone can work on anything at any time. Oh, I misunderstood -- there are four categories of Self-Karma, but one only develops an issue within one category during any given lifetime? MEntity: No. The time frame for when they are usually generated is fairly consistent, and it can indicate the root of many issues, but could include issues from any category. In your response to another question, you mentioned that one must choose between being themselves and compromising to keep the peace. How do you accept that finding that compromise may never occur and to be accepting that your best attempts to rectify a situation will never be enough while accepting that the consequences of the failure of another will happen to them, without it creating the self-karma of guilt or shame? I seem to have this type of pattern repeating through the past five or ten years for me and I'd really like to break it somehow. MEntity: We see that is a helpful question that addresses the nature of resolution when it is valid. In this case, if one were to choose to compromise for the sake of keeping the peace and does not experience this compromise as an assault against one's being, but finds that compromise still does nothing, then the the point of Being Oneself is still intact, as it is clarified that no amount of compromise makes a difference, and that the issue was never about one's Being. From that space within the original resolution, it would be a matter of decisions based on what to do with these individuals, and not to do with oneself. This may lead to another layer of Self-Karma because it might get to the Self-Karma one might have about who "should love me, no matter what." Do you endure the suffering within their presence as a means to receive potential love, or do you remove yourself from those people who should love you. In short, it might move into issues about where love, and what love, is in your life. Is it more loving to remove yourself from the exhausting exchanges, or is it more loving to allow room for their lack of love for your presence as you choose to love anyway. In most instances where one feels one must continually endure the presence of another while feeling exhausted and even damaged, then the question is not about love, but about Rights. Could you explain further on your definition of Rights? MEntity: We will include our Map of Rights in the final transcript, but as an example: every fragment has the Right to Love and Be Loved, and this Right is either supported or removed in the process of a lifetime. So it might be a question of whether those who refuse to love have more of a right to your love than you do? Just curious about the obstacles to resolution of self-karma...what tends to keep us from resolving them? Are these obstacles different for the various soul ages? MEntity: The most-common obstacles to resolution are boredom, specialness, and crisis management: Boredom is the result of rejection of Essence, and like a dog with anxiety cut off from his sense of resource, can chew off his own skin to keep busy with distraction. Specialness is a result of rejection of Uniqueness, and spends all of its energy seeking constant external validation for any sense of value. Uniqueness requires nothing for it to Be; it is inherent. Specialness requires constant feedback. Crisis Management is a result of rejection, or distortion, of one's strengths gained over the lifetime. It becomes far more familiar and routine to manage crises, or patterns of issues, than it is to use those strengths for managing the creation of the life, and new patterns of freedom. Boredom is usually linked to Self-Destruction and Greed; Specialness to Self-deprecation and Arrogance; and Crises to Impatience and Martyrdom. Put another way, Boredom often perpetuates Intellectual issues; Specialness perpetuates Emotional issues; and Crises perpetuates Physical Issues. That is a generality, but it is fairly consistent, keeping in mind that there may be layers within a Self-Karma. Could you give an example of Crisis Management in the final transcript? I am not sure I understand that one. MEntity: We can give an example now: It is much more comforting and familiar to, say, manage the trauma and pain caused by your struggling to accept an invitation where you feel your appearance will be scrutinized, than to simply go, or not. Crisis Management vs Life Management. Crisis vs Choice. Crisis vs Creativity. Hello Michaels & Troy! Initially I wanted to ask WHY self-karma arises and why would we ever want to interfere with our own choices to the point of generating a divide, but I understand that the channel may be tired by now, so will ask instead if you could give an example of the most typical form of self-karma for an Old soul? MEntity: We can answer both: Why one generates Self-Karma is simple to understand if one does not see it as such an imposition, but as a process of learning that moves from the experience of duality and into the experience of a spectrum, or wholeness. In every instance of Self-Karma there is duality, and in every resolution there is a spectrum, or wholeness. Self-Karma generates from over-simplifying, and Resolution comes from embracing complexity. In every lifetime, every Personality is born an Infant Soul in perspective, and seeks to not only return to the greater perspective already reached in previous lives, but to exceed that. However, this process includes a process from Duality to Spectrum, so to speak, so none escape that process. There is no typical Self-Karma for the Old Soul. If the Old Soul lives in an Old Soul world, then the Self-Karma might tend toward Spiritual issues as "typical," but otherwise, the Self-Karma tends toward the predominant Soul Age of the planet or environment. However, for the sake of example, a "typical" Old Soul/Spiritual Issue could be said to be the resolution between the fact of the current Personality as it exists among all Personalities across time for Essence. Recognizing the profundity of how small one really is in the scheme of things while seeking to retain a sense of identity, contribution, and participation can be terrifying. This is why we say that Old Souls learn through Terror. END OF CHAT Map of Rights: The original map referred to in this transcript is not currently available, but the seven basic rights are well covered in OMW: Tending to Your 7 Basic Rights.
  2. September 12, 2010 Troy Tolley, Channel Internal Monads [MEntity] Hello to each of you. We are here. We can begin now. We have been asked to speak about the processes we have named “The 7 Internal Monads.” We can define “Monad” in many ways, but here we will describe it as “the natural process toward wholeness,” or “the structure provided for two parts of a whole to eventually manifest even greater than the sum of those parts.” A Monad will always have two parts that are vital to the whole, but are eventually resolved, or comprehended, so that those two parts ARE the whole, and not divided. There are Internal and External Monads: the External Monads are variations on relationships between fragments; whereas Internal Monads are variations on relationships with the self, or within the self. These Monads are ALWAYS about “manifesting,” or generating a material counterpart as representation for that structure, process, and eventual wholeness. The External Monads are obvious in that they deal with the space and time between two incarnated fragments, but the Internal Monads are not often understood as having physical/manifested counterparts or representations, because they are often more abstract. However, these Internal Monads’ physical/manifested counterparts are THE LIFE, ITSELF. As we describe each Monad, this may become more clarified and obvious. The 7 Internal Monads are processed and manifested by the Personalities across lifetimes, and these processes and manifestations then contribute to the higher processes of the Essence that must complete a set of 7 Internal Monads for each Level of each Soul Age. In every lifetime, the Personality starts “from scratch” in initiating and taking on these Internal Monads, but the Essence retains the benefit of each Personality’s effort and does not have to start from scratch. Therefore, in any given lifetime, the Essence may be at the 4th Internal Monad, while the current Personality is in the 3rd Internal Monad, for instance. If that same Personality progresses to successfully process the 5th Internal Monad, then it progresses the Essence closer to completion of that particular Soul Level. If it helps one to differentiate between the Essence process of these, and the Personality process, it could be said that the Essence integrates Internal Monads, and the Personality contributes to that by processing as many of the 7 “Rites of Passages” as possible within a lifetime. “Internal Monads” and “Rites of Passages” are rather interchangeable here, but to make it easier to understand, this differentiation may help. It is rare that any Personality completes all 7 Internal Monads, or Rites of Passages within one lifetime. Even if a Personality lives to 80 years old, he or she may still have not completed any Rite of Passage beyond the 2nd, or 3rd, for instance. Using a very simple analogy: Imagine that the successful completion of a Rite of Passage is akin to a Personality filling a basket for Essence. Let us use Oranges as that which must fill the baskets. Personality One within a Soul Age Level will begin the process by fulfilling the First Rite of Passage in being successfully born. This fills the first basket of oranges for Essence. Personality One is also able to process Rite of Passages Two and Three, filling two more baskets with Oranges collected. Personality One takes on the beginning of the Fourth Rite of Passage and begins putting Oranges in the basket for Essence, but never really gets past this Rite of Passage, even though she lives to 90. She will remain locked in a mindset, behavior dynamic, and local perspective that is akin to having never evolved beyond a 30-something year old, despite her physical age. Personality One dies, and Essence now moves that row of baskets out of the way, sets up a new row of baskets for Personality Two, and Personality Two now begins his or her process of gathering Oranges for those baskets. Even though the new Personality must start from scratch in filling the baskets, it is easier now that there is precedence and experience that the new Personality would have access to, if open to Essence. In short, there must be AT LEAST one Personality/incarnation that can fill all the baskets successfully within one lifetime as a means to move Essence on to the next Level of Soul Age. In some rare instances when an Essence moves from one Soul Age Level into the next Level within the same lifetime, then that Personality not only filled the baskets enough to allow for Essence to move to the next Level, but now that there is a new Level, the Personality actually starts again from scratch in filling the baskets relevant to that new Level. This is similar to living “two lifetimes in one.” We say that it is similar, but it is not literal, though often it actually does appear to be a distinct line that defines that transition and then the lifetime seems to be divided into two very different lives. When this happens, the Personality will go through a kind of psycho-emotional “death” as its completion of 7 Internal Monads, and then a kind of psycho-emotional “birth” as it begins the next Level. There are 7 Rites of Passages/Internal Monads, and we will briefly describe each now. Each Internal Monad has 7 Stages within it. Each Stage has a Positive and Negative Pole. Every process through an Internal Monad will mean entering the Negative Pole, then exiting from the Positive Pole for each Stage. This means that a “successful” Internal Monad would be completing the 7th Stage in the Positive Pole, leaving the entire Monad in the Positive Pole. In keeping with the baskets of oranges analogy, a Negative Pole would simply be an unfilled basket. The 7 Internal Monads are: Birth, Autonomy, Independence, Manifestation, Recreation, Comprehension, and Death. These may be called by different names through our various channels, but the basic information should remain consistent. Although each Rite of Passage is associated with various time frames represented by the ages of the Body, they are not specifically tied to those time frames. Different cultures and different societies and different Body Types will affect how the process of these Passages go. For certain cultures where life spans are only 20 years, vs other cultures where a lifespan may be 100 years, one can see how the Monads may play out differently. Those cultures and societies where life is more condensed tend to attract those who are working through Infant, Baby, and Young Levels, whereas Late Young, Mature and Older Souls tend toward cultures, societies, and bodies that emphasize length of life. We include in these differentiations the reference to “society” because social constructs, even within the same culture, may emphasize life at different paces, and thus have different time frames relative to the Passages. That being said, in general: Birth is obviously at Birth, where Autonomy is usually relative to the individual taking his or her first steps, and Independence is relative to an individual separating his or her identity and primary resources from the influences of his or her caretakers (parents); Manifestation is relative to an individual returning to a sense of innocence and personal meaning about the self and life; Recreation is relative to an individual freeing himself or herself from the momentum of “purpose” and shifts into an emphasis on “enjoying life,” or re-creating it; Comprehension is relative to the onset of whatever will end the life, and the individual’s ability to come to terms with his or her mortality; and Death, of course, is exiting the Physical Plane. Many of our students presume that Birth and Death are Internal Monads that are a given, but that is not accurate. The successful completion of Birth is indicated by “staying alive.” For the most part, this is marked by good health. If a body dies before the age of 3, it did not successfully complete the Birth Monad. The successful completion of Death is indicated by the impact one’s death has on those who remain physical. If those who remain are left devastated, deeply attached, and profoundly tied to the physical version of oneself, then one has not successfully “died.” The death, itself, is only the beginning, and the stages involved are done post-death, by working with those still incarnated in processing their grief. Completing all 7 Rites of Passage within a single lifetime takes practice, effort, and commitment to an extent that is often not available or an inclination of every Personality, so an Essence will remain within a single Level of Soul Age as long as it takes. Within a lifetime where the Personality does not complete an early Rite of Passage, such as, say, the 3rd Internal Monad of Independence, it means that this person has left that Internal Monad paused in the Negative Pole, and every Internal Monad attempted beyond that will be locked in the Negative Pole, as well. Using the baskets of oranges as an analogy, it would mean that no matter how hard that Personality tries to fill baskets 4, 5, and 6, they will only be able to fill them to the extent that basket 3 is filled. In cases such as this, which are not uncommon, it is possible to “go back” and fill the unfilled basket, or to complete the 3rd Internal Monad, freeing up the capacity to complete the next. This would mean, even if the Personality is in her 50s, that she can work through her issues related to Independence, self-reliance, and her relationships with Authority, as a means to then work on her 4th Internal Monad, and so on. In short, it is a valid and relevant statement that “it is never too late to have a happy childhood,” as an example for completing incomplete Passages. We wish to point out here that while our teaching can be understood and made useful at any age, it is not until the successful completion of the 4th Internal Monad that the full extent of its application can be comprehended. This is why you see so few fellow students among you, or even that you see so few interested in our teaching, in general; it is simply not very interesting or truly applicable to those who “do not know themselves.” This is not a judgment, but a matter of fact. For this teaching to have its full effect, one must be awake, and most who have not completed the 4th Internal Monad are still in some degree, if not completely, asleep. By “asleep” and “awake,” we simply mean the spectrum between self-absorption and self-awareness. Self-absorption, or being asleep, is marked by a preoccupation with the self, such as through defensiveness, self-indulgence, presentation, brooding, consuming, etc. And self-awareness, or being awake, is marked by, for example, valued sensitivity, right intuition, concentric compassion, enthusiastic curiosity, a kind presence, patient resonance to others, and no defenses or shields. Those are examples, but there are others, of course. We have covered Birth and Death in terms of successful or unsuccessful completion, and we will now quickly describe the other 5 Internal Monads in terms of the same. The 2nd Rite of Passage, which is Autonomy and is initiated by the capacity to walk on one’s own, is often tied to one’s sense of Confidence. To the degree that one is Confident is the degree to which this Internal Monad was completed. When we speak of “confidence” here, we are not speaking in terms of your being able to speak well in front of a crowd, but in terms how willing one is in trying anything at all that is unfamiliar. This is not a matter of trying what one has no interest in trying, but in anything unfamiliar to you that you may have even the slightest interest in trying. This would extend into even those areas one must do for oneself because it is known that it is Good Work, even when one does not want to do them. For instance, going to an interview for a job that is important to you, even as you hate the interview process. A successful 2nd Internal Monad would mean that you do it anyway, even as you acknowledge the discomfort. That is Confidence in this context. An unsuccessful completion of a 2nd Internal Monad is often marked by classic Co-dependence, the inability to do much of anything without a reference to someone else. It is the inability to walk on one’s own. We do not refer to those who have physical disabilities, but anyone, regardless of mobility. The 3rd Rite of Passage, which is Independence, is initiated by the process of separation of identity from one’s caretakers, and establishing the self as its own authority. The successful completion of the 3rd Internal Monad is marked by the capacity to provide for oneself. Providing for oneself does not mean isolating oneself as the only resource, but would include knowing when to ask for help, and how to receive that. The unsuccessful completion of this Internal Monad is marked by either having constant combat with anyone suggesting Authority, and/or resigning from the responsibility of caring for oneself. The 4th Internal Monad, or Rite of Passage, which is Manifestation, is initiated by one’s mid-life assessment as a means to determine the meaning of the life lived so far, and then calibrating the life to an updated course or path so that Essence may manifest. Part of that process and assessment means looking into the past as far back as childhood, and in that looking, finding all of the things that you determined have defined you, made you happy, that have fulfilled you as a child or teen, and then nurturing that same innocence in your life as an adult. A successful completion means truly liking who you are, and embracing the playfulness of your life as you move deeper into it as an embodiment of your Essence, or core Being. An incompleted 4th Internal Monad is often marked by an attempt to replicate the life that was once seen as so innocent, locking the person into a state that desperately seeks meaning, importance, and purpose. The 5th Internal Monad of Recreation is marked by a realization of relief from the need for purpose, meaning, and importance, but finds the emphasis being upon those little things that make the life worth living (on your terms). The life is literally “re-created” in a way that is a new paradigm, free from the burdens of navigation and direction, but entirely embracing of wandering, coasting, and “enjoying the view,” so to speak. The successful completion would often show up as a new enthusiasm for a layer of life that was once cluttered and clouded by over-eagerness and over-anticipation. There is a softness to the life in a way that was never experienced before, and a true joy in many things that would otherwise be dismissed. An incompleted 5th Rite of Passage might show up as bitterness, regret, anger, resentment, and disgust, sometimes concluding that life has no meaning or point, and therefore condemning anyone or anything to pointlessness and meaninglessness. And finally, the 6th Rite of Passage, Comprehension, is marked by the onset of that which will be the cause of death. This is the only Rite of Passage that can most-often be processed in a matter of seconds. A successful completion would show up as a surrender to the reality of mortality, and a full review of the life in a way that brings comprehension to the fact that one has lived and one is now dying. This can happen in a car crash, or in a long-term illness, etc. Time takes on a completely new dimension in this Passage. The incomplete Internal Monad here would show up as anything representing a rejection of mortality, ranging between resignation, apathy, to delusion, dementia, and denial. In instances such as a car crash, the individual may actually “re-live” the entire life in new ways that account for corrections of betrayals, missed opportunities, etc. before actually exiting. That experience can be a means of review, or as a means of denial. We will conclude here, then, in speaking about the 7 Internal Monads, and open the floor to the first 5 questions, due to time constraints. ****QUEUE IS OPEN**** We will respond to further questions after this transcript is posted in your “TLE FORUMS.” [Geraldine] Michael. I still don’t understand how the “two lifetimes in one” works. If a Personality has to go through all 6 IMs in the same incarnation in order to reach the 7th — How does one get all six of those “oranges” in the basket by age 40 in order to do an early 7th? (such as AnnH). Or my son-in-law Brian Fisher who went through this by age 30. Especially since neither one would have been considered “all in positive poles” at those ages. How would one work with “those still incarnated in processing their grief,” if there is no grief? Would one’s concurrents processing IMs help since we all started our incarnations at the same Soul Level? [MEntity] We did not elaborate fully into the “two lifetimes in one”, or the transiting of Soul Levels within a lifetime, because we had elaborated on this in other transcripts. However, we will try to clarify again here. If an Essence has 5 or more baskets full, so to speak, upon creating a new Personality, then that Personality is only tasked with the potential to fill those remaining baskets. However, to get to those baskets 5, 6, and 7, for example, the body and Personality must still fill baskets 1 through 4 in its own way in order to even get to the 5th basket. After baskets 1-4 have been filled multiple times by multiple Personalities over multiple lifetimes, then each subsequent lifetime/Personality has a potentially easier time fulfilling those same baskets. Although there are physical counterparts to each Monad, which is often associated with age time frames, we have also pointed out that they are not tied to those age time frames. Beyond the factors of culture and society as influences, we can also say that one’s PSYCHOLOGICAL process is just as physical a counterpart as one’s physical aging. Therefore, when one is transiting a Level within a lifetime, that Personality can quickly (by age standards) be Born, Walk, Gain Independence, Manifest Essence, and then begin the Recreation process, all by the end of one’s teen age years. This is because while there are certain physical cues that are tied to the Passages, there are also Psychological cues, and these are just as, if not more, vital than the more obvious Physical cues. This means that rather than having a physical retirement/recreation due to age, it happens due to psyche, and rather than physically dying due to accident, illness, or suicide, there is a psychological “death” that then moves through a “birthing” process. Those who transit a Level within a lifetime are now throwing off the usual cues that one can more obviously see in terms of one “growing up,” so these Personalities can often seem more complicated, difficult, and lacking significant maturing processes that another person might show. They do not necessarily appear to be any wiser or more together than any other, and more often, actually, appear not to be particularly wise, and often quite scattered. This is because the psyche is not only developing at a different pace from the body, but by the time the body is older, then the psyche is reborn again in a way that is quite disorienting. This complex process is why this kind of transition is rare, except in Older Souls. Once the fragment in transition has filled the 7 baskets, then the life is marked with a new set of baskets to begin filling, which are rarely ever filled beyond the 4th basket in those kinds of lifetimes. [Maureen] What “happens” in between IMs – for example: Having successfully completed the 4th IM – one could whiz into the 5th or take a decade – If it takes a decade is it like being on a plateau or is it a mix between the 2 IMs ?? [MEntity] While one is “in” a Passage, there is a definite sense that there is living to do. When one is “between” Passages, there is a definite sense that there is work to do. We are using the term “living” here to describe the experience of submersion into the life that often feels like being underwater, then coming up for air, over and over. We use the term “work” here to describe the experience of finally being on land and moving your way over territories of relevance and meaning. For instance, during the 3rd Internal Monad, there may be waves of great angst, rebellion, and constant inner turmoil, mixed with homesickness, deep gratitude, and a sense of self emerging as one breaks away from the influences of parents. Upon completion of that Monad, then the business of income, maintaining an apartment, paying bills, etc., then comes into focus. It might be more appealing to describe the differences between being In and Between Monads as “living” and “learning,” as what was lived through the Passage is now put into practice before the next Passage. [Oscar] Hello Michael ? Could you please elaborate a little about how exactly Body Type can affect the process? [MEntity] Active Body Types, such as Saturnine, Mercurial, Martial, and Solar tend to process Internal Monads “faster” than the Passive Body Types of Lunar, Jovial, and Venusian. The Active/Positive Body Types of Saturn and Solar being the “fastest” while the Passive/Negative of Lunar being the “slowest.” We speak of these in terms of “pure” Body Types, so it is wise to keep in mind that there are no “pure” Body Types, all having a mix of other energies, and influences. The reason for their “speed” of processing a Passage is relative to the Primary Glandular System that regulates experiences for that Body. For instance, the Anterior Pituitary and the Thymus tend to help the body process experiences far more “quickly” than that of the Pancreatic system. This is because the Anterior Pituitary, for instance, is a stimulus for all other glandular systems, and the Thymus regulates the overall health/immunity of all systems, so their being the primary influence is powerful in these Passages. Whereas the Pancreas is insular in its processes, even though they do ultimately affect the entire system. It is that insularity of the process of consumption and production of fuel that contributes to the slower processing of experiences for the body. [Karine] How can you “predict” when someone will enter a monad? For example, you told me that you think I will begin my 4th internal monad near the end of 2012. Do Essences plan in advance during the course of a life when a personality will enter the next monad? [MEntity] We can only see the same things that you can see in terms of Passages, though we may be able to see it more clearly. So when we can see a time frame for completion of a Monad, using the analogy of the baskets, we are basing this on how full the basket is, and the pace at which you have been filling it. We can then extrapolate from there. The same could be said for those that are slated to begin. We can look at the previous Passage and the factors that went into entering it, filling the basket, and exiting it, and how much time was spent between other Passages, proportionally speaking. That being said, yes, Essence will anticipate a time frame that “looks good” for entering a Passage, and we can see those notes, if they are there. In the end, whether we use calculations, or the notes in your records from Essence, it will always be the Personality that decides whether and when to enter into a Passage. So we may be very far off in our information in the end. [Bobby] In your presentation of the 7th IM, there seems to be far more to it than I realized. For instance, I didn’t realize that to transit it in the positive pole, if those left behind grieved terribly over your passing it could keep you from completing it in the positive. I had an aunt who lost a son and never seemed to get over it. Would that be an appropriate example of him finishing his 7th IM in the negative pole? Joey Williams was his name by the way, if that helps. [MEntity] It is not so much in the depth of the grieving, but in the length of time in grieving, and yes, to the extent that one has not helped to prepare loved ones and friends for one’s death, and to the extent that one lacks the ability to comfort those “left behind,” then the 7th Internal Monad is not completed. There will always be at least one lifetime/Personality who dies within a Level in a way that those who remain physical will fully grasp that that Personality had a full life, and that death was embraced without surprise or regret or terror. Because death is so difficult for even the oldest of souls to experience, it takes only one lifetime for this to happen as a means for the Level to be transitioned. And if one ponders the 7 Passages for a moment, it may become more obvious that one who has moved through each in a Positive Pole, may have generated a life and network of relationships that more easily comes to terms with that death. That is not to say that even the most successful of 7th Internal Monads would leave no one grieving. Grief is natural and important, and is a process of accepting a profound truth that replaces a previous truth. In the case of the fragment you mentioned as an example, we think that fragment is still working on completing that Monad, and remains in the process of support for the one who is grieving. Some fragments choose to remain in that process “as long as it takes.” We will conclude here. Good evening to each of you.

The 5th Internal Monad -- During and Completed Posted by Geraldine B on June 17, 2013 at 11:44pm in ADVANCED TEACHINGS I've decided to start a discussion thread on the 5th Internal Monad. I'll try to include relevant articles and/or at least the links to other material on the topic. I'll be discussing my own observations of how it has affected me, and I'm hoping that other 5th IMers will chime in with their own experiences and/or observations of either what's going on during the Stages of the IM or how it seems to have affected them afterwards. While so many of the TLE Students are in some Stage of the 4th Internal Monad, as that is completed in positive poles, all will be interested in the next Internal Monad, even if there is a 30 years pause between them. I would characterize the 5th Internal Monad of Re-creation to be one of late middle age, facing retirement. With so many processing the 4th IM during their 20s, that idea may be 100% off the mark. But, the channeling we have currently mentions women and menopause, which is a later life stage of the body. Also, with all of the younger people going through their 4th IM, depending on how they are able to live those decades following it may have huge impact post-4th IM, and they'll enter the 5th from a very different perspective than those who are doing it now. I can't even imagine what it would have been like to have discarded most of my imprinting pre-30s and lived the next 20 years or so as a much more self-empowered person with a regularly occurring conscious connection to Essence, lessened Ego, Maya, and False Personality, and being regularly in positive poles. I hope some of you keep diaries or Journals. MY STORY I had completed both my 4th IM and 5th IM in Negative Poles by the time I was introduced to the Michael Teachings in late 2006 at age 62. I've not asked, but it's even possible that the 3rd was in a similar condition. It wasn't that I hadn't spent a fair amount of energy attempting to grow and develop, but I was locked into a particular mindset of rigid thinking, which didn't acknowledge Essence or Guides. Similarly, I held rigid beliefs about a series of "truths," which included my religious, spiritual, and political worldviews. And, of course, I held some equally rigid views about myself, which kept me in depression on a regular basis. I had bought into a series of lies about myself and couldn't break free. Michael caused an almost instantaneous paradigm shift within a couple of years, anyway. I was awakened to use their term. Suddenly accepting that I wasn't alone, wasn't unlovable, wasn't "wrong," etc,. caused a whole series of slides from negative to positive poles. I've previously likened it to a Pachinko machine that has all kinds of bells and sounds, lights flashing as the balls drop. If it had had sound effects, it might have sounded like the electronic doors that slam open in a prison. This makes my story different from many others as I didn't go through the Stages of these IMs consciously. I'd already gone through them as part of aging, but not as a Michael Student. So, I have no means of looking backwards and seeing what happened when. Within a few years, I was "reborn" to snag a term from elsewhere. Similarly, my Life Task and Goal kicked in but not really under my conscious control. As they say, the rest is history. Most who have interacted with me since 2009 can see the changes as I've moved more in sync with my Life Task of "to draw soft conclusions," and a diminishment of my Self Karma of "to always be right." My sense of absolutism in thinking has been greatly diminished. Being willing to accept many others' viewpoints as being at least valid for them has become noticeable. I'm far more accepting that each of us has choice, and I use mine more consciously and allow others the freedom to be themselves. The pain I'd carried throughout my life about choices made early in life turned out to be part of Abandonment Monads, and were resolved and let go. While I remember some unhappy events, they don't replay on autoloop. They are gone and not worth examining any further. My 30-year marriage to George is similarly defused. I bear him no ill will. His profile info. Between my TLE Blog and my Validating Michael blog all of the expanded information is available for those interested. Recreation for me has been to take all that I've been and done and create a "new" me that is consistent with ideas I've held for a long time but were crowded out due to pain. The Open Michael Workshops have been very helpful, too. Step by step, month after month, I've opened up my awareness to include new things. The Rejection aspect of Discrimination is nearly gone, or at least not nearly as knee-jerk. But, I still don't LIKE parsnips! Post-5th Internal Monad [Excerpt from TT: 2010-08-04] [Geraldine] I feel as though I’m floating through in between Internal Monads. But, I suspect that’s not quite possible, too. Where am I in the process? [MEntity] Your description is one way of describing such an experience as not being in an Internal Monad. Internal Monads are not back-to-back. Your 5th Internal Monad is complete. Your 6th Internal Monad is the comprehension of the onset of what it is that will help you exit the life. In other words, now that the 5th Internal Monad has been fulfilled, and in the positive pole, you are simply not “working on” anything, and the point of that positive pole fulfillment is the enjoyment of what you have built from it. [Geraldine] thank you — it definitely feels that way [MEntity] This “floating” sensation is actually the result of losing all attachments to not only your own ideas about who you “should be, or should have been,” but to the ikons, attachments, and cording relative to others who had made such determinations about you. You are truly free. Reply by Geraldine B on June 17, 2013 at 11:45pm The Start of the 5th Internal Monad [Excerpt from TT: 2007-01-07] [Kathryn] How does one recognize the start of the 5th IM and what are the various steps/levels experienced as one progresses through the monad? [Michael Entity] Though this question requires a session devoted to it entirely, we can respond briefly here. One can recognize most easily the entrance to the 5th Internal Monad by a strong emphasis in the life to RECREATE IT. The 5th Internal Monad is a process of evaluating the life and all of its accomplishments, fulfillments, agendas, goals, experiences, etc. and then RECREATING the life from a place that could be said to be from a philosophy of “If I knew then what I know now.” If one equates one’s age with a sense of conclusion or lack of time, then one has either NOT completed the Fourth Internal Monad, or one has completed it in a Negative Pole (which are virtually the same thing.) If one looks up and feels an inspiration to experience the freedom gained from knowledge extracted from previous experiences, then one is probably entering the 5th Internal Monad from a place of strong integration of the 4th Internal Monad. The 5th Internal Monad could be said to have a Positive Pole of RECREATION, and a Negative Pole of RESENTMENT. Reply by Geraldine B on June 17, 2013 at 11:46pm Difference Between the 4th and 5th Internal Monads [Excerpt from TT: 2005-03-06] [Tibtyc] Good evening. If I understand the concept of 4th internal Monad (and my life) correctly, I did mine twelve years ago. Or at least started it. That happened rather dramatically. Now my life has come to of halt, like the end of a road. Could this be my 5th monad? The Monads remind me of the acts in an opera, or the movements in a symphony. How to dif erentiate between 4th and 5th internal Monad, or Monads generally? That is my question. [Michael_Entity] The 4th Internal Monad has an emphasis on REGAINING INNOCENCE, or put another way, Growing Into Your Own Idea of YOU. The 5th Internal Monad has an emphasis on RECREATING YOUR LIFE, or put another way, HAVING FUN. Your life has come to a halt simply for the sake of your “catching your breath.” There are 7 stages to every cycle of growth whether described in terms of a Monad or in terms of a relationship; 3 Exalted stages, 3 Ordinal stages, and 1 Pivotal/Neutral point. The Pivotal/Assimilative/Neutral Point is a point that can be called upon at ANY TIME during the process of the other 6 stages. This allows the Personality to gain its footing after a particularly difficult stage, if necessary. It is also the point in which you finalize a cycle so as to gain the benefits of the whole process you just completed. Some would call this point THE VOID. We agree with that phrase. [Tibtyc] Is the 4th stage like catching your breath? I mean the Neutral point. [Michael_Entity] What you are describing as a “halt” is more like a moment or period of time much like having your foot between two rungs on a ladder; except that you have forgotten that there is movement. With your emphasis on the suspension between steps, you may feel you are at a halt or even terribly ungrounded or non-directional. But we assure you that you are never at a halt. [Tibtyc] Actually the “halt” only refers to outer aspects. And I keep thinking of the do-re-mi system, the octave [Michael_Entity] The 4th stage within either of the Monads would be MANIFESTATION, or the stage of tangibility. We will include with Troy’s transcription the 7 stages for the 4th and 5th Internal Monads for your further exploration. [Note: The 7 Stages for the 4th and 5th Internal Monads were never added to this transcript -- nor on the yahoo group list. I've yet to locate that document. I did find "7 Stages of the 4th Internal Monad" in late April and have posted it separately. glb] Reply by Geraldine B on June 17, 2013 at 11:47pm 7 Stages of the 5th Internal Monad [GeraldineB] Similar to past questions on the 7 Stages of Internal Monads, I would like the basic information on the 7 Stages of the 5th Internal Monad and any additional information that indicates non-completion of the 5th IM in positive poles vs completing it in positive poles. [MEntity] The 5th Internal Monad could be described as the RECREATIONAL RITE OF PASSAGE. We mean the term in both the embrace of a playful state and the active creativity that brings the life to a new state of acceptance. The 7 Stages may go as such: INITIATION comes with a Positive Pole of Awareness and a Negative Pole of Anxiety. INTROSPECTION comes with a Positive Pole of Appreciation and a Negative Pole of Regret. REALIZATION comes with a Positive Pole of Acceptance and a Negative Pole of Resentment. MANIFESTATION comes with a Positive Pole of Revitalization and a Negative Pole of Punishment. CONTENTMENT comes with a Positive Pole of Vividry and a Negative Pole of Overwhelm. MAGNETIZATION comes with a Positive Pole of Bonding and a Negative Pole of Burden. EMANATION comes with a Positive Pole of Transcendence and Negative Pole of Collapse. Those who move out of this Internal Monad without completion tend to fall quickly into senility, loss of memory, development of Alzheimer's, and/or regress entirely into memories that are programmed into the body, losing focus on the present as a state of existence. Those who move out of this Internal Monad with successful completion tend to return to the past as means for understanding the present in new, profound ways, using anecdotes and stories to help share wisdom; and rather than being consumed by the natural decline of memory, it is utilized as a form of philosophizing, and can even lead to psychic events and breakthroughs. Whereas the 4th Internal Monad is one in which the individual works through the processes of "liking who I have chosen to be," the 5th Internal Monad is one in which the individual works through the processes of "liking who I am," or "who I've become," regardless of what was chosen or intended. The 3rd Internal Monad might be described as Freeing Yourself; the 4th as Defining Yourself; and the 5th as Being Yourself. Reply by Kathryn on June 19, 2013 at 8:30am Ok, here is the transcript from a private session with Michael through Troy: March 1, 2011 Channel: Troy Tolley Kathryn41: Hi Michael :-) MEntity: Hello to you, Kathryn. We are here. You are welcome to interrupt us in our responses for the sake of a conversational tone, but we will also let you know that we have completed a response. This is to keep you from wondering if we are done when there is a pause. We can begin our responses to your questions now. Kathryn41: I suspect I am in the 5th IM right now and I'm looking for some feedback about where I find myself right now. I feel good about a lot of what I've experienced but I also feel like somehow I am in a holding pattern - that maybe I've 'missed' the boat' so to speak. So I am asking' where am I in my life and how does essence perceive what I/we have experienced/accomplished? Is there something more for us planned, somewhere else for me to go? I find little these days that interest me and that just doesn't feel right, so thank you for any insight you may offer. MEntity: It does appear to us that you are at the beginning stages of your 5th Internal Monad. The fact that you are only at the beginning is part of why you sense a kind of void for now. You are looking forward when the 5th Internal Monad is about looking back. That shift of direction, at first, can feel like a stand-still. You certainly have not "missed the boat," but you are also not so comfortable with the past, at least in this context of revisiting the spectrum between Recreation and Regret/Resentment. Recreation is the point of the 5th Internal Monad, and that means revisiting and recalibrating your momentum, adapting it to a completely revised paradigm, revised set of tools, revised priorities, etc. Kathryn41: I feel like I have no momentum at all . . MEntity: Inertia feels like a lack of momentum. Kathryn41: yes MEntity: But you have momentum. The turning of your focus to the past is one that will have to be embraced before feeling that sense of movement and enthusiasm again. What we mean by "the past" is the revisiting to patterns within and without that literally and figuratively do not contribute to your well-being, if they ever did at all. Kathryn41: there is much about the past that feels more in focus for me now than where I am today. I feel like maybe today I am in the wrong pattern and in the past it was a better pattern for the most part . . . MEntity: In your case, you may be finding yourself looking at how your patterns of busy-ness, or focus on doing, has been a part of your sense of importance, sense of purpose, and sense of definition. Kathryn41: ok, that definitely makes sense. MEntity: Finding yourself in a position that is free from definition is exactly the point of entering into a 5th Internal Monad. Kathryn41: well, I am definitely there! :-D So in a way I am starting the process of 'redefining' myself? MEntity: The 5th Internal Monad is a shedding of immaturity, a release of naivety, a leap into creativity that is quite often similar to "if I had known then what I know now," but then taking that and adapting it to the tools and paradigm of your current position in your life. Kathryn41: that leap into creativity sounds good - if I could get the momentum to leap! :-) MEntity: The "if I had known then" often brings with it a process of grief, because it means that you are older, that your body is not what it used to be, and that so many of the ideals of youth are no longer applicable. That is the negative end of the spectrum for entering into the 5th Internal Monad, and it is a necessary step. Grieving what is no longer applicable is a process of accepting the truth of this, and it frees the psyche to then move into creativity. As you allow the grief to be a process of owning the truth of your past vs current health, current status of body, current tools, current ideals, then the recreation can begin. In other words, you are not leaving the past behind, which is what grief can often feel like it is telling you, but you are building upon it in a new way. An example: A person may have had an ambition for competitive sports, having done well, or not, depending on several standards, but upon entering the 5th Internal Monad, it is realized that it is no longer an ambition or practical goal to continue competing. This is going to be met with romanticizing the past, and grieving that shift away from such ambition. It may even be met with regret and resentment that maybe other choices should have been made because now what does a retired sportsman do with his life? That is where the Recreation comes in, if one chooses to move forward through and into the Positive Poles of this Monad. This person could become a coach, a commentator, a consultant, an advisor, write a book, be a tutor, etc, all building upon his past, but within a new paradigm and using a revised set of tools. Kathryn41: so, it is first defining what was the situation in the past, looking at what it is now, deciding what is no longer viable, then finding a new direction to go from building upon the experiences of the past? MEntity: The positive pole process and completion of the 5th Internal Monad is an acceptance of the validity of age and maturity, along with the use of creativity to adapt passions to a revised paradigm and set of tools. Kathryn41: what if you have no passions now? Or is that just part of being in the first level of the 5th IM? MEntity: You do. Everyone does, even the most passionless. But it is simply not prominent now because you are grieving. There is a sadness that must be moved through before feeling that sense of return to yourself. Kathryn41: ah, ok. I can understand that, and it is in its way reassuring to know that there is a reason. MEntity: Not only that, but there is always a phase where one loses all definition as a means to redefine. Kathryn41: I think I'm there . . . MEntity: There are two key phrases that may help you to focus through this phase: IT IS NEVER TOO LATE. By this we mean that it is vital to remember that life is not "over" just because the youthful part of it has been peaked. The youthful part of it was just that: a PART of it. MY PASSION IS AN OCEAN. By this we mean that it will help you to remember that you are like the beach on the shores of the ocean, and the ebb and flow of a tide does not mean the ocean has disappeared. Kathryn41: thank you for the second one especially - that one I can definitely use MEntity: There is a third key that could be used, as well, and that is to allow your lack of obvious passion and your openness/search for it to be its own form of passion. Kathryn41: . . . be passionately dispassionate? hehehe MEntity: By this we mean that your passion can be a kind of curiosity for what is next. And "what is next" is as much a result of your creativity as it is about your life unfolding from Essence. Passion is often sparked by Curiosity, so when you give credit to even the slightest curiosity that you may have about something, someone, or yourself, this can keep the embers of passion, so to speak, glowing enough to be felt. Kathryn41: ok, so find my curiosity and 'run with it' so to speak :-) MEntity: No, there is no need to run with it; merely acknowledging that you are curious is enough. Kathryn41: and don't worry if it relates to who I was or how I was earlier in my life, but find it in the now . . . ok - even easier, hehe MEntity: Your curiosity may not be something that is of interest to run with, but it can remind you that you are still peeking through the eyes of passion. Kathryn41: ok, so I have sort of been tethering my own creativity by not allowing myself just to be 'curious' about what is now rather than trying to make it fit into what was before? MEntity: And greater than all of this is the reminder that you are not defined by your past, not defined by your passions, not defined by your lack of passions, and that having that lack of definition is not a lack of importance, meaning, or self. Kathryn41: thank you. It does help to know what is going on - so much! MEntity: We do not see that you have "not allowed" yourself to be curious as much as we see that you have simply not realized that it was a valid cue. And yes, you have tried to superimpose the past onto the patterns of the present, but as you know, this only confuses the patterns of the present because the current patterns are born of the past, but not duplicates of the past. A vine growing in a pattern on the wall can take branches around a corner into a completely new world, without having left its source. Kathryn41: I like that image MEntity: The 5th Internal Monad is like that corner, and your perspective is like that turn around the corner. It feels inevitable, final, and like a loss because you can no longer see "who you are" from back around that corner, but you are still profoundly connected to who you are, even as you move in such a new direction. Kathryn41: I guess I wasn't seeing until now that it is a corner . .. the analogy works. MEntity: We realize we are using poetic plant metaphors, but we think they are relevant to you. Kathryn41: they are, thank you. I relate well to analogies, LOL MEntity: So to clarify: You are in a process now of looking back, even as you move forward, and this feels like an inertia, but it is just a part of the process. You are looking back as a necessary part of the process so that you can see from where you have come, but not as a means to duplicate that, but more as a way to build upon that in new directions. The lack of passion you feel is directly proportional to what you KNOW about your new directions, and you know nothing of those, yet. You Know about the past, because you already experienced it, and it was a familiar pattern for a long time. But that does not mean your passion is lost to the past. It simply means you are in the process of revitalizing it, rejuvenating it, recalibrating it. During that phase, there is a tenderness, and it is important to allow for that tenderness, if you wish to move into Recreation, because that tenderness is your redefinition, your new malleableness. Kathryn41: a tenderness? The sense of loss, the grief and the coming to terms with it emotionally? MEntity: The 4th Internal Monad is about shedding the ideas of the past, and of others' who do not support your own ideas about who you are and what you do. The 5th Internal Monad is about shedding your own ideas about who you are, and about what you do, and recreating from a clean slate, often including the participation of Essence. Kathryn41: aha! MEntity: The 4th Internal Monad is about Purpose. The 5th Internal Monad is about Play. Kathryn41: ok. Hehehe so what is essence interested in now? And I am only being half facetious here . . I have appreciated our 'partnership' and have long been aware that we - personality and essence - have made a good 'team'. MEntity: The tenderness we speak of is meant to describe the sensitivity that comes with the lack of passion, the look to the past, the feeling of grief, if that is present. We then meant that this softness, tenderness, sensitivity is exactly what allows for the malleability that frees you and lets you redefine yourself anew. Kathryn41: ok, thank you MEntity: Your last question is one that only you can answer, and your curiosity is the first step here. We are being wholly non-facetious. Kathryn41: It's alright - I will let essence speak for itself and we will figure out this 'recreation' together. Yes, I understand. MEntity: As with any passion, inspiration, or creativity, it is generated from within, or discovered externally, often by surprise, stumbled upon, or realized without having intended for it to happen. That is the part you can leave up to Essence. Kathryn41: I will. MEntity: We will conclude here with you today, Kathryn. Kathryn41: This is so good, Michael, Thank you so much. I very much appreciate this insight as it has given me an understanding and a clarity about what is going on. Thank you! both you and Troy :-) MEntity: Enjoy your turning point as best you can, if you choose to do so, as it is only that. Good day to you. Goodbye. Kathryn41: goodbye and again thank you; I will Reply by Geraldine B on June 19, 2013 at 1:24pm Thank you very much, Kathryn! I think this session really clarified that the 5th IM IS a "change of life" due to aging and maturity monad. I don't see how many under 50, especially during our modern times, would be ready for recreation. Everyone is aging more "gracefully." But, I also remember that Michael has said that for women to not accept one's body and allow for menopausal changes is to be in negative poles of the 5rth. This is what HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) does -- it stalls off aging. Many women continue to have their periods due to HRT as they've not shut off the reproductive processes. Others go through cosmetic surgeries, extreme physical fitness regimens, etc., to stall off aging. But, again there is a big difference between adding a regimen that allows one to remain more physically fit so one can "play" and enjoy those later years more fruitfully than avoidance of them and wanting to still be "young." The 5th IM is all about inward looking and changes. It's about acceptance of oneself and then finding things that are "suitable" for the individual, not of social pressures of suitability. Janet? Are you ready? :) Reply by Janet on December 8, 2016: Geraldine added that last question because she knew I had a session scheduled that day in which I planned to ask about my 5th IM. I never responded directly to the original thread, but I will add my material here. From a POF on December 18, 2012: [MEntity] It appears that you have completed your 5th Internal Monad in the Positive Pole over the past 30 days or so, and this is now activating Agreements relative to where you are, both internally and externally. The embrace of who you ARE vs who you think you were supposed to be has come to closure enough to close out this Internal Monad. Once one surrenders to the concept of relieving themselves of, not only the expectations, demands, and imprinting of others, but also the expectations, demands, and impositions from the self, then the blossoming of ones wholeness moves into new levels. From a private session on June 19, 2013: Janet: Geraldine has started a TLE discussion about the 5th internal monad so I thought I should ask a question that has been on my back burner for awhile. You told me that I completed my 5th IM in early 2012, and that I had entered the 7th stage of the 5th IM way back in 2007. I am still on the downside of 60, so perhaps I completed this IM earlier than ‘average’, but I think it’s interesting that just the 7th stage took more than 4 years. Can you please tell me the approximate times and/or ages I passed through my 2nd through 4th IMs and when I started the 5th IM? I’d like to try to associate my IMs with what was going on in my life at the time. I’m also curious about whether I might have completed the 5th IM earlier than most tend to anticipate because the 5th IM was completed in my last lifetime. Does completion of IMs in earlier lifetimes of the soul age level help to speed the process and might that help explain why we have a number of young people on TLE who are already in their 4th IM? MEntity: Your 7th Stage took some time because the wrapping up of the 5th Internal Monad in the Positive Pole is about revisiting the past in a way that renews it as a resource, rather than escaping it as a burden, or over-romanticizing with sentimentality. It is a transformation of the past into a fuel for the present, not an anchor. The First Internal Monad appears to have been completed within the first three weeks of life. The Second Internal Monad appears to have been completed between the years of 3 to 6. The 3rd Internal Monad appears to have been completed over the years between 12 and 15. The 4th Internal Monad appears to have been completed over the years between 28 and 35. That is, in general across the various versions of you. Completing Internal Monads in a previous life does help the next Personality to complete those already completed. This is not guaranteed, and depends greatly on the Personality's interest in Manifesting Essence. The more one Manifests Essence, the more the access to that momentum. These previous completions help to contribute to the acceleration among physically-younger fragments who come to the path earlier in the life, yes. However, that early move through the 4th Internal Monad is not dependent upon this. Ultimately, it will always be dependent upon the current Personality and the choices made. There are times when the first Personality of a Soul Age and Level completes all Internal Monads through the 6th, yet the next 10 may not get past the 3rd. Janet: And about when was the start of my 5th IM? MEntity: We think your move into the 5th Internal Monad would have been around 1999. Janet: Oh of course. As I expected. Note from Janet: Did you do the math? My 5th IM took more than 12 years! Finally, I should include material from my most recent session that referenced the 5th IM. From a private session on March 17, 2016: MEntity: Hello to you, Janet. We are here, now. We can begin. Janet: Good morning Michael! I’ve had June 4 2016 as a target for ‘early retirement’ for several years now, and as the time approaches I have very cold feet. I’m too young to really retire, but I think 30 years doing one type of work is long enough. I can’t afford to be without a job for an extended period, so I need (and want) another job, and maybe a new career. I’d prefer to have an income stream of some sort lined up before I give notice. The problem is that I have no criteria for what comes next other than it should provide reasonable income, an outlet for creativity, and hopefully travel or time for travel. It also needs to be something different than my current technical IT job. I can’t search for jobs in online want ads based on those criteria. My imagination is giving me nothing concrete to actively search for other than falling back to editorial and writing work, but is falling back to that type of work just playing it safe? [secondary question omitted due to lack of relevance to this thread] Can you give me any other information or advice about what’s in store ‘post-retirement’? I need a focus as to where to look or listen or go for whatever comes next. Or maybe I just need to have the patience to wait for the solution to appear, if that’s what it takes. End of rambling question MEntity: Your "rambling" is quite coherent and we understand the uncertainty and unknowing quality of such a stage in life. Your concerns and considerations are valid. What you are experiencing is normal and a part of the process of Recreation, or the 5th Internal Monad. It is supposed to be a free fall, a leap into uncertainty, at least in terms of shedding old ideas about the self in ways that allow for new ideas to bloom from deep within. When in the Recreation phase of life, you are processing an internal struggle between how you have come to define yourself in terms of DOING and now look to define yourself in terms of BEING. The "doing" part is still important, but will not be where the satisfaction is fulfilled. For those who intend to complete the 5th Internal Monad in the Positive Pole, it can be helpful to note that the qualities that support such manifestation of Essence without the weight of a lifetime of defined parameters are creativity, nurturing, and exploration. Whatever you intend to do as a source of income, it must meet one or more of those conditions for it to be fulfilling. Janet: I must clarify something. You previously told me I had completed the 5th IM, back in 2012. Am I now revisiting it or were there just unfinished components? MEntity: Yes, you have completed it, but there is world on the other side of it, and it is here. Everything you did as part of your intention to complete the 5th Internal Monad in the Positive Pole is now bearing its true fruits, so to speak. Because the 5th Internal Monad is heavy in emphasis on Intellect, it is much "easier" to move through the Internal Monad in concept and truly process all that is required to resolve the struggle between Doing and Being, and freeing oneself from one's own ideas. However, on the other side of this the action and inspiration then come into focus in more obvious ways. In addition to this, once one has completed an Internal Monad, it is quite common to then use what was learned to then "do it again" on deeper or more apparent levels of the life. In other words, what is learned becomes a skill and though you have recreated yourself at one point, you are doing it again and may do it again and again several times before the 6th Internal Monad. You are no longer in any "danger" of remaining stuck in a Negative Pole, but you will still use the same process/stages. So you are again in freefall, uncertainty, and experiencing the Anxiety of the first Stage. It is familiar enough to you that you are not fearful, but this does not remove the necessity for restricted focus that will then broaden as you move toward Awareness. ... [material omitted that was not tied to 5th IM] To move from Anxiety to Awareness you will find yourself moving more and more toward a "fuck it, why not" approach and uncover not only new depths of ideas and creativity and expression, but you will not lose the choreographer who can still anticipate the rhythms of the life and manage the details.
  4. March 21, 2002 Troy Tolley, Channel Chief Features Part One Note from Janet: Although this transcript has 'Part One' in the heading, it does not appear that an additional session on the topic ever occurred. [M_Entity] Hello to all of you. We are here. We understand the Topic to be what we refer to as the Chief Features. We will discuss, then, the nature of each Chief Feature, their paths of development, how they show up, and how each might be remedied or dismantled. First, it will enhance your understanding of how to deal with a Chief Feature if you understand exactly what it is, in general. We define your Chief Feature as a specific description of one of 7 basic fears that blocks Essence and by extension, blocks the expression of True Personality. Chief Features ARE NOT simply to cause trouble, to challenge you, to “teach you lessons,” to keep Essence from being bored. While these descriptions would be accurate to some degree, the primary function of your Chief Features is TO PROTECT YOU. Chief Features are considered FEARS because they are the part of your Personality that feels the most separated from the life being created, and therefore, by default, creates a dynamic of protection from any of the 7 basic, natural experiences relative to a Chief Feature. Chief Features are not curses, they are not something to fight, they are not something to fear, and they are not something to consider as apart from you any more than you would your clothing. Though your clothing is ultimately unnecessary, it does provide a function for the Physical Plane and wearing clothing can be used for many different reasons. Ultimately, clothing is superficial, irrelevant, and “negative” in that the wearing of clothes is primarily based in Fear. By considering this connection, or analogy, you may see that fear actually SERVES you quite nicely, as long as you are CONSCIOUS in your use of it. Chief Features can be used in ways that serve you until you find no use for them. In the same way that wearing clothing is truly optional, so are Chief Features, and until clothing or a Chief Feature is truly not functional in its use, you WILL continue to enlist their functions. Chief Features are not settled upon as habits until after or during the 3rd Internal Monad, but the use of a Chief Feature is implemented as early as you might be wearing clothing. Before the Age of 7, the Personality is absolutely Chief Feature-Free. By this we mean that the fragment is not capable of truly understanding fear and therefore does not respond from their own perception of events. Through the age of 7, in general, ALL Chief Feature behavior is the funneling of parental or a caretaker’s Chief Feature. Before the approximate age of 7, fear generated as a biological/instinctive reaction is considered practical and there is no real judgment of the process. Between the ages of 7 and 14, approximately, the fragment will then tend to develop an awareness of fear in a new way, and either keep the “inherited” Chief Feature, or develop his or her own. Upon embarking on the 3rd Internal Monad, a Chief Feature will then be “owned” by the Fragment and used for the remainder of time that Fragment “needs” it. We note here that ALL Chief Features are potentially used at varying times, depending on certain situations. Though you find one or two to use habitually, ALL Chief Features are accessible when you deem necessary. Two areas of the life are usually the focus of a Chief Feature, or two Chief Features: the area of Life Plans, and the area of Intimacy, or the Goal and the Mode, respectively. We refer to the Chief Feature that protects you from the experiences needed accomplish your GOAL to be the PRIMARY Chief Feature. We refer to the Chief Feature that protects you from the experiences needed to gain Intimacy in your life as the SECONDARY Chief Feature. A Tertiary Chief Feature IS common among Soul Ages Infant to Young (though it is possible within Mature and Old), and a Tertiary Chief Feature protects a fragment from the experiences needed to develop philosophical structures, or in other words, protects the Attitude from evolving. Chief Features, once used habitually, manifest INTERNALLY or EXTERNALLY, or both. This means that whatever the basic fear is for that Chief Feature you have come to own, you will either attract that behavior to you through others, OR you will express the behavior, yourself. In most cases, both Internal and External methods are used. In many cases, people who have companion animals will find that their pets manifest versions of the Chief Feature as a means for the fragment to process these fears. Companion animals will 9 times out of 10 help the primary caretaker “carry the weight” of a Chief Feature. If your companion animal is sick, ill-behaved, depressed, etc., it can do wonders to consider your own Chief Feature and its remedy as a means to help heal your animal. This is not to say that all illnesses in pets, or behaviors in pets, are an extension of your own Chief Feature, but it is consistent enough to consider a valid first step when looking at treatments and solutions. Each Chief Feature is one of 7 basic fears about something in life that is actually quite empowering to incorporate, but seems to threaten the Body in ways that the Fragment develops a want for protection. When looking at what each Chief Feature is a “fear of,” it will be enlightening to realize that what the fear focuses on is actually a part of life, that once accepted, will transform you in ways that are terrifyingly freeing. Since there is a great deal already published and written about these basic fears, we will stop here and open to your questions due to time constraints. [kathryn41] Does it often happen that when one CF is worked through, that there is no one CF that takes over by preference? Does someone use all of them without favouring one? [M_Entity] Though it is rare, there are some fragments who do not settle on one particular Chief Feature, but these are usually cases of what some call “Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder,” “Schizophrenia,” and “Multiple Personalities.” This is due to a breakdown in communication among the Physiological aspects of self (Obsessive-Compulsive), the Emotional aspects of self (Schizophrenia), or Intellectual aspects of self (Multiples). Usually a fragment will use their two Chief Features for the entirety of the life, while using the rest when specifically needed. [kathryn41] So usually one CF is just exchanged for another? [M_Entity] If a fragment begins to use a different Chief Feature habitually, the previous one it is replacing would then fall into the more situational need. [ClaireN] Please explain how the fears threaten the body. [M_Entity] The 7 fears are of EXPOSURE (Inadequacy/Vulnerability), HAVING (Too much, Too little), and CONTROL (of Space/Time). And of course, the Fear of Change, which links them all. When looking at the fears as being on these Axes, you can see how the Body may develop needs for protection. For instance, if a fragment deems he or she is Over Exposed, they may choose Arrogance; if they feel Under Exposed, they may develop Self-deprecation. This Over or Under Exposure can be felt in any of the basic bodies, as in Emotionally, Physically, or Intellectually. When we say these Fears protect the Body, we include all of the basic levels of the Body. [ludmila] By attracting that behaviour to you, do you mean my friends and associates will usually have the same CF’s as I do? [M_Entity] No. Regardless of a Person’s own Chief Feature, as part of your own, you may attract or extract that kind of behavior from another. To clarify: A person who has Arrogance will either BE judgmental, have high standards, show no need for others, AND/OR find that others are judgmental toward him or her, act as if the one in Arrogance is not needed, etc. Those who express Arrogance toward the Fragment who actually has Arrogance as a Chief Feature may or may not have that Chief Feature as one of his or her own. The same can be said of yourself; there are certain behaviors you find coming out of you when around certain people that are NOT your normal reactions in general. Do you understand? [ludmila] Yes, thank you. [M_Entity] We will, however, state that most of your closer relationships tend to be based in shared fears. When the fear of another is not understood, this usually creates distance or repulsion. [JNelson] Does the primary chief feature have to be stronger in influence than the secondary? Because I see my secondary show up much more commonly than my primary. [M_Entity] No, we only call the Primary as a means to differentiate. Each will show up as strongly as you need them, in their own contexts. If you find that your Secondary shows up more, it simply means you are more inclined to protect yourself from the perils of Intimacy. If there are no more questions, we will conclude here. We will continue our discussion of this topic when asked, in a later exchange. Good Night.
  5. May 3, 2001 Troy Tolley, Channel Open Floor (Request for a mini energy report made) [Michael_Entity] We are here. One moment, please. We see the request for an Energy Report, so we will begin there. We will then take questions regarding this, moving on to an Open Floor format that you are familiar with. This report will be for the weeks May 6 through May 19. What we see building in the Energy for most is a re-evaluation in how you utilize your own Energy. This is being played out in your material, collective world with the apparently impending energy shortages in fuel and electricity. A great deal of consciousness is available for focus in evaluating just what it is you do with your “time” and attention and action. Most will not be able to avoid some sort of internal dialogue about this issue in their life, and most do have this as an issue. If this were not so, your World Truths regarding Energy would be different. For now, it is manifesting physically as part of a Collective issue, as well as individually, as this issue has not been addressed by most. Most physical bodies have become sedated, saturated, and live primarily within the context of luxury. We do not mean “luxury” in terms of high prestige and wealth, but more accurately as having no “real purpose.” We do not imply that there is any true “purpose,” or that living luxuriously is negative, but in terms of the current Energy issues, this is relevant. You still live in a Young Soul world for the most part and while you Older Souls have “put in your time” in other lives, you will still feel the pressure and gap between simply Being and What You Are Doing. Every lifetime, regardless of how many you have lived, will always want to “count” in some way. To Essence, the Personality is invaluable and deeply loved, but to the Personality in relation to itself, will evaluate its worth by cultural standards and world truths for the most part. Each person at this time then appears to be evaluating what they are contributing, what they are manifesting, what physical aspect of themselves is most representative of their personally-defined “purpose.” This coincides with the major Nexus building near May 15, wherein your Platforms become your new context of perspective. It will not be unusual for the next couple of weeks to be very restless, “itchy,” while having streams of ideas and creativity dance through you. This is Essence “feeding” you all of your potentials based on many concerns Personality has been preoccupied with. Personality will always have the final say in its future and all of its variations, so it is not necessary to get overwhelmed with the experience. As you begin to take steps and actions toward the creative impulses you may be having, the next couple of weeks will also bring cohesiveness to any Group Karma or Agreements you may have that have bearing on the ideas. These groupings will last through the rest of the year, most likely. This means possibly meeting one or two significant “new” people that will be added to your current circle of contacts. Some of you have already brought these fragments into your lives or implemented the sequence of Karma, but the clarity in this will become clearer in June. These people may not even be “new”, but their position in your life will suddenly become more important and significant. A major media event is brewing, as well, to help implement this next major nexus. When any major shift occurs, there is usually a major event to “distract” the Personalities involved and draw them together in focus. So for the next couple of weeks it will be valuable to pay attention to any ideas you have had about things you want to do or change. We suggest writing them down and look at the potential for implementing any plans. Most of you have ideas that will require assistance or other fragment’s involvement as some kind of Configuration with you to complete them, so it will not be amiss to talk about your ideas to others. In fact, this period of time is highly conducive to communication and exchanges of ideas and thoughts, meaning that there are more people listening, as well. We will take questions regarding this “mini-report,” if there are any. We will talk more about the parallels between the world energy levels faltering and those on an individual level, if this is necessary, as well. [Leela] Yes, please. [Michael_Entity] Your world is “growing up,” and as any world progresses in consciousness, so does its idea about the use of Energy. The use of Energy on your planet has been in the Young Soul phase for some time, and while this is a valid part of growth on a planet and within Sentience, it is now moving into Mature Soul awareness. As we have mentioned several times, the Devic Energies are leaving in great numbers as the planet matures and this will require more conscious care of the planet, instead of it being “taken care of by nature.” The same applies within an individual life, wherein the non-physical care for the life and body “leaves” and the 4th Internal Monad is either completed or not, or Mature Soul consciousness is implemented collectively, or not. We will add here that Old Souls will generally have a difficult time manifesting their own Soul Age on a constant basis while living as a minority. The mark of the Old Soul will be in their capability to navigate through all the Soul Ages within as needed. This means most Old Souls WILL appear to be Mature Souls, since this is the “oldest”, most acceptable version of Soul Age on your planet at this time. We mention this because even the Old Souls whom you might think exempt from these transitions will still opt to “play along” as Mature Souls. For the next 5 years or so, your use of Energy on the planet will undergo drastic changes, some “good,” some “bad.” This will also apply to you on an individual level as you assess just how consciously you utilize the energy of your days. The Entity, Lazaris, calls this process of evaluation of minimizing the amount of energy expended for the maximum amount of return, “living elegantly.” We would concur. So for a while, you will be examining how “elegantly” you are living globally, and individually. [lateavatar] It sounds like this energy is great for starting group projects; could Michael comment on how we will see them through? [Michael_Entity] We cannot comment on how you will see any group projects through, but we will say that group activities and projects are highly aligned with the energies of this year, especially after May. Implementing them now, and acting on your impulses, talking to others about your ideas, writing down your ideas, anything to “just get them out there”, etc., will activate any Sequences and Agreements or Karma you may have. This is a period of time to be actualizing your Intellectual Centers. [MoonSinger] Will the media event you mentioned be brought on by some appalling act of George Bush; or will it be a “natural event” or something else? [Michael_Entity] You are aware of several probabilities, but we do not see any momentum in one direction or another. The two you mentioned are part of the probabilities, along with another mass shooting, major rolling blackouts across the West and East coasts for a long duration, a major bombing in the US, and there is one “good” mass event of celebration and excitement, inspiring and motivational, but we do not see the context yet. We remind you that any scenario could unfold, but these are the more obvious at this point. [lateavatar] I’m sort of confused about the difference between the “elegant use of energy” that’s coming up, and the idea that energy that we draw upon is infinite. [Michael_Entity] Energy is infinite, but not in one form. “You” exist only within a temporary time frame, but you will live forever. Coal is one form of Energy that is not infinite, but the energy gained from it (primarily Sun Energy) is far more “infinite” than that, in comparison, while that which makes the Sun is still even more “infinite”. Within certain contexts, there are limits, and this must be understood in order to grow. Energy is infinite, but not its forms. An example of Elegance, by the way, is in how Essence manifests across time in various bodies and personalities. In your particular world, it would be difficult to maintain only one body within your world’s density for a very long duration (relatively speaking). Reincarnating is Elegance. Within a life, the use of a day is like an incarnation of the psyche, as a lifetime is to the soul. This is why you sleep. Getting restful sleep is Elegance. [Anne49] How is it possible to tell if someone is experiencing the positive or negative pole through the 3rd internal monad? [Michael_Entity] The Negative Pole of the Third Internal Monad is heavily marked with issues of Authority and constant battles with that which is perceived as Authority. The Positive Pole is marked by the ability to negotiate with or at least remain detached from the perceived Authority. [ludmila] If the devas are leaving in great numbers are they being replaced by any other kinds of energies – perhaps adepts will make themselves available – such as have visited and spoken to us before – by way of guiding us through rough times? [Michael_Entity] The Devic Energies will be “replaced” by the widening of consciousness of the Sentience that is using the planet at that time. It is not amiss to imagine that a Person will begin to recognize themselves in the Trees and Animals and Plants and Oceans and Mountains, thus treating them with a care that is empathic and compassionate. Sentience will literally bond with the Trees, for instance, as they bond with their own bodies, thus growing another step toward cycling off. The art of Feng Shui, though distorted in many ways in its application, is an aspect of this evolution. Some Transcendental Souls may begin teaching about these things more publicly, if they choose to manifest. [Leela] It seems as though we may be in for some “Interesting Times,” as it were. Perhaps I am too attached to Fear, but I can’t help but wonder if there is anything we as individuals might need/want/choose to do to protect ourselves through tumultuous events. Or am I misreading the energy report? [Michael_Entity] There will always appear to be “interesting times” ahead when looking to the future. The unknown always brings up fear, and this is valid since that is Fear’s function, to protect from the unknown. Fear will come up to protect you automatically, but your “true protection” will come in being able to differentiate between what APPEARS to be a “bear in the woods” and what is actually just a “fallen tree.” Fear cannot distinguish between the two and is, for the most part, blind. Our suggestion in terms of what is ahead is to simply remind yourselves that you are adaptable and capable in any event, if you choose. It will be your task to determine if you are “jumping” because there is a literal need for fear, or if you are simply imagining the worst; this can be said in terms of over-optimism, as well. We realize our energy report seems potentially ominous, but that is only from one perspective. The same events will/can bring changes to the planet and its people that could carry seeds of powerful change and awareness. [momhawk_1] How “valid” is the ‘need’ for increases in our ‘defense spending budget’ in the US, in terms of the most ‘probable’ future scenarios? Thanks, just curious mainly. [Michael_Entity] There are things occurring “behind the scenes” that are making the US nervous, but this is being exacerbated by the fragment in power and his people. The emphasis on this is an invitation for conflict, rather than an emphasis on peace. We would say that it is “valid” to a degree, since your world is not Mature yet in its interactions, but the focus on the budget for defense is leaning your probabilities toward being able to use the defense. We will conclude here. Good Night.
  6. March 1, 2001 Troy Tolley, Channel Open Floor [Michael_Entity] We are here. One moment. We will be working with you in Open Floor format tonight, so begin your queue. We will comment first on the question of ADD, Attention Deficit Disorder, and its variations: ADD is valid, but only in nearly 30% of the cases wherein a diagnosis is reached. In most cases, those who are diagnosed inaccurately are either Artisans, Artisan Cast, Artisan ETs, or with an emphasis of Overleaves on the Expression Axis (especially Artisan-related Overleaves). Another false diagnosis is a result of perceiving the challenge within a fragment as they work to reconcile the difference between the “normal” input levels and the expansion to experience more than what is “natural” for that Role. With that consideration, a Scholar, Warrior or King, for instance, can be diagnosed with ADD if there is an interest in Artisan experiences, Priest Experiences, Server Experiences, or Sage Experiences of processing the life or period of events. This can also be the case if there is heavy imprinting on those Roles with One Input Level from those with more than One Input Level. When a Role determines to expand in the processing of their perceptions, the process for the life changes drastically and this is sometimes deemed unacceptable by the culture/society at the time. For Artisans, 5 inputs is “natural”, but there is a tendency to “cut off” at least two inputs, so as to “fit in”. When this is not done, or the inputs are accessed freely in contrast against accommodation, ADD is then seen in these fragments as well. The 30% or so of valid ADD cases are exclusively Chief Feature-related. ANY fragment who is preoccupied with gauging their life situations to remain “one step ahead” of their Chief Features can be diagnosed accurately as having ADD. The battle to remain in this position is not based on progress, but avoidance. Issues that could ultimately free the fragment from the torment of Chief Feature are avoided through constant distraction of some sort from the moment. In addition, many who have valid attention disorders were thrust into adulthood far before there was a comprehension of the previous Internal Monads. Those who remain within the 3rd and 2nd Internal Monads suffer the most, while the incompletion of the 4th Internal Monad can bring on Adult versions of the same disorder. The Chief Features most vulnerable to this are Self-deprecation and Arrogance. Impatience and Martyrdom is second, while Greed and Self-destruction are last. Stubbornness rarely deals with this. Self-deprecation and Arrogance can be a complete distraction over self-esteem issues having the fragment constantly preoccupied with what others expect, seem to want to see, or might be seeing in the fragment, so the individual remains in constant “hyper-self-consciousness”. This is a clear enough response to this topic for now. We will take your queue now. [Kathie89] Do birthmarks or scars or moles indicate a part of the body that was injured in a past life? What work could the individual do to reduce the effects of harm in past life experiences for the current life? [Michael_Entity] It is valid that many fragments use a birthmark, scar, or mole as a “reminder” of past life injuries, but this is not a constant. Many times they are simply part of the dynamic of the current body. Detail is rarely considered to the extent to prevent “flaws.” There is nothing that is required of a fragment within a current life to prevent harm from a previous life. There may be trauma or Karma carried over, but this is not imposed. ALL interactions from past or future lives are invited in some way. If a fragment were to live its life without any recognition of another life, it is in the astral interval that the past lives would be considered. If conscious recognition of past lives is being brought into the current life, then the consideration would be in how to manage that memory and apply it practically. By that we mean seeking dialogue in dreams, working with an instructor, or simply “riding it out” to see its implications. [nemo999] Are humans now living on other planets? [Michael_Entity] Not that we know of; at least in terms of that sentience that is of Earth. There certainly are other “humans” native to other planets that you would identify with, yes. [MichelePriest] Three different entities have been suggested for me: 1, 3, and 7. While I would love to be a member of all three I understand I only get one. Any consensus which? [Michael_Entity] Through this channel we are not responding to personal information in the group chats, though we will include this response in the transcript. [Response: When a fragment is presented with obviously conflicting information through our channels, we tend to consider this an opportunity for you to discern the ‘truth’ for yourself. We can suggest these insights as a means for you to determine your placement: [Entity One is themed highly with a sense of PURPOSE, in that most from that Entity generate acceptable paths and initiatives for others or at least maintain a path that is apparently wrought with intent and meaning. Those from Entity One rarely question what they are DOING, but just DO IT, even if they are concerned that they might need to be doing something else, otherwise or in the future. They continue to DO what they are doing until they determine otherwise. They have a strong momentum. They create workable paths to accommodate the greatest amount of fragments to move through within a given period of time or to be left for other “generations” as well. [Entity Three is heavily themed with ENTERPRISING, in that most from that Entity are geared toward taking on anything skewed from from the acceptable “norm” and generating something NEW. These fragments, in general, are preoccupied with presenting to others a way of viewing life that is slanted and sometimes, veritably “kaleidoscoped”. Those from Entity Three are usually concerned with the “outcasts” and “eccentrics” of life, creating sanctuaries for small groups to find refuge, maintaining themselves as self-declared outcasts, or standing as an icon for “outcast” behaviour. We do not merely mean those who “feel” like outcasts, but we refer to literal outcasts that usually have very little ability to manage themselves in the current society. Though many old souls may feel they relate to this, it is those from Entity Three that tend to make variations of this work on an obvious level. [Entity Seven is heavily themed with INCULCATION, meaning that those from Entity Seven tend to be repetitive and instructional in their behaviour to a distraction, even to themselves. Highly self-conscious, most from this Entity are preoccupied with the feelings of others and their ability to feel comfortable and capable in the current life. They are usually preoccupied with what is most healing to those they interact with and what will bring the strongest lessons out of the current contexts. Not all from this Entity are particularly in positions where they feel they are “teaching”, but they tend to be looked at as healers and teachers even when they don't “want” to be in that position. People are generally irresistibly drawn to those of Entity Seven, even when the fragment from that Entity is in the negative poles. [Again, many from other Entities can claim they may feel similarly to these themes, but we are speaking from the angle of how you relate to the world, in general and consistently. There may be other factors in the Overleaves that allow you resonate to these descriptions, but this is where your trust in intuition and perception comes in.] [Anne49] I would like to ask, in how many lifetimes has MaryBV known me? [Michael_Entity] One. Mary BV will exist only within this time frame. The fragment who is now Mary has known the fragment who is now Anne 113 lives. [MoonSinger] Hello Michael, I've been wondering about how you do your teaching work. Do you have one “spokesMichael” fragment who speaks through all your channels? Or different fragments “assigned” to each channel? Does that fragment answer all questions, or does another take over if the question is more in line with that one's “specialty?” Or does the whole entity speak “as one” somewhat like the Borg consciousness on StarTrek? [Michael_Entity] We do assign fragments of this entity to different channels. This channel works with a cadence of Warriors and 3 Kings. The immediate assignment is based on camaraderie and past lives shared; a resonance, if you will. From there, a “circle” of Warriors and Kings spanning the Entity are then the “relay source” in accessing the Akashic Records, if needed. Further “within” the entity we have another large “circle” that acts “as one” and is the culmination of all that our Entity “knows” at any given time. Ultimately, we do speak “as one”, but there is still a great deal of awareness and recognition of our individuality, if you will, though nowhere near the depth that you know your own individuality while Physical. Channeling, then, in terms of our Entity, is a three-stage process, not including the factor of the Essence and Personality of that fragment “speaking” for us. [MaryBV] Please expand a bit on the other humans in the galaxy. Are any of these currently monitoring the Earth with intentions to contact us? Any information on these other humans would be of interest. Thank you. [Michael_Entity] Other humans native to their own planes are in the same degree of awareness and exploration as your own. There is only one group of humans that are not planet-bound, but the exploration is of a tourist-like event and highly limited. There is actually film footage that can be found on your planet of this event as they view your planet regularly. The humans that are not planet-bound have not learned how to communicate cross-species or to adapt to varying atmospheres yet, therefore they have always been confined to their tours for now. [MaryBV] As in a Club Med Earth? [Michael_Entity] In terms of a Club Med Earth, no, this would not be valid, though the joke is not lost on us. [Leela] Where are these other humans located? I mean on what planets? [Michael_Entity] We do not have an accurate term for the planetary system in which you might have a reference. Your astronomy is highly limited at this time and what can be “seen” is actually “not there” anymore. We can say these fragments reside near what has been called the “Horsehead Nebula” area. We will complete the session then. Good night.
  7. Michael Speaks Live June 23, 2013 An Expanded Session on the Third Internal Monad Channel: Troy Tolley Hello, Michael. Today, we'd like a "topic level" comprehensive overview about the 3rd Internal Monad. I'd like the topic to include identifying those who are stuck in negative poles of the 3rd IM and suggestions on how to help someone transition into positive poles, both those who accept the teachings and those who don't. Is there any one stage in particular that seems to cause the most trouble? Just as the 4th IM can be somewhat measured by how well the person is learning to like him/herself, is there something key for the 3rd IM person? [MEntity] We will address each of your questions as we cover the topic. [MEntity] Before we go into the specificities of the Third Internal Monad, we will share a brief review of some of the developmental aspects of the Internal Monads, in general. This is not unrelated, and will help shed light on those specifics of the Third Internal Monad. [MEntity] The 7 Internal Monads can be best understood as the "levels" within a Soul Age LEVEL. So, for example, to move from the first Level of a Soul Age to the second Level, these 7 Internal Monads must be successfully completed within at least one lifetime within that Level. [MEntity] As you know, a Soul Age Level is rarely a single lifetime, and are often several lifetimes. The average being about 7 lifetimes per Soul Age LEVEL. [MEntity] In one lifetime, one may successfully transit only one or two Internal Monads. [MEntity] Though the success for any given Personality/lifetime within a Level may be more or less in terms of how many Internal Monads are successfully transited, the totality of successes are not lost to the progress of Essence. [MEntity] In other words, if the first lifetime within that Level completes the First, Second, and Third Internal Monads, but the next lifetime only completes the Second, it does not regress Essence's progress through the Level. [MEntity] This is because the Personality has its own progress, which contributes to the overall progress of Essence which is never regressive since it is a constant. So if one Personality contributes to Essence's move through a Soul Age Level by progressing through the Third Internal Monad in one life, but the next Personality does not do so in the next, the Essence would still be considered to have evolved through the Level. [MEntity] In the earlier Soul Ages, there is a fairly high level of stop-start among the various Personalities that contribute to each Level, because their connection to Essence is a bit more distorted or rejected. [MEntity] For example, in the Infant Soul Age Levels, the aim is for Survival, so the First Internal Monad of each Level is often the only Internal Monad completed, over and over, and then the subsequent Internal Monads are approached, slowly and eventually. [MEntity] In the Baby Soul Age, there are more who get "stuck" at the Second Internal Monad, and Young Souls are more prone to getting "stuck" in the Third, while Mature stall in the Fourth, and Old Souls in the Fifth. [MEntity] This is not a "bad thing." This is merely indicative of the themes of emphasis for that Soul Age. [MEntity] With each successful completion of an Internal Monad by one Personality, the momentum is generated for support in successfully completing the next Internal Monads by any subsequent Personality. However, that access to momentum is dependent upon the Personality's access to Essence. [MEntity] This is why the older Soul can complete more Internal Monads within a Level than those who are younger in Soul Age. [MEntity] When there is no access, or limited access, then progression is dependent upon Review between lifetimes. [MEntity] Internal Monads are our way of describing where a Personality is in regaining consciousness, awareness, relative to its Essence. [MEntity] Remember: Soul Age and Level are descriptions of where the Essence is, relative to remembering Tao. Internal Monads describe where one is within the process of remembering Essence. The latter contributes tremendously to the former. [MEntity] We share all of this background and review with you on this subject because this is relevant to how the older soul experiences the use of the information describing the Internal Monads. [MEntity] We share this because it is important to remember that, no matter what Soul Age, EVERY NEW BIRTH OF PERSONALITY IS AN EQUIVALENT OF INFANT SOUL. [MEntity] Everything is reset. [MEntity] The Instinctive Center (or localized Akashic Records) is "inserted" into the new lifetime and new body and new Personality, but it is then up to that Personality to access that, and regain and develop and progress consciousness. [MEntity] The Essence does all it can to set up the life so that remembering can come as easily as possible, but there is no pressure or hurry from the perspective of Essence. [MEntity] Because Humans are social creatures, the progress through the Internal Monads will tend to be relative to the average Soul Age and its influences on the culture, society, and available imprinting. [MEntity] So, regardless of Soul Age, it can be quite difficult to move beyond the Third or Fourth Internal Monad at this time as a Human. [MEntity] No matter how effectively Essence has set up the life of the Old Soul Personality, it is being born into a world dominated by Baby and Young Soul (Second and Third Internal Monad) themes, and only recently supportive of Mature (or Fourth Internal Monad) themes that help one progress and gain awareness. REGAINING CONSCIOUSNESS [MEntity] There are very few ways to prod a return to consciousness earlier than others among the culture or society. [MEntity] One of the only ways to do this is to provide opportunities for struggles and challenges early in the life. [MEntity] The more one is moved into conditions that prompt self-reflection and awareness, the more one regains (or gains) conscuousness. [MEntity] This is risky because the Personality must make the choices necessary for the use of those opportunities, but could easily slip into the development of entrenching Chief Negative Features. [MEntity] This is not to say that Essence plans your pain and suffering as a way to wake up, because pain and suffering are relative to the choices of the Personality, but it is fair to say that any challenges and obstacles early in the life were probably a part of the life plan. [MEntity] Because the Personality is more asleep in those early years of life, it can be fairly easy to stumble into or upon, or to create those opportunities for obstacles, struggles, and challenges that prompt one to wake up. [MEntity] The "It Gets Better" Campaign is an example of how those who have remembered enough, who have awakened enough, are reaching out to those who may be still asleep and struggling, to remind them that the best can be made of the worst. [MEntity] Essence makes the gamble in these older soul lifetimes that one will remember this on some level, and not give up, but continue into the wakefullness that will then allow for the true Manifestation of the life to come fully. [MEntity] All of this may seem a long prelude to the details of the Third Internal Monad, but for our students who are in the Third Internal Monad, or for those who know someone in the Third Internal Monad, or for helping you to understand those in the world who are "stuck" in the Third Internal Monad, it is vital to understand that this Internal Monad is the most asleep any Personality can be, relative to Soul Age. [MEntity] The Young Soul stuck in the Third Internal Monad in the Third Level of the Soul Age is probably the most asleep fragments among you. [MEntity] And no matter how old your soul is, if you are stuck in the Third Internal Monad, or passing through it, this will be the most asleep you can ever be in your life, no matter how awake you may feel you are. [MEntity] We will clarify here that "asleep" and "awake" are convenient ways to describe the difference between navigating the life based on what is happening to you versus navigating the life based on what you do with what happens to you. This is highly simplistic, but fair. [MEntity] For our older students, there will tend to be two lines of consciousness in effect before the completion of the Fourth Internal Monad: one is relative to the growth necessary for that current Personality, and the other is relative to the wisdom that is intuitively accessible from Essence. [MEntity] We think that many of our students will relate to having thought they were quite aware, quite advanced, quite wise in their teen years, and rightly so, but that even that paled in comparison to that which came in the years of life and progress of later Internal Monads. [MEntity] This is because the division between Essence and Personality is much less in the older Soul Ages, but this will rarely usurp the necessary experiences that the current Personality must gain before making that wisdom applicable and have context. [MEntity] So to all of our Third Internal Monad students, we assure you: no matter how wise you feel you are now, you will be wiser, and there are those who are wiser. [MEntity] For those who have successfully completed the Third Internal Monad, and know one who is stuck in the Third Internal Monad, or is passing through the Third Internal Monad, we remind you that you were there, once, too, and to forget this is an indication of where you may be stuck in your own Internal Monad. [MEntity] We will now describe the Third Internal Monad and its passage in detail: [MEntity] The First Stage of INITIATION is begun through REBELLION, the Negative Pole, and eventually moved to the Positive Pole of EXPLORATION. [MEntity] There is no way around the Rebellion as part of the process of the Third Internal Monad, but how that Rebellion plays out is entirely unique to every individul and the determined necessity for what represents rebellion. [MEntity] For the most part, the rebellion will target any of the most signficant influences in the life at the time. This influence can be positive or negative; it will not matter. There will be rebellion. [MEntity] For the older soul, this can even be toward the self, particularly if one feels the self is the most influential force in the life. [MEntity] Most sense of trust is tossed aside during this stage, and this prompts the Personality to begin its search for independence. [MEntity] If one stays in Rebellion long enough, this can be quite ugly, messy, and completely incoherent and chaotic, or the prompt toward independence can move one into Exploration, the Positive Pole of the stage. [MEntity] No matter how close one has been to a resource of nurturing, shelter, food, etc, Rebellion will come, and depending upon how the Rebellion goes, eventually Exploration. [MEntity] Along with the Rebellion and Exploration comes a necessity for creating new bonds of Trust. [MEntity] This comes with the uncomfortable shift away from those inherently trusted sources and toward new sources. [MEntity] For example, no matter how wonderful a relationship one may have had with a caretaker/parent, this stage will bring with it a sense that one needs to create one's own network of trust, rather than depend upon those inherent to birth and upbringing. [MEntity] This is a vital part of the Third Internal Monad because this is how all of you found each other. [MEntity] The bonds one shares with those outside of the bonding born of formative years are vital for finding and sustaining in the life, especially for the older soul whose "family" of Entity Mates and Agreements is often scattered around the planet. [MEntity] As one moves away from Rebellion and into Exploration, Trust begins to return, being built within new networks. [MEntity] The healing of any damage or threat or rejection of the inherent Trust already in place begins, as well. [MEntity] This leads to the 2nd Stage: INTROSPECTION, entered through the Negative Pole of Self-Consciousness, and eventually moved into Consciousness. [MEntity] The sense of movement toward independence has now come, but now the Personality has no idea what that means, how to do it, if it can be done, and why it is even so important. [MEntity] This creates an interesting dynamic where one must now rely upon resources from others, but be establishing independence. [MEntity] Self-Consciousness is a kind of hyper awareness of the self as a body, but without the consciousness to bring grace of movement to it. [MEntity] This extends into communication, thinking, feeling, actions, plans, ideals, etc. [MEntity] It can be quite confusing. [MEntity] The establishment of independence seems contrary to the necessity for dependence on others as a resource. [MEntity] Particularly if that resource was just rejected during Rebellion. [MEntity] Eventually, there comes a shift in consciousness away from the self in a way that begins to return to the inclusion of others. This a shift from self-absorbed self-consciousness to actual Consciousness. [MEntity] Consciousness as the Positive Pole here means bringing awareness to include that beyond the self. This is the beginning of the awareness that independence is more about how one accesses, uses, manages, and contributes resources than it is about simply having or taking as a means to serve the self. [MEntity] This move into Consciousness is a move toward inclusiveness of those whom one must turn to for resources, help, support, etc. and a move away from seeing these as threatening, shaming, or embarrassing people in authority over the life. [MEntity] This shift toward Consciousness brings about the 3rd Stage: REALIZATION. [MEntity] The Realization that one now can turn to others for support, resource, help, etc. and still sustain the momentum of independence leads to DEMANDS, the Negative Pole of this Stage. [MEntity] Now the struggle for independence can mean that others must comply to that process for the one in the Third Internal Monad, work around his or her needs, wants, demands, etc. [MEntity] This begins the process of Realization that is all about Responsibility, and this is one of the only ways one learns about what one IS responsible for, what one CAN be responsible for, and how to work with those who are, can, and will be responsible for you. [MEntity] As one Realizes the parameters of Responsibility through Demands, this shifts toward IDEALS. [MEntity] Again, this is a matter of shifting consciousness toward greater concentric circles of inclusion, so now that one has a better sense of what his or her responsibility is for the self, the planning can now begin for the long-term. [MEntity] Ideals require a coming together of parts, and an awareness of the steps necessary for the cohesion of a vision. [MEntity] This is the first Stage where one begins to contemplate the concept of "purpose" and what one wants to do with the life in a way that is meaningful to the self, capable of sustaining independence, and contributes. [MEntity] Ideals then lead to the 4th Stage: MANIFESTATION, entered through ANGER, and moved toward CHOICE. [MEntity] Once one has a vision in place, or is fairly set on some Ideals, then the Anger comes. [MEntity] Anger here describes the sense of the daunting tasks, actions, time, energy, etc. that is realized is necessary for fulfilling responsibilities and sense of purpose. It can feel quite overwhelming and one can feel helpless, which is the underpinning of Anger. [MEntity] This is usually when one first begins to depend greatly upon the self as source of income, shelter, food, etc. [MEntity] Eventually, the Anger (helplessness) is found to be alleviated by the capacity to CHOOSE. [MEntity] This is the first time one begins to grasp the magnitude of impact of the power of Choice. [MEntity] "If I choose not to do this, this will happen." "If I choose to do this, that will happen." [MEntity] Biologically speaking, this is the first time the brain is truly capable of independent choice, comprehensive choice. [MEntity] And so the practice of choosing begins. [MEntity] And this leads to the 5th Stage of CONTENTMENT that is first entered through RESENTMENT, and eventually toward RESPONSIBILITY. [MEntity] The Resentment comes from the push/pull experience within that is about the choices having been made so far, recognizing those choices that were harmful versus those that were helpful, and feeling the weight of this power now being solely one's own. [MEntity] However fleeting, the Resentment will come. [MEntity] This can lead to blaming others for the condition of the life as it is, or blaming the self for mistakes, sinking Resentment into regrets. [MEntity] Eventually, one begins to remember that the power of choice does not just come with a trail of exhaustion, mistakes, and regrets, but with the power to heal, create, transform nearly everything. [MEntity] This is when the truth of Responsibility begins to be understood, not just as an obligatory state for independence, but as a powerful ally in creating the life. [MEntity] Love for the life begins to flow again more freely, and with all of the previous Internal Monad Stages completed, one now has Exploration, Consciousness, Ideals, Choice, and Responsibility as strengths, and this brings the 6th Stage: MAGNETIZATION [MEntity] Once Magnetization activates, it is the first time there is a sense that there are others in the life whom one does not know, still needs to find, and that they are important, as well as that you are important to them. [MEntity] This entrance into Magnetization is often marked by LONELINESS. [MEntity] This is the awareness of separation. [MEntity] While one is fighting so hard for independence, it can be difficult to realize just how far one has pushed others out of the life, or how far one will need to go in nurturing the attraction of support for the new sense of ideals and directions. [MEntity] Loneliness can come on strong, and be overwhelming. [MEntity] But this begins to shift when one begins to put those previous Positive Poles into effect. [MEntity] There comes an awareness that one is not alone just because one is alone, and that the fight for independence and self-sufficiency was not just for the sake of separating oneself from others, but as a way to be there FOR ONESELF. [MEntity] The awareness that one can be alone with the self and not equate that with loneliness shifts toward the Positive Pole of this Stage: Support. [MEntity] This is when one begins to know that one can care for the self along the way to caring for someone else, or being cared for, or along the way to any kind of exchange, support, Agreement. [MEntity] When this internal strength of Support comes into play, then the shift toward the last stage, Emanation, begins. [MEntity] To this point, all Stages can be progressed through, regardless of the Pole. [MEntity] The successful progression would be from Negative to Positive, Negative to Positive, weaving through the Stages from the more limited end to the more expansive, and eventually out of the Internal Monad. [MEntity] If one is in the Positive Pole, then one has explored the Negative Pole. [MEntity] So one cannot move from Positive to Positive to Positive, etc. [MEntity] However, one can move from Negative to Negative to Negative. [MEntity] If one has done this, then one cannot complete the Internal Monad, and will remain with an incomplete, or "stuck" Internal Monad in that final Negative Pole, and all before it. [MEntity] So the person who is with an incomplete 3rd Internal Monad beyond the 7th Stage would be one marked by Rebellion, Self-Consciousness, Demanding, Angry, Resentful, Alone, and Conclusive. [MEntity] And this will Emanate from them. [MEntity] Until one has closed out the Third Internal Monad successfully, these will dominate the life. [MEntity] In most cases, this will show up most obviously when matched against anyone or anything perceived as a threat to ones own authority, status, position, or value, or against anyone or anything that is seen as having more authority, status, position or value. [Maureen] Even if one has completed Stages 1 to 6 in the positive poles Michael -- but is "just" stuck at the 7th Stage? [MEntity] Depending upon the Soul Age where this Internal Monad is stuck, this concept of authority, status, and value is relative. For example, the Mature Soul may see this in the context of relationships and intimacy, whereas the Old Soul may see this in terms of uniqueness, wisdom, spirituality, etc. But both will be preoccupied with issues of responsibility, blame, etc. [MEntity] For one who has moved through the Positive Poles of each Stage before the 7th, Conclusivity tends to be brief, and is usually marked by a panic of questions related to "What if!" [MEntity] "What if I don't want to do this with my life?!" "What if I had made a different choice!?" "What if I am not cut out to do this?" etc. [MEntity] For someone who has completed all previous Stages in the Positive Pole, if he or she were to be stuck at this point, it would tend to remain in that spinning, questioning, uncertainty of life. There is such a terror of Conclusivity that they will, ironically, remain stuck. [MEntity] This would continue until one returns to the power of Choice, and remembers that this is the difference between conclusion and confidence. [MEntity] The Positive Pole of Emanation is Confidence, so the successful closure of the Third Internal Monad is a sustained reliance on those new internal strengths of Exploration, Consciousness, Ideals, Choice, Responsibility, and Support, all leading to the nurturing of Confidence. [MEntity] The incomplete Third Internal Monad leads one forward into the life in a state of SEPARATION. [MEntity] There will tend to be a feeling as if one is separate, alone, always fighting or struggling against someone or something holding back the life, etc. [MEntity] The successfully completed Third Internal Monad would tend to bring with it DIFFERENTIATION, rather than Separation. This is an acceptance of your differences, the differences of others, and a sense of value for those within and around. [MEntity] It is one thing to feel different from others, and quite another to live in the illusion that you are separate and alone. [MEntity] The unsuccessful completion of the Third Internal Monad is usually marked by a constant need to prove oneself, whereas the successful completion of the Third Internal Monad tends to be an acceptance of oneself. [MEntity] The acceptance of oneself then leads to the 4th Internal Monad where one learns to LIKE oneself. [MEntity] To help someone through the Third Internal Monad can be quite difficult, as this is a time when he or she is most resistant to any help, any insight, and any sense. [MEntity] If you are the one going through the Internal Monad, then it is simply up to you to learn how to make the choices that support yourself toward independence. If you are a loved one of someone going through the Third Internal Monad, then it may often be a matter of allowing yourself to adapt to their process all along the way, and resist taking ANYTHING personally. As soon as you take this person personally, it can be devastating. [MEntity] QUEUE IS NOW OPEN [MEntity] Though we know this session has gone quite long, we will answer questions for the next 10 minutes as best we can. [Diane_HB] What's the difference between accepting oneself and liking oneself? [MEntity] Imagine the difference between accepting the differences between yourself and your family, and liking your family. Or the difference between accepting your job, and liking your job. Or accepting the differences between you and a Republican, and liking that Republican. [Diane_HB] That makes sense. [Jana_K] You have mentioned that "The Young Soul stuck in the Third Internal Monad is in the Third Level of the Soul Age is probably the most asleep fragments among you." Is there something about the third level of any Soul Age that makes one more prone to be stuck/asleep? [MEntity] The Third Levels are marked by Introspection in most cases of any 7 Stages or Levels. This tends to turn one within and away, or become preoccupied with the internal processes, tending only to external processes in ways that serve those internal processes. This can be as obvious as a self-serving, greedy person to as subtle as an Old Soul who turns away from the world for fear it may affect their sense of peace. [MEntity] Even the Young Soul Age is entirely about Introspection, despite its emphasis on the external world. It is about how that external world can serve the self, based on personal need and want. [MEntity] So in an Age, Level and Stage where Introspection is so compounded, the person is quite "asleep." [MEntity] Or rather, can be. [MEntity] One can be awake and as conscious as possible at any Stage, Level, or Age. [MEntity] Some Ages, Levels, and Stages are easier to be more awake, mostly because of the nature of the emphasis of each. [ClaireC] What effect, if any, does "helicopter" parenting have on a child's ability to move through the IM's? [hovering] [MEntity] This would depend entirely upon the nature of the child. For some, this would tend to make the rebellion ever more pronounced, and for others it may delay this Internal Monad indefinitely. [MEntity] For children with more Fluid Overleaves or Essences, this would tend to bring more rebellion. [MEntity] For children with more Solid Overleaves or Essences, this would tend to bring more delays. [MEntity] By Fluid and Solid we mean Expressive/Inspirational, versus Action/Assimillative. [Kurtis] What are some key ways you can help someone progress at each of the different stages in the 3rd Internal Monad? Other than simply letting them be, since they have a tendency to ignore suggestions and etc... [MEntity] More than just letting them be, BE THERE. That is all you can do. There will be so many moments of embarrassment, confusion, chaos, shame, blame, etc. that what will be remembered and valued most is that people remained, continued to love, to care, and saw beyond the process to the person. [MEntity] That is the single most powerful thing one can do for those in or stuck in the Third Internal Monad, but this would need to be recognised as a choice, not an obligation or imposition. [Bobby] The further one gets past a "typical" time of completion for this monad, especially once they have entered their 4th and even 5th IMs, generally, how would you expect to experience such a personality? [MEntity] That would, again, depend upon the nature of the person. The more Fluid Roles and Overleaves would tend to exemplify the negative traits describing the negative poles of every stage passed through to-date in some way, while the more Solid Roles and Overleaves would tend to project those negative traits onto others and see them as issues within others. [MEntity] We must conclude here for today. We think we have responded to each question, as well as the original set, though we can certainly continue to elaborate in further exchanges. [MEntity] Good evening to each of you.
  8. Michael Speaks Live Online "Seven Emotions" March 23, 2014 (3 Hour Session) Channel: Troy Tolley [MEntity] We understand the topic of focus is that of the Emotions. First, as you explore the concept of Emotions, we will point out that "feelings" and Emotions are not, technically, the same things. They are so interconnected that they are often considered the same thing, but for the sake of the topic today, it will be helpful to understand that the "feeling" aspect is a bodily reaction/response to the energy that is Emotion. Emotions are more like a surge of energy, a kind of electricity, if you will, and your processing of that is what you call "feelings." All Emotions originate from the Emotional Center. These are then distributed, or processed, through the Parts of that Center, which funnels the energy into the other Centers relative to the Part. So, for example, if an Emotion is a Moving Part Emotion, it still originates from the Emotional Center, is processed by the Moving Part, and directed toward the Moving Center then. We will return to this circuitry a bit later. All Emotions Are Personal -- Only About Oneself Because all Emotions are of the Emotional Center, this means they are always related to ORDINAL INSPIRATION. This means that all Emotions are personal, and they are either a result of PROJECTION or REFLECTION. Emotions are personal (ordinal) in that they only ever tell you about YOU. Emotions never tell you anything about anyone other than yourself. Ever. It is an information circuitry that is entirely unique to you, about you, and is all about your collection of experiences, organized in layers of time, and that are then used to measure against your current experiences. All of this is a form of navigation. This is all true whether one is Emotionally-Centered, or not. When one is Emotionally-Centered, it simply means this form of navigation is relied upon far more than the other two forms (Intellectual and Moving). All fragments will have all three forms inherent to the incarnation, of course No matter how provoked, your Emotions are informing you about you; not the other person or even the event. When we say that they are "informing you about you, we mean that they are sifting through your collection of experiences over time and comparing the current experience to a past one for reference. If you have a painful experience in your records, a current experience might trigger that painful association and the current experience will be regarded as painful, even if it may not be painful. Because Emotions are Inspirational, they are LOADED with POTENTIAL. They are not reality. They only speak to the potential of a reality. So, for instance, this reference to a painful experience from the past is only meant to suggest that the current experience MIGHT BE painful, too. It is not meant to tell you that your current experience IS painful. And therein lies the difference between PROJECTION and REFLECTION. Projection is a reactionary processing of Emotions that presume that what is "felt" is the conclusive truth. If you feel it, it must be true. That is that. This is Projection. This is why we continue to remind our students that Emotions are not the truth. In a sense, Emotions are ALWAYS about the PAST. So the truth that you "feel" is about the past, not the present or the future. This is not a bad thing or a good thing, it is simply how Emotion functions. Even the best of how you feel is a product of the past. For example: you may find that the watching of the setting Sun is one that brings joy. But this is because it is not your first sunset. First sunsets for many fragments (in those early lifetimes) was terrifying. The world was plunged into darkness and new creatures emerged in that darkness, and nothing was ever the same again. Until the morning, of course. But then it would happen again. This was terrifying. Eventually, enough experience with sunsets brings Trust, and it is known that the Sun has not died, and it will rise again in the morning. To be clear, this Trust still cannot speak to the TRUTH. It can only speak to experience. MORE THAN LIKELY the sun will rise, and MORE THAN LIKELY the sun has not died, but there may very well come a night that never ends. As you can see, Trust then becomes an important Emotion for navigating because one cannot constantly fight and fear a sunset. If there comes a day when the sun does not rise, you will deal with that. Until then, you live as if the sun will rise again, because you Trust that it will, and you Trust that it will because you have enough experience to do so. This is no different in processing when it comes to relationships. It is fair to be wary of new relationships if one has experienced pain in one or more. Your Emotions are telling you to be careful, and that another round of relating COULD result in another round of pain. But, remember, Emotions are not the truth. They are only referencing your experience, and your experience, while your own, is not a constant. You lived in terror for years, afraid that the sun may not rise again. That fear and pain and terror was real. It is fair to be wary as the night falls again. But your fear, pain, and terror are not a constant, because you continue to gather experiences. And as your days are found to be filled over and over again, despite the terrors that the night will come, you begin to note this and grow from it, and face each day and night with Trust. The same is true of your relationships. The fear and pain and terror of your losses when a relationship ends or departs from expectations can make the next relationship seem a breeding ground for more terror, fear, and pain. But a new relationship is like a new day. IT WILL END. AND YOU WILL NOT. And just like the passing of days, you will find that relationships, like your days and nights, are uniquely filled with what you put into them, and are not defined by their beginning and "end." This is REFLECTION, then. PROJECTION is when you impose your past on an experience, relationship, or event. REFLECTION is when you learn from your past, but allow the greatest potential of the present or future. What we have shared, so far, is how Emotions function, how they are processed, what they are for, and what they mean. Though there many words to describe Emotions and how one feels, all Emotions can be traced back to one of seven basic Emotions, or as a combination of two or more of these basic Emotions. Those SEVEN BASIC EMOTIONS are: TRUST, DISGUST, ANTICIPATION, SADNESS, JOY, ANGER, SURPRISE. Trust is of the Instinctive Part. Anticipation is of the Higher Emotional Part. Joy is of the Higher Intellectual Part. Surprise is of the Higher Moving Part. Disgust is of the Emotional Part. Sadness is of the Intellectual Part. Anger is of the Moving Part. FEAR is not an Emotion, technically, anymore than Truth is or Love or Energy, in any technical sense. Many "emotions" that are referenced by other terms are combinations of the above, either in negative or in positive pole combinations. None of these Emotions are bad or good, but all can be experienced in beneficial or harmful ways. QUESTIONS Before we break down these Emotions into polarities, we will open the floor to any questions relative to what we have shared so far. [DianeHB] What IS Fear, if not an emotion? [MEntity] Fear is a "feeling," a secondary response or reaction to the processes of Emotions of Anger and Surprise. Fear, then, could be said to be the body's reaction of protection against negative experiences relative to Anger and Surprise. Keep in mind that the entire concept of Fear is one that is far more insidious and pervasive than this simplified version we speak of. We are speaking of Fear in terms of Emotions here, but we may speak of fear in larger terms in other discussions. But for the point of discussion regarding Emotion, Fear is often that bodily reaction to protections against all that is related to negative experiences of Anger and Surprise. In broader terms, it could be said that Fear is also the bodily response to all of these Emotions in their negative poles. [Juni] I am wondering about the difference between feelings/emotions and intuition. If feelings/emotions only ever tell you about oneself, how do you distinguish that from a "feeling" about another? [MEntity] Intuition is different from Emotions. Again, these are often presumed to be the same things, which is why many who use "intuition" are merely guided by a maze of emotions, and not insights. This is not a bad thing in the end, because when "intuition" is thought to be a process of navigating Emotionally, it can still be helpful, since Emotions always lead one back to the self. This can be just as important as guiding one outwardly. However, to more directly respond to your question, one's "feelings" about another person can still be useful, even if those feelings or Emotions are informing one about the self. It simply means that one has owned the feeling as one's own, and not as having originated from another person. If a person "makes you feel good," it is informing you as to how you feel about that person, but it is not necessarily how anyone else might feel about that person. And it only tells you how you feel about that person RIGHT NOW, not about how you will feel about that person in the future. All of this speaks to your past as a reference, too. If you meet someone and presume that your good feelings are the truth about that person, you have immediately cut yourself out of the picture as a source of those good feelings. This is often the case when "falling in love." Presuming that these Emotions and feelings are sourced by someone else means that there will likely come a day that the other is then blamed for less pleasant feelings. This becomes problematic for relating to someone because then the emphasis shifts away from how you contribute to your range of emotions and feelings, and the emphasis shifts toward how to get the other person to make you feel the way you had expected to feel. So there is no real differentiation here. Your feelings about a person are your own, and are not the truth about another person. There is a big difference between "I feel good" and "You make me feel good." Intuition, however, is another topic, and it is a synthesis of input from all of your senses so that comprehension can be gained. [ViP1] Hi Michael. I've read in psychology articles that insufficient contact or interaction (as an infant) with one's mother (or perhaps both parents) in the form of touch, and responses to facial and other cues, can inhibit peoples' abilities to recognize and describe their emotions (or perhaps, feelings?) And hence, leading to difficulties in dealing with them (emotions - or perhaps feelings, I'm not sure which based on your earlier distinction between them. Probably feelings.) Would you say that there is validity to this, and if so, if someone has had this experience in early life, how the processing circuitry is affected (and if possible, tips on how to rectify it, ie, recognize and process emotions effectively?) [MEntity] Any issues with care taking during the first 7 years can affect the Instinctive Part and, therefore, affect one's TRUST. Trust is reset in every lifetime, but how one is handled, treated, nurtured, born, etc. can skew that function so that it has some range of challenges. All Emotions are reset in every lifetime. But as one progresses through the Internal Monads, these Emotions are explored in a way that locks them into Projection or frees them into Reflection. These are not tied to the Internal Monads in a way that leaves an Internal Monad unfinished if the Emotion is not freed, but there do tend to be periods of the life where the various Emotions are emphasized in exploration. For example, Trust is explored and emphasized between the 1st and the 2nd Internal Monad. The 1st and 2nd Internal Monads can be successfully closed, even if Trust is not freed, but there is a rather high correlation to the level of trust vs distrust that one has in relation to whether one has completed those Internal Monads. In other words, there does TEND to be a much higher level of distrust among those who have not successfully closed their 2nd Internal Monad. DISGUST is explored and emphasized from the 2nd Internal Monad all the way through the 3rd Internal Monad. This is why you will find your toddlers to teens emphasizing this in ways that can be repellent and difficult. ANTICIPATION is explored during these, as well. Whereas SADNESS and JOY are explored and emphasized during the 4th Internal Monad. While ANGER and SURPRISE are explored and emphasized during the 5th Internal Monad. This is not to say that these Emotions do not exist as emphasis at any other time. We did not say that, nor did we imply that. But it is to say that those stages tend to be when those particular Emotions come to be truly resolved and freed, or locked into a more restricted state. Speak to a fragment who is successfully navigating the 5th Internal Monad and you will speak to someone who has all but lost the charge of Anger as a form of helplessness, and has freed it to become a form of motivation. Emotions as Polarities This may be a good segue into these Emotions as polarities. Think of the poles below as describing the Emotion as restricted or freed, and therefore more subject to Projection vs Reflection. TRUST as restricted might be FOOLISH/DISTRUST, and freed as CONFIDENCE/AWARENESS DISGUST as restricted might be CAUSTIC/LOATHSOME and freed as HUMOROUS/PREFERENCE Keep in mind that our polarities here are not necessarily emotions. These are merely adjectives to help understand the spectrum of that particular Emotion. SADNESS is restricted as PATHETIC/SELF-PITY and freed as GRIEF/HONESTY. ANGER is restricted as DEPRESSION/BLAME, and freed as MOTIVATION/PURPOSE. ANTICIPATION is restricted as AGITATION/DISDAIN, and freed as ENTHUSIASM/CONSIDERATION. [ViP1] Michael, just to confirm, you are giving negative poles first, then positive, as usual (eg, ENTHUSIASM: -ve, /CONSIDERATION: +ve?) [MEntity] What we are sharing with the two terms for each pole is the branching that the restriction or freeing can show up as. For instance, some restrictive Trust shows up much more like Foolishness or blind faith than as Distrust. But Foolishness and Distrust are fair ranges to include how the Freed end would show up. JOY is restricted as OBNOXIOUS/SELF-INDULGENT, and freed as INCLUSIVE/INVITING SURPRISE is restricted as RESISTANCE/DISREGARD, and freed as ADAPTIVE/PLAYFUL. To bring further correlation, it could be said that these Emotions are more inherently explored and emphasized in various Essence Roles, as well, though this is certainly in no strict sense of delineation. Scholars - Trust; Servers - Disgust; Artisans - Sadness; Warriors - Anger; Priests - Anticipation; Sages - Joy; Kings - Surprise. These inherent Emotions might be said to be a long-term spectrum for each Role to truly comprehend from its worst to its best. Furthermore, one COULD look at one's overleaves and "translate" his or her profile to show how the Personality might be emphasizing certain Emotions as exploration and emphasis. For example, if one has a greater emphasis down the Moving Axis, one might be exploring the wide range of Anger and how this is both debilitating and motivating. QUESTIONS We will open the floor for 2 or 3 final questions. We think we have covered a good amount on the subject of Emotions tonight, and these can be further explored in other exchanges with us. [Tyrant] Do each of the emotion types when blocked or repressed (or stuck in negative poles) have certain types of illness/ailments to them that manifest/what are they? as in, are there consistent patterns in types of ailments [MEntity] Yes, there can be. However, by the time most ailments are showing Physical symptoms, it is often a mix of two or more Emotions that have remained restricted. We can delineate these in another exchange. We would, first, want to share how illnesses/ailments can be broken down into 7, before correlating. If there are no more questions, we will conclude here for today. Good day to each of you
