Janet posted a topic in 2011 Michael SpeaksMichael Speaks Live Chat Sunday, November 13, 2011 Troy Tolley, Channel The 7 Planes of Existence MEntity: Hello to each of you. We are here now. We will share with you on the requested topic: The 7 Planes of Existence. We know that most of you are familiar with the 7 Planes as they have been described in our teaching, and are familiar to many teachings, even if in slight variation and understanding. Those 7 Planes are: Physical, Astral, Causal, Akashic, Mental, Messianic, and Buddhic (or Buddhaic). Each Plane is a Plane of Existence, and is a definite medium for consciousness to explore, learn, and evolve. These Planes exist one within the other, and overlap to some extent, with the Physical Plane being "in the center" and the densest, and the Buddhic being the outermost existence that permeates all Planes within it. It is often easier to imagine this as spheres within spheres. All 7 of these Planes ARE Tao. It is often described as Tao encompassing these 7 Planes, and that would be fair to say, but technically, Tao IS those 7 Planes. The whole that is greater than the sum of the parts, if you will. As you will see from our sharing of details about these Planes and their design, there will be a micro and macrocosmic consistency. Keep in mind that when we use the term "consciousness," it is often inclusive of all forms of consciousness, and not specific to Sentience. In other words, consciousness exists in a multitude of forms in your Physical Plane and in other planes. Rocks have a form of consciousness that is just as valid as Sentience. There are many lines of evolution of consciousness, and not all of them are Sentient. The greatest difference between Sentient and non-sentient consciousness is in terms of the extent of fragmentation and "direction" that the consciousness is actively moving. Sentience tends to be the most individualized of consciousness (most fragmented), generating within that consciousness a profound desire for return to Tao, or Oneness. Therefore, Sentient Consciousness is "on its way back" to Tao, and most other forms of non-sentient consciousness do not require such passages; non-sentience can be "absorbed" immediately back into Tao, if you will, and does not necessarily evolve. Sentience evolves. In other words, Sentience is the furthest and farthest one can get from Tao in terms of fragmentation. The return "home," then, for Sentience, is a long journey by most standards of measurement. Passage through these Planes of Existence are passages of reunion and union. It could be said, then, that the 7 Planes are the 7 Levels of Tao, as Tao evolves in its own way precisely through the collection of experiences gained through these fragments. Once one has become a Fragment, regardless of the return to Tao and the profound oneness that this entails, that unit of consciousness is its own thing "forever." Drops of water in an ocean who leave no boundaries between themselves and ocean, or each other, but existing as an identifiable unit of consciousness now. This is how "Grand Cycles" can happen. A Grand Cycle is a single journey of separation from Tao, incarnation through a species, and the subsequent return through the 7 Planes. Though we would have a difficult time describing this in terms of physics, each Plane is merely a variation of vibration of energy that is consistent among all Planes. Because of its vibrational state, it is "separate" enough that it exists as its own state. This would be similar to how ice, water, and steam could exist as the same, but different. For simplicity's sake, we can say that all Planes are made of Matter (Energy), and each Plane is a variation on Matter. The combination of what might be akin to molecules and how they function with one another generates each Plane. And differentiates each Plane. The consistency among all Planes is based on a set of physics that is reflected in the Physical Plane in many ways. Though there are a few places from which we could start, we will use your Carbon-base as the model. We will return to this reference to Carbon in a moment. First, we will state that every Planet has its own Physical, Astral, and Causal Plane. Particularly if there is Sentience evolving on that planet. Those Planes are variations on a theme, and each is mapped similarly. For the most part, these Ordinal Planes are themed in Densities, Tangibilities, and Identities. That is an oversimplification, but it is accurate. The Physical Plane is these themes in terms of Actions. The Astral is these themes in terms of Emotions. The Causal is these themes in terms of Intellect. The Akashic Plane is not a Plane in which any consciousness resides, but is a memory bank. Rather than passing through this Plane, it is central to both the Causal and Mental Planes' use for evolution. It could be said to be the ordinal version of Tao. The Mental Plane expands to encompass what we will describe as a Galaxy. A Galaxy would be a collection of 49 Planets of Sentience in proximity. The Messianic Plane expands to encompass what we will describe as a Galaxy Group, or 49 Galaxies that house Sentience. The Buddhic Plane is relative to a Galaxy Cluster, or 49 Galaxy Groups. Tao, then, could be said to be the Cosmos, or the manifest Universe. From what we have learned, there are boundaries on our Universe, as there are other Universes. We use "Universe" here in the sense of organized Planes for Sentient development, and not whimsically referencing different parallels or emotional perceptions. This is literal. We know that each Universe must be a closed "space," if you will, as the patterns that are generated indicate interference patterns, indicating reflection. The patterns are far too consistent not to indicate this, as far as we can see. Returning to Carbon as the building block, not only are forms within the Physical Plane relevant to the building blocks of Carbon, but so are all forms of consciousness born of, or returning to Tao through, Carbon. Much of our own Teaching reflects this, as we use the dodecaphonic scale, which is a musical counterpart of Carbon, for most aspects of our teaching. Our systems of 12, 7, and 9 (which are still systems of 12) are related to this dodecaphonic/carbon scale/ratio, and while there is not an obvious element of 5 in our teaching, it is built in on many levels, which we can expound upon at another time. For now, we will reference the 5 Soul Ages before cycling off, and what we refer to as Clusters (of lives) that are in groups of 5. These numbers will be relevant for building upon. We can return to them in further explorations with us. For now, we will return to the details of the Planes. The 7 Levels of the Physical Plane are the 7 Soul Ages: 5 of which are done before cycling off, and two of which are completed by returning as a reunited entity, and as a representative of Tao. All fragments will move through those 7 Levels of the Physical Plane (7 Soul Ages). There are 7 Levels of the Astral Plane, as well. As every Plane bleeds through, so to speak, to each bordering Plane, the 1st Level of the Astral could be said to be the Level of Imagination. This is from where each fragment accesses Imagination. At its best use, it is what you are familiar with in terms of "imagination," but it is also where those who induce altered states through drugs can tend to go, as well as where troubled Personalities can often bleed into, and where suicides are processed, and from where hauntings are sustained. It is the Level from which "heaven" and "hell" are generated, and other such nonsense. The 2nd Level of the Astral is where most go between lives, and when dreaming. The 3rd Level is where one resides when cycled off. It is also the level in which one will complete any Karma that did not require Physical incarnation. The Mid-Astral or 4th Level is what is accessed between lives by fragments as a means for planning and studying and review. Even if one is on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Levels, this 4th is accessed in ever more refined ways for the evolution of the Essence, and creation of a life. It is also from which one's guides tend to reside, and where your partially-reunited entity resides. Even if your guide is not cycled off, if acting as a guide, it is functioning through the use of this Level. Or, at least, trying to. The 5th Level is one of Comprehension, and it is where your Entity members work through full disclosure. Everything that was never known, kept secret, private, personal, for any Personality is now brought forth as the entity prepares for reunion. This is a chaotic and quite emotional process. The 6th Level is the Healing, or the actual Reunion process. Though the more chaotic aspects of reunion have been processed, this can actually be even more painful. The 7th Level then is the full union of the Entity, in terms of its Emotional intimacy. The 5th, 6th, and 7th Levels are the only levels that are free from living counterparts, or incarnating fragments. The first three can be accessed fairly easily by Personalities from the Physical Plane. The Causal Plane also has 7 Levels, but these become more difficult to clarify in terms that are easy to convey, as the linear aspect begins to break down, even as it does not. The Lower, or Ordinal, Causal Plane could be said to be a process of refining our ideas and ideals. Now that we have united emotionally, we then build a new identity from that. Though "identity" is a crude term in the context of the Causal Plane, it is still valid. This is because, even as we speak as one, we are well aware of our parts, and our differentiation from other entities on our Plane. We still experience a passage of time and space, though in vastly different ways from what is familiar to the Physical Plane, but still a passage, nonetheless. Over the course of the first three Levels, entities take different lines of evolution that are in groups: some of which are Guides, some of which are Teachers, some of which are Healers, some of which are Muses, and so on. We chose to Teach. The 4th Level, then, is from where every Entity of the Causal will put into effect its ideas and ideals, through Guiding, Teaching, Healing, Musing, etc. From this Level, we begin our direct access of the Akashic Plane. The Akashic exists within every Plane in some form. Even within the Physical Plane, the Instinctive Center is a line to the Akashic Plane, or a part of it. The high Causal Plane, then, is from where Transcendental Souls incarnate, or the 6th Soul Age. Transcendental Souls incarnate from the 5th, 6th, or 7th Levels of the Causal. Keep in mind that a Transcendental Soul is a single fragment incarnated as a representative of the collective knowledge of the Entity from the Causal. This incarnation is still subject to all of the scathing, distractions, and problems of being Human, however, but will have the entire Entity as direct support, if the Personality allows for it. There are many Transcendental Souls who incarnate who fail in that respect, though they certainly "have a good time." The Mental Plane is the exalted Causal Plane, where direct Intellectual contact is made with Tao. The Messianic Plane is the exalted Astral Plane, where direct Emotional contact is made with Tao. The Buddhic Plane is the exalted Physical Plane, where direct contact is made with Tao, or merging. Infinite Souls incarnate from one of these Planes, when incarnated, and bring the Logos of Truth, Love, or Energy, respectively. There are 7 Levels within each of these, but they are even more difficult to convey in any linear terms than the Causal Plane's Levels. It is easier to understand them in terms of Lower, Mid, and Higher. The Lower tend to be about introductions to that Plane, and a refining of focus, with the mid-plane being the implementation of that focus, and the higher being the comprehension of the results of all of that. We will pause now for your questions on this subject. We know this is a vast subject that can be difficult to package, but it is a subject that is relevant and can be comprehended. Maureen: How “fine” does this get -- Do the 7 Levels of each Soul Age relate in any way to the 7 Levels of Existence? MEntity: They are, all, related in some resonant way, or they could not build upon each other. It is all music. The 7 Internal Monads within the 7 Levels within the 7 Soul Ages within the 7 Planes. The 7 Levels of a Soul Age, can be understood when superimposing the 7 Planes as ways to understand those Levels. Comparing the Physical Plane to the 1st Level of a Soul Age can be helpful. Comparing the Astral Plane to the 2nd Level can be helpful. Comparing the Causal to the 3rd Level can be helpful. And so on. Keep in mind that there will be resonance, but not definition. In other words, clues and insights can be gained through these comparisons, but Soul Level is very different from Age, and Plane. Our system is designed for "mixing and matching" as a means to gain more insight. Geraldine: Not to put too fine a point on the terminology that was developed today, but I would like a reiteration or confirmation that the use of the terms by you of Galaxy, Galaxy Cluster, or Tao as a Universe has little in common with our scientific astrophysics use of these terms and that further the use of Tao isn't equivalent to “All that is.” MEntity: There are some correlations. We think that some Astrophysicists are onto something in terms of organizing the universe. Consciousness equals Gravitation, to some extent. Consciousness is the gravitational force that holds together matter. Galaxies are grouped and clustered in terms of gravity and consciousness, and this is parallel to some working theories or observations. Geraldine: Except you define these by groups of 49 MEntity: So while we are not drawing direct parallels to the more mundane use of these terms, there are some similarities that are relevant. We think that some Astrophysicists choose the same number. Though we do not think it has become a standard. Bobby: So would our "Big Bang Theory" be an oversimplification of the Buddhaic Plane in action and is the theory even close to being accurate? MEntity: It is quite close, at least in terms of the fragmentation that then moved into forms. Though there are scientific details that will always be lacking in terms of describing or defining these origins, it works very well in symbolic ways. LoriA: How are suicides processed on the 1st level astral, and where do they go from there? [note corrected from 2nd Level to 1st Level] MEntity: They are processed in a multitude of ways that would be similar to experiencing dreams that play out all varieties of scenarios that help to comprehend the process of choices that led to the death, as well as an observation of all of the parallels remaining that are not dead. The Astral Plane is very similar to "Earth," or the Physical Plane, and feels very "real" on many levels, though it is far more malleable in terms of matter. Many who experience suicide then will start the entire life over on the Astral, playing out new choices. We designated Suicides to the 1st Level, but all fragments incarnating will move among the first three Levels during and between lives. Lives that do not end in Suicide tend to move directly into the 2nd, while Suicides tend to move into the 1st. LoriA: can they get stuck there, as well? MEntity: This is because of the attachment to the life. No fragment is ever "stuck," but depending upon the processes necessary for that Personality to heal, it can take quite some time. The reason for those who have exited using Suicide tending to remain in the 1st Level is because that is the easiest for those who were a part of that life, and who remain incarnated, to access that person. This helps contribute to the healing. Once the healing begins, the replaying of the life begins. This is a subject in itself, but that is the basic idea. DavidB: At 5th level Astral, is the anguish experienced more by the individual fragments as they are laid "naked and exposed" to the other members of the Entity, or by the other members of the Entity as they learn all there is to know of everyone else? Are there still harsh judgments to overcome at that stage of evolution? Also, it has been said that Priests "come into their own" on the Astral. Does this usually occur at this stage, helping themselves and others through the difficult 5th level and then healing in the 6th level? MEntity: The difficulty is experienced in both ways. It can be quite terrifying and painful to have everything revealed, and just as terrifying and painful to learn what one did not know while alive. This is especially difficult for those Personalities who were incarnations during the Baby and Young. The Mature and Old Souls eventually lose the interest in dishonesty, secrets, and privacy. The Personalities of Essence who were the most honest, vulnerable, and comfortable with exposure tend to work with those younger Personalities in resolving the shocking revelations. Every Personality of every lifetime is represented as its own identity and speaks for itself, so to speak. Oscar: I wonder if this is then repeated at each merge after that MEntity: What you might experience as great halls are used for these processes, with all of the Personalities organized into tiers of emotional honesty for then working with mediating among all of those who had the most difficult times with those qualities. DavidB: this sounds as much an intra-Essence process as inter-Essence. MEntity: It is often quite upsetting to find out that "best friend sally" had been exploiting you for access to your "loving husband bill" and that you knew none for the better. But all of you will know "everything" at some point. None of this is Karmic, but entirely focused on healing. In terms of Priests, they are the fragments who run these meetings, and help to direct the healing, as they tend to have the greatest extremes of Personalities that range between manipulatively dishonest and painfully honest. Priests quite often have a theme of "knowing what is good for you," or "the highest good," and doing whatever it takes to impose that. Every Role has a part in the processes of the Higher Astral, but it is organized and directed by the Priests. Oscar: How and in what form is the information on the Akashic Plane stored and accessed, and is there a way for us to visualize it? MEntity: We do not know how to describe this, but we can try to describe it in relative terms: We would have to say that it is database that is like an ocean of light that has no form until directly accessed. The closest we can come to describing this to you is in how your own imagination works. Your imagination gives rise to form from an ocean of light, if you will. However, Imagination is not information, and it is emotional. The Akashic Plane behaves in a similar way to imagination, except that it is in response to Thought. That is why it is such a tedious process for learning to access and interpret the data, because if any element of emotion is involved, the data is "tainted" or distorted with imagination, and is not pure information. In much the same way that the Physical Plane must be transcended while diving into the utter profundity of emotions in the Astral, so must the Emotional Plane be transcended while diving into the utter profundity of intellect in the Causal. It is not that one is better or worse than the other, but simply different processes of focus and experience. The way it works for us is that each of you have a "room" here that is your personal part of the Akashic. When we work with you in a way that requires our accessing this, we open that room and it reveals to us the details necessary for us to respond to your questions. Those details are revealed to us in two ways: your way, and our way. We get to see the data in your terms, first, which is often rich with emotional elements. We must then strip the emotional embellishments away from that data to get the most refined and accurate responses delivered to you. The more emotional your questions, the more difficult that process is. This is why your questions about relationships and mate agreements and other desired, longed for, craved, grieved, etc. can be difficult for us to deliver clearly to you. Add to that the fact that as soon as data includes another fragment and his or her data, we have to double the work of that process. Of course, that description is not as complicated as our description sounds, but it is a fair description. On the most basic levels, we can say this: The Akashic Plane of a fragment (instinctive center) or of an entire Universe are simply interfaces for recording, accessing, and interpreting all of the variations on the interference patterns that exist. The actual medium is the medium, itself. DaneHB: Is it possible for higher plane teachers to physically, suddenly manifest without being born on the physical plane? Or is that a myth? MEntity: We have never heard of such a thing. That is not to say that they cannot "appear," but this would be generated from through the lower astral, or the Imagination, and can be just as effective. BrianW: So if consciousness is the gravitational force that holds matter together, what is it that pushes them apart? Astrophysicists have deemed this "dark energy" and "dark matter" in that it is so dark and non-interacting that we don't know anything about it. What is your interpretation of this? MEntity: We must first say that the concept of "dark matter" will eventually be replaced with better terminology and understanding, as it is found to be far more active than suspected. For the sake of working with current terminology and understanding, we will say that it could be said to be the unconscious. Not the subconscious, but the unconscious. And by "unconscious," we simply mean the unformed, and the medium from which form is formed. BrianW: like unrealized potential energy? MEntity: And realized. It is a resource. Kathryn41: In what ways and what type of karma can be resolved on the third level astral that do not require a physical plane experience? MEntity: Any Karma that did not require a body. A Physical Body, that is. Kathryn41: and what would that be? MEntity: Mind Fucking, Betrayal, Emotional Abandonment or Neglect, etc. Philanthropic Inspiration, Emotional Healing, etc. Kathryn41: how would these be resolved? MEntity: Often in quite similar methods as would be used through a Physical Plane body, but simply not actually being Physical. The familiarity of the Physical Plane is replicated as a fairly consistent and large mapping of the Astral for just such things. What we spoke about in the Levels was specific to that 3rd Level, in that once discarnate, further Karma can continue to be burned, but that is not the only Level that can address non-Physical Karma. Some of this happens even as you are incarnated. We know of many of you who have awakened from a rather profound dream of affection and love from some unknown relationship, or have played out scenarios that have no bearing on your current life, but felt like lifetimes lived, or have shared profoundly erotic and intimate moments with a "famous" person that were clearly more than fantasy. These can often be a burning of a ribbon. BrianW: So even after cycling off, there is opportunity to burn off any remaining karma that does not require physical form? MEntity: Often those Karma addressed on the 3rd Level after cycling off are much like "bonus" rounds that both parties had dropped as requiring balance, but are then addressed for the sheer sake of experience.
DanielaS posted a topic in 2015 Michael SpeaksMichael Speaks Live Chat The Seven Levels of Choice February 28, 2015 Channel: Troy Tolley MEntity: Today we are asked to describe and delineate the 7 Levels of Choice. MEntity: There are several ways that Choice can be delineated, and we have approached these in various ways. We have explored with our students the 7 Methods of Choice, and the 7 Levels of Understanding/Comprehension of Choice, but today we are speaking of the "levels of being" from which Choices are being made. MEntity: We have said that "all is choice," and this is true, but there are caveats involved here, or contexts that help bring understanding to the nature and range of choice. MEntity: For example, while YOU ARE ESSENCE and YOU ARE PERSONALITY and PERSONALITY IS A PART OF ESSENCE, etc. they are still PARTS that add up to the whole of who you are. MEntity: There are parts of you making choices that other parts have little say in making. MEntity: For example, did you choose to be born? Did you design your Personality? Did you choose your parents? MEntity: Technically, yes. MEntity: But practically, no. MEntity: Your Essence did, but "you" did not. MEntity: So, does this mean you had no choice? MEntity: No, it does not. And yes, it does. MEntity: The best way to understand this seemingly conflicting statement is to understand this: MEntity: If you reach for an apple, did your arm and hand have a choice? MEntity: Some may see this as the arm having no choice, but the ultimate truth would be that the arm and hand ARE YOU. MEntity: If you trip and fall forward toward the edge of a staircase and, without thinking, catch yourself before actually falling, did you have a choice? MEntity: Some may say that you did not, but it would not be true. A PART OF YOU made a choice. MEntity: In earlier lifetimes, these parts tend to be separated, compartmentalized, without communication, so when one part makes a choice, another feels it did not. MEntity: As the Soul Ages, the lines between the parts begins to blur, so the arm is no longer a victim of the brain, and "the devil made me do it" no longer flies, and the state of your life is no longer the fault of some force beyond you. MEntity: Compartmentalization breaks down. Separation dissolves. And the parts are no longer divided, even as they may be still recognized as PARTS. MEntity: Communication among the parts expands and moves in all directions, instead of in one direction, or not at all. MEntity: For example, while the arm and hand are now recognized as yourself, too, it is also known that the hand will flinch if it touches something hot and gets burned. So while the choice to reach out takes control of the arm and hand, and it is known that the arm and hand are not separate from "you," it is also considered that the arm and hand do not want to be hurt. MEntity: This is highly simplistic in analogy, but it is fair. It is similar to how Essence evolves in its creation of Personalities and lifetimes. MEntity: Early Personalities may take the brunt of rough lives and "being burned," so to speak, but feedback from the Personalities teaches Essence how better to "reach out" into a lifetime so that Personality is less likely to be burned. MEntity: Personalities and Bodies, then, are like sensory receptors for the Essence. MEntity: Your sensory receptors help you to learn what to touch, what to reach for, what to avoid, etc. and while you will always have the choice to override that input, you will likely not do so because you have grown to understand that to hurt your hand is to hurt YOU. MEntity: And so it is with Essence in the creation of Personalities and lifetimes. Recklessness wanes very quickly. MEntity: And Essence exponentially evolves in its capacity for creating lives that help to navigate the dangers of scathing as much as possible. MEntity: But, whether reckless in the creation of life, or careful and considerate, the power of choice for Essence drops drastically when the Personality is born. MEntity: And Personality then rules the realm of choice. MEntity: Eventually, Personality AND Essence share in that realm of choice within a lifetime, as Personality wakes up and manifests Essence, with Personality embracing the choices that were made in its creation, and Essence enjoying the entire spectrum of choices being made by Personality. MEntity: In addition to the choices being made by Personality and Essence, as mentioned above in our scenarios, your BODY is a part of the spectrum of choice, as well. MEntity: Your Body is making choices. Your Essence is making choices. Your Personality is making choices. MEntity: And, so, with this in mind, here are the 7 Levels of Choice: MEntity: ANATOMIC CHOICE - This is the most rudimentary level of choice, and is reactionary, purely made on the basis of stimuli. MEntity: You bump into a wall, you flinch. Something flies at your eye, you blink and cringe. MEntity: This food tastes good, you eat it. This food tastes bad, you avoid it. MEntity: Now, it is "you" making these choices, but they are rooted deeply in the basic survival navigation of the body. MEntity: Anatomic Choice is pure dependence upon programming. It is still based in choice because there are options, such as which direcction to go based on moving toward a fork on the road, but the direction of choice tends to be directly related to survival. MEntity: The next Level of Choice is ATOMIC CHOICE - This is the level of choice being made consciously and proactively, but still based in the body. For example, it is not merely that you are bumping into a wall that you choose a different direction, but now you choose which direction. It is not merely that you are hungry so you choose to eat, but that you choose WHAT to eat. MEntity: ANATOMIC chooses to eat when hungry. ATOMIC choose what to eat. MEntity: These are based in the Body, the densest, most Physical Levels of you. MEntity: The next Level of Choice is FEAR. MEntity: This Level of Choice is ruled by False Personality. MEntity: False Personality makes choices based in fear. Similar to how the Body makes choices Anatomically in reaction to stimuli, so does the Personality make choices in reaction to stimuli. MEntity: Anatomic choices are based on reaction to physical sensation. Fear choices are made based on reactions to emotional sensation. MEntity: False Personality is fueled by Emotional sensation, regardless of Centering. MEntity: It may be more clarifying to use the phrase False Personality for this Level rather than Fear, because "fear" can be on any level, but either will work. MEntity: Instinctive/Anatomic Fear is very different from False Personality Fear, though. Anatomic Fear is immediate and relevant to threat or pain. False Personality Fear is anticipatory and embellished. MEntity: Most Personalities on the planet make choices from this FEAR/False Personality Level of Choice. MEntity: The next Level of Choice is LOVE, or True Personality. This is the Level in which you make choices that are inclusive and consider both Essence and the Body. MEntity: This Level of Choice does not exclude the pleasures or needs of the Body, nor does it exclude the bliss and vision of Essence. It does not make spirit a priority over body, nor body a priority over spirit. Choices are made that do not put the self as priority over others, nor do others take priority over the self. All choices are considered in terms of how they affect all involved. MEntity: About 25% of our students make choices based from this Level. MEntity: About 10% of the population does. MEntity: This is rapidly changing. Maureen: That's good news. :) [edited to include missing information] MENTITY: The next Level of Choice is CREATIVE. This is the Level of Choice that creates your life out of curiosity, experimentation, exploration, risk, interests, patterns, etc. These are choices made by both Essence and Personality, but initiated by Essence and fulfilled and altered by Personality. When your life is planned by Essence, this is the second thing considered. Ideas, imagination, fantasies, ideals, input from previous lives, input from other Essences, all go into considering the Creative Choices that will shape the overall context of the life. As Personality, you have no immediate choice in the Creative Choices that will generate the context of the life, but Personality will always have the choice in whether to use that to its advantage, to struggle against it, to alter it, to expand upon it, etc. MEntity: The next Level of Choice is KARMIC. MEntity: This is the Level of Choice that creates your life and Personality based out of necessity for balance. MEntity: These are choices made both by Essence and Personality, but initiated by Essence and fulfilled by Personality. MEntity: When your life is planned by Essence, this is the first thing considered. MEntity: All of your Ribbons are considered, as well as missing experiences, imbalances in design, patterns of Personalities, etc. MEntity: As Personality, you have no choice in the matter of the life being created based on these choices, but Personality will always have the choice in whether and how to fulfill the choices made by Essence on this Level. MEntity: This Karmic Level includes consideration for the design of Essence, as well. Essence did not actively choose its design in terms of Frequency, or Energy Ratio, and these are static. They are parts of the design of Essence that Essence must "live with." That design affects the patterns that generate across a Grand Cycle. MEntity: The Karmic Level of Choice is the highest level of choice we know of that has unique elements that prompt all variatons of uniqueness across the universe. MEntity: Beyond this level of choice, there is the highest of all levels of choice: EXISTENCE/EXISTENTIAL. MEntity: This is a Level of Choice that even Essence does not remember making. MEntity: We have come to understand that your individual spark of consciousness was not just randomly generated, but was born of some process of choice that prompted your existence, but we are still learning about how this works. MEntity: We can simplify the burst into existence by saying that Tao fragmented itself, and that Tao made this choice, but that would not explain the vastly profound uniqueness of each spark and its immediate awareness as itself. MEntity: The closest we have come to understanding this fragmentation process is that the fragmentation never, actually, happened. MEntity: Every cell in your body is uniquely its own cell, yet your body would not exist as it does without those cells, and your cells would not exist without the body. Every Personality in your Essence is uniquely its own Personality, yet your Essence would not exist as it does without those Personalities, and your Personalities would not exist at all. Every Essence is a part of Tao, yet MEntity: Tao would not exist as it does without every Essence, and Tao may not exist at all without Essences. MEntity: In other words, we know that the pattern is consistent in terms of creator and created, but we are starting to see that this loops back on itself in a way that is paradoxical. MEntity: As Essences reunited after a Grand Cycle, Tao is born again, so to speak. MEntity: While we are fragmented, it does not exist except as "stretched" across all fragments. MEntity: Therefore, "our" EXISTENCE as fragments is, indeed, a choice not made BY Tao, but AS Tao. ClaireC: Is Tao a web of fragments? MEntity: That is closer to the truth than anything we have yet to understand. MEntity: We never left home. MEntity: We merely stretched it across time and space. MEntity: Before we open to questions, we will state that the power of choice is highest from the lowest level to the highest. MEntity: In other words, your Body will always override Personality. Personality will always override Essence. Essence will always override Tao. MEntity: For example, when you die, you cannot undo dying. Your Body decides this. MEntity: Personality can nuture, care for, feed, protect, and love the Body so that the Body can make the best decisions possible, but if the Body is sick, dying, or dead, Personality can only navigate through this. MEntity: This is true between Essence and Personality, as well. MEntity: Personality makes the choices in a lifetime, not Essence. Essence can create the life, set the stage, be of guidance and accessible, but if Personality choose to override or reject Essence, then Essence must simply navigate through this. MEntity: This is true between Essence and Tao, as well. MEntity: Essence can explore in its vast creativity and dive into Sentience, but Tao can never UN-EXIST us. MEntity: Tao cannot direct or retract us. MEntity: True Personality is the meeting ground of Body, Personality, and Essence. While extant, this is the greatest range of choice and consideration any individual can have. BrianW: Could you go into how one might recognize when they are in False Personality vs True Personality and make choices that allow one to move towards True Personality? BrianW: What might be some examples of False Personality vs True Personality choices? MEntity: False Personality/Fear Choices are made only in terms of exclusion/lack of consideration, self-preservation, defense, emotional reaction, and limited perspective. True Personality/Love Choices are made from inclusion/consideration, self-awareness, embrace, inspirational action, and higher perspective. MEntity: An example of differences might be: MEntity: If one were to lose his job, False Personality will make choices based on feeling rejected, embarrassed, panicked, defensive, and with no trust in anything beyond what is being experienced, and stay there, or at least think he is stuck there. True Personality, however, would allow for all of the same reactions, but would make choices based in nurturing, calming, gathering strength and information, learning from the experience, and knowing that while there may be immediate concerns, there is a bigger picture to consider beyond where he is. MEntity: This is a simplistic, but quite familiar scenario to exemplify False vs True Personality. BrianW: Yes, very familiar, thank you MEntity: Good evening to each of you. Goodbye, for now
Michael Speaks LIVE "Soul Age Levels" August 25, 2013 Channel: Troy Tolley MEntity: Hello to all of you. We are here, now. We understand the subject is further exploration and review of the Soul Age Levels, and that there is an initial question you would choose as a starting point. We can begin our exchange. [Maureen] DESCRIPTION: By request: an exploration of the Soul Age Levels and how these work as descriptions of where one is in the process of expanding consciousness. Michael, would you provide a description for each of the Soul Age Levels focusing on the progressive elements or perceptual states that come into play as we work our way through all the Soul Ages, with emphasis today on the Old Soul Age, with a follow-up of Mature if we have enough time. Would you elaborate on how learning and insight can be complemented, at the same Level, across Soul Ages. For example, are the same Levels at a different Soul Age complementarily equal? Would a Level 4 Mature Soul and a Level 4 Old Soul be in an advantageous position to learn from each other? MEntity: Each Soul Age has 7 Levels. Each Level has 7 Internal Monads. To progress through a Soul Age LEVEL, one must complete/fulfill each of the Internal Monads. Internal Monads may take several lifetimes to fulfill, progressively. This is fairly simplistic and is review for most of you. If one were to complete all 7 Internal Monads in a single lifetime, the Essence took only one lifetime at one Level. If one takes 21 lifetimes to work through all of the Internal Monads, then it took 21 lifetimes to progress through that Level. Common across ALL Soul Age Levels is this process. This is because there is no lifetime that starts completely intact with its memories, experiences, and consciousness. It must be regained, rekindled, accessed, activated. In short, every lifetime is a process of remembering. This loss of memory is not on the scale of Essence, but relative to the new body. A new brain with new cells means that it will take time for that body to represent the consciousness/sentience. The first 7 years of a life is almost entirely about this fusion. So in every lifetime, one must be born and stay alive (first internal monad), then activate independent mobility (second internal monad), then activate self-sufficiency (third internal monad), then shed imprinting and activate self-definition (fourth internal monad), then free the self from self-imposed limitations and recreate the self from wisdom and experience (5th internal monad), then profoundly embrace and comprehend one's mortality (6th internal monad), then exit without attachments (7th internal monad). Some of these are more difficult to complete than others, depending on the Personality, but once one is completed, even if no others beyond that are completed within the lifetime, it is done, and only the remaining would be required for progress through the Level. For example: if one were to complete the 3rd Internal Monad, but not complete any beyond this in that lifetime, then the next lifetime will not only have an "easier" time of moving through the first three, but now only has to complete the 4th (and beyond, if possible.) However, even if that subsequent lifetime only completes the 2nd Internal Monad, it is not a setback for progress through the Soul Age Level. It may be a lull in progress, but only technically. Every lifetime contributes. We know of one fragment who took over 100 lifetimes to move through one Internal Monad. We share the details and review of the Internal Monads as they relate to the Levels because where one is in his or her Internal Monads can help give you an idea of where one is in the Level. Essence is in no hurry, so this information is not to be used as a means for pressure and measurement, but more as a means for orientation and expansion of choice. Of course, if one chooses to use this information against himself or herself, or to use it as a means of feeling better than someone else, it is up to them, but that is a fairly useless use of the information. So these Internal Monads are common among ALL Soul Age Levels. The reason everything is reset upon progression into a new Soul Age Level so that one must now cycle through the progression of Internal Monads for each Level is because each Level is a new context and perception. Though this is a bit misleading, since no grading or approval is involved in any way. Another commonality among all Levels is the polarities of each Level: Regardless of one's Soul AGE, these Polarities will help to define the emphases of COURSES, if you will, relative to the Soul Age. The FIRST LEVEL is always about the spectrum between PURPOSE and SIMPLICITY. The SECOND LEVEL is always about the spectrum between STABILITY and BALANCE. The THIRD LEVEL is always about the spectrum between ENTERPRISE and VERSATILITY. The FOURTH LEVEL is always about the spectrum between CONSOLIDATION and ACHIEVEMENT. For many, there is a pivotal lifetime that we refer to as MID-CYCLE, which combines the elements of the Third and Fourth Levels. The FIFTH LEVEL has as its spectrum the polarities between EXPANSION and ADVENTURE. The SIXTH LEVEL has as its spectrum the polarities of HARMONY and CONNECTION. The SEVENTH LEVEL has as its spectrum the polarities of INCULCATION and ECLECTICISM. All of these are relevant to every Soul Age. Since your interest is in starting with the OLD Soul Age, we will start there for some combining that can help one to see how all of this comes together in helping describe where one is in the process of evolving contexts, perceptions, and consciousness. Because this is an incarnational process, it is not just a process of accepting oneself as BEING Essence, it is a process of accepting the creation of Essence that is YOU. On an Essence Level, this acceptance of BEING is about comprehending one's place in the vastness of the cosmos. This is difficult to comprehend while a Personality is rejecting itself. In order for Essence to learn to accept itself as a creation, it must work through the experiences of Personalities accepting themselves as creations. So every lifetime across the Old Soul Age is about self-acceptance, and this is played out through a multitude of ways. It could be said that every Soul Age, or fragment, works toward self-acceptance, and that is true to some degree, but it is the Old Soul who seeks to accept the unacceptable, to embrace totality of Being, both as Personality and as Essence. The Old Soul does this not through relationships as much as they do through exposure to "the world." This is because the Old Soul has already worked through the myriad forms of relationships during the Mature Soul Age to learn about empathy, but now seeks to work to resolve contradictions, paradoxes, and discrepancies regarding TRUTH. So the Old Soul gets preoccupied with how there are so many different truths when the greater truths are now being seen and comprehended. What is the truth, then? How can one be so invested in "this" truth, when there are "better" truths? It could be said, then, that the "school" of the Young Soul is Energy, and the "school" of the Mature is Love, while the School of the Old is Truth. The Old Soul must make sense of a multitude of conflicting, contradictory, dichotic, and paradoxical truths as a means toward acceptance of one's Being, and the unacceptable. Keeping this larger context in mind as the Old Soul AGE, or this School of Truth, then the Levels are one's map of exploration through that school of truths. So a FIRST LEVEL OLD SOUL would tend to emphasize "the truth" of one's PURPOSE. This tends to be explored through SIMPLICITY, first, and then moves into a sense of direction. It is utterly horrifying to have come "this far" and then find that "we did this just for the fun of it?" That phrasing is in jest, but it is fair. Most fragments who arrive at this Level, or are manifesting at this Level, will succumb to a sense of exhaustion, of a daunting sense that one just wants to "go home," and is dreading the work of making sense of it all, and making sense of the self. Now, adding in the Internal Monads within the Level, one who is, say, at the 3rd Internal Monad within the 1st Level of the Old Soul Age will be a combination of challenges and experiences around Self-sufficiency, Purpose/Simplicity, and Truth. Or put another way: discovering one's Truth of Purpose through Self-Sufficiency. The 4th Internal Monad would be something like refining one's truth of purpose through self-definition. And so on. This gives you the gist of how the combination of terms and levels within levels can have more personal sense made of them. Continuing on, then, the 2nd Level of the Old Soul Age would be about the Truth of Stability, or the Stability of Truth vs the Balance of Truth/Truth of Balance. The 3rd Level would be about the Enterprise or Versatility of Truth. Enterprise here is meant as a term to describe the comprehensive work that is required in an undertaking or project. Versatility is meant here as a scattering of the focus that would otherwise be Enterprising. The 4th Level would be that of the Consolidation or Achievement of Truth. Consolidation here is meant as the full expression of the whole Truth, whereas Achievement is the accomplishment of reaching and expressing the next truth. (We can return to each of these for further elaboration during questions and answers.) The 5th Level is about the Expansion of Truth and the Adventure of Truth. The 6th Level is the Harmony of Truth through the Connections of Truths. The 7th Level is about the Inculcation of Truth and the Eclecticism of Truth. Do each of you see how these simple combination of terms can be relevant to your own Soul Age, presuming it is accurate, and presuming one is not manifesting strongly in focus through a different Soul Age? The Old Soul, even if manifesting at a younger Soul Age, tends to find some conscious resonance to the Soul Age Level. [Maureen] Yes, I do Michael [Kathryn41] yes [MikeClev] yes [Bobby] yes MEntity: We will open the floor to questions now as they relate to the topic. We know the elaboration today has been rather synopsized, but it is packaged so that the terms can be explored by you as students to discover on your own some of the meaning of your Soul Age and Level. QUEUE IS NOW OPEN [DianeHB] Could you elaborate more on what is meant by the "Enterprise of Truth"? I'm not understanding how those two go together. MEntity: As one explores one's relationship to Truth, and the concept of Truth, it tends to be done in steps, or as "Achievements." "I now believe this." "I know this to be true, now." "I understand this, now." "This suddenly makes sense to me." Achievements are the steps, the individual truths upon which greater truths are built. Enterprise is the growing form that is chosen/created through which those truths are expressed. In many cases, this tends to be "the life." The life begins to model the wholeness of the truths. [DianeHB] Ok, I'm starting to see it now. :) MEntity: The 1st Level of any Soul Age is about the exploration of the new perceptions and context. The 2nd Level is about the experimentation with the new perceptions and context. The 3rd Level is about owning those new perceptions and context. The 4th Level is then about bringing that back out into the world in some way. For those who are 4th Level Old, there may be this understanding that one has progressed in the lifetime in definitive steps that lead to plateau, then more steps, another plateau, etc. The steps are achievements; the plateau are Enterprise. It is when one takes a break from learning and moves into applying. Neither is at the expense of the other, of course, but there is emphasis in cycles. Does this help? [DianeHB] Do you mean 3rd Level or 4th Level in that last metaphor? [DianeHB] And yes, it helps MEntity: Correction: we were describing Mid-Cycle, the combination of 3rd and 4th. The Enterprise of Truth as the 3rd Level is the cohesion of one's sense of the truth from all of the Versatility of Truth that one collects across the lifetime. Those at the 3rd Level are learning to own the new perspective and context, but they struggle with many different truths about themselves, about others, about life, the cosmos, etc, eventually pulling them together into a wholeness that is the Enterprise. This is much like the 3rd Internal Monad in that it is one's departure from depending on the truths of others, and collecting one's own. [DianeHB] I see MEntity: This then propels one forward into using one's own truths (enterprise). [DianeHB] I can see this in me as I go through the 4th IM MEntity: The Enterprise aspect is like the infrastructure built of parts collected through Versatility. [royce] I guess what I am looking for is a good definition of what makes adventure more narrow than expansion. for instance, i throw myself into very unfamiliar situations like a recent gathering i went to and from that adventure i feel like a lot of truths came to surface. Adventure leads to truth leads to expansion leads to clearer insight of same truth? thanks MEntity: Polarities often refer to "narrow," but they just as often refer to "divided," or "fragmented." Often these are the same things. You are correct in stating that Adventure can lead to Expansion. It is only when one stays focused on Adventure does one reject Expansion. Expansion will always include Adventure, but Adventure does not always include Expansion. Keep in mind that we are limited in selection of words in various languages, and keep in mind that our use of terms in different contexts can give them different meaning, so the use of Expansion and Adventure here as it refers to the polarities of the 5th Level is different from the use of those terms as Needs. One reaches the Positive Pole "through" the Negative Pole. Only the Negative Pole can be exclusive. The Positive Pole is inclusive. So if you are going on Adventures as means for Expansion, then your Expansion is built from Adventures. For some, though, the emphasis on Adventure is only for stimulation, for distraction, or indulgence and addictions and fetish. Does this help? [royce] very much so, thank you [brian_] Michael could you expand more upon details of the pivotal lifetime that you refer to as MID-CYCLE. What makes it pivotal, why is it important, what tends to occur during this lifetime, what effects does it have in Essence evolution? MEntity: Our earlier response to Diane was for this question, in that the Mid-Cycle is a combination of both the 3rd and 4th Level Polarities because those Polarities are so similar. They are so similar because one is about the cohesion of the infrastructure, or the underlying foundation, upon which, and through which the expression will come. It is unique in that two Soul Levels overlap, if you will. This makes the lifetime and Personality a bit confusing as there is a dance between the introspection and the expression, often as extremes, or at least as contradictions and inconsistencies. It can be a pivotal lifetime because it "makes or breaks" the infrastructure that was secured during the 3rd Level, and there would tend to be a Review within the life, or after, that pulls it apart and rebuilds it. [Maureen] Please elaborate on what is meant by the Inculcation of Truth and the Eclecticism of Truth at Level 7 MEntity: This might be understood as the difference between living your truths as a means of teaching, healing, contributing, versus using them to differentiate yourself from, above, or below others. Inculcation comes from repetition of application and modeling of your truths. Eclecticism is deriving the truth from various sources, often then adjusting one's truths to adapt to others' truths. Eclecticism is also an inconsistency in one's truths so that some are traded for more convenient ones, or appealing ones, or comfortable ones, etc. Eclecticism is that fragmentation of one's truths so that one begins to wonder what the hell one actually really knows. Inculcation is the ownership of the responsibility one now has that comes with wisdom. It is not just something that makes one special, or unique and different. Does this help? [Maureen] Yes it does, Thanks Michael MEntity: We can take one more question, but we must conclude after that. [GeraldineB] As Sage-casted Sage in the 4th Old Soul Level, I can't distinguish which plays a bigger role in my near obsession with truth. In fact, I can see this as a problem with all Old Sages. How do Sages validate being Old Soul vs other Soul Ages? MEntity: Sages tend to always be focused on some exploration and play with the "truth," but it is in the Old Soul Age that INTEGRITY and truth become synonymous. Another way to put this is that honesty becomes priority. By the time one is an Old Soul, or an Old Sage, the spectrum of definition for "the truth" is well-known and understood, so it becomes far more important to the Sage that there is integrity and honesty in one's truth, whatever that truth may be. This sense of honesty and integrity becomes extremely nuanced and sensitive to the Old Sage. More accurate meaning can often be found between the words and behaviors of others than the Sage often cares to deal with, but it grows like a "sixth sense." Does this help? [GeraldineB] Yes -- especially belief systems MEntity: That is one way for how the Old Sage can validate his Old Soulness: the sense of priority for Integrity and Honesty. [GeraldineB] When that is all one has, it's all one knows. [GeraldineB] so, it's not really a validation MEntity: To match that internal validation, it can also be of help to observe or be open to the feedback from others about one's own integrity and honesty. These may tend to be prominent areas of discussion, challenges, or sensitivity from others for the Sage, as well. For many Old Sages, this is a familiar area of defense because others may bring it up about the Sage, as well, in some way. We can elaborate on each Role within the Soul Ages in further exchanges.
