QUEUE IS NOW OPEN *** VIP: hi Michael VIP: Does diet have any effect on the ability to access the higher centers, or the ease with which, access to the higher centers can occur? (I understand that the higher moving center is designed to be easy to access as-is, so if it makes no difference with regard to that one, I would like to know about the other two higher centers.) Accessing the Higher Centers is accessible to all under any and all circumstances. They are designed as accessible and functioning regardless of condition of the body or state of consciousness. They must function or the body dies. However, there is a difference between these Centers functioning in default, and when one consciously begins to access these for use as tools beyond their default. For most, and for many lifetimes, these Centers are only accessed consciously during extreme conditions, duress, and intense situations. Profound pain in the body, "heart," or "mind" can open one to these Centers in conscious ways. Profound pleasure in the body, "heart," and "mind" can open one to these Centers in conscious ways. Access through extremes of pain or pleasure are forms of intervention in the life, and are not only misunderstood and misinterpreted, but this kind of access can lead to addictions, escapism, fetishes, etc. Other ways that these Centers are accessed are through Laughter, Tears, and Happiness. When there is access through these, they can range in degrees of awareness and consciousness, from subconscious to full consciousness. The reason these Centers are so accessible in so many ways is because there is no interest in a design that withholds higher functioning from any individual based on their choices, behaviors, conditions, health, etc. With all of this being said, when one begins to seek understanding and use of these Centers in conscious ways, then the degree of conscious use and value can be dependent on several factors that hook into many elements of the life. In such cases, then diet becomes vital. We can speak of "diet" in broad terms here to include various ways in which one consumes as a means of "feeding" oneself. This can be food, relationships, entertainment, exercise, etc. For example, if one has compartmentalized one's food diet to the point of ignoring the impact it may have on health, other creatures, other people, and the planet, then that compartmentalizing affects how well one can access a Higher Center. If one is abusive in relationships, or abused, where one's confidence is fed, then one has limitations on his or her conscious use of a Higher Center. The equation is rather simple: The more conscious one is in various areas of the life where one seeks to feed oneself, the greater degree of conscious access one has to the Higher Centers. VIP: thank you Michael! NEXT, Claire ClaireC: Hello, Michael. Can the recently deceased see/observe/follow us in our daily lives here on earth from the Astral Plane? I am curious if they can reassure themselves that we are doing "alright", or whether they cease to care about life on earth after death, or if their only means of doing so is through Essence contact while we dream? Claire, those who die have varying degrees of access to the Physical Plane in much the same way that those who are incarnated have access. Most who die have access only through mediators. In the same way that you have channels and mediums, so does the Astral Plane have those suited for helping open and connect to the Physical Plane for others in the Astral. The younger the soul, the more dependent on these portals. The blur between the Astral and the Physical is not the limitation, but the consciousness and maturity of the Personality/Essence. In the earliest lifetimes, the panic of being out of a body is so strong that rebirth is nearly immediate. If birthing is not available, the Infant Souls can "crowd" around those who are more naturally tuned to the Astral, and this can become problematic. We can speak to that another time, but we say this because in the same way that there are those who act as mediating portals in the Astral, there are those who are channels, psychics, mediums in the Physical. In both Planes these fragments act as beacons. For simplistic purposes we will refer to Physical Plane fragments as Beacons and Astral Plane fragments as Portals. ClaireC: So, some mediums who speak to the departed are legitimate. Yes, there are legitimate mediums, but far fewer than claimed to be. Most Astral fragments get much of their information about their loved ones and after-death impact through reports from those who act as Portals. There are entire networks set up for this. But as the soul ages and consciousness allows for the blur between the Astral and Physical to be straddled, then the individual is far more capable of continuing presence among those who continue to live. This begins to be more steadily possible around the 7th Level of the Young Soul Age. If you know a Mature or Old Soul who has died, then his or her sensed presence is probably legitimate. Otherwise, it may be felt through a proxy. Neither is better or worse. But what happens even for the older souls is that it is found to be surprisingly difficult to communicate with or interact with the living. This is primarily because the living are quite limited to the processing capacity of the brain, and this machine is more often than not focused on a very finite sliver of reality. Those who are dead are no longer confined to the processing capacity of a brain and are using what you might understand as similar to "cloud technology," where fragments pool processing capacity So they can "see" and feel you more easily than you can see them, and while this may not lend comfort to the living, any direct communication you offer to any deceased individual will be heard or relayed to that individual. So while the deceased can "hang around," most do not because they have their own processes to tend to, and even when they can hang around, it can get quite lonely quickly, so it rarely makes sense to continue. It helps all involved when all parties grieve and grow and continue forward. That is more comforting in the long run than remaining in invisible efforts to comfort. These are "big" questions this evening. We do not know if we can address all of them, but we will try. ClaireC: Thank you, Michael. This validates my own experience. NEXT, Kurtis Kurtis: Hey Ms, I'd like an elaboration on the Jovial Health today. There's absolutely no info on it. The Jovial Body Type manages the homeostasis of the body, the dynamic equilibrium of functions. This is related to the posterior pituitary. When the Jovial Body Type is healthy, it is like a vast city of moving parts that work together and function in terms of balances and imbalances so that the the whole is benefited by any changes. When the Jovial Body Type is unhealthy, it is like this vast city breaks down in communication and the needs of one area begin to overshadow the needs of another, the equilibrium is lost, and various parts of the system are not willing or capable of contributing to other parts. In many instances where there are imbalances, there is bloating, blood pressure issues, water retention, and in extreme cases there can be tumors. Because the Jovial Body Type manages the release of Oxytocin and Vasopressin hormones, it is one of the reasons the Jovial Body Type can come across as so approachable, cuddly, lovable, and can be a very real factor in how that body ends up in positions of rulership/leadership. There are Prime Factors involved throughout the mathematics of the universe, and some of these result in versions of Prime Numbers, but they are not particularly adhered to or referenced as a guide for the structure of the universe. It is fair to say they do "play a role," but Composite Numbers and other vastly creative mathematical dynamics are at play. NEXT, Brian. BrianW: Hi Michael. Could you please discuss how to learn and practice healthy self-love and how to overcome rejection of aspects of the self? To practice healthy self-love AND to overcome the rejection of aspects of the self is most directly and immediately remedied by CHOICE. By this we mean that you are not being forced to hate yourself. You are not required to hate yourself. You are not required to dislike yourself or reject parts of yourself. The act of avoiding self-love and the act of rejecting the self is a choice. And one can always make a different choice. So the first and most effective strategy will always be found in those moments when one realizes he is being mean to the self, is being critical and hurtful or scared and then CHOOSING not to do that. Because this is so simple, it is often not that simple. In other words, it is often too simple a solution for many to accept. So it is made complicated and messy and drawn out because one is often taught that love must be earned, it must come as a reward, it must come through permission, and it cannot possibly be "right there," ready to embrace. BrianW: If I may follow-up, could you provide some information on recognizing when one is being critical or hurtful towards themselves in the first place? CHOICE must be followed by ACTION, though, and this is where many get "lost." For a moment one can choose to love the self and to stop the rejection, but this is fleeting because the choice must be made again. And again. And again. Until it is as natural as the hate or apathy had come to be. Each of you here can stop right now, simply stop, and feel the difference between the moment before, and the one RIGHT NOW where you choose love. Just love you. Just accept you. You are fat, you are poor, you are confused, you are alone, you are struggling, you are searching, you are overwhelmed, you are uncertain, you are so many things, but none these exclude you from the choice to love. Your fat, confusion, losses, overwhelm, frustrations, etc, can all be helped by that love. We are not calling you these things above, but we know that many of you use these terms for yourselves, and you can continue to use them if you wish, but they will never be enough of a reason not to love. Never. Brian, one of the easiest ways to know if one is making a choice for love versus a choice for fear is if one is FEELING. It does not matter what you feel, it is THAT you feel. You will feel a spectrum of feelings across a lifetime, and none of these determine how accessible one's access to love may be. Your sadness, excitement, grief, joy, pleasure and pain are your efforts to Love while bumping into things. Eventually you find ways to maneuver so that you no longer bump into things, but embrace them, and that is what most think of as "love," but all of it is love. It can change everything in an instant to know that however bruised you are, broken your heart is, and exhausted you might be, that this is because you are practicing Love. True Love is an Art. Agape is an Art. You will know if you are being hurtful when you are not benefited by your criticisms. Criticism is important. Judgement is natural. Neither of these keep one from loving. Neither of these keep one from being loved. To avoid criticism and judgment is to avoid Loving and Being Loved. This may seem counterintuitive, but one grows and evolves into confidence and wholeness by questioning, criticizing, judging, discerning, assessing, and while these can be used in hurtful ways, they are not inherently hurtful. Consciousness cannot evolve without using those tools. The key is both in how constructive the criticism is in its being given and in how constructive the receipt of that criticism is. You can be critical of your status, your body, your state of relationships, and this is just information about how you feel. It is an opportunity to assess whether these are things you seek or wish to improve, to change, or to evolve. And none of this has anything to do with how much or how fully you can love. So ask yourself if your criticisms are only said to hurt you, or are they said to inform you. This is the same question that can be asked when criticism comes from others. If it is only to hurt you, then that is that. It is useless. It is not yours. If is hurtful because you resist it, then you can choose to receive it differently. The hurt is not the indicator so much as the intent and receipt. Even when someone says something only to hurt you, your receipt of it can transform it toward benefit. Kurtis: that's true So feel it all. Keep feeling. Allow it all. And let criticism inform you, not hurt you. This is Love. Loving is messy, and you will bump into many things along the way toward better embrace, but we know of no soul who regrets even the worst of pain on that path toward love. NEXT, Bobby. Bobby: The Chief Feature emphasized for next year was Self-Destruction. I was curious how this plays into the Presidential Election cycle for the US that will be underway around that time of year? Break out the probability computer if you wish :) We can only say that we think there is high probability that both ends of the spectrum will be played out in Sacrifice and Suicide. There is an implosive pattern in place here that looks to sustain its momentum through 2016 toward Self-Destruction. This will likely be a pivotal year in whether the younger souls rise in great rebellion against the shifting paradigm, or there is a shift toward embracing it. There have been studies conducted on the power of group prayer and meditation that would indicate that sick people who are prayed/meditated for have higher recovery and healing rates than those who do not receive prayers. Can you explain what is happening here, are the results of the studies incorrect or is it truly beneficial to pray/meditate for someone who is seriously ill? MEntity: The context of the kind of "prayer" and "meditation" has a profound effect upon the outcome of such studies. First, if there are religious elements involved, the effects are often quite contrary to beneficial. If the recipient is aware of the prayer, there can tend to resignation to some idea that some power will save the day. This resignation is different from the surrender that one might have to the trust of medical care or nurturing. Resignation is a disconnect from the life force. So religious prayer is often more harmful than beneficial. MEntity: If the fragment is not aware of the prayer, it has little effect. ClaireC: How about TM? ClaireC: That's not religious. MEntity: When "prayer" and "meditation" is moved outside of the realm of religious resignation to a higher power for saving the day, then there can come to be some benefit. If the recipient is aware of the intent of another's prayer or meditation, the Personality may allow in this subtle networking of nurture. MEntity: This subtle networking will never override the individual's capacity for healing, nor usurp it, or impose healing, but the individual can harness that nurturing for the sake of healing. ClaireC: I'm thinking more in terms of the patient "receiving" healing energy. MEntity: If the individual is not aware of the intent of these more beneficial prayers or meditations, there is little effect. MEntity: The patient never truly passively "receives" healing as much is the patient lets the network of nurture become a kind of safety net of strength and support. MEntity: In other words, kind words of encouragement directly to the fragment vs informing the fragment that kind thoughts and feelings are similar. MEntity: What happens when there is benefit is that there is Cording, and the Cords (energetic bonds of resonance/communication among fragments' chakras) act as a safety net, but not as miracles. MEntity: It should be noted that one cannot cause illness or harm from "prayer" or "meditation" either. MEntity: If one's well-being were so easily affected by the thoughts and feelings of others, many would not live long. 12:42:31 PM cfalde: Diane posted a channeling a few years ago about improving eyesight in later years. You stated in there that those born with poor eyesight were beyond that discussion. Please briefly discuss. MEntity: Some eye conditions are a result of poor light, poor muscle strength, improper use, vitamin or mineral deficiencies, overuse, repetitive conditions, etc. so these can often be helped and even reversed. However, those with genetic conditions may not be so easily helped with mere vitamins and exercise. It would be the equivalent of saying that a person born with no leg could grow a leg just by taking a vitamin or dancing more. It does not work like that. cfalde: True. MEntity: However, there are improvements to altering even the effects of one's genetics, and as these improve and one has access to the capacity for altering these, then one is not confined by those genetics. MEntity: In that case, one could seek out competent professionals who are offering benefits of altering the effects of genetics. At this point, there are few options, but they are improving. MEntity: Replacements of parts of the eyes seems to be the most common possibility at this point. cfalde: lasik and other therapies too. MEntity: Correct. 12:50:46 PM Janet: When a nexus occurs and parallels merge, what is the effect on the memory of a personality who existed in both parallels? Are any memories lost or changed due to the merging of parallels? Or would the merged personality retain memories of experiences from all original parallels? MEntity: Janet, all memories remain intact, but depending on the more immediate necessity and environment, one will transpose over the other. In other words, whichever memories serve the new timeline best will come to the surface. However, there are times that may come later when a conflicting/contradictory memory will come up, and this can be perplexing. It is not a "perfect" system because all memories need to be accessible for the variations of choices. Janet: Oh that’s what I thought — that choice was still key. MEntity: If one set were to be wiped out, it would not be fair to that parallel Personality, but because these remain intact to some great degree, they can come to be bizarre artifacts in memory. MEntity: Some illnesses of memory, such as dementia, can bring up a multitude of parallel memories that seem random and conflicting. MEntity: But are, in fact, often quite "real." 12:58:29 PM Maureen: I've been wondering recently whether or not one can have true (not blind or naïve) acceptance, without "understanding" (...of whatever). Many of us, not just those of us with the Goal of Acceptance, would like to learn how to best, or to better, move towards more Acceptance (+pole Agape). Also, I’ve been noticing how it feels to accept or to not accept – when I experience “acceptance” it feels more expansive and open-ended while non-acceptance feels more conclusive or closed. Your comments please. MEntity: There are 9 Circles of Acceptance that help one to understand the variations in how one learns to Accept. The outermost, or 9th Circle, is the most anonymous and "blind," with a sense of allowance for differences, distance, difficult variations and obstacles to intimacy. For example, you do not have to know every fragment from a culture you have no sense of resonance with to accept that these are "people, too." MEntity: As the Circles grow "closer" to the center where you are, then the importance of intimacy, resonance, and understanding grows. MEntity: It is not that it grows so much as it simply becomes more personal. MEntity: It is still intimacy, understanding, and resonance when acceptance comes in the 9th Circle, as well, but it is from the broadest grounds of empathy you have. MEntity: You can accept that people who are vastly different, far, and stranger to you are still Human and that you are related in such a way because you know you are Human and that you are also strange, distant, and different from others, too. MEntity: The Positive Pole of Agape for Acceptance translates into an "affection." MEntity: One can only have affection for that which is accepted. MEntity: All fragments outside of your 9th Circle will not have a sense of affection about them or for them. MEntity: Every fragment can only truly accept into the 1st Circle one to three fragments at a time, but this does not mean one is not accepting. There are 8 other Circles where one arranges one's capacity for acceptance. MEntity: For those with or without the Goal of Acceptance, the aim for Agape/Affection is always relevant. To do so, one would always seek to choose any possibility of empathy over defense. MEntity: Choosing empathy does not mean condoning, and choosing empathy does not mean putting someone in your closer circles of acceptance. MEntity: The Solar Body Type Nature is as equally consuming as it is giving. It is a delicate economy of taking and giving. There is a kind of transparency in the Solar Body Type that prompts it to find and fulfill identity in or through those who "orbit" about her or him. MEntity: They can be experienced as a constant source of energy, enthusiasm, and delight or as a volatile and overwhelming heat that must remain distanced. MEntity: Aside from the Lunar Body Types, these are the most immature and underdeveloped of the Body Types, in that there is a kind of dependency upon other Body Types for the sense of position and place. MEntity: The Solar Nature can be as child-like and innocent as it can be childish and temperamental. MEntity: Because the Solar Body Type can be so attractive as a source of energy and enthusiasm, they can also be subject to great projection and expectation by others. MEntity: The Solar Nature tends not to be able to hide very well in a life because of the equation of giving and taking in relationships, events, experiences, etc. There would likely always be those who expect of the Solar Nature, and the Solar Nature may find she or he expects of others. MEntity: Because of the rather consuming nature of Solar, its presence is often rather minimal in any combination, only serving as an Active/Positive redirecting of energies for variation of combining planetary influences. 01:40:15 PM Kurtis: Hi Michael, I'd like further elaboration of the Saturnine Nature please, much like last time with Venusian and Jovial and this time with Solar. thanks MEntity: The Saturnine Body Type is the only other Active/Positive body type, and as such is quite focused on rather optimistic, broad visions of DOING. It is correlated with the Priest for this reason. Those with a Saturnine Body Type in Nature will tend uphold grand visions against which all of existence is measured. This generates within them a rather painful streak of demanding perfectionism. MEntity: Saturnine Nature often almost desperately craves a sense of vertical movement, growth, change, evolution, and so even when the life is without challenge, there is a constant barrage of interpretation that there is challenge. MEntity: Even if the body is not tall in terms of a Saturnine Appearance, a Saturnian Nature will bring a sense of "tallness" to the perspective of the individual so that there seems to always be a towering ideal that is carried above the heads of everyone around the body. MEntity: The Saturn Nature can easily fall into a kind of sanctimonious stance in the life, if not careful to consider if his or her challenges are valid. MEntity: The Saturn Nature will always do well to determine if he or she is being challenged, or if he or she is simply being challenging. 01:58:21 PM MikeClev: Could you please expand our knowledge about Saturnian as Health Body type? Thanks. MEntity: The Saturnine Health aspect of the Body Type comes in relation to the anterior pituitary, which, like the Nature, can be regulator of growth, or stunter of growth, or an accelerator of growth. MEntity: In its healthy states, Saturn helps the body to manage all functions related to growth, including reproduction. This gives the body a great range of endurance and longevity due to this management of energy and hormones as they are used by the body. MEntity: In its unhealthy states, Saturn can move out of regulation and into inhibition or overproduction, which leads to issues of instability in the infrastructure of strength in the body. This can show up as high levels of stress and even bizarre and distracting sexual urges and compulsions to help "burn off" the energy. MEntity: Unhealthy Saturnians tend to carry about a kind of "seething" range of unexpressed anger that can wreak havoc on the body. MEntity: In healthy states, it can be one of the most productive body types of all, as it can endure great treks of focus in the use of the intellect, body, and/or emotions. MEntity: But because of that durability, the Saturnine Health can end up having to learn how to say no, how to be clear, and own his or her strengths AND weaknesses. MEntity: Or there can come to be cumulative consequences on the health. 02:07:45 PM Carlotamaria: Hi Michael, I would like to ask if you could explain the Love Monad as completion of a Heart Link. MEntity: The Love Monad can take as many lifetimes as it takes and is under no restriction for timing. For the Love Monad to be completed, the fragments involved will revisit in symbolic (and something literal) terms every Monad that has led up to the Love Monad. So the fragments will revisit the Master/Slave, Slovenly/Meticulous, Matedness, Parent/Child, Hopelessly Loving/Hopelessly Loved, etc. MEntity: These passages through the ingredients of experiences that are leading toward full, unconditional love, would come as arguments, misunderstanding, impulses, compulses, all moving the relationship through toward a full embrace of the best and worst of one another, as well as the self in relation to that person. MEntity: Eventually, the Monad comes to a close when each has come to realize that there is nothing that "matters" more than the truth of the other's existence. MEntity: In other words, all of those experiences came and went, but each of you stayed as a consistent element of existence, and this is truer than the temporary dichotomy of any version of your relationship. It is rather pervasive and growing. MEntity: We will leave the order up to Geraldine to manage. We will simply say that you may begin your questions. We are ready. TyroneT: My question is about human psychology. I know the Michael definition or explanation of male and female energy is a matter of focus versus creativity, but I don't remember exactly where I found it (it could have even been from another channel), but I'm sure I've seen somewhere the statement that one difference between human males and females is a tendency towards certain centering. TyroneT: One area that this knowledge for me would be applied are in the issues of the LGBT community, especially the transgender community, so if it's possible, I'd like connections to that. I doubt a full-enough elaboration will fit into fifteen minutes, so just a tidbit or foundational info from which to base later session questions on would be enough. TyroneT: Official Question: What are the psychological differences, tendencies, or characteristics inherent in having a physically male or female body/brain/subtle body? MEntity: First, we find there is little consistency among Gender correlation with Centering, but high consistency with cultural paradigms. Cultures and societies are predominantly of one Centering and/or Part over the others. Centering is not biological in any way. The Centering of an individual is not settled upon as a habitual form of navigation until the 2nd Internal Monad, and is then fairly stable, however, Centering is designed to be flexible and to change, not to be static. MEntity: Next, in response to your "official" question, we will say that the only differences between bodies in terms of male and female are the degrees of consciousness. The less-conscious a Personality, the more it's identity, behavior, processes, and navigation are based from the base functions of the sex. MEntity: To help in understanding this, a male body without an Essence is 100% Male, 100% focused, 100% linear, 100% the stereotype of the pervasive ideal of what it means to be a male Human on Earth. However, the Energy Ratio of an Essence alters this. This alteration begins at birth, and takes about 7 years for a full adjustment. MEntity: There will never be, and never has been, a Human who is 100% male or 100% female. TyroneT: ok. I'll ask about various lbgt phenomena later MEntity: However, regardless of one's Energy Ratio, if the Essence is rejected, then, say, if one has a High Female Energy, but is in a Male Body, that Male/Focused Energy will tend to dominate. MEntity: And by dominate, we do not mean that it would make the individual masculine or necessarily functioning by standards of behavior attributed to "males," but it will dominate in many ways, subtle or obvious. It will be aggressive, forceful, reactionary, etc. MEntity: This subject is far too complex and intricate for us to cover in 15 minutes. Can you please give generic tips for someone looking to move a country for the sake of personal and professional growth and adventure - other than obvious research? JanaK: I.e. how to gauge whether a particular place would be good for me - other than visiting it? JanaK: Or whether such radical move would even be good for me? JanaK: Or whether there are more desirable vectors where I am or where I am considering moving to? MEntity: Jana, to make a decision such as this, and to do so "blindly," would mean using one's intuition. Using one's intuition means LISTENING. By "listening" we mean to say that intuition is soft, subtle, and impulsive. It is not loud, pushy, or compulsive. So if you feel compelled to move somewhere, feel pushed to do so, and feel distracted by it, we suggest allowing that to come up and be acknowledged, then set gently aside as you listen to see what is beyond that noise. Your intuition may say the same things, but you just want to check in with that less-distracted, panicked, or anxious part of the self for validation of one's sense of direction. MEntity: In addition to this, if your compulsion to move is motivated by a feeling or idea that life will be better somewhere else, check in with yourself to see if that is valid. A change of scenery and geography can do wonders for altering the life in positive ways, but only if that change of scenery is the actual part that is key. In other words, moving to another location does not leave YOU or your life behind. You will still have to deal with your feelings, history, beliefs, wounds, etc. Our point being that if the move is motivated by escape from the self, then it is often more helpful to direct the movement internally, not externally. MEntity: If you can check in with yourself and listen to the softer voice of impulse and creativity within, and it is not hijacked by anxiousness and overeagerness to escape, then your next step is to look at the locations that appeal to you. MEntity: These locations appeal to you for various reasons, including potential, Agreements, Sequences, Vectors, etc., but they are only a part of the story. But there is validity to your sense of attraction to an area because those areas are already active with those elements. Though you can find Agreements, etc. anywhere, it can make a difference that they are already active and negotiated when you arrive. MEntity: So once you have concluded that you are choosing to move because you want to move, and not as a means of escape (unless there is a valid threat), then you can narrow your choices down by the simple sense of attraction to locations. Narrow these down to 3, and put up a symbolic image of each so that you can see these on a daily basis. MEntity: As you pass these symbols on a daily basis over a week or so, note which one your eye is drawn to the most. Be mindful that your eye may be drawn only because of the image you picked, but this will not matter. Once you notice which one is standing out, and you play with the idea that this is the location you will aim to move, you will feel the pang of resistance to that place versus one of the others. MEntity: Various forms of Catecholamines are released on a regular basis in response or reaction to experiences. This range of hormones are responses and reactions to stress. These tend to have the Martial Body Type health in a constant state of fight or flight, regarding experiences. MEntity: Hormones that manage various minerals and water content of the body are connected to the Adrenals, and have direct effect upon the individual's blood pressure. MEntity: Originality is valid. Originality does not preclude influence and inspiration. There is a difference between originality that is inspired, and one who is copying or imitating. If one of our students were to write a book about his or her experiences of our teaching and conveyed that in a way that teaches what was learned, it will not matter that the core of what is being taught did not originate with that student. What matters is his or her original take on that, as he or she was inspired. Not even our own teaching originates from us, but is utterly original. We only teach our take on the truth, love, and energy that originated beyond us. But our teaching is utterly original in its form. MEntity: Originality is what one does with one's inspiration. MEntity: Beyond this, the judgments will continue to be subjective in terms of what is "truly" original, or not, but the dividing line fairly clearoriginality is inspired, while non-originality is a copy, imitation, or mimicking. MEntity: The breakdown in physiological aspects of the self has to do with the preoccupation with the idea that nearly every single thing one does has a direct and relevant effect upon something else. It is a distraction with absolute control. It develops out of the sense that one is directly responsible for everything in some way. In many cases of "OCD," there was a point in the 2nd Internal Monad where the psyche drew a connection between a terrible thing and a reckless action. MEntity: That reckless action could have been anything, and often it is a completely unrelated and irrelevant action. MEntity: So the body and personality begin to breakdown the sense of cohesive picture of the actions in the life. To manage one part of the life, action in another must be kept under control, and so on, cascading in effect across the life so that the individual is mired in meaningless and repetitive actions that act like a web woven through the life that keeps it in precarious balance. MEntity: To bring these aspects back into cohesion would depend on the extent to which there is fracture. MEntity: For clinical OCD, intervention is often required, with a retraining of the mind and actions so that one can learn that life is not precariously held in balance by these repetitive and consuming actions. MEntity: For milder cases of OCD, it can be a matter of asking for help from a loved one, and making the effort. The help would come in the form of the loved one playing a trusted, but random force in the life. He or she would alter or interrupt patterns, and the one with OCD would do his or her best to LIVE THROUGH IT. MEntity: This is a highly simplistic description of the process, but over time, after one lives through a rearranged towel rack, a messy book shelf, and unmade bed, or had their hand washing, counting, tapping, etc. interrupted enough, the body begins to return to a state of cohesion. It would always do one well to nurture the internal grounding, first, considering that external forms are not always accessible, but it is helpful to identify external forces for grounding that one can use for support. MEntity: Internal grounding methods to counter stress and anxiety would vary from individual to individual, but one can turn to the Attitude for help in determining methods for help with anxiety and stress. MEntity: When one is anxious or stressed, it is often a result of falling into the negative pole of one's Attitude. MEntity: The key to grounding for recovery from that stress and anxiety can come from the positive pole of the partner Attitude. brian: How might that work for the Pragmatist? MEntity: For example, the Spiritualist has fallen into BELIEF. Anxiety can come from deciding what is true over knowing what is true. When one decides what is true without knowing what is true, it can be quite precarious in terms of anxiety and stress. To help the person in BELIEF to move back into VERIFICATION, the use of TRANQUILITY (the positive pole of Stoic) can be key. MEntity: Internal Tranquility can come in the form of conscious breath, stopping all action, closing the eyes, and visualizing flying or floating. External Tranquility can come in the form of a bath, a conscious shower, with the flow of water moving over the body coming into focus to help dissolve the hardened beliefs that are causing stress. MEntity: Then the Spiritualist can ask himself or herself again, "is this really true, or do I just think it is?" MEntity: From that grounded space, Verification can come. MEntity: In a more dedicated format, we can go through all of the Attitudes to offer suggestions, but this is the general idea. Each of you can come up with creative ways to exemplify what it would mean for you to internally and externally use the Positive Pole of the partner Attitude as a suggestion for how to ground yourself from stress and anxiety. The Mercurial Body Type health correlates to the Thyroid, and is a communication system throughout the body, since the Thyroid regulates key hormones that relate to brain chemistry. MEntity: For those with Mercurial Body Types of Health, it will be vital to these bodies to always express ideas, to communicate and share and exchange in ways that are not just to satisfy the personality, but to keep the body healthy. Mercurial Body Types are highly susceptible to degradation of health if expression is blocked, ignored, or distorted by misunderstanding or lack of capacity to be clear. MEntity: Mercurial Body Types must keep the ideas and thoughts flowing in and out of the brain in a way that is as vital to that individual as the flow of blood in and out of the heart. MEntity: For those who suffer from an imbalance of the Thyroid, it is often reflective of an imbalance in the life regarding lack of permission for expression, or lack of stimuli for ideas, or panicked and over-eager, hyperactive processes that cannot be expressed well. MEntity: The Thyroid regulates key hormones relative how the brain uses these, which are adrenaline, ephinephrine, and dopamine, so when these are out of balance, the body can start to take on weight alterations that reflect the weight of thoughts, ideas, expressions that are not moved out of the body.
