  1. August 3, 2003 Troy Tolley, Channel MICHAEL SPEAKS (Online) – Energy Report with Q&A [MichaelEntity] Hello to all of you. We are here. We will begin with the Energy Report as requested: It appears the more intense energy of June and July is waning as a lull is settling in. This comes after a great deal of physical and mental activity during June and July. As many of you already know the months of June and July brought with them a great deal of Clarity and Implementation. Most of our students dealt with some form of serious change during those months with some form of revelation being implemented. As we had mentioned in our previous report, it is not unusual to implement a serious change, but the difference was in the fact that so many of you participated in such an investment. After June’s and July’s activities and shifts, August should bring about some relief, some “down time”, a short break. For most of our students (especially those in the United States) calmness is moving through the collective consciousness, and while this is an opportunity to simply relax, most will find this calm to be unsettling and distrustful. Because this year is rooted in the energies of the Moving Center, it may be difficult for you to simply relax and peacefully go about the routines of your life right now. A momentum is in place and calmness may be difficult to settle into, even if only briefly. Even for those who are quite sedentary, you may be associated with another fragment who will keep you restless along with him or her. Our suggestion for the next 3 weeks or so is to take advantage of the calm, to make a decision that for at least one of the weeks, you will trust your life; you will simply do the routines of your day, and know that you are safe. For those who have made a major change in July or June, then August can be seen as a Maintenance month, continuing the implementation of your changes, getting comfortable after some of your personal shifts. In light of the opportunity to choose Calmness over the next three weeks or so, we will not complicate matters by elaborating the Energy Report too much. We already know that many of you will choose to follow your restlessness and that is as valid a choice as choosing to rest. We will help in your ability to consciously make your choice by stating that if you find you are choosing restlessness, or if you seem to not be able to relax even when you try, that you can help generate peace for even a few hours at a time by simply reminding yourself that YOU ARE SAFE. In most cases restlessness is due to some form of control issues, and if you let your guard down for “one second” things will “fall apart”. Many times those who are restless don’t even know what it is they worry about, but in many situations that worry is simply rooted in feeling unsafe. Those who “worry” to the point of being unable to relax are the same children who were usually punished in some way for behaviors deemed unacceptable. “Worry” and restlessness are only for superficial appearances then. As long as you are worried, or as long as you are restless, then even if you are judged, rejected, or reprimanded (internally or from external sources), at least your worry and restlessness will show you tried. This is not to diminish the very real worries of life, or the restlessness of certain experiences and bodily/hormonal fluctuations, but when a fragment feels he or she CANNOT choose against these things, it may be rooted in that lack of feeling safe. For those who choose to access and experiment with the energies available over the next few weeks, you can experiment with how often you can look at your life and say with trust and truth that you are safe. While the past couple of months helped support serious changes among most of you, this month’s energy can lend support in your reacquainting yourself with the “groove” of your life from the stance of Trust. We will now take questions from those who have them. QUESTIONS [infoloon] I thought virtually all children in this culture were punished for behaviors deemed unacceptable? [MichaelEntity] And the act of “worrying” is as pervasive. [Whillo333] Is the unsafe feeling from the unstable political and economic status of “the world” and the “fear” that seems to permeate society now? [MichaelEntity] It is actually rare that any older soul (Late Mature through Old) ever feels completely safe within the lifetime. Regardless of the state of any culture, society, country, or planet for that matter, the Older Souls have known many tragedies and have experienced many struggles these souls know all-too-well how easily a life can shift and change. Over many lifetimes the Essence gains experiences in managing these shifts and perils of the physical plane, but each lifetime also brings a new Personality that has never experienced death or struggle. [pitcoozer] That is a revelation – re: late mature and old souls .. and feeling safe. [MichaelEntity]This is a strange dichotomy that will eventually resolve itself as the Personality learns to access and trust what it considers its Essence. [pitcoozer] Explains a lot – the trust is like the candle blowing in the wind .. [Whillo333] Thank you. As an old soul, your comments are very meaningful to me. [MichaelEntity] As that dichotomy resolves itself, the Personality, while still being “new”, will not only find access to the memories of hardship and deaths, but also to the reality of the immortality of its Essence. [pitcoozer] Yes – alleviates the fear of death itself, and increases the zest for living and being .. [MichaelEntity] As we have said many times, but will say again, it is the Personality that “controls” the lifetime, not the Essence. While Essence can offer an overall theme to the lifetime, it is the choices and decisions of Personality that create the path of a lifetime. As each choice is made, Essence can “spin off” versions of that lifetime into “parallels”, allowing thousands of versions of the Personality to fulfill itself. [Whillo333] Can the 2 be at odds throughout the lifetime? [MichaelEntity] There will always be AT LEAST one parallel that will find resonance and recognition of Essence, following the original intent of the lifetime. There will almost always be at least one lifetime that completely rejects the notion of a soul and creates its own path. [Whillo333] In which case, what happens to the soul? [MichaelEntity] So, in answer to the original question, the sense of unsafety we speak of is that which is inherently a part of any life, especially of the older soul. Eventually, and as part of any final cycle of lives, the Personality and Essence become “One”, and a kind of “telescoping” of all lifetimes occurs, with all Personalities across time finally experiencing a sense of Home. In answer to your question, Whillo, the soul observes that lifetime/parallel and learns. [freyaisissuz] Wil’s que: Wil was channeled as having a secondary channeling agreement with Michael. A definition from Michael about a “secondary agreement” and how it differs from primary would help validate the contract for him and others. [MichaelEntity] Different channels will create different ways of describing our Agreements with us. Those who use “secondary” to describe an Agreement with us would usually be describing the seeking of direct contact with us for personal reasons, along with the ability to offer that contact to personal circles of friends or family. A “secondary” Agreement would not include any pull to “go public”, while a Primary Agreement may not only involve publicity, but the use of the Agreement as a source of income. [schleiv] How can we learn to trust the action of just letting your day go by. How do you know its right to just let it flow? At times I feel this, when doing my art but later, I think I could have been much more productive, where does the trust begin and the uncertainty end? [MichaelEntity] As with most distrust, it comes from speculation, not valid perception. Trust begins when you can learn to differentiate and choose between Speculation and Valid Perception. When you are in the middle of your day, trusting, flowing, and generally feeling synchronized with your life and Essence, it can safely be said that you are in a state of Trust. At the end of that same day, upon reinterpretation, you may then find yourself speculating, extracting upon retrospect all of the things you could or should have done; therein lays the source of your distrust and worry. Whether in speculation before or after an experience, you will always find ways that you could or should have done something. The ability to learn and evolve comes with a “double-edged sword”, meaning that along with that ability to evolve, you also have the ability to extract possibilities/probabilities that could/would have worked better or differently. [emberton@…] Thanks Michael, here is my question: If we find ourselves permeated by worry and fear-of-letting-go during this period, what method(s) or technologies do you recommend to facilitate a break in this pattern, beyond what has been mentioned previously? [MichaelEntity] We only suggest making the attempt to consciously choose Trust and to do so with the knowledge of why you may have difficulty doing so. There is no other way to truly make the choice. The most profound method of choosing Trust/Safety is in the simple act of STOPPING. By this we mean to literally stop moving, stop fidgeting, stop thinking about anything distracting, even for one minute or 30 seconds, and stating with as much gentleness as possible… “I AM SAFE. THERE IS NOTHING MORE THAN ME AND MY CHOICES RIGHT NOW. I AM SAFE.” Taking 30 seconds to feel safe and to choose trust can have a calming effect on the body and mind for at least an hour or so. We suggest stating the words once, gently and with as much truth as you can, and HEAR THEM. Repeating them over and over may create a reaction from your Instinctive Center that something is wrong and requires trying to override reality. So state the words calmly, plainly, sweetly to you, and listen to how they sound. It would do you well to understand that the words being stated will not change your life. Instead, they will be words that invite a new perception, which can then change your experiences of your life. Taking those moments to invite the perception, allowing more conscious and loving interpretations of the lifetime, lead to more conscious and loving choices. [H2OSprtlvr] Do you suggest that August is a good month to review personal fears such as with interpersonal relationships? All fears, I suppose. [MichaelEntity] Any Month is always a “good month” for any introspection. In your case, it may actually be a “good time” to give yourself a break from your constant internal scrutiny. While we are not suggesting you choose against your own inclinations, we will say that some of your solutions you seek can be found by not “looking so closely” at the matter at hand. You are submerged in an experience that could be benefited from a bit of distancing from it. The past few months were for such close scrutiny and clarity. August could be used to say, “Why did I ever think anything was ever wrong?” This does not mean you have to dismiss any responsibilities you feel inclined to work through, but it can help you make clearer, gentler decisions and Choices. Modern lives are not wrought with Survival as many of your past lives have been, but are wrought with “Improvement”. The greatest “improvement” you can make on any life or relationship is in freeing yourself from assuming there is some conclusive improvement to be reached. You will ALWAYS “improve” and we have yet to have seen any end to our potential evolution. We quote the word “improve” because of its being a misnomer. There is only Evolution. “Improvement” is relative. Relationships, internally and externally, will ALWAYS Evolve, which may be seen as an Improvement or not. [Anla899] What are ways to synchronize personality and Essence on a day to day basis? [MichaelEntity] There are three very simple and effective ways of synchronizing Essence with Personality: Writing to Essence, Talking to Essence, or Meditating to Essence. [Anla899] How do we do those? [MichaelEntity] Most fragments assume that Essence “knows all” about the lifetime being lived, but that is not the case. Essence only “knows” what YOU inform it of, which is why some lives can seem to spiral out of control, reaching a point where crisis is the only time the Personality seeks to contact its soul. Essence can only experience your life THROUGH you. There are moments within the life called “Instinctive Review” wherein the Personality “uploads” the experiences of the life to-date and Essence can then help to direct the life, if the Personality will allow it. Otherwise, it is up to Personality to keep the lines of communication clear and up-to-date. Keeping any form of a journal, whether daily or weekly or monthly can help keep Personality and Essence in contact and more united. For journaling, simply write about your life, stating clearly what it is you seek to change, stating clearly about areas in which you believe you would like help from Essence. Keep a log of your dreams and observe the changes you are recording by looking at patterns in your days, your choices, and reactions, dreams, etc. Keeping a journal is like remaining gently conscious of what it is you want, need, and keeping Essence included in that. Some of you may benefit from simply speaking out loud to Essence, treating this part of you as an actual “invisible friend” who is humorous and caring. State to your Essence occasionally how you feel your life is going, asking for help, or giving gratitude when it is felt. This can be done as ritualistically as prayer or as playfully as making comments throughout your day. And finally, some may be inclined to use Meditation for continual contact with Essence. We say Meditation as it includes any practice of focus whether through calming of the body and turning inward, or through running, exercising, doing a puzzle, etc. In those instances of Meditation, however you choose to meditate, remember to invite your Essence to access your Instinctive Center where all experiences are stored. These three methods can keep Essence continually updated and your life continually synchronized, instead of having to go through startling revelations during the scheduled Instinctive Reviews. [Additional information: Michael explained later that the reason for writing, speaking, or meditation, rather than just random inner dialogue, is not only due to the fact that those three methods engage all of the Lower Centers, but that they also help refine what it is you wish to communicate, rather than all of the random worries, fears, anxiousness, etc.] [schleiv] how often are those reviews? [MichaelEntity] Val, the Reviews are approximately every 7 years, with the major reviews around the ages of 28 and a 56.
  2. February 13, 2005 Troy Tolley, Channel MICHAEL SPEAKS Online — Open Floor [M Entity] Hello to all of you. We are here. You may begin adding yourselves to the queue of questions and we will respond to you in that order. [sandt1222] Thank you. I still have a lot of questions of the basics. Tonight I would like to ask about the significance of the student groups who study together and the channel they choose. [M Entity] Channels through whom we work, (and channels who claim to work with us, but do not actually channel us) are all in some kind of Agreement with the students who are attracted to them. Some channels and teachers have Karma among their students, and the dynamic of their attraction to each other is based on that Karmic structure. Those who are attracted to Troy's channeling of us are in some way linked to the exploration of Perfect Imperfection; or put another way, “absolute comprehension, compassion, and acceptance of Self and Other.” For other channels, a student may be attracted to Empowerment themes, Relationship themes, Reality Dynamic themes, etc. It could then be said that each valid channel attracts three kinds of relationships: Monads, Agreements, and Karma. These Monads, Agreements, and Karma would be among the students as well as between channel and student. [See definitions at the bottom of this transcript for Monads, Agreements, and Karma.] [CearaQC] Greetings. Many books and websites speak about channeling one's higher self/oversoul. Do you have any advice and/or techniques to share with us on how this is accomplished? [M Entity] Yes. Through this channel, we have shared a great deal on that very concept. Troy will include those documents along with the transcript from this chat for your convenience. It is a collection of 3 sessions exploring that very topic and while we could briefly comment on it here, we believe a broader study of the topic as already explored would benefit you more appropriately. [NOTE FROM TROY: The series to which Michael refers was “Conscious Connection to Essence, Parts 1, 2, 3.” I am not really sure those transcripts will answer the question posed by Kara, so I am not sure why Michael suggested them. Unless they are seeking to emphasize a connection to Essence is the foundation for “channeling” your higher self, oversoul?] [BradburySE] I feel like I’m starting to notice the effect of this more and more lately in people around me and I'd like to see if my perceptions are valid. I would like to ask about the nature of sub-personalities. Are they something all of us have and carry within us; parts of our current personalities? Or are they negative influences that exist independent of a fragment? Are they parts of past-life personalities, or some astral fragment? [M Entity] Specifically-defined, a Sub-Personality is one facet of the Whole Personality that is usually unconsciously designated for specific management of specific feelings, situations, relationships, etc. Sub-Personalities are in communication with “each other,” which is the difference between a Whole Personality and a Personality challenged by Schizophrenia or Multiple Personality Disorder. Sub-Personalities are generated by the current Personality's experiences of the current lifetime. They are not independent of the Personality, as in “possession” of some sort, or some random “astral fragment.” To the extent that a Past Life is affecting the current Personality, then the Sub-Personalities MAY be a result of how the current Personality is managing that input, but this would still mean the Sub-Personalities are generated from within the structure of the current Personality, of course. Any “negative influences” or “astral fragments” affecting an individual's Personality behavior would not be considered in the same context as Sub-Personalities, but as rare and altogether different scenarios. Sub-Personalities can become nuisances and quite controlling of their particular psychological territory, but some can be quite beneficial and freeing of internal resources for challenges and growth. [BradburySE] Then someone in “whole personality” should surely remember what he or she said when a sub-personality was in control; is that right? [M Entity] You can identify when you are dealing with a Sub-Personality as you find yourself behaving in a seemingly automated manner within very specific circumstances. If a Sub-Personality is “cut off” from memory, it is no longer an issue of Sub-Personality, but of Multiple Personality Disorder, or Schizophrenia. Multiple Personality Disorder is the result of Sub-Personalities becoming disengaged from the Primary Personality Core, and each assumes it is the Core. Schizophrenia is the result of a specific Emotional element of the Personality being disengaged and assigned to a Sub-Personality to manage it. [Tibtyc] Greetings Michael. It seems to me that a lot of irritation, friction and strife between humans stems from differences in soul-age. Different ages have a hard time understanding, or just tolerating each other. Sometimes I think young and old should try to keep separate (as in the Indian caste system). Or at least that *I* should stay away from people whose valuations (probably soul age) are different from mine. But most of the time I mix & mingle, using lot of my energy to criticize, admonish, trying to correct what I see as “follies of youth,” in a collective, cultural sense. Maybe this is a mistake. What is a good attitude of one soul age to another, especially towards younger souls? Should one criticize? [M Entity] As with the progression of any maturation, the “older” will always be in the position of responsibility for understanding, teaching, redirecting, guiding, empathizing, and accepting the “younger.” So it is in Soul Age. The Older the soul, the more responsibility and capability there is within that soul to comprehend the previous soul ages. This does not mean one must condone or participate in the antics of the younger soul ages, but one can find peace, adaptability, and trust in those younger soul ages. In the same way that a parent must sometimes surrender to the power struggles of a teenager, so must the older soul surrender to the chaos of the Young and Baby Souls. Note that we use the word “surrender,” not “resign.” Surrender includes understanding and patience and trust, while resignation is the choice to abdicate all responsibility. We must also note that it can be quite tempting to stereotype the Soul Ages because of generalizations and media hype. It is assumed that only Baby and Young Souls, for instance, are responsible for the chaos in your world, but that couldn't be further from the truth. The apathy of an Old Soul does far more harm to your planet and people than any bomb from a Young Soul. The need to segregate one's consciousness from the rest of one's species as a means to uphold a false sense of spirituality or evolution is far more regressive than the zealousness of a Baby Soul. We make these statements as fact, not as judgments. As with every other aspect of life, a fragment may choose to do whatever he or she feels is most appropriate in all circumstances. In short, a “good attitude” toward younger souls is in the ability to see the innocence of their experimentation, chaos, and cruelty. Reaching into and resonating with the innocence of another Being is one of the most powerful means to transform the ripples of effect from those Beings' choices in your world. [Tibtyc] Should i take the part about “segregation” as referring to me? [M Entity] We do not specifically refer to you, though we are responding to the question as you stated it in terms of segregation based on a caste system. [flimflamdamn] So trying to connect with that innocence in another can help? [M Entity] Yes, Leela. That is what we said, but more specifically, we stated that it would “transform the effects on your world,” as in, “your personal experience” of the world. Changing your experience of the world is one of the most powerful means of creating your world in a “better way.” [Tibtyc] My understanding is that caste originally had to do with Age. [Annsge] (Think “Caste” had more to do with Essence Role) [M Entity] The caste system was originated and propagated only as a means of socio-political control, not as an extension of any mystical or spiritually-relevant systems; regardless of how that system can retrospectively be interpreted. [flimflamdamn] I know that I almost always ask about current events, so I'm sorry if this question is in any way redundant. But here goes: [M Entity] We do not require qualification of your questions, nor an apology. But you know this. [flimflamdamn] The government of my country seems to be more and more dangerous, both domestically and abroad. And so many of my fellow Americans seem to be asleep, self-obsessed, and ignorant of the rest of the world, just buying the whole program that's being sold to them. I and many people I know feel that our spirits have been broken, that we no longer live in a democracy, and we are frightened of our environmental and political future, not just here but all over the world. Right now, everything seems so status-quo, and the most destructive, selfish people seem to be getting their way in everything — I sense a future of diminished choice and degraded lives. What are the strongest probabilities this year, in this respect, and/or in terms of global or national events that affect us all? I should say I FEAR a future of diminished choice. [M Entity] In terms of “diminished choice,” we are assuming you refer to the privileged level of choices afforded the American lifestyle? [flimflamdamn] no…more like, the choice to control one's reproduction, the choice to live in a healthy environment, the choice to be part of a peaceful rather than war and fear-driven nation; not the choice to drive a Hummer or live in a McMansion; the choice to send one's kids to school, to be able to live rather than survive – that is what I refer to. [M Entity] The choice to “control one's reproduction, live in a healthy environment, and to be part of a peaceful nation” are still quite local to the United States' established privileges. [flimflamdamn] well then, perhaps that is what I am asking about. [upstaate] unfair distribution of the nations wealth? [flimflamdamn] Hard-fought freedoms [M Entity] If that is the case, we see no specific blows in the lack of choice afforded the United States' people in the year ahead. We suggest that the dynamic of division within the United States is not one-sided. The chief features of the older souls are as strong a contributor to the divisions and turbulence and fear as any younger soul. Consider the structure of a school: Physical Age would determine the levels of responsibility afforded the different groups of people participating in that school. Physical Age would determine the levels of (or circles of) choice allowed the different groups of people participating in that school. Physical Age would determine the available wisdom accessible to the different groups of people participating in that school. Consider that the “adults” are the Older souls and that they have resigned to levels of simple criticism, superiority, and other methods of huffing in disgust at the children. The population of children (younger souls), of course, outnumbers the population of the adults (older souls), so it is valid that there is very little that can be done to herd the mass of children into order by the adult standards. [flimflamdamn] but lately the children seem to be running things…and they seem bent on destruction. [M Entity] There are only two methods that an older soul can regain a sense of peace in that environment: through RESTRICTIONS or through FREEDOMS. [Tibtyc] Adults stand aside and just watch… [M Entity] Restrictions would require a great deal of energy that is usually not interesting to an older soul to expend. However, if that choice were to be made, it would mean a grand implementation of order to remove the ability of the young to make their own choices. [flimflamdamn] sounds disagreeable [M Entity] In fact, most literal adults use this method to train and grow literal children. The effects of that restriction, of course, are only to directly benefit one group of people, the adults (or older souls). The other choice is through the method of FREEDOMS. This means that the older souls, or adults, OFFER alternatives, educate those who are interested, and create paths that can help funnel the energy of the younger. [freyaisissuz] sounds like the Super Nanny's [Tibtyc] Choice, and not Laws… [M Entity] This then gives peace to the adults because now the experience of the personal world can begin to be filled with accomplishment, meaning, and support for the choice toward peace. This also diminishes the destructive effects of the younger souls because it only takes one fragment out of 1,000 fragments to change the minds, hearts, and actions of that 1,000. [upstaate] can you give us examples of the RESTRICTIONS? [M Entity] Examples of Restrictions might be: Lockdowns; Public Humiliation; Broad Judgments and Punishments; Removal of Services; Apathy; Callousness; Resignation; Force. Of course, the globe and life are not as simple as a school, but we use that analogy as a means of simplifying. [flimflamdamn] How does this apply to the very real dangers of what our leaders are doing, secretly and explicitly? [M Entity] Leela, this applies in a very real way. Rather than brooding about and condemning the children of your world, much can be done to funnel that energy into creating choices and paths for those who CAN support your vision of a peaceful world. The world is currently in no better or worse position environmentally, politically, socially, or politically than 10,000 years ago or before. There are simply more people, more choices, and more exposure. There is a tendency for the older soul to generate the worst visions of reality when there is an overwhelming diet of exposure to tragedies in the world. Those tragedies will exist with or without your consent and approval. We do not suggest one disengage from the reality of tragedies in your world, but we do suggest that you are not the parents of the world and that the children will eventually learn. You did. [flimflamdamn] thank you. This does help. I still fear the children who have nukes…but this does help. [M Entity] The horrors that each of you imposed on the freedoms of other fragments across your lifetimes are as much a part of this world as the current horrors being explored among other souls. Use your energy and your ability to choose a way to input into the world what you most want from it. Simply condemning the world to tragedy and impending loss is more telling of how you perceive your own life than as an accurate perception of your shared world. Leela, people do not “have to learn through horror.” People CHOOSE to learn through horror. It is quite popular. As soul ages become more condensed and exponentially accelerating in growth, so do the apparent horrors seem to match, as this is a very quick way to learn. Consider the deflection of a child’s hand from fire through your verbal restriction and intervention. Nothing was learned except that the adult is afraid of the orange light. A child who touches the flame will rarely, if ever, intentionally touch a flame again. [kittlekats41] My question is a follow up to Shannon's: are there a ‘usual’ or ‘reasonable’ number of sub-personalities each of us assume in a life, or does this vary based on soul age, levels and Overleaves too much to give an average? [M Entity] Most fragments generate at least 12 Sub-Personalities as an internal kind of support group. There would then be an internal facet who deals with Love, Knowledge, Compassion, Humor, Discipline, Anchor, Healer, Muse, Enlightenment, Child, Beauty, and Mentor. Each is actually assigned a name and a gender, internally and unconsciously. As a fragment begins to rely on their EXTERNAL Support Group, so does the sense of Wholeness and levels of consciousness/awareness begin cohesion. We are describing the classic picture of most Personality’s system of Sub-Personalities, but this is by no means a rule. We will conclude with the final question. [Annsge] Are there times when the sub-personality is perceived as negative by the Personality? If so, what can be done about it? [M Entity] A Sub-Personality is considered “negative” if the Core Personality is rendered helpless to the fearful choices and patterns of that Sub-Personality. The Core Personality will ALWAYS be able to override the Sub-Personality, but a “negative” Sub-Personality can be quite daunting and rooted. [Annsge] Is the Chief Feature a factor in this? [M Entity] Yes, Ann, the Chief Feature (when fear and division are involved) is always involved. Some means by which the Core Personality can override the patterns, fears, and momentum of a negative Sub-Personality are: ASKING FOR HELP — one should never underestimate the ability of an external resource to help one through difficulties. NAMING and GUIDING — one can consciously name the Sub-Personality and humorously begin to see how it has come to be in control, then use internal compassion as a means to educate that facet of self toward new ways of choosing. CORE CONSCIOUSNESS — this would be a deliberate, yet gentle, awareness of what AREAS of the life tend to be ruled by a Sub-Personality’s pattern and consciously examining those contexts, rather than waiting until the Sub-Personality has already risen to control. As a final note, we wish to clarify that these Sub-Personalities are NOT separate from you, nor are they “to blame” for your poor behavior. They are simply FACETS of you, in the same way that your Hand and Foot are still your Body. The more coordination and communication among your Body Parts, the more gracefully you live. The more coordination and communication among your Personality Facets, the more gracefully you live. We will conclude here. Goodnight to each of you.   3. Michael Speaks Live "Transforming Chief Features" May 25, 2014 Channel: Troy Tolley MEntity: Hello to each of you. We are here, now. We can begin. We have had much to say about the subject of the Chief Negative Features, and much more can be said, of course, so what we will offer up today is not definitive, but simply more to consider as you work to understand and embrace your fears, transforming them away from being obstacles and paralysis to being informative and helpful. Fear was never "meant" to be a challenge or something to undermine any fragment's life, but much like anything that exists, it is a tool that can become a pivotal resource toward Agape or a restrictive halt away from everything. Fear, or the Chief Negative Features, are inherently "negative" because they describe the gap between "you" and "other," or "something else." Anything inherently divisive is "negative" in our teaching, but this does not mean it is inherently "bad." Fear is inherent in Personality because Personality is inherently divided from all other things and people, and even from Essence in many ways. From the moment one is born, the first, most primal fear is born along with you: the fear of non-attachment. This fear is biological. It is what keeps "you" alive. It is what clings to the mother, to the caretaker, what keeps the toddler close to the camp, to the tribe, and attached to its resources. It is what keeps the body searching for foods, for water, for tools, etc. Anything that is necessary for survival. So, fear is quite "good" in that regard. Any threat to the attachment of the biological self to its resources is highlighted and avoided, either by fight or flight. Keep this in mind as you explore your own Chief Features, then, because at the heart of everyone's fears, it is this struggle with non-attachment that is key. We will elaborate further upon that consideration as we explore the subject, if time permits. For today's focus, we understand that the interest is in the various ways one can consciously make choices in behavior so as to relieve the effects of a particular fear, or Chief Feature. The point of transforming your relationship to fear is because when fear is informative, it is simply a means of enhancing your capacity to choose. It is not much different from any warning system built in to any vehicle that alerts you as to when you may be in close proximity to a collision. It would not make sense to argue that warning systems are removed from vehicles because the mere presence of those alerts implies something is wrong, flawed, or bad. That warning system is an advantage that increases the capacity for choice, for better navigation, for success in one's direction and endeavors. However, when most struggle with the Chief Features as an issue, it is because the "warning system" goes off randomly, goes off without relevance, goes off constantly, etc. It is no longer associated with an actual threat, or with information. Imagine the difference between enjoying a walk through the woods, watching the birds, the creatures, enjoying the sunlight, the babbling brook, your thoughts, and then noticing a bear in the distance to which you then steer clear of in a smart way, as compared to a walk in the woods where you presume that every twig cracking and every shadow is a bear. Both of these methods are helpful for keeping you alert to bears, but one keeps you from noticing pretty much anything else. If one's "warning system" is random, constant, or irrelevant, then that warning system becomes useless for navigation, and simply keeps you on one end of the spectrum of life. It keeps you on the side of "Being Alive" vs "Living." We will speak of each of the Chief Features now, with a brief synopsis, and then a list of methods for how one can use his or her consciousness to transform that fear so that one is not just being alive, but can live again, so to speak. SELF-DEPRECATION and ARROGANCE are attachments to how one defines one's self. Self-Deprecation is the fear of NOT BEING ENOUGH, while Arrogance is the fear of BEING TOO MUCH. Self-deprecation fears not being seen clearly, while Arrogance fears being seen too clearly. Self-deprecation finds its scraps of self-esteem in being first to the punch for cutting himself or herself down. This is Self-deprecation's way of protecting the self from being invisible or feeling invisible or incompetent. The defense here is that if the individual can call out or showcase his or her own flaws first, then it is a way to show that he or she is on board with what they presume you will undoubtedly see, or are seeing already. It is the only way they know how to be seen: through the lens of failures, flaws, insecurities, and doubts. Arrogance, on the other hand, tries to protect its self-esteem by creating as protective a veneer as possible, hiding his or her insecurities behind a persona of false-confidence, offense, and defense. Since there is very little self-esteem here, it must be protected at all costs, often by deflecting through pointing out someone else's flaws or incompetence. It is the only way they know how to keep any sense of self-esteem, by pretending that it exists in greater quantities than it does. Self-deprecation points out its own flaws, and Arrogance points out yours. Self-Deprecation The 7 Angles of Behavior for help in transforming Self-deprecation might be: 1. YOU ARE NOT IN TROUBLE For those who struggle with Self-deprecation, there can often be a haunting sense of constantly being on the verge of being caught, being called out, humiliated, made to be an example, or "in trouble." Even when there is nothing to warrant such concerns. And even more so when there is such a need for concern. Allow for failure, for being incompetent, and build on your experiences so that you can learn, or make choices to pursue other directions. If your only concern is whether you will be in trouble, or not, then you will never truly be your best. 2. YOUR BEST MAY NOT BE THE BEST There are going to be times when you do not meet the expectations of others, or yourself. And the very best that you can do may not be the best that someone else can do. That is a fact of existence. Embrace this and allow kindness as a process in your improvement, or as a part of your freedom to pursue your strengths. 3. CLEAN YOUR CONSCIENCE That is not a typo. We speak to the necessity for those in Self-deprecation to CLEAN their conscience. By this we mean that the individual take time to note just how much clutter is in the mind that is from the past, buried like shallow graves, gathered there like a cemetery of failures and flaws, ready to be dug up at a moment's notice. It is important that those in Self-deprecation regularly look at these experiences as a PART of who they are, and not defining who they are. CLEAN your conscience of these metaphorical graves and begin to make room for life, for living things to grow there. Let the failures of the past act as fertilizer, if you will, rather than preserved as some sort of trophy that makes up for competence. 4. CLEAN YOUR ENVIRONMENT In addition to the clutter of the mind, those in Self-deprecation can fall into clutter of their space, reflecting the building debris of flaws, failures, failed expectations, etc. For those with Self-deprecation, there can be a high tolerance for clutter, and this can be reflective of the tolerance for the the clutter in the mind, heart, and body. A regular effort to clean, organize, and experience one's space helps to clean, organize, and experience one's self. Attention to personal hygiene is important here, too. Those in Self-deprecation may not "smell" as a result of lacking personal hygiene, but they may very well skip on certain routines of care for the body that would help them to transform the sense of invisibility and inadequacy into self-nurturing and personal attentiveness. 5. CARE FOR YOURSELF Do not presume that someone else needs to, or should, or could do this for you. Care for yourself in as many ways you can in a day. Give yourself good food, good entertainment, good bathing, good hygiene, kindness, patience, etc. 6. STOP APOLOGIZING/EXCUSING As long as you constantly apologize for yourself, you are not being responsible for yourself. As long as you are making excuses, you are not being responsible. Apologies and excuses are deflection from responsibility. We are not speaking here in terms of the social courtesy of acknowledging grief, or acknowledging a slight, but apology and excuses as a buffer to protect from the ownership of response. 7. OWN YOURSELF By this we mean that you freely acknowledge your behaviors, your failures, your flaws, but respond to them through ownership, not as a way to deflect from further responsibility. When you apologize or offer excuses, you are reacting. You are not owning. When you own yourself, you can respond as opposed to react, and this is key to responsibility. AN ASIDE: Keep in mind that the Chief Features will not just show up as behaviors in yourself, but as behaviors you endure or attract in others, as well. Arrogance The 7 Angles of Behavior for transforming ARROGANCE might be: 1. NO ONE IS LOOKING For those in Arrogance, the fear that everyone is watching them is high. There is a keen sense that every move and choice and action is being scrutinized and of high relevance to others. In most cases, that is simply not true. No one is watching you. Most do not care if your hair is messed up, you stumbled, or if you are meeting your own standards or expectations. 2. CELEBRATE PRIVATELY For many in Arrogance, there is a compulsion to make it known to others every little success, to point out immediately a win, or to even "humblebrag," which is a self-congratulation tucked into a false self-deprecation. Allow yourself celebrate yourself with yourself. Your successes are just as real with or without being used as a means for defining yourself to others. See if you can embrace a success on your own without recruiting others to celebrate you. 3. CELEBRATE OTHERS Sometimes those in Arrogance can be so preoccupied with presuming everyone is watching them, that they forget to pay any meaningful attention to others. 4. LEAVE YOURSELF ALONE Those in Arrogance can be even harsher in self-criticism than those in Self-deprecation. Self-deprecation can slide into a quiet defeat, but Arrogance can be relentless. Many in Arrogance are their own worst bullies, if you will, taking on the voices of their past that criticized them, owning them so as to find some of their self-esteem in "siding" with this self-loathing. 5. LEAVE OTHERS ALONE Those in Arrogance can be of the worst bullies toward others, as well, actively or passively condescending in tone, words, behaviors, etc. If you find that you are talking down about another person, or yourself (see 4), behaving in a way that is not constructive, or helpful, but simply emphasizing flaws, then it may be time to look at how you are giving rise to voices of criticism that you carry about yourself. Criticism is helpful and meaningful, but not when only used as a means of deflection or protection. 6. EMBRACE EQUALITY By this we mean that while there will always be nuances among everyone and everything, with great gaps between common grounds, with some being better at some skills than others, or more socially celebrated than others, or even unfairly rewarded more than others, there is still profound relevance to the common ground of humanity and existence. In other words, allow comparisons to be informative, not defining. When you see or feel you are better than another, or that another is acting as if better than you, then remind yourself of as much that you share as possible. This does not mean you are not better at what you do than someone else might be, or that another person is not more attractive to more people than you may be, but let yourself have that which is equally true, as well. You do not have to pretend there are no differences, but do not pretend there are no similarities, either. 7. INVITE INTIMACY More than most other Chief Features, Arrogance will keep others at a distance, even as they often feign being very open and up front with you. Many in Arrogance will carefully construct a spectrum of revealing behaviors and expressions that others presume is all there is to know or see about that person, thus protecting the person in Arrogance from those who might otherwise pry. So it can be helpful for the person in Arrogance to take some responsibility and care in consciously inviting others to be close, not presuming that others will find their way, and then looking up and wondering where everyone is. Those in Arrogance can be of the loneliest people because they create the greatest moats of protection, but crave so desperately to be close at the same time. And so it can be helpful to actively invite intimacy, either in obvious ways such as literally asking for conversation, inviting to social events, etc, or by simply allowing the self to be present with another, listening, paying attention, and responding with care. Intimacy is not always about receiving attention, but about giving it. Due to the extensive elaboration on each of these Chief Features, we must suggest that this be broken up into a couple of sessions for delivery. We started with Self-deprecation and Arrogance, as these are most common for older souls, but we will have to elaborate upon the remaining Chief Features in another exchange. We will open the floor here for the next 15 minutes so that questions can be asked. FLOOR IS NOW OPEN [ViP] Is there any difference in how these Angles of Behavior should be interpreted or applied, based on whether the CF attempting to be transformed is primary, vs secondary, vs tertiary? MEntity: Each of the 7 Angles we offered would likely be relevant in any context, but one of the angles may be more relevant than others of that Chief Feature. [BrianW] Realizing there is not enough time to go over it in-depth, could you give a way to counteract the sliding of the negative poles of self-deprecation to self-destruction? MEntity: If Self-deprecation is sliding to Self-destruction, it would mean that it is, first, accessing Stubbornness. Self-deprecation cannot slide to Self-destruction otherwise. This means that Self-deprecation's Negative Pole of Self-abasement is sliding to Stubbornness' Negative Pole of Obstinance, and then over to Self-destruction's Suicide. When that is the case, it is likely that the Personality has decided what is so awful about the self, then refuses to change in any way that could be beneficial, which then leads to a sense of complete waste of life. To help counteract this, one would need to slide to GREED's "positive" pole of APPETITE. Though no Chief Features is truly "positive," the positive poles do describe the path out of that Chief Feature. In this case, having an appetite for life again, an embrace of what one wants and needs, can greatly counter the sense that life is simply being wasted on the self. Once that sense of appetite for life is remotely available, more life can come, more living. And that matters, even if only on a day to day basis. [Mariusrehm] can it in any way be helpful to make others aware of what you think their features might be? is a certain amount of intimacy/closeness needed for them to not feel accused when that is addressed? or does everybody has to completely explore these things on their own? MEntity: Marius, it is often more helpful for you to know the Chief Features of others than for you to point them out to them. Pointing out the Chief Features of others is only helpful if there is a mutual agreement to allow for this. Trust is necessary here, and even then it can be tricky. Of course, it is your choice as to whether you do this for someone, and how you do it, but we can say from experience that it is true that meaningful common ground and trust is fairly vital for the "photographing" of another to be useful to them. By "photographing" we mean those moments when one would offer up a "snapshot" of a moment or behavior of another for consideration. In some cases, however, intervention may be necessary if a person is completely unaware. When intervention is offered, the one who is offering must be willing to endure the reactions, deflections, defenses, and denials that might come from the confrontation of the reality of one's harmful impact on the self or others. This must be considered carefully, if intervention is deemed necessary. If one is not to the extreme of necessity for intervention, then one's most effective means of inviting another to consider his or her Chief Feature is to simply ask if that person knows that his or her behavior has a particularly harmful or divisive effect. In that invitation through asking, you will likely see if there is any room for meaningful discussion, or if there will only be more of the same. [Tyrone] Mine can just be a yes or no type answer, I'm just suspicious: [Tyrone] Were each of these 7 angles you gave related to the Centering Parts? Or I guess more generally, related to the axes and cardinality/ordinality? [Tyrone] (I am currently thinking in the order you gave them: 1. Instinctive, 2. Intellect, 3. Emotion, 4. Moving, 5. Higher Int., 6. Higher Emot., 7. Higher Moving) MEntity: Correlations could certainly be made, though further elaboration may be necessary to point out how these resonate. [Tyrone] I guess just were you guys thinking along those lines when coming up with them MEntity: Everything we ever offer can be mapped in correlative terms. Today's information is not an exception. However, we are not certain as to the order that Troy "unpacked" the delivery, so we would not consider these static correlations as far as the sequence. We think they are close, though, if not already in the sequence you describe. [Kurtis] Hi Michael, I hope this fits in relatively good context with this discussion, but I've been noticing a difficulty in understanding Caution's -Phobia in comparison to the CFs. Could you elaborate or clarify the difference between these CFs and -Phobia? MEntity: All Negative Poles of any Overleaf will be hooked into Chief Features, so Phobia, for example, would hook into that person's Chief Feature. The same would be said for Ingratiation or Identification, as Negative Poles for Acceptance or Passion, respectively. In other words, the Negative Poles of an Overleaf are what activate Chief Features, not the other way around. Caution is a means of relating, or reaching the Goal, by refining one's thoughts and expression, so Deliberation is when one is able to carefully select a thought or expression as that means of relating or reaching the goal. Phobia comes in when the person begins to overanalyze, overthink, and can no longer refine his or her interpretations or expressions. This person becomes frightened of his own thinking. This, then, would trigger whatever Chief Feature has come to be habitual as a means to protect the self. But this inability to refine one's thoughts would come first. To clarify: this person's over-thinking starts to scare him, triggering his Chief Features. Do you see the difference? [Kurtis] Yes I definitely do [Kurtis] I've been meaning to ask this kind of question for a while now MEntity: We will conclude here for today, and continue this discussion into the other Chief Features. We know we have many students who are in Arrogance and Self-deprecation, so a good number of you can begin to consider how you can transform these, if you choose to do so. From a different channeling session: Impatience [CocteauBoy] 1. TAKE TIME OFF - separate yourself from the steady stream of influence time has over you, and move yourself into a position that is intended to be free, such as going for a nice walk, a night off to the movies, a meeting with a friend for conversation, etc. Anything that you would normally NOT do because you "do not have enough time," TO DO. [CocteauBoy] 2. QUIET YOUR MIND - Impatience can scramble your thinking process to such an extent that you are no longer effective, so it would do you well to SLOW DOWN your mind, your thinking, and find your quiet, internal space. This could be done in the shower, or in a bath, or any other moment you think of it. Simply relax your face, your jaw, feel the weight of your tongue in your mouth, the presence of your chest, and for a full handful of minutes from 3 to 30, JUST BE. This practice of BEING will allow you to come back to your moment with far more effectiveness. [CocteauBoy] 3. EMBRACE ONE THING - Impatience can often leave one feeling as if she must be on top of everything that is on the agenda, thus everything clamors for the attention of the priority spot. Instead of thinking of one thing causing the delay of another, it would do you well to think of your focus on one thing as an EMBRACE of that thing, much like your hugging of a child or puppy, knowing that you will happily and quickly hug the next child or puppy, as soon as you are done hugging one. This will help you to keep out intrusive thinking and distracted emotions. [CocteauBoy] 4. USE YOUR BODY - Impatience can often leave one feeling the burden of Time on the body, which can leave one ignoring the effectiveness of the body, leading to clumsiness and erratic behaviors or reactions. One of the greatest ways to use your body is to LISTEN. Most fragments who suffer from Impatience tend to presume the intent, meaning, and words of others who are communicating. [CocteauBoy] There is rarely any patience for the act of LISTENING. Some who suffer from Impatience do not even realize how little they listen because they simply go deaf to the outside world, so to speak, but have learned to speak for everyone around them so effectively they think their own words are those of others'. Taking a moment to ask if you are LISTENING can help you to come back to the moment and actually make more effective decisions and responses in the moment. [CocteauBoy] 5. CREATE PATTERNS - Impatience usually drives an individual into patterns that are comforting, rather than productive. When one is in impatience, and creating only comfort patterns, there still must be a sense of proof for the use of Time, so this leads to lying to oneself, lying to others, so that the time appears to have been met with enough challenge to validate ones existence, or one will escape into routines that are simply "going nowhere." Patterns are perfectly valid, but when one is Impatient, these patterns can move into entropy, so one must bring an awareness to the process of one's patterns and ask if they are being CREATED, or if they are merely being fulfilled. Make a simple change as a means to create or alter a pattern and the results can often be rather amazing. [CocteauBoy] 6. PRESENCE - Though we have mentioned this already, it is worth pointing out as its own concern, to be PRESENT. Those afflicted with Impatience are often NOT where they are in time. They are often somewhere else, such as an elusive future, or a sentimental past. It would do you well to practice being present when you are doing something. To do so would mean to be fully aware that your actions are being driven by your choice, and that your skin, your hands, your face, your body, Personality, are all on board for the moment, even if you would rather be doing something else. The more you escape the moment, the less you can bring change to your momentum. [CocteauBoy] 7. LAUGH AT TIME - by this we mean to point out that Time has very little to do with your life beyond your experience and interpretation of it. If you can find the humor and heart in your relationship to Time, you can find it as an ally, instead of as an oppressive dictator. Laughing at Time can mean finding fun things to do, playful things to do, meaningless and pointless things to do, as long as you enjoy them and they help you to lose your focus on time. In doing so, you can begin to help your Personality and Body to see just how little REALITY there is time beyond your use of the moment, and your interpretation of that.

ENERGY REPORT November 2016 2016 OVERLEAVES ROLE: Server (emphasized all year) CENTER: Moving (emphasized all year) GOAL: Discrimination (emphasized Jan - Mar) MODE: Caution (emphasized Apr - Jun) ATTITUDE: Cynic (emphasized Jul - Sep) CHIEF FEATURES: Self-destruction (emphasized Oct - Dec) NOVEMBER brings with it a full dive into Self-destruction, so to speak. It is here. This is what it looks like. This is what it feels like. Most of our students did not generate this, but when anyone is in Self-destruction, there is collateral damage. Anyone who has been in the life of someone who commits suicide or sacrifices their life will know this truth. Self-destruction is a defense mechanism. It is a defense against Worthlessness. When an individual fears losing any sense of contribution, participation, and meaning they can develop Self-destruction. Where Greed is a fear of not having enough, Self-destruction is the fear of having too much. It is often an insidious fear that creeps in as a form of constant self-sabotage or as a constant prompt to prove one’s worth to make up for the life being “wasted.” Since no life is wasted and there is never a requirement that one prove one’s worth, this fear is unwarranted. When one seeks to give his or her life meaning, it cannot be done only through external means. It must be rooted in meaning that is nurtured and rooted within. For many, this struggle for worth is instilled in them from early in life and it is their navigational compass for the rest of the life. Most of our students clearly understand how Chief Features work on an individual level that affects the self, but many of our students are not clear on how these work when Projection is involved. Chief Features can show up as Provoked or Projected. For example, if one has Arrogance, it is not always that the Arrogance is only displayed by the one in Arrogance. It may show up as his seeing others displaying Arrogance when he feels vulnerable. He will then defend himself against those he feels are threatening him with their Arrogance, even though the Arrogance is his own and generated entirely from himself. This collective dive into Self-destruction is the result of collective projection of Worthlessness. Nearly half of the population blames their own sense of worthlessness on the other half. This was clearly displayed in the election results for the American President. This projection of Worthlessness has always been there, but fear bonded these individuals into a state of powerful projection that brings with it collateral damage. Though there is a majority of Baby and Young Souls in this particular group of fear, and a White majority, this Projection of Worthlessness can be with anyone. Many women, people of color, and of various sexualities will join up in this group projection of blame because they have lived for so long blaming themselves for their lack of worth, and it feels good to them to finally find a path that legitimizes blaming others. Collective Karma is a “real thing” and those from this group are working out collective Self-Karma around collective responsibility and self-discipline vs self-preservation and oppression. For many who are our students or students of similar teachings, the Collective Karma is different. It is the Collective Karma of Complacency. Whether showing up as Provoked or Projected, Chief Features cannot be sustained. They are inherently destructive but fragile. For this collective projection of blame to be sustained it will require a profound collapse of power among those governed by love and consciousness. It will require Complacency. It is not amiss to compare this Turning Point represented by this election in the United States or the event known as “Brexit” to that which happened to lead to the rule of Hitler. Hitler did not take power. He was given power. And that experience in your history is one of the reasons so many have opted into this as a collective, catapulting Karmic event. As we said: Collective Karma is a “real thing.” And you are now in it on a scale not seen in long time by us. You are now clear on experience that once led to and allowed the rise of Hitler, both in documented terms and in terms of Essence. That event traumatized humanity in ways that we have not explored much with our students. We did not know when this collective approach to balancing that Karma would come, but it is here. There are many sets of Collective Karma to address within humanity, and this is just one of them. This Collective Karma is not about balancing what Hitler imposed, but about balancing the collective Self-Karma of Complacency and Convenience that allowed for such an event in your history to exist at all. Hitler rose to power because too many were complacent and ignored the threat in favor of conveniences. You are now in a world where environmental destruction, absolute corruption of power, climate catastrophes, mass extinction of species, decimation of food sources and water reserves are looming. They are real. They are are on your horizon. They are not going to “just go away,” or be saved for another lifetime. This may seem daunting, ominous, and paralyzing, but the solution is simple: DO SOMETHING. The only reason any of this has come to such a Turning Point is because most respond to Fear as Active and Love as Passive. Fear tends to show up as an imposition, while Love is an invitation. Fear is definitive, and Love is flexible. Fear does not feel good, and Love must feel great, etc. Due to these seemingly inherent differences, those who navigate through Love tend to NOT DO ANYTHING, while Fear prompts constant activity. How many of our students have been encouraged to “hold love,” to “send love,” to “not hate,” to “stay positive,” to “be strong,” to “be light,” “send light,” and so on? How many have been invited to “trust” when what is actually being asked of you in the misuse of “trust” is that you ignore your feelings, ignore your thoughts, ignore your reality, and to blindly navigate as conveniently as possible? These suggestions lock you in complacency and convenience, and many of your are done with this. Half of Humanity is at a Turning Point where the choices are now between waking up to collective responsibility and self-discipline vs self-preservation and oppression. The other half of Humanity is at a Turning Point where the choices are between Active/Awake and Passive/Complacency. Every Turning Point is met with a Breakthrough or a Breakdown. You just experienced a Breakdown. For our students, this is the result of Complacency. This is the result of the distraction and prioritizing of Convenience. Many of our students, and some of our channels, interpret our teaching as one that encourages complacency so that one has to do as little as possible as our teaching becomes one of protection and sanctuary, not one of empowerment. This is true of most spiritual teachings and teachers. We are not that teacher, nor are we that teaching. Our teaching can be used however one chooses to use it, but we state as clearly as possible now: if our teaching is being used to encourage complacency, it is no longer our teaching. It is someone else’s. Love is an inspirational element, but Love is not inaction. For love to make a difference in a material world, LOVE must include ACTION. And Fear is not action. Fear is REACTION. Many of our students know that there is something not quite “right” about complacency and convenience as a conscious or subconscious guiding principle for a life. It is a valid choice, but one that is eventually left behind in favor of broader, more inclusive and loving paths. It is not wrong, but for those who are awake, it does not feel “right.” Complacency and Convenience are as valid a choice as murder and theft, but the more one is awake, the less comfortable it is to make any choices that have consequences of harm. Complacency and Convenience are not the equivalent of murder and theft, but they often bring more far-reaching harm than even a single murder. The older soul can no longer justify or embrace any choice that directly or indirectly causes harm, however distance and far-reaching that harm. For those involved in the Collective Karma of Complacency or the Collective Karma of Self-preservation it can be said that Routine, Security, and Privilege can either lead to choices and actions that support Value Fulfillment, Compassion, and Creativity, or they can lead to refusal to choose and increased reactions that support Meaninglessness, Defensiveness, and Entitlement. Both “sides” have a choice. You have a choice. This Turning Point has come and it brought with it a Breakdown. But Breakthroughs can be built from Breakdowns. It is not one or the other. Those in Self-preservation are finding themselves standing side-by-side with those they blamed for their sense of worthlessness. They are bonding in their lack of worth and this has potential to generate bridges between differences. The bonds cannot be generated across the gap of Collective Karma, just yet. Those from the Collective Karma of Self-preservation will not find relief from those struggling with their Complacency, but they have an opportunity to bond across differences they did not expect to bridge. The sleepy, but awakening gay man, Black woman, Hispanic teen, etc, and the sleepy, but awakening White people amid those locked in fear are the “trojan horses” of opportunity for evolution, for waking up, for self-questioning and Breakthrough toward collective responsibility and self-discipline. This scenario is not new to history, but however familiar it is, and however spectacularly it fell short in the past, it is different now, and it comes with great potential. For our students who are realizing the depth of Complacency that has been in place for most of this life, you have a choice to tap into Self-destruction and Blame yourselves, Blame others, or you can choose to DO SOMETHING for a change. You do not have to take on a life-altering shift away from your personal path to make a difference, but you can do something. Anything. If you wish to help balance out this Collective Karma of Complacency that allows for such things as the rise of tyranny, the extinction of species, the suffering of animals, the destruction of the environment, the catapulting toward climate catastrophe, etc. then you must do something different than what you are doing. You must choose something that makes a difference and do this. You must choose something that not only challenges your complacency, but transforms it into passionate, free, conscious energy. Start small, then aim higher. If you are already one who is inclined to be doing something, you are not immune from this Complacency. You may be neglecting something and this is your wake up call. Are you ignoring your creativity? Your health? Your impulses? Your well-being? Some of you aim very high in your Love and then leave yourselves behind. For every person who chooses to take up a cause that benefits the planet, and took up a practice that benefits personal well-being, the Breakdown shifts toward Breakthrough. In the realm of Tyranny, Breakdown is the official launch into your evolution toward a Breakthrough. It is up to each of you to put in the work that would bring Breakthrough regarding Climate Catastrophe, Relief for Animals, Environmental Replenishing, Water Conservation, etc. While you work through the grief and shock of this Breakdown under Tyranny, one of the most empowering things you can do right now is to take up action for a Cause, and put into practice something for your own well-being. The work of navigating through the Tyranny will be its own thing, and we will be here with you through this. The work of balancing your Collective Karma so that you revitalize your Creativity, Compassion, and Value Fulfillment through the Actions of Love is your priority now if you are Active and Awake. Though all choices are valid, we are helping to inform you that your choices go well beyond what you may have been encouraged to pursue. You have a choice. You will go through stages of mourning, loss, and process all that grief brings. This is Good Work. This is healthy. Allow room for this. And when you are ready, take on any area of Complacency you see that helped contribute to allowing Tyranny to rise, and that helps to ensure other patterns unfolding on the horizon. We know you are tired. We know you are sad. We know you are hurting. We know you are being told to just “send love.” But if you ever wondered when The Work of your life would be important, it can be now. If you ever wondered when the inconvenience of choices that make difference would be worth it, it can be now. If you ever wondered when you should take yourself seriously as a creative and loving force that does not have to live life as a quiet apology for your existence, now is the time. DATES OF INTEREST (dates are approximate): November 7th - 10th -- NEXUS - DIVERGENCE - A dramatic parallel shift toward the work of Collective Karmic themes. This is a parallel where all who are involved are on a path that seeks to “heal the world.” It may not look like it because the wounds have to be clearly identified and pronounced, but the work of profound and lasting healing is of high priority here. As we have said before, and will say again: Peace is not always Pretty. November 11th -- ENERGY SHIFT - VITALITY - For many of our students the Nexus brought with it a stripping of vitality, a shocking deflation of energy, clarity, and direction. [EDIT: additional clarification added on August 18] I'd like to clarify (and I am adding this to the original post, too) that I don't mean to condone hate or the use of hate or living perpetually in hate as a motivation. My original intent was to point out that hate is something that is natural and nothing to fear and what we do with it is what matters. We don't have to be scared of hate that rises in us in reaction to awful things. Hate is just information. It points out what we find repulsive and disgusting. Most people think of the hate that is expressed from people who live in hate just because someone is different and they don't understand or like it. That's what we think of when we think of hate. That's an ugly and terrifying kind of hate because it goes unquestioned and unchecked. But when we are subject to the horrors of Nazis, racists, sexists, homophobes, abusers, rapists, murderers, and molesters, etc. it is totally fair, normal, and natural to feel hate for these things. That kind of hate is still just information. We are passionately repulsed and disgusted. But we don't want to live in it any more than we want to live in fear or anger, but we shouldn't try to avoid or shame or fear our hate, and we certainly shouldn't believe that our hatred of people who harm other people is the same thing as the hate that actually harms people. That's like saying that the violence of people fighting for their lives is the same kind of violence that has come to take their lives. Violence, hatred, anger, and fear... they are not the bad guys. What we do with these, how we direct them, how we understand them... that's what matters. That's all I really meant to say. **** [original post below] Below is a combination of posts I wrote in response to two different approaches to questioning hate, anger, and violence. One presented the question as a thoughtful exploration, and one came from a hostile Michael Student from the greater community who wanted to put me in my place for expressing my anger on Facebook toward a fake president who is encouraging violence and white supremacy. Both prompted me to look more carefully at these terms of hate, anger, and violence and try to explain how they work when they are forced on us and how they can be constructive. I decided to create a new post from those responses so we could discuss this and call bullshit on my perspective, or if we can learn to see the constructive side of emotions that are sometimes forced on us and that we have to deal with. *** For those of you uncomfortable with the hate, anger, and violence forced into the equation of protecting ourselves from hateful violent racists and homophobes, rest assured that Love *will* win and save the day. But some of us don't have the protection or privilege of just waiting for that day to come, so please forgive us as we get dirty, hurt, and angry. We are doing the work of clearing a path to that day when you get to say that Love Wins. We don't have to fight dirty for Love, but please understand that we have to fight, and we will get very dirty fighting for it. So save a nice spot us for when we can rest again. *** It's so frustrating to see the effects of inculcation from the new age and religion that keeps us locked in this binary world of "Versus." Love vs Hate, Fear vs Love, Anger vs Peace... That binary world just doesn't exist. It never did. It only looked like it did because it made it easier for us to navigate as we grew up. It made it easier for Baby Souls and Young Souls. Eventually, we grow more mature and that's when we realize there is a spectrum of life, of emotions, of gender, of sexuality, of intelligence, of choice, of everything. Even at the heart of this teaching is the very concept of Polarities that teach us about this spectrum that was never pitted against each other, but a part of each other. Hate and Fear and Anger are near the end of the spectrum of life where choices have become more limited. When this is imposed on yourself or imposed on others as a way to remove choice, it is the familiar destructive force we all know. But when Hate, Fear, and Anger come in response to others taking away our choices and threatening our lives, it is entirely warranted, appropriate, and can be constructive. Hate is just extreme passion. It's no more inherently uglier or villainous than Fear. Things like Fear and Hate and Anger are tools that can protect a house or tear down a house, and Love IS the house. Fear can destroy us or protect us. Hate can destroy us or protect us. Anger can destroy us or protect us. Sometimes protection is necessary in a world where we can be harmed. These emotions are tools that override logic and that's why they can seem so scary. Those who glorify Hate, Fear, and Anger tend to be those who passionately and senselessly seek to destroy the choices of others, and this is what we think of when we see actions motivated by Hate, Fear, or Anger. But these are the same tools that have to be used by many on the front lines of fighting for those who are targeted and oppressed because they know there is no logic that can reach the oppressors or make sense of the chaos. They have to passionately fight back and help clear a path back to logic and reason and it is entirely warranted and healthy and constructive to harness the tools and fuel of Hate, Fear, and Anger and aim it all right back toward protecting and rebuilding the "house" of Love. When people say they can't fight hate with hate, they think of hate as being this singular position opposite of Love. But Love and Hate were never opposites. Love can't be divided, but Hate can be, so Hate can be used against Love or help us clear a path back to Love. Shocking, I know, but anyone who has been directly targeted by violent oppression knows the productive and passionate power of hate, anger, and fear that can help change the world for better. I'm not saying it's ideal, but it helps more than we give credit. When people say they can't fight hate with hate, they also tend to mean that it's an issue that means something different to them and that it makes them uncomfortable to be expected to feel as much extreme passion about that issue. I am totally okay with that and if you can fight using calmer more "loving" methods, then please, by all means, do so. Please don't just turn your back because it's uncomfortable to see the passion from those more directly targeted and hurting.

  8. This question was originally posted by Jon on 3/4/08. I had kind of a cool idea. It has been said that fear is an illusion which only exists at our level, and that viewed from other perspectives everything is seen as form of love... Could it be that the energy of fear is just the energy of love traveling in the opposite direction in time? If you were to make a film of two things being attracted to one another, and you ran the film backwards, it would appear that the two things were repulsed from one another. Perhaps, we then weave these energies together to create the complexity and duality we see around us. I don't know if it is true, but it is an interesting thought... I wanted to see what Michael had to say about it. One part that doesn't seem to fit is the fact that "opposites attract" (e.g. the electric and magnetic forces). Richard Feynman theorized that antimatter was just matter moving backwards in time, and as a result, it's sign was inverted. But particles of opposite sign attract. I am confused now... maybe Michael can help to sort all of this out? REPLY BY MENTITY: Our first response would be that fear is not an illusion, but a vital form of navigation that the body enlists as a means to survive. What tends to be the illusion is not the fear, but what is feared. The more aware, conscious, and clear one is in perception, the less fear is needed because most experiences are not valid threats. When a threat is valid, so is the fear that alerts you to that threat. When teachings try to convey to you that "fear is an illusion," it is usually to help remind you of your ultimate reality of existence that is not affected by threat in any real manner. This is good to remember, but we also know that to be human means having a body and personality that is designed to survive. This means it will do you good to use fear for what it is: a form of navigation for survival, while remembering that the essential "you" does exist beyond any threat in any form. In response to your question: if the evolution of the universe were linear, then your analogy would have bearing, but the universe evolves exponentially and in a more spherical fashion than is currently understood. On a literal level, the physical universe in which you exists is expanding and this can seem linear, but again, this is more spherical. This is why you may have trouble reconciling the linear analogy with the "opposites attract" theory, because within this spherical evolution, events can merge and diverge in closed systems and still be a part of the overall evolution. Even the closed systems can interact, merge, and diverge. Imagine the effects of a large boulder being dropped into the middle of a lake. The systems within the lake will ultimately be affected by the concentric ring of waves that are emitted from the impact, along with the interference patterns that are created by the "return" of the waves. While the lake is now jostling, rolling, and moving, the events, life, and experiences within all of that movement will still continue, and often proportionally "ride" the waves with seemingly little effect. The above is a crude analogy, but one to help get one started in understanding how evolution (movement) can happen concentrically/spherically without necessarily interrupting the events, systems, and experiences within that movement.

    Ask Michael Live Chat April 5, 2015 Channel: Troy Tolley Kurtis: Hi Michael, today i'd like to continue with the Idealist in a social situation. I especially liked your additions of "What did you expect" and other such phrases last time, so if you can include those I'd appreciate. Kurtis: The phrases were in the response to the Realist question btw, just to jog your memory MEntity: The Idealist in social situations is constantly measuring against an ideal. Both the self and others are being assessed, sized up, compared, measured, and calculated in ways that can be mind-boggling to those not an Idealist. Idealists can be of the most clearly and strongly-opinionated of the Attitudes, with some of the strongest arguments in support of those opinions and perspectives. MEntity: Idealists can tend to read the languages of your body in ways that go far beyond the use of your words. Idealists will often respond more to what was not said than to what was said, because Idealists can see/hear beyond the facades or measured responses. MEntity: Idealists are so prone to looking beyond what IS and into the projected patterns from what is, that they can sometimes be out of sync with the experiences of others around them. In other words, while others may see/hear exactly what is being said/shown, the Idealist is accessing dimensions that extend from there. MEntity: In the Positive Pole, there is Coalescence. This is the pulling together of the necessary parts that fulfill the ideal or the assessed pattern. MEntity: This means that the Positive Idealist may compare, measure, assess, and predict accurate patterns, but always remembers that there is more. There will always be more. This Idealist may be very clear and accurate in her understanding of the self or another person, but always makes room for variables. MEntity: The Positive Idealist is not conclusive. MEntity: This lack of conclusivity and room for variables is also what makes them of the most Naive, the Negative Pole. MEntity: Idealists will often "see the best" in you, in herself, even as there is neglect, abuse, and pain. MEntity: Idealists can, also, hold you or the self to a standard of expectation that is often unmatched, leading to another version of Naivety that is constantly pitting you against what SHOULD be. MEntity: So Naivety can show up here as the inability to discern what further parts might be necessary for fulfilling an ideal, or show up as the inability to see that there are no further parts so the ideal cannot be fulfilled. MEntity: Idealists will always tend to challenge your resting place for what is expected of yourself, themselves, and others. MEntity: As usual, there is always more to explore in these topic-length questions, but this can be added to the explorations. Janet: I believe you have said that after death the personality experiences -- for awhile at least -- whatever that personality expected to experience after death. So, for instance, if they believed there was no life after death, they would experience nothingness until they finally woke up and realized that there was something there after all. Janet: I am wondering about people whose personalities are more or less gone well before death. Those with Alzheimer’s, for instance, don’t show any trace of the beliefs the personality had before losing touch with reality, but of course it’s hard to tell what they actually believe when they are lost to the condition. Janet: Do those with Alzheimer’s or dementia experience their personality’s core beliefs after death? Or maybe even before death? Or do they become more in touch with the truth about what happens after death due to what I assume is more astral activity after the personality loses touch with physical reality? MEntity: Janet, many who die experience a very different death from what was expected, even if they professed to know what to expect. Death brings the truth to the surface. Many Personalities cloak their inability to comprehend death by embracing others' stories of death, or ignoring it, or distracting themselves. So even if someone professes to believe in a heaven after death, this heaven is not necessarily what is experienced because the Personality did not truly believe there is a heaven. Or a hell, for that matter. But it is true that when the Personality is truly invested in and believes in an after-death expectation, it is generated and experienced. MEntity: The after-death reality is as varied as cities in the Physical Plane, so the Astral is populated with "cities" dedicated to the more sustained versions of after-life. There even variations on themes, so that there are multiple "heavens" and "hells" to accommodate. They remain a hoot to visit. MEntity: As for those who disconnect from a life over a greater length of time, the realization and waking up is less about the after-life, but about the current life. MEntity: The etheric body loses its anchor in time, and is free to explore within the timeline of that lifetime. MEntity: Review tends to be the theme for most, as the life is replayed, revisited, and recreated. MEntity: This can leave the Body as an anchor point in time that is, quite literally, hosting for the Personality as it existed throughout the life. MEntity: All sub-personalities are freed. MEntity: It is both chaotic and beautiful, but "death" is not experienced until the body is no longer breathing. MEntity: As long as the body is breathing, or "alive," the Personality is, too. MEntity: Though the Personality is not anchored in time, it is processing the life, not the death. GeraldineB: This is from Brian: I'd like some basic level information on how can we recognize and stop thinking of things in terms of "black and white" / polarized thinking? MEntity: First, it is fairly impossible not to think in terms of "black and white," as duality is natural and helpful. We describe polarities for this reason. However, one way to help keep one from locking into one or the other is to always remember that one is inclusive of the other. There will always be one part of a duality that is inclusive of the more exclusive part. "White" is the presence all color, whereas "black" is the absence of color. However, it could be said that there is nothing inherently "wrong" with black or white, only differences in function or nature. MEntity: White reflects, and Black absorbs. Positive reflects, and Negative absorbs. Love remembers and Fear forgets. MEntity: So thinking in polarities is not the problem. It is when one does NOT think in polarities that the problems come. MEntity: In other words, if one thinks that one should only aim for light, then shadows will be terrifying. If one thinks that there are only shadows, then one cannot see. MEntity: If black is consuming your life, you are merely forgetting about what is reflecting, what is present, and what is color. If one only thinks that white is pure, then he is forgetting that white cannot exist as itself. It is a higher sum from the parts. MEntity: So when you feel as if you are thinking only terms of black and white, or polarized, remember that it is not the polarity that is the problem, it is that the polarity now presents you with the responsibility of CHOICE. MEntity: Choice is the color between the extremes of black and white. ViP: Do the body types influence how Centering operates, or vice-versa? For example, if a person has a passive/negative Nature body type, does that influence the types of forms or feelings that are generated from the Part of the Center that one habitually operates from? This was just to illustrate one possible example, but any more general explanation would be great as well. MEntity: Yes, there are some consistent correlations to consider, but they are only for consideration, not presented as rules: MEntity: Martial and Venusian TEND to require and generate TANGIBLE effects from the processes of their Centering, regardless of the Centering/Part. They tend toward the benefit of affection, touch, and seeing/feeling the impact of their presence. MEntity: Mercury/Jovial TEND to require and generate FEEDBACK from the processes of their Centering, regardless of Centering/Part. They tend toward the benefit of conversation, expression, and exchange of ideas. ViP: Are these in terms of these body types as Nature, or just based on which body type is Primary/highest percentage? MEntity: Lunar/Saturn TEND to require and generate ALLIANCE from the processes of their Centering, regardless of Centering/Part. They tend toward the benefit of mutual interests, raw honesty, and consistency. MEntity: All of the above are in terms of the Body Type that dominates, regardless of Nature, Appearance, or Health. MEntity: However, there will always be a mix. MEntity: The above are tendencies as described in very simplistic and short paragraphs, but you may be able to see the validity that can lead to more detailed exploration. MEntity: We cannot explain them with one explanation, no. We can suggest that phobias are often symbolic of deeper issues, or speak to imprinted ideas that have origins that are forgotten. Many phobias are as simple as having heard a loud sound at the same time as the object of phobia being presented for the first time. For instance, many who fear buttons do so because of the experience of MEntity: rushed buttoning of clothes while toddlers or younger. Many who are afraid of dogs when one has no obvious cause for it are afraid because a parent was afraid. These instances can register and remain intact as indications of threat, even as there is no threat. Many fear snakes, not because they have been threatened by snakes, but because "everyone" is afraid of snakes. MEntity: Some phobias are inherent in the Instinctive Center and activated by those around the individual through imprinting. Some phobias are taught. Some are deeply symbolic. Some are not relevant to the object of phobia at all, but the object just happens to work. For example, if someone has a fear of intimacy that is repressed, he might redirect this as an allergy to cats, denying his fear of intimacy. MEntity: Many who are afraid of dogs are afraid of people. MEntity: Dogs become the focus of that fear. MEntity: A distrust in people translates into this phobia for dogs. MEntity: One must deal with people on a regular basis, so the fear is repressed to a great degree and redirects toward "man's best friend," since this can quite easily play out the actual fears and distrust of "being bitten" by people. MEntity: This is because dogs have come to regarded as extensions of people. MEntity: It is then "safer" to fear dogs and to navigate around them than it is to cripple oneself to the fears and distrust of all people. MEntity: Some phobias come up because of triggers that resonate with past lives, of course, when that which is feared is somehow linked to harm or death that went unresolved. However, it will still be true that this is relevant to issues in the current life. Experiences from Past lives are not imposed on a life, but they can be activated by the current life. MEntity: The above are some broad examples to help understand the nature of phobias.

[gramail] To what extent can one detect a person's essence and overleaves from the physical appearance - and to what extent are these masked by astrological, genetic and environmental influences? [Michael Entity] Overleaves are biological and can be seen to some extent with a keen eye or moreso with a scientific eye, but not so readily as to be able to translate the Overleaves into a visual system. All variations of Overleaves are inherent in every biological creation of Essence, but only certain characteristics "rise to the surface" for use in the life. Certain codes are initiated during the formative years of a body (the first 7 years or so) and as those overleaves take hold, so can some of the biological attachments associated with the available gene pools of the time. There are some parallels where the dna is able to produce an output of code that is synchronized with a system that is similar to, or is actually, our Overleaf System, and personality issues can be dealt with in this manner. For the most part, the visual expression of a body is limited to the 3 facets of the Body Type Overleaf, and to that extent, is the only Overleaf that can be "seen" with any accuracy. All other Overleaves would be enhancements or challenges within that structure, depending on the fragment's use of those Overleaves in various cycles of the life with that particular body. Overleaves in relation to Astrology: The body type is found at the mid heaven upon conception of the body. If one can cast a chart in the appropriate way, one would be able to see the astrological influences that helped choose the primary body type. The natal chart is a map of potentials for that particular body type, which can include a number of potential overleaf combinations, though, in most cases, this can be easily broken down to see an emphasis on some combination of Inspirational, Expressive, Action, or Assimilative Energies, using the elements as a reference. Genetic influences do not mask overleaves, but give expression to the Overleaves over time. Environmental influences have more to do with the fragment's process of opportunities for learning how to choose, and how he or she chooses how to learn, more than it has any influence on the Overleaves, directly. [merlyn] I have been feeling a great sense of fear / angst as of late, I am not sure why exactly and I am fairly sure it isn't all coming simply from me, so I am curious, is this me picking up on a general fear that seems to be pretty pervasive in the world at the moment and if this is the case, how does one deal with it? [Michael Entity] All fear that a fragment may feel at any time is HIS or HER fear, not the world's. Owning the fear you feel is a step toward understanding its message to you. Fear is merely the part of you wishing to protect you, so there is something that is being interpreted in some way as a threat to you. If you feel that this is a vague fear that has something to do with the world at large, it is more than likely a fear that has to do with your sense of helplessness in the scheme of things, and your wish to protect the world from harm. [Michael Entity] Many of our older students carry this sense of dread, terror, and fear as an undercurrent and this is often dismissed as a sensitivity to the world's plight of the times, or it is nobly carried around as if it is doing more good than harm by keeping the fragment awake to the vagueness of threat. In truth, it is a very personal interpretation of the world as you relate to that world. It is not THE truth, but a personal truth that is being explored. For many of you, this undercurrent comes from two sources: one is the personal sense of helplessness against the vastness of the world, and the other is from the teetering inclination to draw upon your ancient wisdom and experience to bring a soft trust to the world in a new way. This is terror in the real sense of the word for our older students. To choose to trust the process of the world, to bring a sense of peace to your daily living, even while some parts of the world remain locked in their chaotic challenges, and to find an effective way to still contribute in a meaningful way, can be terrifying. The first steps toward choosing trust can often feel as if one is giving up to some delusional ideal, and this brings up all levels of personal distrust that remain for the fragment to process as self-karma. Trust is based on experience, not on blind faith, or delusional ideal. The trust that you would be choosing is based on your sense of Essence having been through a vastness of experiences that have all found their peace and resolution, and knowing that every single fragment has tended to choose that path in the end. It is a choice to trust your fellow fragments in their own process of learning how to choose, and choosing how to learn. Again, though, before one can gain the benefit of choosing trust, it will always be a good idea to look at the vague fear on a very personal level, so one can see what one is wishing to protect oneself from. The way to deal with the general anxiety brought upon by this fear is to, one, own it and let it be yours. As long as it is seen as something imposed upon you by some sensitivity or world energy, then one is missing the point and can be consumed by it. Let it be yours and then you can do whatever you wish with it. Next, allow it. Let yourself be afraid so that the message is clear about what it is you wish to be safe from. Next, discover the truth of the reality of the threat. How much is anticipation and how much is actual threat? If you are in the realm of anticipation, then you have choice, and if you have choice, you can choose to soothe your soul with some facts about the reality in which you exist now, not the one that you anticipate filled with threat. And then to choose Trust. [butterfly syndicate] In 1995/96 I experienced a very intense phase of opening up which ultimately lead to my moving to the UK and also to a brief phase of clairvoyance. Could you please explain what exactly was going on with me at that time, and especially what or who the being was that I met in a dream and that had so much energy I could not be embraced by it for long. thank you! [Michael Entity] It appears to us that you simply, finally, opened up to Essence. This can often spin the life into an alignment that would have been in place long before the moment of that opening. Previous to the point you recognize as so pivotal, it appears that much of your life was sought to be lived from Personality without the co-creativity of Essence. This is not uncommon. [Llawryf] LOL! Yep, happened to me too. [butterfly syndicate] Thank you! [Michael Entity] Living the life only from Personality is not impossible and is quite often preferred in earlier soul ages, but as your soul age came into manifestation within the life, so did your Essence, so Personality blossomed into an embrace of the life in a new way. [butterfly syndicate] But I do not know my soul age [Michael Entity] Living completely as Essence within the Physical Plane is not possible, and there was an inclination to embrace this energy to an extent that was a bit overwhelming and daunting to the Body and Personality. As the Body and Personality adapted to the realignment, life returned to "normal," but with a new possibility and a reference point for the feeling you may call upon again when the presence of Essence is wanted to be felt more directly. It is not that your Essence is not with you at all times, but Personality can tend to block the energy that would be felt as Essence. You do not have to know your Soul Age to grow in Soul Age. Many are growing and evolving on your planet who will never know this system. [gramail] Thanks! Can you make one suggestion for how I can improve the quality of my life over the next week? [Michael Entity] There are many suggestions we could give and to choose one is arbitrary, but what we can do is encourage you to complement this suggestion with your own observations and self-knowledge. In fact, that is the crux of our suggestion as we can see it for your energy over the next week: to embrace your self-knowledge as a resource, not as an invitation to debate. In the week ahead, it may come of great use to remind yourself that "there is no need to defend myself."
