  1. NWM - Feb 20, 2016 - Accepting Death Hello to each of you. We are here, now. We can begin. Today we are asked to speak on the acceptance of death. We will speak to this from both the approach toward your own death and the deaths of others. For most, the experience of death is associated with loss. There is validity to this, but today we will point to some greater truths about death that allow loss to be a PART of death, and not the definition of death. Before we begin, we would pose a question to each of you. With as much honesty and as much stripping of romantic notions as possible, would you consider yourself afraid of, confused by, unaffected by, welcoming, or curious about death? (choose one closest to your usual feelings/thoughts about it) Janet: Curious Bobby: Same, curious PeterK: Confused DianeHB: Curious and a little afraid Maureen: Curious and Afraid (of others dying - not me). Colleen: Sometimes afraid of it such as worried about waking up in my coffin. Maureen: If that is a question ...cremation is the answer. :) Colleen: No, I don't want to be burned up. Maureen: I'm changing my answer to welcoming rather than curious. That was not a test question, but a prompt for a baseline in exploring with us. What we will do is speak to the acceptance of your own death, first, and then the acceptance of death of others can be extrapolated from there. First: you will die. Death is a universal experience, a universal Truth. It is universal in the sense that Death = Transformation, and transformation is a result of evolution, and evolution is a momentum throughout the entire universe and beyond. Death can come in many forms across the universe, but death cannot be escaped. Death exists as a part of the dynamic of the universe and beyond, so that even universes "die." From the perspective of Personality, this can look like loss and "the end." That is because the Body is designed to avoid death. It is designed to extend the experience of living in a body for as long as it can. It is an unconscious design because it is anatomic, or put another way, it is an inherent choice that need not be made on a daily basis because the fact of having a body means that you already chose to be alive. Once the choice is made to incarnate, the choice is made to live in a body. This need not be a conscious choice made every single day or moment, so the body takes on the task to navigate toward life and away from death. This is the negative pole of the Instinctive Center, and a part of all living beings in physical form. This is the most-basic of choices made by all creatures. Most creatures are driven instinctively, or anatomically. The positive pole of the Instinctive Center is Atomic. This is when you learn to make choices that can go beyond programming and "instinct." This is why humans can commit suicide or willingly make choices that override the instinct that would normally keep the body alive. This is not to say that all suicides are conscious choices, but that many are. Whether suicide is a choice or a result of other factors, it is always a matter of overriding the instinct to live. Our point being that death is seen as the opposite of life because of this anatomic dynamic. Death must be understood as the opposite of life until the true nature of life and the universe is understood. If death is ignored and approached with no concern, the quality of life can diminish greatly. This has happened in various cycles of history on Earth. From genocides to witch hunts to manufactured poverty to war, etc. When death is ignored or regarded without concern, it is used as a means of destruction or self-destruction. This is why most fear death, are confused by it, or apathetic to it. If this anatomic sensitivity to death is ignored before there is an understanding of the true nature of life and the universe, the results can be worse than death, itself. We share this with you to help you understand that you fear death, are confused by it, or unaffected by it because you live in a world that has not yet comprehended the true nature of life and the universe. Even as Old Souls, you may have a great sense of the true nature of life and the universe, but when submerged in a world that does not comprehend this, you are bombarded by imprinting that confuses you and has a long way to go toward that understanding. This does not undo your understanding as Essence, but it undoes your understanding as Personality. As an Old Soul you are born with this understanding, but your Personality is inculcated back toward the dependence upon anatomic navigation. You are taught quickly to mourn death, to be sorry for it, to reach out in sympathy and your experiences of death are quickly shown to be painful and deeply horrifying. It is easy to quickly take this stance as your own and remain with it. Even as you Manifest Essence, this is such a deep and instinctive dependency that even the wisest of souls with the greatest number of deaths under her belt can still find death perplexing and upsetting. So today we speak directly to the forgotten core of you who truly comprehends the nature of life and the universe. Maureen: That is making me cry. Understanding the nature of life and the universe does not mean that you will override your efforts to stay alive, but to include that effort as a CHOICE, not a reaction or fearful response to threat. When you function from the positive pole of your Instinctive Center you do not ignore the negative pole, you simply repurpose it. When in the Positive Pole, overriding your Instinct to live simply means that you not only trust your body to navigate away from threat, but that you choose to live. And choosing to live is one of the greatest paths toward accepting death. This may seem ironic, but not when you understand the nature of life and the universe. To clarify what we mean by the "nature of life and the universe:" The nature of life and the universe is change, evolution, transformation. Everything you do aims for these things. Everything. Even your resistance to these. Nothing in existence truly avoids change, evolution, and transformation. Nothing. This means that to understand this means to understand the necessity of death as a version of these very aims. Some say that you begin dying as soon as you are born. This is true, but not in the sense that the life is then rendered meaningless. Quite the opposite. If you exchange the term "dying" with "evolving" you can see why your life is immediately aiming for death upon birth. Understanding the nature of life and the universe is to put death into the same category as a beautiful sunset, a blooming flower, a cocoon-to-butterfly, a great night of sleep, a profound trust in existence. However horrific and painful the death, we are speaking of the death, itself. The path toward death is a separate discussion. Every life has its sunset. Every life blooms and then drops its petals. Cocoons into release and transformation. Requires a great rest/review. It is fair to grieve your lack of access to the Person and Personality who you loved in your life. This is natural. This is separate from understanding and accepting death. If you have experienced a break up of a relationship or a divorce or a failed friendship, you know this same grief. You know that this grief is separate from your acceptance of the truth of the change. You must grieve. Grief is not an indication of lack of understanding. Chronic grief may indicate a rejection of the truth of death, but even this is not indicative of a lack of understanding. Things that are understood can be rejected. We must make it clear that you are not obligated to understand or accept death. You will die anyway. Others will die anyway. And you will continue to cycle through remembering and forgetting. If you choose to understand and accept death, here are some key elements to consider: DEATH IS A PART OF LIFE, NOT THE OPPOSITE OF LIFE. Death is normal. It is not a surprise. You know very early in life that it will come. This does not mean you will not be sad or upset when it comes to others or even to yourself, but one of the primary foundations for accepting death is to stop pretending that it is a surprise element of life. DEATH ADDS MEANING, IT DOES NOT NEGATE MEANING. The fact that you will die does not negate the effects of a life lived. There may have been so much more you wanted to do, or that you know someone could have done, but they will do it. You will do it. The ideas survive. The body is recycled. The fact that death will come to all and even to this universe in billions of years does not make that time meaningless. It makes everything on the other side of death and every life beyond that ever more meaningful. This life means more to you than any life has ever meant before this. And future lives will mean even more. This is not because early lives are meaningless, but that death helps comprehend that meaning of every single day of that life lived. You carry this forward into the next life, and the next. LIVE YOUR LIFE SO THAT YOUR DEATH IS A PART OF IT, NOT AN INTERRUPTION OF IT. One of the more comforting ways to accept death is to live life. To truly live it. To make the choices you mean to make. To say the things you wish to say. To reach out to those you wish to reach. To allow room for others to not be what you expect of them. To allow room for you to fail. To allow room for you to succeed. To play, to experiment, to lay around and do nothing, to be irresponsible and upset and annoyed. To be filled with bliss and love and affection. All of this is life. There is nothing that is not life. To live this means to aim for what you prefer, to navigate through that which you do not prefer, and to embrace all of it as yours. GRATITUDE AND APPRECIATION ARE FUELS FOR ENTHUSIASM AND KINDNESS, and these build the greatest bridges between life and death. Expressing and acknowledging all that you appreciate and for which you are grateful helps to fuel your enthusiasm and helps to increase the radius of your kindness. This cannot be stressed enough. The practice of this awareness is quite easy to ignore, and in some cases we know it nearly impossible to extract from a difficult life, but even in the darkest of lives there are moments that can be considered. One need not start a gratitude journal or some other ritual that might reduce the effects of appreciation by turning it into repetitiveness. Simply take a moment as you remember, as you feel it, and hold it for a moment in your consciousness. Let this float from you like energetic spores to share in the world. Many of you make it a common practice to complain, to notice what you do not want, to notice what you do not like, to fight against that which is unfair and ugly, and we can say that this easily becomes 45% to 75% of our students' conscious dynamic. This is not a bad thing. We are merely saying that it is a choice. And that you have other choices. You do not have to stop your good fights, your noticing of injustices, your navigation of preferences and repulsions, but you can lay down alongside all of this the truth of wonder and joy and love of this life. Noticing "the bad" in life fuels your self-karmic dance through life, while a focus on "the good" fuels your enthusiasm, vitality, and kindness. Both are necessary elements, but one tends to be easier to ignore. When the emphasis is primarily on your disappointments, losses, struggles, and on "the bad," then death comes as an interruption that seems to come before you got a chance to live. Allowing room for the enthusiasm, kindness, and vitality lets you fully live so that death comes as a part of life. LIVE FOR MORE THAN LIFE. Live for Joy. Live for Happiness. Live for Love. Live for Meaning. Live for You. Live for Animals. Live for Curiosity. Live for People. Live for more than life. This makes death come as a comma in your existence rather than as a traumatic halt. UNTIL YOU ARE DEAD, YOU ARE ALIVE. Living with a fear of death or a rejection of it can drain you of life force long before death will. So live as if you are alive until you are not. And finally: CONTINUE TO LEARN NEW THINGS LEARNING can sometimes become a passive element in a life that reduces the meaning and quality of life so that death comes looming as an interruption. When you consciously make the effort and choice to continue learning, you are choosing to live not only until you die, but far beyond death. LEARNING is as constant as Change. To hook into the momentum of Learning is to hook into your persistence of existence. You cannot change the fact that change exists. You cannot change the fact that existence exists. You cannot NOT learn. To consciously embrace any of these truths is beneficial, but to embrace and nurture Learning is to embrace all of it. We have spoken to you about the process of death in other exchanges, and we can tell you over and over about the nature of life after death, but today we remind you to live as a path of acceptance of death. You will die. You will live. You will do both. If you die tomorrow, you will want to have known that you lived today. We will open the floor for a few questions: QUEUE IS NOW OPEN Yes, Maureen. Maureen: Michael, is this session today with you, and what we have learned, reference what Troy and I were talking about on January 16th: Maureen: I feel like I'm having to come to terms with death in a way that is "new". Troy: Same here. A new level. Not intentionally, Maureen. But in a year where death will be prominently featured, it is helpful to look at the concept in new ways and meaningful ways that help to bring understanding. Many of our students are finding the necessity to perceive, understand, and accept death in a new way this year. Next, Colleen. Colleen: Could you speak more about exit points? How are these determined? How does a person skip an exit point? How does one recognize that an exit point was avoided? Exit Points are managed by Essence. There have to be Exit Points considered upon creation of a life. This is because death will come. Since this is a fact of life, Essence anticipates various factors that might contribute to "the best deaths" and the timing of those deaths. There tend to be an average of 3 Exit Points set up, and up to 12. These are not hidden from Personality, but Personality does not have the capacity for access to that information or the capacity for processing it. Comprehending Exit Points is the equivalent of "try to think of no color." Every thought of no color is a color. Every effort to consider an Exit Point is redirected toward living, toward life, toward existence. This is because the body is designed to hold its form in matter. YOU may continue to exist, but the matter that forms your physical body returns to the Physical Plane. To consider this is counter to its design to live, to survive. So Essence sets these up and they are coded into the body in various ways that look exactly like life to the body. For lack of a better word, these are fragile threads and dissolve over time. Or they are reinforced, depending upon parameters set by Essence. If the threads are reinforced, they are because the life is collecting the experiences relative to making that Exit Point relevant. If they are dissolving, then that Exit Point is passed. Sometimes one can sense when an Exit Point was passed. These are usually marked by a sharp dive into grief 'for no reason" and then a burst of vitality and focus on moving forward. These are symptoms that can indicate many things, so they are not easy to differentiate from just having a bad day, but some who are sensitive enough and know their dynamic of emotional landscape well, they can sense the Exit Point was passed. DianeHB: What do you mean they are "coded" into the body? in DNA? Diane, the "coding" is subtle energy that is "threaded" in various ways throughout the body. Depending on this placement of threading there is an event triggered. If this is based in illness and aging, then it is in the DNA. If it is relative to a combination of external factors such as disaster, murder, accident, etc. then that thread is part of a network among all involved. DianeHB: wow We will add that while Essence designs Exit Points into the life before birth, Alternate Exit Points are developed through cumulative actions and choices of the Personality outside of that original set. We will conclude with Claire's question. Next, Claire. Claire: "This is not to say that all suicides are conscious choices, but that many are. Whether suicide is a choice or a result of other factors..." Can you elaborate on this statement, in view of the fact that you always stress the importance of Choice in everything? In what way is suicide not a Choice? Suicide will always be a choice, but not a conscious choice. When suicide is seen as the only choice, it is usually not a conscious choice. That is because when awareness is involved, then the range of choice is much clearer. When there is little awareness, or little consciousness, then it may seem that it is the only choice. Claire: Wouldn't that be true of most suicides then? We are speaking here of those who suicide from despair, not from the choice to end a life in a body that is dying. Claire: Yes, those are different. Claire, no. Many make the choice to end their life even as they know there are other solutions. They still make the choice to end the life. When it is thought or felt that there is no other option, then it is not a conscious choice. When it is chosen even as other options are clear, then it is a conscious choice. When suicide is a conscious choice, it is usually not from despair. Consider this analogy: The difference between a sky diver who plummets to the ground and a person who leaps from a bridge is not different in the end, but it is very different in the choice to jump and most of the fall toward death. Both who die on impact will reach the same point, but how and why they got there makes a difference. We must conclude here for today. Good day to each of you. Goodbye, for now. We are as alive as any of you. We are just not as dense. And the humor is intended. Goodbye, for now.
  2. March 2, 2000 Troy Tolley, Channel Conscious Connection to Essence 3 of 3 Note: This series begins with Michael Speaks -- Conscious Connection to Essence (1 of 3) [Michael_Entity] Hello to all. We are here. One moment. In our sharing with you our various perspectives of what is and isn’t being conscious of Essence, we believe a practical examination of each Essence Role would be beneficial. In our examination we will share what we perceive are the Maya (or Great Lesson) of that particular role and a more ‘organic’ approach to determining what might be considered rejection of Essence or what might be considered acceptance of Essence. We will note here that the positive and negative poles of the Essence ARE NOT indications of being conscious or accepting of Essence. A fragment in the Negative Poles is just as potentially “in Essence” as a fragment in the positive poles, at least in terms of experiencing its life. What we have sought to exchange with you is what it means to reject Essence or accept Essence as part of your primary being. Those who reject Essence are in deep isolation and a myriad of other traumatic or deteriorating experiences, regardless of how together their life appears or how wonderful their work and relationships and successes are. Those who are accepting and conscious of Essence usually have the enthusiasm to ‘make the best of everything’, even in the midst of what ‘should’ be devastating. Poverty, drama, accidents, horror are NOT signs of disconnection from Essence, they are merely experiences. A positive pole role can still be at its apparent ‘best’ yet still be disconnected from Essence. A negative pole role can be as difficult and trying as expected, and be conscious. The keys are in the act of Decisions and CHOICES. In the moments of your darkest despair, if you can “look up” and recognize that this space is simply where you are at the moment, even if you seek no resolution beyond that realization, half of your battle is completed. When you say “yes, this is where I am right now, I know I could do something but I do not feel like it right now”, you have granted yourself an open door to Essence. Acknowledging your state of mind, your resistance, your struggles, etc. are in that very moment your decision and choice to allow or change, you become immediately centered and present, regardless of your choice in either direction. This will immediately and in that moment connect you consciously to Essence. This does not mean your mood or situation will magically remove itself from your life, but you have opened your world and option for greater probabilities by that single choice, a millionfold. Besides your initial acknowledgment that you may have dropped your connection to Essence, we will say that the most powerful and profound choice you can make next is to ASK FOR HELP. The body is not designed to sustain animation and life without connection to Essence for any extended period of time once sentience has moved in. We want to note at this point that there is no REAL disconnection from Essence; we merely use these terms for convenience, even the term ‘rejection’ is inaccurate in light of the truth, but these terms capture the experience and we will continue to use them with this understanding. We will begin now with each Essence, but first, we will pause for a few questions, if there are any, about what we have shared thus far. [nemo999] What are the most common states of mind? Pleasure, pain, depression, sadness, happiness, attention, boredom … are these states of mind or are they illusion? [Michael_Entity] This set of descriptions are only conveniences to describe whatever a person interprets as their reality in the moment. They are highly subjective and can refer to either illusions or what you have called ‘states of mind.’ They are all ‘real’ to a person experiencing. The definition of ‘illusion,’ or Maya as we prefer, is in the apparent indulgence in a ‘truth’ that is subjectively inappropriate for the fragment. There are some Maya that are shared collectively, some that are individual. Despite the fact that Personal Truth will render all of these experiences “real”, we will share a little of our perception. Depression from your list can be considered a collective ‘illusion,’ and one that is a deep indulgence in Maya, though very ‘real’ when inside of it. Depression is a resigned stance toward the life, an emotional suicide based on one or more of the Chief Features. This is not a judgment. When one is in Depression, we differentiate this from Grief. Depression is literally the consistent and insistent effort to reject the life. If Depression is being experienced, acknowledge that you are where you are in your experience, and ask for help. Depression is one of many Maya that creates a situation where intervention from outside forces is required. Pain from your list can be either Maya or “real”, but is always a symptom of resistance or friction, which we do not see as inherently good or bad, merely resistance to some Growth. Pleasure is always a symptom of higher awareness and connection to Essence. Sadness can be either, though if tears are involved, recognition of a truth on some level is occurring. If there are no tears, this is most likely a form of Depression. Boredom is always a symptom of Maya and is a literal self-lie to remove responsibility. When Boredom is indulged in, you are living in a space of time that was created from want of “having more time”, then when it arrives, you seek to fill it. This all happens because creation on the Physical Plane is denser and slower, therefore the space and time sought “shows up”, but sometimes out of synch with your faster moving mind. Making a note that Boredom is a sign of forgetting your original intentions can help make more of that time. It is not required, of course, that you continue with your original intentions, but release the judgments about EXPERIENCING the slowing of time and take a moment to stop. When we say this is a self-lie to remove responsibility, we mean this in terms of being able to respond, not in terms of discipline. [Azure362] What happens when one fragment is deriving pleasure from another fragment’s pain? Here is where I get confused. This encompasses all these levels, personal or collective, as in when society feels some sort of pleasure at putting some fragment to death, as in capitol punishment. So this would not be true connection to Essence then? So it is safe to say that some pleasures are of Maya? [Michael_Entity] That is difficult to reconcile within the confines of the Physical Plane. We do not expect you to reconcile that, nor do we think it can be. Sometimes events are not understandable by Personality. We will say, however, that True pleasure is rarely experienced at the expense of another, unless both Essences involved have a mutual agreement for something that is otherwise seen as horrific. We will define true pleasure as being that which retains the recognition of the choice of others. If the choice of other is interfered with, then this cannot be true pleasure, it is only stimulation. And, no, it is not correct to say some pleasures are of Maya. Pleasure that interferes with the life, path, or choice of another is stimulation, not true pleasure. [Azure362] And then it is true pleasure that connects to Essence? I think I am getting it. Sorry, lol, but I see some fragments getting pleasure out of stimulation as such ? [Michael_Entity] Consider the image of a person gratified by eating a chocolate bar versus that of one being gratified by stealing the chocolate from a child. You will most likely intuit the difference. It is not complex when examined and the differences between self-stimulation and true pleasure are glaring. Again, the difference is in the lack of interference of choice in another. Our system of Personality and Essence is comparatively quite simple and each part of the system is dynamically linked to other parts, leading to what many have called Michael Math. Each role, attitude, CF, center, etc. are all linked by their axis. For instance, the Ordinal Inspiration will have re-evaluation, reserve, stoic, emotional, self-deprecation, and lunar body types, along with the Server, and the attributes of the number one. Therefore, as we discuss each role tonight in its disconnection from Essence, you might also recognize in that disconnection a link to that role’s inherent Chief Feature. In this instance, though, we might call it “The Great Lesson”. This is not a term we prefer, but it is one our channel found appropriate and we do not disagree, though more creative ways of seeing this will surely come from our sharing with you. Therefore, each Essence will have its “Great Lesson” and this ‘lesson’ will always recur each lifetime in some form. There will be no lifetime that does not struggle with this ‘lesson’, however briefly. Regardless of the dynamics of personality and its chosen emphasis of challenge, the Essence IN ITSELF has its challenges, though it is seen from a very different perspective and eagerly played with. This results from Essence “forgetting” the inherent challenges of the physical plane while being Astral. The body has to regain consciousness each lifetime regardless of soul age and seeks to grow back into the soul age last reached in the previous life. We will also note here that each of these scenarios we might mention in regard to the Roles can be applied to each of you since you may relate it to your own CF that then relates to the Role we are describing. Each Role and CF relates to a Chakra, or Center, and this can also lead to connections. We suggest you only focus on your Role for now, figuring in the consideration as to when or whether you are conscious and accepting of Essence, regardless of these extrapolations. We will begin with the SERVER. For now, we will examine the basics. When a Server is conscious and connected to Essence, regardless of its struggles and fears in the life, its Great Lesson is in discovering that it can take care of other things, nurture them, help them, be tremendously effective in catering to the nuances of needs in another all the while being able to care for self. The Server connected to Essence and conscious of that connection chooses to take care of itself no matter what is happening in the life, knowing inherently that this is the only way to truly be successful in any endeavor. The Server who is not connected to Essence chooses not only to slack in its care of self, but loses its enthusiasm to seek to care for others. This Server will seek in its universe and emphasize in its universe any and all ways to prove that things are not loving, that there is discord and that their own lives are not making a difference. They are self-deprecation, manifest. This Server has its roots in only emphasizing its own and all others inadequacy, or lack of being. This can be overt or subtle, but it will show. Their keys to bringing back a conscious connection to Essence (besides the first vital two steps, recognizing choice for where you are, and then asking for help), is in doing anything physically stimulating. Running, jogging, going dancing, anything with dirt and the ground, and getting a massage. Anything that allows contact PHYSICALLY with what is considered the “outside world” that provides data without judgment. The SERVER more than any other Role can use the past as their world and choose to gauge everything within that context, therefore, it is successful to release the past and choose experiences that bring the Server more “presence.” Next we will comment on the ARTISAN. The Artisan who is conscious of and connected to Essence is one that has learned to allow happiness into the life. This may seem deceptively simple and universally applicable, but any true Artisan can tell you that it is one of their Great Lessons to learn to like receiving and indulging in the pleasures of this world. An Artisan who is connected and conscious with Essence has true joy and enthusiasm for the life, allowing whatever levels of prosperity and abundance are appropriate at that moment. They have admitted to themselves what they wanted, what they needed, and they are allowing themselves to have it, to create it. The Artisan that is disconnected or rejecting of Essence feels their needs are too great, that they will never get what they deserve or are not worth the life used on them. Artisans are clever in their disconnection from Essence because they have helped to construct a culture that supports it. It plays on other fragments, deriving from them false compassion and pity, but nothing of value to make the life seem “worth it.” The Artisan disconnected from Essence is self-destruction, manifest. They have determined that they are not worth what they want. The Artisan can endure for years and years in this state, far longer than any other role disconnected from Essence, because this state eventually requires others to reach out and care for them, even if they are not making changes, themselves. Eventually, the Great Lesson is learned and the life is transformed. At some point, and probably more dramatically than any other role, a shift in the life occurs. This brings the Artisan into a space that says YES to life, to what it wants, recognizes its needs and says they are worth pursing it for. Ways for the Artisan to connect to Essence in times of recognized disconnection are through any form of artistic expression, but most especially painting or sculpting, making a concerted effort to GET OUT OF THE HOUSE. They can purchase things that feel fun are usually labeled “trivial”, interact with small animals, or dance privately to music. Next we will comment on the WARRIOR. The Warrior when connected and conscious with Essence finds itself in many a challenge against or within the life where there appear to be imbalances. A Warrior that is Conscious recognizes that their very nature requires them to live intentionally and with purpose of action. This means, regardless of its tediousness or turbulence, they are always out to conquer something. The Warrior connected to Essence finds itself in many situations of chaos and disorder as a means to exercise and emphasize what is and isn’t Power or Empowering. More than any other role they are more perpetually in crisis or challenge because this is truly where their “heart” lies. It may not be acceptable or as “easy” as other roles’ experiences or what the culture supports, but it is their world and it is vital. The symptoms of a Warrior connected to Essence can most likely be seen in gauging the strengths of their relationships. The Warrior disconnected or rejecting Essence feels that their life is one unrolling world of chaos and they determine they are just ‘lucky’ for what they have, relinquishing effort to make a path. More than any other role, even if arguably, the Warrior that is disconnected from Essence spends it life seeking approval and recognition, while consistently remaining in the shadows. The disconnected Warrior lays low, evades conflict, and depends on others heavily. The disconnected Warrior has a deep sense that at some point it needs to do or be something specific in order to be loved or recognized. Most of the time, this Warrior has no idea what that “something specific” is and will continue to close its circle of life down until it learns to make choices for itself, grasping that they are in control of their lives; this is their Great Lesson. The disconnected Warrior is Martyrdom manifest. This is another role that can regain connection to Essence by incorporating or balancing with heavy physical activity. Making contact with life in a physical manner that brings data into the body emphasizing security and control, such as Tai Chi or the Alexander Technique, a sport that requires coordination, or can all bring the Essence back into the picture. Asking to be held, or holding someone important can help, as well. We will address the SCHOLAR now. The Scholar that is connected to Essence and conscious has learned its Great Lesson, which revolves around the reality of shared love. This Scholar has realized with a great amount of profundity that they will not love another until they have sought to love themselves. As we have said, there are many of these Role symptoms you all may find applicable, but for each Role, you will see they are a deeper lesson when specifically considered. All other Roles have an “easier” time at loving and being loved than the Scholar does. The Scholar who is connected to Essence has realized they are whole and complete, that they like themselves and have decided to trust and open their hearts to their life. They recognize that ALL aspects of life are capable of being loved, even themselves and all the hard times passed through. When the Scholar is disconnected or rejecting of Essence, they do their best to ignore their lives, to resist the examination that not everything is fine. This Scholar refuses to examine their vulnerabilities and have not dealt with their shadow feelings, resulting in acts of dominance or power struggles. They have never experienced intimacy of any depth due to these things. They become adept at arguing their points, ignoring the pains of their past, destroying or deteriorating any relationship or person whom touches too closely too personal areas of pain and sensation. They are Stubbornness manifest. They, more than any other Role, truly fear what is called love. The disconnected Scholar can still bring in a definite resource of love into their lives, but this is usually sought only out of need for refuge, a place to securely hold up the walls around their own hearts. The Scholar disconnected from Essence can be one of the most painful and emotionally tormenting of all exchanges for someone trying to love them. Some suggestions for bringing more of Essence in might be to talk to children about their perspective on life, actually play with children or play on a child’s playground. Seeking laughter of any kind brings Essence immediately back in for a Scholar. Seeking the experience of the aroma and visuals of botanical gardens or observing the ocean can help, or having flowers within visual and olfactory range. We will address the SAGE now. The Sage in connection to Essence is the most obvious and closest to what the positive pole describes. They are TALKING. The Sage connected to Essence, regardless of what they are communicating, is at least communicating. They seek to express any and all feelings and thoughts as a means for communication. When they are angry, you know it, when they are sad, you know it, when they are happy, you know it; they will gladly tell you and tell everyone else. The Sage who is disconnected from Essence becomes silent. Of all the roles, the Sage is the most tender and fragile of all roles. We do not imply this negatively. This is simply because they are the “children” of our universe, and no physical age or soul age will ever change this. It is their “job”. As this Role pertains to communication, children, and the Intellectual Center or fifth (Throat) Chakra, you can see the fragility in a child who has been driven or shunned into silence, when the child hangs its head to cover the vulnerable communication center. This can be reflected in all ages of a Sage, as well. When a Sage has gone silent they are rejecting Essence, losing consciousness. In fact, forms of silence can range through all forms of suppression. This means this Role more than most is susceptible to addictions and substance abuses, anything to redirect the energies from having to address what wants to be said. They are Greed manifest, as they fixate on something they feel they do not have enough of, and remain struggling to attain this at the expense of life and self. Their Great Lesson is in realizing their expression and feelings are important, that what they have to say about what they are experiencing is important to someone, even if this starts out being just themselves. Ways for the Sage to regain consciousness and connection are through writing letters, reading personal journal entries to someone who will listen, sharing a personal story or poetry, trusting what you feel about a person when you first meet them, and singing out loud. We will address the PRIEST now. The Priest who has a connection to Essence realizes that life is full of many truths and each experience has its own truth. More than any other role, this role when connected to Essence has a deep and profound trust in life, knowing with true perception how to pass through the next moments and lead others through those confusions in life as well. Life is intuitively navigated. When disconnected, this Essence lives in a world of concepts and ideas, rational thinking and over-analysis. This would normally seem harmless, but the Priest disconnected from Essence enforces these rationales, ideas, and over-analysis to the point of destroying the life or misleading others as a means for false validation of beliefs. They lose their ability to adapt to the nuances of life and seek only to remain in a predefined, structured, and thought out picture of life. This removes their ability to intuit and trust in life, but creates severe judgment and enforcement of fear. This Role more than any other Role can make a lie become a profound but false truth about themselves, life, or others. They are Arrogance manifest. To help bring the Priest back into connection, we suggest to this Role more than any other to literally make time to communicate to what you consider to be your higher self, every day. We also suggest purchasing or making a set of cards with inspirational affirmations or a book of quotes that can be a “message” or “thought for the day”, or whenever in need, to help lend insight from someplace beyond analysis. And finally the KING, we will comment on. The King who has a connection to Essence is keenly aware of the fact of all possibilities, a sense of connection to all of its life. The King connected to Essence does not just live the life, it IS the life as well. This King recognizes that it is the source of all of its life, through choice, creation, and from even higher. This King sees no separation based on time or space, but only the beautiful unfolding of a life as perfect, no matter what. They do not judge the life, themselves, or others for their position in it, but instead recognizes itself in everything around it. This King has dealt with what might be called its “dark side” and now sees through that state in others, recognizing all the illusions. Limitation is never seen as an obstacle, but an important aspect of life to help direct growth. A King who has rejected Essence becomes highly separated from its life, separated within itself, and from others. Its Great Lesson is in acknowledging they are a PART of everything and everyone, not APART. This King is caught in circles of self-gratification and simple distraction for stimulation. They feel they alone are completely responsible for all achievements in life and resist any help in any form, in fact, sometimes violently. This King rejects people outright due to imperfections reflected from self and creates enormous amounts of Space and Time between those who are their most powerful support. They are Impatience manifest. This King who is rejecting of Essence will forever remain in a circle of development since they allow no other influences or support into their lives. Ways for a King to bring back a sense of connection to Essence is through visiting spiritual temples for moments of quiet and reflection, watching or reading information shared by spiritual leaders they resonate with. They can make changes in the life that reflects a commitment to the acknowledgement of the life force in all others, such as through vegetarianism or volunteer work. More than any other Role, we would have to doubly emphasize that this Role could benefit from ASKING FOR HELP. We will conclude here. Since this session ran so long, we will not be able to respond to questions in this forum, but we invite your questions through your list or discussion forum at Otterly’s [aka Troy Tolley] site. Good Night.
  3. September 12, 2010 Troy Tolley, Channel Internal Monads [MEntity] Hello to each of you. We are here. We can begin now. We have been asked to speak about the processes we have named “The 7 Internal Monads.” We can define “Monad” in many ways, but here we will describe it as “the natural process toward wholeness,” or “the structure provided for two parts of a whole to eventually manifest even greater than the sum of those parts.” A Monad will always have two parts that are vital to the whole, but are eventually resolved, or comprehended, so that those two parts ARE the whole, and not divided. There are Internal and External Monads: the External Monads are variations on relationships between fragments; whereas Internal Monads are variations on relationships with the self, or within the self. These Monads are ALWAYS about “manifesting,” or generating a material counterpart as representation for that structure, process, and eventual wholeness. The External Monads are obvious in that they deal with the space and time between two incarnated fragments, but the Internal Monads are not often understood as having physical/manifested counterparts or representations, because they are often more abstract. However, these Internal Monads’ physical/manifested counterparts are THE LIFE, ITSELF. As we describe each Monad, this may become more clarified and obvious. The 7 Internal Monads are processed and manifested by the Personalities across lifetimes, and these processes and manifestations then contribute to the higher processes of the Essence that must complete a set of 7 Internal Monads for each Level of each Soul Age. In every lifetime, the Personality starts “from scratch” in initiating and taking on these Internal Monads, but the Essence retains the benefit of each Personality’s effort and does not have to start from scratch. Therefore, in any given lifetime, the Essence may be at the 4th Internal Monad, while the current Personality is in the 3rd Internal Monad, for instance. If that same Personality progresses to successfully process the 5th Internal Monad, then it progresses the Essence closer to completion of that particular Soul Level. If it helps one to differentiate between the Essence process of these, and the Personality process, it could be said that the Essence integrates Internal Monads, and the Personality contributes to that by processing as many of the 7 “Rites of Passages” as possible within a lifetime. “Internal Monads” and “Rites of Passages” are rather interchangeable here, but to make it easier to understand, this differentiation may help. It is rare that any Personality completes all 7 Internal Monads, or Rites of Passages within one lifetime. Even if a Personality lives to 80 years old, he or she may still have not completed any Rite of Passage beyond the 2nd, or 3rd, for instance. Using a very simple analogy: Imagine that the successful completion of a Rite of Passage is akin to a Personality filling a basket for Essence. Let us use Oranges as that which must fill the baskets. Personality One within a Soul Age Level will begin the process by fulfilling the First Rite of Passage in being successfully born. This fills the first basket of oranges for Essence. Personality One is also able to process Rite of Passages Two and Three, filling two more baskets with Oranges collected. Personality One takes on the beginning of the Fourth Rite of Passage and begins putting Oranges in the basket for Essence, but never really gets past this Rite of Passage, even though she lives to 90. She will remain locked in a mindset, behavior dynamic, and local perspective that is akin to having never evolved beyond a 30-something year old, despite her physical age. Personality One dies, and Essence now moves that row of baskets out of the way, sets up a new row of baskets for Personality Two, and Personality Two now begins his or her process of gathering Oranges for those baskets. Even though the new Personality must start from scratch in filling the baskets, it is easier now that there is precedence and experience that the new Personality would have access to, if open to Essence. In short, there must be AT LEAST one Personality/incarnation that can fill all the baskets successfully within one lifetime as a means to move Essence on to the next Level of Soul Age. In some rare instances when an Essence moves from one Soul Age Level into the next Level within the same lifetime, then that Personality not only filled the baskets enough to allow for Essence to move to the next Level, but now that there is a new Level, the Personality actually starts again from scratch in filling the baskets relevant to that new Level. This is similar to living “two lifetimes in one.” We say that it is similar, but it is not literal, though often it actually does appear to be a distinct line that defines that transition and then the lifetime seems to be divided into two very different lives. When this happens, the Personality will go through a kind of psycho-emotional “death” as its completion of 7 Internal Monads, and then a kind of psycho-emotional “birth” as it begins the next Level. There are 7 Rites of Passages/Internal Monads, and we will briefly describe each now. Each Internal Monad has 7 Stages within it. Each Stage has a Positive and Negative Pole. Every process through an Internal Monad will mean entering the Negative Pole, then exiting from the Positive Pole for each Stage. This means that a “successful” Internal Monad would be completing the 7th Stage in the Positive Pole, leaving the entire Monad in the Positive Pole. In keeping with the baskets of oranges analogy, a Negative Pole would simply be an unfilled basket. The 7 Internal Monads are: Birth, Autonomy, Independence, Manifestation, Recreation, Comprehension, and Death. These may be called by different names through our various channels, but the basic information should remain consistent. Although each Rite of Passage is associated with various time frames represented by the ages of the Body, they are not specifically tied to those time frames. Different cultures and different societies and different Body Types will affect how the process of these Passages go. For certain cultures where life spans are only 20 years, vs other cultures where a lifespan may be 100 years, one can see how the Monads may play out differently. Those cultures and societies where life is more condensed tend to attract those who are working through Infant, Baby, and Young Levels, whereas Late Young, Mature and Older Souls tend toward cultures, societies, and bodies that emphasize length of life. We include in these differentiations the reference to “society” because social constructs, even within the same culture, may emphasize life at different paces, and thus have different time frames relative to the Passages. That being said, in general: Birth is obviously at Birth, where Autonomy is usually relative to the individual taking his or her first steps, and Independence is relative to an individual separating his or her identity and primary resources from the influences of his or her caretakers (parents); Manifestation is relative to an individual returning to a sense of innocence and personal meaning about the self and life; Recreation is relative to an individual freeing himself or herself from the momentum of “purpose” and shifts into an emphasis on “enjoying life,” or re-creating it; Comprehension is relative to the onset of whatever will end the life, and the individual’s ability to come to terms with his or her mortality; and Death, of course, is exiting the Physical Plane. Many of our students presume that Birth and Death are Internal Monads that are a given, but that is not accurate. The successful completion of Birth is indicated by “staying alive.” For the most part, this is marked by good health. If a body dies before the age of 3, it did not successfully complete the Birth Monad. The successful completion of Death is indicated by the impact one’s death has on those who remain physical. If those who remain are left devastated, deeply attached, and profoundly tied to the physical version of oneself, then one has not successfully “died.” The death, itself, is only the beginning, and the stages involved are done post-death, by working with those still incarnated in processing their grief. Completing all 7 Rites of Passage within a single lifetime takes practice, effort, and commitment to an extent that is often not available or an inclination of every Personality, so an Essence will remain within a single Level of Soul Age as long as it takes. Within a lifetime where the Personality does not complete an early Rite of Passage, such as, say, the 3rd Internal Monad of Independence, it means that this person has left that Internal Monad paused in the Negative Pole, and every Internal Monad attempted beyond that will be locked in the Negative Pole, as well. Using the baskets of oranges as an analogy, it would mean that no matter how hard that Personality tries to fill baskets 4, 5, and 6, they will only be able to fill them to the extent that basket 3 is filled. In cases such as this, which are not uncommon, it is possible to “go back” and fill the unfilled basket, or to complete the 3rd Internal Monad, freeing up the capacity to complete the next. This would mean, even if the Personality is in her 50s, that she can work through her issues related to Independence, self-reliance, and her relationships with Authority, as a means to then work on her 4th Internal Monad, and so on. In short, it is a valid and relevant statement that “it is never too late to have a happy childhood,” as an example for completing incomplete Passages. We wish to point out here that while our teaching can be understood and made useful at any age, it is not until the successful completion of the 4th Internal Monad that the full extent of its application can be comprehended. This is why you see so few fellow students among you, or even that you see so few interested in our teaching, in general; it is simply not very interesting or truly applicable to those who “do not know themselves.” This is not a judgment, but a matter of fact. For this teaching to have its full effect, one must be awake, and most who have not completed the 4th Internal Monad are still in some degree, if not completely, asleep. By “asleep” and “awake,” we simply mean the spectrum between self-absorption and self-awareness. Self-absorption, or being asleep, is marked by a preoccupation with the self, such as through defensiveness, self-indulgence, presentation, brooding, consuming, etc. And self-awareness, or being awake, is marked by, for example, valued sensitivity, right intuition, concentric compassion, enthusiastic curiosity, a kind presence, patient resonance to others, and no defenses or shields. Those are examples, but there are others, of course. We have covered Birth and Death in terms of successful or unsuccessful completion, and we will now quickly describe the other 5 Internal Monads in terms of the same. The 2nd Rite of Passage, which is Autonomy and is initiated by the capacity to walk on one’s own, is often tied to one’s sense of Confidence. To the degree that one is Confident is the degree to which this Internal Monad was completed. When we speak of “confidence” here, we are not speaking in terms of your being able to speak well in front of a crowd, but in terms how willing one is in trying anything at all that is unfamiliar. This is not a matter of trying what one has no interest in trying, but in anything unfamiliar to you that you may have even the slightest interest in trying. This would extend into even those areas one must do for oneself because it is known that it is Good Work, even when one does not want to do them. For instance, going to an interview for a job that is important to you, even as you hate the interview process. A successful 2nd Internal Monad would mean that you do it anyway, even as you acknowledge the discomfort. That is Confidence in this context. An unsuccessful completion of a 2nd Internal Monad is often marked by classic Co-dependence, the inability to do much of anything without a reference to someone else. It is the inability to walk on one’s own. We do not refer to those who have physical disabilities, but anyone, regardless of mobility. The 3rd Rite of Passage, which is Independence, is initiated by the process of separation of identity from one’s caretakers, and establishing the self as its own authority. The successful completion of the 3rd Internal Monad is marked by the capacity to provide for oneself. Providing for oneself does not mean isolating oneself as the only resource, but would include knowing when to ask for help, and how to receive that. The unsuccessful completion of this Internal Monad is marked by either having constant combat with anyone suggesting Authority, and/or resigning from the responsibility of caring for oneself. The 4th Internal Monad, or Rite of Passage, which is Manifestation, is initiated by one’s mid-life assessment as a means to determine the meaning of the life lived so far, and then calibrating the life to an updated course or path so that Essence may manifest. Part of that process and assessment means looking into the past as far back as childhood, and in that looking, finding all of the things that you determined have defined you, made you happy, that have fulfilled you as a child or teen, and then nurturing that same innocence in your life as an adult. A successful completion means truly liking who you are, and embracing the playfulness of your life as you move deeper into it as an embodiment of your Essence, or core Being. An incompleted 4th Internal Monad is often marked by an attempt to replicate the life that was once seen as so innocent, locking the person into a state that desperately seeks meaning, importance, and purpose. The 5th Internal Monad of Recreation is marked by a realization of relief from the need for purpose, meaning, and importance, but finds the emphasis being upon those little things that make the life worth living (on your terms). The life is literally “re-created” in a way that is a new paradigm, free from the burdens of navigation and direction, but entirely embracing of wandering, coasting, and “enjoying the view,” so to speak. The successful completion would often show up as a new enthusiasm for a layer of life that was once cluttered and clouded by over-eagerness and over-anticipation. There is a softness to the life in a way that was never experienced before, and a true joy in many things that would otherwise be dismissed. An incompleted 5th Rite of Passage might show up as bitterness, regret, anger, resentment, and disgust, sometimes concluding that life has no meaning or point, and therefore condemning anyone or anything to pointlessness and meaninglessness. And finally, the 6th Rite of Passage, Comprehension, is marked by the onset of that which will be the cause of death. This is the only Rite of Passage that can most-often be processed in a matter of seconds. A successful completion would show up as a surrender to the reality of mortality, and a full review of the life in a way that brings comprehension to the fact that one has lived and one is now dying. This can happen in a car crash, or in a long-term illness, etc. Time takes on a completely new dimension in this Passage. The incomplete Internal Monad here would show up as anything representing a rejection of mortality, ranging between resignation, apathy, to delusion, dementia, and denial. In instances such as a car crash, the individual may actually “re-live” the entire life in new ways that account for corrections of betrayals, missed opportunities, etc. before actually exiting. That experience can be a means of review, or as a means of denial. We will conclude here, then, in speaking about the 7 Internal Monads, and open the floor to the first 5 questions, due to time constraints. ****QUEUE IS OPEN**** We will respond to further questions after this transcript is posted in your “TLE FORUMS.” [Geraldine] Michael. I still don’t understand how the “two lifetimes in one” works. If a Personality has to go through all 6 IMs in the same incarnation in order to reach the 7th — How does one get all six of those “oranges” in the basket by age 40 in order to do an early 7th? (such as AnnH). Or my son-in-law Brian Fisher who went through this by age 30. Especially since neither one would have been considered “all in positive poles” at those ages. How would one work with “those still incarnated in processing their grief,” if there is no grief? Would one’s concurrents processing IMs help since we all started our incarnations at the same Soul Level? [MEntity] We did not elaborate fully into the “two lifetimes in one”, or the transiting of Soul Levels within a lifetime, because we had elaborated on this in other transcripts. However, we will try to clarify again here. If an Essence has 5 or more baskets full, so to speak, upon creating a new Personality, then that Personality is only tasked with the potential to fill those remaining baskets. However, to get to those baskets 5, 6, and 7, for example, the body and Personality must still fill baskets 1 through 4 in its own way in order to even get to the 5th basket. After baskets 1-4 have been filled multiple times by multiple Personalities over multiple lifetimes, then each subsequent lifetime/Personality has a potentially easier time fulfilling those same baskets. Although there are physical counterparts to each Monad, which is often associated with age time frames, we have also pointed out that they are not tied to those age time frames. Beyond the factors of culture and society as influences, we can also say that one’s PSYCHOLOGICAL process is just as physical a counterpart as one’s physical aging. Therefore, when one is transiting a Level within a lifetime, that Personality can quickly (by age standards) be Born, Walk, Gain Independence, Manifest Essence, and then begin the Recreation process, all by the end of one’s teen age years. This is because while there are certain physical cues that are tied to the Passages, there are also Psychological cues, and these are just as, if not more, vital than the more obvious Physical cues. This means that rather than having a physical retirement/recreation due to age, it happens due to psyche, and rather than physically dying due to accident, illness, or suicide, there is a psychological “death” that then moves through a “birthing” process. Those who transit a Level within a lifetime are now throwing off the usual cues that one can more obviously see in terms of one “growing up,” so these Personalities can often seem more complicated, difficult, and lacking significant maturing processes that another person might show. They do not necessarily appear to be any wiser or more together than any other, and more often, actually, appear not to be particularly wise, and often quite scattered. This is because the psyche is not only developing at a different pace from the body, but by the time the body is older, then the psyche is reborn again in a way that is quite disorienting. This complex process is why this kind of transition is rare, except in Older Souls. Once the fragment in transition has filled the 7 baskets, then the life is marked with a new set of baskets to begin filling, which are rarely ever filled beyond the 4th basket in those kinds of lifetimes. [Maureen] What “happens” in between IMs – for example: Having successfully completed the 4th IM – one could whiz into the 5th or take a decade – If it takes a decade is it like being on a plateau or is it a mix between the 2 IMs ?? [MEntity] While one is “in” a Passage, there is a definite sense that there is living to do. When one is “between” Passages, there is a definite sense that there is work to do. We are using the term “living” here to describe the experience of submersion into the life that often feels like being underwater, then coming up for air, over and over. We use the term “work” here to describe the experience of finally being on land and moving your way over territories of relevance and meaning. For instance, during the 3rd Internal Monad, there may be waves of great angst, rebellion, and constant inner turmoil, mixed with homesickness, deep gratitude, and a sense of self emerging as one breaks away from the influences of parents. Upon completion of that Monad, then the business of income, maintaining an apartment, paying bills, etc., then comes into focus. It might be more appealing to describe the differences between being In and Between Monads as “living” and “learning,” as what was lived through the Passage is now put into practice before the next Passage. [Oscar] Hello Michael ? Could you please elaborate a little about how exactly Body Type can affect the process? [MEntity] Active Body Types, such as Saturnine, Mercurial, Martial, and Solar tend to process Internal Monads “faster” than the Passive Body Types of Lunar, Jovial, and Venusian. The Active/Positive Body Types of Saturn and Solar being the “fastest” while the Passive/Negative of Lunar being the “slowest.” We speak of these in terms of “pure” Body Types, so it is wise to keep in mind that there are no “pure” Body Types, all having a mix of other energies, and influences. The reason for their “speed” of processing a Passage is relative to the Primary Glandular System that regulates experiences for that Body. For instance, the Anterior Pituitary and the Thymus tend to help the body process experiences far more “quickly” than that of the Pancreatic system. This is because the Anterior Pituitary, for instance, is a stimulus for all other glandular systems, and the Thymus regulates the overall health/immunity of all systems, so their being the primary influence is powerful in these Passages. Whereas the Pancreas is insular in its processes, even though they do ultimately affect the entire system. It is that insularity of the process of consumption and production of fuel that contributes to the slower processing of experiences for the body. [Karine] How can you “predict” when someone will enter a monad? For example, you told me that you think I will begin my 4th internal monad near the end of 2012. Do Essences plan in advance during the course of a life when a personality will enter the next monad? [MEntity] We can only see the same things that you can see in terms of Passages, though we may be able to see it more clearly. So when we can see a time frame for completion of a Monad, using the analogy of the baskets, we are basing this on how full the basket is, and the pace at which you have been filling it. We can then extrapolate from there. The same could be said for those that are slated to begin. We can look at the previous Passage and the factors that went into entering it, filling the basket, and exiting it, and how much time was spent between other Passages, proportionally speaking. That being said, yes, Essence will anticipate a time frame that “looks good” for entering a Passage, and we can see those notes, if they are there. In the end, whether we use calculations, or the notes in your records from Essence, it will always be the Personality that decides whether and when to enter into a Passage. So we may be very far off in our information in the end. [Bobby] In your presentation of the 7th IM, there seems to be far more to it than I realized. For instance, I didn’t realize that to transit it in the positive pole, if those left behind grieved terribly over your passing it could keep you from completing it in the positive. I had an aunt who lost a son and never seemed to get over it. Would that be an appropriate example of him finishing his 7th IM in the negative pole? Joey Williams was his name by the way, if that helps. [MEntity] It is not so much in the depth of the grieving, but in the length of time in grieving, and yes, to the extent that one has not helped to prepare loved ones and friends for one’s death, and to the extent that one lacks the ability to comfort those “left behind,” then the 7th Internal Monad is not completed. There will always be at least one lifetime/Personality who dies within a Level in a way that those who remain physical will fully grasp that that Personality had a full life, and that death was embraced without surprise or regret or terror. Because death is so difficult for even the oldest of souls to experience, it takes only one lifetime for this to happen as a means for the Level to be transitioned. And if one ponders the 7 Passages for a moment, it may become more obvious that one who has moved through each in a Positive Pole, may have generated a life and network of relationships that more easily comes to terms with that death. That is not to say that even the most successful of 7th Internal Monads would leave no one grieving. Grief is natural and important, and is a process of accepting a profound truth that replaces a previous truth. In the case of the fragment you mentioned as an example, we think that fragment is still working on completing that Monad, and remains in the process of support for the one who is grieving. Some fragments choose to remain in that process “as long as it takes.” We will conclude here. Good evening to each of you.
  4. [Excerpt from TT: 2009-09] THE NATURE AND PROCESS OF GRIEF Grief is always about change, and the process of accepting the truth about that change. This change is always in relation to something or someone else. Though the change may not be a literal loss or a literal death, the experience is always as if both of these have occurred. Grief can be experienced during changes in objects, experiences, and relationships. Grief can be experienced across the spectrum from the death of a loved one to the missing of a phone call or an opportunity. The intensity of grief over a missed phone call can be as deep as that of losing a loved one, if that phone call meant something to the griever, and the loss of a loved one can be as quickly processed as the simple missing of a phone call, if the griever anticipated the loss and began expanding the symbolism assigned to that loved one. The intensity and shock of grief is equal to the momentum of the relationship, and the longevity of grief is equal to the depth of symbolism of the experience, object, or person. When the momentum is strong (which would include relationships that are “taken for granted”) the greater can be the intensity of surprise and grief. The deeper the symbolism assigned to the object, experience, or person being grieved, the longer that intensity will take to process over time. In other words, the more something or someone means to you, the longer the grief is experienced, and the more investment you had to in that something or someone, the more shocking is the loss. First, we would say that the general understanding of how grief is processed in the 4 steps of Shock, Search, Disintegration, and Acceptance is valid. Some processes are described in 5 steps and others in 7 steps, but we see these 4 steps as being the most succinct. The first three steps deal with questions relevant to the stages of acceptance of the new truth, (How?/Why?, Where?/Who?, and What?/When?) and the fourth being that of the acceptance, itself. The questions listed above are vital to the process of grief and paired like the axes of our own system because they are relevant to the axes of our system (Inspiration, Expression, Action, Assimilation). We will elaborate below. There are two ways for understanding the process of grief using our teaching and perspective: one is through the understanding of the Body Types; one is through the understanding of the Overleaves. Because grief is a physical plane phenomenon, the body is the entire structure for this process. Therefore, the Body Type plays a pivotal role in the overall struggle for acceptance of a new truth. In all cases of grief, the resolution comes when the individual feels he or she has “made sense” of the truth in the change. How each individual comes to make sense of that truth can be understood in the Body Type. The Primary Body Type will reveal where the emphasis of questioning is most in need of “making sense” for that individual or the grief cannot be processed. Lunar and Saturn Body Types tend to make sense of grief through Emotional processing using the imagination and perception, and do not require logic for comprehension. The questions of WHERE and WHO must be answered for these Bodies. For instance, sense must be made of Where the loved one has gone, and Who one is after accepting this truth of change. The more difficulty in answering these questions, the more intense and lengthy the experience of grief. Venus and Mercury Body Types tend to make sense of grief through Intellectual processing, using analysis and insight, and can often seem surprisingly calm during their grief. These Bodies tend to allow plenty of room for the emotions, but do not emphasize them as the primary form of processing. Instead, sense is sought to be made through the questions of WHY and HOW. For instance, when a loved one dies, the struggle is in the answering of Why this happened, and How it could have happened. Mars and Jupiter Body Types tend to make sense of grief through the Physical process of action and reaction, and can seem the most shut down or volatile of all. These Bodies feel the experience of grief the most personally, as it brings into glaring reality the body’s own mortality. Those with Mars or Jupiter Body Types can be the most reckless and dangerous with their bodies, seemingly fearless, but if faced with the death of someone, it impacts them in a way that way that can short-circuit them indefinitely. These Bodies must make sense of the WHEN and the WHAT of the grief, bringing into question the When of time and mortality, and the What of accomplishment, What was unfinished, and What happened, etc. Note that the What of an experience is very different from the Why of an experience. What happened is very different from Why it happened. Solar Body Types are the Neutral Body Types and will tend to process grief relative to the Body Type of the other individual involved who may have been lost, or in the way that is most familiar to them from imprinting and example, or by proxy of who is most intimate with that body. For all Bodies, the questions of Who/Where, How/Why, and When/What must be answered to some degree for resolution, but the most demanding of questions would be those associated with the Primary Body Type. Understanding grief in terms of how it processes through the Overleaves can also shed light on the experience. As this is a physical phenomenon, and played out through the Body, it is only natural that the Overleaves that make up the Personality would be involved, as they are biologically embedded. For simplicity’s sake, we are using the term “overleaves” to describe the components of the process below, but not all of the terms in this process are technically overleaves. As grief is the process of accepting the truth of change in relationship to something or someone, grief always impacts the Mode first, which is the overleaf that manages relationships. Centering is impacted next, then the Goal, then the Body Type, then the Attitude, then Soul Age, and finally the Role in Essence. This process can be understood in terms of impact and then ignition for each Overleaf. The change, loss, death impacts the Mode/Relationship, igniting the inescapable necessity to adapt to the new truth of the relationship. This then impacts the Centering, throwing the fragment off-balance, thus igniting the Centering as the means for beginning the process and resolution of the experience. This then impacts the Goal, throwing off participation in life and personal ambitions, igniting one to recalculate directions and personal choices. At this point, the Body Type is impacted, which ignites the arcing questions that are primary to that individual’s physical existence. This then impacts the personal philosophy, or Attitude, about one’s existence, which then ignites a calibration of that personal philosophy so as to adapt to the new truth. This new truth then impacts the Soul Age that represents where Essence has plateaued in evolution, igniting further evolution and stretching. The stretch in perception impacts the connection to Essence, igniting manifestation of Essence back through the Body, where the other side of the change and new truth can now be embraced. The Path: MODE > CENTERING > GOAL > (BODY TYPE) > ATTITUDE > SOUL AGE > ESSENCE This may seem rather elaborate for those processes of grief that do not seem lengthy or intense, but the length and intensity have no bearing on how it is processed in the Overleaves. It will always impact the Mode first and then move through the Overleaves, resolving in the manifestation of Essence, or the return to Being or Self, so to speak. This process through the Overleaves is often not completed and the grief remains “stuck” in one of the areas represented by the Overleaf path we described above. When grief gets stuck in an area, it can become a part of that area of the Personality, affecting that “overleaf” in a way that draws grief into that area of life in other ways, and even becoming a primary contributing factor to the eventual death of the body. For instance, if grief becomes “stuck” in the Emotional Centering of a fragment, then this fragment may constantly experience grief within a majority of relationships. If the grief were to be “stuck” in a Spiritualist Attitude (seeing the potential in life), then that person may interpret the majority of potential around himself as only having the potential for loss. To pull all of this together, we could map it out in the following way: Stage One of Shock is processed through > Mode > Centering Stage Two of Search is processed through > Goal > Body Type (Who/Where, How/Why, or When/What is now emphasized) Stage Three of Disintegration is processed through > Attitude > Soul Age Stage Four of Acceptance is integrated through > Manifested Essence A final consideration is to note that the processing of grief is very different from recovering from grief.
  5. September 5, 2002 Troy Tolley, Channel Open Floor [M_Entity] Hello, we are here. We understand the point of interest to be what is called the “energy report,” which consists of our perceptions of patterns found in shared consciousness within certain time frames and geographical locations as they impact individual and group potential choices. We will point out that we realize, to some, these reports seem to be highly practical and useable, while to others, the reports seem as silly as reading any “horoscope” in a national newspaper. We do find validity in the use of, and application of, the perceptions shared in the context of an Energy Report, but the use and practicality of the reports is dependent on a few factors. Our Energy Reports are only as useful as any other energy report, such as the Weather Report in your geographic locality. To the extent that actual, physical weather affects you, the Weather Reports in your area range from being vital for you, to being meaningless. Similarly, the Energy Reports we share are only as useful as your association with, and participation with, the collective energy we are speaking of. If you are inclined to be more psychologically or physically isolated, you will find less meaning in the reports. When we use the term “isolated,” we do not mean that in the “depressing” manner some may attribute to the word; we mean it literally, as usual, as in “free from external influences.” For instance, for some of the Older Souls, the perceptions shared in an Energy Report are meaningless when the Older Soul is striking a sense of independence in a life on some level from what they consider threats to his or her sense of freedom. Whether in a state of independence from, or in a state of high participation with, the collective energy of your area of the planet, the most practical use of the Energy Reports can be found in simply noting the patterns. YOU CANNOT RELY ON THEM, but you can use them as a reference, as with any other pattern of probability perceptions. When you note the patterns described, you may find you experience them internally or externally, and you may find that you experience them personally, or find yourself in a position to understand others who are experiencing the Energy. We share this qualification of the Reports so you can find ways to use them more than as a novelty, though you may choose to find novelty in the experience. We have no conditions on this exchange, of course. With all of that being said, we will now offer the Energy Report. As some of you suspect, yes, a shift in Energy has occurred in the past week or so, around the end of August. This shift was based in collective movement from a closed state of attempted healing, to a more open, vulnerable state of accessibility again, as you prepare for the end of the year and the shift at the end of September. When we say, “shift,” we usually mean this to reference a noticeable change in collective energy and focus, whether you take this as a shift in the concepts of Parallels or simply in the shift of shared ideals and perceptions. The shift at the end of August was a response to a need for closure for many fragments. Many on the planet in the past year have “lost” varying forms of relationships to the point of requiring Grief, while others have shifted their relationships into such a changed state as to render it “new,” implying a loss, even if this is not readily realized. Change always includes Loss in some way, so Grief can be a part of even the most joyous of occasions, as it is a means to process that Loss. This is why people cry at weddings and births, for instance. The crying, which is a biological reaction to Truth, is a tool of Grief, which is merely the acceptance of that new Truth, whether on a Personal, Global, or Universal Level. Over the month of September, the emphasis will be on Closure. This will require vulnerability and a high exchange of interaction to process collective Grief. Many of you may find yourselves in moments of depression and unshakable, vague grieving, seeming to be coming “from nowhere,” but this process is not relative to your daily environment at this point. Instead, the grieving may be your part of “carrying the weight” of collective Grief, as a means to help contribute to a release of the “old” and an acceptance of “new” truths, globally and personally. The new truths “in the air” this year have not been fully defined for each of you, but some of the truths suggested for acceptance include the truths of “vulnerability,” “the importance in choosing to Trust in the face of seeming threat,” “the truth of a shared planet with great amounts of pain that cannot be ignored anymore,” and “the fact that this has to change toward harmony.” We are not conclusively defining these truths we describe above, but defined them based on the collective consideration we see occurring. The shock of the United States being attacked has reverberated through nearly every soul involved on the planet at this time. While war and pain have always been a part of your species in some form, somehow, somewhere, the United States’ symbolism of strength and vulnerability has, for the first time, made a difference globally. That difference now is in the fact that once more, it has become even clearer that your species is a COLLECTIVE. The recent experience affected the world, and the patterns that led to the event started from all directions on your planet. Many are only now realizing you SHARE a world. Everyone lives in each other’s “back yard”. Ironically, due to the high amounts of Young Soul influences still in power, the means to move from Young Soul territorialism, competition, war, and division, is through its own means. The shift from one soul age to another is as much a process stemming from the passing soul age as it is from the soul age being incorporated. In other words, through the processes of what are hallmarks of the Young Soul contexts, the Mature Souls will take rise from that. Thus, a reaction to the events set forth last year from Young Souls are being SHARED as a means to draw people closer Maturely, rather than dismissed as “someone else’s problem.” With that being understood, it will help many of you to move through the rest of this year, let alone the next few weeks, as you realize that much of what you may be processing internally or dealing with externally may all be linked in some way to a collective process of grieving and acceptance of some great changes and new truths. We realize that there are always great changes and new truths, but it is the context that makes the difference. As mentioned before, there has always been war, there has always been threat, there have always been deaths on large scale, but NONE OF THIS has ever happened to YOU, collectively, NOW; therefore, the impact and reactions will be different. So, for the next few weeks, the keywords of CLOSURE and GRIEF may be helpful as you grasp to understand your own reactions and actions to the world and inner life. We emphasize that this is NOT an implication of some length of time of sadness, but that this process is much more of a possible celebration of change, once the reality of shared potential begins to set in. It would be suggested that each of you find ways to participate in groups more than you may have been in the past months. When we say this, we do not mean to simply be present in the group, but to actually BE A PART of the group, as part of its dynamic and rich sharing. Your agreements with those you have potential intimacy and exchange possible will begin to show up for you as you pass through September. As September closes, another shift will be occurring, but we will discuss this with you in more detail as that time arrives, if you choose. At this point, we will open for questions, if there are any. [ludmila] Does our group in particular have an agenda with shared griefs in losing loved ones? [M_Entity] We would not say that you have an “agenda with shared griefs,” but we can easily see that many of you have major life changes having been synchronized upon finding each other. The closer the Essences, the more inclined some of you will be toward synchronizing major events such as deaths and struggle and joy and celebration. This is especially true of those sharing Entities and Cadres. On another level, though, the synchronicity as experienced by many Older Souls at this time, is to bring a level of personal grief to the forefront of the life as a means to personalize the grief experienced collectively. Many Older Souls find the “rest of the world” to feel quite remote and even as you participate, there is a sense of division between you and that world. The personal grief along with the collective grief helps create a bridge for a shift on a much grander scale than if only one or the other were experienced. Of course, we do not say, nor do we imply, that deaths were set in motion simply as a means to heal a “bunch of strangers,” but rather that the consciousness of an animal companion or Essences participating in your life chose timings that did have some potential for this very thing. All Essences/Fragments and Consciousness, such as an intimate animal companion, does seek to have as much meaning in death as in life. [MaryBV] How is the energy effecting the President and Vice President? They seem out of control. [M_Entity] The fragments in question are trying to control a situation that is quite uncontrollable at this point. This does not mean it cannot be guided and managed, but it cannot be controlled. In the personal life of these fragments, the impact of opposing ideas, plans, pressure, and expectation are taking their toll. The fragment known as your President finds he is resorting to “puffing up,” rather than being as practical or graceful as he could be, if he could process pressure and possibilities better. At his most graceful, he is allowing the helpful influence of several other fragments who make up his Support Group, but at his worst, he is on his own, trying to establish his own independence in the middle of a mass event. [old] I felt this shift very powerfully...realized I had made a decision I have been wrestling with for some time – but wonder to what extent the impact was heightened by the 5th IM. [M_Entity] The means to differentiate is in that the 5th Internal Monad is INTERNAL ONLY, while the shifts occurring as part of the world are usually EXTERNAL. The 5th Internal Monad is a process of realizing Internally that you are complete or incomplete in your sense of accomplishing your Tasks attempted or not attempted in the 4th Internal Monad. In that process of realization, the emphasis is on how to now reap the joys of the life, to find recreation, to take time for you, to reclaim freedom. However that process takes is up to you, of course, but the process is internal, even if this leads to actions externally. The shift that is part of what we call the Energy Report is initiated EXTERNALLY and a result of influences, experiences, and observations in the outer world. Though this is initiated Externally, there will be Internal changes, depending on how you choose to adapt, resist, or assist the changes seen externally. A final consideration is a shift that occurs Externally, as part of a shift collectively, will be seen as more striking and surprising, than a shift from the process of an Internal Monad, which is a lengthy cumulative process. [LoriA] Is this energy shift the same across the country? [M_Entity] Yes, it is nearly global, though not entirely, such as Iceland being the most remotely affected. There will be effects seen in pockets of people and pockets of time, but by the end of September, nearly all of the planet will have closure to a sense of collectiveness. This does not mean solutions will have been found, but rather that a clearer definition and acceptance of your collectiveness will have been stabilized, more than likely. [LoriA] The mature souls rising are the countries saying no to war then? It doesn’t seem our [USA] mature souls are all that vocal? [M_Entity] The emphasis seems to have moved from protest to actual Action, which means the voices may not be heard, but the impact of choices in the personal life and community will web their way across the country and planet in ways that a cry against something cannot. Most fragments who cry out against something are usually doing so because of a seeming lack of choices or resources. Currently, many fragments are realizing that the smallest of actions and choice can make the difference between being happy and being harmful. This range of realization is new. This is not a new concept, but the actualizing of it is. [ShannonB] The news in this country is that the US government will soon invade Iraq, based on the idea that Iraq is stockpiling chemical weapons and building a nuclear bomb. Is there a genuine threat to the world from Saddam Hussein and Iraq, or is this just a fear or political opportunism on the part of the US military and the US President? Maybe in terms of percentage of probabilities? [M_Entity] It appears to be a valid threat. Though we do not have any channels or students involved directly with those participating in that drama, we do have access to records seeming to point to that threat being a reality. If it is not a reality, it is intended to be one, and this is enough for your government to feel justified in acting. There is as much political opportunism as there are valid responses to valid threats. The probability of invasion at this point, tonight, is still high, with 64% probability. However, we do see several fragments pressing for alternatives to invasion and war, and if these ideas can be implemented within a time frame acceptable by those who feel more immediately threatened, the percentage may drop drastically. This is part of the process during September, and if confirmation of invasion is not announced during that time, the probabilities have a high probability of lowering exponentially over October and November. [ShannonB] I meant not the probability of invasion, but the probability of mass destruction on the part of Iraq. [M_Entity] The probability of effects from the use of weapons, chemical or nuclear based, from the fragment Saddam Hussein or Iraq is at this point 28%. Within the factors considered for this probability, we include what appears to be Intentions, though these may not even be able to be carried forth. The response from the US on an emotional and collective level, along with the responses from many other countries in power, has at once intimidated all threats to the US and invited even more of a challenge and opportunity. We refer to the response to the attacks. If the next few months are handled well, the seeming stress of potential war or further attacks will continue to wane. We must conclude here, as our channel is finished working with us tonight. Good night. ADDITIONAL CHANNELING: If Shannon was asking about the probabilities of mass destruction TO Iraq: [M_Entity] This probability is currently 67% whether through destruction from outside forces or from within.
  6. July 5, 2001 Troy Tolley, Channel Open Floor [Michael_Entity] Here we are. We will begin in a moment. We will begin with the Energy Report as it stands from July 8 through July 21. It is valid that you are in the midst of another Nexus. This began July 4 and will end approximately July 9. This Nexus focuses on the foundations of relationships and the release of that which is not working, the upgrading of what is, and the addition of what has been Agreed upon. Regardless of any major choices having to be made during this period of time, these choices as they are made will be rooted in the heart of your primary relationships, or the implementation of new ones. It will be of help for making these choices if you choose to remind yourself of this heightened focus. Career, Money, Work, and Creativity, long-term plans, short-term plans, etc., anything at this point, in terms of having to make choices, will go back to the importance or lack thereof in relationships. After July 9, what might be termed “an acceleration” will move in. This means Time will seem to pass unusually fast and full. This acceleration will more than likely end near the 17th. This acceleration will seem to be entirely fulfilling to some, while feeling entirely like a loss of control to others. This period of time has the potential to secure the relationships that are sustained, by metaphorically creating a time frame where everyone seems to have to “grab hold” of someone. We remind you this is not being imposed on you as some sort of test; it is simply a collective momentum and you may or may not participate in it, depending on your life dynamics. Most will participate since this is a very Mature soul event. “Wherever” you end up through your choices, this Nexus is merely encouraging more quality in your intimacy and companionships. We will now take questions regarding the report or move into an open floor format. You may begin. [Anne49] Do we ever meet anyone who really is a stranger? [Michael_Entity] Yes, of course, but as you grow older in soul age, it becomes extremely rare. Those who are drawn to larger cities and are usually exalted roles will tend to continue “meeting strangers” throughout their soul ages. [Shannon] You have said there are multiple parallel versions of all of us. Most of the students in this room must be your students in those realities as well. Do you also teach some of our parallel selves as your students, and if so, are they using any different techniques or technologies, or learning material different from ours, that might benefit us if we brought it into this reality? [Michael_Entity] There are varying versions of who is or isn’t actively pursuing our teaching across the parallels. Those of you here have approximately 72% of your parallels involving us, several of them as students of us as a Transcendental Soul. There are no techniques or technologies that will “benefit” this parallel, as this parallel is its own for its own reasons. The only major difference in this parallel as opposed to the most different is in the lack of physical proximity between students. In many parallels, it has become the focus and priority to create group housing and care, similar to a commune, but less restricting. Nothing so organized as a commune, but more like geographical areas and literal “taking over” of apartment complexes and housing developments as a means for unity and community. The Internet stands in for that aspect in this parallel. A minor version of this in this parallel is in the “bay area” of California, where we work with a portion of our channels. [Leela] I’m not sure how to phrase this, or if this is even a question, but I am having a curious reaction to the energy report, almost a sense of resistance. Is this a particular feature of this nexus? [Michael_Entity] It is resistance to Intimacy. Having any attention in this area causes you to cringe. You will not be more exposed than you choose to be, so it can be of succor for you to realize that. [Leela] I think I am a bit perplexed as to what is meant by Intimacy, in this case. [Michael_Entity] No one is forced into the dynamics of an Energy shift or movement, anymore than you are forced to get wet when it rains. You can take precautions, stay inside, go to another city, or dance in the streets naked, but you will remain with choice. Intimacy, as we mean it here, can be defined as true vulnerability; losing inhibitions to and accepting what IS versus what was expected in relationships; and being willing to see the Truth about yourself in relation to the life as you stand in it presently. It would not be amiss to say that these weeks will behave as if a sudden, hard rainstorm has hit and whom you end up standing with in it or hiding away with will be seen in a new light. You will also have that moment to either be in the moment as these things can induce laughter, or brood about what is being “ruined by the rain.” [ClaireN] Would Michael please comment on the nature and origin of depression and any suggestions to overcome it? [Michael_Entity] The nature of depression is in the insistence to resist the life force of that life, a resignation and emotional suicide. Its origins, of course, are in the Chief Feature of the individual. Depression is one of a few, but serious, experiences wherein the life is learning much about ASKING for help. There is no other solution for depression except in the asking for, acceptance of, and openness to help. Depression is usually the result of severe neglect from sources expected to be foundations for that fragment. In nearly all cases we have seen, there is a consistent belief that the fragment is utterly alone, which is linked directly to the removal of or lack of a profound source within that life. Depression is Grief without Truth. Grief is the healing of Truths realized, but depression is the lack of realizing those truths. Although herbal and synthetic substances can balance the chemical makeup of the brain to allow other thought processes, they are only temporary tools. The fragment must learn to reevaluate where in the life a true source can be counted on, namely the self, which can then be extended from there. This reevaluation requires outside support, though, and it is not a weakness to allow strong compassion and empathy to come into the life when depressed. We will clarify “source” here as meaning anything that fragment has labeled consciously or unconsciously as being an archetypal, literal, or symbolic Mother or Father. Though this topic can be delved into far more, this is a relevant and appropriate response for now. [MaryBV] I am wondering Michael if you have any words of wisdom to help Troy with his current situation? [Michael_Entity] He is surrounded by Karma, both philanthropic and traditionally karmic (difficult), mixed with his own self-karmic explorations. It is part of his life to have these events. His sense of “safety” comes from the balance of philanthropy to difficult karma. This Sage created a Personality that is capable of tremendous “blows” as a means to move more quickly through the more difficult 6th Level. His current situation is based on Philanthropic Karma as will reveal itself as it unfolds. We would suggest more physical action involved with the days as they pass, rather than a sense of waiting for the worst. This will do much in creating the avenues for change that could be more acceptable to our channel. We are working with him, along with his own guides, on levels that cannot be addressed in this forum. Far clearer communication is available to Troy on that level. [Jan2000] I have heard about “transcending” one’s overleaves (all but the role). This seems beyond living in the positive poles. How is this achieved? [Michael_Entity] We believe this term merely refers to the fact that as the soul ages, the less it is confined by the original dynamics of the Personality design. It is LESS confined, but it is certainly within strong base parameters. This means the Personality will have a definite design, for instance, of having a Goal of Growth, but COULD in certain instances move off its own axis to the Goal of Acceptance. There will always be a Personality as long as you have a body and there will be no “transcendence” above the overleaves any more than you can transcend the body. In the same way that you can have an Out Of Body Experience, but must return to the body, so can the Overleaves be “transcended”, but ultimately returned to original parameters, unless death is the goal. There may be extreme peace and fulfillment within the parameters of the Personality’s positive poles, but this would not be transcendence. We believe this may be a matter of semantics. We do not teach transcendence; we teach acceptance, if anything. [nemo999] Is there an active parallel where the British won the revolutionary war, and what do they do for fun there in NYC? [Michael_Entity] Yes, there are “active parallels” where this has occurred. As for what “they do for fun in NYC there,” we do not have a general answer, though we do believe that geographical area is not called by the same name. [nemo999] How about the ‘commune’ parallels? [Michael_Entity] There are many versions of the “commune” parallels. Most exist within economic and political contexts very similar to what you see “here.” The most “unusual” parallel in this regard, we can offer, is in nearly half of your Cadre One, along with many from Cadre 2 and 3, literally “running” a progressive city in what is known as Colorado. [Jan2000] Is there are parallel in which the 70’s Michael group formed a commune? [Michael_Entity] Yes, some in New Mexico, Texas, and California. We will conclude here. Good Night.
