  1. [Extracted from Energy Report: January 2017] MEntity: The Higher Emotional Center is what helps inspire and anchor the truth and energy of Love. The Higher Emotional Center has a Positive Pole of Love and a Negative Pole of Intuition. Higher Centers do not have any classic “negative” effects, but there is the more restricted and divided pole. Where Love transcends the divisions and parts and pieces that make up a relationship, event, or life, Intuition navigates all of this. Intuition is only “negative” in that it is finding a way through the parts and Love is holding them together. ... The Emotional Center holds Perception as the Positive Pole and Sentimentality as the Negative Pole. Perception is the capacity to bypass logic as a means of opening to the “heart” of an event, person, or experience, while Sentimentality is an attachment to the “heart” of an event, person, or experience as a way to bypass logic.
  2. Michael Speaks - Soul Ages and Levels (01/09/11) Troy Tolley, Channel [MEntity] Hello to each of you. We are here now. We will begin with the discussion on the topic of Soul Ages and Levels. We realize we have shared a great deal of information and insight into this concept, but every aspect of our teaching has dimensions that may resonate at different points in the life, and to different students and different times, so our returning to "basics" does not have to be a review, or rehash, but a new spiral or layer of that concept. One of the reasons we think it is helpful to return to the basics at various points is because our initial sharing of this teaching in the form that you currently understand it was shared in a highly generalized and simplified way, and through the perspective of the average Soul Age of Young at the time. Our teaching does not change, but the understanding of it changes depending on the perspective that is interpreting it. For instance, there is a very basic way to understand the Role of Sage, in general, and then there are the differentiation of layers or evolution that bring dimension to that Role. For example, understanding the Sage as a goofy, obnoxious, self-indulgent, talkative, attention-seeking Role is highly generalized and, though accurate as a single dimension of that Role, only describes the Sage as the average Young Soul might manifest the Role. The description, or dimension, of the Role of Sage as an Old Soul will include this Young Soul version, but age affects how a Role is played or manifested, and the Old Soul Sage is often nothing like the general description, or the Young version. Whereas the the Young dimension of the Sage can be a clown and an attention-seeker, the Old version is the wise child whose emphasis is more on the integrity of communication and meaningful exchange, than on the attention that it would bring. And so it goes that the Soul Ages carry within them dimensions that might be filtered or highlighted by your own Soul Age. So, for instance, the Young Soul to an Old Soul looks and feels and is experienced quite differently from how a Young Soul would experience another Young Soul. What we will do today is discuss with you the Soul Ages as they may be experienced by our Students, who are more often Mature and Old, and this may help build upon the generalized concept. Your questions will help us to shape the information more relevantly. First, we will mention the underlying pillars for Soul Age that are relevant regardless of perception: Soul Age is an Essence's self-measurement for EXPERIENCE. Nothing more. Soul Age is an Essence's self-measurement of Experience based upon that individual Essence's agenda only. There is no one, or no thing, monitoring this beyond that single Essence. To elaborate: one fragment's movement through a Soul Age may include completely different experiences than another fragment's experiences through that same Soul Age. That is because Soul Age is a measurement of evolution/maturity of the Essence, and any experience can be used to propel that evolution/maturity. Soul Age is ONE INTERPRETATION of the evolution of experiences of Sentience, but is not a singular map that all find relevant or meaningful. It is a map for older souls, and is useless to most before that level of maturity. There are other maps used by younger soul ages. In other words, sharing this map "with the world" would not solve the problems of the world, nor would it encourage awareness beyond the capacity that is already present in younger Soul Ages. Presuming that this concept is as profound a map for the young or baby soul as it is for the mature or old soul is like presuming that a map of Disney Land is as useful and meaningful for the toddler or teen as it is for the adults. We can go further to say that even many adults, or older souls, may not find the map useful or meaningful. Continuing - Soul Age is not a map that is imposed upon Sentience, any more than the aging body is imposed upon a Personality. It is simply part of the nature of evolution and maturity. In other words, there are no requirements for that maturity and evolution, only markers. Soul Age is a map that we generated from learning about how our Essences learn and evolve, though that evolution was already long in place before the map was generated. The map of Soul Ages is cyclical, and not linear, despite the apparent progression. Regardless of Soul Age, EVERY Personality is born "reset" to an Infant Soul status of consciousness, and must, if the Personality chooses to do so, find its way back into whatever Age and Level of consciousness and maturity the Essence has reached previously. To some extent, the same could be said for the Essence at every new LEVEL within a Soul Age, and especially at every new Soul Age. For the Personality, this may make sense, since the vehicle is completely new; a new brain and body that must adjust to and share the life with Essence, if it chooses to do so. However, for every new Level, Essence also "resets" and cycles back through what it has learned to that point, and must then build upon that, much like the Personality must regain consciousness over the lifetime to a point that can then draw upon Essence's history. Before we elaborate further, we will take up to 3 questions relevant to what we have shared so far. ***QUEUE OPEN FOR 3 QUESTIONS*** [Question] "Cyclical, not linear" - I visualize the "levels" as being in line with each other, e.g. all 6s "above" each other - a spiral MEntity: That is "exactly" how it is. We qualify the word "exactly" because we mean it only in terms of a visual interpretation. That is a fair and accurate visual. When one is in the 6th Level of any Soul Age, all other 6th Levels are activated and explored. That "activation and exploration" are on an Essence level for the most part, but would also be relevant to which lifetimes tend to be resonant to that lifetime. We think some insight might be gained from the recursive sequence of what has come to be called the "Fibonacci Spiral." [Question] I would like to ask for an elaboration of Essence resetting when a new level is achieved within the same lifetime, i.e., as XXX did. Is this why she is recycling through earlier levels as Essence resets? MEntity: That "resetting" is relevant to what we have come to describe as the Internal Monads. There are Internal Monads that the Physical Body and Personality build through, and Internal Monads that Essence builds through. Every Level of Soul Age is a pass through 7 Internal Monads. Every Personality's progress through its own Internal Monads contributes to the progression of Essence through its own Internal Monads. Every Personality starts over with the First Internal Monad in every lifetime, no matter how far a previous Personality has progressed in a previous life. Every Essence starts over with a First Internal Monad in every new Level, because each Level is a completion, or cycle through, 7 Internal Monads. To help clarify: Every Personality goes through a progress of "waking up" within a lifetime because it is a completely new lifetime. Every Essence goes through a progress of "waking up" within a new Level, because it is a completely new Level. A simple metaphor might be that Essence entering a new Level from a previous Level is like an evolving Personality might enter a new relationship after having been in a previous relationship, or moving to a new city after having lived in a different city before. It is not that all is lost, so much as that all that has been learned must now be applied in a fresh context. [Question] How does one explain the soul that remembers a prior life under 5 years of age? Did these essences choose to remember their soul age? MEntity: It can take UP TO 7 years for a new Personality to embrace and bring through, so to speak, Essence, but for the older souls, that time is often much shorter. The greater the level of maturity or consciousness that Essence brings to a new life, the greater the resource that the new Personality can access, if it chooses to do so. Depending upon the culture and imprinting that is the environment for the new Personality, the child may not only bring Essence in more quickly, but that child's filters may also allow for those "memories" to flow freely. In some societies, such as some within India, reproductive imagination is encouraged in children and they are "allowed" to voice memories that defy reason. In other societies, such as in the United States, those memories are not encouraged, and creative imagination is encouraged over reproductive imagination. Every lifetime, regardless of the fact that it is new, with a new body, and new Personality, will always be built upon the Instinctive Center of the "previous" lifetime, carried forth like a disc from one body to the next by Essence. That Instinctive Disc, if you will, is the mini-Akashic Records of that particular Essence, and depending upon the level of consciousness accessible to the new Personality, can be read and accessed by that new Personality. [Question] Follow up: how do we create a stage for the child to bring in essence and allow memories to flow freely? MEntity: There is no real way to create that stage in a way that prompts the memories, but there are ways that one can encourage the exploration of those memories when the child begins to speak of them, if he or she does so. A child will either speak of them, or not, depending upon that Personality's personal process of regaining consciousness. If the environment is open to that, and the Personality speaks of these memories, then the validation can occur. However, to prompt a child to speak of past life memories, rather than simply allow for that child to speak of them if he or she does so, can often lead to false memories, confusion, and delusions. In short, simply paying attention and being open is enough. Responding to "Dracula": The impact and extraction of knowledge from experiences is subjective, but the markers are static. [Question] Static, not "objective"? MEntity: This might be understood through the metaphor of passing through a city that has specific streets that will crossed on the way through, but different speeds and vehicles may be used to pass. In addition to that, some may rest, some may crash, some may backtrack, some may sight-see, but all of those variations will not change the terrain. We chose the word "static" because, though the markers may remain in place, even the interpretation of them will be subjective. Much like the fact that a city may have a definitive terrain, but many maps to highlight various ways through it, depending upon the interest of the one choosing the map. We will continue with the topic and return to questions in a moment. We have already mentioned this in response to questions, but we will elaborate here on the Soul Age process: One Internal Monad is a level of maturity, awareness, consciousness gained by a Personality or multiple Personalties over lifetimes; 7 Internal Monads = 1 Level of a Soul Age; there are 7 Levels within a Soul Age; there are 7 Soul Ages for Essence. An Internal Monad is a process of resolving a division; a kind of return to wholeness that is greater than the sum of its parts. For instance, the 1st Internal Monad is the resolution between Physical and Essence that is "life." By the way, just "being born" is not necessarily a completed 1st Internal Monad, but we will elaborate upon the Internal Monads in another discussion. Understanding that Soul Ages are built from these processes of resolution can help one to see the vast beauty and magnitude of what it means to evolve, growing from fragmentation, through resolution, and returning to wholeness. Every Level then is one layer, or one dimension, of fragmentation "healed" for Essence, or more accurately put, "regained." When your Essence chooses a Role, it carries forth its own kind of "disc" into that new Grand Cycle of lives as that new Role and new sentient species, but in every other sense, it fragments itself and loses all "memory" of anything "before." Therefore, it could be said that every fragment is in a process of collecting itself back from the universe in which it is exploring. In the same way that we exist as fragments of Tao that eventually return, so are each of you fragmented "out" into your Grand Cycle "ahead of you," and then the compulsion toward wholeness propels the cycle. In a very simplistic and crude description, every Essence "hides" fragments of itself throughout the universe, and the process of evolution is the recovery of those fragments. That process of recovery is different for every Soul Age. For the Infant Soul, this process comes from tangible contact with the world, a kind of feeling around in the dark, and relies greatly upon TOUCH as the navigating tool. For the Baby Soul, this process of recovery comes from extremes of experiences, a kind of tight-rope walking that can find most of itself in every fall from the rope, relying greatly upon BALANCE as the navigating tool. For the Young Soul, this process of recovery comes from opportunities and investments, or indulgences, toward its greatest idea of itself; a kind of constant following of a frequency or tone, making HEARING one of its primary tools for navigation. For the Mature Soul, this process of recovery comes from recognition and empathy, finding and recovering extensions of the self that reside in others, making SIGHT a primary navigational tool. For the Old Soul, this process of recovery comes from pleasure, reunion, happiness, and play, because it can now recover the parts of self that never stopped to enjoy so many things along the way, making SMELL/TASTE a primary navigational tool. When we associate these senses with the Soul Ages as navigational tools, they are not always so direct and literal, but often they are. For instance, in a Young Soul society, music tends to blossom and evolve as a primary medium because "hearing" is so pronounced. Other Soul Ages enjoy music, of course, but for other reasons. For instance, in the United States, the "music industry" is heavily populated by Young Souls, and Young Souls are attracted to that medium of recovery in droves. The phrase "marching to the beat of a different drummer" is a Young Soul phrase because Identity is so important to the Young Soul. This is NOT to say that music is synonymous with Young Souls, but that Young Souls tend toward SOUND, both literally and figuratively, as a means of recovering fragments of Essence, or finding themselves, so to speak. Young Souls are often the loudest among you. A Mature Soul may use music to explore himself, express, or heal himself, but not necessarily as a way to recover or find himself. As your world moved into Mature Soul consciousness, you can see the shift from Radio to TV, for instance, or from music to videos. Even the phone is on its way to being replaced by video conferencing because the Mature Soul uses SIGHT as a means of navigating for recovery of itself. The Old Soul recovers itself through remembering how to enjoy living and being in a body, so two very primitive senses are called upon: smell and taste, which are fairly dependent upon each other, and help the body and Personality toward that which feels good. Smell and Taste affect the entire system that is the Body and the Personality, bringing a synthesis when allowed. In other words, the more an Old Soul allows itself to enjoy, love, accept, and live through its body, the more it recovers its fragments of self and returns to a wholeness. Briefly, the Transcendental Soul uses Orientation and the Infinite Soul uses Relationality as navigational tools for the recovery of fragments. Of course, on the scale of the Infinite Soul, those fragments are all Essences relative to that species of Sentience. Another way to understand the Soul Ages from a student's perspective, and not necessarily as a generalized perspective, would be by seeing the polarities of the Soul Ages and how those may manifest through a Personality. To accommodate the limitation of time for this chat, we will quickly share those: The Infant Soul manifests Positively as INNOCENCE, and Negatively as DISSONANCE. The Baby Soul manifests Positively as REFLECTION, and Negatively as REJECTION. The Young Soul manifests Positively as ACCOMPLISHED, and Negatively as ENTITLED. The Mature Soul manifests Positively as PERCEPTIVE, and Negatively as PROJECTIVE. The Old Soul manifests Positively as INCLUSIVE, and Negatively as EXCLUSIVE. Though we can elaborate upon all of these, we will quickly say that the Mature Soul, when manifesting Positively, is capable of seeing beyond the obvious, the logical, the superficial, and does not require "reasons" for what is known. It simply Perceives. It can truly SEE. The Mature Soul manifesting Negatively loses its capacity to Perceive and simply Projects, turning everyone into props and players for his or her own drama, never truly seeing others because of the preoccupation with seeing (finding) the self. The Old Soul manifesting Positively is Inclusive because everything and everyone is experienced as a part of the greater whole, including all of the previous Soul Ages within itself. This leads to an adaptability that allows for finding parts of the self in places and people it never would have thought of on its own, if you will. This Old Soul can draw upon its previous tools for navigation at will because it has accepted those tools, and will use them appropriately to navigate or understand those in younger Soul Ages. Everything is experienced and interpreted as "food for the soul," so to speak. The Old Soul manifesting Negatively become Exclusionary, aligning itself only with the "like-minded," seeking refuge and intimacy only those who feel "safe," and even then keeping a wall of isolation around the self as part of the interaction. This dependence upon the condition of safety never allows the Personality and Body to enjoy the life to the fullest, often resorting to the forming of secrets, imaginary relationships, and the equivalent of soul masturbation. Keep in mind that the Negative Poles we describe are a part of the spectrum and process for any term we are describing, and do not indicate what not to do or be. They simply describe the more limited end of that spectrum, as well as the end through which all will enter in that context. For instance, ALL Old Souls will go through an Exclusionary phase before it will move into an Inclusionary phase. That is natural. [Question] You mean within a single lifetime? MEntity: ALL Mature Souls will move through a Projective phase before it can Perceive. That would depend upon the individual, but for the most part, yes. Every Old Soul within each of its Old Soul lifetimes will still have to regain the consciousness of that Old Soul awareness, and that means the Personality would go back through a phase of Exclusion before Inclusion. As every Old Soul in this "room" can attest, if there is an honest assessment, the Exclusionary phase is all too familiar. We will open the floor for questions, but will end our responses in 15 minutes to accommodate our channel's and students' time limitations. ***QUEUE IS NOW OPEN*** [Question] You said in an earlier chat that Religion was the playground of the baby soul and Politics was the playground of the Young soul. What are the equivalent structures for the other ages (especially Mature Soul)? My guess is "Community" MEntity: We could say that RELATIONSHIPS are the playground of the Mature Soul, and IMAGINATION is the playground for the Old Soul, and THE UNKNOWN is the playground of the Infant Soul. By extension, "Community" would be included in Relationships. [Question] Hello Michael Could you elaborate, or give pointers as to (learn) how to access our mini-Akashic disc you mentioned? MEntity: The greatest direct access each of you have to your Instinctive Centers/Akashic Records is IMPULSES. Impulses are prompts that stem from the Instinctive Center in a way that each fragment eventually learns to read/interpret, and trust. Impulses are not the same as Compulses, as Impulses always include Choice, whereas Compulsions feel as if one has no choice. Impulses will always lead the Personality along paths that are a part of the higher pattern of its existence, and of Essence. Those Impulses are directly from one's Instinctive Center and directly relevant to the current lifetime in some way. Impulses are not indications of a "right" way to do something, or a "right" thing to do, direction to go, choice to make, etc., but simply indicative of possibilities relevant to what is active in those personal records. [Question] Would that be what feels like that "little voice inside" - same as intuition? MEntity: Yes, that is often how Personalities interpret the Impulses, however, there is a difference between Intuition and Impulse. Intuition is a synthesis of information gathered from various senses and sources that then must be interpreted, whereas an Impulse is a kind of immediate Knowing. For instance, one might use Intuition to help decide which city or part of city to move to, or which home "feels" right, but an Impulse would be the Knowing that it is time to move. It could be said that Intuition can be a navigational tool for fulfilling an Impulse. [Question] I am 7th Level Old and my husband is 7th Level Mature -- I have been thinking for some time that this is not a coincidence -- from the perspective of our soul levels discussion today and in a way that would be relative to everyone -- please comment. MEntity: That would be valid, Maureen. Fragments will often find themselves in association with, relationship with, attracted to, repulsed by, those who share the same LEVEL, but different Soul Age. This is part of the process for a fragment to cycle (back) through a Level. Though an Essence may be a 5th Level Old Soul, clearly having moved beyond the 5th Levels of the previous Soul Ages, it does not mean the value of revisiting or exploring those levels within is meaningless, concluded, or lost. This is part of the spiral we described earlier. For those who did not get a question in for us, we can suggest posting your question to the forum where this transcript will eventually be posted, and then it will be there for Troy to offer to us as he can for our response to be added. We must conclude here. Good evening to each of you. Goodbye.

    More on Intuition & Love

[Excerpt from Energy Report: January 2018] MEntity: The Higher Emotional Center remains intact over 2018 as a means of navigating the year, which will mean a continued and escalated emphasis on issues regarding Love, Compassion, and Empathy from the Positive Pole, and Intuition, Sensitivity, and Sympathy in the Negative Pole. Keep in mind that the Higher Centers are never “negative,” in that even the Negative Poles do not harm. The Negative Poles of every other Overleaf can do harm, but not the Higher Center Poles. The difference between the Positive and Negative Poles for the Higher Emotional Center is the difference between Love and Intuition. Love is an all-inclusive state that allows room for all variables and does not see these variables as threats to Love. Intuition is a practice in synthesizing variables that are in contradiction, opposition, division, and disparate so as to make sense of the whole picture. Intuition makes sense of these details as a path to Love. The variables of a relationship, of life, of an event, and even of the self can be disparate, divided, and opposing, and Intuition is a practice in allowing these to exist as part of the big picture. Intuition is the practice. Love is the result. Over the year you may find some approaching life from the angle of Intuition as they practice synthesizing all of the confusing and chaotic variables and make sense of opposition, conflict, and differences. Intuition will tend to emphasize Sensitivity and Sympathy. Intuition is a highly receptive state that requires dependence upon Sensitivity. Sympathy is when one feels for another without relating to them. Sympathy has not found common ground but finds a way to include the experiences of others as valid. Intuition requires Sympathy because there are too many variables that will always seem to be outside of your range of experience, but they must be included in the bigger picture. They must be included for Love. Eventually, there is navigation based on Love. This is the inclusion of all variables which allows for variation in expression, differences, chaos, confusion, and conflict. Love allows one to address these variables without experiencing them as threats to Love. Love depends upon Compassion and Empathy. Compassion is the capacity to acknowledge the suffering and to do the work of alleviating it. Sensitivity is often mistaken for Compassion. They are related but different. Sensitivity is a precursor to Compassion. Sensitivity means one is receptive but has still not made sense of the chaotic variables. Sensitivity seeks to remedy and remove the symptoms but has not yet considered or looked at a cause. Compassion seeks to directly address the cause and accepts that the symptoms will remain until the cause is addressed. Love depends upon Compassion because there will always remain challenges and issues that can be addressed, improved, corrected, healed, etc, but the symptoms are seen as informative, not as causative. Sympathy is the capacity to feel for another even as you do not relate to them. Empathy is the capacity to feel for another and relate to them. Sympathy and Empathy are very similar, except that Sympathy has not yet made the connection. Sympathy is a precursor to Empathy. Sympathy and Empathy are a part of Love. One does not have to relate to another to share or understand their feelings. Sympathizing is the effort to Love. Empathy is Love.

    Core Values of Server

[This material was originally posted by NickG as a private session transcript on May 18, 2016. Permission was granted for placement in the Study Library.] Nicholas33: Hello to you too Michael. When we had the session on manifesting essence you stated something along the lines of the role having core values as a foundation to build upon. You gave me some examples for the Sage but I was wondering if I can have the core values of the other roles as well. MEntity: Yes ... SERVERS - Caring, Inspiration, Peace, Intuition, Permission, Vulnerability, and being living examples of Interdependence. Keep in mind that these Core Values will be upheld in some way, even if they are upheld in desperate and unhealthy ways. These can be upheld in ways that serve only the self, serve only others, or serve a balance between the two. ### end of transcript ### Note: You may comment on the original post. Sense of Orientation

[This material was originally posted by Maureen as a private session transcript on November 4, 2010. Permission was granted for placement in the Study Library.] Maureen: The sense associated with Priests is Orientation. I've never seen a description of this sense anywhere. How does Michael perceive this sense operating in Priest lives and to myself in particular? MEntity: This term was chosen to describe the capacity for the Priest to intuitively sense the appropriate direction for any fragment toward its Higher Good. It is simply a specific use of intuition, often activated by Essence Recognition. When one recognizes the profound validity of an individual beyond his or her present Personality, not only in terms of the current lifetime as it includes a past, present, and future, but including the possibility of a soul, this is Essence Recognition. The Priest has a keen capacity for being a compass, so to speak, for specific directions, or orientations. And those directions or orientations are relative to either the Priest's agenda or the search of the other fragment or group of fragments. All forms of Intuition include all or some of the basic Senses in a synthesis that combines and extends into a "new" or hyper- Sense. Orientation is one example as this combines the sense of Sight and Touch into a unique form of guidance. Orientation is an Active Sense in that it requires Interaction (a form of Touch) to fulfill the Vision (a form of Sight). How the Priest uses this Sense is a matter of Choice, and is played out between the Poles of Compassion and Zeal, with Compassion bringing Orientation through inspiring oneself or another to aim for the Higher Good that is the Vision, and Zeal bringing Orientation through imposing upon oneself or another the aim for the perceived Higher Good. ### end of transcript ### Note: You may comment on the original post. 6. April 4, 2002 Troy Tolley, Channel 7 Spheres of Awareness of Essence NOTE: The word “Levels” was not a very accurate word for what Michael was trying to convey in the chat on this Topic. I found when editing the transcript that Michael suggested SPHERES instead. This gives a far more accurate picture to the development of Awareness in a life. [M_Entity] Hello to all of you. We are here. We understand the topic to be “7 Spheres of Awareness of Essence.” We will share what we can in regard to this within the time available. As many of you are aware, the Physical Plane is not the only Plane of existence. The Personality only exists within the Physical Plane, along with the Physical Body, while Essence exists to some degree in all Planes “at once.” In any given lifetime, the Personality is capable of gaining awareness of its own Essence in varying circles of awareness. A Soul Age or Essence Role or Overleaves do not limit the Sphere of Awareness, though it can be said that these things contribute to the ease or challenge of gaining awareness. The oldest soul may have a particularly difficult lifetime that inhibits awareness, while a younger soul may find blissful connection to Essence on all levels. It is the choice of Personality as to whether it wishes to have a connection to Essence on a conscious level and to what degree. Essence NEVER imposes itself on its Personality. The Personality is too valuable for that kind of relationship. Essence needs the Personality as an extension of itself to explore and learn from the Physical Plane. Essence cannot exist fully where you are incarnated without a body of some sort. For that reason, Essence allows the Personality to seek Essence as Personality sees fit, though Essence is ever watchful and loving to each version of Personality within the Physical Plane. Though Essence is not as attached to the Physical Plane as a Personality, Essence still finds great empathy and ever-growing love for each Personality. The Tao, and by extension the Essence, finds it to be a far more loving relationship to have what is created seek the creator, rather than the creator enforcing itself on the life. As Personality and the Body grows within each lifetime, it must “re-remember” all of its Soul Levels and Ages and regain that level of consciousness and perspective all over again. It is stored in the Instinctive Center exactly where you are in your development as Essence, but each new Body must regain consciousness as a means to house the perspective of Essence. Some may or may not reach the previous level of Soul Age. It is perfectly possible to have a Young Soul lifetime wherein the fragment is technically an Old Soul, depending on several factors in Personality. The difference is that each Soul Level has its capacity to gain up to and through all 7 Spheres of Awareness. It could easily be said that these Spheres of Awareness are the Levels WITHIN the Soul Levels. The 7 Internal Monads could be said to be the process of INTERNAL rites of passage toward moving through a Soul Level, while the 7 Spheres of Awareness may be said to be the EXTERNAL process of moving through a Soul Level. Both must be completed and experienced within as many lives as it takes before moving to a new Soul Level. The 7 Spheres of Awareness then could be described as follows: Sphere One: This is the simplest Sphere of Awareness. This Sphere is basic to any Sentient Being. This is self-awareness on the most rudimentary and mechanical level. You are aware you are alive; that you must feed yourself; that you must protect yourself; that you must interact with life. Sphere One is the most separated, narrow, and isolated of all Spheres of Awareness. There is no real concept of “spirit” or anything more than what is immediately tangible. This would extend into areas of “love” and other such intangible experiences. The fragment perceiving from within this Sphere merely does what it needs to do to survive and to gain the next experience. This fragment usually experiences life solely from the Negative Poles of the Personality and rejects all forms of intervention for helping raise its awareness. There is an absolute disconnection from all life forms around this fragment. It is hard for them to even understand the “point of living.” Sphere Two: This is the Sphere wherein you get a glimpse of life through the Positive Poles of your Overleaves. You gain a bit of awareness as to what your Essence is like, even if not fully defined. You decide you must have a soul. That much is at least considered to be possible. This Sphere of Awareness begins to expand beyond the limitations of the Body and into the realms of possibilities. Imagination becomes more harnessed for creativity, rather than fear and protection, as in Sphere One, and the fragment begins to consider his dreams along with other concepts that are not tangible, yet acknowledged as experienced. It is a Sphere in which the fragment begins to consider his relationship with himself as more than a machine, but a BEING. Sphere Three: Expanding beyond the Spheres previous to this, Sphere Three allows the fragment to begin to consider the intangibilities between it and others, not just within. The fragment begins to long for and seek deeper intimacy. This Sphere is marked with the awareness that other fragments share a history with you that extends beyond the current life and Personality, even if this is not quite understood. The relationship to Time begins to change and there is less emphasis on it as a constraint, but rather as a convenience. Sphere Four: This is the Sphere of Awareness that brings a fragment to the reality its own Past Selves to-date. The fragment becomes capable of acknowledging wisdom gained from outside the confines of the current life and allows influences from Past and Future Lives alike. This Sphere finds Personality capable of recognizing patterns in the life and the life of others, enabling the fragment to envision probable futures as they are created or as were planned before the life. The fragment begins to realize that the Personality focused on at any given moment does not diminish the reality of MANY versions of that same Personality across Parallel Universes created by Essence to house all of the choices possible. This is the Sphere that the fragment truly has the capability for channeling, healing, directing energy, and using psychic tools. (We will note here that ALL Spheres are capable of Intuition, which is simply the extension and combination of physical senses. True psychic awareness, though, is not the same thing.) Sphere Four is the first time a fragment discovers a true relationship between the Personality and the life and finds a deep sense of trust and safety as the life unfolds. Sphere Five: This is the Sphere in which you begin to see others as extensions of yourself. It is profoundly realized that the helping of others to resolve their own troubles will also contribute to your own lessons on many levels. This Sphere brings with it the realization and awareness that the Personality is a temporary and a beautiful “child” of Essence. A strange double awareness will be experienced here, wherein the trials and challenges of the life indulged in, while maintaining a consistent awareness through the perspective of Essence that “all is well”. Sphere Six: This is the Sphere of Awareness that brings with it the realization that the Universe has an awesome structure that can be understood. A new, consistent relationship to what might be called “spirit” then develops. You begin to recognize the “signatures” of different spiritual families, or Entities, and find the lifetime heavily focused on what might be called “the path.” This “path” will be, of course, defined and created by the individual fragment, but a deep recognition that ALL are on variations of similar paths will be incorporated into the life. This is the first time the Fragment begins to recognize the value of life in other species beyond itself. Energy and life force, as expressed in all its forms, begins to become deeply important to the fragment to be in harmony with. While the Fifth Sphere allows the fragment to see other fragments as extensions of self, the Sixth Sphere will build on this and find this extends to animals outside the realm of that fragment’s own Sentient Species. The fragment profoundly grasps that other beings are capable of relative fear and have relative emotional lives, too. From this Sphere a deep longing for what might be called “home” begins to motivate the life. Sphere Seven: This is the Sphere wherein the fragment finally grasps how to use all of the tools of the Body, the Physical Plane, and the Personality and finds the life unfolding, changing, and being created in profoundly acceptable ways. ALL limitations of the lifetime are found to be acceptable, while all of the possibilities are recognized as well. There is no division between Essence and Personality in any way. All Levels of Soul Age gained to that point are used effectively and appropriately. This is the Sphere where it is difficult to find anything ugly about life. A childlike innocence is regained and everything becomes new and fun again, without fear of anything. We include the “fear of fear” in that statement. Sphere Seven allows Fear as a tool appropriately. If fear is experienced, it is recognized as simply part of everything that is wondrous about the life. There are, of course, far more detailed descriptions of each Sphere of Awareness available, but we share this for you within the time frame available here. What we have shared should allow for adequate consideration. We will now take any questions you may have for us on this topic. [val] Can one be aware and functioning on several Spheres at once, i.e., I resonate with Spheres three through seven, I feel as if I’ve been there and living these Spheres, or is your essence setting up these stages to bring them to your awareness so that when you get there it feels like home. [M_Entity] Different Spheres of Awareness may be present within different contexts of your life. For instance, you may have Sphere 3 Awareness when in relationships, while having Sphere 4 in your Career. Your Awareness will fluctuate throughout the lifetime and you will recognize different time frames having different Spheres of Awareness as well. Although you progress through the lifetime to gain Spheres of Awareness, you will move “up and down” through the Spheres as relative to your experiences. Sphere One, for example, will ALWAYS be available in any lifetime. It is the Sphere of the heaviest of Karmic relationships. A fragment may have reached the Sphere Seven of Awareness in a lifetime, but a ribbon of Karma may be chosen to burn and the Awareness will then constrict to Sphere One as it is dealt with. [mdfsage] What is meant by “to find other animals outside the realm of that fragments sentience”? [M_Entity] In your case, the Awareness would begin to include strong resonance and recognition to beings who are NON-human. The recognition may only begin with the recognition of other ensouled beings, such as Cetacean and Gorillas, but eventually would include those beyond that. [val] How do we regain consciousness, and open this instinctive center to better communicate with essence? [M_Entity] In the interest of using the time available efficiently through this channel, we will say we have answered this question in other chats. These transcripts would be available through Troy or his web site. Troy, or other students, will direct you to those detailed responses. There are different ways each Essence Roles may find to open connections to Essence. [Kathryn41] If you advance through a soul age level within a life – say Old 3 to Old 4, do you start again at Sphere 1 of awareness and ‘lose’ the previous awareness, or do you overlap and keep that awareness and start over. How does that work? [M_Entity] These are rare and interesting lifetimes when a fragment transitions within a lifetime without taking on a new body. The Older Soul finds this process to be less confusing, but still have a great deal of challenge in this shifting. When a transition of Soul Age or a Soul Level occurs within a lifetime, yes, the Personality will undergo a great change in some way, even if only over a brief period of time. Considering that the Body will have not lost its memory, it is quite possible to regain those Spheres of Awareness within minutes. There is a process that occurs for those who move Soul Levels within a lifetime. We refer to that experience as an Octave Ending/Beginning, and would be another topic in itself. But to simplify the response, since the Body will not have been replaced, the evolution through the Monads and the Awareness Spheres will not have been lost when entering the new Soul Level. [sam-nemo] I thought 6 level was the heaviest level of karmic payback and most psychic not 1 or 4. [M_Entity] You are comparing the 6th Level of a Soul Age to the 6th Sphere of Awareness of Essence. They are completely different contexts. When in the 6th Level of a Soul Age, depending on the Soul Age, the lifetime may be submerged in Sphere One of Awareness or not. We realize English is a bit limited in our choices for describing progressions and evolution. We suggest that similar terms do not mean the same thing, necessarily, when in different context. For most Older Souls, Sphere Five of Awareness is quite common when experiencing the 6th Level of Soul Age. This allows for the life to be lived consciously, while still being free to indulge in the Karma. [sam-nemo] Therefore essence awareness lags soul age. [M_Entity] It may help to think of the Spheres of Awareness as being angles of perception toward an experience. In other words, as Awareness progresses, you move from only Personality experiencing, to Essence AND Personality being present for the experience. We are open to suggestions for more appropriately naming these 7 Spheres. And yes, Awareness Spheres may exceed or “lag” behind Soul Age, but eventually Awareness on the 7th Sphere must be reached as a means to move to the next Soul Level. [ClaireN] Please expand on the “true relationship between personality and the life” as mentioned in Sphere four. [M_Entity] It is the first time a fragment may consider that life happens FROM them, rather than TO them. It is the first time a fragment may realize that he or she may not only being learning how to choose, but also choosing how to learn. We will conclude here then. Good night to all of you.
  7. [Excerpt from Ask Michael: January 2016] Maureen: I'm curious as to the process of intuition, perception, resonance, etc. specifically around the ‘reading’ of, or the resonating with, someone across physical distance, either through photographs, names, etc. (visual), recording (aural) psychometry (touch), or chatting online, etc., vs. being with someone in person. Are there different levels, stages, rings, etc. of resonance, perception or intuition? Have I included too much in a grouping? Do these need to be parsed out differently? I'm asking this is as it often surprises me that, no matter how well I know someone, online, by phone, by photograph, etc., or how intuitive I am, it FEELS different in person. Not in a way like I was ‘wrong’ but in the way that people seem to be much more, in ‘the flesh’. They seem to come into focus better. They are often more rounded, warmer, clearer, darker, etc. It’s like we can't dismiss the weight or palpability of what we experience (…or I can't), through the sheer presence of another, while we're on the physical plane. What am I seeing/sensing here? I'm also wondering if this isn't a much more common experience, or process, than many realize but because it happens at a mostly subconscious level it may be missed. MEntity: Distance and Time are not factors when there is a valid "reading" by one individual of another individual. Clarity will remain dependent upon the strength of intuition, psychic capacity, resonance, reception, etc. However, whether in person or at a distance, the reader will still have his or her art of imagination and degree of projection to navigate and manage. Projection can alter the clarity of a reading in person and at a distance. Imagination fuels intuition and synthesis of input, so the more raw and unrefined, the more likely the imagination is filling in the gaps rather than finding and acknowledging the gaps. The physical presence of a person does not lend greater or lesser accuracy, but the individual who is reading may find some preferences for degrees of proximity. Maureen: Can the projection of the person being read, for example, how one wants to be seen "publically" through photos, etc., also affect what the reader perceives? MEntity: If one prefers closer proximity, there can tend to be more comfort found in how a person wishes to present or be himself or herself, or how that person wishes to be seen. For those who prefer distance, there may be an awareness that the reader may be too inclined to please rather than offer insight. Maureen: Thank you! MEntity: In other words, a reader who likes closer proximity may prefer to see the immediate effects of reading so as to adjust information based on subtle or not-so-subtle feedback. Those readers who prefer distance may recognize that they are too inclined to use that feedback to alter insight to please, rather than inform. So there is no standard or circles or levels here. There are only degrees of clarity, comfort, art, and preference. We will say that your observation about the presence of an individual is valid. The physical presence of an individual while in the Physical Plane carries with it references that are of this dimension that cannot be read without that presence. By "physical presence" we mean voice at the very least, and video, or actual in-person interaction. Reading photos is one of the means most susceptible to projection and inaccuracy. A snapshot in time, a posed image, a behavior caught within a specific context, etc. do not help much with the clarity of intuition, etc. A photo can help a reader to connect to an individual, but not always resonate with that individual. There is a difference between Connection and Resonance. Connection is separate parts linked by something between, while Resonance removes that "something between."

    What is Validation?

Originally posted on August 22, 2013 Opening up a discussion thread to discuss "What is Validation?" One of Michael's biggest insistences is "Validate, Validate, Validate." But most of us have never been taught to validate. We really don't know what the term means. So, we scramble around attempting to accomplish something that is at best a vague idea. I've spent the past several years writing a blog, "Validating Michael," which in large part was just proving to myself that Michael was "real." Then, it was a matter of attempting to validate the accuracy of Troy's work. And, the best way I found to accomplish those two distinctly separate things was "validating channeled material" against my own history, which has proven to be quite elusive as there are arcs of experience across millions of years that are all part of my Instinctive Center. Plus, I attend the Open Michael Workshops (OMW) which is continuously adding material that applies to me specifically and needs validation. Similarly, I simply have an ongoing awareness of statements Michael has said as they apply to the various belief systems of our world. If they are right for objective information, it gives them better credibility for the things that are more subjective. The following is one of the many questions and answers about validation: [Excerpt from TT: 2011-06-12] [Brian_W] In a previous time it was mentioned that “Imagination is the highest frequency owned by a physical fragment and its use is entirely misunderstood by many, at least in terms of its use for “extra-sensory” perceptions.” Could you please comment on how we may better use and understand our own imaginations and dreams, differentiate them from delusion, and use them to create new options for choices in this world / parallel? [MEntity] The key to the refinement and use of Imagination as a valid resource for creating new options and choices is through the process of Validation. Imagination will include a spectrum from the greatest potential to the greatest delusion. Validation is the process of measuring a new feeling, thought, or action against an established feeling, thought, or action. Internal Validation is vital for helping one to build his or her Personal Philosophies (truths), Relationships (loves), and Health (energy). External Validation is vital for helping one to share his or her Personal Truths, Relationships, and Health/Energy. True Validation is when both the Inner and Outer Validations coincide. Because Imagination is unlimited, the use of it can be a wonderful and dangerous process. We will say that as long as your Imagination must be kept to yourself in order to be “true,” then it is probably leaning toward Delusion, and away from Potential. We will say that as long as the majority of feedback from your outer world is contradictory to your Imagination, then it is, at least, still potential, which includes potentially delusional. One can see why this can be “tricky,” as one fragment full of potential may have surrounded oneself with fragments who challenge the Imagination, in general, and this can lead to questioning or rejecting one’s Imagination, while another fragment might be completely delusional and supported by many. However, we can say that the more one finds his or her footing in validating the Imagination, both internally and externally, the more one moves away from delusion. We will say that a safe equation might be that one who has not validated the potential of the Imagination within, will either find oneself surrounded by rejection of the potential, or support for the delusional. Response to original posting by DianeHB referenced this OMW that originally was members only: Validating your profile Validation -- No Two Are the Same This was originally posted as a separate item on February 4, 2010, but it fits within this topic. Validation of channeling remains the purview of each individual. But few of us really do attempt to validate or even understand some of the processes that go into it. The newer we are to Michael the more we are likely to fall into head nodding agreement with anything any channel says unless something totally dissonances rather than resonates with us, at least after our intial period of skepticism. One of our cultural imprintings is to want to belong to a group, which means edging towards agreement regardless of understanding. Afterall, "all of them" know more and aren't objecting. Or, to get along, we must go along. Yeah -- not very conducive to real validation, is it? The biggest issue I grapple with regarding channeling is understanding just how different each of us is--how our language, knowledge levels, beliefs, and imprinting filters everything that comes through us. Generally, we attempt to find all of the points of commonality about our humanity; so, this reversal requires acceptance of a myriad of subtleties. Even the statement by Michael that even the best channel on his/her best day is only about 80% accurate is suspect -- was THIS statement accurate? However, since it has been repeated via other channels, it likely is. However, parroting, whether it's unconscious or conscious, is a very real fact of human psyche; so, while I give it high marks, I can't give it 100% personal validation. Just how different is our language? It is substantially different. Do you really think that Michael is totally up to date on American slang? That all is coming from the channel's personal knowledge base. Education, whether formal or self, is part of the basis for all of our language use. But the cultural milieu that we function in is an even bigger impact on how we choose words or understand them. I slide between using very precisely chosen words to sloppy slang. Some never struggle to find a precise word and operate within a smaller range of word choices, most words which have multiple meanings. Some are current on popular culture slang and some operate on slang from a bygone era (i.e., groovy, or cool). Most of us have adopted some multi-generational slang from within our families, but, MY multi-generational slang reaches back into the early 1900s. (Another aspect of being 65 is that my grandparents were born around 1890, which is very much a part of the Victorian period.) Plus, beyond education and popular culture, there is trade or business jargon. Words take on different meanings, sometimes rigidly precise ones, within the world of commerce. Add in the international flavor of the Michael student body, and it's fairly easy to see that it's far easier to assume commonality on language meaning and use than it is to prove it. Michael has chosen some very precise words that he uses through most of his channels. They have precise "Michael" meanings. It's important for every channel and student to learn that vocabulary and apply it whenever discussing anything Michael. This can give all students a better point of commonality on the teachings. Knowledge levels is fairly easy to understand as being a barrier to commonality, except none of us wear a placard around our necks extolling all of the things we do or do not know. Because *I* know something, it's easy to assume that not only others know it, or even worse, that it's easy for others to learn. Plus, due to the various points of clashing commonality, none of us learned precisely the same thing even if we read the same book, took the same class, or listened to the same audio. Not only do we not know the same things, we have varying levels of agreement with those things. Why do you think people argue so much? Beliefs. Ahh, yes. Beliefs. Beliefs and imprinting really need to go hand-in-hand, as beliefs begin at our mother's breast and stay with us in some form or other until they put us into that old pine box. Many a major break in families occurs when young adults go through their 3rd IM and throw off part of the family belief system -- rebels think they have to discard ALL if any part of wrong and for many parents their own poorly examined beliefs shudder like a house of cards when any part is deemed wrong. But, beyond that, beliefs stay with us like CFs, forever swirling in and out of everything we learn and do. You may think you discarded one belief for a TRUTH, but, you didn't -- it's in there still to frustrate your logic and make you a hypocrite. As enough years go by, older beliefs can be diminished in power, but they still provide a patina to one's current belief system, even if in opposition. So, back to the original question -- how accurate is any channel on any given day? But, beyond that dilemma, how accurate is the student on any given day? For me, I've had to adopt a semi-fluid semi-tolerant sliding scale of acceptance and understanding in order to validate anything from Michael as being "highly likely, probable, maybe when I know more, channel's personality, good lord, where did THAT come from!!!" In fact why I quote Michael is to examine whatever he has said in an ongoing validation quest. I've found that re-reading books, articles, logs, quotes, etc., to be very effective as things that blew right over my head during the initial read are suddenly relevant and within the scope of understanding now. I like the use of the terms "resonate" and "validate" versus agree and disagree. They imply a scale of possibilities versus a wall. Strong agreement is just as big a barrier to an open mind as is strong disagreement. Troy responded to this post with the following: Michael has clarified over the years for various students what is meant by Validation and how to go about it, and they've delineated it into 4 versions of Validation: INTERNAL VALIDATION - deciding what is true for you based on personal assessment and experience, regardless of whether it's true in any other way EXTERNAL VALIDATION - deciding what is true for you based on external feedback and facts, regardless of your personal truths, assessments, and experience TRUE VALIDATION - when Internal and External are mutual FALSE VALIDATION - when any truth goes unquestioned, or denies internal or external feedback, but is fully embraced Michael then goes on to say that the ultimate aim is for True Validation, but that all of these forms are important at different stages and in different experiences of a life, even False Validation, such as those moments when a child has gone missing and there is NOTHING to grasp onto, internally or externally. False Validation is what Michael says is often called "Hope." When life or experiences are in question, Michael has always encouraged our Internal Validation as our safety net, and that's because the more we learn to trust ourselves, the more honest we tend to be with ourselves, and the more honest we tend to be with ourselves, the more we attract support and create alignment within our external world, and the more aligned we become, the more that external world tends to offer feedback and facts that validate our internal world, leading to True Validation. True Validation is the combination of internal and external reality that leads to a wholeness, and in that wholeness comes much more comfort and less threat in letting go of both the Internal and External factors that can't find a find validation in both directions. Keeping in mind the 3 Degrees of Truth (Personal, Planetary, and Universal), you can see that the validation process allows room for all truths. Michael says that the key to Validation is in the understanding of how you've come to the conclusion that something is true, and how you allow that to change, if necessary, and that validation is not really a matter of whether it's "really" true, or not. There's a lot more to it than this, because they then go into what tests and processes we can use for Internal, External, and True Validation, but I'll post that another day... My internal validation says I'm exhausted and my external validation shows it's after 5am... so my True Validation is that I should get to bed. lol
  9. This question was originally posted by Heidi on 11/28/07. Was wondering if Michael could offer some tips or suggestions as to how one could improve their tarot abilities, and/or if there are differences according to individual roles and overleaves. Note: Heidi provided this response as received in a private session. MICHAEL: There are a few things we can suggest: One thing is to truly comprehend that the readings are YOURS, not the Tarot. The Tarot are only in place to trigger a creative means for you to access your inherent intuition and creativity. A second thing is to internally clarify that your use of Tarot is primarily INTUITIVE, not PSYCHIC. We do not see that you seek to be a "street corner psychic" who conclusively predicts the future. This means differentiating between the stereotype of the psychic and the more organic strength of intuition. Though psychic strengths are involved in the readings, the primary tool is intuitive. A third thing to suggest is the fact that your intuition is NEVER WRONG. This may seem a bold statement, but it is true. By this we mean that as experience is gained, it will become clearer and clearer as to how you INTERPRET your Intuition. It is never the intuition that is incorrect, but the interpretations of those cues coming from intuition. Paying attention to your development of symbol definitions, context, and meaning can contribute greatly to your evolving this tool into a strong resource for the life. A last thing we can suggest is merely an extension of the suggestion above. It would do you well to simplify the symbolism to as mathematical a system as possible so that readings fall into place like equations, with intuition then built upon that strong foundation. The easiest means to do this is to define your suit symbols (wands, cups, etc) with keywords representing a positive (the end of the spectrum more inclined toward wholeness, freedom) and negative pole (the end of the spectrum more inclined toward division, restrictions) for each, along with strong keywords for each numerical value. This would mean that if a 2 of Cups were to come up, an easy equation can come into play as a foundation (2 = partnership, duality, division, balance, etc; Cups = emotions +perception/-feeling). Depending on context (layout definitions and upright/reversed) this basic equation can tell a fruitful, accurate, and successful story. Details can then be creatively sought in the images on the cards that stand out in the moment, starting with the meanings of colors, first, and then objects. We will add one more element of exercise that can help in developing accuracy: do "readings" using other systems beyond Tarot, including spontaneous symbolism. In other words, explore other oracles of symbolism, such as Runes, Dice, or i-ching, but only "for fun." This will simply exercise your intuition in a way that can help with the work with Tarot because your thinking can move beyond the confines of what is learned in one system, accessing other parts of you that can contribute to a reading, even if counter to your training. Spontaneous symbolism might be a posing of a question and then using any environmental imagery or sensation as the tools for the reading, such as what sounds strike you first, what sensations stand out, what words you suddenly hear from strangers around you, etc. This will help in experiencing more and more "lightness" during the reading process so that even the most outrageous of "hits" are not ignored, but considered seriously and interpreted wisely.
  10. Ask Michael Live Chat Open Floor Q&A November 2, 2014 Channel: Troy Tolley MEntity: Hello to each of you. We were not "kidding" about the wave of short-circuiting issues over the next month or so. It is rather pervasive and growing. MEntity: We will leave the order up to Geraldine to manage. We will simply say that you may begin your questions. We are ready. TyroneT: My question is about human psychology. I know the Michael definition or explanation of male and female energy is a matter of focus versus creativity, but I don't remember exactly where I found it (it could have even been from another channel), but I'm sure I've seen somewhere the statement that one difference between human males and females is a tendency towards certain centering. TyroneT: One area that this knowledge for me would be applied are in the issues of the LGBT community, especially the transgender community, so if it's possible, I'd like connections to that. I doubt a full-enough elaboration will fit into fifteen minutes, so just a tidbit or foundational info from which to base later session questions on would be enough. TyroneT: Official Question: What are the psychological differences, tendencies, or characteristics inherent in having a physically male or female body/brain/subtle body? MEntity: First, we find there is little consistency among Gender correlation with Centering, but high consistency with cultural paradigms. Cultures and societies are predominantly of one Centering and/or Part over the others. Centering is not biological in any way. The Centering of an individual is not settled upon as a habitual form of navigation until the 2nd Internal Monad, and is then fairly stable, however, Centering is designed to be flexible and to change, not to be static. MEntity: Next, in response to your "official" question, we will say that the only differences between bodies in terms of male and female are the degrees of consciousness. The less-conscious a Personality, the more it's identity, behavior, processes, and navigation are based from the base functions of the sex. MEntity: To help in understanding this, a male body without an Essence is 100% Male, 100% focused, 100% linear, 100% the stereotype of the pervasive ideal of what it means to be a male Human on Earth. However, the Energy Ratio of an Essence alters this. This alteration begins at birth, and takes about 7 years for a full adjustment. MEntity: There will never be, and never has been, a Human who is 100% male or 100% female. TyroneT: ok. I'll ask about various lbgt phenomena later MEntity: However, regardless of one's Energy Ratio, if the Essence is rejected, then, say, if one has a High Female Energy, but is in a Male Body, that Male/Focused Energy will tend to dominate. MEntity: And by dominate, we do not mean that it would make the individual masculine or necessarily functioning by standards of behavior attributed to "males," but it will dominate in many ways, subtle or obvious. It will be aggressive, forceful, reactionary, etc. MEntity: This subject is far too complex and intricate for us to cover in 15 minutes. We know we have not covered a response to your question, but we suggest this be a topic for further exploration. 01:02:04 PM JanaK: Hello Michael. Can you please give generic tips for someone looking to move a country for the sake of personal and professional growth and adventure - other than obvious research? JanaK: I.e. how to gauge whether a particular place would be good for me - other than visiting it? JanaK: Or whether such radical move would even be good for me? JanaK: Or whether there are more desirable vectors where I am or where I am considering moving to? MEntity: Jana, to make a decision such as this, and to do so "blindly," would mean using one's intuition. Using one's intuition means LISTENING. By "listening" we mean to say that intuition is soft, subtle, and impulsive. It is not loud, pushy, or compulsive. So if you feel compelled to move somewhere, feel pushed to do so, and feel distracted by it, we suggest allowing that to come up and be acknowledged, then set gently aside as you listen to see what is beyond that noise. Your intuition may say the same things, but you just want to check in with that less-distracted, panicked, or anxious part of the self for validation of one's sense of direction. MEntity: In addition to this, if your compulsion to move is motivated by a feeling or idea that life will be better somewhere else, check in with yourself to see if that is valid. A change of scenery and geography can do wonders for altering the life in positive ways, but only if that change of scenery is the actual part that is key. In other words, moving to another location does not leave YOU or your life behind. You will still have to deal with your feelings, history, beliefs, wounds, etc. Our point being that if the move is motivated by escape from the self, then it is often more helpful to direct the movement internally, not externally. MEntity: If you can check in with yourself and listen to the softer voice of impulse and creativity within, and it is not hijacked by anxiousness and overeagerness to escape, then your next step is to look at the locations that appeal to you. MEntity: These locations appeal to you for various reasons, including potential, Agreements, Sequences, Vectors, etc., but they are only a part of the story. MEntity: Potential, Agreements, Sequences, Vectors, can be anywhere, and you could throw a dart at a map and these would spring up in activation relative to wherever you move. But there is validity to your sense of attraction to an area because those areas are already active with those elements. Though you can find Agreements, etc. anywhere, it can make a difference that they are already active and negotiated when you arrive. MEntity: So once you have concluded that you are choosing to move because you want to move, and not as a means of escape (unless there is a valid threat), then you can narrow your choices down by the simple sense of attraction to locations. Narrow these down to 3, and put up a symbolic image of each so that you can see these on a daily basis. MEntity: As you pass these symbols on a daily basis over a week or so, note which one your eye is drawn to the most. Be mindful that your eye may be drawn only because of the image you picked, but this will not matter. Once you notice which one is standing out, and you play with the idea that this is the location you will aim to move, you will feel the pang of resistance to that place versus one of the others. MEntity: From there, it is a matter of honoring your choice. 01:22:08 PM Kurtis: Hey Michael, like last time with Saturnine body type health, would you please elaborate on the martial body type health? Thanks. MEntity: Martial Body Type Health corresponds to the Adrenals of the body. This means that the Martial Body Type can be greatly affected by its capacity for management of stress. In fact, while stress is a factor for all body types, in the Martial Body Type, it is far more immediately converted into effects. MEntity: Various forms of Catecholamines are released on a regular basis in response or reaction to experiences. This range of hormones are responses and reactions to stress. These tend to have the Martial Body Type health in a constant state of fight or flight, regarding experiences. MEntity: Hormones that manage various minerals and water content of the body are connected to the Adrenals, and have direct effect upon the individual's blood pressure. Other effects from the Adrenals are reflected in the metabolism, as well as the differentiating processes between the male bodies and female bodies in Androgens. MEntity: When this is balanced, the Martial Body Type is long-suffering, enduring, and can manage to navigate some of the most debilitating obstacles of health and existence. MEntity: When this is imbalanced, it can show up as extreme lethargy, constant stress and anxiety, hyper-agitation and over-reaction, along with extremes of anger, temper, and depression. MEntity: In some extremes, there can come to be a developed hatred and self-loathing for the body as it is represented by its gender, and this can lead to self-mutilation and rejection of the gender. MEntity: Overall, the Martial Body Type is all about the physical manifestation of all energy that passes through that body, whether in thought or emotion. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catecholamine 01:44:04 PM scott: Michael, i have a question about ORIGINALITY...i'm sure many artists suffer with this block of needing to be original. though upon looking at my favourite artists i wouldn't say their work is at all without influence...so what is it we are responding to when we say something is original? Is it the enthusiasm from the artist making it? Is there such thing as originality? I would love your take on originality to help put an end to this ancient crisis of the artist once and for all." MEntity: Originality is valid. Originality does not preclude influence and inspiration. There is a difference between originality that is inspired, and one who is copying or imitating. If one of our students were to write a book about his or her experiences of our teaching and conveyed that in a way that teaches what was learned, it will not matter that the core of what is being taught did not originate with that student. What matters is his or her original take on that, as he or she was inspired. Not even our own teaching originates from us, but is utterly original. We only teach our take on the truth, love, and energy that originated beyond us. But our teaching is utterly original in its form. MEntity: Originality is what one does with one's inspiration. MEntity: Beyond this, the judgments will continue to be subjective in terms of what is "truly" original, or not, but the dividing line fairly clearoriginality is inspired, while non-originality is a copy, imitation, or mimicking. MEntity: For instance, one does not need be inspired to put together a model airplane, or to sing a song that is a pop formula created by someone else. One may feel inspired, but the form taken is not. It is copied. It is mimicked. It is an attempt to capture what was inspired in the original. MEntity: Andy Warhol was an artist with originality, and he exemplifies the precarious, but clear line between copy and creation. MEntity: Consider one more thing when pondering originalityyou are utterly original. You are utterly unique. You are a single idea that will never be replicated. Yet you are not new. You are an evolution. You are built upon inspiration. You are not a copy, though "you" have existed multiple times. Art is similar. MEntity: Let your art, your originality, be an evolution built upon inspiration, and you will relieve yourself of this perplexing and distracting concern. 01:58:41 PM Juni: From a previous transcript Juni: Though it is rare, there are some fragments who do not settle on one particular Chief Feature, but these are usually cases of what some call "Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder," Juni: Schizophrenia," and "Multiple Personalities." This is due to a breakdown in communication among the Physiological aspects of self (Obsessive-Compulsive), the Emotional aspects of self Juni: (Schizophrenia), or Intellectual aspects of self (Multiples). Juni: Can you elaborate further on this with regard to OCD and how it might be possible to get the parts "back in communication" again? MEntity: The breakdown in physiological aspects of the self has to do with the preoccupation with the idea that nearly every single thing one does has a direct and relevant effect upon something else. It is a distraction with absolute control. It develops out of the sense that one is directly responsible for everything in some way. In many cases of "OCD," there was a point in the 2nd Internal Monad where the psyche drew a connection between a terrible thing and a reckless action. MEntity: That reckless action could have been anything, and often it is a completely unrelated and irrelevant action. MEntity: So the body and personality begin to breakdown the sense of cohesive picture of the actions in the life. To manage one part of the life, action in another must be kept under control, and so on, cascading in effect across the life so that the individual is mired in meaningless and repetitive actions that act like a web woven through the life that keeps it in precarious balance. MEntity: To bring these aspects back into cohesion would depend on the extent to which there is fracture. MEntity: For clinical OCD, intervention is often required, with a retraining of the mind and actions so that one can learn that life is not precariously held in balance by these repetitive and consuming actions. MEntity: For milder cases of OCD, it can be a matter of asking for help from a loved one, and making the effort. The help would come in the form of the loved one playing a trusted, but random force in the life. He or she would alter or interrupt patterns, and the one with OCD would do his or her best to LIVE THROUGH IT. MEntity: This is a highly simplistic description of the process, but over time, after one lives through a rearranged towel rack, a messy book shelf, and unmade bed, or had their hand washing, counting, tapping, etc. interrupted enough, the body begins to return to a state of cohesion. MEntity: Again, this is a subject that may require a more dedicated format, but this is our response in this limited format. 02:14:23 PM brian: Hi Michael. How can one create an effective anchor to ground themselves during anxiety or stress? MEntity: There are two ways to do so, Brianinternally and/or externally. It would always do one well to nurture the internal grounding, first, considering that external forms are not always accessible, but it is helpful to identify external forces for grounding that one can use for support. MEntity: Internal grounding methods to counter stress and anxiety would vary from individual to individual, but one can turn to the Attitude for help in determining methods for help with anxiety and stress. MEntity: When one is anxious or stressed, it is often a result of falling into the negative pole of one's Attitude. MEntity: The key to grounding for recovery from that stress and anxiety can come from the positive pole of the partner Attitude. brian: How might that work for the Pragmatist? MEntity: For example, the Spiritualist has fallen into BELIEF. Anxiety can come from deciding what is true over knowing what is true. When one decides what is true without knowing what is true, it can be quite precarious in terms of anxiety and stress. To help the person in BELIEF to move back into VERIFICATION, the use of TRANQUILITY (the positive pole of Stoic) can be key. MEntity: Internal Tranquility can come in the form of conscious breath, stopping all action, closing the eyes, and visualizing flying or floating. External Tranquility can come in the form of a bath, a conscious shower, with the flow of water moving over the body coming into focus to help dissolve the hardened beliefs that are causing stress. MEntity: Then the Spiritualist can ask himself or herself again, "is this really true, or do I just think it is?" MEntity: From that grounded space, Verification can come. MEntity: In a more dedicated format, we can go through all of the Attitudes to offer suggestions, but this is the general idea. Each of you can come up with creative ways to exemplify what it would mean for you to internally and externally use the Positive Pole of the partner Attitude as a suggestion for how to ground yourself from stress and anxiety. MEntity: Look at that partner Positive Pole and ask yourself what it would mean for that to be implemented internally and externally. We trust your creative ideas would help you to find what works for you. 02:30:24 PM DianeHB: Hi Michael, could you elaborate on the Mercurial Body Type Health like you did for Kurtis? MEntity: In much the same way that the Martial Body Type reflects an immediate translation of action/movement into form in the body, the Mercurial Body Type can reflect immediate translation of idea/intellect into form in the body. The Mercurial Body Type health correlates to the Thyroid, and is a communication system throughout the body, since the Thyroid regulates key hormones that relate to brain chemistry. MEntity: For those with Mercurial Body Types of Health, it will be vital to these bodies to always express ideas, to communicate and share and exchange in ways that are not just to satisfy the personality, but to keep the body healthy. Mercurial Body Types are highly susceptible to degradation of health if expression is blocked, ignored, or distorted by misunderstanding or lack of capacity to be clear. MEntity: Mercurial Body Types must keep the ideas and thoughts flowing in and out of the brain in a way that is as vital to that individual as the flow of blood in and out of the heart. MEntity: For those who suffer from an imbalance of the Thyroid, it is often reflective of an imbalance in the life regarding lack of permission for expression, or lack of stimuli for ideas, or panicked and over-eager, hyperactive processes that cannot be expressed well. MEntity: The Thyroid regulates key hormones relative how the brain uses these, which are adrenaline, ephinephrine, and dopamine, so when these are out of balance, the body can start to take on weight alterations that reflect the weight of thoughts, ideas, expressions that are not moved out of the body. MEntity: We will conclude here for tonight. We know that we can only respond briefly to some of your questions that are quite broad, or requiring further exploration, so consider these responses as invitations for further exchange, and not as conclusive responses. MEntity: Good evening to each of you.
