  1. هسته ای ترین قسمت وجود ما "نور یا جرقه" نام داره، و این نورها که از تائو (خدا یا منبع همه چیز) جدا شدن، در نهایت برای تجربه کردن جهان یک نقش رو انتخاب میکنن. مثل انتخاب یه نوع ماشین یا وسیله نقلیه برای سفر در جهانه. بعد از تجربه کردن زندگی های زیاد در این نقش، مثل یادگیری رانندگی، میتونین سریع تر و آسون تر رانندگی کنین و کم کم یاد میگیرین از مسیر ها و جاده های جدیدی عبور کنین. نقش شما در طول کل این چرخه ثابته، و با گذشت زندگی ها و کسب تجربه بهتر میتونین در این نقش خودتونو ابراز کنین. نکته: اگرچه روح فقط میتونه یک نقش داشته باشه، اما نقش های ثانوی یا "قالب" هم وجود دارن و بیشتر از نقش روحی در زندگی قابل مشاهدن. ما در زندگی روزمره از طریق "قالب" خودمونو ابراز میکنیم. در حالی که نقش موقعی که "میدرخشیم" نمایان میشه. هیچ نقشی بهتر از دیگری نیست. بعضیا فکر میکنن که مثلا فرمانروا از خدمت گزار بهتره. اما از نقطه نظر روح یا ذات، اگه میخواستیم فرمانروا باشیم پس فرمانروا میشدیم. نقش ها نوع "بودن" ما رو توصیف میکنن و خط کشی برای اندازه گیری ارزش ما نیستن. مهمه که به یاد داشته باشین اسم هایی که برای نقش‌ها استفاده میکنیم فقط برای راحتین و نباید به معنای واقعی کلمه در نظر گرفته بشن. به عنوان مثال، یه کشیش میتونه یه کشاورز یا یه لوله کش یا یه قاتل باشه. یه خدمت گزار هم ممکنه یه خانه دار یا قاتل زنجیره ای باشه. هر نقش به شکل های متفاوتی خودشو در زندگی نشون میده. هر نقش دارای یک قطب مثبت و منفیه که طیف بالقوه رفتار هایی که یک روح میتونه داشته باشه رو توصیف میکنه. فرد در قطب منفی از روی ترس و در قطب مثبت از روی عشق رفتار میکنه. به خاطر عوامل متعدد، تشخیص نقش ممکنه سخت باشه. مثل تأثیرات والدین، فرهنگ، جنسیت و شرایط محیطی، بنابراین موقع مطالعه صبور باشین. با اینکه تنها 7 نقش در جهان هست که میتونیم از بین اونا انتخاب کنیم، اما این به هیچ وجه محدودیتی برای روح نیست. علاوه بر نقش، عوامل زیادی وجود داره که هر روح رو منحصر به فرد میکنه! یکی از رایج ترین اعتراضات به این سیستم اینه که "من دوست ندارم تو یک دسته بندی محدود بشم" یا "من سیستم هایی رو دوست ندارم که به افراد برچسب می زنن." میخوام یادآوری کنم که هدف این سیستم محدود کردن یا برچسب زدن به کسی نیست. میشه گفت مایکل فقط داره درمورد اینکه ما معمولاً از چه الگوهایی استفاده میکنیم به ما اطلاع میده. شما توسط این ویژگی ها محدود نمیشین، بلکه ترکیب نقش، قالب، هدف، حالت، نگرش، مانع اصلی، کانون، تعادل انرژی مردانه/زنانه، فرکانس و نوع بدنیتون مشخص کننده اینه که چه کسی هستین و چگونه با دیگران تعامل دارین. علاوه بر این، همذات (یا "همزاد") هر فرد در شخصیتش تاثیر قابل توجهی داره. با این حساب، ترکیبات شخصیتی ای که ممکنه وجود داشته باشه از تعداد کل انسان های رو زمین بیشتره! پس اگه احساس میکنن به شما برچسب زده شده، بدونین که اون برچسب احتمالا در دنیا تک عه! 7 نقش روح: خدمت گزار، هنرمند، جنگجو، پژوهشگر، حکیم، کشیش ، فرمانروا نقش های الهام بخش: خدمت گزار و کشیش خدمت گزار ها به صورت فردی و خصوصی به ما الهام میدن، در حالی که کشیش ها در مقیاس انبوه اینکارو میکنن. خدمت گزار ها جهان رو به عنوان مهمونای محترم خودشون می بینن، در حالی که کشیش ها جهان رو به عنوان یک جماعت یا "پیرو" می بینن. خدمت گزار حرفایی که ممکنه از یک خدمت گزار بشنوین: " من به طور کلی هر درخواستی که معقول باشه رو قبول میکنم. دوست دارم انگیزه ایجاد کنم تا کارها انجام بشن. من کارآمدم و حواسم به جزئیات مهمی که بقیه معمولا فراموش می کنن هست. اگر قرار باشه بریم پیکنیک من کسیم که یادشه با خودش کبریت و قوطی باز کن بیاره. گاهی اوقات فکر می‌کنم میدونم چه چیزی برای بقیه بهتره و کاری میکنم اون اتفاق بیفته. دوست دارم کارها به روش من انجام بشن و بقیه متوجهش نمیشن. بیشتر آدمها به قدر کافی محبت دریافت نمیکنن پس من در قلبمو براشون باز میکنم. از افرادی که بیمارن مراقبت می کنم یا برای تولدشون کادو می خرم. اهمیت دادن چیز مهمیه و من براش ارزش زیادی قائلم." خدمت گزارها با خدمت کردن به دیگران، حتی زمانی که از این موضوع آگاه نیستن، الهام بخشن و از دیگران مراقبت میکنن. وجود یک خدمت گزار میتونه مثل یه نعمت باشه، چون اونها مایلن که به نیازهای دیگران رسیدگی کنن و در کنار اونها بودن الهام بخشه. خدمت گزار ها کسایین که در موردشون ترانه ها و شعرهای عاشقانه سروده میشه. خدمت گزارها در سطح ذاتی میدونن که سریع‌ترین راه برای پیشرفت معنوی، خدمت به دیگرانه. خدمت گزاران بزرگترین بخش یعنی 25% از جمعیت روح هارو تشکیل میدن. اگرچه این مقدار در هر منطقه متفاوته. خدمت گزاران از این جهت که به کنترل کردن علاقه دارن بیشتر شبیه فرمانروا ها هستن. به عنوان مثال، یک خدمت گزار با هدف تسلط و حالت قدرت، میتونه به راحتی با یه فرمانروا اشتباه گرفته بشه. تفاوتشون در اینه که اونها به شیوه ای کنترل می کنن که همیشه واضح نیست. اونها بیشتر اوقات مشغول کنترل زندگی خودشونن و ممکنه نخوان کاری رو به دیگران بسپرن چون ممکنه به خوبی خودشون نتونن مسائل رو مدیریت کنن. موقعی که حس کنترل ندارن ممکنه ناراحت و عصبی بشن و در این موقعیت احساس بردگی کنن. خدمت گزارها اغلب انقدر مشغول مراقبت از دیگرانن که زمان کمی رو برای خودشون صرف میکنن. در مقایسه با کشیش ها، که در قبال رشد معنوی دیگران احساس مسئولیت میکنن، خدمت گزارها هم به نیازهای جسمانی و هم نیاز های معنوی دیگران رسیدگی میکنن. خدمت گزار ها به دلیل اوردینال بودن ترجیح میدن بیشتر با دیگران در سطح فردی ارتباط داشته باشن. اونها حس عشق و محبت رو از نزدیکان و خانوادشون میگیرن. خدمت گزارها اغلب به سمت شغل هایی جذب میشن که در اون از دیگران مراقبت میکنن. مثل: پزشک، پرستار، کار در خدمات غذایی، مکانیک، برنامه نویسی کامپیوتر، حسابداری، سیاست، یا خدمات اجتماعی. قطب مثبت خدمت گزار | + خدمت حمایت کننده، مراقبت کننده، خونگرم، مهربون، دوست داشتنی، الهام بخش، مردمی، با صلاحیت، توانا، اهل عمل، قابل اعتماد، فداکار قطب منفی خدمت گزار | - اسارت ناامید، به اسارت گرفته شده، قربانی شده، شهید، فریبکار، کنترل کننده، بیش از حد مایه گذاشتن. سرکوب کردن خود، مطیع کشیش دغدغه کشیش ها رفاه معنوی مردمه. کشیش ها به مردم یادآوری میکنن که باید به رشد معنویشون هم اهمیت بدن. اونها در هر لحظه آمادن تا به دیگران بگن که برای پیشرفت باید به چه سمتی برن و به دیگران انگیزه میدن تا اون کارو انجام بدن. کشیش ها یک نقش فرکانس بالا هستن و در زندگی و درس ها با سرعت حرکت میکنن. کشیش ها انقدر مایلند که تو زندگی به جلو حرکت کنن و به درس های بعدی برسن که اغلب بدون بررسی عواقب این کارو انجام میدن. اونها معمولاً سعی میکنن نقش های کندتر از خودشونو متقاعد کنن تا با اونا به جلو حرکت کنن. بی‌توجهی اونا به عملی بودن ایده هاشون در سطح فیزیکی گاهی اوقات باعث اعصاب خوردی دیگران میشه، مخصوصا نقش های خاکی ای مثل جنگجو، فرمانروا و پژوهشگر. کشیش ها مثل خدمت گزار ها، وحدت و یکپارچگی کل خلقت رو حس میکنن و برای دیگران احساس شفقت ذاتی ای دارن. اونا شفا دهندگان خیلی خوبی هستن و همچنین از تشویق کردن و انگیزه دادن به دیگران لذت میبرن، و توانایی اینو دارن که موانع سر راه دیگران رو تشخیص بدن. کشیش ها از بقیه نقش ها علاقه بیشتری به سیاست دارن. مثل حکیم ها، کشیش ها ترویج دهنده و سخنور های خیلی خوبی هستن، البته کشیش ها بیشتر از حکیم ها نگران اینن که دیگران توصیه های اونا رو قبول کنن. در قطب منفیشون تعصبی، بیش از حد مشتاق و آتیشی میشن و بدون دلیل موجهی جنبش هایی رو ترویج میدن. به طور کلی، نقش کشیش ها اینه که دیگران رو به سمت پیشرفت معنوی سوق بدن و به بقیه یادآوری کنن که سطح فیزیکی کل واقعیت این دنیا نیست. به دلیل اینکه کشیش ها مثل حکیم ها و فرمانروا ها یک نقش کاردینال هستن، جمعیتشون نسبتا کمه (8%) قطب مثبت کشیش | + شفقت الهام بخش، دلسوز، حامی، پر تلاش، مشتاق، راهنمای معنوی، آگاه از لحاظ احساسی، التیام بخش، خونگرم قطب منفی کشیش | - تعصب متعصب، بیش از حد مشتاق، آتیشی، بی فکر، بی توجه به منطقی یا کاربردی بودن ایده ها، بدور از واقعیت، خرافاتی، مبلغ مذهبی، مبهم نقش های ابرازگر: هنرمند و حکیم هنرمند چیزهای جدیدی خلق میکنه و به دنیا ارائه میده، در حالی که حکیم ما رو سرگرم میکنه و به ما یادآوری میکنه که بخندیم. هنرمند بیشتر به صورت فردی و خصوصی عمل میکنه در حالی که حکیم دوست داره روی گروه ها و جوامع تأثیر بذاره. هنرمند دنیا رو به عنوان یک پروژه مثل یه مجسمه یا بوم نقاشی میبینه، در حالی که حکیم دنیا رو به عنوان مخاطب یا همبازی خودش میبینه. هنرمند کار هنرمند خلق کردنه. اونها هر چیزی که قبلاً وجود نداشته رو در سطح فیزیکی ایجاد میکنن. این نه تنها شامل اشیاء فیزیکی، بلکه شامل ایده ها، احساسات و مفاهیم هم میشه. هنرمندان سیال ترین نقش هستن. یعنی فرکانس بالایی دارن. اونها از چند جهت مختلف دنیا رو میبینن، و بنابراین میتونن بهتر بفهمن که چه خلاقیت های جدیدی رو میشه ارائه کرد. برای هنرمندان، سطح فیزیکی به دلیل غیرمنعطف و کند بودنش میتونه دشوار ترین سطح باشه. در سطح های دیگه چیزهایی که خلق میکنن فورا شکل میگیرن. هنرمندان میتونن حال و هوای هر فضایی رو عوض کنن. اونها به دلیل توانایی ذاتیشون در خلق کردن بسیار قدرتمندن، اگرچه اغلب پشت شخصیت های ساده یا عجیب و غریب پنهان میشن. از اونجایی که یک نقش اوردینال هستن، معمولا ساکت ترن و روابط فردی و شخصی رو به جمعیت زیاد ترجیح میدن. به دلیل اینکه خلاقیت برای این سیاره خیلی مهم و اساسیه، هنرمندان با مجموع 22 درصد، بخش نسبتاً بزرگی از جمعیت جهان رو تشکیل میدن. هنرمندان عجیب ترین نقش هستن. اگه بخوان میتونن شبیه هر نقش دیگه ای به نظر برسن. همینطور که هنرمندان از لحاظ تکاملی پیر تر میشن، بیشتر حس میکنن که خارج از عرف جامعه قرار دارن. اونا همچنین ممکنه علاقشون نسبت به فعالیت در سطح فیزیکی رو از دست بدن و "در لاک خودشون فرو برن" و میتونن خیلی خونسرد و بیخیال به نظر برسن. هنرمند ها گاهی اوقات به عنوان یک "هنرمند" در جامعه زندگی میکنن، اما همیشه اینطور نیست. با این حال تو هر کاری که انجام میدن، از روشهای منحصر به فرد و خلاقانه استفاده میکنن. در جامعه کنونی، هنرمند ها معمولا با زن بودن راحت‌ترن، چون خلاقیت برای زنان در جامعه بیشتر پذیرفته شده. البته این کم کم داره تغییر میکنه، و تعداد بیشتری از هنرمند ها دارن بدن مردانه رو انتخاب میکنن تا لطافت و خلاقیت رو به تعریفمون از "مردانگی" اضافه کنن. در قطب منفیشون، هنرمندان خودفریبن، چون میتونن در هر موقعیتی برای خودشون یک واقعیت دیگه درست کنن و در نهایت از واقعیت دور بشن. قطب مثبت هنرمند | + خلق کردن خلاق. نوآور. غیر عادی. خود جوش. بینش گسترده. نامتعارف. خودکفا. قوه تخیل بالا. رویابین. مبتکر. تغییر دهنده حال و هوا. شوخ و اهل بازی قطب منفی هنرمند | - خود فریبی خود فریبنده. مصنوعی. خود تخریبی. بی احساس. سهل انگار. بی احتیاط. عجیب غریب. دلسرد. نامرئی. به راحتی از مسیر منحرف شدن، تحت تأثیر قرار گرفتن یا قربانی شدن. دمدمی مزاج حکیم یه حکیم چجوری فکر میکنه؟ این یه توضیف اغراق آمیز از نحوه فکر کردن یک حکیمه: " نه، منظورمو اشتباه متوجه شدین. دقیقاً منظورم این بود که وضعیت همستر وخیمه، نه مهلک. گوش کن، باید متوجه حرفم بشی. در واقع بهتره یه جا بنویسمش تا آدمای بیشتری بشنون. این همستر قبلاً رنج کشیده و دوباره هم رنج خواهد کشید، اما اون در برابر شرایط سخت مقاومت میکنه، همونطور که شما الان دارین مقاومت میکنین. بزار ببینم، هنوز فکر نمی کنم کاملا ًحرفامو درک کرده باشین. چطور میتونم به شکل دیگه ای بیانش کنم؟شاید اگه طنز آمیزتر بگم بهتر باشه یا شاید باید یهویی بگم تا غافلگیرتون کنم؟ نه، فکر کنم به صورت تصویری شرح کنم بهتره. الان میرم لباس همسترمو میپوشم. شاید اگه اینطوری درباره مصیبت همسترها بهتون بگم درباره مشکلات الانتون احساس بهتری پیدا کنین..." حکیم ها خبر رسان، انتشار دهنده و حقیقت گو هستن. و به نقش های دیگه اطلاع میدن که چه خبره. وظیفه اونها اینه که ما رو در جریان اتفاقات قرار بدن، اما بر خلاف کشیش ها خیلی نگران رشد معنوی دیگران نیستن. با این حال، از دیگران انتظار دارن که بهشون توجه کنن. حکیم ها ابراز کنندگان جهان هستن و هر حکیم به اینکه چطوری خودشو ابراز کنه توجه زیادی داره. حکیم ها از مراوده و حرف زدن لذت میبرن و با کلمات بازی میکنن و میتونن خیلی پرحرف باشن. اونها شوخ‌طبع‌ترین و سرگرم‌کننده‌ترین نقش‌ هستن و به کار در رسانه های مختلف علاقه دارن. اونها از طریق طنز آموزش میدن و به مردم نشون میدن که زندگی میتونه فراتر از یه چیز روزمره و کسل کننده باشه. اونها از داشتن مخاطب و رسوندن صداشون به دیگران لذت میبرن. با اینکه تنها ده درصد از جمعیت روح ها حکیمن، اما انقدر تو چشمن که تعدادشون بیشتر به نظر میرسه! البته در سن روحی پیر آروم تر میشن. این موضوع برای همه ی نقش ها صدق میکنه. حکیم ها توانایی ذاتی ای در پیدا کردن حقیقت دارن. اونها تیزبین و دانا هستن و ممکنه خیلی احساساتی باشن. فروشنده و نویسنده های خوبی میشن. حکیم ها شنونده های خوبی هستن و همیشه مشتاقن مطالب جدیدی رو که پیدا میکنن به دیگران منتقل کنن. حکیم ها همینطور شایعه پراکن و منتقدان عالی ای هستن. اونها عاشق خلق کردن صحنه و نمایش برای سرگرم کردن دوستاشون هستن. در قطب منفیشون، حکیم ها میتونن پرحرف یا بیش از حد دراماتیک باشن. حکیم ها مطالب نوشتاری رو دوست دارن و ممکنه به جمع آوری مقالات، مجلات و هر چیز آموزنده ای علاقه داشته باشن. قطب مثبت حکیم | + انتشار ابراز Michael has said that, "Scholars within any Entity or Cadre tend to act as record keepers and act as the responsible party for updating the Akashic Records involving events within and throughout the Entity and/or Cadre." Regarding the merging process on the 5th Level of the Astral where "Entity members work through full disclosure," Michael has said that Priests are the "fragments who run these meetings, and help to direct the healing," and that, "Every Role has a part in the processes of the Higher Astral, but it is organized and directed by the Priests." These are pretty specified jobs. What about Servers, Artisans, Warriors, Sages, and Kings? What "Job" do they perform for their Entity/Cadre? Has Michael already given this information any where?
  4. [Excerpt from Michael Speaks: Configurations] [LisaC] what do the roles listed have to do with the position they were paired with? Like why was server listed as love position? [M_Entity] LOVE is that which initiates and is part of EVERYTHING. Love, in terms of the Configurations and the resonance to the Server, is in the fact that the Server Essence is primary to this Universe. The Server Essence inspires on a most basic and attainable level, as does Love. This resonance DOES NOT, however, mean that only certain Roles will gravitate to the Positions. We merely showed the archetypal correlations so as to enhance your understanding of the Positions. LOVE knows what everyone needs, just as a Server does. A LOVE Position can be inspiring and enthusiastic, or obnoxious and manipulative, as a Server can be. We realize some of the correlations may appear counter-intuitive, but we remind you that correlations must be considered in context. For instance, we do not suggest making this sequence parallel to the Chakra System. Though it may very well “work,” it is not a shared context. We believe the most confusing correlations, besides the Server/Love, may be the Scholar/Support, and Artisan/Knowledge. We find the resonance particular to the Configurations because Artisans are ironically highly structured Essences and can refine a great amount of energy and information quite swiftly. A Scholar does not do so. A Scholar is far more interested in indulging in the information, for the sake of the information, than to refine it. As far as the Scholar/Support, we find the resonance there to be in that the energy of the Scholar does not get “invested” in any one angle, and can therefore remain objective, supportive, and cohesive to a group. This does not mean the Support Position does not contribute knowledge, but that it is not invested in any outcome.
  5. November 6, 2005 Troy Tolley, Channel Michael Chat – Open Floor [Michael_Entity] Hello to all of you. We are here. You may begin your questions and as we understand it, Lori is first. [upstaate] I am asking for a Mini Energy Report for this month. [Michael_Entity] November marks the middle of the cycle emphasizing the processing of this year’s Chief Features of Self-deprecation and Arrogance on a collective level. This means that you have entered the psychological season, so to speak, which will allow the processing of the fears that are collectively generated in response to “inadequacies” and “vulnerabilities.” In most cases, this season of processing the collective fears is not done intimately, but played out in politics or larger-scale events. In this season, the emphasis on inadequacies and vulnerabilities has been glaringly evident in American politics. Even the concept of “Democracy” is being scrutinized to the point of revealing the absurdity of its lack of true implementation and weak points. There is a “quiet storm” brewing in the American (north) politics and November appears to be a pivotal month in defining how that will play out publicly. We are not speaking ominously, but simply stating the obvious: revelations are on the horizon and they will occur with grace or they will occur with tragedy, but probabilities show that they WILL occur; more specifically, a “domino-effect” of infrastructure collapse in what you call your current government (in the United States). When we state that that this “will” happen, we realize this word implies solid prediction, but we say that word in response to a 97% probability. In other words, the momentum is in place, regardless of how drastic a change might be made at this point, and is headed toward a “wall.” It is highly likely this momentum will hit that wall. At this time, we simply do not see your current President of the United States completing his term. We can also state this with some amount of unusual certainty because of the anticipation of those in the Astral; “all eyes” are focused for “the show.” To summarize the “mini-report,” then, in terms of world events: it appears most of you will find some kind of impact at some point as a result of the inadequacies and vulnerabilities being revealed within the current government of the United States. The pivotal period of time appears to be during this month, November, but the public results may not be obvious until later. On a more personal note, you may find yourselves walking through a period of time now wherein the flaws of OTHERS seem to be taking their toll on you. Distractions with the failures of OTHERS may be used to your advantage as a means to avoid your own flaws and vulnerabilities. This year's passage through the season of Chief Features appears to have a stronger emphasis than usual. A great many things have happened in the world over your year that have left the public angry and in want of finding someone to blame. Some years move through the Chief Feature season with ease and other years are buried in its emphasis. This year's months of October, November, and December may find each of you with at least one major challenge involving how to maneuver through the effects on you because of another person's choices or actions. It is a powerful opportunity to explore your own Overleaves, how you respond to the flaws and choices of others as they impact you, and doing this from the angle of the positive poles and make a shift in the dynamic that would normally leave you trapped. Regardless of your own Chief Features, there will still be an emphasis around you in relation to the year's chief features of Self-deprecation and Arrogance. The end of your year is always a passage through the evaluation of what you accomplished in the time that has passed since beginning of the “new year.” Therefore, November usually marks the painful passage of time wherein COMPARISONS begin to be your means of assessing your days. We suggest keeping check on your own Chief Features as you begin to find yourselves comparing. Comparing is a valid process of evaluation, but many of you use it against yourselves or against others. Reminding yourselves that it is a TOOL for use, not for abuse, will help in the month ahead. [Annsge] Deciding whether to follow up Lori's question….What are the probabilities of a complete change in government? What will this change expose? [Annsge] In US gov't? [Michael_Entity] The probabilities of a complete change are nearly inevitable, though most likely not fully implemented before another approximate 50 years. However, the current administration is precariously built in a way that as one member is: pulled into scrutiny, the entanglement from that person reveals other flaws, creating a near-cascade effect in revelation. The long-term change will be based on the exposure of a corrupt government whose impact upon the public is far more insidious and oppressive than ever considered possible. This is not sinister, but merely a result of withholding and hoarding of resources that have always been available. Much of what are concerns in the American culture and society are concerns that are utterly reversible within a single year, if resources were freed. The short-term change for which we see November as being pivotal is simply the revelation about the incompetence, manipulation, and deceit that permeates the current administration. We have always seen this presidency as the pivotal presidency that has the potential to end an outdated system of government, voting process, and public assistance. [Tmk1802] Back to basics. Is Male/Female ratio constant or does it change from life to life? [Michael_Entity] It is a constant. What changes is the ways in which this is expressed and the ways in which it is eventually balanced. The higher ratio is a good indication of how your incarnational process began, as Male bodies are 100% Male Energy and Female bodies are 100% Female Energy; therefore, if your ratio is higher Female, it is fairly safe to say that you began your incarnations in the bodies most comfortable. As the Essence evolves, so does the want for balance, so choosing bodies to counter your higher ratio begins at some point. Eventually, bodies are no longer the only means to bring balance and expression, but Events, Relationships, and Experiences are utilized. [Tibtyk] Greetings, Michael. “Essence” is, to be honest, mainly a word for me. Possibly a feeling, too, but vaguely so, at least not on a conscious level. How can I prove its existence to myself? [Tibtyk] And how to make the contact between Essence and Personality stronger, more reliable and more intimate? And, of course, more conscious. [Michael_Entity] The most powerful “proof” you have of your Essence is in any mirror you pass. It is only a matter of perception as to where you see the line drawn between “you” and “essence.” In the same way that one could ask for proof of Love, only symptoms can be highlighted or emphasized, giving an indication that something valid, yet amorphous, is involved. The line between “you” and “essence” is an illusion, so to simply see yourself as alive, animated, choosing… this is the most tangible proof. However, there are experiments to which you can invite your essence to partake. Essence delights in the opportunity to exist alongside the Personalities it creates. We cannot emphasize that enough. Much like an awkward parent standing on the sidelines from a teen who thinks he is “all that,” when Personality turns to Essence and asks if it wants to join, it is immediately available and with tremendous amounts of energy, truth, and love. Adjust your inner and outer vision to a decisive stance that you are gently and enthusiastically open to Essence. Then determine what you would like to have as “proof.” It could be as simple as a synchronicity or as complicated as a change in your life. Ask Essence to bring itself to your awareness at 7:07 every day. And watch this happen. Ask Essence to bring itself to your awareness by helping infuse you with the energy and empowerment to alter your life to a point of absolute abundance on your terms. And watch what happens. In all cases of experimentation YOU will be key. You will not see the 7:07 unless you LOOK. You will not experience the abundance you seek unless you DO. And in the end, you will then find the greatest proof of Essence, is you. [llawryf121] I've posted more detail over on the forum, but basically — what does it mean to “awaken the lightbody”? [Michael_Entity] That would be a phrase that is not one we would use, with the definition being relative to those who would use it. We suggest seeking definition with that context. In many cases of its use, we see that it is a more glamourous phrase to describe a process of owning the energy that is yours and using it in a way that we would describe as Good Work. In our system, then, it could be likened to the True Personality. Or Manifesting Essence. The fusion of Personality and Essence into a cocreative process. We believe that may help find a bridge between the original context for that phrase and how it might be translated into our system. They are the language of glamour [kittlekats41] For those scholars among us, I would appreciate any advice on how to release physical energy and injuries ‘held’ in the body or to process them more effectively [Michael_Entity] Laughing is the most powerful agent of healing for a Scholar. Laughing is result of the reconciliation of paradoxes, and paradoxes are part of the pain of a Scholar. [Carrot Wax 1] k, now my question has changed to extend this question to Sages and other roles :-) [Michael_Entity] The Scholar, more than any other Role, is more likely than any other Role to remain Emotionally isolated, generating the most elaborate of walls around his or her Personality. This Emotional isolation becomes an art and the ends to which the walls are justified by a Scholar are incredible. In many cases, the Scholar is literally clueless to the extent his walls isolate him. The effect this tends to have is a stagnancy of energy, for lack of a better phrase; the Emotional body grows “stale,” “moldy.” Laughter, then, is an immediate rush of fresh energy into the system of a Scholar, infusing for a moment the Emotional cells, so to speak. The walls that isolate the Scholar are in place because the Scholar cannot reconcile some things that require an Emotional element; therefore it becomes a paradox to the Scholar and he must isolate until it is “figured out.” Until he realizes that not all things can be “figured out,” but that they can sometimes require absurd hilarity as a means to bring resolution, he is locked in a cycle of theories. For the Scholar to identify several constant, reliable sources of laughter can literally save his or her life, or at the very least, alter the flow of energy to the point of bringing peace and resolution and health to a number of areas. How absurd for us to suggest for those Scholars battling cancer to “laugh it off,” but that is precisely our point. It is not a magickal solution, but it is one through which a Scholar can then find the means to more effective solutions, if needed. We have already addressed this issue in a lengthy session in the past, offering insights for all Roles. We will include that in the transcript for this session. [Michael_Entity] We have three tiers of Agreements with fragments who work with us in the form of “Channeling.” “Primary Students” are those fragments with whom we share Agreements that extend across many lifetimes and, of course, from before birth for this current lifetime. Our teaching is used by these students as one of their primary philosophies, if not their only primary philosophy. “Primary Channels” are those fragments with whom we share Agreements that extend across lifetimes and, of course, from before birth for this lifetime to use our teaching as a primary philosophy, and to help impart our teaching as a primary philosophy by giving us a medium of expression into the physical plane to our Primary Students. “Secondary Students” are those fragments with whom we share no original Agreement, but we develop an Agreement to accommodate their experimental exposure to our teaching. These fragments will most likely take only parts of our teaching as needed and not use it at a primary philosophy. “Secondary Channels” are those fragments with whom we share no original Agreement to act as our channel, but we develop an Agreement to accommodate these fragments who feel a strong drive to build their own teaching upon our philosophy. “Tertiary Students” are those fragments with whom we share no original Agreement and the student may never find valid contact with a channel, but we develop an Agreement to help guide in the use of our teaching as they might choose to use it as a guide for a period of time. “Tertiary Channels” are those fragments with whom we share no original Agreement, and these fragments do not have valid channeling skills, but we develop an Agreement to help build those skills, even as he or she may grossly misrepresent himself or herself. In other words, anyone claiming to channel us will automatically find a connection to us, though their ability to hear or convey us may be severely limited, despite their eagerness and sense of connection to us. “Regulators” are those fragments with whom we have Agreements (which may or may not have been generated before birth) to not only gather tangible records of all works offered by our Primary and Secondary Channels, but to help question, authenticate, and validate (and invalidate) this material. Cette étrange distribution des Entrées s’explique par les Rôles eux-mêmes qui sont comme des «unités sensorielles», si l’on peut dire, pour le Tao. Le Plan Physique étant le plus unique et le plus dense de tous les Plans, trois Rôles en Essence sont distribués avec UNE seule ENTRÉE afin de prendre conscience, traiter et comprendre DU DÉBUT À LA FIN de la manière linéaire inhérente au Plan Physique. Par défaut, les Guerriers et les Rois sont les Rôles sur l’Axe de l’Action et ont donc intrinsèquement UNE seule ENTRÉE, car cela est «naturel» à l’Action. Comme ils sont les plus à l’aise et les plus compatibles avec le Plan Physique, le Tao (ou «l’univers») est capable d’acquérir des expériences profondes à travers le processus linéaire de la prise de conscience et de la compréhension. Les Artisans ne traitent pas les expériences directement ou de manière ciblée, mais ils ont plutôt différents niveaux d’engagements dans différents thèmes de leur vie. Un Guerrier peut trouver un thème et se sentir obligé d’y coller jusqu’à ce qu’il en ait « extrait » tout ce qui était possible. L’Artisan, en revanche, peut constater qu’il a de nombreuses configurations dans sa vie, toutes se répétant et étant mises en évidence et revisitées à différentes étapes de sa vie. L'aspect qui définit le mieux l'Artisan, en termes d'Entrées, pourrait être dans sa recherche profonde et inlassable de "quelque chose". Bien que ce trait puisse être attribué à n'importe quel Fragment, nous parlons ici d’une façon beaucoup plus profonde qu’une simple distraction pour la Personnalité. Tonight we will open the floor to any questions or topics of interest to each of you as best we can. Troy has restrictions against personal questions, but if you have a way to present a question that is beneficial for all, we will attempt to respond accordingly. [kittlekats41] This is based on a personal experience, but I am interested in an answer that everyone can relate to: when we moved down to Atlanta we stopped overnight at a hotel. Upon arrival here [to Atlanta] the energy felt off-centered and discordant, which it hadn’t been before. One of the cats was especially vocal and restless. We determined that we had picked up a ‘stray’ energy that attached itself to us at the hotel with a number of others; we were able to clean the space and remove the energy into a better environment for it – an old tree that is grounded. The question is: a) how common is it for this type of experience to occur? b) how can we deal with it when it does? and c) are animals a common barometer to identify when it happens? That is my question:-) [M Entity] We would first respond that we would not describe any energy as “stray” that might attach itself to you randomly. We have rarely seen a case of energetic resonance that was not in some way “invited” or allowed. However, what you refer to as “hotels” and “motels” are full of what might accurately be described as “echo energies”. In other words, the emotional and intellectual imprints from the many fragments passing through a small space (which is assumed by fragments to be a sanctuary in many ways) can become literally “coated” with these “echoes” of energy. In the same way that there are “ghosts” of the dead, there are “ghosts” of the living, as well. “Ghosts” are merely echoes of energy, whether from the living or the dead. With all of that being said, your being affected by an echo is based on a particular resonance you must have had with that “echo”. It appears to us that you were in a space of deeper concern, worry, anticipation, and possibly anxiety, than you were in the previous trip. [kittlekats41] true [M Entity] This would naturally align you with any other fragment's concerns, worries, anticipations, anxiety that had left an imprint in that hotel room or location. This alignment then would naturally amplify your own energy, yet again, and because it then becomes disproportional to your original concerns, etc., it can feel strangely disconcerting and distracting. [kittlekats41] would that echo remain as a presence for a number of weeks afterwards and be detected by the animals? [M Entity] We will respond to your questions as quickly and as orderly as possible. The way you can “deal with this” is to consciously “clear the space” in any environment that has acted as a sanctuary for so many other fragments. Doing so upon settling into your room can greatly increase your experience of peace and temporary ownership of that space. A simple visualization of a colorful light of your choice sweeping through the room and clearing it of all darker or heavier energies is enough. It is not necessary to create an elaborate ritual; just a simple, conscious shifting of the room’s energy to accommodate you is enough. We would suggest avoiding rituals focusing on “protection”, as this simply amplifies a contrast between you and your space and does not effect a peaceful, restful shift. Animals are more sensitive to these echoes than most humans, but they are even more sensitive to the effects of the echoes on their human companions. In other words, your animal companion was responding to your own agitations than to the separate “stray energy” you theorized. The “echo” remains only in the space in which is imprinted, but the effects of that echo upon you can last for weeks. It was Good Work that you created time to transform that effect upon you and to ground yourself again. [BradburySE] I just have a question about the number of inputs for the various roles. It seems to be well known that Artisans have five inputs and Sages three, but how about the other roles? I've never seen this written anywhere. [M Entity] The “solid roles” of King, Warrior, and Scholar have a single input, while the inspirational roles of Priest and Server have 2 inputs. [H2OSprtlvr] We were talking about the 9/11 movie by Michael Moore and it was mentioned that he is a Sage and he had a reincarnation from Josiah Royce. This seems confusing to me that he is a Sage, because all the studying and fact finding is so Scholar. I was wondering where the Scholar might be in his personality, since Sages only want to have fun and are not into fact finding or writing books. [M Entity] First we will say that we have never said, nor have we implied, that Sages “only want to have fun” and that they are not “into fact finding or writing books”. This conclusion is highly simplified and inaccurate of the Sage and of the Scholar. The very Essence of a Sage is to find the Truth and then to disseminate what they have come to believe is true. In that search for the Truth, they will use any means possible. The stereotype of the Sage comes from the fact that in most cases a Sage's method of “fact-finding” and “writing books” simply ends up looking like so much more “fun”. By contrast, the Scholars have been responsible for some of the most influential and “beautiful” music on your planet. This could look contrary to the stereotype of the Scholar, but in fact the Scholar finds the connection between music and math to be one of the most beautiful aspects of life on earth and if that can be translated into music, they will try. We explain this to you to help contribute to your broadening understanding of the Roles of Sage and Scholar. This is not to say that the fragment now known as Michael Moore does not have Scholar influences, because, in fact, he actually does. This Sage is Scholar-Cast, with a Server Essence Twin. [H2OSprtvr] I realize I was stereotyping and I'm grateful for further clarification on the roles. [M Entity] Comparing the lives of Beethoven and Royce/Moore can give you great insight into the differences between how a Sage-Cast Scholar (Beethoven) vs. a Scholar-Cast Sage (Michael Moore) may act within a lifetime. In most cases, a Sage-Cast individual will behave more like the “stereotypical” Sage than a Sage with different Casting. Furthermore, in most instances when a fragment is behaving like one of the Essence “stereotypes”, it is usually an indicator of that person's Casting than of their Role. [BingeBuddie] I know this may seem like a very basic question, but I have had a hard time validating my role in essence. With so many factors to consider such as casting, ET influence, overleaves, and entity position, etc. is there any definitive way to determine your role? I’ve went with channels in the past, but that causes confusion because its difficult to tell what one input is as opposed to many inputs, such as Scholar having one and Artisan having 5. One channel Roles (Scholar, King, and Warrior) can concentrate in the midst of chaos right? So that's kind of what I try to look at. Is that a good indicator? [M Entity] No, we would not suggest using your ability to concentrate as your determining factor. The symptom of concentration vs. distraction in terms of Input is another of the simplifications that can happen when first learning about a part of the teaching. While it is true that an Essence with a single input can usually focus more intently in the midst of chaos, the influence of Personality, Imprinting, and Situations can greatly affect that level of concentration. What we would suggest as part of your validation of your Role in Essence is this: First, study the Roles. It is important to truly comprehend each Role. This means moving beyond the stereotypes that are a part of the initial stage of learning. Next, it is important to understand the vital differences between Essence and Casting. Casting affects how you behave “naturally”, how you express yourself to the world on a DAILY BASIS. Your Essence Role is most obviously comprehended in moments where you feel you SHINE. For instance: A Scholar-Cast Sage: In the daily life of this individual he may appear unkempt, distracted, refined, studious, directed, serious, and maybe even a bit out of synch socially, but this fragment would “shine” as soon as he was able to publicly share what he has gained as experiences in a way that was entertaining to at least a small group. A Sage-Cast Scholar, on the other hand, may be dramatic, socially obnoxious, emotional, depressed, extreme, performing, and chaotic in his daily life, but this fragment would “shine” when he is able to wholly comprehend something that can be finalized as a bit of profound personal knowledge. We do not know of a more appropriate word than “shine”. When you are in Essence, you feel complete, “on”, and you usually feel cohesion between your mundane self and your higher self. When we say “shine”, we do not intend to mean that everyone will see this, but rather that the Personality and Essence open to each other and a sense of lightness and wholeness pervade. We explain all of this to you in the context of an Essence having a different Role than Casting, but of course, there ARE Sage-Cast Sages and Scholar-Cast Scholars, but those fragments usually have little confusion as to their Role. Having explained those basic differences between Casting and Role in Essence, you can then figure out your Role or Casting by first determining if you feel you are more exalted or more ordinal in either of those contexts. In other words, in your DAILY LIFE, are you more one-on-one, but when you “shine”, are you surrounded by people? One-on-One might indicate a more Ordinal position, while being inclined toward groups can be an indication of an Exalted position. Once you have determined how you may behave in either context, you can then determine if you feel you are more compelled to have an inspiring, expressive, or active effect on your environment. This will then give you an indication as to the final role description you might be in your Casting or your Essence. For example, you may notice you are naturally more one-on-one in your daily life, thus indicating that you may be Ordinal-Cast, but when you “shine”, you notice you love to be in a group of people in some way, indicating you may be an Exalted Essence Role. Then you would determine if you are more inclined to be expressive, inspiring, or active in your daily life. If you find you are more concerned with inspiring, you could then safely start trying out the idea that you may be SERVER-CAST. When you “shine”, you may find you are more inclined to be expressive, entertaining, and teaching-oriented, which may indicate a SAGE ESSENCE. This would then be a Server-Cast Sage. We realize this can still be very confusing and difficult to determine, but it is a start. Because the Scholar Role is neutral, it can be the most difficult to determine and we would not be able to convey in this format the depth of questioning that would need to be explored for true validation of the Essence or Casting. One of the most important things you can do while studying our teaching and seeking to validate your Role, Casting, Overleaves, Entity, and Essence Twins, etc. is be open to an evolution of your understanding. You may discover that what you believed was inaccurate channeling is actually profoundly accurate to who you realize you are becoming (as you come into your own identity). Or you may discover that your self-determined Overleaves were highly inaccurate in your initial understanding and you now see that you are someone completely different after all. Never feel as if you must conclude who you are. Our system is designed to help you understand who you are, not complicate your self-perception. If you are thoroughly confused, pick a Role, pick your Overleaves, and begin “living with them”. You will begin to see what does and does not hold validity. [BingeBuddie] But would you have to be past the 4th internal monad to judge completely accurately as to what role you are? (not to ask ANOTHER lengthy question) [M Entity] It does help to have completed the 4th Internal Monad in the Positive Pole for true self-awareness in terms of Essence, Casting, and True Personality. But then, that is the very crux of having a completion of the 4th Internal Monad in the Positive Pole, so it is not a matter of waiting for that rite to pass before seeking valid self-awareness. We are working with Troy in creating two new ways of determining your own basic profiles: a self-test, and a step-by-step process of elimination method. We believe this will help many of our students. We never sought to have any student dependent on our channels, so this is an important evolution to our sharing of the teachings. We believe we have given you at least some “food for thought” until then. [freyaisissuz] That's great, Troy, I will keep it short. I have sensed a connection with J Royce/M Moore. Is he a “reality shifter” or “dream maker” as in cadre 1/entity 3; if another, where? [M Entity] That is a valid observation. This is a fragment some of our channels would call a “wild card” within Cadre One, Entity Three, as well. This fragment is one of the youngest soul ages in that Entity. [M Entity] Yes, he is incarnated: a Server Essence Twin of the Sage known as Michael Moore. The Server is a reincarnation of William James now focusing on the funneling of necessary requirements as a means to convey the Sage's “truth”. He may only be peripherally identified in the media. We believe he is one of the “producers” of Michael Moore's films, as well as several of his own projects which reflect some of the profound psychology explored in his previous life as William James.     [This material is a reproduction of Michael Speaks: Inputs, which was delivered on April 18, 2002.] [M_Entity] Welcome. We are here. We understand the requested Topic to be that of “Inputs.” Very little has been said in terms of Inputs because the topic is a bit more nonlinear in appearance than most of the aspects of our Teaching. It “makes no sense” to some of our channels and students; therefore the topic is dismissed or vaguely understood. In nearly all aspects of our Teaching there is an order and consistency that can be counted on, but some aspects of the universe, while still sustaining an awesome order, may not “fit in” with the patterns of every other thing you have come to understand. We assure you though; there is still an awesome order and compassionate intelligence behind even the most bewildering parts of the universe, known and unknown. First, we will define “INPUT” as a channel or frequency through which an Essence becomes aware, processes, and comprehends. 3 of the Roles in Essence have ONE INPUT; these are the Scholar, Warrior, and King Essences. 2 of the Roles in Essence have TWO INPUTS; these are the Priest and Server. 1 of the Roles in Essence has THREE INPUTS; this is the Sage. 1 of the Roles in Essence has FIVE INPUTS; this is the Artisan. The strange distribution of Inputs has to do with the Roles themselves acting as “sensory units,” so to speak, for Tao. Because the Physical Plane is of the most unique and densest of all Planes, 3 Roles in Essence are distributed with ONE INPUT so as to gain awareness, Process, and Comprehend FROM BEGINNING TO END in a linear fashion inherent to the Physical Plane. By default, Warriors and Kings are ACTION AXIS Roles and therefore inherently have ONE INPUT, as that is “natural” to Action. Being the most comfortable and compatible with the Physical Plane, Tao (or “the universe) is able to gain profound experiences through the linear process of gaining awareness and comprehension. The Scholars (who are the memory cells of Tao in many ways) have ONE INPUT so as to maintain a direct link to the Akashic Records/Plane. Because Scholars are specifically designed as ambient, experiential “sponges”, this ONE INPUT allows them to act as excellent, direct, recording devices and conduits between the Physical Plane and the Akashic Plane. Although all fragments update their own records (usually having to be done between lives or through conscious awareness), Scholars do so for themselves, their Entity, and/or Cadre. Because Scholars, Warriors, and Kings are by nature inclined to focus on very specific themes for study, conquest, or mastery (respectively), having One Input allows them to excel in the Task at Hand (by standards of Essence.) With this understanding, it would not be amiss to say that ALL FRAGMENTS have at least One Input focused on NOW, or in other words, capable of being focused on the present, the task at hand, the moment, etc. The Inspiration Roles of Priest and Server have an Additional Input as a means to maintain a connection to what INSPIRES them. In general, the Two Inputs for the Priest will have one focused on the Task At Hand, while the other maintains the Vision, or Higher Ideal. For the Server, one Input is focused on the Task At Hand, while the other is focused on the Common Good, or WHAT IS NEEDED. Inspirational Roles were the Tao’s idea of providing the universe with a means to provide for ALL FRAGMENTS an access to something “beyond the moment.” It could be said that the Priest then provides access to “what is beyond the Self”, while the Server provides access to “what is within the Self.” In general, the Expression Roles are the means for the Tao to continue reinventing or transforming itself throughout the Planes. As Kings and Warriors we can attest to the importance of the “pesky Sage” and the “kooky Artisans” as the single- or double-input Roles can tend to take to life a bit more “seriously”. Artisans and Sages can certainly be serious, which tends to be interpreted as “dramatic”, but they do bring a much-needed levity to the density of the Physical Plane. The Sage, in addition to the one Input focused on the Task At Hand, will have a second Input to sustain connection to whatever that fragment deems is “the Truth,” while a third Input is focused on the expression of that Truth. This can be translated rather simply as a Sage having an Input for gauging his Audience (task at hand), his Truth, and how to express that to the Audience. The Artisan, having the most Inputs, is the Tao’s means to constantly keep the universe “fresh,” revitalized, and “alive.” They are the guarantee in the Universe that ideas of the Tao can continue to come into existence. All Roles are expressions of Tao, of course, but Artisans are more a direct conduit for Tao than can sometimes be comprehended by the mundane levels of life. The Single-Input Roles are focused on directly experiencing the Planes, the Dual-Input Roles are focused on expanding beyond them, the Triple-Input Role is focused on keeping the truth entertaining, and the Quintet-Input Role is focused on creating new contexts for it all. The Artisan then has one Input on the Task At Hand, another on generating creativity, another on maintaining or generating the manifestation of a previous creation, another on maintaining or generating the medium of that manifestation, and a final Input that is literally tuned to All That Has Come To Be. Artisans are CHANGE manifested; therefore they are tuned to those 5 dimensions of Creativity. This is simply a basic introduction to the Inputs and why they are distributed in this manner among the Roles, but there is a great deal more information available about these aspects of Essence. We will take your Questions now. [val2] If a sage has three inputs what happens when they have an Artisan for essence twins and task companions, are they adding to their inputs? [M_Entity] Though “bleedthrough” can tend to lend seemingly extra dimensional awareness to the default Inputs of a Role, they are NOT “added” to the Inputs. Because of the intimate nature between Essence Twins and between Task Companions, there is a level of communication and assessment that does allow a potential, alternative angle of Input, but this is no different from asking for a friend’s opinion, so to speak. The use of the “opinion” may or may not influence the ability for you to use of your own Inputs appropriately, but they do not literally get added in. [Suzanne] Michael, how does frequency tie into the one input for warrior? I have a rather high 65 for a warrior, being sage cast, and can multitask well. [M_Entity] In the younger soul ages the Inputs can tend to manifest in ways affected by the general design of the soul, but as the soul gains experience, so does it gain the ability to utilize the Input more appropriately. As the Essence evolves, so does its ability to seek out the experiences through which balance can be attained and maintained. This eventual balance applies to all extremes of design, from the highly-Focused or highly-Creative Energy Ratio to high or low Frequencies. To respond directly to your example, a simple interpretation of a Higher Frequency matched with One Input could be that the movement toward Awareness, through a Process, and to Comprehension (the triad of each Input), is “faster” than a Lower Frequency with One Input. “Multitasking” is not an indicator of the number of Inputs; it is a sign of adaptability within your current culture. A One-Input Role and a Five-Input Role can equally “multitask”, but the method and internal experience for each may be quite different. [ClaireN] Could you please explain how the last 4 Artisan inputs are experienced in a life? [M_Entity] This will be highly simplistic, but we think we may be able to describe a familiar scenario: For an Artisan, other than the Moment, or Task At Hand, there will always seem to be a need for something NEW, a search inside or out for the Muse or Inspiration. This could be said to be Channel 2. This could manifest as simply as an idea or as profoundly as a deep, spiritual inspirational move to creativity. In general then Channel 2 would be the channel that Searches, Desires, Knows, and NEEDS to create change. Channel 3 then will be focused on trying to “finish” that which has being created previously, ranging from a new job, new move, to a new art project. Channel 3 monitors your “children,” so to speak. Channel 4 then is focused on the HOW of a project or path of change. This can range from choosing your colors and clay for an art project, to designing or finding the path that is capable of actually being the conduit or medium for the creation or change. Channel 4 can be said to be your “mapping system.” Channel 5 is the broadest Channel, or Input, as it is simultaneously aware of all that has come to pass and all the probabilities of the future, and the entire dance that is possible among them. This can show up in an Artisan’s life as the part of them that is painfully aware of the past and its supposed mistakes, while desperately aware of an idealized utopia of a distant future of their making. However it shows up, it can be said to be the Channel that is constantly COMPARING. As we said, this is highly simplistic, but a bit more for you to consider as we share this information over time. [Kathryn41] How does casting influence input? Does a multi-input casting position add dimensionality to a single input role, and a single input casting position adds focus for a multi-input role? [M_Entity] Your Role in Essence is how Tao experiences the Lower Planes “through you,” while the Casting (being more permanent and pervasive) could be said to be how Tao experiences “through you” while transiting the Higher Planes. While Physical, your Casting (in terms of Input) is the most directly available “alternative” means of Input, but it is ONLY THAT, an alternative. Casting is a POSITION relative to a group, while your Role in Essence IS YOU. Casting as an alternative Input is accessed in that way VERY RARELY and usually when access to multidimensional awareness is sought. Some Channels, Healers, and legitimate Psychics tend to access Casting Input influences, if necessary. For most, it is your Role in Essence that defines your Inputs. [JNelson] It would seem every Fragment is capable of experiencing the world like the way an Artisan does through each Input. How does it manifest uniquely in an Artisan compared to everyone else? [M_Entity] We remind you that what we describe is the ESSENCE’S experience, not necessarily the Personality’s. This is where some confusion comes in. The Personality of every single Fragment, regardless of its Essence, has the ability to design Overleaves that are more or less focused, inspirational, creative, or entertaining. Examining your Overleaves in relation to the Axis can reveal the way your Personality filters the world FOR Essence. This expands on the possibilities of all Fragments then. That is why a Warrior can be absolutely creative, and an Artisan can “kick ass.” This is not to say the design of Overleaves has an effect on how Essence INPUTS, but rather, it does help explain why varying Fragments feel they EXPERIENCE or BEHAVE in ways different than our Input descriptions define. The way the Five Inputs manifest MOST uniquely could be in the final examination of how an Artisan processes a life. Artisans do not process experiences directly or with focus, but rather have varying levels of commitment to varying themes in their lives. A Warrior may find a theme and find himself compelled to stick through it until everything that can possibly be “milked” from it is. An Artisan, on the other hand, may find she has many patterns in her life, all repeating and being highlighted and revisited in varying stages of her life. The most defining aspect of the Artisan, in terms of inputs, could be said to be in their deeply restless search for “something.” Although this trait can be attributed to any fragment, we are speaking in far more profound ways than a simple distraction for a Personality. The Artisan has a “knowing” that there is so much more than what is seen and yet is it is not touchable until she creates it. This “knowing” vs “creating” can either fuse the Personality and Essence into a powerful force of creativity, or the Personality begins to splinter and reject the Essence. Delusion and retreat then become more and more the emphasis of Channel Four.

    [Excerpt from Michael Speaks - Open Floor - February 2000] [MaryBV] I am under the impression that a person’s aura fluctuates and changes quite a bit. Do the roles in essence have certain signature colors? Does your frequency have any determination in the color of the aura? [Michael_Entity] Yes, you are correct. Each Role can be said to resonate with the colors commonly attributed to the Chakras. It takes some practice to specifically “see” that level, but it can be done. Frequency creates the “hue” of that color. We remind you that as you are Physical, it is impossible to “see” another’s Aura without the colors of your own being used as a filter. If you hold a red film up to yellow, you will get a completely different color than if you held up a blue filter to yellow. Keeping that in mind, you may have to calibrate or adjust your perceptions so they can be interpreted properly.
  10. Michael says that we are always connected to the "Tao;" always residing within that source, even if we tend to forget. It's actually natural for us to "forget," since each lifetime generates a new body with a new brain in which our soul must work to rebuild, or return to, conscious awareness. As we gain experience over many lifetimes, we tend to regain that awareness more quickly within a lifetime. IN THE BEGINNING... According to Michael, the Tao brilliantly exploded out "fragments" of itself as a means to explore Itself and the universes It created. These "sparks" (or "Essences" or "Souls") are imbued with the same freedom as the Tao, to do what they wish, explore what they wish, experience what they wish, interact as they wish, and generally experience everything possible! This freedom allows the Tao unlimited creativity and exploration as these souls run around being creative and experimental out on their own! With all of this creativity and curiosity, a soul can easily get into trouble, go through painful growth, sadness, loneliness, fears, etc., but those experiences are part of the same spectrum of experiences that includes joy, happiness, abundance, passion, love,... Nothing is ever actually wasted or lost or bad from the soul's point of view. Because our souls know an absolute sense of safety in the universe, being in a lifetime is much like going to the Movies! While sitting in the theater, we can have a whole spectrum of emotions and experiences as we are pulled into the action and drama of a really good movie, but we ultimately know we are safe and can leave when it's over. Our souls experience the excitement of our lifetimes in a very similar way, except that as the soul gains experience, so does each Personality, and it becomes easier to create far more manageable and enjoyable lifetimes! If you think of the very basic part of your Essence as being a "spark" of the Tao, then think of those sparks as eventually choosing a kind of "Essence Role" to play in the universe. This "Essence" (or "soul/spark") chooses one of 7 "Roles;" kind of like choosing what kind of car or vehicle to use to travel through the universe on its own. These Roles are not limiting in any way; in fact, over many lifetimes, the ability to BE that Role becomes more important, fun, and easy! It's kind of like learning how to drive faster, easier, and you begin to choose even more exciting terrains! As you read more about the Michael Teachings, you may find that the terms "Soul," "Essence," and "Role," are used interchangeably for convenience. You will rarely hear the word "spark," but it's included here so you can understand how the Role is chosen. Your Role stays constant throughout all of your lives and beyond, but continues to improve its means of expression and its way of Being with the additional lifetime and experience. Now we will briefly cover the 7 Roles that make up the Souls of this Universe. This is a very simple introduction, so do not get too preoccupied with trying to determine your Role just yet, as it is a bit more complicated than the descriptions here. This is just a BASIC Introduction. It's very important to remember that the names used to identify the Roles are only used for convenience and they are not to be taken literally. For instance, a Priest Essence can be a farmer or a plumber or a murderer; a Server Essence might be a preacher, housewife, or serial killer. The Role describes the PRIMARY WAY OF BEING for a soul, but that can show up in many ways. Each Role will behave in ways that are terrible and frightening, as well as in ways that are beautiful and enlightening. Each Role has a Positive and Negative Pole, which helps describe the potential spectrum of behavior that a soul can exhibit, with the Negative Pole being more fearful and the Positive Pole being more loving. We will cover the Polarities, later. Sometimes the Role is hard to detect because of several factors that may inhibit expression and behavior, such as parental influences, cultural expectations, gender roles, and environmental conditions, so be patient as you study. There are 7 Basic "Ways of Being" (Roles) in the universe. In thinking about a "spark" leaving the Tao and choosing a "Role," it might be helpful to think of it this way: As a "spark" you are still swimming in the "white light" that is "home" (or Tao) and your soul is still very aware and connected to Tao. When your Spark chose a Role, it was a way of differentiating itself from the Source. Our souls never truly leave the Tao, but they "separate" themselves in a very creative way. Think of white light passing through a prism, separating that original light into 7 visible rays of color that made up that original white light. In the same way that ALL color is still a part of White Light, so are our souls forever a part of the spectrum of the Tao, or God, no matter how separated we may seem to be. Here are the 7 Roles in Essence: Servers & Priests: These are the Inspiration Roles. The Server inspires us one on one, while the Priests inspire us on a mass scale. Servers see the world as their honored guests, while Priests see the world as a congregation or "flock".Artisans & Sages: These are the Expression Roles. The Artisan creates and brings new things to the planet, while the Sage entertains and makes us remember how to laugh. The Artisan is more one on one while the Sage likes to affect groups. The Artisan sees the world as a project, like a sculpture or canvas, while the Sage sees the world as an audience or playmates.Warriors & Kings: These are the Action Roles. The Warriors stand as our protectors and builders, getting us motivated and instilling loyalty, while the King leads us into action as a group. The Warrior sees the world as territory or challenges, while the King sees a kingdom or realm.The Scholar: This is the only "Neutral" Role, meaning it is the centerpiece and mediator of all other Roles. The Scholar studies life and observes, sometimes in strange ways, but always submerged in something their soul finds important to study, ranging from addictions and fear to science and wisdom. This Essence studies so often that it is actually the life itself that becomes the study. This is the most versatile Role and can sometimes seem quite the chameleon. The Scholar sees the world as an object of interest or study. Although there are only 7 Roles from which to choose in the universe, this is in no way a limitation to the soul. There are many, many factors in addition to the Role that makes each soul so unique!

We understand the floor is open to questions and we will do our best to respond to your questions as directly and clearly as possible. [upstaate] There is a nexus period, at the end of this month-Mar 23/24-can you expound on the energy flowing for this nexus. The theme was given, thru another channel, to be adventure. Thank You. [Michael_Entity] The beginning of your year has had the emphasis on the energies that could be described in terms of Role, Centering, and Goal. As with the first three months of any year, the Goal is primarily emphasized and throughout the year the rest of the Overleaves used to describe the energy will eventually be emphasized during their own “seasons.” As this year is emphasizing Server energy and a Higher Emotional Centering as the overall context, this means that each of you will have the opportunity to grasp the higher perception of your own life and of those around you. These first few months have introduced the emphasis of ACCEPTANCE (the collective Goal for the year) within the context of higher perception and service/nurturing. In other words, each of you have probably had to deal with AT LEAST one element, incident, or experience that has put you in a position to consider ACCEPTANCE of that element, incident, or experience while also being able to draw a great amount of self-nurturing during the process. This Acceptance will only come through your ability to see the higher meaning behind the event and through your ability to respond to the experience with your inner resources of nurturing. Many difficult experiences have peppered the beginning of this year because this time frame has had the energetic support “in the air” for adapting to these events and experiences. Deaths, Major Changes, Release, Reunions, News (“good” and “bad”), etc. have been condensed into these first 3 months because the general energy is able to be used as a way to accelerate the healing, introduction, change, etc. All of that being said; the Nexus that is formulating around the 23rd – 25th is about the release of tension from these first three months. Some of our channels may refer to that release as ADVENTURE because there is an opportunity here to pull in the experiences, tools, and people that would allow for a great deal of FUN. That time frame would also introduce the energy of the MODE for this year, which is Observation, so many of you will find that your experience of Adventure will be utilized through WATCHING something. We remind you that ADVENTURE has its own spectrum through which fragments can extract the experience. The Positive Pole being PRESENCE and the Negative Pole being DRAMA; the range of Adventure can be from Destruction to Enlightenment. [upstaate] and it is our choice how we will perceive that? [Michael_Entity] As far as we can see, most of you are quite ready for at least a mid-range to high-range of Adventurous experience, meaning you will most likely experience anything thing from: Sensory Excitement, such as great sex, release, recreation, travel; Stimulation of Mind, such as learning something quite surprising and new; Essence Contact, such as feeling an alignment and peace within yourself; and as we said, Enlightenment, or put another way, feeling TOTALLY PRESENT. So it would be beneficial for many of you to mark your calendars and use that Nexus to emphasize your ability to choose a direction toward what might be FUN, rewarding, playful and most importantly bringing you into a sense of being fully present and alive. [faldec] My father a 6th young priest has stated he has to have wrist watches with a magnetically shielded back on them or they’ll stop working. What relationship exists between essence and having an energetic effect on the surroundings? TY [Michael_Entity] None; or very little. The effect on the functionality of machinery on the body is purely a physical phenomenon and is usually not permanent. It is the result of the physical body/Personality being out of synch with its environment. The only relationship between Essence and the phenomenon is in that there does appear to be a fairly consistent connection between Frequency and/or Role. Higher Frequency fragments and/or Expressive/Inspiration Roles can tend to have this effect on the Personality/Body and its ability to synchronize with its environment. More specifically though is in the way the Personality UTILIZES the energy that is the Essence. Those who tend to deflect inner guidance can be most susceptible to energetic fluctuations and distortions of the body matrix. In other words, and at its most distilled explanation, this phenomenon happens most to those who have not learned to be accountable for their impact on their world, lacking the ability to manage even the closest surfaces of their boundaries (skin). [BradburySE] There was a story in the news this week, about 68 dolphins who beached themselves in the Florida Keys. Was this another case of a “mass suicide” meant to communicate with the humans, or was it, as the Navy supposes that underwater sonar interfered with their communication and they became disoriented? [Michael_Entity] These pods appear to have been involved with a cult leader who had gained the trust of the participants, promising them that another dimension of existence was just beyond the boundaries of their own familiar world. Some pods of Cetaceans have surrendered to the teachings of some corrupt or misguided leaders as the oceans continue to become threatened to a degree. In the same way that your own Jim Jones or Heaven’s Gate leaders convinced (or forced) small masses to accept suicide as a doorway, so too do the Cetaceans have that susceptibility. [BradburySE] It never occurred to me that other species could be as stupid as humans, but I suppose it is their right. [Michael_Entity] It is not a matter of stupidity. That is a relative judgment. It is a matter of fulfilling monads and karma. [faldec] if humans do it, then cetaceans will too…after all it only choice [Annsge] I think we like to think of Cetaceans as wiser, but they’re evolving just as we are. [Michael_Entity] The irony is in the fact that the leader was a highly telepathic sentient who had been receiving input from the psyches of human leaders who teach what is known as Christianity. It appears this misguided leader taught that there was a way to “save the world” by becoming “Angels;” a term no other Cetacean has ever taught. [Annsge] What was his/her role, soul age? [upstaate] could it be a pod that is not familiar with that area and its people? [Michael_Entity] We are not sure we understand your question, Lori. [upstaate] I ask because there are people who do dolphin cruises that have become quite familiar with the pods in that area and have named some of the more frequent pods that stay around in that area. [Michael_Entity] We understand now. The Pods were local and some of the teachings were gained from the telepathic links to tourists with distorted religious beliefs and apocalyptic visions of the world. The leader appears to be a Mature King. The average soul age of Cetaceans is the same as your own species (and incidentally, the universe): 1st Level Mature [upstaate] oh, how sad then for the locals who have come to love these creatures. [Tibtyc] Good evening. If I understand the concept of 4th internal Monad (and my life) correctly, I did mine twelve years ago. Or at least started it. That happened rather dramatically. Now my life has come to a halt, like the end of a road. Could this be my 5th monad? The Monads remind me of the acts in an opera, or the movements in a symphony. How to differentiate between 4th and 5th internal Monad, or Monads generally? That is my question. [Michael_Entity] The 4th Internal Monad has an emphasis on REGAINING INNOCENCE, or put another way, Growing Into Your Own Idea of YOU. The 5th Internal Monad has an emphasis on RECREATING YOUR LIFE, or put another way, HAVING FUN. Your life has come to a halt simply for the sake of your “catching your breath.” There are 7 stages to every cycle of growth whether described in terms of a Monad or in terms of a relationship; 3 Exalted stages, 3 Ordinal stages, and 1 Pivotal/Neutral point. The Pivotal/Assimilative/Neutral Point is a point that can be called upon at ANY TIME during the process of the other 6 stages. This allows the Personality to gain its footing after a particularly difficult stage, if necessary. It is also the point in which you finalize a cycle so as to gain the benefits of the whole process you just completed. Some would call this point THE VOID. We agree with that phrase. [Tibtyc] Is the 4th stage like catching your breath? I mean the Neutral point. [Michael_Entity] What you are describing as a “halt” is more like a moment or period of time much like having your foot between two rungs on a ladder; except that you have forgotten that there is movement. With your emphasis on the suspension between steps, you may feel you are at a halt or even terribly ungrounded or non-directional. But we assure you that you are never at a halt. [Tibtyc] Actually the “halt” only refers to outer aspects. And I keep thinking of the do-re-mi system, the octave [Michael_Entity] The 4th stage within either of the Monads would be MANIFESTATION, or the stage of tangibility. We will include with Troy’s transcription the 7 stages for the 4th and 5th Internal Monads for your further exploration. [slacnj] Does Michael have any students who are dolphins? We've been asked to expand on the Overleaves in a way that might add more "dimension" and context for the practical use of the Overleaves, and we can do so. What we have shared about the Overleaves, in general, is "just the beginning." What we will share with you today is how these Overleaves "show up" in the basic contexts of your daily existence. What we will share is a way to be more aware of the Overleaves in a way that can be observed and then that overleaf can be more consciously utilized in other contexts where it might not be so obvious. We will start with the Goal. If you have ever wanted to observe your Goal in effect most clearly, this Overleaf is most obvious in the context of your EXTERNAL LIFE. By this we mean that this overleaf is what you use as your motivation behind all of your choices that are in relation to the external world, to life, in general. Within that context, it could be said that the Goal is the Overleaf that describes what you reach out for in the world in terms of experience, or more precisely, the Goal describes what you wish to bring back with you from your experiences. It does not ultimately describe HOW, or IF, but it does describe WHAT. For instance, if your Goal is Acceptance, this means any experience that is taken from your day can be traced back to that particular Goal and you would do well to see how this describes WHAT you sought in your choices throughout the day from the general contexts of your external life. It could be said, then, that the Goal resonates to the Moving Center and the Action Axis. We share this axis resonance with you as a foundation for future information we have to share, as well, because we will eventually go through each Goal (and mode, attitude, etc.) and what each overleaf means in light of this information. We also share these resonances, not only for future reference, but for your further exploration on your own as you draw connections and cross-references throughout these resonances. We will also include here that the Goal could be said to be your method of entrance into the world in terms of PROJECTS. In this case, we mean "projects" as a key term to help simplify the general point of your motivation for reaching out into the world of experience in the first place. Next, we will share about the Mode. In terms of the Mode, then, it could be said that the Mode is your entrance into your world of RELATIONSHIPS. If you want to fully understand how your Mode manifests, it can most easily be seen in the context of Relationships, or more specifically, in the world of INTIMACY. In this case, we would define "intimacy" as being your method of resonance to something beyond you. This is why the Mode is often described as "how you go about reaching the goal," because your relationship to experience (your Goal) is still a relationship, which is then described by your Mode. The Modes resonate to the Emotional Center and the Inspiration Axis. The Mode resonating to the Emotional Center implies accurately that Modes are about PERCEPTIONS, which greatly affect your interpretation of OTHER in relationships; Perceptions being the Positive Pole of the Emotional Center. Furthermore, the Modes' resonance to the Inspiration Axis will help shed light on the dynamic required for INSPIRATION and how that works for each of you, which we will discuss in future sessions about the Overleaves. It should be noted, as well, that we do not limit these Overleaves' resonance to the Lower Centers, but include the Higher Centers, as well, though we wish to focus on the Lower only for the sake of tangibility and practicality, not because the Higher Centers are excluded. In other words, it could be said that the MODES are how one might eventually manifest LOVE in the life, or the Higher Emotional Center. In addition, the GOAL might be how one could be said to manifest BEAUTY, or Energy, in the life, as it resonates to the Higher Moving Center. By "beauty" and "energy," in this case, we mean that one brings about a sense of pattern to experiences and begins to see this pattern as perfect and beautiful, not as random and chaotic, or imposed. Next we will speak of the Attitude. The Attitude could be said to be your entrance into the world of COMMUNICATION. If one were to see how this most displays itself, it is usually most prominent in the realm of SOCIALIZING, or any realm of exchanging information. The Overleaf describes how one communicates to others through the primary personal philosophy one has chosen for the life. It also describes how one LISTENS, or hears, in terms of Communication, as it is quite difficult to communicate outside of your personal philosophical stance. In other words, if one is an Idealist, it could be said that Communication is primarly going to lean toward the philosophy of IMPROVEMENT. It does not mean that one cannot exchange outside of that philosophy, but that when an Idealist is fully present, then communication is bent toward that philosophy, steering all expression and reception through the Ideal. The Attitudes, then, resonate to the Intellectual Center, and the Expression Axis. By association, this also means that the Attitudes describe how one communicates his or her TRUTH, as the Attitudes resonate to the Higher Intellectual Center, as well. It could be said then that all communication passes through this overleaf as a means to help evolve, question, develop, transform, update, etc. the concepts of Truth for the life. In that respect, one can see how this Overleaf can tend to be the most obvious in social situations, as that context can quite often bring to light how one expresses his truth, hides it, or protects it. Next, we will speak of the Role. The Role could be said to resonate to your INTERNAL LIFE. This is who you are "at the end of the day," when alone, and "catching up with yourself." This is the part of you used to make sense of "it all." This is the part of you that digests and stores the experiences, the communications, the intimacies of the day, year, and life. Remember that ESSENCE and ROLE are two very distinct terms, though they are used interchangeably, easily. This is why we speak in terms of "Role in Essence," as the Role is an overleaf that the Essence chose for the cycle of lifetimes. The Role resonates to the Instinctive Center and the Assimillative Axis as this is the part that carries over from lifetime to lifetime. It could be said to be the Overleaf that asks at the end of the day, "what does all of this mean to me? how does all of this contribute to my evolution? why did I make the choices I made?" This is also the very primary level from which ALL of your choices are made, whether in Projects, Intimacy, or Communication. The Role is from where you draw your consciousness as it grows from Experience, Relationships, and Socializing. And so it could be said that this is also the part of you that you bring TO your day; the constantly-refreshed version of you for the new set of experiences explored within the next day, month, year, and even life. Differentiating these contexts and how each Overleaf is showcased in these contexts can help bring about an awareness that one might not have had, before, in terms of grasping how his overleaves work in the day-to-day. Upon exploring these contexts, you can also look at where one might have "issues" or how one might resolve "issues" related to that particular context of life. For instance, if one is missing Intimacy within the life, one would look to the Mode for insights into how one might find resolution to the issues connected to intimacy and relationships. If one is feeling a lack of participation in the world-at-large, so to speak, and feels a lack of energy, an increase of frustration in the life, looking to the Goal can help in bringing insights into how to bring one back into a conscious participation again. If one finds oneself rejecting or uncomfortable in social situations, it could be of help to explore the primary truths, the Attitude, as a starting point for what motivates this division. We could go on with many different paths of examples, but we believe this will be a good starting point to offer within the time frame available today through this channel. We will include here that we have more to say in terms of how the Body Type, Centering, and Soul Age play into this, but these will be discussed in future sessions. [AnnH] : I am having trouble understanding how the assimilation axis overleaves operate in this context. Ex. my mode is observation: How does clarity vs. surveillance work in terms of relationships? [Michael Entity] : It could be said that, in terms of relationships, you are divided from the other, observing from a distance, removed, never truly intimate, but "surveilling" when functioning from the negative pole. In the positive pole, it could be said that you are able to drop the division between you and other and truly grasp his, her, or it's presence in relation to you. In other words, you allow OTHER to be seen and included in your vision, your clarity, rather than through a metaphoric plate glass window. When in Surveillance, yes, you can smile and nod and even make "googly eyes" through that window, but Other is never truly able to be seen clearly, to be present for you, to be within reach of true intimacy, because you are "keeping your eye on him, her, it," which, ironically, does not allow for as much clarity as one might think, because without allowing the Other to be fully present, you do not have all of the information available. For simplistic purposes, it could be said that Observation Mode is either at-a-distance, or up close (negative, and positive poles, respectively). We remind you that the entire spectrum described by an Overleaf is available to you and while the positive poles "feel" better most of the time, and allow for manifestation of Essence, it is also valid to utilize the negative poles as part of your experiences of a life as Personality. [Kathryn41] : How is casting incorporated into this scenario? Is it more reflective of 'essence's nature apart from the role and other overleaves? Does it even count as an overleaf, or is it more of the innate nature of essence? [Michael Entity] : We would not consider "casting" to be an Overleaf, but you are correct in seeing this as more reflective of an innate nature of Essence. Casting describes a mathematical relationship of your Essence relative to other Essences, and this does affect the Essence (and by extension, the Role) greatly, but not within the contexts we have shared today. However, we will say that we do have much to say about how Casting can be more tangibly explored within your days, and we will get to that in future discussions, if it chosen for pursuit. As a quick response, we will say here that the Casting is another context that helps bring about an understanding of how one relates, but from the Essence Level, not the personality level, and we would add that "casting" would include not just the primary position within the cadence, but the cadence numbering, itself, and the entity number. These three numbers can be discussed in terms of how one can bring a conscious awareness to how one exists as Essence in relation to other Essences.
