Hey All, Hey @Troy, I am posting this here because I do not know where else to do so. I feel like Support tickets do not really do a lot to get an answer that is satisfying. I have purchased a 1Q Session in January for 50 dollars. That really is a lot of money for me as I am a student in a pandemic. I´ve heard through word of mouth that these e-mail sessions take months on end to be answered. So what I'm asking is: What is the state of the backlog right now? Hello, I have a question from Sharvari about this: "I have a 9 Pillars session on November 2 with Troy. When I scheduled it from appointy, I picked a 10.30 pm IST slot. Now on the TLE session tracker, it says 5 pm (without mentioning the time zone.) Assuming the tracker runs on Atlantic Standard Time, does that mean my session is now at 1.30 am IST (because India is 9.5 hours ahead of NYC)?" Thanks if anyone can help her :)
