  1. Michael Speaks -- "Imagination, and What is it for?" December 11, 2011 Troy Tolley, Channel Start: 12:57 PM 12/11/2011 MEntity: Hello to each of you. We are here. We have always enjoyed that our students are rather "rowdy." It is a good match with us, despite our seemingly stolid approach to sharing our teaching. We understand the subject to be IMAGINATION, and What It Is For. We will share what we can on this, and aim for it to be useful in understanding this often-misunderstood process. Though we have shared some in the past about Imagination, we have not shared enough with which to build upon in this exchange, so we will speak to this subject anew. Imagination is a powerful tool of Sentience that exists in every known scenario while in a body. There are no circumstances of great pleasure or great suffering that does not allow for Imagination. Imagination exists as a kind of frequency into which all Sentience can tune, if you will, but also generate. Imagination exists as a result of Sentience, and Sentience exists as a result of Imagination. Everything exists as a result of Imagination. And Imagination exists as a result of everything. In short, Imagination IS Tao. If any one of you wondered what Tao "is like," it is that part of you that Imagines. If you wondered what your "spark" was like at the core of your Essence, it is Imagination. And by extension, your Imagination is Essence, as well. And by further extension, your Imagination is YOU. We share this rather amorphous and aphorismic introduction because it is valid that Imagination permeates everything, and emits from everything, in ways that literally help to perpetuate the universe. This is one of the reasons many teachings teach that the world is "illusion." Therefore, in terms of Imagination then, every existing thing is "illusion." Therefore, it is silly to presume that because it is Imagination that it must therefore be ignored, transcended, avoided, denied, etc., because one does so, one only trades one "illusion" for another. Trading one illusion for another that is "better" is like keeping chlorine on one side of the pool. The only way that life gets "better," particularly while in the Physical Plane, is through participation. All other paths are stalling, which are valid, but stalled. "Participation" means tending to that which was Imagined, or taking responsibility. Imagination is used to FORM, INTERPRET, EXPERIENCE, and COMPREHEND, which are Imagination in Motion, Intellect, Emotion, and Assimilation, respectively. In the same way that Imagination is TAO, it is also CHOICE. Therefore, one could say that Imagination is used for Forming Choice, Interpreting Choice, Experiencing Choice, or Comprehending Choice, while Choice, itself, has its influence on each, i.e., you can Choose how to Form a Choice. Imagination is generated from three natural resources within your existence: The Past, Present, and Future. "The Now" is the whole that is the sum of the parts - Past, Present, and Future, and "the Now" is different from the Present (for this discussion, at least). The use of Memory (the past) to form, interpret, experience, or comprehend the Past, Present, or Future is REPRODUCTIVE imagination. Reproductive Imagination is Sensory-based, and usually relative and relevant to the Body, or Moving Center. It could be said, then, that Reproductive Imagination arises from, and/or influences Action, Form, Memory, and the Goal. Reproductive Imagination ranges in use from memory to crafts to recognition to procreation to routine and to the nurturing of the Body. A reason Goals are associated with Reproductive Imagination is because scenarios must be formed, interpreted, and experienced over and over again for a Goal to be pursued. The use of The Present to Form, Interpret, Experience, or Comprehend the Past, Present, or Future is CREATIVE Imagination. Creative Imagination arises from, and/or influences Inspiration (emotion), Experience, Perception, and the Mode. Creative Imagination ranges in use from ideas, to art, to problem solving, possibilities, and healing. A reason Modes are associated with Creative Imagination is because Inspiration is always formed, interpreted, and experienced through Relationships, within and without. The use of the Future to Form, Interpret, Experience, or Comprehend to Past, Present, or Future is INVOLUNTARY Imagination. Involuntary Imagination arises from, and/or influences Expression (intellect), Interpretation, Beliefs (philosophies), and the Attitude. Involuntary Creativity ranges in use across fear, defense, reaction, illness, pathologies, depression, dreams, anticipation, anxiousness. A reason Attitudes are associated with Involuntary Imagination is because one's Expression is naturally formed, interpreted, and experienced because of one's Philosophies (beliefs), within and without. Though these are nicely organized in ways that align with the Axes, they are not static associations in such a way that one could relate a Role to one of these forms of Imagination. In other words, all Sages and Artisans are not locked to, or rooted in the Involuntary Imagination. That being said, there is truth to the tendency for use of certain types of Imagination, which can be approximated not only by the Role, but by the dominance of an Axis in one's Overleaves. The Overleaves, and the use of them over many lifetimes, expands every fragment's capacity for use of all forms of Imagination, though all forms were there from "the beginning," as it is a frequency that is stored or accessed through the Instinctive Center. This frequency is one's indirect line to the Akashic Plane, as it is the frequency that is used to update/upload to your Essence, through your Essence, and to its own Causal Body for the updating of records. Each of these can be positive or negative in their uses to the individual. And each will inherently trigger and overlap the others. This information acts as a kind of map for how to understand from what angle you are drawing your Imagination, and what parts of you it may be generating from, or influencing, so that you give rise to ever greater spectrum of choices for how, who, where, and why you are. You DO "create" your "reality" in the most fundamental and personal sense, even if not all of "reality" is your personal creation. Your Imagination uses your memory, perceptions, and beliefs. And, your memory, perceptions, and beliefs use Imagination to form, interpret, experience, and comprehend your Reality. ***FLOOR IS NOW OPEN FOR QUESTIONS*** Maureen: If a person wishes to have a different outcome in “whatever” – how might they use their Imagination to make this happen MEntity: One would first want to assess to what degree one has control over the outcome of that "whatever" in terms of Form, Interpretation, Experience, or Comprehension, and this would most likely come from the Creative Imagination. If one cannot control an actual outcome (form), one may still have the capacity for controlling the interpretation of that outcome to best suit his needs or wants; or he may be able to control his experience so that disappointment can be minimized, or joy can be generated; or control his comprehension so that sense can be made of the results. We will say, however, that "wishing" for a different outcome would have far less effect than actual participation in the process. Maureen: perhaps I am thinking of the use of Visualization as it relates to Imagination MEntity: Understanding from where that "wishing" is generated can also help. Is it a result of Reproductive Imagination? Is he trying to recreate? Is it a result of Creative Imagination? Is he trying to visualize and hold an intention? Is it a result of Involuntary Imagination, generated from fear and defense against the alternative outcomes? Knowing from where it comes can sometimes help to point to other resources. For instance, if it is Creative, then the outcome may require other people to help, and Relationships can be explored for even more Imagination. For more Inspiration, etc. As Emotions are also how one experiences Time, Creative Imagination may also point to the fact that it is a matter of patience, as well. carolyn: Is the frequency stored/accessed through instinctive centre, the same as the essence frequency, and does this frequency work through seven levels, of the three types of imagination. MEntity: The Frequency that we offer as insight into your Essence is Essence's particular "vibration point" from within Sentience as it is relative to your Sentience. In other words: all of Sentience is its own spectrum from 1 - 100. Human Sentience may be at 30 in that spectrum, for example. That point of 30 within the full spectrum of 100 is then delineated into its own spectrum from 1 - 100. Imagination then could be said to be the equivalent of all Sentience, and Humans are one point in that spectrum of Imagination. Your Frequency describes your Essence's speed at which Imagination is accessed or generated. To answer your question: yes, the Frequency that is your Sentience, and the specific Frequency with which your Essence participates within that, are stored/accessed in the Instinctive Center. While we have no delineated process of 7 Levels for how Frequency uses Imagination, our information on the 7 Methods of Choice can shed light on that process, indirectly. Kathryn41: How much impact are we able to effect on the physical plane reality as a result of 'imagination' as individuals, or is this a co-imagined reality and we are only really able to effect 'big' changes with a more collective agreement of that imagined reality MEntity: The level of impact one has on shared reality is the extent to which one actively participates in it. Your Physical reality, at least in terms of FORM, are results of Actions (Goals). Physical reality is dense, so working together in time and space is important, as results that land here can remain here for a very long time and space. The more removed one is from that process, the more confined the time and space, and the less influence on the greater, collective time and space. Your Emotional reality, at least in terms of Experience, are results of Perception (Mode). The more present and active one is in relationships, the more impact and influence there is. Kathryn41: So this is why young souls are so often able to effect big changes, because many at this soul level are very actively involved/participating in the shared 'reality'? MEntity: Your Intellectual reality, at least in terms of Interpretation, are results of Beliefs (Attitude). The more present and clear one is in his philosophies about life, the more influence and impact he tends to have on those for himself. That would be valid, Kathryn. All fragments exist within all of these "realities" (there are 9, all together), but tend to pick and choose, based on many factors, where the impact and influence will most likely be. Keep in mind, however, that "thoughts are things," so the work that one does on his Involuntary Imagination, the more it contributes to the capacity for soothing others from their own fears, prejudices, reactions, etc. Involuntary Imagination tends toward fear, reaction, and protection, and this is a good thing in situations where danger is actually present, but when it is simply a difference in philosophies, for instance, then fear, reaction, and protection are often exacerbating, contributing to a reality that is often unwanted. So one does have influence and impact to some degree across all of the realities and through all of the paths of Imagination. EVERYTHING counts, if you will. [Bobby] You've stated before that I used imaginative access to my own Instinctive Center when I briefly heard (phonetically) "Siffin". Is this indicative of the fact that I am Moving Centered and how I tend to use imagination? If this is too personal of a question then feel free to skip it. I can ask it in a different session. MEntity: That is a valid indication, as it could be said to be the Reproductive Imagination. We realize we have shared a collection of terms that may have to be organized in a way that our students can then make more sense of them, and begin to build a better understanding of this profound tool. But this is a start. We will conclude here for today. Good day to each of you.
  2. Go Tao is a Go Fish style game for the Overleaf Cards. Go Tao is for 2 or more players. Setup The entire deck is shuffled; wild cards may be left in or taken out as desired. Each player is dealt 5 cards. The rest of the cards are placed in the center between the players. Gameplay The game starts with the player to the dealer's left. On their turn, the player asks any other player for his/her cards of a particular axis/value. For example, Janet may ask Bobby, "Bobby, do you have any Ordinal Inspiration cards?" Players may also ask for cards by their axis value or color (for example, "Bobby, do you have any reds?" or "Bobby do you have any ones?"). Janet must already have at least one of that axis already in her hand. Bobby must then give all of his cards of that axis to Janet. If he has none, Bobby tells Janet to "Go Tao" and Janet must draw a card from the central pile. Play then proceeds to the left. If at any time a player obtains four cards of the same axis (for example, four Ordinal Inspiration cards) it forms a book and the player must place those four cards face up in front of them. Two books can be formed from each axis for a total of 14 possible books. If wild cards are included, then having the two wild cards form another book. Winning The game ends when all possible books have been played. The winner of the game is the player with the most books. Hands Across Fishing In the Hands Across Fishing variation, players form books from Hands Across Pairs rather than from four of the same axis. Assimilation axis cards pair with each other. Players still ask for a specific axis, but must have at least one card from Hands Across axis (for example, a player may ask for Cardinal Inspiration cards if they already have Ordinal Inspiration cards in their hand). Other Variations Players ask for a specific overleaf rather than an axis (for example, "Bobby, do you have the Warrior card?"). The player must already have either a card of the same axis or the Hands Across match of the asked for card, depending on variation. Players ask for an overleaf type rather than an axis (for example, "Bobby, do you have any goals?"). Players must not have any cards from the overleaf they are asking for. Players give only one card when asked rather than all of them. The first person to run out of cards wins.
  3. OMW - Feb 18, 2012 - Why ME? Or How YOU Came To Be Designed Channel: Troy Tolley [MEntity] Before we get into the "design" of "you," we will, first, go over the process through which Essence moves over its lifetimes, and how that works, as it has led to "you." First, we must clarify that we know of no origins for any of us. We only know that evolution and creativity are at the heart of existence. We emphasize that there is creativity, not "creation." We know that the Role of the Essence is preceded by a triality of "positive, negative, and neutral." The "spark," if you will. We know that our "spark," or Essence, sans Role, is that triality. This then, allows us to understand that our contexts of origin and evolution appear to have "always been," and continue to be, that of this triad of Positive, Negative, Neutral. We know that we exist within the context of Tao, but this is not the same thing as origins. Tao is merely a gravity of sorts, not a creator, if you will. This is why we choose to refer to this source, or context, as "Tao," as this simply means "the way." All that we know, and all that we do not know, exists within this context, this Tao, moving along patterns of triality that perpetuate creativity and evolution. We share this with you because it would be a misnomer for "you" to presume that you begin and end with this life, with this body, with these Overleaves, and that "you" are merely the programmed creation of your Essence. Note: Dictionary: Tri`al´i`ty | n.1. Three united; state of being three. The "You" that is "you" that now exists will not be able to differentiate its point of origin, nor its anticipated extinguishing of existence, any more than we can, or our Essences, Entities, and Energy Rings can. We only know creativity and evolution, and that while form may change, our absolute existence does not. We can point out markers that clarify where something changed, and how it came into form, but this would only be an indication of where creativity and evolution took a turn, not where creation begins or ends. For some, this may seem to be a matter of semantics, or "splitting hairs," but it would still be true that even the tracing of the origins of a piece of furniture can go on "forever." YOU are the culmination of a multitude of ideas, creativity, and evolution that has come from billions of years of experience, if it could be measured at all, and this is a vital point for anyone pondering his or her existence. We say this is vital because when one has come to a point to even be able to hear this, it is because you are closer to Agape than ever. You have come to realize that you are not a waste. That you are not a mistake, and that this life is valuable, intended, and meaningful. You may not accept those truths, but you know them. You are awake. Groggy, but awake. You may wonder why you go through so much; why you experience such pain; why you just cannot get it together, or that it all seems futile and empty at times, but that is simply spiritual myopia. Your near-sightedness is important for being able to LIVE. It allows you to tend to the details that cannot be tended to when having grand, sweeping, glorious comprehension of your vastness. The Earth is beautiful, awesome, and inspiring when seen from a distance, when the colors, and movements, and continents, and waters simply ARE. But that is not Living. It is important to have the capacity to see from such a distance, both literally and figuratively, but one cannot LIVE from that distance. But YOU can. You move among the mountains, waters, cities, deserts, trees, animals, and people, etc., which means moving among the avalanches, the floods, the riots, the starvation, the crashes, the attacks, the idiocy, etc. But sometimes, your near-sightedness, or your ordinal perspective, "forgets" that there is a far-sightedness, or a cardinal perspective, or it is dismissed. Both are necessary for Existence. And this is why there tends to be a triality, or triad, involved in every aspect of Existence. Essence (or the cardinal, positive aspect), Personality (or the ordinal, negative aspect), and YOU (or the neutral, assimilative meeting ground.) There is validity to "the Trinity" in several teachings, and to the concept that "where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." This was not to refer to a separate God, or to the worshipping of one, but to the wholeness that is YOU as it arises from the ordinal and cardinal perspective. And this is perpetuated "eternally," in that "you" will always be that triality, that triad, that motion of positive, negative, and neutral. This is the core of every Internal, External Monad, every Soul Age, Soul Level, Internal and External Karma, and even the system of Overleaves. Every Axis is a Triad. Each Overleaf is its own Triad. Every category is a Triad of Ordinal, Exalted, and Neutral. Even those, the Ordinal, Exalted, and Neutral are built from Triads. In other words, Ordinal has its own Triad, etc. In short, everything about YOU is a matter of how you use that Triad, how you embrace your triality, and how you resolve that. It is often thought that the Personality that is you is simply born of Essence as an idea and then tossed into Physical experience to fend for itself, and hopefully it will awaken enough to embrace Essence, which can make the life flow much more smoothly, but otherwise, is fairly [much] a victim of existence. In the worst-cases, this emphasis of negative, ordinal, near-sightedness is devastating, and in the best cases, it is an emptiness. In the worst-cases, an emphasis on the positive, cardinal, far-sightedness is insanity, and at best, ignorant. For you to exist AND live, you must embrace the ordinal and cardinal for wholeness. When one emphasizes the "positive," there is certainty of one's existence, but at the expense of living. When one emphasizes the "negative," there is preoccupation with living, or an emphasis on survival, at the expense of existence. They are not mutually exclusive. We share all of this with you so that as you look at your Overleaves again, you may find them understood in a new light, when exploring the positive and negative poles, and how you resolve those. We describe the range between True and False Personality, but we do so only as a means for you to understand the spectrum of who YOU are, not as a way to push you toward one end or the other. You will never NOT have False Personality, nor will you ever NOT have True Personality, as a part of YOU. It is only a matter of emphasis, and that depends upon where you are navigating in the life at the moment. One end of the spectrum is not lost when it is emphasized over the other, even if that fact is often forgotten. This is the nature of the Triad: evolution and creativity. If you were not living in a constant state of perpetuation, caused by imbalances, you would not evolve, nor would you enlist creativity. It is your nature to evolve. It is your nature to create. You will do it whether you realize it, or not; whether you seek to halt it for yourself or for others, or not; whether you feel you are, or not. You ARE evolution and creativity, in the flesh. As upright, bipedal creatures, this process is well known as walking. You would never get anywhere if you were to remain balanced. Balance is only necessary for granting one a moment of pause, rest, and bearings, but to move, you must throw yourself immediately into imbalance. Stability is quite different from Balance, in that the former is similar to the quality of standing on a surfboard amidst the waves, while the other is a kind of stance on one end or the other of a teeter-totter. Stability allows for one to move with the perpetuation of evolution and creativity, while Balance will halt it to one side or the other. Both are of value. But differentiating the two can help you when looking at where you are in the use of your Overleaves. Now that you have some insight into the inner workings of the universe, Tao, your Essence, Personality, and You, this leads us to the You who you are, now. You were not created. You are creativity. You are not an end result of an evolution of which you were no part. You are evolution. The Essence is a force of existence, and Personality is a vehicle for living, but YOU arise from both. You cannot exist, nor live, as only one or the other, or incarnations would not be necessary. YOU existed and lived before, and will continue to do so. Essence and Personality are only part of the triad of You. Essence is the gravity for your Personalities, in the same way that Tao is the gravity for Essences. It is no more "You" than any one Personality. The Overleaves of the Personality are like seeds planted by YOU, which is the culmination of all previous Personalities' experiences and the current state of evolution and creativity of Essence, through which YOU will grow. The words we use to describe the Overleaves are simply particular seeds, if you will, and the combination, a garden. And so it is that YOU are not the actual plants, nor the planter, but the harvest, the aroma, the fruits of the combination of both. We realize this is rather simplistic, but it is fair. We are taking the long way to "you" by clarifying that "you" transcends both Essence and Personality. And so now: why YOU. How did this you come to be, and why. As part of this workshop, and to increase your interactivity, we would suggest that each of you already know an answer to these questions. We say that you know an answer. Not that you know THE answer. Because there will never be a single answer. There will only ever be AN answer, as it reflects who and why YOU are. Now. If your answer is "to suffer," then it is true. Because that is the "you" that you are allowing, creating, and this is how you are evolving. If your answer is "to love," then it is true. If it is "I have no idea," then that is true. Because you are a spectrum. You will have one answer today, and another tomorrow. Each to perpetuate the Triad of your evolution and creativity. Your answers will always fall into positive, negative, or neutral, and one would do well to never presume the answer is final. So before we discuss the nature of the Overleaves as your "garden" that helped spring forth who You are, now, we will ask each of you to respond, if you choose to do so, to this question, first: WHY DO YOU EXIST? We suggest allowing the first words that flow from yourself, even if you may have to clarify them a bit, and even if you are unsure of that response. You may respond in any order. [GLB] To find neutral through wild oscillations of change [BA] So that Essence may evolve. [AH] To experience and to play [MG] To love -- to learn to love – to accept how others choose to love [JE] to bring my colors to the world [BW] To learn how to trust [DHB] To see what happens [MEntity] And now, we pose to you a follow up to that question, which may reveal to you some interesting insights: WHY DO YOU CONTINUE TO LIVE? [GLB] Curiosity [AH] To see what happens [JE] I still have more to do [MG] cause I'm not "there" yet - LOL [BW] to avoid hurting others I care about [BA] To see what happens next. [DHB] Because I care about me and others [MEntity] We realize that the whole of your Existence and Living cannot be summed up in a few-words response, but this is a workshop, so we resort to abbreviated paths to great insights. Looking at your answers, the combination lends insight into the You that currently arises from your Existence and your Living. Both responses describe much more than you may realize, in terms of what motivates you toward, into, and through your experiences. You have described YOUR take on your Goal. Your Goal does not describe you, nor does it impose a path upon you, but merely describes the aim for which YOU aspire. And as You arise from your Existence and Living, from Essence and Personality, your Goal is the fruit, or harvest, that you seek to "eat" from this life. This "crop" is planted and grown over and over in the life, and sometimes the results are bitter, fallow, or wormy, and sometimes they are bountiful, nutritious, and capable of being shared. Your description of your Existence and your Living helps determine the quality of that crop. Not the other way around. Your descriptions may lean toward the more negative, challenged, and focused, or toward the more positive, flexible, broader openness, or toward the gamble of neutrality, dealing with whichever may come. But these descriptions give you clues as to what you are doing with your Goal, how you are using it, and what you are getting out of it. Looking at your responses, they may lean in one direction or another, but they will include the Triad. They always will. As each Goal is also a Triad. For instance, if your Goal is Growth, your words describe Growth, to you, and may describe how you experience Confusion, or how you experience Evolution. Before we move on: do each of you find you have provided some insight into your Goal? [JE] Yes [GLB] yes [MG] yes [AH] yes. [BW] not entirely [BA] I think so [DHB] Somewhat [MEntity] The negative poles are not a halt on the Goal, they are simply a more challenging, focused, and complicated form of the goal. For a person in Growth, the aim is going to be Growth, whether done through Evolution, or through Confusion. Some may even prefer to Grow through Confusion. It alleviates a great deal of responsibility, and can help resign from the active elements of evolution and creativity. In fact, there may be a pattern above in the responses, with those in Growth being those who most likely are confused. This is because there is a pattern of over-thinking, over-feeling, over-doing as a means toward overwhelm, and this often over-shoots or undershoots the aim. Keep in mind that your experience of the Goal is entirely dependent upon your interpretation (descriptions above) of your Existence and your Living. Life circumstances, relationships, and events have nothing to do with one's experience or use of the Goal, but those circumstances, relationships, and events have everything to do with one's interpretation of Existence and Living, and by extension then, how one aims the Goal. In the worst of circumstances, relationships, and events, one can still be in the positive pole of his or her Goal as a means to extract experiences from them. The positive pole will not necessarily remove the challenges that are inherent in the Goal, but would give context to the experiences. When one loses context, one has lost awareness of the wholeness that is You. Remember: Context = Tao = Essence = the gravity that is inherent in your evolution and creativity, which shapes your existence and living. Our next question for each of you would be: WHY DO YOU CARE AT ALL? [BA] Because it beats being miserable :D [JE] it's very hard for me to leave things as they are when something can be improved or enhanced [GLB] I'm not sure that I do -- I've become pretty neutral [AH] Because I'm here, why not make it interesting. [BW] Michael, in regards to your question, caring in what regard? [MEntity] We will clarify: you care. Or you would not exist, and you would not live. So: Why do you care at all? And this can be interpreted however you choose to interpret it, as specific to a context, or in general. [MG] On a good day -- I feel like we are all extensions of one another -- so you can't "get away" from yourself -- and frankly Love feels "better" than the alternative [BW] alright, I'll bite. [MEntity] We will help to hone your responses by suggesting you simply complete the sentence: I CARE NOW BECAUSE... [GLB] I'm fascinated -- like watching an ant farm [BW] in hopes that one day I may create or do something worthwhile [AH] I want to. [GLB] Okok -- I care because I'm part of the world [DHB] I'm drawing a blank. I don't have an answer. [BA] I care now because I would like to know that I made a difference [DHB] Oh, wait, I care because I love. [MEntity] All of your responses can be updated later, or change, as we said, so allowing what comes to your awareness now is fine, and valuable. [AH] Ok, I care because it's fun. [GLB] JE is standing pat [JE] Yes I am! [MG] I CARE NOW BECAUSE -- I "happen" to be HERE now -- and that must matter -- it IS love - just to be here [MEntity] Our next question for each of you then is: HOW DO I CARE NOW? In other words, through what means do you find that you fulfill the caring that you described above? I CARE NOW THROUGH... [MG] seeing clearly [BA] I care now through doing what I can in my limited situation. [JE] I juggle the balls tossed to me as well as I can. [MG] :) [BW] sustaining myself through those small gestures of kindness towards others that I can offer, but to fullfil the long term vision, I don't. I can't even see what the long-term or short-term vision is [GLB] I care now through helping Troy, the website, my blog, through volunteering at the food bank, through helping others with their computer problems -- I'm part of the world [AH] I care through teaching and friends [AH] through enjoying and experiencing small things [DHB] I care now through learning investing and helping my partner retire. [MEntity] Again, these answers may change, be refined, be replaced tomorrow, but they are insights into your MODE, and how you relate to others, as well as with yourself, in your pursuit of the Goal. Your Mode is your fuel. 10 people may be in Observation, yet reveal 10 different ways that Observation extracts the fuel from existence and living, and funnels it into the Goal. [BW] I must have refueled with the wrong mix or the tank is empty [MEntity] BW, your Fuel is simply of Surveillance, a disconnect from your resources, and this is where you go as a means to fulfill your Goal. Surveillance is experienced as fueling from a high scrutiny and disconnection from the life, or it is a kind of yearning apathy, or both. Negative Poles are addictive. Positive Poles are additive. As each of you look at your Mode, your descriptions of WHY you Care, and HOW you Care, lend insight into how you fuel your life right now for the aim of the Goal. Do you find validity and insight from this? [JE] Yes [MG] yes [BA] yep [AH] yes, it helps me focus (which is nice with Growth) [AH] As does the term "yearning apathy" with observation [BW] yes, though it makes me wonder if I'm in positive poles of anything, or at least how close I've gotten to them and when [MEntity] Our next question may be the most difficult to answer, but may reveal the most, and again, may be specific to now, or speak overall, and can change: WHAT QUALITY IS MOST-LACKING FROM YOUR LIFE? [AH] action [MG] good quality REST [BW] vision / motivation [BA] Productiveness [JE] the ability to easily interact one-on-one with people that I do not know well [GLB] I'm lacking involvement [AH] I would add discipline to the action--action/discipline [DHB] I can't think of anything I'm lacking at the moment. [BW] I'll add that too AH [MEntity] And now: WHAT QUALITY IS MOST LACKING IN MYSELF? The differentiation may be a fine line, but it is still a line that may be clear enough to you. [GLB] zest [AH] committment [BA] Patience in waiting for the changes I desire. I want to speed this train up. [JE] Hmmm. My last answer fits this better. [MG] slowing down -- I have too much "zest" [BW] I don't see the differentiation [AH] and focus [JE] I don't easily let people get close to me. [BW] but, based upon the given answers, I'd say focus and patience [DHB] Patience here too. [MEntity] WHAT DO YOU FIND MOST LACKING IN THE WORLD? [BW] understanding [JE] Tolerance [MG] understanding and tolerance [GLB] I'll go with that, too -- understanding and tolerance [AH] acceptance [MEntity] Anyone else? [DHB] Acceptance [BA] Most lacking in the world, I'd have to go with good old Acceptance [MEntity] WHAT DO YOU FIND MOST LACKING IN OTHERS AROUND YOU? [GLB] ACCEPTANCE [BA] yeah, same, Acceptance [AH] same [BW] compassion [JE] lack of willingness to change/alter the status quo [MG] no focus -- all over the map [AH] I would add, right now, calmness [MG] or mutiple foci (is that a word?) [MEntity] Any others? [BW] willingness to see beyond the surface [DHB] If by others around me you mean my friends and family, I can't think of anything they're really "lacking". [MEntity] We will now suggest that your responses to the first two questions regarding Lack in your life and in yourself, gives you insight into your ATTITUDE. The Attitude describes the Search, the color through which you filter your self and your experiences; it is your Map. [BW] could you define "The Search?" [MEntity] The Search is that which you have deemed necessary to find, create, or allow, and this colors everything. The Attitude is your primary philosophy, and it is described by the words in our Overleaf system, but what that means to you, personally, is described by what you find lacking in yourself and your life. For example: if your Attitude is Pragmatist, the philosophy of Efficiency, or of Cause and Effect. In the Positive Pole, this is Practical, or the use of what tools are available for the causation of intended results. In the Negative Pole, this is Dogmatic, or the insistence on the availability of tools and the demand for anticipated results from the familiar causes. Your responses were that Vision, Motivation, Focus, and Patience are lacking, and this colors your philosophy of Efficiency. If you are Practical, you will extract from your life and from yourself the tools that you have for building toward an anticipated aim, and continue to adjust from there. If you are Dogmatic, you will demand that tools you expected to be available be available, and that the results you expected show up as anticipated. [AH] What is the philosophy of the Realist Attitude? (I think if I get that I will be clearer on the rest) [MEntity] What one finds lacking in the self and in the life tends to be what is held hostage, or what is most-craved, and so the Attitude is colored by that Search, and the map shapes itself around that. "Held hostage" from YOU, and "most-craved" by YOU, because of Decisions and Choices, both active and passive. The Search, or the Attitude, speaks most to what you wish to prove in this life, and lack helps to focus the search, with the proof cycling between the negative or the positive until they are resolved. In your case, AH, and in the case of the Realist, we will first say that the Realism is the philosophy of "common sense." In your case, you found that Action, Commitment, and Discipline are lacking, which tends to color your interpretation of common sense. In other words, there is a search for the proof of DOING and how that makes a difference, and while this is easy for you to see in larger terms of populations, you feel this even more acutely in your personal life when the lack of Doing yields similar lack in results. Most of you prove the truth of your philosophies quite early in life, but continue to prove them over and over again. If you found nothing lacking, your Attitude may either be in the Positive Poles right now, or you have moved beyond proving your truth, and now use that understanding as a new platform for understanding your life and yourself. The responses to your final two questions speak to the core of your Self-Karma, which explains every division within you that seeks to be resolved by this lifetime, and helps to bring insight to the wounds that require healing as a means for your Goal, Mode, and Attitude to function toward wholeness. Though you may have a multitude of ways to describe your Self-Karma, your responses today help hone that to the core from which various versions may branch. What you find lacking in others around you, and in the world, describes where you are wounded; what you expect others to heal, what conditions you have placed on this life that keep other things held hostage, or craved. Out of reach. We share all of this with you, from the most ancient of your unknown origins to the very personal responses about this life and yourself so that you can explore, understand, and embrace WHY YOU, or How You Came To Be. The ultimate answer is because YOU always were, and already were, and will always be, and the insights in your responses describe part of that journey. Yes, there are details, obstacles, and difficulties in this life, and yes, there are moments of joy, bliss, intimacy, and happiness in this life, and yes, YOU are all of that. As Tao is the gravity for Essence, and Essence is the gravity of Personality, so YOU are the gravity of experiences. They come your way from a multitude of directions, but they come to you because they are yours. Your Overleaves help describe the tools you have for managing your experiences, and they are brilliantly matched to your experiences. You do not draw to you any experience that is not matched by the capabilities of your Overleaves, even if those experiences are imposed upon you, or passively allowed. Looking back over your responses, and your Overleaves, may help you to grasp that you are absolutely safe and whole because that is an ever-changing thing that evolves through creativity. What is safe and whole today INCLUDES why you exist, why you live, why you care, and how you care, and all of the lack that colors your search and healing, and this may change tomorrow. But then, so will You. We have passed a four-hour mark, and must complete our exchange with you today. This exchange today can be helpful in your understanding this life, yourself, and others, and may bring up more questions and ideas, but it is a start, a part of the remembering. Remembering that you are a spectrum, a wholeness, that is never one thing or another, and never trapped at one extreme or another. You will evolve and create, with or without remembering why or how, but to do so actively and consciously helps to smooth the edges of existence and living. Good evening to each of you. Goodbye.
  4. April 18, 2002 Troy Tolley, Channel Inputs Part One Note from Janet: Although the transcript heading indicates this session is 'Part One', no additional session was found. [Note: I'm not too happy with how superficially we touched on Inputs in the chat, but we can only get so involved in such a short period of time. I hope we can continue this topic again. tt] [M_Entity] Welcome. We are here. We understand the requested Topic to be that of “Inputs.” Very little has been said in terms of Inputs because the topic is a bit more nonlinear in appearance than most of the aspects of our Teaching. It “makes no sense” to some of our channels and students; therefore the topic is dismissed or vaguely understood. In nearly all aspects of our Teaching there is an order and consistency that can be counted on, but some aspects of the universe, while still sustaining an awesome order, may not “fit in” with the patterns of every other thing you have come to understand. We assure you though; there is still an awesome order and compassionate intelligence behind even the most bewildering parts of the universe, known and unknown. First, we will define “INPUT” as a channel or frequency through which an Essence becomes aware, processes, and comprehends. 3 of the Roles in Essence have ONE INPUT; these are the Scholar, Warrior, and King Essences. 2 of the Roles in Essence have TWO INPUTS; these are the Priest and Server. 1 of the Roles in Essence has THREE INPUTS; this is the Sage. 1 of the Roles in Essence has FIVE INPUTS; this is the Artisan. The strange distribution of Inputs has to do with the Roles themselves acting as “sensory units,” so to speak, for Tao. Because the Physical Plane is of the most unique and densest of all Planes, three Roles in Essence are distributed with ONE INPUT so as to gain awareness, Process, and Comprehend FROM BEGINNING TO END in a linear fashion inherent to the Physical Plane. By default, Warriors and Kings are ACTION AXIS Roles and therefore inherently have ONE INPUT, as that is “natural” to Action. Being the most comfortable and compatible with the Physical Plane, Tao (or “the universe”) is able to gain profound experiences through the linear process of gaining awareness and comprehension. The Scholars (who are the memory cells of Tao in many ways) have ONE INPUT so as to maintain a direct link to the Akashic Records/Plane. Because Scholars are specifically designed as ambient, experiential “sponges”, this ONE INPUT allows them to act as excellent, direct, recording devices and conduits between the Physical Plane and the Akashic Plane. Although all fragments update their own records (usually having to be done between lives or through conscious awareness), Scholars do so for themselves, their Entity, and/or Cadre. Because Scholars, Warriors, and Kings are by nature inclined to focus on very specific themes for study, conquest, or mastery (respectively), having One Input allows them to excel in the Task at Hand (by standards of Essence.) With this understanding, it would not be amiss to say that ALL FRAGMENTS have at least One Input focused on NOW, or in other words, capable of being focused on the present, the task at hand, the moment, etc. The Inspiration Roles of Priest and Server have an additional Input as a means to maintain a connection to what INSPIRES them. In general, the Two Inputs for the Priest will have one focused on the Task At Hand, while the other maintains the Vision, or Higher Ideal. For the Server, one Input is focused on the Task At Hand, while the other is focused on the Common Good, or WHAT IS NEEDED. Inspirational Roles were the Tao’s idea of providing the universe with a means to provide for ALL FRAGMENTS an access to something “beyond the moment.” It could be said that the Priest then provides access to “what is beyond the Self”, while the Server provides access to “what is within the Self.” In general, the Expression Roles are the means for the Tao to continue reinventing or transforming itself throughout the Planes. As Kings and Warriors we can attest to the importance of the “pesky Sage” and the “kooky Artisans” as the single- or double-input Roles can tend to take to life a bit more “seriously”. Artisans and Sages can certainly be serious, which tends to be interpreted as “dramatic”, but they do bring a much-needed levity to the density of the Physical Plane. The Sage, in addition to the one Input focused on the Task At Hand, will have a second Input to sustain connection to whatever that fragment deems is “the Truth,” while a third Input is focused on the expression of that Truth. This can be translated rather simply as a Sage having an Input for gauging his Audience (task at hand), his Truth, and how to express that to the Audience. The Artisan, having the most Inputs, is the Tao’s means to constantly keep the universe “fresh,” revitalized, and “alive.” They are the guarantee in the Universe that ideas of the Tao can continue to come into existence. All Roles are expressions of Tao, of course, but Artisans are more a direct conduit for Tao than can sometimes be comprehended by the mundane levels of life. The Single-Input Roles are focused on directly experiencing the Planes, the Dual-Input Roles are focused on expanding beyond them, the Triple-Input Role is focused on keeping the truth entertaining, and the Quintet-Input Role is focused on creating new contexts for it all. The Artisan then has one Input on the Task At Hand, another on generating creativity, another on maintaining or generating the manifestation of a previous creation, another on maintaining or generating the medium of that manifestation, and a final Input that is literally tuned to All That Has Come To Be. Artisans are CHANGE manifested; therefore they are tuned to those five dimensions of Creativity. This is simply a basic introduction to the Inputs and why they are distributed in this manner among the Roles, but there is a great deal more information available about these aspects of Essence. We will take your questions now. [val2] If a sage has three inputs what happens when they have an Artisan for essence twins and task companions; are they adding to their inputs? [M_Entity] Though “bleedthrough” can tend to lend seemingly extra dimensional awareness to the default Inputs of a Role, they are NOT “added” to the Inputs. Because of the intimate nature between Essence Twins and between Task Companions, there is a level of communication and assessment that does allow a potential, alternative angle of Input, but this is no different from asking for a friend’s opinion, so to speak. The use of the “opinion” may or may not influence the ability for you to use of your own Inputs appropriately, but they do not literally get added in. [Suzanne] Michael, how does frequency tie into the one input for warrior? I have a rather high 65 for a warrior, being sage cast, and can multitask well. [M_Entity] In the younger soul ages the Inputs can tend to manifest in ways affected by the general design of the soul, but as the soul gains experience, so does it gain the ability to utilize the Input more appropriately. As the Essence evolves, so does its ability to seek out the experiences through which balance can be attained and maintained. This eventual balance applies to all extremes of design, from the highly-Focused or highly-Creative Energy Ratio to high or low Frequencies. To respond directly to your example, a simple interpretation of a Higher Frequency matched with One Input could be that the movement toward Awareness, through a Process, and to Comprehension (the triad of each Input), is “faster” than a Lower Frequency with One Input. “Multitasking” is not an indicator of the number of Inputs; it is a sign of adaptability within your current culture. A One-Input Role and a Five-Input Role can equally “multitask”, but the method and internal experience for each may be quite different. [ClaireN] Could you please explain how the last 4 Artisan inputs are experienced in a life? [M_Entity] This will be highly simplistic, but we think we may be able to describe a familiar scenario: For an Artisan, other than the Moment, or Task At Hand, there will always seem to be a need for something NEW, a search inside or out for the Muse or Inspiration. This could be said to be Channel 2. This could manifest as simply as an idea or as profoundly as a deep, spiritual inspirational move to creativity. In general then Channel 2 would be the channel that Searches, Desires, Knows, and NEEDS to create change. Channel 3 then will be focused on trying to “finish” that which has being created previously, ranging from a new job, new move, to a new art project. Channel 3 monitors your “children,” so to speak. Channel 4 then is focused on the HOW of a project or path of change. This can range from choosing your colors and clay for an art project, to designing or finding the path that is capable of actually being the conduit or medium for the creation or change. Channel 4 can be said to be your “mapping system.” Channel 5 is the broadest Channel, or Input, as it is simultaneously aware of all that has come to pass and all the probabilities of the future, and the entire dance that is possible among them. This can show up in an Artisan’s life as the part of them that is painfully aware of the past and its supposed mistakes, while desperately aware of an idealized utopia of a distant future of their making. However it shows up, it can be said to be the Channel that is constantly COMPARING. As we said, this is highly simplistic, but a bit more for you to consider as we share this information over time. [Kathryn41] How does casting influence input? Does a multi-input casting position add dimensionality to a single input role, and a single input casting position adds focus for a multi-input role? [M_Entity] Your Role in Essence is how Tao experiences the Lower Planes “through you,” while the Casting (being more permanent and pervasive) could be said to be how Tao experiences “through you” while transiting the Higher Planes. While Physical, your Casting (in terms of Input) is the most directly available “alternative” means of Input, but it is ONLY THAT, an alternative. Casting is a POSITION relative to a group, while your Role in Essence IS YOU. Casting as an alternative Input is accessed in that way VERY RARELY and usually when access to multidimensional awareness is sought. Some Channels, Healers, and legitimate Psychics tend to access Casting Input influences, if necessary. For most, it is your Role in Essence that defines your Inputs. [JNelson] It would seem every Fragment is capable of experiencing the world like the way an Artisan does through each Input. How does it manifest uniquely in an Artisan compared to everyone else? [M_Entity] We remind you that what we describe is the ESSENCE'S experience, not necessarily the Personality's. This is where some confusion comes in. The Personality of every single Fragment, regardless of its Essence, has the ability to design Overleaves that are more or less focused, inspirational, creative, or entertaining. Examining your Overleaves in relation to the Axis can reveal the way your Personality filters the world FOR Essence. This expands on the possibilities of all Fragments then. That is why a Warrior can be absolutely creative, and an Artisan can “kick ass.” This is not to say the design of Overleaves has an effect on how Essence INPUTS, but rather, it does help explain why varying Fragments feel they EXPERIENCE or BEHAVE in ways different than our Input descriptions define. The way the Five Inputs manifest MOST uniquely could be in the final examination of how an Artisan processes a life. Artisans do not process experiences directly or with focus, but rather have varying levels of commitment to varying themes in their lives. A Warrior may find a theme and find himself compelled to stick through it until everything that can possibly be “milked” from it is. An Artisan, on the other hand, may find she has many patterns in her life, all repeating and being highlighted and revisited in varying stages of her life. The most defining aspect of the Artisan, in terms of inputs, could be said to be in their deeply restless search for “something.” Although this trait can be attributed to any fragment, we are speaking in far more profound ways than a simple distraction for a Personality. The Artisan has a “knowing” that there is so much more than what is seen and yet is it is not touchable until she creates it. This “knowing” vs “creating” can either fuse the Personality and Essence into a powerful force of creativity, or the Personality begins to splinter and reject the Essence. Delusion and retreat then become more and more the emphasis of Channel Four [Anne751] The queues are finished for the night. [M_Entity] Then we are finished. Good Night. *** Note from Janet, 9/8/17: I found the following additional info that apparently was appended to the original transcript via comments. CHANNELED RESPONSES FROM MICHAEL [following chat] Question: Quote from Michael: "First, we will define "INPUT" as a channel or frequency through which an Essence becomes aware, processes, and comprehends." This is one of the largest problems I have understanding Inputs. How are they different from Centers? I'm used to thinking of Centers and their Parts are the "input" and "output" of a person. Here, Inputs seem to take the place of Centers. MICHAEL: CENTERS are a specific dimension of experience and/or expression, and while they are contexts with which the process of life occurs, they are not the actual processing, itself. As Centers do have an "input" and an "output" (which could be alternatively described as "Experience"/"Expression" of the Center), they are contexts shared by shared by most living beings and they are not unique to Sentience. ALL living things have an Instinctive Center, for instance, while Bees and other community Insects or schools of Fish are primarily, purely Moving Centered; Higher Mammals, especially those who live interactively with Humans are primarily, purely Emotionally Centered (even the Feline), while Higher Primates, such as Chimpanzees begin to become capable of being Intellectually Centered. However, without an individualized Consciousness that is Sentient, there will be no Inputs to differentiate how each Being would create and process a life. Centers are functions and tools of the Bodies of the Physical Plane. "Outside" of the Physical Plane, they are seen more accurately as the varying contexts of interaction with Tao. Inputs, however, are part of the unique design of Sentience and the varying Essence Roles. The number of Inputs you have simply describes how you would use ANY of the tools available to you, whether this be your Attitude or your Centering. It would lend you greater understanding if you were to differentiate between the fact of Essence's manner of processing vs the tools available as a means to support that processing. Inputs, whether having One, Two, Three, or Five, is simply the number of themes ESSENCE is capable of: Stage 1. Gaining Awareness within Stage 2. Processes that Awareness Stage 3. Comprehends what has been Processed Applying that Triad to each Input, and that Input's main focus, can help you understand how your Essence processes the life. In general, Kings, Warriors, and Scholars, can "only" process one theme at a time, whether the Personality is submerged in several experiential themes or not. If needed, the focus of the Input can change for some lengths of time, but these Roles will not find the comfort and adaptability to be submerged in several themes at once. We are not speaking of their being capable of watching TV while sewing. We are speaking of actual life themes as they apply to Essence's digestion of them. Scholars, Warriors, and Kings move steadily and enduringly through their experiences until comprehension is attained. We say "comprehension" as it applies to ESSENCE, not necessarily Personality. Until the Older Soul Ages, Personality is not so concerned with comprehension simultaneously to Essence's comprehension. Question: I'm curious about the Michael Math behind the number of Inputs given to specific Roles. I suspect there is more to be told. MICHAEL: Though meaning could be found in the numerical values and distribution, it would an arbitrary assignment of meaning and symbolism. Inputs are similar to the function of varying digestive systems; some have one stomach, some have four, etc. The meaning behind the number of Inputs has more to do with the particular "species" of Essence and its inclination toward certain experiential "diets" than anything else. Question: This is a generic Michael question beyond just Inputs, but I'm wondering how Scholars keep "records" differently from other Roles. MICHAEL: Scholars not only manage their own Records, but as each Essence updates its own records within the Entity and Cadre, the Scholars update the Akashic Records. In other words, each Essence has its own "personal library", but the Scholar extends on that to make that information "universal". Keeping that information as up-to-date, so to speak, as possible allows many versions of consciousness and sentience to draw from it. This is the stuff of new universes. Scholars have One Input as having One Input increases the durability to indulge in specific experiences, rather than touching briefly on a theme, and then moving to new ones, then returning later with new awareness. Scholars complete their themes so as to have a "purer" experience. Question: Quoting Michael: "Channel 4, then is focused on the HOW of a project or path of change. This can range from choosing your colors and clay for an art project, to designing or finding the path that is capable of being the conduit or medium for the creation or change." Again, can't everyone focus on choosing colors and clay for an art project? Does this mean that the Artisan Essence is constantly focused on such selections? MICHAEL: A Warrior may choose its material for a creative project, but that will be within the confines of its One Input, or one theme. In other words, that creative project ALTOGETHER will have a Stage 2, which may BE the choosing of materials. For an Artisan, though, the choosing of a medium will have its OWN Stage 2.

This is a talk by Alan Watts, famous zen Buddhist from the beat generation. I found it interesting to consider the overleaves and such as he was talking to see them in a new light.
  6. Michael Speaks Live Chat Sunday, November 13, 2011 Troy Tolley, Channel The 7 Planes of Existence MEntity: Hello to each of you. We are here now. We will share with you on the requested topic: The 7 Planes of Existence. We know that most of you are familiar with the 7 Planes as they have been described in our teaching, and are familiar to many teachings, even if in slight variation and understanding. Those 7 Planes are: Physical, Astral, Causal, Akashic, Mental, Messianic, and Buddhic (or Buddhaic). Each Plane is a Plane of Existence, and is a definite medium for consciousness to explore, learn, and evolve. These Planes exist one within the other, and overlap to some extent, with the Physical Plane being "in the center" and the densest, and the Buddhic being the outermost existence that permeates all Planes within it. It is often easier to imagine this as spheres within spheres. All 7 of these Planes ARE Tao. It is often described as Tao encompassing these 7 Planes, and that would be fair to say, but technically, Tao IS those 7 Planes. The whole that is greater than the sum of the parts, if you will. As you will see from our sharing of details about these Planes and their design, there will be a micro and macrocosmic consistency. Keep in mind that when we use the term "consciousness," it is often inclusive of all forms of consciousness, and not specific to Sentience. In other words, consciousness exists in a multitude of forms in your Physical Plane and in other planes. Rocks have a form of consciousness that is just as valid as Sentience. There are many lines of evolution of consciousness, and not all of them are Sentient. The greatest difference between Sentient and non-sentient consciousness is in terms of the extent of fragmentation and "direction" that the consciousness is actively moving. Sentience tends to be the most individualized of consciousness (most fragmented), generating within that consciousness a profound desire for return to Tao, or Oneness. Therefore, Sentient Consciousness is "on its way back" to Tao, and most other forms of non-sentient consciousness do not require such passages; non-sentience can be "absorbed" immediately back into Tao, if you will, and does not necessarily evolve. Sentience evolves. In other words, Sentience is the furthest and farthest one can get from Tao in terms of fragmentation. The return "home," then, for Sentience, is a long journey by most standards of measurement. Passage through these Planes of Existence are passages of reunion and union. It could be said, then, that the 7 Planes are the 7 Levels of Tao, as Tao evolves in its own way precisely through the collection of experiences gained through these fragments. Once one has become a Fragment, regardless of the return to Tao and the profound oneness that this entails, that unit of consciousness is its own thing "forever." Drops of water in an ocean who leave no boundaries between themselves and ocean, or each other, but existing as an identifiable unit of consciousness now. This is how "Grand Cycles" can happen. A Grand Cycle is a single journey of separation from Tao, incarnation through a species, and the subsequent return through the 7 Planes. Though we would have a difficult time describing this in terms of physics, each Plane is merely a variation of vibration of energy that is consistent among all Planes. Because of its vibrational state, it is "separate" enough that it exists as its own state. This would be similar to how ice, water, and steam could exist as the same, but different. For simplicity's sake, we can say that all Planes are made of Matter (Energy), and each Plane is a variation on Matter. The combination of what might be akin to molecules and how they function with one another generates each Plane. And differentiates each Plane. The consistency among all Planes is based on a set of physics that is reflected in the Physical Plane in many ways. Though there are a few places from which we could start, we will use your Carbon-base as the model. We will return to this reference to Carbon in a moment. First, we will state that every Planet has its own Physical, Astral, and Causal Plane. Particularly if there is Sentience evolving on that planet. Those Planes are variations on a theme, and each is mapped similarly. For the most part, these Ordinal Planes are themed in Densities, Tangibilities, and Identities. That is an oversimplification, but it is accurate. The Physical Plane is these themes in terms of Actions. The Astral is these themes in terms of Emotions. The Causal is these themes in terms of Intellect. The Akashic Plane is not a Plane in which any consciousness resides, but is a memory bank. Rather than passing through this Plane, it is central to both the Causal and Mental Planes' use for evolution. It could be said to be the ordinal version of Tao. The Mental Plane expands to encompass what we will describe as a Galaxy. A Galaxy would be a collection of 49 Planets of Sentience in proximity. The Messianic Plane expands to encompass what we will describe as a Galaxy Group, or 49 Galaxies that house Sentience. The Buddhic Plane is relative to a Galaxy Cluster, or 49 Galaxy Groups. Tao, then, could be said to be the Cosmos, or the manifest Universe. From what we have learned, there are boundaries on our Universe, as there are other Universes. We use "Universe" here in the sense of organized Planes for Sentient development, and not whimsically referencing different parallels or emotional perceptions. This is literal. We know that each Universe must be a closed "space," if you will, as the patterns that are generated indicate interference patterns, indicating reflection. The patterns are far too consistent not to indicate this, as far as we can see. Returning to Carbon as the building block, not only are forms within the Physical Plane relevant to the building blocks of Carbon, but so are all forms of consciousness born of, or returning to Tao through, Carbon. Much of our own Teaching reflects this, as we use the dodecaphonic scale, which is a musical counterpart of Carbon, for most aspects of our teaching. Our systems of 12, 7, and 9 (which are still systems of 12) are related to this dodecaphonic/carbon scale/ratio, and while there is not an obvious element of 5 in our teaching, it is built in on many levels, which we can expound upon at another time. For now, we will reference the 5 Soul Ages before cycling off, and what we refer to as Clusters (of lives) that are in groups of 5. These numbers will be relevant for building upon. We can return to them in further explorations with us. For now, we will return to the details of the Planes. The 7 Levels of the Physical Plane are the 7 Soul Ages: 5 of which are done before cycling off, and two of which are completed by returning as a reunited entity, and as a representative of Tao. All fragments will move through those 7 Levels of the Physical Plane (7 Soul Ages). There are 7 Levels of the Astral Plane, as well. As every Plane bleeds through, so to speak, to each bordering Plane, the 1st Level of the Astral could be said to be the Level of Imagination. This is from where each fragment accesses Imagination. At its best use, it is what you are familiar with in terms of "imagination," but it is also where those who induce altered states through drugs can tend to go, as well as where troubled Personalities can often bleed into, and where suicides are processed, and from where hauntings are sustained. It is the Level from which "heaven" and "hell" are generated, and other such nonsense. The 2nd Level of the Astral is where most go between lives, and when dreaming. The 3rd Level is where one resides when cycled off. It is also the level in which one will complete any Karma that did not require Physical incarnation. The Mid-Astral or 4th Level is what is accessed between lives by fragments as a means for planning and studying and review. Even if one is on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Levels, this 4th is accessed in ever more refined ways for the evolution of the Essence, and creation of a life. It is also from which one's guides tend to reside, and where your partially-reunited entity resides. Even if your guide is not cycled off, if acting as a guide, it is functioning through the use of this Level. Or, at least, trying to. The 5th Level is one of Comprehension, and it is where your Entity members work through full disclosure. Everything that was never known, kept secret, private, personal, for any Personality is now brought forth as the entity prepares for reunion. This is a chaotic and quite emotional process. The 6th Level is the Healing, or the actual Reunion process. Though the more chaotic aspects of reunion have been processed, this can actually be even more painful. The 7th Level then is the full union of the Entity, in terms of its Emotional intimacy. The 5th, 6th, and 7th Levels are the only levels that are free from living counterparts, or incarnating fragments. The first three can be accessed fairly easily by Personalities from the Physical Plane. The Causal Plane also has 7 Levels, but these become more difficult to clarify in terms that are easy to convey, as the linear aspect begins to break down, even as it does not. The Lower, or Ordinal, Causal Plane could be said to be a process of refining our ideas and ideals. Now that we have united emotionally, we then build a new identity from that. Though "identity" is a crude term in the context of the Causal Plane, it is still valid. This is because, even as we speak as one, we are well aware of our parts, and our differentiation from other entities on our Plane. We still experience a passage of time and space, though in vastly different ways from what is familiar to the Physical Plane, but still a passage, nonetheless. Over the course of the first three Levels, entities take different lines of evolution that are in groups: some of which are Guides, some of which are Teachers, some of which are Healers, some of which are Muses, and so on. We chose to Teach. The 4th Level, then, is from where every Entity of the Causal will put into effect its ideas and ideals, through Guiding, Teaching, Healing, Musing, etc. From this Level, we begin our direct access of the Akashic Plane. The Akashic exists within every Plane in some form. Even within the Physical Plane, the Instinctive Center is a line to the Akashic Plane, or a part of it. The high Causal Plane, then, is from where Transcendental Souls incarnate, or the 6th Soul Age. Transcendental Souls incarnate from the 5th, 6th, or 7th Levels of the Causal. Keep in mind that a Transcendental Soul is a single fragment incarnated as a representative of the collective knowledge of the Entity from the Causal. This incarnation is still subject to all of the scathing, distractions, and problems of being Human, however, but will have the entire Entity as direct support, if the Personality allows for it. There are many Transcendental Souls who incarnate who fail in that respect, though they certainly "have a good time." The Mental Plane is the exalted Causal Plane, where direct Intellectual contact is made with Tao. The Messianic Plane is the exalted Astral Plane, where direct Emotional contact is made with Tao. The Buddhic Plane is the exalted Physical Plane, where direct contact is made with Tao, or merging. Infinite Souls incarnate from one of these Planes, when incarnated, and bring the Logos of Truth, Love, or Energy, respectively. There are 7 Levels within each of these, but they are even more difficult to convey in any linear terms than the Causal Plane's Levels. It is easier to understand them in terms of Lower, Mid, and Higher. The Lower tend to be about introductions to that Plane, and a refining of focus, with the mid-plane being the implementation of that focus, and the higher being the comprehension of the results of all of that. We will pause now for your questions on this subject. We know this is a vast subject that can be difficult to package, but it is a subject that is relevant and can be comprehended. Question: How “fine” does this get -- Do the 7 Levels of each Soul Age relate in any way to the 7 Levels of Existence? MEntity: They are, all, related in some resonant way, or they could not build upon each other. It is all music. The 7 Internal Monads within the 7 Levels within the 7 Soul Ages within the 7 Planes. The 7 Levels of a Soul Age, can be understood when superimposing the 7 Planes as ways to understand those Levels. Comparing the Physical Plane to the 1st Level of a Soul Age can be helpful. Comparing the Astral Plane to the 2nd Level can be helpful. Comparing the Causal to the 3rd Level can be helpful. And so on. Keep in mind that there will be resonance, but not definition. In other words, clues and insights can be gained through these comparisons, but Soul Level is very different from Age, and Plane. Our system is designed for "mixing and matching" as a means to gain more insight. Question: Not to put too fine a point on the terminology that was developed today, but I would like a reiteration or confirmation that the use of the terms by you of Galaxy, Galaxy Cluster, or Tao as a Universe has little in common with our scientific astrophysics use of these terms and that further the use of Tao isn't equivalent to “All that is.” MEntity: There are some correlations. We think that some Astrophysicists are onto something in terms of organizing the universe. Consciousness equals Gravitation, to some extent. Consciousness is the gravitational force that holds together matter. Galaxies are grouped and clustered in terms of gravity and consciousness, and this is parallel to some working theories or observations. Comment: Except you define these by groups of 49 MEntity: So while we are not drawing direct parallels to the more mundane use of these terms, there are some similarities that are relevant. We think that some Astrophysicists choose the same number. Though we do not think it has become a standard. Question: So would our "Big Bang Theory" be an oversimplification of the Buddhaic Plane in action and is the theory even close to being accurate? MEntity: It is quite close, at least in terms of the fragmentation that then moved into forms. Though there are scientific details that will always be lacking in terms of describing or defining these origins, it works very well in symbolic ways. Question: How are suicides processed on the 1st level astral, and where do they go from there? [note corrected from 2nd Level to 1st Level] MEntity: They are processed in a multitude of ways that would be similar to experiencing dreams that play out all varieties of scenarios that help to comprehend the process of choices that led to the death, as well as an observation of all of the parallels remaining that are not dead. The Astral Plane is very similar to "Earth," or the Physical Plane, and feels very "real" on many levels, though it is far more malleable in terms of matter. Many who experience suicide then will start the entire life over on the Astral, playing out new choices. We designated Suicides to the 1st Level, but all fragments incarnating will move among the first three Levels during and between lives. Lives that do not end in Suicide tend to move directly into the 2nd, while Suicides tend to move into the 1st. Question: can they get stuck there, as well? MEntity: This is because of the attachment to the life. No fragment is ever "stuck," but depending upon the processes necessary for that Personality to heal, it can take quite some time. The reason for those who have exited using Suicide tending to remain in the 1st Level is because that is the easiest for those who were a part of that life, and who remain incarnated, to access that person. This helps contribute to the healing. Once the healing begins, the replaying of the life begins. This is a subject in itself, but that is the basic idea. Question: At 5th level Astral, is the anguish experienced more by the individual fragments as they are laid "naked and exposed" to the other members of the Entity, or by the other members of the Entity as they learn all there is to know of everyone else? Are there still harsh judgments to overcome at that stage of evolution? Also, it has been said that Priests "come into their own" on the Astral. Does this usually occur at this stage, helping themselves and others through the difficult 5th level and then healing in the 6th level? MEntity: The difficulty is experienced in both ways. It can be quite terrifying and painful to have everything revealed, and just as terrifying and painful to learn what one did not know while alive. This is especially difficult for those Personalities who were incarnations during the Baby and Young. The Mature and Old Souls eventually lose the interest in dishonesty, secrets, and privacy. The Personalities of Essence who were the most honest, vulnerable, and comfortable with exposure tend to work with those younger Personalities in resolving the shocking revelations. Every Personality of every lifetime is represented as its own identity and speaks for itself, so to speak. Comment: I wonder if this is then repeated at each merge after that MEntity: What you might experience as great halls are used for these processes, with all of the Personalities organized into tiers of emotional honesty for then working with mediating among all of those who had the most difficult times with those qualities. Comment: this sounds as much an intra-Essence process as inter-Essence. MEntity: It is often quite upsetting to find out that "best friend sally" had been exploiting you for access to your "loving husband bill" and that you knew none for the better. But all of you will know "everything" at some point. None of this is Karmic, but entirely focused on healing. In terms of Priests, they are the fragments who run these meetings, and help to direct the healing, as they tend to have the greatest extremes of Personalities that range between manipulatively dishonest and painfully honest. Priests quite often have a theme of "knowing what is good for you," or "the highest good," and doing whatever it takes to impose that. Every Role has a part in the processes of the Higher Astral, but it is organized and directed by the Priests. Question: How and in what form is the information on the Akashic Plane stored and accessed, and is there a way for us to visualize it? MEntity: We do not know how to describe this, but we can try to describe it in relative terms: We would have to say that it is database that is like an ocean of light that has no form until directly accessed. The closest we can come to describing this to you is in how your own imagination works. Your imagination gives rise to form from an ocean of light, if you will. However, Imagination is not information, and it is emotional. The Akashic Plane behaves in a similar way to imagination, except that it is in response to Thought. That is why it is such a tedious process for learning to access and interpret the data, because if any element of emotion is involved, the data is "tainted" or distorted with imagination, and is not pure information. In much the same way that the Physical Plane must be transcended while diving into the utter profundity of emotions in the Astral, so must the Emotional Plane be transcended while diving into the utter profundity of intellect in the Causal. It is not that one is better or worse than the other, but simply different processes of focus and experience. The way it works for us is that each of you have a "room" here that is your personal part of the Akashic. When we work with you in a way that requires our accessing this, we open that room and it reveals to us the details necessary for us to respond to your questions. Those details are revealed to us in two ways: your way, and our way. We get to see the data in your terms, first, which is often rich with emotional elements. We must then strip the emotional embellishments away from that data to get the most refined and accurate responses delivered to you. The more emotional your questions, the more difficult that process is. This is why your questions about relationships and mate agreements and other desired, longed for, craved, grieved, etc. can be difficult for us to deliver clearly to you. Add to that the fact that as soon as data includes another fragment and his or her data, we have to double the work of that process. Of course, that description is not as complicated as our description sounds, but it is a fair description. On the most basic levels, we can say this: The Akashic Plane of a fragment (instinctive center) or of an entire Universe are simply interfaces for recording, accessing, and interpreting all of the variations on the interference patterns that exist. The actual medium is the medium, itself. Question: Is it possible for higher plane teachers to physically, suddenly manifest without being born on the physical plane? Or is that a myth? MEntity: We have never heard of such a thing. That is not to say that they cannot "appear," but this would be generated from through the lower astral, or the Imagination, and can be just as effective. Question: So if consciousness is the gravitational force that holds matter together, what is it that pushes them apart? Astrophysicists have deemed this "dark energy" and "dark matter" in that it is so dark and non-interacting that we don't know anything about it. What is your interpretation of this? MEntity: We must first say that the concept of "dark matter" will eventually be replaced with better terminology and understanding, as it is found to be far more active than suspected. For the sake of working with current terminology and understanding, we will say that it could be said to be the unconscious. Not the subconscious, but the unconscious. And by "unconscious," we simply mean the unformed, and the medium from which form is formed. Question: like unrealized potential energy? MEntity: And realized. It is a resource. Question: In what ways and what type of karma can be resolved on the third level astral that do not require a physical plane experience? MEntity: Any Karma that did not require a body. A Physical Body, that is. Question: and what would that be? MEntity: Mind Fucking, Betrayal, Emotional Abandonment or Neglect, etc. Philanthropic Inspiration, Emotional Healing, etc. Question: how would these be resolved? MEntity: Often in quite similar methods as would be used through a Physical Plane body, but simply not actually being Physical. The familiarity of the Physical Plane is replicated as a fairly consistent and large mapping of the Astral for just such things. What we spoke about in the Levels was specific to that 3rd Level, in that once discarnate, further Karma can continue to be burned, but that is not the only Level that can address non-Physical Karma. Some of this happens even as you are incarnated. We know of many of you who have awakened from a rather profound dream of affection and love from some unknown relationship, or have played out scenarios that have no bearing on your current life, but felt like lifetimes lived, or have shared profoundly erotic and intimate moments with a "famous" person that were clearly more than fantasy. These can often be a burning of a ribbon. Question: So even after cycling off, there is opportunity to burn off any remaining karma that does not require physical form? MEntity: Often those Karma addressed on the 3rd Level after cycling off are much like "bonus" rounds that both parties had dropped as requiring balance, but are then addressed for the sheer sake of experience.

    Seven Rings of Love

This material was originally posted by Geraldine B on August 10, 2009. Note from Geraldine: In my travels through the older TLE group postings, I came across this from Michael/Troy. I loaded it into the database, but I still thought it worthy of reading as we all struggle with negative versus positive poles, CFs, and all of the other fun stuff of life. For some, it's a repeat, for others it's new material. Note from Kasia: Although Geraldine indicates that she loaded this article into the database, it was not found in the ning materials when they were transferred -- unless she meant this specific article. 7 Rings of Love April 6, 2007 In this article, the material was built upon from past material channeled in the past, with just more layers explored. I think this article came about because the original material was just an outline, and some of us really wanted to grasp what it meant to Love. [MEntity] We are asked tonight to cover what we perceive as the 7 Rings of Love. Considering the magnitude of impact that understanding this Universal Truth would have on an individual life, we are continually surprised at the lack of attention this subject receives. This is not conveyed to you as a judgment, but as an observation. There is no obligation to ever understand our perception of a subject. You will learn to love, and you will love to learn, at your own paces and through your own experiences, regardless of your intimacy or lack of intimacy with us. As we cover the 7 Rings of Love, you will easily see where you are in various areas of your life in relation to events, people, and yourself. You may have no questions in your love for a certain individual, yet have a painful challenge against loving the perpetrators of war or cruelty, for instance. In other instances, you may find you experience a Ring of Love for a complete "stranger," yet feel quite repulsed by your mate. We will list the 7 Rings, then cover each in some detail. First Ring: Nurturing Second Ring: Alliance Third Ring: Reciprocity Fourth Ring: Appreciation Fifth Ring: Comprehension Sixth Ring: Altruism Seventh Ring: Agape The First Ring, NURTURING, of course, is not tremendously difficult to bring to your life or to someone else's. Even "Events" receive some amount of this Ring of Love if you experience certain repetitive patterns in your life. In other words, if you find you continue to struggle with "issues" that change form, but retain the core "lesson," you are providing some form of Nurturing for those issues; some form of Love. Love is not reserved for only Humans or Relationships, but is able to be generated for all Events you experience as a Sentient Being. When you have repetitive patterns in your life and you "wish" they were not a part of your life, it will do you well to observe in what ways you Nurture these events as a means to extract or create opportunities for expanding into wider Rings of Love or as a means to opening to receive Love. We will clarify here that NO RING OF LOVE HAS CONDITION. That fact is the one underlying theme throughout each Ring. When you truly Nurture another person, yourself, or an event, it is without condition. This is why some Events continue to remain, even as you assume you prefer them to leave. On some level of your consciousness, you have determined that your "unwanted" areas of your life require unquestioned Nurturing, so it will remain Nurtured. Some of the most important first experiences of Love are found in Nurturing unwanted situations and relationships. Consider the result of having an "unwanted" child, yet without question, providing the Nurture required for sustaining the life of that child. Nurturing "unwanted" events is similar, even as the event outgrows you or you outgrow it. Nurture is the lowest form of Love, yet it is Love. It is unquestioned obligation and duty. Because the experience of Loving is vital to a lifetime, many Events and People remain within the life that may be harmful, draining, and even dangerous, because to Nurture these things means at least some amount of Love is being experienced. At some point, a fragment will either move beyond that Ring of Love, or eventually dismiss the event as it grows "out of hand, or out of control," responding in a way one would to an "unwanted child." To move beyond Nurture for an event or person or self, one must be willing to move beyond Obligation and Duty, and into AT LEAST Alliance, the Second Ring. ALLIANCE is the second Ring of Love and this rings sees the Person, Event, or Self as an equal. If the Person, Event, or part of Self is not found to be equal, then at least some striking similar traits are emphasized. Alliance becomes necessarily "exclusive" of other people and events and various parts of the Self. The Ring of Duty and Obligation experienced is increased, but without resentment or lack of understanding, and with more willingness and enthusiasm. Issues having been Nurtured in the life become more understood, even if still "unwanted," much in the same way that a person may surrender to, or devote oneself to an "unwanted child." Alliance allows that which is being Loved to become for the first time, a part of the identity of Self. To move from Nurture to Alliance, one only need gain a level of understanding that your actions led you to the Event, Person, or Part of Self. This Ring is related to the 3rd Chakra, or Moving Center, and the First Ring, Nurture, is related to the 1st Chakra, or Instinctive Center. Alliance then leads to RECIPROCITY, the Third Ring of Love. Reciprocity is the Ring that begins to incorporate the Emotions, or Emotional Centering (4th Chakra). It then becomes the first time that a fragment begins to RECEIVE energy, and a circuit is created. The first two Rings focus on basic ways of Giving Love, but to Receive Love is far more challenging than to "give" it. Although Love is more than a circuit of energy, that circuit must be completed before broader Rings of Love are experienced. Reciprocity is the Ring of Love many are capable of reaching on a steady and stable basis. It is fairly easy to live with this Ring and still experience the range of Emotional, Instinctive, and Physical experiences that can challenge a life, self, or relationship. This is the Ring in which your "issues" or "unwanted events," challenging relationships, and difficult parts of Self are even more consciously explored as being "mirrors," or as having more meaningful possibilities beyond superficial challenge. This is the Ring in which you begin to experience more important Attraction/Repulsion experiences within Events, Parts of Self, and Others. Because this Ring is experienced within the arena of Emotions, it can be quite confusing and difficult to manage at times, but it is marked by its strange, solid experience of truly knowing a strong connection and strength is shared with even the most repulsive of People, Events, or Parts of Self. This is because this Ring has the ability to perceive in even the "worst" of Events, People, and Parts of Self, that "gifts" can come of that experience and this allows the continued exploration. To move from Alliance to Reciprocity, one must be willing to Feel in relation to that which is being Loved. Reciprocity then leads to APPRECIATION, the Fourth Ring of Love. This Ring of Love relates to the Intellectual Center, or 5th Chakra, and is the first time a fragment is able to differentiate between what IS and IS NOT your definition of "You," and allows a release of that which IS NOT. Appreciation is the Ring of Love that recognizes the diversity of life and can begin grasping the reality that not EVERYTHING has to be "important" or "have purpose." The fragment begins to Forgive, to truly accept that there has never been a mistake, that all experiences are simply that, Experiences, and that all people are just that, PEOPLE. This is a ring that loses the emphasis that everyone must find a powerful position within their own definition of life, but does allow for others' definitions, even if those definitions are diametrically opposed to your own. Many fragments find this Ring of Love to be invigorating and begin creating strings of sexual and emotional relationships of short durations. This provides satisfying, beautiful, and intensely-contained experiences of Love. This Ring of Love is experienced strongly during the Hormonal Washes of the formative Teen years, but the experiences are dismissed as meaningless, not only because of the nature inherent in that Ring, but also because no validity is given by your culture to the knowledge gained from such formative and fleeting experiences. Of course, we do not say, nor do we imply, that the "teen" years are the only years in which this Ring of Love is experienced, as this Ring of Love can also be generated and sustained even as a "lifestyle" form of Love for some. We also wish to emphasize that the serial sexual/emotional exploration is only one example of how this Ring might be experienced. A more encompassing description is simply that the fragment begins to find a great appeal in exploring anything foreign, unfamiliar, and alien. In terms of the "unwanted issues," the Love experienced at this Fourth Ring will have the fragment finding the issues and events as being adventures, exciting tours, in the world of experiences, rather than as mere burdens. In addition, this Ring begins to see and reach beyond the Person or Event being Loved, expanding to include all associations with that particular Event or Person. "Any friend of yours is a friend of mine" might be a simple, familiar phrase to capture that Ring. Appreciation then leads to COMPREHENSION, or the Fifth Ring. This 5th Ring of Love is associated with the 7th Chakra, or Higher Intellectual Center. This is the Ring in which all Events, People, and Self are seen as quite simply having a part in THE TRUTH. In other words, this is the Ring in which you realize that absolutely nothing is "wrong," that everything is dancing a part in the scheme of things, and you grasp that Truth. You begin to Comprehend that Events and People exist for "their own truth/reason," and that these Events and People do not require your understanding. This is also the first time the Self becomes fully integrated as itself in relation to the Event or Person being Loved, but recognizes these external factors as PART of the life, not as defining it. There is no longer a distraction with attachments to external factors as being the only definitions of "You." For instance, if a relationship ends, this is seen as an experience, not as a blow to your identity. To move from Appreciation to Comprehension, one simply begins to experience Awe. Everything seems to begin to "make sense," despite a lack of logic. Comprehension leads to ALTRUISM, which is the Sixth Ring of Love. Altruism relates to the Higher Emotional Center or 6th Chakra. While Comprehension sees the Truth of an Event or Person, Altruism experiences the deep compassion for how life may be experienced by Others. There is an encompassing acceptance of the "human condition," and an emphasis on the fact that life is never experienced exactly the same by any two points of consciousness in Time or Space. This Ring of Love is the first time you feel Human, or feel a full part of your Species with acceptance of that position of Sentience. As the Fifth Ring of Love loses any emphasis on your Self as being fragmented, the Sixth Ring loses emphasis on Events or Issues as distractions. There begins to be seen only a vast sea of experiential paths that are interpreted by everyone differently. It is the simultaneous understanding that while you experience your world quite particularly, another fragment may never have experienced or interpreted it the same way or even remotely similarly. It is the realization that it has never been the Events, or Parts of Self that defined or created the Life, but simply, how well you loved it all. To move from Comprehension to Altruism, one would tend to experience True Compassion, or Empathy, for that which is being explored. And finally, the Seventh Ring of Love is AGAPE, reached through Altruism. At this Ring, there is no emphasis on anything. Complete acceptance is experienced, with absolute loss of condition, meaning, reference, and definition. As the Sixth Ring developed a lack of emphasis on Events, and the Fifth Ring lost emphasis on Self, this final Ring removes ALL emphasis beyond the allowance of EXPERIENCE. Agape is PEACE. This Ring is related to the all-encompassing, boundless Higher Moving Center, or Tao. This is the Ring of realization that ALL of your life was Created by you or Allowed by you, and that not only is there nothing Wrong or Separate, but that EVERYTHING IS PERFECT in its own way. We will add that the Fifth Ring of Love is marked biologically through the experience of Crying, or Tears, as this is the realization of Truth on some level. To acknowledge the Truth of anything is a higher Ring of Love. Furthermore, True Hate can be included in the Fifth Ring, as Hate is a powerful form of Intimacy and recognition of Truth. The Sixth Ring of Love is marked biologically through True Pleasure and what most would call Happiness, as these states are an experience of lacking fragmentation and self-acceptance in the moment. The 7th Ring of Love is marked biologically through the experience of True Laughter, or the recognition of Oneness among all. The power of Tears, Pleasure, and Laughter are simple, accessible experiences to allow these Rings of Love to be experienced in many instances within the life, yet these biological interpretations of those Rings are difficult to sustain, understandably. (Note from Kasia: I've included relevant comments with additional channeling from the original post.) Comment by Geraldine B on February 15, 2010: Note to all those who attended either the Feb 14th 2010 Chat or Workshop, this is the article that was originally posted on the TLE group list. (Snickering at Troy -- you couldn't find it here, either???) Note to those who didn't attend either event, nor the NYC Live group, there is a wealth of material that is part of the chat transcript and I can think of no topic more fraught with imprinting and false beliefs than love, yet so fundamental to the very structure of life itself. I'm going to jump the gun, so to speak, and publish the transcript in here -- and let Troy publish in the regular Transcript forum with whatever edits and tweaks he might want to add for the permanent record. 8. OMW - Jan 12, 2013 - Checking In With Essence Channel: Troy Tolley [CocteauBoy] Okay, so today's topic is CHECKING IN WITH ESSENCE. [CocteauBoy] I thought this would be a good subject to explore because we tend to think of a new year as a turning point where we review where we've been, and look ahead at where we'd like to go. [Maureen] Will it be interactive Troy? [CocteauBoy] It's not that Essence is something separate from us, but that we (as personality) are a PART of Essence, so there is some sense of identity that is monadic (two parts that intrinsically create the whole). [CocteauBoy] So "checking in with Essence" we can think of it as checking in with something beyond ourselves, or as checking in with ourselves in a different way than usual, or whatever works for you. CocteauBoy asks - FIRST QUESTIONS: What does it mean to you to "check in with Essence," and why did this title for the workshop interest you? What do you expect to gain from this workshop? [CocteauBoy] Answer as you like... [Janet_] You mean, like, right now? [Martha] I think I do it a lot, but I think I could do it better [CocteauBoy] Janet, yeah! [Janet_] Like Martha, I think I do this, but it is hit or miss. [CocteauBoy] I want to read where each of you are with the idea, and what you thought this workshop might produce for you, before going into trance. [Martha] it's hard to tell "me" from "Essence", would like more of a sense of a conversation [AnnH] Because I don't think I'm all that good at checking in with Essence and would like to be more aware of it. [Nadine_AP] I thought it would be a good idea to keep in check while working through my 4th IM [GeraldineB] I've read and reread most of the articles on a Conscious Connection to Essence; however, I still consider it a whole lot like "praying," i.e., it's not an interactive process, I don't get feedback. So, it's like talking to thin air. [AnnH] (Exactly, Martha) [CocteauBoy] Make sure you read the question. It's not an assessment. [AnnH] Also, because it would be fun. I think my Essence is fun when I get tiny glimpses. [Janet_] I'm hoping for suggestions on how to more reliably check in and know I'm in contact. [Maureen] I see it Essence and Personality like a continuing discourse -- listening and talking. So I guess checking in with Essence would be to stop for a minute and and see where we are at. -- as a "team". [GeraldineB] Well, I'm trying to explain that this would be my "goal" or interest -- a sense of genuine interaction. [Bobby] Frequently, I'll be involved in something and will just say "oh, LET'S see where this goes" as in Let Us, me and Essence [Nadine_AP] Same as Janet and Geraldine, I would be able to make a more conscious connection, too [Diane_HB] I suppose I check in with Essence quite often, but I'd like to hear what suggestions Michael has on the subject. [Nadine_AP] *would like to be able [Bobby] I like to think of it as a partnership but like Geraldine suggested, one of the partners is blind, deaf, and mute :-) [ClaireC] I'd like to be able to truly differentiate between what the CF's are saying versus Essence feedback. [GeraldineB] I think I do pick up a fair amount of contact information through intuition, but I don't know where I end and Essence begins [CocteauBoy] I'll bring in Michael for the rest of this workshop now. If you have more to write, you can keep sharing as I go into trance. Have a great session, you guys! * CocteauBoy is bringing in Michael now... * CocteauBoy is now known as MEntity [MEntity] *********** [MEntity] The concept of "Essence" or a soul is one that is quite complicated for most who are extant, even when one is fully embracing of the general concept. [MEntity] When one is Infant, the lines between Essence and Personality are so blurred that there is no differentiation. When one is Baby, the concept is so skewed that Personality becomes the main navigator. When one is Young, the rejection of Essence is so strong, it does not matter much. [MEntity] When one is Mature, the concept is revisited through experimentation and intensities that promote a return to the blurring of differentiation. [MEntity] When one is Old, there is an eventual state that has no blurring, no skewing, and no rejection. One simply IS. [MEntity] Everything outside of that is imprinting. [MEntity] For the Old Soul, the wholeness that is Essence and Personality is inherent. To sustain a differentiation takes effort, requires lies, and feels painful in both tangible and vague ways. [MEntity] For the Old Soul, the effort to sustain a differentiation between Essence and Personality is the equivalent of trying to imagine NOTHING. Personifying Essence as something seperate from you can be useful, beneficial, and insightful, but only temporarily. To presume a personification of Essence as separate from you is like trying to sustain a the concept of Nothingness. [MEntity] If you try to imagine nothing, you imagine SOMETHING. [MEntity] You imagine something as representative of nothing. [MEntity] That is because there is no state of nothingness in the known Planes and Universes. It can only be represented, symbolically conceptualized, and usually only in comparison to something. [MEntity] The concept of Essence is similar. It never was NOT "you." It was never separate. It can never be rejected. It was always "you." [MEntity] We speak often of Essence and Personality being "separate" for the sake of learning and teaching about the various dimensions of "you," but this is no different from helping you understand how your hand functions during rehabilitation, even as your hand was always connected and a part of the whole of your body. [MEntity] The more your hand can function effectively, the more it is a part of the whole of the body. The more your Personality functions effectively, the more it is aligned with the whole of Essence. [MEntity] However, just as you focus your attention on the rehabilitation of the hand through exercises, experiences, rest, stretching, etc., it is that very "you" that transcends the divide between hand and body, between Personality and Essence. [MEntity] Because Essence is a spectrum that ranges across all Planes, Times, and Bodies, the necessity for focus is vital for the continual reawakening process, or "rehabilitation" of parts, if you will. Every lifetime is a part of the body of Essence. [MEntity] In some lifetimes, that focus is intense and myopic. In other lifetimes that focus is expansive and multidimensional. [MEntity] Relatively speaking, the Old Soul, extant, exhausts the body trying sustain differentiation of Essence from Personality. This is from the vast ocean of imprinting available from the Physical Plane about the concept of Essence, or soul. It ranges from being outrageously omnipotent and perfectly knowing, to being parental and absolute in guidance, to being non-existent. [MEntity] One thing that rarely has the same appeal and embrace is the idea that Essence... is "just you." [MEntity] In all of your mistakes, fears, cravings, longings, excitement, desires, appetites, pride, aloneness, joy, intimacy, distance, beauty, plainness, extravagance, indulgance, restraint, sadness, happiness, failing, successes, etc. YOU are Essence. [MEntity] From the perspective of Essence, the experiences of the Physical Plane and body are never NOT new. It may have experienced sadness a million times, but this does not mean it transcends the experience of sadness. No matter how many times a hand may touch HOT, it will always be HOT. [MEntity] Consider that no matter how many times you touch HOT within a lifetime, it will always be HOT, and always a new HOT; t is still always HOT, and always NEW. For Essence, across a multitude of bodies, that experience is never old, and never not true, and never not meaningful. [MEntity] This is the same of your experiences beyond mere touch. [MEntity] The only difference in your experience is your focus. [MEntity] When you first touch HOT, it may seem the end of the world, but when you have touched it a thousand times, it is still HOT, but you know you will survive. You know it is temporary. You know it is a natural part of experience. You know it is informative. You know. [MEntity] Expand upon this and you have your phases of depression, your phases of joy, your phases of intimacy, your phases of aloneness, lifetimes of suffering, your lifetimes of bliss, and Essence grows to know that it can survive it all, learn from it, and always gain from the experience. Always. [MEntity] By the time you are an Old Soul, you know this, too. And it gets harder to not know this. [MEntity] Because, by now, you know: You Are Essence. [GeraldineB] Question: If we are Essence, then why would we need to check in? [MEntity] You can pretend, imagine, lie, presume, fantasize, romanticize, and fragment yourself as Essence, but you will still know. [MEntity] Geraldine, Troy described the topic for our discussion with you; we are prompted by that description. We do not hand these topics to Troy. He decides upon them from his own ideas and perceptions. [GeraldineB] [laughing] OK [MEntity] However, we will return to that description in a moment, as it is relevant. [GeraldineB] Nevermind the interruption :) [Martha] ha h aha [MEntity] However focused one may be within Personality, one is always Essence. Even "the worst" of peoples. This is because Essence is vastly inclusive and incapable of truly rejecting experiences that parts of itself (Personality) bring to it. [MEntity] To presume that one person is not of Essence over another is like a fish judging another fish for not being of the same body of water. To try to convince someone of Essence, then, instead of allowing for their own growth and awakening, is about as useful as a fish trying to get another fish wet. [MEntity] "Checking in" with Essence is a valid phrase to consider while within a lifetime and body because most forms of "checking in" only occur in death. Death is the ultimate "checking in." [AnnH] lol [GeraldineB] Good Ole 7th IM [MEntity] As you embrace the idea of your being Essence, you will find that the phrase of "checking in with Essence" means something even more profound that previously romanticized. It is a checking in with yourself. [MEntity] This may not be as romantic as the idea of checking in with some higher parental guidance and force that is laced with religious and cultural imprinting, but it is far more profound and empowering. It is the ultimate responsibility for your life, your choices, you. [MEntity] Before we continue: How do you feel or think about this ownership of Essence as YOU, with Personality merely being a focus, instead of as a concept of being a flailing fragment tethered to omnipotence? [Martha] "flailing fragment tethered to omnipotence" lol [Martha] I do feel comfortable with it [GeraldineB] Well, I accept that fragment is a part of Essence, is the spiritual body, but I don't quite understand how Essence can be ME and still not be tuned into whatever I'm doing [Nadine_AP] It feels right. [Martha] I feel like Essence IS tuned in, but I don't feel much of a sense of conversation, other than just talking to myself [GeraldineB] Well, it's the paradox of Personality having all choice, not Essence . . they design, we dispose. [Janet_] I am comfortable about the concept. [Diane_HB] I think this is a much more peaceful concept than thinking of myself or others as separate from Essence. [AnnH] What Martha said. [MEntity] Geraldine: what makes you think Essence is not tuned in to "whatever you are doing?" [GeraldineB] If they are tuned in, I wouldn't need to review or check-in [MEntity] Geraldine, this presumption would not be true. [MEntity] Even while in a body, stretches of time can pass where you were fully engaged in your day, but if we were to ask you about a specific day and what meal you had on that day, or what someone said to you that day, or what tv show was watched on a certain day and time, you may not be able to call up that memory to save your life, so to speak, even though "you were there." [MEntity] However, you may find that you remember entire experiences from even further back in time. [MEntity] This is the difference between "checking in" and not. [GeraldineB] Do you mean that checking in is actually a way of accessing forgotten memories? [MEntity] Your brain will continue to store all experiences, from the most minute to the most profound. Your Essence absorbs all experiences for the Akashic Records, like a brain for the soul, but what matters to it is "remembered," and this can be enhanced through "checking in." [Maureen] I never feel disconnected from Essence. When I feel separate is when I know "I" am making a conscious choice to disregard Essence for awhile. When I do that I feel like a kid who wants to experience something on her own -- without any "influence". [MEntity] Checking in can help recall, but we prefer the term to be thought of less as a tool, and more of as a state. [MEntity] By this we mean: [MEntity] When you feel disconnected from Essence, in need of guidance, support, etc, that you not dismiss YOU as the greatest force behind your own life, choices, feelings, memories, plans, etc. but that you "check in" with yourself, allow for all of the feelings and fears, but not at the expense of your power, force, presence, and wholeness. [MEntity] Wholeness allows for all of it, so fear and panic do not need to be rejected for wholeness to return. Ironically, in the embrace of your wholeness and power, the fear tends to dissipate, transform. [MEntity] Checking in with Essence is a return to you. A recollection of the fragmentation of your mind, your heart, and even your body. [GeraldineB] this makes sense to me [MEntity] It is a moment, a practice, and eventually a state, that makes room for all of it without forgetting. It is ownership of your KNOWING. [MEntity] Your fragmentation, your fear, is merely forgetfullness. [MEntity] You cannot UN-know, but you can forget. [MEntity] Checking in is a practice in remembering. [MEntity] Keep in mind: [MEntity] In the same way that you do not have to consciously breath, neither do you have to presume that your knowing, your embrace of self as Essence, means having conscious access to all that is Essence. The hand does not have to understand the eye for itself to work, and the eye does not have to control metabolism for it to work, and metabolism does not have to know how to walk for the body to move, and so on. [MEntity] However, no part can be said to function independently of the whole that is the body. [MEntity] And so it is for you, as a part of all that is Essence. The hand is itself and does its own thing that the eye cannot, and the body, as a whole, gains from functioning of the hand. The hand, then, for its best and highest functioning, would consider itself as the whole, even if not completely aware and monitoring of all of the parts. To presume itself cut off, or to not consider the whole, is akin to being numb, or amputated, which benefits neither the hand or the body. [MEntity] The more you own your part in the body of Essence, the more the whole and all of its parts functions and benefits. [MEntity] This ownership of remembering, responsibility, power, presence, and wholeness is more than half of the battle for getting the best out of your life, healing the past, and creating the future. [MEntity] Before we move on, we will open the floor to your comments and questions regarding what has been shared, so far. [MEntity] ****** [Diane_HB] This makes sense to me. I have been moving toward this perspective in some ways. [Diane_HB] And, I check in with myself fairly frequently. I don't feel "myself" if I don't. [Maureen] You are right Michael -- in that people are often looking for omnipotence or some woowoo with Essence when actually Essence can be quite quiet and will "come to you" when you are still or "in the moment". [MEntity] The search for Essence is much like the search for a lost pair of sunglasses that are later found to be on your head. [Diane_HB] lol [Maureen] LOL [Martha] :) [Diane_HB] I know what that's like. :) [Nadine_AP] lol [AnnH] heh [Maureen] I'm getting a 3D Deja Vu on the sunglasses -- maybe I dreamed about this last night. [Bobby] Is any fragmentation caused if you imagine the relationship as a partnership? [MEntity] Bobby, as you may have come to see over time, the concept of "fragmentation" is even more of an illusion (a useful one, but an illusion, still the same) than the concept that one is seperate from Essence. To personify Essence can be helpful, even if as a temporary illusion. Dreams are illusions, but the symbolism is incredibly useful. Illusions (and fragmentation) are not to be thought of as things to avoid, but tools for use as necessary. When they are considered conclusive, then they can become problematic. [MEntity] Fragmentation is merely scattered foci. [MEntity] Illusions are merely symbolic extensions. [MEntity] Both are useful and important. [MEntity] Neither can sustain continuity or existence for long, relatively speaking. [MEntity] We highly recommend personifying Essence, particularly so if one can do so while holding the contradictory notion that it is not separate. [MEntity] We can recommend this, because Essence already does this. In being you, in the first place. [GeraldineB] Sparky! [Bobby] :-) [MEntity] And it is the nature of Tao. Our fragmentation from Tao is a profoundly beautiful and useful illusion, and all of our bodies through the planes are always creative personifications of our most current idea of who we are. [MEntity] The differences in higher planes is that we have learned to enjoy it more, to allow it, and to know that all of it changes. [MEntity] Your body, no matter how battered, worn, sick, suffering, pleasured, fat, skinny, ugly, beautiful, is your own idea, given form. All descriptions of our body that are born of comparison are as superficial and temporary as a preference for chocolate over vanilla, or one brand over another. [MEntity] Those preferences are meaningful and provide their own part in the dance of experience, but they will never supercede the perfection of reflection. [MEntity] This is not to say that one must accept his or her lot in life with the body that one has, but that the dance that your body prompts is far more relevant than your preoccupation with it for comparison. [MEntity] It is not YOUR Body. It is YOU. [MEntity] It is not YOUR Essence. It is YOU. [MEntity] Checking in with Essence, then, is the embrace of yourself as part of the bridging of all of these parts. [MEntity] If you are in this particular workshop, you are probably "done" with the distraction of fragmentation and the weight of being bothered with superficial comparisons. You know this. You cannot un-know it. But remembering this, and returning yourself from forgetfullness, is something you must take on as your responsibility from here. [MEntity] This is where this teaching is intended to help move your consciousness. Not just toward the novelty and brief comforts of remembering, but toward your capacity to live in that remembering, in your knowing. In Essence. [Martha] Sounds like vividry [MEntity] Here are three things that you can note to yourself as phrases for sustaining your wholeness, and allowing for everything to exist within that: [MEntity] When you feel ugly, fearful, anxious, upset, angry, helpless, lonely, etc. we suggest that you embrace those things, but always along with the phrase, "It is okay for me to forget for a while." [MEntity] This conscious embrace of forgetfullness does two things: relieves you of the internal conflict of fighting against those natural reactions, feelings, and thoughts so that they can move through like thunder clouds in the sky of who you are, but also, ironically, keeps you from actually forgetting. [MEntity] On a daily basis, at various points in the day, when nothing in particular is happening, it can be helpful to state out loud, or internally: "I remember now: I like me." [MEntity] This simple phrase can do two things, as well: it can bring a moment of remembering and awareness, of course, but it can also be a confession against all of your imprinting and superficialities of being bad, wrong, ugly, too fat, too thin, too alone, not enough, etc. This confession is more truthful than any of those things. [MEntity] You may only barely like yourself, and you can always like yourself more and more as you aim for agape, but if you are breathing, you like yourself enough, to some small degree, and this outweighs all of the "bullshit." [MEntity] We pause now to ask each of you to answer this question as sincerely and as honestly as you feel inclined: DO YOU LIKE YOU? [Diane_HB] YES!! [Maureen] YES!! [Janet_] I do like me. [GeraldineB] Yes, I do! [AnnH] For the most part. [ClaireC] Yes. [AnnH] Actually, I get a big kick out of myself. [Bobby] I will say it's much easier when everything is not taken so seriously :-) [Nadine_AP] yes, i do [Martha] Yes! [MEntity] We only ask this question to help you in seeing if you prefer forgetting over remembering. You would not be in this workshop, studying our teaching, wishing for more people to accept you, trying to accept others, standing up against injustices, moved by suffering, aiming for higher visions, etc, if you did not like yourselves to some great extent. [MEntity] Everything beyond your liking yourself is a lie, is imprinting, is useless for anything more than information about how to make your next choices and decisions. [MEntity] The third suggestion of phrasing that we can offer, then, is that part of your remembering include that it is okay that others may also tend to forget. Just like you do. Even more so, that many have not even remembered, yet. They may not know, like you do. [MEntity] "The more often I remember, the more often others can know." [MEntity] This is because you are the trainer of your reality, which is just to say that you are the one who chooses how you experience EVERYTHING. There are no exceptions. You may not be able to choose everything that happens to you, but you will always have the choice in what that means for you, and how you experience it. [MEntity] The more often you forget, the more likely your world is experienced as forgetful. [MEntity] The more often you pretend to not like yourself, the more likely you would keep others from their opportunity to like you. [MEntity] The more often you presume that others must remember and know as you do, the more you are forgetting, and making excuses for your forgetting. [Maureen] Michael -- so Alex Jones and Larry Pratt have just forgotten who they are? How can we see them as "Essence"? [AnnH] hrh [AnnH] heh [Martha] hahaha [MEntity] Maureen: there must be a remembering and knowing before there can be a forgetting. [Maureen] so their forgetting is a choice to forget -- with Essence "on board" with Personality? [Maureen] just like it is for the "rest" of us? [MEntity] The inherent nature of fragmentation, personification, and the Physical Plane, in particular, is amnesia. Evolution is a process of remembering. Forgetfullness, in higher terms, is a defense against responsibility and ownership. [MEntity] Every lifetime is a practice in remembering. Every death is a practice in "checking in." [AnnH] I love that. [MEntity] Your notions that a "bad guy" is less Essence than that of a "good guy" is based on a romantic idea that Essence is already "good." It is not. It simply IS. It goes through its processes of growth just as an individual personality does. That is why we describe Soul Ages. [MEntity] Soul Age describes where one is in the capacity for remembering while in a body. [GeraldineB] And the circle is rejoined and completed [MEntity] It also describes where Essence is in its capacity to remember its path home. [GeraldineB] OH . . .please expand on that [MEntity] Or rather, that it never left home/Tao. [MEntity] Soul Age is a description of the process from fragmentation toward reunion. [MEntity] Keep in mind that horrific personalities and the choices they make are not much different to the body of an Essence than one's choice in diet while in a body. The soul is omnivorous. It can survive the most toxic of experiences. The personality is the feeder of Essence. [MEntity] Your choices, and interpretations of experience, feed Essence, feed you. In much the same way that your realizations of what you eat actually do matter to your body, so do the Personalities, eventually, with their ever-growing capacity for remembering, begin to choose more consciously as to what its diet of experience is. [MEntity] So it is fair and useful to "see" the Essence of even the most hurtful of people, because your remembering of their soul helps. Your condemnation is pointless. Remembering the Essence of any individual is not the same thing as conceding to their actions and impact. It simply gives you a broader footing for what choices you will make, yourself. [MEntity] All of what we shared today helps in your creation of your next moment. And as you can see from where you are in your life right now, those moments add up. They become your life. [Maureen] ...I can do that. Thanks for helping me remember more Micheal :) [Maureen] (my comment was related to seeing other people's Essences...) [MEntity] And your life is no different from your body. It is something that benefits from your compassion and embrace, not your comparisons for condemnations. Your experiences of your life are your own idea and feelings, given form (interpretation) across time, in memory, and in motivation. It is Good Work to see your Essence across all of this, to see you, in everything. [MEntity] Today, in this workshop, if you have been engaged, you have "checked in" with Essence. [MEntity] While we did not share the words in this exchange with you merely to elicited comforting feelings, we did share them with you so that you can remember that you CAN be comfortable in your skin, in your body, in your life, in Essence. When you just take a moment to remember. To check in. [MEntity] And you did not have to die, to do so. [Martha] whew [Diane_HB] Heheh [Nadine_AP2] hahaha [Nadine_AP2] yeah, good. [GeraldineB] Neither did Ann when she changed Soul Levels [AnnH] hahaha [AnnH] Not this time, anyway. [GeraldineB] Maybe that was the real purpose of doing it . . .to experience brith / death / brith while conscious [AnnH] yes, I think so [MEntity] We will conclude with one last consideration: [MEntity] Remembering others, even when they forget themselves, is healing, is helpful, is meaningful. It is not lost on them, even if you cannot see proof of that. [MEntity] This is why we "came back" to teach. [MEntity] Because we remembered you, too. [MEntity] Everyone will inherently, eventually, remember "everything," but it helps if there is someone who remembers what you forgot. [MEntity] Or what you do not even know, yet. [MEntity] Good day to each of you.
  9. April 4, 2002 Troy Tolley, Channel 7 Spheres of Awareness of Essence NOTE: The word “Levels” was not a very accurate word for what Michael was trying to convey in the chat on this Topic. I found when editing the transcript that Michael suggested SPHERES instead. This gives a far more accurate picture to the development of Awareness in a life. [M_Entity] Hello to all of you. We are here. We understand the topic to be “7 Spheres of Awareness of Essence.” We will share what we can in regard to this within the time available. As many of you are aware, the Physical Plane is not the only Plane of existence. The Personality only exists within the Physical Plane, along with the Physical Body, while Essence exists to some degree in all Planes “at once.” In any given lifetime, the Personality is capable of gaining awareness of its own Essence in varying circles of awareness. A Soul Age or Essence Role or Overleaves do not limit the Sphere of Awareness, though it can be said that these things contribute to the ease or challenge of gaining awareness. The oldest soul may have a particularly difficult lifetime that inhibits awareness, while a younger soul may find blissful connection to Essence on all levels. It is the choice of Personality as to whether it wishes to have a connection to Essence on a conscious level and to what degree. Essence NEVER imposes itself on its Personality. The Personality is too valuable for that kind of relationship. Essence needs the Personality as an extension of itself to explore and learn from the Physical Plane. Essence cannot exist fully where you are incarnated without a body of some sort. For that reason, Essence allows the Personality to seek Essence as Personality sees fit, though Essence is ever watchful and loving to each version of Personality within the Physical Plane. Though Essence is not as attached to the Physical Plane as a Personality, Essence still finds great empathy and ever-growing love for each Personality. The Tao, and by extension the Essence, finds it to be a far more loving relationship to have what is created seek the creator, rather than the creator enforcing itself on the life. As Personality and the Body grows within each lifetime, it must “re-remember” all of its Soul Levels and Ages and regain that level of consciousness and perspective all over again. It is stored in the Instinctive Center exactly where you are in your development as Essence, but each new Body must regain consciousness as a means to house the perspective of Essence. Some may or may not reach the previous level of Soul Age. It is perfectly possible to have a Young Soul lifetime wherein the fragment is technically an Old Soul, depending on several factors in Personality. The difference is that each Soul Level has its capacity to gain up to and through all 7 Spheres of Awareness. It could easily be said that these Spheres of Awareness are the Levels WITHIN the Soul Levels. The 7 Internal Monads could be said to be the process of INTERNAL rites of passage toward moving through a Soul Level, while the 7 Spheres of Awareness may be said to be the EXTERNAL process of moving through a Soul Level. Both must be completed and experienced within as many lives as it takes before moving to a new Soul Level. The 7 Spheres of Awareness then could be described as follows: Sphere One: This is the simplest Sphere of Awareness. This Sphere is basic to any Sentient Being. This is self-awareness on the most rudimentary and mechanical level. You are aware you are alive; that you must feed yourself; that you must protect yourself; that you must interact with life. Sphere One is the most separated, narrow, and isolated of all Spheres of Awareness. There is no real concept of “spirit” or anything more than what is immediately tangible. This would extend into areas of “love” and other such intangible experiences. The fragment perceiving from within this Sphere merely does what it needs to do to survive and to gain the next experience. This fragment usually experiences life solely from the Negative Poles of the Personality and rejects all forms of intervention for helping raise its awareness. There is an absolute disconnection from all life forms around this fragment. It is hard for them to even understand the “point of living.” Sphere Two: This is the Sphere wherein you get a glimpse of life through the Positive Poles of your Overleaves. You gain a bit of awareness as to what your Essence is like, even if not fully defined. You decide you must have a soul. That much is at least considered to be possible. This Sphere of Awareness begins to expand beyond the limitations of the Body and into the realms of possibilities. Imagination becomes more harnessed for creativity, rather than fear and protection, as in Sphere One, and the fragment begins to consider his dreams along with other concepts that are not tangible, yet acknowledged as experienced. It is a Sphere in which the fragment begins to consider his relationship with himself as more than a machine, but a BEING. Sphere Three: Expanding beyond the Spheres previous to this, Sphere Three allows the fragment to begin to consider the intangibilities between it and others, not just within. The fragment begins to long for and seek deeper intimacy. This Sphere is marked with the awareness that other fragments share a history with you that extends beyond the current life and Personality, even if this is not quite understood. The relationship to Time begins to change and there is less emphasis on it as a constraint, but rather as a convenience. Sphere Four: This is the Sphere of Awareness that brings a fragment to the reality its own Past Selves to-date. The fragment becomes capable of acknowledging wisdom gained from outside the confines of the current life and allows influences from Past and Future Lives alike. This Sphere finds Personality capable of recognizing patterns in the life and the life of others, enabling the fragment to envision probable futures as they are created or as were planned before the life. The fragment begins to realize that the Personality focused on at any given moment does not diminish the reality of MANY versions of that same Personality across Parallel Universes created by Essence to house all of the choices possible. This is the Sphere that the fragment truly has the capability for channeling, healing, directing energy, and using psychic tools. (We will note here that ALL Spheres are capable of Intuition, which is simply the extension and combination of physical senses. True psychic awareness, though, is not the same thing.) Sphere Four is the first time a fragment discovers a true relationship between the Personality and the life and finds a deep sense of trust and safety as the life unfolds. Sphere Five: This is the Sphere in which you begin to see others as extensions of yourself. It is profoundly realized that the helping of others to resolve their own troubles will also contribute to your own lessons on many levels. This Sphere brings with it the realization and awareness that the Personality is a temporary and a beautiful “child” of Essence. A strange double awareness will be experienced here, wherein the trials and challenges of the life indulged in, while maintaining a consistent awareness through the perspective of Essence that “all is well”. Sphere Six: This is the Sphere of Awareness that brings with it the realization that the Universe has an awesome structure that can be understood. A new, consistent relationship to what might be called “spirit” then develops. You begin to recognize the “signatures” of different spiritual families, or Entities, and find the lifetime heavily focused on what might be called “the path.” This “path” will be, of course, defined and created by the individual fragment, but a deep recognition that ALL are on variations of similar paths will be incorporated into the life. This is the first time the Fragment begins to recognize the value of life in other species beyond itself. Energy and life force, as expressed in all its forms, begins to become deeply important to the fragment to be in harmony with. While the Fifth Sphere allows the fragment to see other fragments as extensions of self, the Sixth Sphere will build on this and find this extends to animals outside the realm of that fragment’s own Sentient Species. The fragment profoundly grasps that other beings are capable of relative fear and have relative emotional lives, too. From this Sphere a deep longing for what might be called “home” begins to motivate the life. Sphere Seven: This is the Sphere wherein the fragment finally grasps how to use all of the tools of the Body, the Physical Plane, and the Personality and finds the life unfolding, changing, and being created in profoundly acceptable ways. ALL limitations of the lifetime are found to be acceptable, while all of the possibilities are recognized as well. There is no division between Essence and Personality in any way. All Levels of Soul Age gained to that point are used effectively and appropriately. This is the Sphere where it is difficult to find anything ugly about life. A childlike innocence is regained and everything becomes new and fun again, without fear of anything. We include the “fear of fear” in that statement. Sphere Seven allows Fear as a tool appropriately. If fear is experienced, it is recognized as simply part of everything that is wondrous about the life. There are, of course, far more detailed descriptions of each Sphere of Awareness available, but we share this for you within the time frame available here. What we have shared should allow for adequate consideration. We will now take any questions you may have for us on this topic. [val] Can one be aware and functioning on several Spheres at once, i.e., I resonate with Spheres three through seven, I feel as if I’ve been there and living these Spheres, or is your essence setting up these stages to bring them to your awareness so that when you get there it feels like home. [M_Entity] Different Spheres of Awareness may be present within different contexts of your life. For instance, you may have Sphere 3 Awareness when in relationships, while having Sphere 4 in your Career. Your Awareness will fluctuate throughout the lifetime and you will recognize different time frames having different Spheres of Awareness as well. Although you progress through the lifetime to gain Spheres of Awareness, you will move “up and down” through the Spheres as relative to your experiences. Sphere One, for example, will ALWAYS be available in any lifetime. It is the Sphere of the heaviest of Karmic relationships. A fragment may have reached the Sphere Seven of Awareness in a lifetime, but a ribbon of Karma may be chosen to burn and the Awareness will then constrict to Sphere One as it is dealt with. [mdfsage] What is meant by “to find other animals outside the realm of that fragments sentience”? [M_Entity] In your case, the Awareness would begin to include strong resonance and recognition to beings who are NON-human. The recognition may only begin with the recognition of other ensouled beings, such as Cetacean and Gorillas, but eventually would include those beyond that. [val] How do we regain consciousness, and open this instinctive center to better communicate with essence? [M_Entity] In the interest of using the time available efficiently through this channel, we will say we have answered this question in other chats. These transcripts would be available through Troy or his web site. Troy, or other students, will direct you to those detailed responses. There are different ways each Essence Roles may find to open connections to Essence. [Kathryn41] If you advance through a soul age level within a life – say Old 3 to Old 4, do you start again at Sphere 1 of awareness and ‘lose’ the previous awareness, or do you overlap and keep that awareness and start over. How does that work? [M_Entity] These are rare and interesting lifetimes when a fragment transitions within a lifetime without taking on a new body. The Older Soul finds this process to be less confusing, but still have a great deal of challenge in this shifting. When a transition of Soul Age or a Soul Level occurs within a lifetime, yes, the Personality will undergo a great change in some way, even if only over a brief period of time. Considering that the Body will have not lost its memory, it is quite possible to regain those Spheres of Awareness within minutes. There is a process that occurs for those who move Soul Levels within a lifetime. We refer to that experience as an Octave Ending/Beginning, and would be another topic in itself. But to simplify the response, since the Body will not have been replaced, the evolution through the Monads and the Awareness Spheres will not have been lost when entering the new Soul Level. [sam-nemo] I thought 6 level was the heaviest level of karmic payback and most psychic not 1 or 4. [M_Entity] You are comparing the 6th Level of a Soul Age to the 6th Sphere of Awareness of Essence. They are completely different contexts. When in the 6th Level of a Soul Age, depending on the Soul Age, the lifetime may be submerged in Sphere One of Awareness or not. We realize English is a bit limited in our choices for describing progressions and evolution. We suggest that similar terms do not mean the same thing, necessarily, when in different context. For most Older Souls, Sphere Five of Awareness is quite common when experiencing the 6th Level of Soul Age. This allows for the life to be lived consciously, while still being free to indulge in the Karma. [sam-nemo] Therefore essence awareness lags soul age. [M_Entity] It may help to think of the Spheres of Awareness as being angles of perception toward an experience. In other words, as Awareness progresses, you move from only Personality experiencing, to Essence AND Personality being present for the experience. We are open to suggestions for more appropriately naming these 7 Spheres. And yes, Awareness Spheres may exceed or “lag” behind Soul Age, but eventually Awareness on the 7th Sphere must be reached as a means to move to the next Soul Level. [ClaireN] Please expand on the “true relationship between personality and the life” as mentioned in Sphere four. [M_Entity] It is the first time a fragment may consider that life happens FROM them, rather than TO them. It is the first time a fragment may realize that he or she may not only being learning how to choose, but also choosing how to learn. We will conclude here then. Good night to all of you.
