NYC MICHAEL SPEAKS LIVE: on Death & Dying

March 12, 2011

Note from Janet: This session was transcribed by Bobby from the original video of the session.

MEntity

Ok, give us a moment to settle in and we'll begin. Ok, Hello to each of you, as we come through, bear with us as we adjust to Troy's opening up to us a little bit more than he usually has to in his day to day channeling of us since it has been awhile since he's gone into a full trance for us so our communication may be halted or skewed in some way that will need correction and we will try to catch those as we communicate.

We understand that your discussion subject of today is the afterlife or the process of dying and experience in between lives and we'll try to explain this to you in a way that will not only use our teaching as a map to interpret that experience but if we can we will try to do it in a way that is applicable and not just something to ponder. In other words, knowing certain people in your life that may have died or may die and understanding that process from this exchange with us, may bring some peace to yourself and to the one who has died in a way that might not have been there without this information. It might also come in handy for each of you if you find yourselves in the process of facing your own deaths. However, knowing this or not knowing it will not make much difference because once you die you will have to deal with it anyway. No matter what your beliefs are, no matter what your philosophies are, your consciousness does continue beyond what you recognize as you in your current life. It does not end, it only evolves.

The consciousness that you will identify with though beyond this particular version of you is much broader than the you that you recognize in your day to day life and so there is some adjustment period to that. In the same way if you will you'll have to at some point embrace the totality of your lifetime as yourself as you age. It is not much different in that regard.

In other words, at 50 years old you still have experience being a 10 year old. And part of the process of living a fulfilled life and having transited all of the Internal Monads to a successful degree, which we will get to in a moment, we will elaborate on how they are involved, in order to have that sense of fulfillment, that sense of wholeness at the age of 50, we are just picking a random age, you must remember the 10 year old within you. You must embrace that. You must acknowledge that part of you has existed and had its own perspectives that have become integrated in who you are at 50 years old.

And the same applies beyond this life as a form of consciousness that explores the physical plane as yourself in this lifetime and as all of the other selves that you've been in other lifetimes. The process of that consciousness that existed throughout all of those, goes through stages of development or evolving towards wholeness and that evolution is the process of remembering or integrating all of the variations or all of the personalities that it has been.

The experience of your death is often dictated by where you are in the process of your internal monads. All of the internal monads are not properly or appropriately processed during a lifetime so some for instance may be stuck in the 2nd Internal Monad and even at the age of 50 or 60 when that individual dies will have an afterlife that is often relative to the fact that he or she is stuck in the 2nd Internal Monad and the same thing applies to the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th. Just to recap and to have it on record as part of the information relative to the topic, we will go over the 7 Internal Monads although we know that most of you are aware of them in our teaching.

  • The 1st one of course is birth, the process of staying alive.
  • The 2nd is your autonomy marked most often by your realization that you can walk or that you're independently mobile from your creator which is your parents or the identified caretakers for you in that lifetime.
  • The 3rd is your independence which is often marked by your rebellion as a teenager in the process of becoming your own personal resource within the lifetime.
  • The 4th is your manifestation of Essence or your becoming yourself and that is the process of relinquishing all of the imprinting that has been imposed upon you by your caretakers, your school, your culture, your society, and deciding from that pool of imprinting and influence on your nature what is true to you and then building upon that. It's basically the process of returning to a sense of innocence and enthusiasm for your life and liking yourself.
  • The 5th Internal Monad is then the process of stripping away even your own sense of identity in the sense that you no longer are attached to who you by your own definition have decided you are and you recreate yourself.

This is the recreation stage. This usually happens in what is often referred to as the senior citizen stages of life and this is where you strip yourself of everything you have thought you were and you build from scratch. And this does not mean that you lose everything that you thought you were but that you are not identified with it any longer and you learn how to play with the life that you've created. Where the 4th Internal Monad might be described as your process of discovering or creating your sense of purpose, the 5th Internal Monad would be the process of creating or discovering your sense of play.

  • The 6th Internal Monad is the realization, the profound realization, that you are going to die and quite often includes the onset of what will kill you.

In some cases this is obvious and in some cases this is not... and the acceptance of the fact that you will die, the acceptance your mortality. It could be said that the 6th Internal Monad then is your stripping away of the lifetime to allow room for the broader consciousness that you are as you exit the lifetime.

  • Then of course, the 7th Internal Monad is the exiting of the lifetime.

Birth and death may seem to be a given as they are correlations to the 1st and 7th Internal Monads but just because you are born does not mean completed or successfully processed the birth monad and just because you died does not mean you completed or processed the 7th Internal monad. Those are just markers for those internal monads and to die does not necessarily mean that you have accepted that you are dead just like being born does not mean that you accept that you are alive.

Based on where you are in the process of those personal rites of passage, those 7 Internal Monads, has an effect on what you experience directly after the lifetime. So that if you are in the 2nd Internal Monad, stuck there for the life which would basically mean that you are dependent, co-dependent to a great degree, and having difficulty separating from those who you might think are responsible for you. This would affect how you process your afterlife. So that when you die, your 1st experiences will be the completion or the attempt to complete or process that 2nd Internal Monad. Because what happens is, in every single lifetime you will pick up where you left off in the process of the 7 Internal Monads.

So that if you are stuck in the 2nd Internal Monad in this life, in the next life you will catch up to that point. You will still go through the 1st and 2nd Internal Monad but you must move beyond that, into the 3rd Internal Monad, or beyond if possible and if not then the next life you build upon that. Because those 7 Internal Monads but be properly and successfully transited in order for you to be able to move from one soul age level to the next. And this is not a cosmic rule in place, it is simply our way of interpreting the process and that is a consistent process that those 7 rites of passage must be integrated and processed fully before you can move to the next level of awareness or integration that were were just describing earlier. If you are stuck in the 3rd Internal Monad then of course that would more than likely the experience that many have described as the dichotomy as heaven and hell or some push pull that causes the consciousness to have to go through a process of rebellion and fight with itself after the life to come into it's own. And then of course, that process is over, when that process is over, the consciousness can then begin to plan the next life.

But those initial moments or years depending on your perspective and what version of time you are translating the experience through are dictated by the personality's experience of the life, the overall consciousness that is your Essence. In other words, just because you have died so many times before does not make the next death an extension of those previous deaths. It is relative to the personality in the current lifetime. Your personality gets to decide what it experiences after it dies. It is not always a sudden realization that you are more than what you thought you were. That is a process after dying.

Now before we continue on, we will stop here for a moment to ask if you have any questions about what's been shared so far.

Question: If you die and you've only gotten up to the 3rd Internal Monad does that mean that now you're faced with the death monad, you're not going to accept that you're dead? I thought you said the completion of that monad means you've accepted that you're dead. But if you're only gotten up to the 3rd monad in your life, how does that, what does that mean?

MEntity: Yes, this is where it gets a little complex in terms of how the levels are processed but we will try to explain it to you that as you progress through the internal monads and you have a personality that is stuck in the 3rd internal monad and it's afterlife is a process of completing that 3rd internal monad or at least processing as much of it as possible, in linear terms, that effort contributes to next lifetime. However, the personality that did not move beyond that remains "alive" in it's own time frame so that when there is finally a personality that does complete the 7th Internal Monad, then it can go back and collect all the personalities from that soul age level. Until then, that personality is for lack of terms, stuck in its own process. Does this makes sense to you?

Question: The personality doesn't die with the body?

MEntity:

No. The personality that is designed as a part of the body dies but the template that the body was created from, which came first, the template came first, continues. When your Essence designed your personality before a lifetime starts, it starts with one of the overleaves and that becomes the core of that personality.

For instance, if your Essence decides to choose the Attitude first that Attitude becomes its own form of consciousness around which the rest of the overleaves are constructed. And then, those overleaves are a part of what contributes to the genetics of, or what is activated in the body that is created for the lifetime. Each body is a pool of genes and the overleaves are what plucks out or activates particular genes or DNA that becomes who you are in a lifetime.

And so, while that physical counterpart does die, the template or overleaves do not. To make it easier to understand because we sense that you are not fully grasping what we are saying or we are not conveying it clearly enough, think of the concept of a soul that is not the same thing that what we use to reference your Essence so that soul inhabits the body and that soul continues on after the lifetime is over and those could be described as fragments of the Essence. Of course we would not like that to be a terminology or a part of our teaching but it is true that your Essence fragments itself in the same way that the Cadres fragment themselves and the Essence collects those fragments back up in the same way that the Cadre collects its fragments back up. So the you that you are here will extend beyond this lifetime and will be collected with all the other versions of your Essence to make up a whole that is the consciousness that you are. Is there another way that we could describe this that might make it easier to understand or are we being clear?

Question: So you're using the word Soul synonymously with personality and its a fragment of your Essence?

MEntity: Yes, we just threw that in as a means to help you to see that the personality or the template that activates the personality is a fragment of your Essence and therefore has its own version of consciousness.

Question: And it lives on past the body... that is a new concept and I've never heard of it.

MEntity: Yes, and this is why, and this may help you to comprehend. This is why there can be "hauntings" while the Essence continues to evolve because the personality remains behind as the haunting and the Essence continues to evolve and once it gets to a point where it is evolved enough it will go back and collect the personality that has remained behind so to speak as a part of that haunting. So just because there is a haunting does not mean that the Essence that is associated with that particular lifetime or personality that might be the haunting is stuck... it does not mean that. It continues. It has its own management system for all of the lifetimes and is not dictated by one personality. If the Essence evolution was dictated by any individual personality, it would be very difficult to get past the 1st lifetime. But at the end of every soul age level, all of the personalities relative to that level are collected, integrated, and the new level is begun. If this is new information it is only because the questions have not been asked. And this is why we qualified the response with the fact that it is a bit complicated because it means that you exist in all of these various forms in microcosmic and macrocosmic fashion so to speak and that can sometimes be difficult to understand. Any other questions?

Question: I had one more question on that same topic. So then is it possible for your soul who is stuck here as a ghost we'll say, is it possible for you to reincarnate while there is some part of you stuck someplace else?

MEntity: Yes. Your Essence is a vast energy source. And, all of the lifetimes and all of the parallel versions of one lifetime, all of the concurrents which are when you incarnating in multiple bodies on the planet as well as your past and future lifetime, all only take what would be the equivalent of approximately 1% of the focus for your Essence. All of those combined. So that gives you some indication of the vastness of your Essence and why it can manage so many variations of itself and allow for the personalities to evolve on their own time frame in a way that does not interfere with those because its got its own higher perspective.

Question: See I knew that, but I think what's new is the separation of the two terms essence and soul. I always thought of them as being synonymous. And also of the concept of the personality outliving the body... that's new, right?

MEntity: Yes, we would suggest not being hung up on Soul versus Essence terminology. We only offered that as one way of differentiating between that which is involved in the activation of the personality versus that which created it. But if it helps you to keep things clearer, then keeping with our terminology, it is not amiss to describe it as a fragment of your Essence or as you put it, the personality exceeds the body. Those would be accurate ways of describing it as well. The term Soul can be interchanged with the term Essence but it's a highly charged word so we usually don't usually use it.

Question from the chat room: So what is taking place in the time of waiting for the level to complete with the personalities?

MEntity:

Well, we would like to remind you that time outside of the physical plane is a little bit different in its experience and becomes even more relevant to the individuals personalities perception. Time has an emotional factor. It is an emotional experience therefore the Astral plane where you go in between lives or more accurately we would say you focus between lives is an emotional plane. And therefore, because that becomes the basis of experience, time is extremely flexible and those who are in between lives and the personalities who are "waiting" do not have the same perception of time while you are waiting on the physical plane. So the lifetime, we will give the example that is completely random, randomly chosen, the lifetime that might have been stuck at the 3rd Internal Monad and died will go through its process and contribute to the overall evolution of the Essence. But once its done and by done we mean has had its own version of a realization it can do whatever it wants.

And so the personality can realize it has a completely new world with which to create life and it literally lives out another life or as many as it wants on the astral plane. These are purely, for lack of a better term, entertainment or novelty lifetimes in the sense that they do not contribute a great amount of evolution to the Essence. Because once the realization is there that anything can be created in the astral plane which is very malleable and emotions and your thoughts manifest much quicker, then the process is not met with much challenge. So for instance, if there was a part of you that thought you were going to burn in hell when it died, it will burn in hell as long as it thinks it's supposed to and then it will eventually realize that that's not necessary. And on the other side of what that personality though it was suppose to experience relative to where it evolved within the lifetime, it will then be greeted by those fragments who are familiar to it and oriented toward the astral plane so that it then can enjoy itself while it waits.

Question: so it's like a really fun waiting room?

MEntity: Yes, but not quite. We caution on too much emphasis on the term "wait" because the experience is not one of waiting. It is not quite that experience of time that you perceive it to be from here. But it's process of waiting can give it the opportunity to explore many different ideas and creative endeavors and eventually find an interest in its own origins and its own part in the process of Essence's evolution and becomes integrated eventually. The personality that ends up fulfilling the 7th Internal Monad and all of them within the single lifetime does not have that same "waiting period" because its lifetime became that same process that the others did post lifetime. Because the more consciousness that you bring to your physical plane experiences and to your creation of your lifetime the more Essence is involved and that level of integration of consciousness within the lifetime, having the physical lifetime be the meeting ground between the tangible and the intangible or the personality and the Essence, is the same process that all the other personalities had to go through while they waited while that final personality in that soul age level did it within the lifetime.

Question: I have a question. So if, let's say you're at, I mean you're at your soul age and your soul level and in a lifetime does that, goes all the way through, the next lifetime will that also go all the way through or does it automatically bump you up to the next level?

MEntity: Re-ask your question.

Question: Sorry, so let's say my last, we'll use me, let's say my last lifetime went through all the way and the seamstress completed the 7th Internal Monad. So this lifetime, the one after that, would I also then complete all the way through the 7th level or 7th Internal Monad because she did or...

MEntity: Not if it's the first lifetime of the next level...

Question: But what if it's not? Well I mean it is for me.

MEntity: Once you have had one personality transit all of the 7 Internal Monads successfully, any subsequent lifetime can then do so if it focuses on the perspective of that same soul age level. So while someone may have completed the 7th Internal Monad and completed the 3rd level of the Old Soul age the following lifetime can then focus and more easily accomplish all of those 7 Internal MOnads if the lifetime remains with a perspective of the 3rd level of the Soul age. Even though technically, it is 4th level Old Soul at that point. And that is how the concept of manifesting soul age has come into play.

Question: So, if I, since she finished early I think intuitively that because of having connection with her regarding her death I think that she would have completed the 7th Internal Monad and since I had the ability to transfer from the 3rd level to the 4th level this lifetime then I'm thinking she must have. So, if I focus on the 3rd level then I would more easily complete the 7th Internal Monad but if I focus on the 4th level, because I am on the 4th level, then I probably wont? Or do I still have the ability to do that?

MEntity: You can knock out so to speak all of the 7 Internal Monads in one lifetime or one level. There is no rule to it and they do become easier with more experience although each lifetime is isolated to what that personality decides or develops into its capacity for processing those rites of passages and they can always be thrown off and get stuck but you could go through all 7 Internal Monads multiple times during one soul age level if you chose to do so. But as your soul ages, the amount of times or the amount of lifetimes it takes to transit a soul age level exponentially becomes less.

Question: Could it be one?

MEntity: Yes.

Question: Or half of one?

MEntity:

Yes it can. For the most part there are at least on average 7 lifetimes per level your particular Cadre or Energy Ring is not average and we do not say that as a compliment but we say that as a matter of statistics. Another layer that may be of interest in the process of evolution in the lifetimes, the end of each lifetime and the process afterward, is that each of the levels, or rather each of the soul ages, is a process of developing a certain kind of relationship with your Essence.

And so, for instance, the entire process of the infant soul age, is a process of developing an instinctive relationship with your Essence. It is a process of developing your instinctive center to a degree that it holds as much experience and memory and wisdom as possible between lifetimes. So the entire Infant Soul age is about programming, if you will, the memory disk that will be taken from each lifetime and moved into the next lifetime and built upon.

The Baby soul age is entirely about developing a more cohesive union or co-creative relationship your Essence and this is why those who are Baby souls often have that sense of dichotomy with their Essence because they're developing that relationship with their Essence and they will call it God and they will call it angels, they will call it whatever it is that will personify it in a way that develops that communication and communion that part of themselves. And over the process of the Baby soul age, they will eventually grasp that they are the same thing or that they are one but in that process will personify Essence to whatever degree helps to develop a relationship the Essence.

The Young soul age is all about the rebellion from that communion or that co-creative process and during the Young soul age the personalities have the most running amock of any of the soul ages because personality is, now that they have been born from the process of realizing that personality is also as valid and powerful if you will as Essence, then it thinks it can do everything on its own and doesn't need that sense of Essence or that sense of soul. And so during the Young soul phase, the personalities reject Essence more often than not and dive right into the physical plane and try to get as much out of it on their own as a means to prove that they are just as much powerful and valid as they have discovered Essence is. Over time however, the difference personalities that are a part of that Young soul age begin to realize that the materials to work with on the physical plane are quite limiting and that is the nature of the physical plane. And while certain things can be attained physically on the physical plane such as money and wealth and fame and fortune and physical stimulation, it is limited to the physical plane and it does not carry forward to any great degree of satisfaction beyond the physical plane. And that is the process of realizing that there is more to life than the physical plane and then it is a process of developing an emotional relationship with your Essence or an intimacy with your Essence.

Where the Baby soul age is about the recognition of the validation of Essence or the soul if you will, the Mature soul age is about the intimacy that develops from that and the emphasis becomes more about co-creative process and working with your Essence to create the lifetime. And the emphasis becomes more about what will be carried forward from the lifetime rather than what will be left behind. Your cars and your cash will be left behind but your relationships will not for instance.

The Old soul age then is about the expression of your Essence into the physical plane. It is no longer about the co-creative process. It is no longer about the communion process. It is no longer about accomplishing. But it is about actually being your Essence or being your soul while here. And so, the emphasis turns towards spirituality and a very profound process of manifesting more of who you are outside of the physical plane here and bringing that consciousness to the process than it is about just living. Because your Essence is basically just blind, has no feeling, has no capacity of experiencing the physical plane without the personalities, so overall of those lifetimes it eventually gets invited in a way that is quite profound during the Old soul age. And then, you're faced with the paradox of your Essence of finally being manifested in a way that gets to experience the physical plane fully while the personality craves going home or the integration process that will eventually occur and that wil why so many old souls tend to feel tire or bored with the physical plane or not as fulfilled by it and not as interested in it because it knows there is so much more beyond it. While your Essence is, forgive the pun, thrilled to death that it is able to experience the physical plane so fully. Any other questions regarding...

Question: Well XXX and I had a lot of conversation about that TV show that he watched where everybody saw the white light and then people and loved one and stuff like that, so what is your perception or your take on what happens? Do you see loved ones? Are they manifestation of those people coming to greet you or are they just aspects of yourself that shows you what you think you want to see or expect to see? Like the person going to hell, goes to hell. You know, I think that I probably will see other lifetimes waiting to greet me. So, will that be what I'll see because that's what I think I'll see?

MEntity: Those who truly die are not always "greeted" on the other side because part of the process of dying includes going through what that individual expected to go through. And not very often does the personality know what to expect or it has become so programmed in what to expect that there is no room for greetings on the other side. But those who have near death experiences quite often have their support groups on the other side because the lifetime is not over and the process is one of escorting if you will the consciousness back to the body in a way that is either part of that life's plans so that it affects the life in a way that gets built upon or just happens to be something that the personality experienced and becomes a part of its experience. So, whether there are those loved ones or fragments of the self, other personalities that you've been on the other side waiting to greet you, the potential is always there for that but it is not consistent and it is always dependent on the personality. Those who return however are quite often greeted because they are not there to experience their afterlife. They are there to be returned.

Question: So everybody tends to see what they think they're going to see with their interpretation of what happens to you after life ends. So if somebody isn't coming back and you really are dying but they think they're going to see that then they see that?

MEntity:

If by "that" you mean loved ones greeting them ... of course, yes. Most of you who are Old souls when you die don't experience much difference from what you're experiencing just before because the consciousness is to a certain degree that allows the transition to feel as if you've shifted perspective.

Because the more you manifest Essence within the lifetime, the less shocking the process of dying is because you will already have been who you are on the other side or the larger part of who you are and so the process is quite simple. And so while you know yourself as XXX and you know yourself in this body, that will be part of transition as simply stepping out of context of living but still having everything familiar quite comfortable but a lot more maleable and you will then you will be greeted by those you might want to see or experience and you will still have a relationship with those who are still on the physical plane even if they're not aware of it. By relationship, we mean that they have a counterpart of themselves that can accommodate you in the afterlife in the way that is familiar to you. That does not mean you have a relationship to the physical version.

Chatroom question: So if one had a concurrent at say Mature level 7 and he transited the 7th Internal Monad, as *you* as his concurrent and living would you experience the soul age/level intra-life change?

MEntity:

You could. Yes. If you have overlapping lifetimes which is not uncommon especially with the older soul ages and one lifetime has progressed to a certain point that could contribute to a concurrent's evolution, it can. Very rarely that capitalized upon because it is very important to each personality to feel as if the progress is its own. What it will do is contribute to the Essence's evolution and depending on the concurrent personality that is still alive and its relationship to that Essence, it can pull that in as part of its influence in the lifetime but it is not imposed or suddenly realized in the lifetime. We'll pause for a moment...

What we'll talk about next then is how to apply this information that might be useful at some point. To return to a question that was asked earlier about whether one lifetime can be transited as a soul level because all of the internal monads were processed, we would like to add that for the most part, the 1st three internal monads are quite often processed fairly easily and quickly for the older soul. And if there is any point to which it is stuck which extends the need for multiple lifetimes for a level it is at the 3rd rather the 4th or 5th internal monads. It is not uncommon for some fragments to be stuck at the 4th Internal Monad for several lifetimes before they are able to move on.

Question: If I could ask you a question that is the reverse of XXX's before you move on. What I was told by a channel who wasn't a Michael channel that my last lifetime was that I died as a young boy in France during WWII. Let's say hypothetically true because I can't validate it, I obviously would have died at the 2nd monad/3rd monad and obviously I haven't transited all my monads when I came into this life so how affect me starting ?into a new lifetime not having completed all the monads in the last lifetime?

MEntity:

As with most of existence, there are no hard set rules to the process. There are only consistencies and general guidelines and so we cannot say because that happened here is what happened but we can say that the death of a personality early in its lifetime can mean multiple things. It can mean it simply died and yes it did not have a chance to go through many internal monads but this has no bearing on where it had reached in the previous lifetimes even if it were 2 or 3 lifetimes previous to that. If any lifetime previous to that reached or processed an internal monad up to for instance a 6th Internal Monad then if the 3 subsequent lifetimes died early it has no bearing on the following lifetime that may have then lived to go through all 7 Internal Monads. It will not set you back in other words.

The life must be, or the personality, the physical body must be alive 7 years for it to have a personality that needs to go through any processing. So any lifetime or any personality that dies before the age of 7, we say this as a general number, its integrated almost immediately with Essence because it did not get to a stage of autonomy. It did not get to a stage of completion of that 2nd Internal Monad for that lifetime. And, it takes up to 7 years for your Essence to even become a part of that personality because it takes at least 7 years for the consciousness to develop a way that can connect to that Essence more directly. The other reasons why it can be because the 7th Internal Monad was not processed and despite the fact that the physical body did not have a linear progression through the rites of passage. If the body is born long enough and has a consciousness and dies, that short life can be specifically to process the 7th Internal Monad.

Question: Does that often lead to a walk-in?

MEntity: No, if we understand you question correctly, no.

Question: My question was if a lifetime was created just for the completion of the 7th Internal Monad would another soul walk in?

MEntity: If the body did not die, because with the 7th Internal Monad now it gets a little complicated because there are different arcs of the internal monads that get processed. There is the Essence level, the process of moving through your soul age level and then there is the individual process that happens for each personality. And so, the 7th Internal Monad that was necessary for the Essence to evolve can happen within a lifetime without the body dying. And at that point, yes, the Essence can withdraw from the lifetime and another Essence walk in to take over that physical body. We realize all of this sounds quite creative.

Question: Isn't that what it's all about?

MEntity:

We would agree. so, to answer your question, no it does not necessarily lead to a walk-in situation but if the body or the personality generated would like to stay alive it can take on another Essence for the remainder of that lifetime. By all intents and purposes, it would be a separate person. It would be a different person altogether even if the body were the same. Walk-ins only make up less than 5% of incarnations so it is not quite that common on a cosmic scale. Well, we gave that number as a peak number at any given time it's never more than 5% of incarnations that are occurring.

Now what we would suggest for you as far as applying this information if you choose to do so is that in your day to day living it is helpful for you to work on the manifestation of your Essence or the realization that you have an Essence and to explore that concept and to bring that into your day to day functioning in a way that matters to you. You cannot help but be your Essence in a lifetime because that is who you are to some extent whether you reject it or not. But the more you embrace it and the more conscious you become of it, the more tap into resources that are available to you reject the concept of having an Essence.

Question: Resources such as?

MEntity:

Energy, enthusiasm, creativity to name a few. Embracing your Essence means you allow or create opportunities in your life to shine. And by shine, that is the moment where you feel as if you are fully being who you are. Manifesting Essence does not mean that you live everyday as a soul or an Essence with some notion that because you are immortal you can do whatever you want and not suffer the consequences of the physical plane.

That is not what we mean by manifesting Essence. Manifesting Essence or your Essence role means creating or allowing moments in your life that may last for great lengths of time or may last for short periods of time where you are exactly who you think you are everything you aspire to be. And those are the moments you are manifesting Essence. It also shows up when you are in any moment for a short period or length of time liking the life that you are living. And sometimes, there are conditions within the life that make it less likeable. But, liking the life does not mean settling with the life. It mean understanding your place in that larger pattern that is your life and knowing that you can navigate it in some way that can create or allow more than what you have or what you like at the moment.

So, liking it is not a conclusive state but a process and liking who you are. So to that degree, knowing this information and being able to let the life... the process of bringing more of your consciousness into the experience of physical plane in your life and applying that creatively and using it as a form of navigation for the life and manifesting more of who you are in a way that you like makes the process of dying much more comfortable than if you hate the life, do not like who you are, and feel stuck or trapped. Those particular states within the lifetime are the most difficult or some of the most difficult to process upon death. And so, bringing more of you into the life or more of your Essence into the life is a way of making death more livelier if you will. For those time of when you know of someone who is dying, it can be a direct or indirect form of support if you know anything about that individual's life and where he or she may have come to in his or her process in internal monads. It can help you to psychically or emotionally or even directly help that fragment or that personality in its transition. And, this will not what time you make this realization. If this is somebody from your past, you can actually contribute to their process of transition by offering insight, offering support, remembering that loved one in loving ways and this contributes to their own personal process of evolution. It's not limited by time.

If you know someone had difficulty getting beyond their rebellious stage for instance then it might be someone who is also going to go through that in the afterlife. Then if this is something that you know or sense, you can use your imagination as a tool and is not something that just generates fantasies but is actually a tool, an effective tool, can be used to imagine yourself helping this person realize that he or she does not have to burn in hell for instance or suffer beyond the lifetime. If you know of someone who is at least to the point where they have faced the prospect of death and have realized that there is a mortality, you can help in the transition by not holding on to that one version of that person after he or she has died. You can help contribute to their evolution by allowing them to "go" while still missing them or loving them or craving them. But if you are locked onto them in a way that keeps them focused on you and your comfort, it's very difficult to focus on their own process. And so assuring them that you're ok and assuring them that you understand goes to great lengths to contributing to their evolution and their process.

So those are the 2 most applicable way we think you could use this information in any way that might be symbolically helpful to you. Though we think it goes beyond symbolic. Being who you are and finding and creating those moments you can be that and letting go of those who have passed while still loving them. Those 2 things quite simple and to some of you, obvious, but very powerful.

Question: I'm not sure how this really applies but would holding onto something after it dies, would that affect them continuing on?

MEntity:

No. There is absolutely no effect... the truth is there is absolutely no effect between you and a deceased animal and between you and a deceased human or sentient, fellow sentient being. When we suggested letting go of an individual who has passed, it is not because of your not letting go hinders the fragment but that personality who has died will more than likely tend to your needs and stick around as a form of support rather than focus on its own process. Not because it has to but because it might want to. And so, you're letting go contributes to the process of their evolution but you're not letting go doesn't hinder it if this is clearer. when it comes to animals that you have become close to, and their passing, because it is a completely different dynamic of consciousness, there is no personality involved that extends beyond the animal itself. There is a consciousness that represents the animal but it is not defined in the way that sentient consciousness has personalities. You may see personalities in your animals because they do personify various overleaves. For instance, a dog will not have a complex personality but may have embodied an Attitude or may have embodied a Mode or may have embodied a Goal depending on its breed. And so, it could be said that animals are made up of one or two of what could be called overleaves so there is not the same template that carries forward as it is quickly absorbed back into the hive soul.

And while you as an individual can recognize the consciousness of the animal and still see and interpret a personality from that it is in no way a relationship that is hindered or affected by your hanging onto or letting go. Any other questions regarding this subject?

Question: I have a question. For example, my mother died quite young and it seems like she always shows up when I'm with a medium or a channeling session with a medium, my mother always shows up. It seems like she likes to hang around me alot. So I was wondering, if you die in your 40's and you haven't incurred all of your monads would you possibly hang around a child for unfinished business like as oppose to my grandmother who never shows up but she completed all her monads. She died very old. She never shows up.

MEntity:

Yes, as part of the process of an internal monad, depending on where the individual was in their death, part of that process can be working through emotional elements, not physical ones and not anything relative to the physical plane. Anything that is on an emotional level can be done without bodies and therefore the personality despite of it not having a body can "hang around" and still have an emotional exchange with you.

Because, even while you are here physical, every time you sleep, you free yourself and more of your consciousness to astral plane and therefore can work things out in dream state or even if you're conscious in your daily life and you have a rich emotional life it can be the meeting ground for non-physical relationships. If that were not the case, you would not be able to have guides and you would not be able to have the sort of non-physical support each of you do have in every lifetime whether you are aware of it or not.

Question: So it made no difference then that she didn't finish all of her monads essentially because if you can have the same relationship with guides as well as a parent it wouldn't have mattered what point she died right?

MEntity: Mattered in what sense.

Question: The fact that we still have this relationship... nonphysical...

MEntity: Yes, relationships can continue after death if the individual such as yourself is open to that and it's a mutual relationship. Sometimes what can happen is that the person who is left behind so to speak in a physical body can stay attached to their idea of the individual who has died and while that individual my have continued evolving and even be in another life, a counterpart or what we'll call a counterpart representative of that other individual can still focus on having a relationship with you for your sake. Because, as we said earlier, it does not take much to generate these personalities and variations of focus. Does this answer your question?

Question: Yes.

MEntity: To extend upon that, the relationship may not be working on anything but simply being there as a form of support a general form of opportunity for you to evolve your perception of that individual as well. Because, the individual who died within your lifetime died at a certain point in your lifetime that had a certain perspective of that person. That same vision so to speak of that individual will look different in 10 to 15 to 20 years. And so, in 20 years your relationship to what you may remember as your mother may evolve and have worked out issues related to that individual. And so, a counterpart or a version of your mother can still be in a relationship with you even though its non-physical for that reason. Which mean, you can talk to those personalities, you can exchange information. And while you may dismiss it and your imagination or creative thinking it can still be helpful to you in working things out. There is much more to say about this topic and we've touched on it in a rather roundabout way because we did not have a clear subject posed to us by Troy so we just dove in with what seemed the most relevant for this layer of information about this topic but we can be asked again in a different way and reveal more details or more layers that may be of interest to you. We think we have time for one round of personal questions if you choose to use that time. We will do our best to respond and so you may begin with those if there are any.

Question: So, I've touched upon this before last time we talked about my job making me really bitchy and aggravated all the time and it's really affected me so strongly. I did take, I heard strongly what you said about, it doesn't have to be. I don't have to commit to it for the rest of my life and so the option for change is there. Its kind of freed me up a little bit. It's gotten a little less horrible for me. But I have noticed that I'm a little uncomfortably jaded I guess maybe and I kind of want back that feeling of, I don't know... it sounds so stupid, sort of like that youthful feeling that everything is going to be ok. It's not that I don't think everything is going to be ok because I do. I'm just a little bitchy about it. It feels so oddly uncomfortable to me and there's got to be some sentence that I can tell myself or remind myself that lets that edge off. Because I keep saying, I should start drinking or something. I gotta do something to take the edge off. I feel like I'm so close and that I want to tip it over and make that extra little bit be back to my usually happy self. I miss that person and I feel like she's withered and died... people stepped on her like gum. I don't know how to ask it. I'm looking for something I can do for myself as a reminder that's going to help click something in my brain or my body or my soul or my Essence or my something...

MEntity: Our response to that is a very simple response and that would be to do something more for yourself. And by this we mean, to point out that any you who develop a routine that becomes so entrenching that you've lost your sense of self often you only need to throw a wrench in the works by doing something different by bringing you back to yourself. By that we mean, do not think that your commitment to these routines is a condemnation but first to recognize it is a choice and there is a payoff in that choice that is benefiting you to some degree. But what you would want to do to add to the ingredients of your day to day life is to add something more to compliment it and by that we mean, to do something different with the time that is yours and not your company's.

Question: I'm so exhausted by the end of the day I can barely get home.

MEntity: Your exhaustion is relative to your lack of doing something more for yourself. It is not just because of the routine. It is because you are not doing more that rejuvenates you. What you need is rejuvenation, not rest. What you would want to do is decide in your month ahead, in your next 30 days for an example, where on your calendar and time frames you can plan and do something that is a gift for yourself or a time that is rejuvenating or doing things that you have decided are rejuvenating. And what you will find, even with an hour of something that is rejuvenating and is your choice can zero out the exhaustion from eight hours of routine. So the irony here is that in your doing so much that you don't like you simple need to do more of what you do like.

Question: so I can just start out by doing just one thing a week...

MEntity: Yes, but we would say not something that needs to be on a weekly basis but can even be on a monthly basis and even just looking forward to it can negate a great deal of the exhaustion knowing that you have a treat...

Question: I have been looking forward to going home to visit my parents and I have felt pretty good this whole because of the excitement about going...

MEntity: Rejuvenation returns you to your enthusiasm and your enthusiasm returns you to your Essence and having more of your Essence present is what's considered what you've described as your "youthful, happy-go-lucky self" where everything is ok and so the 1st step then is that rejuvenation. Next question...

Question: I have a question. So I a guy named Leo and we've seemed to hit it off and I wanted to know if we have any agreements between each other?

MEntity: No. This appears to be one that you would have to generate those agreements after more time together but no pre-existing agreements appear to have been brought to the relationship. Having a lack of pre-agreements does not mean having a lack of capacity for making agreements and so that will be up to you what you do with this relationship.

Question: It's interesting that you brought up about trying to live more and asking to bring Essence through and so what I've been really working on this last year is... I have a post-it note of a comment that Michael made and it must have been another chat or another channeling session where you said that old souls live through their body and experience joy and so on... it's still tough for me to embrace Essence. I'm hoping that I will get comfortable enough in my own skin that I may investigate a mate agreement before my last monad. So my question is, do I have any mate agreements in New York City?

MEntity:

Yes, you do. First we will back up to say that in your process of liking who you are is a reflection of embracing more of your Essence or bringing more of your Essence into the personality and the lifetime and manifesting your true personality. Some of this is relative to physical conditions that you've placed on whether you like yourself or not and we bring this up so that it is not attached those particular things if you can identify them. But that the true manifestation of your Essence, in a way that would be consistent, would have no attachments to conditions and so we bring this up so all of you can add to what were were saying earlier, that manifesting your Essence and being more of who you are, creating or finding those opportunities to shine are ok to have conditions in place for but the less conditions in place, the more consistent the experience of liking who you are. For example, some of you only like yourselves if a lot of people give you feedback that they like you. And this makes you like yourself more... we're speaking generally at this point as an example. That is a valid process in returning you to liking who you are and to expose you to the experience of liking who you are but if it is only dependent on the conditions that others continually feedback that they like you then the consistency of liking yourself is lost. Does this make sense?

So your 3 mate agreements appear to be:

1) a Sage who appears to be... our records depend upon many factors in updating for fragments who are still incarnating so we will do the best we can so that there is a validation.... and we will say that this fragment appears to be living on the upper east side currently and one of the validation factors is a nostalgia or a current passion for baseball

2) The other appears to be a Server who is not actively working but aspiring to work in the alternative medicine or healing field. The validation factor for this individual might be a scar that may indicate the removal of an appendix or surgery of some sort but it appears to be on the left side of the body. There is a story that goes with it that is relative to something that got botched

3) And the 3rd agreement looks to be an Artisan. This one, comes with it, some turbulence in getting to know each other so that would be one validation factor. The Artisan... the validation factor... and we don't know why this is a part of the process but is quite offensive at first and has a proud interest in ceramics that have been made that find unappealing and that might be the way you validate that mate agreement. Are there any other questions?

Question: I have a quick question. I hope it will be either a yes or no. Did XXX, did I hear her or was that just my imagination or was I dreaming, after she died?

MEntity: This appears to have been a valid experience. Your hearing is one of your senses that can get amped to include ranges that would be considered to be physical and...

Question: My hearing or one's hearing in general?

MEntity:

One's hearing in general but we're speaking about you right now so that you hear things that others cannot that have a more subtle range that could be picked up on devices that may or may not be in existence at this time. No, these are not cloaked sounds we are speaking of.

If there are no other questions then we will conclude here and say goodbye.
