It's about that time of year again when we shift our Platforms!

 

WHAT IS A PLATFORM?

If you are unfamiliar with a Platform, it is Michael's way of describing a theme that is of interest to Essence for a period of time. Essence will extract from any and every experience something that helps contribute to exploring that theme. This happens whether we are aware of our Platform, or not, but when we know our Platform, it can help contribute to our sense of Manifesting Essence and living as Essence. Platforms can shed light on patterns within patterns we may have missed. These are not predictions and they don't describe your year ahead. They only describe a subtle theme that you are working on for Essence, even if you do not realize it. Platforms shift around April and May of each year. Your report includes the Platform Theme and commentary directly from Michael elaborating on the theme.

 

WHAT IS A PLATFORM PARTY?

Instead of ordering these like a normal session, we order these in advance and then all of us receive them at the same time on the same day via email. The Platform Party is just for fun and a great way to catch up and chat with each other and share our Platforms as we receive them. You do not have to be present at the Platform Party to receive your Platform. The party is just for fun. Platforms are emailed out to everyone who arrives at the Party. If you do not attend the Party, you will receive yours soon after the Party.

 

HOW TO ORDER YOUR PLATFORM?

Go to the Services Calendar, scroll down to SPECIALS, select the Platform Party, find May 5th and select it. Place order. You are now all set! Ordering in advance ensures I will have everyone's Platform ready for the party! And no, these do not interfere with my backlog.

 

We have a lot of fun at these Parties, especially when we get to see and talk to one another, and the sharing of Platforms is a really wonderful community event that raises our spirits and generates great discussions.

WooHoo!!!  I'm looking forward to it! I love a Party! I've read, and can vouch for, "Lets have a Party!" being a frequent C1E5 theme. Maybe it's a Sage Entity thing.  :jumping:

I don't know much about platform but I jumped on the bandwagon! It will be super interesting to compare our new themes.

 

Although we are an Artisan entity, we have the most Sages around ?, so I guess C1E2 are naturally interested in parties too @Maureen

And C1E7 are picking up the pieces after the parties. All the caring Servers and Priests you know (...except some Scholars  lying on the floor and refusing to go home...)

For this we'll probably try to do the video chat via the option on the site.  I would also sign into the regular text chat option as well since there will like be way more traffic trying to access video than it can accommodate sucessfully.  For those new to this process, the Platforms are for the most part done ahead of time and then trickeled out via email during the Platform Party.  The video is for just discussing anything about one's own Platform or others that we find intriguing but it's not how you will receive your Platform.

 

I'm on both and nothing happening that I can see

I'm travelling at the moment and have a slow Wi-Fi connetion, so I can't join, bit Ihope I will receive my Platform through emall before I'm off to bed...

Can't join the vid-chat, because it's full. Get an error message :(

So I was able to get on the call, but not able to text chat from my phone. So I'll wait for the thread wher we can all discuss our platforms to go up.

To answer your question, I downloaded the google hangout app and used the link Troy provided in the pink "chat now" box at the bottom of the screen. Had no trouble joining the call.

I found out I need to download a different browser and then couldn't remember my password for google and spent sometime talking to Kaspersky who's anti virus I use and  supplies a password manager which did me no good for finding my password.  Unless Troy uses a different platform next year I should be ready by then;)

 

@Troy I didn't see a platform posted for you.

BTW, I wonder @Troy, would it be possible to order two Platforms at the end of this month?

I just realised that my two Eternal Buddies would actually appreciate it! (They've never heard of a Platform.)

There would be no hurry with it of course. A rainy day etc etc.
