HOST & RESIDENT CHANNEL Popular Post Troy 21,162 Posted September 19, 2017 HOST & RESIDENT CHANNEL Popular Post Report Share Posted September 19, 2017 The POF (Personal Open Floor) format is very popular and I want it to remain a beloved block of personal time with Michael and other students. There has been a learning curve in how best to use 30 minutes of personal time while in a group who will also use 30 minutes of time. OFFICIAL GUIDELINES OF POF [as of FEB 17th, 2020] PROFILES FULL PROFILES - if you want to receive a profile, please order these separately. They require a unique kind of focus that can take 20 minutes to an hour for each profile. PARTIAL PROFILES - you may ask for Role, Casting, Cadre, and Entity of anyone, but this counts as 15 minutes of your time, even if it only takes 10 minutes. This is because it takes more energy and focus for profiles. CONTEXTUAL PROFILES - some of your questions may naturally included responses that describe overleaves. Michael will provide those, if necessary. GENERAL GUIDELINES: Please remember that your POF is not just about the time needed for your responses, but about the energy and focus required to get those responses. Please remember that some questions take much longer and take more energy and focus than other questions. Please remember the more access to the Akashic Records your questions require (e.g. (past lives, agreements, relationship histories, overleaves, karma, etc) , the more energy and time they will take. Please be reasonable with your questions. Please ask your questions one at a time. Michael has 30 minutes to respond to your questions. You do not have to use up your entire 30 minutes. Pauses in response to your question count as part of the 30 minutes. NO FULL PROFILES Partial Profiles are okay (i.e. Soul Age/Level, Role/Casting, Cadre/Entity) Partial Profiles count as 15 minutes (this is a matter of energy and focus, not time) NO REPORTS (reports require a more dedicated focus on you than is possible in a group format; please schedule private time for reports) FORMAT THIRTY MINUTES - you are not guaranteed 30 minutes. The 30 minutes is to ensure you have enough time, but some questions may be more intensive than others, so your turn is not just a matter of time but of energy and focus. Please trust Michael/Troy when you see "NEXT" and we must move on to the next student. Also keep in mind that there has to be a hard-line set at 30 minutes, regardless of your questions. Michael does not leave us with a half-response, so please be considerate of the time or they will go overtime. Prioritize your questions. PRELOADING QUESTIONS: Let's say your first two questions are related, then post both of them. If they are completely separate subjects, wait for the first one to be addressed before moving on. If you end up getting in 10 questions in under 30 minutes, great, but start with your priority questions and build from there. PRELOADING CONTEXT: If you have a backstory or details you need to share to help set up your question, please do so. You can share as much of your story and context for the question as possible. Sharing context and backstory always helps the clarity of channeling. But please be patient with the processing of that information. It can take some time for that to be read and delivered to Michael. I hope this helps! See you in POF! Troy 25
PPLD 12,138
THANK YOU for posting this! Although it probably should be obvious - it not always is... I know with myself, that many times I am not sure what is feasible within the timespan and post too much at once, assuming that Michael will choose what works best... (Talking about transference of responsibility ?) Question: Would you say that this guideline is applicable to all sessions that are based on Question/Answer dynamics (as compared to those that are more conversational)? The reason I ask is this post, that I submitted some time ago, for exactly the reasons you are addressing here today @Troy. Edited September 19, 2017 by PPLD

YES, definitely. And I finally posted a response to that other thread! 3

Luciana Flora 11,938
I really enjoyed this post. One of the reasons I liked it so much is that I never participated in a channeling session before TLE. I do not know any channelers. And no person I know personally believes that anyone can channel. So this is new to me and I have no idea what it's like for the person who chases. So this post was enlightening to me.
Gavin 474
I really must look up the time difference!!! I think NY is some 10 - 12 hours behind us. Will make it very difficult for me I think. Damn

Maybe you can squeeze in 30 min during work time? Like an early lunch or something? Bobby is a darling, and always does his best to accommodate those from different time zones when he sets the queue. 5

Simply go out in Appointy a month just to see available POFs and it will show you what time in your time zone the POF takes place as long as you have selected your time zone before moving on in Appointy to the different sessions. 3

(E.g. the 5th Level resonance across Soul Ages that Michael have spoken about vs general Old soulness resonance.) OR it is too distant a connection to be considered contextual? HOST & RESIDENT CHANNEL Troy 21,162 Posted February 17, 2020 Author HOST & RESIDENT CHANNEL Report Share Posted February 17, 2020 *BUMP* POF guidelines updated, please note them ASAP! And if you are a regular POF attendee, please help us uphold these guidelines. Feel free to remind the moderator or the student of these guidelines if you feel they are being ignored. Bookmark this entry for future reference. These same guidelines are included in the ordering process, calendar listings, in this thread, and will now be included at the start of every POF. Thank you! troy

HOST & RESIDENT CHANNEL Troy 21,162 Posted January 15 Author HOST & RESIDENT CHANNEL Report Share Posted January 15 **BUMP** For those who attend POF's, please consider these guidelines and please observe them in your exchanges with Michael. I know everyone likes to get as much exchange with Michael as they can in 30 minutes and I don't blame you, but this takes its toll on me if the guidelines are ignored. Once I am in trance, Michael will answer anything and not put a restriction on their responses unless I intervene, which I will rarely do because my job is to stay out of the way. Keeping these guidelines in mind can help me better serve you as a channel, especially in a group dynamic where the focus is going to shift from person to person in a short amount of time. Thank you for your consideration, understanding, and patience!
Johanne 980
thanks for those reminders @Troy. However, in the past I understood we could ask 2-3 questions at the same time. In the list, you said: Please ask your questions one at a time I find that very stressful because I don't know if Michaels have finish or not to answer the question. It happened to me that I waited 5 minutes, nothing coming and then Next. I know some people will ask if they have finished - sometimes they are so quiet it could be necessary to ask it many times. So is there another way to know when it is time for the next question?
ARTISAN Janet 18,893 Posted January 25 ARTISAN Report Share Posted January 25 @Johanne -- It's a quandary. Sometimes when you are not sure if they are done and you wait to ask your next question, Michael downloads a whole lot more response than you might have expected, and this can be the most useful part of the material. Michael does use this convention: NEXT = next person in queue next = next question from same person If you are in doubt as to whether they have finished a response, you can always state: "Unless you have more to add to your response, I would like to ask another question if there is time remaining."
