Notice about Site Issues and Bugs

This forum is SO useful for immediate reporting of bugs and eventual updates about resolution. However, over time it has become bloated with issues that have long since been corrected. Sometimes issues recur, and we can't tell if the topic for an issue is old or new or continuing. 

 

I have begun weeding out topics that are either obviously obsolete or have sat without update for more than a few months. This should make it easier to find current, active issues. 

 

If you find an issue with the site, please review the (now much shorter) list of topics within this forum to see if your issue is the same as or similar to an issue that is already reported. If you find that issue already opened, adding a comment that you are also affected may help us judge how widespread the issue is. If you don't find the issue already reported, then please open a new topic.

 

Do not open a Support Ticket for site issues. Although a Support Ticket alerts TeamTLE to an issue, no one else will be able to see that the issue has been reported, nor does it give us a mechanism for notifying the community generally when the issue has been resolved. 

 

In the future, we will report confirmation of fixes within this forum and then close down the topic.

Please note:

 

If you have the same issue as one that is already reported, please indicate so in the comments for that issue. If you just 'like' the issue, we don't know if you have the issue as well.

 

We don't need everyone on the site to comment on a widespread issue, but certainly it's useful to know it's not just one person who has seen the issue.

September 13, 2018: heads up!

 

A site upgrade was done this morning. If you notice issues, please check the forum to Report Site Issues & Bugs. If no one else has reported the problem you see, please open a new topic in that forum. 

 

Do NOT create a Support Ticket: we want everyone to see issues that are reported so there is one place to track each issue. TeamTLE will update the topics when steps are taken to correct issues, so that everyone can see.
