TLE Daily: Not able to receive it.

For almost two months now, I have been unable to get TLE Daily!  The TLE team has been working with me to resolve this issue but it has been to no avail and Troy checked in at one point about 5 weeks ago saying sometimes it just resolves itself.   But that has not happened.  So we are wondering if anyone has noticed that they are not receiving TLE Daily?

Yes, it seems I stopped receiving TLE Daily too. I can’t recall exactly when it just stopped but it might be in the same time frame as yours.

I have not been receiving TLE Daily too. It appears the last one I received was on December 14, 2019.

I think I have the same timeline.

It stopped around that time.

@Leela Corman If you go to your profile Account Settings on the left side of the page, 2d from the bottom you’ll see “Newsletters”. If you tap on that then a screen that says “Manage Newsletter subscriptions” should appear. Then you should see “TLE DAILY” listed with a button to the right you can enable.

Folks, Troy upgraded the option for these newsletters yesterday. 

 

Please check your settings and possibly try turning the option for the TLE Daily OFF for overnight and then back on the next day. 

 

Then respond here as to whether the TLE Daily flow has started again or not.

Checked settings and followed suggestions above. Still no Daily.

Nada!  Whatever Troy tried has not resolved the issue.  I have tried again doing what we did before--- off at night, back on during day several times as just trying it one time as suggested did nothing.  Thanks for all you are doing Janet to help resolve this given Troy's very busy schedule complicated by his health challenges.  I am very grateful!!
