Quick q: If we ordered a Platform + Follow-Up, should we add that "Follow Up" section as a Support ticket so Troy can keep track of what's still outstanding? Or does he already have that stuff scheduled out?

I did ask about it and they haven't been scheduled yet but Team TLE is aware and we will be contacted when a plan is ready.
