Hi! Here is a worksheet I made when I transcribed this. I created a chart so you can add up your profile overleaves across the Axes and see which stage of channeling you lean towards and what are your strengths and challenges.

The three stages of channeling are Reception, Translation, and Transmission. To determine which stage your Personality naturally leans toward, map your Overleaves to the Expression, Action, Inspiration, and Assimilation axes. Circle the Overleaves of your Personality profile, then at the bottom of the chart, add up how many of your Overleaves are in the Expression, Action, Inspiration, or Assimilation columns.

So, you really need to get to know YOU. And the best way to do that that I've found among everybody that I've worked with in these classes is to sit with yourself for 20 whole minutes, three times a week for at least a week, and literally get to know yourself. And I don't mean the Divinyls way. I mean, literally just sit there. Let all the emotions come up. Let the mind race and pay attention to what comes up. Pay attention to whether you're fidgety. Pay attention to whether you just can't wait for it to end. Pay attention to whether you fall asleep. But these are all going to be ways to get to know where you are with yourself. Do you fall asleep? Do you get agitated? Do you get completely distracted? Do you lose track of time? Does time move really slowly? It's really important for you to do the 20 minutes minimum, because the fact is, if you can't sit with yourself that long, and if you can't observe yourself in any way that's sort of objective, then you're not going to be able to get to the next steps.


[Response to participant questions or comments] You could call it meditation, definitely, but I didn't want it to be so literal as what we think of as meditation. I just want you to sit with yourself. Like, sit and think. Sit and feel. But don't do anything else. Don't have the TV on. Don't have music on. Just sit there. And let it be the time that's made for you to get to know you. And by getting to know you, what I mean is getting to know how you sit with yourself, because that'll come in handy later, when you start to bring in other energies. You'll be able to tell: Oh, this agitated, distracted, over-anticipating part is me. Here's the source that I've connected to. And you can differentiate the two. So, sit with yourself 20 minutes, three times a week for at least one week. And see what comes up. Make notes about it. However you want to record that experience.


After you feel like you're able to sit with yourself -- because the ultimate goal will be to be able to sit with yourself and be okay with that. That's really what the sitting with yourself means. Sitting with yourself, no TV, no stimulation, just you. And if you can't do that, then you're probably not going to get very far with the rest of it. So, either keep practicing that, or don't worry about channeling because you really need to be able to sit with yourself. And ultimately, you want to get to a place where you're able to sit with yourself and it's absolutely okay. Like there's no stress for time. There's no stress for, what am I thinking? How am I thinking, how am I feeling? You're just present with yourself. And once you're able to get to that place then -- and I think a week is good. A lot of people can make those breakthroughs within a week. But if you can't, then extend it into the second week or third, however long it takes.


Once you're able to sit with yourself comfortably, then you want to start to invite your Essence to be a part of the process. And whether you continue sitting with yourself as a practice or not, you want to start to wake up in the day -- and this starts from the very first moment that you wake up -- and take a moment to invite your Essence to be a part of your day. I call the first phase getting to know yourself and then the second phase getting to know your soul. What you want to do is invite your Essence to be a part of your day.

Yes, this is the real work ‚̧ԳŹ in getting to know yourself. I can highly recommend it, and I still continue to do this combined with "cleaning my house", as Troy put it up there, and inviting Essence into my day. I used to do 30 minutes, but now I can vary between 15-60 minutes depending on what I need.
