INTRODUCING YOUR NEW SUPPORT CIRCLE
TLE12

 

 

Today we are introducing the TLE12, but we are still sorting out the details and getting used to the responsibilities and habits necessary for TLE12 to be a strong support circle for the community. Thank you in advance for your patience! TLE12 helps free me to focus on being the best channel I can be for the community. I am so excited for this!

TLE12 Members are committed to being support for a year to help provide stability and trust. Every year we will all evaluate and determine the members of TLE12 again. 

This is your TLE12 2022!

 

TLE has been shaped intuitively and organically by the community for the past 15 years with minimal moderation, minimal conflict, and very loose guidelines. We have built our foundation together and it is a good one. 

 

We have expanded that foundation to multiple platforms to accommodate preferences for access and a variety of forms for socializing and studying. 

Now that we have a solid foundation built over many years by the community, we need to begin offering structure that allows us to provide better experiences, better service, better navigation, better engagement, better events, better clarity, better recognition and kindness for our differences, etc. 

 

It isn't enough to just have a foundation. We need better structure, support, and footing so that members can move across the platforms, communicate more comfortably, and express themselves safely with confidence and trust. As we expand and grow across platforms as a community, we are going to meet a lot of new faces. TLE12 is here to help welcome newcomers, support long-time members, and quietly and swiftly deal with any harmful disruptions.

 

We built a foundation together and now we are building ON that foundation together.

 

The new TLE SUPPORT CIRCLE is a group of 12 Members with varying backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences that will bring 4 important elements to life for our community: 

LOVE, KNOWLEDGE, COMPASSION, and EMPOWERMENT.

 

LOVE = more immediate recognition and orientation of new members as they arrive to a platform, providing direction to any resources requested and links to important information.

 

KNOWLEDGE = more immediate responses to requests for information regarding the teachings by providing links to articles, search results, insights and references that may be helpful. [note: always try to do your own research, but if you need support, we are here!]

 

COMPASSION = flexible backup and support for our team members who need help

 

EMPOWERMENT = immediate and discreet responses to issues that require moderation and intervention regarding any violations of our community guidelines. https://our.truthloveenergy.com/guidelines/

 

ALL TLE12 Members may make themselves available to provide Love, Knowledge, Compassion, or Empowerment, but every member has determined for themselves which of these is a strength that they can provide most often.

 

In addition to determining their strengths, they have also determined which platform is more to their liking for being available. All members of TLE12 may be on all platforms, but some will be more active and available than others.

 

Please note the image of TLE12 - color-coordinated name backgrounds indicate which platform each member will likely be most active: 

Light Blue = TLE HQ
Darker Blue = Facebook
Purple = Discord

 

TLE12 in AltspaceVR will be determined depending on who is available for specific events.
