MEntity: Hello to each of you. We are here, now. We can begin.

AnnH: I'm feeling a great deal of activity from my subpersonalities--one in particular who seems completely unmotivated and has a lot of dread and sense of pointlessness. How do I work with this part? Does it have a name?

MEntity:
This SubPersonality is coming up for many. It is a facet of many who has come up to help create a buffer between the self and "the world." This is the SubPersonality for many who is generated from (and when) there is overwhelm of any kind, but particularly in terms of any conflict between TIME and RESULTS.

Time is directly related to Emotion, and when too much Time passes between effort and result, that cumulation of Time begins to become more and more dense in the Emotional Body.

This can be related to efforts you are making on a personal level, or even related to world events in terms of collective efforts that seem to either have little desired effect, or too much undesired effect, with final results being unknown.

For you, this SubPersonality can be referred to as Crystal. She depends heavily upon the results of others to be clear and known before feeling she can make any difference.

To help her, you need more "light." Literally and figuratively.

You would want to get out, go out, laugh, be playful even if it is pointless and childish in solitude. Make her laugh, you laugh.

The sense of pointlessness and dread is only the space between events that gets filled with overthinking and speculation, and/or disconnection from thinking altogether and falling into the Negative Pole of the Emotional Center - Sentimentality, or attachment to comforts, the past, the known.

We can say more, but we know this time is to be shared.

Colleen: Marilyn Monroe died in 1962. Did she really kill herself or was it an accident? Some suggest she was murdered. If so, who was behind it and why was she killed?

MEntity:
The most accurate answer is that it was an "accident," as in the individual was not making healthy or clear choices and it resulted in her death, but it was an accident that was the result of coalescing efforts among a handful who knew she would be vulnerable.

She had suffered depression and had been under relative duress due to pressure from some who preferred for her to not be an influence or distraction.

It was not intentional suicide, but it was reckless use of drugs while under duress and depression from the sheer weight of inner conflict and outer pressure.

It is valid that some from among the family of the President at the time were the source of that pressure.

 

ClaireC: Michael, it has been my understanding that incarnating is a Choice made by Essence, and that Essence chooses the most appropriate circumstances for the Fragment to incarnate into in order to accomplish its Goals, gain experience, etc. Recently a FB acquaintance made the following statement, "All fragments are forced by the flawed Architecture of Dharma to incarnate. No choice is allowed.

ClaireC: One may choose the wallpaper of the corporeal prison, but not the fact it is a prison, and incarnation a form of slavery/forced labor." Could you comment on this?

MEntity:
Is the use of your hand a form of slavery or forced labor? Are your legs at the mercy of foreign forces beyond their control? Incarnations are the hands, feet, eyes, ears, and extended body of your soul. It is your Essence reaching into a Plane of existence. We know that even we speak of the Personality as a creation and that it is independent of Essence, but this is only for convenience.

YOU ARE YOUR SOUL. YOU are a PART of your SOUL. You and Essence are only separated by illusion, by focus, by density. Your hand is YOU. It reaches not for you, but AS you.

So while you, as Personality, are a creation of Essence, and while it is true that choices are made by Essence that Personality cannot and does not make, they are a networking of choices that cannot exist as one without the other.

Personality makes choices that Essence cannot make. Essence makes choices that Personality cannot make. This does not make either of these a slave to the other, but a dynamic Monad through which each contributes to a wholeness that perpetuates evolution.

There is more we can say to this, but we think this addresses the nonsense.

Becca: Hi Michael, In 2013 you had a conversation with a community member, Oscar, about the life of Jesus from Christian theology. Are you able to elaborate also on the fragments whose lives were linked to his? For instance, were Mary (the “virgin” mother) or Mary Magdalene (the prostitute?) mythological or real figures, and what became of those fragments after the death of Jesus?

MEntity: Though each of these figures have become grossly mythologized over the eons, there were actual fragments involved at the core of these mythological depths. Jesus's Mother and Mary traveled with him to the sanctuary of the Essenes for continued study, teaching, and raising of a family. Mary (mother) died before Jesus. Mary (Essence Twin) outlived Jesus and worked with her children and the Essenes on furthering the teaching.

 

PeterK: I enjoy cooking with spices, but I have no talent for creating good spice combinations. Is there any science to the creation of good spice combinations, or is it entirely an artistic process? In particular, are spice combinations expressible in a form analogous to a linear combination of basis vectors?

MEntity:
There is, indeed, a science to the combinations, but also an art. In terms of the science, there are factors that can be described and then graphed and then cross-referenced and matched for optimal effects. This is both in terms of these combinations on their own, and in combination with specific foods. There are many who have mapped this and we think some research could find results.

In terms of art, there are unlikely combinations that defy expected results, and this adds additional layers of possibility to flavor.

In this format, we can only suggest that while your creativity and experimentation are encouraged, there are resources that have covered a great deal of the range of experimentation and are available.
 

VIP: Hi Michael. Could you give the Role, Casting, Soul age and Cadre/Entity for the author JRR Tolkien?

VIP: And could you comment on whether this author was channelling any Entity-inspired ideas in his writing? (Particularly the divine-oriented aspects of his writing.)

VIP: (Whether his own Muse or another Entity that wished to have something expressed in this manner.)

VIP: (I'd also like the same information for the author HP Lovecraft, but I'm not sure how long the first author would take - if too much, please let it wait for another time.)

MEntity:
Tolkien is a Sage-Cast Sage from Cadre 2, Entity 1. The fragment in question worked with a Causal Teacher comprised of Scholars and Artisans. This teacher focuses on unlocking memories of both prototype worlds and multiple dimensional memory.

This fragment was 5th Level Old.

Lovecraft would be the 1st Level Old (though never manifesting beyond 6th Level Mature) Scholar-Cast Artisan from Cadre 7, Entity 6. His influences were more local and a result of deep imprinting from terrifying and chaotic behaviors of adults and caretakers (parents).

We can elaborate upon either or both of these fragments in further exchanges. We must conclude here, for now. Good evening to each of you.

I decided to reread the gratitude events yesterday and came across this gem. I feel like I have this exact same subpersonality and voice that shows up when I don't quickly see results from my efforts. This year has been a high energy, inspirational, and motivating year for me, but between periods of high energy I get this same lack of motivation and sense of pointlessness. It often happens after I set things into motion and start new projects, and a few weeks later I'd fall into a funk and lose steam. My recent session on Working with Feelings as well as the discussions around the Nexus about True Voice touched on these attachments to comforts, the past, and the known. This session makes it much clearer what that voice is about and what it's protecting. I've been falling into that sense of pointlessness this past weekend, but today I made the effort to get out and exercise, felt into my anxiety and made an effort to be present and focus on one thing at a time. By the afternoon I felt my enthusiasm start to return. I'm so relieved to know that this voice of pointlessness can be turned around.

@Jackie, I asked about Marilyn Monroe recently at the end of a session about my sister ~ Diane ~ Post Death & More. I don't think there's much more other than the Q&A (above) with Colleen and Michael.
