Hello to each of you. We are here.

 

The subject of discussion today is that of Truth, Love, and Energy; the three building blocks of any universe, both micro and macro.

 

These three qualities are in existence in some form throughout all planes, and even "within" Tao.

 

In fact, it could be said that Tao IS the synthesis of these three qualities/states/forces.

 

From the macrocosmic to the microcosmic, these forces exist in some form and in some relationship, from "before" Tao through to sub-atomic, and beyond.

 

These three forces would exist in any culture, any sentient species, and are the forces that are harnessed for the process of evolution on an individual and collective level.

 

This Triad has become the basis for many origin myths and religions. They are the forces of drama, fiction, life, relationships, war, justice, politics, karma, self-karma, sentience, cadres, entities, essences, overleaves, etc.

 

They are the higher counterparts of the triangle, circle, and spiral, which are the basics of the geometry of existence.

 

Today, we will explore with each of you how these forces exist within you, how you work with them as a Personality, and how you can assess, manage, and encourage your wholeness using the vastness of you and your life as a constant source of information about that wholeness.

 

As a Personality, you work with TRUTH, LOVE, and ENERGY through the Overleaves of the Attitude, Mode, and Goal, respectively.

 

As a Personality, the degree to which each of these Overleaves is in the Positive Pole is the degree to which these forces flow healthily, appropriately, and constantly in your life.

 

We have said many times that the Attitude tends to be the hub of the Personality, and when this Overleaf is in the Negative Pole, it can tend to draw all other aspects of the Personality into the Negative Pole; conversely, so does its Positive Pole tend to draw all other aspects of Personality into positive states.

 

Keep in mind that Overleaves are describing a set of forces generated BY YOU, and do not describe forces that MAKE YOU.

 

To help you understand this, we will use the analogy of one who has blue eyes vs one who has brown eyes: blue or brown describes what is being generated by the genetics of the body, but do not describe a force that creates that body.

 

You HAVE blue eyes or brown eyes, but blue or brown eyes do not have YOU.

 

Along those same lines, you HAVE an Attitude, but your Attitude does not have YOU.

 

That being explained, it could be said then that the state of the Attitude reflects the degree to which one is TRUTHFUL.

 

The state of the Mode, then, could be said to reflect the degree to which one LOVES.

 

The state of the Goal, then, could be said to reflect the degree to which one CHOOSES BEAUTY.

 

We use the phrase "chooses beauty" as a convenience to describe the state of Energy as it moves in a pattern that is beautiful, or in harmony, with the self and the extensions of the self, such as the life, etc.

 

Knowing all of the above, then, it could be said that one of the first places to look in your self/Personality when you are in False Personality, or fearful, anxious, unhappy, lost, disconnected, confused, alone, frustrated, etc., is to the extent to which you are lying to yourself, and/or to others.

 

When we say "lying to yourself, and/or to others," we do not mean that this will be obvious, or intentional, but that you may be accepting/sharing truths that have no relevance, or that are not yours, or that are only as a defense, etc.

 

The quality of the state of Truth in your Personality and Life can be measured in your Honesty/Integrity, your quality of Self-Expression, and your methods of interpretation.

 

To the degree that you find/create excuses, hide who you are/how you are, and lack discernment in your interpretations is the degree to which the force of Truth is compromised in you and your life.

 

The degree to which you nurture affection, generate/feel inspiration, and have healthy relationships is the degree to which the force of Love is nurtured, generated, and healthy in you and your life.

 

The degree to which you are happy, active, and making conscious choices is the degree to which your Energy is flowing freely.

 

We will clarify a few of these terms:

 

Excuses: using reasons to deflect/defend, rather than insights to direct/mend;

 

Hiding who/how you are: when one alters behavior for a bigger pay off, such as behaving within parameters within the workplace for the sake of a steady check, then this is not hiding; that is simply being practical. We are speaking of shame here, or self-consciousness that is compromising.

 

Lack of discernment in your interpretations: this might be your prejudices and presumptions that are used for processing life, without question or updating. It is also the lack of experiential differentiation, or the dismissal of the necessity to treat all new experiences as new. Regardless of their familiarity.

 

Affection: is the capacity to acknowledge the innocence in the self and another.

 

Inspiration: is the capacity for awe, or the recognition of the reflection of the higher aspects of the self or others. When one is inspired, it is because there is a recognition of a higher aspect of the self in something/someone else. Inspiration never happens TO you, but always FROM you.

 

Healthy Relationships: regardless of the degree of struggle or peace, there is an awareness that they are contributing SOMETHING OF VALUE to the life in both directions.

 

Happiness: is simply the capacity for acknowledging the "good" in the self, life, relationship, etc., regardless of the circumstances or forces presently at work.

 

Being Active: in this case, means that you follow through with intentions, rather than dismissing them, or putting them off. It does not mean that you run or lift weights, but that you produce external results in some form from your choices.

 

Conscious Choices: are those choices made with awareness of the intention, impact, and reward, even if the choice is not necessarily one that you would prefer to make.

 

The choice to go to work every day when you would choose otherwise can be a "conscious choice" when you know you are doing so because you intend to use the rewards for doing so to impact other parts of your life.

 

Before we continue, we will pause for questions, if any, on what we have shared so far.

[Geraldine] I'd like a clarification how Truth, Love, Energy is at play in the Christian Mythology

 

[MEntity] In some variations, it is more definitively symbolized through the "The Trinity," but the same concept exists in all Christian variations, even if not so definitively.

 

[Geraldine] So, it's just the use of a triad that makes it so

 

[MEntity]
Religions are built through personifications, and these forces of Truth, Love, and Energy are personified in Christianity as "The Father, The Son, and The Holy Ghost," respectively.

 

It could be applied in even more abstract ways, such as Jesus = Truth, Jesus' Teaching = Love, Resurrection = Energy/Beauty.

 

[Geraldine] and Satan makes it a foursome

 

[MEntity]
In Christian mythology, the concept of Satan and the character of Lucifer would be Truth.

 

If there are no other questions, we will continue.

 

[Maureen] Would even the Karpman Triangle (being 3) be a skewed version of Truth, Love, Energy...Truth = Persecutor, Love = Victim, Energy/Beauty = Rescuer??

 

[MEntity]
That would be valid.

 

Using all that we have shared above, one can look at his or her overleaves, their poles, and the various parts of the life that reflect the forces of Truth, Love, and Energy, to determine how one is fairing in allowing these forces to flow in the life.

 

Your choices (what you DO) will always cultivate or compromise the force of Energy; how you feel about your choices (RELATE to what you do) will always cultivate or compromise your force of LOVE; and what you think about your choices (interpret/experience the impact/rewards of what you do) cultivates or compromises your Truths, and all contribute to the wholeness or fragmentation of Personality.

 

Another way of understanding the forces of Truth, Love, and Energy as forces within and through you is to understand their geometrical counterparts that actually build within and through you: We have shared in many exchanges the 3 Levels of Truth: Personal, Global, and Universal; this is the Triangle as the counterpart to the force of Truth.

 

We have shared in many exchanges the "Circles" of Acceptance, Support Circles, and even the dynamics among your Entities, Cadres, and Energy Rings in terms of Circles, which are, all, counterparts to the force of Love.

 

The Spiral is the progression of the forces of Truth and Love as they grow into a recognizable pattern, which is often reflected in such parts of our teaching as Internal Monads, Lifetime Clusters, 9 Needs, 9 Pillars, 9 Karmic Sequences, 9 Realities, Karma and External Monads, as well.

 

Every individual lifetime is a process of spiraling, or the generation of pattern based on the forces of Truth and Love in that life.

 

Some patterns are "tighter" spirals than others, and some are greater arcs in a spiral than others, but everyone experiences the patterning.

 

We point this out because our teaching already has a great spectrum of tools for measuring the wholeness of the life, and for helping to put into practice the use of these forces in a way that is to your liking. And if not always to your liking, than at least to your understanding. There is no reason that any of you cannot like or understand your life.

 

To the degree that one does not like one's life is the degree to which one does not understand it, and the degree to which one does not understand his life is the degree to which one does not like it.

 

The degree to which one does not understand or like one's life is the degree to which one is compromised in creating it to one's liking and understanding.

 

[Maureen] So Truth and Love generates Energy/Beauty (patterns)?

 

[MEntity]
In response to Maureen: the dynamic is such that it would be difficult to say which is generating which, but for simplicity's sake, it might be helpful to say that Beauty is the dance between Truth and Love.

 

With that being said, it could also be said that fulfillment/state of your Goal reflects the dance between your Attitude and Mode.

 

The degree of wholeness/beauty that one feels in the life is the result of the dance between her honesty and affection; and so on...

 

[Maureen] We'll have to get a bigger dance floor for all our sub-personalities :)

 

[MEntity]
As we have said before: wheels within wheels, or spirals within spirals.

 

It is, all, quite "fractal."

 

[Geraldine] A new dance step: "Doing the Fractal"

[Geraldine] or better yet, "Doing the Fibonacci Spiral"

[Martha] ha ha

 

[MEntity]
Keeping in mind that there is a spectrum of tools within our teaching that can be used for measuring, managing, and manipulating forces that are of the context of Truth, Love, and Energy, we can also offer up some key questions for you to regularly use for measuring, managing, and manipulating those forces.

 

We will pose the questions, and then we may offer up the floor for responses to those questions. For now, we suggest writing/noting your responses privately.

 

ROUND ONE

 

What is one of the most painful truths about me and/or my life?

 

What is one of the most beautiful truths about me and/or my life?

 

What is the one of the the most painful relationships within me or within my life?

 

What is one of the most beautiful relationships within me or within my life?

 

(within me: refers to aspects of the self and how you feel about it/them)

 

What is one of the most painful choices I've made/have to make in my life?

 

What is one of the most beautiful choices I've made/have to make in my life?

 

(have to make: refers to any recurring choice)

 

We realize that there may be different responses to these questions depending upon the contexts, such as "most painful today," or "most beautiful this year," or "most beautiful, ever."

 

FIRST: when you have responses, look at the differences between the "most beautiful" and "most painful," and you will see that difference described by how much you like and understand vs do not like and do not understand.

 

SECOND: any effort to like or understand something painful will automatically move it closer to Beautiful.

 

You may find that you understand, but that you do not like, and this is still an evolution away from not liking AND not understanding.

 

We think that most painful truths, relationships, and choices are heavy on the dislike, but can more easily be understood. This is because almost every process of the life goes back to the hub of the Personality, which is the Attitude/Truth.

 

With the progression toward understanding, the key then is not necessarily to LIKE what was painful, but to move away from the weight of DISLIKING it.

 

Disliking is a force, in itself, and this depletes you in ways that affect your bodies, from spiritual, to intellectual, emotional, and physical.

 

To not dislike simply means that you are no longer anchored by it.

 

We realize the nuances here in language, but we think we are being clear.

 

One may never get to a place of liking what one has come to understand, but one does not have to be anchored by it in a way that holds back the forces of Love, and by proxy the forces of Truth and Energy.

 

[Maureen] So for someone who has a Realist Attitude -- the Truth that will "set them free" is "It is what it is" and for the Spiritualist "There are always more possiblities", and so one. So each Attitude would allow a different freedom from chaos?

 

[MEntity]
We do not prefer the phrase, "it is what it is," as this is disempowering, and untrue in many instances. It is also encouraging of resignation for those with the Realist Attitude. A different way of understanding the Realist and Truth might be that the Realist SEES LIFE AS IT APPEARS.

 

The Realist in the Positive Pole sees exactly what is presented, what is present, and can grasp how it looks, and then make choices from there, all the while knowing that what is presented, what is present, and how it looks IS ONLY THE SURFACE

 

Many a Realist can fall into the negative pole because the mistake is made that appearances are The Truth.

 

The Spiritualist SEES LIFE AS IF THEY HAVE NEVER SEEN IT BEFORE.

 

All Attitudes and their Positive Poles describe the rising above what is seen, and knowing that there is more, in some way.

 

For instance, the path to truth for the Spiritualist, then, is VERIFICATION, because he or she will measure what is seen against experience, information, history, etc., rather than just presuming that because it is seen, it is true.

 

The Idealist SEES LIFE AS IF IT CAN ALWAYS BE IMPROVED, but because he or she can see room for improvement does not mean it can be, or wants to be.

 

The Idealist's Positive Pole of Coalescence, then, is the capacity to gauge everything that would be required of that path of improvement, and discerning if it can be pulled together.

 

[Ann] And perhaps when we're emotionally centered we perceive our feelings as "Truth"

 

[MEntity]
To Ann: Feelings are never the truth, but responses/reactions to what one has decided is true.

 

To follow that equation, with relationships being the equivalent of "feelings," it goes that relationships are reflections of what you have decided is true, as well

 

Changing your truths can change your relationships, and vice versa.

 

ROUND TWO

 

Checking in with yourself about how much you ALLOW Truth, Love, and Energy to exist FOR OTHERS can give you some idea about how much responsibility you take for your own, or put another way, how consciously you create your own.

 

You and Your Life are a meeting ground of Creation and Allowance, and to the degree that each is tended is the degree to which one usually feels one is honest, loving, and at peace.

 

Going back to the geometry of Truth and Love, do you allow that others will have their Personal Truths that may never include your own? Do you allow that some will have a different Circle of Resonance/Acceptance that does not always include you?

 

The greater your capacity to ALLOW for these discrepancies and differences, the greater your capacity for CREATING yourself and your life to accommodate your own truths and loves.

 

The reason we can say this is because when one stands against, or fights against, the truths and loves of others, it is less energy for the creation of what is true and loved in one's own life.

 

Allowing for differences in truths and loves is not the same thing as rolling over to oppression, bigotry, cruelty, discrimination, and hateful violence.

 

Differentiating between differences of choices vs interferences of choices is vital here.

 

ROUND THREE

 

Checking in with yourself about how much you ALLOW Truth and Love to exist within you in angles and circles can free you to move chaos into beauty (Energy).

 

By this we mean that you, too, will have Personal angles of Truth, as well as "Global," and "Universal" angles.

 

For instance, a person who wishes to stop smoking KNOWS that it is a Personal Truth that she wants to quit, and that she struggles to quit, and yet keeps smoking, and that her Global Truth is that it affects her health, but also that her Universal Truth is that she will "survive" whatever choice she makes.

 

Many older souls can hold contradictory truths within them, and even paradoxical truths; allowing for that can help you to free energy to love yourself along the way to making better choices, if you choose to do so.

 

Many of you wish to be acknowledged, recognized, and free to roam within the circles of acceptance of others (by "being yourself" at work, for instance), yet do not allow them into your own, or even want them to be there.

 

Allowing room in your circles of acceptance for those who do not actively accept you can free energy for you to create a unique circle of acceptance for those contexts where intimacy is not necessary or even wanted, but friendly social and informational exchange is healthy.

 

We realize we have covered this vast subject from many different angles, and there are many more, but we will stop here for questions.

[Ann] I'm still sifting through it.

 

[Martha] I can see how I have changed in the past couple years, and how that relates to, well, how I relate to what you've said today

 

[Ann] It helped me to see how I misdirect energy in some areas.

 

[Martha] I think the most recent "aha" for me has been Michael reminding us that we need to allow the younger souls the same acceptance we want from them

 

[Martha] they've brought this up on several occasions and contexts

 

[Maureen] The more we understand and love....and then seek include..the freer we are...?

Remember that each of you is the embodiment of YOUR forces of Truth, Love, and Energy in this Universe.

 

Your ATTITUDE helps you to understand how you interpret the expressions/truths of the world around you, and how you express your truths back to it.

 

Your MODE helps you to understand how you relate to who and what inspires you/reflects you in the process of learning to Love.

 

Your GOAL helps you to like and understand the aim of the pattern you wish to generate by your active or passive choices, while learning to like and/or understand the active and passive choices of others.

 

Round Two and Three were simply an extrapolation of those basics, as this very dynamic is happening for every single fragment on the planet.

 

You are your own Universe, as well as being the equivalent of a cell in an even vaster Universe.

 

And your Truth, Love, and Energy matter.

 

We will conclude here, even if on a weak pun.

The spiral, nine, is three exalted - 3^2, truth in motion creates beauty. And thus, beauty is higher moving.

 

“In response to Maureen: the dynamic is such that it would be difficult to say which is generating which, but for simplicity's sake, it might be helpful to say that Beauty is the dance between Truth and Love.” - a spiral has a circular upward morion, which is the constant creation of greater love, and truth would be the unit that is moved (which itseld being triangular can be unpacked as another set of truth love energy within forming infinite recursion). also, 3 is an inherent property of life, because when you have an object, and it interactions with itself (self perception or awareness, there is inherently a result - 1+1=2, 1+2=3), which is why truth is a triangle, it is the gaining of knowledge or awareness.

More numerology;

 

The significance of 12:

 

12 snowflake symmetries in a fully connected hexagon graph (permutations preserving the distances of nodes) - we know hexagons are how the seven roles are arranged

Around 3:59 in this 3blue1brown video - really good video on intuition of group theory (the study of symmetries and structures in ways things can be manipulated while retaining the same form, or being isomorphic - think ways of rotating a square. This study imo is crucial to a deeper understanding of Michael Math)

 

12 tones in ‘normal’ western music, typically called 12TET - need to further explore pitch perception/spaces in humans
