I just found the following in a private transcript from 2013 and I really like it.

That is always a beneficial alignment, but the phrase can leave one merely making a statement. To align with Truth, Love, and Energy, one must only allow the following in one's experiences: Tears, Laughter, and Pleasure. These are direct lines to Higher Centers and their corresponding planes.

 

Truth/Tears, Laughter/Energy, Pleasure/Love. These are the navigational symptoms of the body that one has brought a moment of alignment.
