An Intellectually Centered, Emotional Part habitually processes life, things, people, events in terms of how they’re expressed, formed, logical, make sense and bring insight to them. They think through it.
They will then feel through and intuit their thoughts, feeling provoked or inspired by feelings, inspirations, longings, knowings or attachments. However, the Emotional Part is mute and internal- they would have a difficult time expressing their thoughts and speaking about their feelings+experiences; instead, they would just live them out.

The TRAP of this Center/Part combo is that they will often seek to analyze + understand their emotions, yet emotions are not logical, and so they analyze endlessly- leading to anxiousness, obsessiveness, overwhelm. The body then cries out from the stress, leading to over reaction or breakdown as a last resort.
The key to balance is in Moving Meditation; doing something with the body- exercise, yoga, tai-chi, stretching, attending to its health, dancing, taking a walk, or just taking a chance: taking a risk.
