I watched this last night. Very interesting. I'd love to know what Agreements are in place between Penny and Koko (assuming Koko is ensouled... which I suspect she is). The way the lives of the two have grown together is fascinating.

Koko is awesome!  I've been following her for years and I love to talk about her.  She communicates via ALS (American Sign Language) and has adopted kittens as her own.  She loves cats.   She hung out with Mister Rogers!  

 

Also, she has a reported IQ of 90.  Koko, to me, is evolution in real time.  She is our future.  Here she is rocking out with Flea.

Also her best friend was a fellow gorilla named *Michael* who passed away.  She went into deep, obvious mourning.  Very sad to watch her go through the stages of grief.  Just like humans but in her own way.

Penny, to me, is an ambassador, she is strong enough to handle the naysayers and continue doing what her higher self has lead her to.  She has her faults, but ultimately  her soul is in the right place, and she is doing Good Work in my humble opinion.  I do not believe her work with Koko has been for personal gain; I think she knows deep down Koko is her teacher and vice versa.  She wants others to understand gorillas and their complexities.
